There are a number of different roles that are available but broadly speaking you're either. As an election judge, which is the manager and an overseer of the voting centre or an election clerk, which is a jack-of-all-trades because everything that's needed to to make the voting centre function. Many of our election judges and clerks are deeply experienced. They've been doing this or a number of years but experience is not required. We do train you and we pay you to go through training and so if you're new to the process but want to get involved, don't let a lack of experience in the past deter you the work is done I believe out of a civic duty and we all owe a debt of gratitude to our. Election workers but it is paid work. We pay at least seventeen dollars an hour to all of our election workers and so during the time of Kobe nineteen and all the economic uncertainty that that's brought about this is definitely a time where someone could get a nice paycheck and pay few important bill.
