Was that one of the reasons chris harrison come back and i don't know this is true based on the settlement but one of the rumors was that katie didn't wasn't comfortable with chris hosting so there she certainly knew that like it wasn't going to be crest and i'm sure she knew there was gonna be a host so i thought that was. That was phony to me but that's fine. There's plenty of us on the show when you look back on. Joe joe like you said filling in for a few episodes. Not in the context of chris harrison leaving forever. Did you get that same vibe. That same lake. Oh there needs to be a professional host here or were you okay in her limited role. Because i thought the same thing at the time. I thought the seem normal. I like joe. Joe more but i think just like ercially. They need a face of the franchise. Like i actually think. That's like underrated. That chris harrison was the one constant across nineteen years of the show. And i actually do think that's essential and one of my fears for the franchise definitely misses the problem with katie. Season is sort of like the joke about bachelor. Nation is at the bachelor nation exists but it is a thing but it actually feel like. There's like a crisis for bachelor nation without chris harrison. It's sort of like we've we've lost the center. And we need like a new sovereign to come in. And i think it's like actually imperative that there is a new face of the franchise that people find charismatic and are excited about and that's what like someone like rachel would have been a good choice because people really like her at ideally. Use our colleague and i. They just need someone who's identifiable with with this show. Yeah when you say that. About the face of the franchise. I mean y. You have thirty do people every season thirty new contestants every season different hosts are different lead every season. they're all these different offs like. There's really not that much. That similar about the bachelor the bachelor in paradise Like format wise. No they're totally different. Does but chris. Harrison is always bear. That's sort of the only connecting theme that there's ever been between all these shows all these people. So yeah i i don't know how they're going to find that person. But that that was kind of. I think more than the actual hosting duties which yeah are are pretty minimal There some episodes where he's not on screen at all that. The reason is That the black bachelor Matt James chose as not to be his fiance, But I don't know what his winner of the final Rose Ah white girl from the South who had participated in Plant, a plantation party. I didn't even know apart. We don't know about this in New York, Dewey, a plantation party. They go. They rent out plantations and dress up like it's the before the civil war. But what happens if you raise the past. You can't learn from it cannot learn from it and then all of a whole new generation. That won't know what people went through. How people even thought back. Then you know we even actresses if we look at gone with wind and we see that we only could roles as a need. There was no other black people. You could be a butler. You can't see the evolution. Yes you cannot see that you better go with that were we are in. Sin cannot see the evolution. This reminds me when i was like in seventh grade. I went to a very predominantly. All white school there was a few black kids in our class. And we read huckleberry finn and the big thing about huckleberry finn was in the in the book. They use the n. Word and it was. Should these kids be reading this. Should these kids not be reading this. I will say it was one of the first times that race had ever come up in a classroom for me and it opened a dialogue about why that word was used. It shouldn't be used and why it was printed in the past so for me. I feel like yes. We wouldn't be eating an apple sugary yogurt or something. That would bring us back up. So i think as long as you know the science you can enjoy that donut. And say hey. I really feel like a donut today. but knowing that i'm going to probably crash a few hours later and i might need some protein to reregulate my blood sugar and something a little more balanced that makes sense. Yeah so what does this right here. So i love blood sugar balanced. Because i think if your blood sugar is balanced whether it be through a smoothie through a meal you can make really healthy choices naturally.
