To look at some surprising statistics, almost twenty nine people in the United States. Die Every day and alcohol impaired vehicle crashes. That's one person, every fifty minutes and even though drunk driving fatalities have fallen by a third in the last three decades drunk driving crashes still claim more than ten thousand lives each year drunk driving can have a big impact on your wallet as well. "Okay. Here's a good time from documentary shocks. The only bite when touch the private parts or you could God sharks, they tried to eat my kidney. Point point only. Kathy spell us. You've also done a lot of voiceovers in in animated films and you're the doctor doolittles and all that sort of stuff. Yeah I, mean I like coming in. To do another one pretty soon for that Sandwich Company, I like the idea of of of committing something just in in the idea where you can create something than they have to draw exactly what you do it because it can't be done. Great I. Think. Truthfully the most amazing movies that are made in our animated I really believe that I think Pixar when they say like the Golden Era. Of Movies in the. Thirties. Or the. You know for the odd tour directors, the seventies, but I think right now. Definitely last you know decades these. The animated movies are to me the incredible. Certainly, you know as Charlotte's absolutely I can't compete with cartoons they can fall off a cliff gets machinations. Back But I do think like if you look at Pixar. Just see the movie wall e's. Beautiful. Emotional and in gorgeous. And then you see like you know frozen to was better than frozen one frozen. One was. Beautiful. So I do think that there's A. An I think with all this fear of people's personal safety I think is going to be even more explosion more animated stuff. Will you're right because you can make all those movies basically on your computer by? You had to write a few thousand of your friends. Yeah. Exactly and it's funny because you mentioned on the special you have two young children again now and Mike is Teenagers. But when you see every single animated movie from the years of about three to ten, because that's one thing you can do with the kids where they want to go to this one then that one. So you see them all within that time frame. Yeah. No you do. Feel important like you can get some enjoyment out of these and I gotta say that like I think they've never been better I think your time the cartoons and stuff in the world we were growing up in the seventies and eighties We're terrible but I think the Disney came in wisdom really amazing stuff would eisner back in the. Early, nineties just made a difference than in. With Pixar I mean, that was like an eleven billion dollar acquisition that has already paid off. Know many times over for Disney I hope Disney continue good I know they're struggling right now with their theme parks and their boats being closed. Whoever thought that that would be a vulnerability, a theme park. But anyway I I think things will turn around I. Hope People get sick of an want to get back to their normal language get tired of you know get tired of not being allowed to go places who especially when you know if you from show business aspect even flight from wrestling were resting in front of the people show business movies there's no work for any crew actors you know musicians at a certain point you're going to save the US into starving you know yeah I'm an adult I realized that there fifty, five, fifty, eight, thousand Americans die in a car every year and I'm not equating cars with this virus at all but I'm saying though is that there are innate risks. At one point is the government is going to come in and go I. AM thinking about Parasailing I dunno rob. I don't know. There's a one in twenty, eight, thousand chance. You might hit the rocks over there and you're in Mexico. So that's basically one in twelve chance now. So demanded the. It's just a very frustrating time. Were you know were people get attacked for expressing? They feel about anything anything if it steps out of the accepted narrative, it's very much. You know a closed minded fundamentalist thinking that is that has a religious indoctrination. You know as religious architecture in their thinking, it does really does how long has it before comedians can start using Kovin material in their act because there's a lot of comedy that for sure I think you have to. First of all we're going to get back on stage. Yeah but I mean, I, I was going out I said last thing I'd WanNa hear. I. Don't hear anything about this. Tell, tell me anything else you know. Yeah. I think it will get back. I mean I cannot imagine that people aren't sick completely sick of home sick nothing illegal out places agreed and get healthy i. mean this one thing about we all have to take our our health responsibly, which is good and this what we need to do we as as a nation, the United States has Know Twenty five percent of the. Of the world in in a population in his five percent of the world's population. So, there's a personal responsibility for for each of us to get in his best health as we can't. If every American was in its was in year shape Jericho you know. You never go to the doctor except when you when you have your enact displaced by some other wrestler but right, you're healthy and that's what eminent in your kids are healthy because you. Learned from you. Yeah. Speaking of kids as we start to wind down here is Your specialty RV is great because it's really funny and then you have the piano guy newly in the back which is cooled. Just a pair for a couple of years ago I went and saw heart and Joan Jett and the opening act was the girl called L. King Yeah and she killed it. She's a great singer great rock and roll vibe whiskey voice type thing and then I, find out she's Schneider's daughter like, wow had no idea and she actually comes out on on your on your show but I mean that's It's actually really cool because you mentioned something I used to be Rob Schneider now L. King's father where did this all come from was I can't claim any for talent at all credit for it. She's really Doggett hard-working artists than she's a great singer in a very soulful human being and she puts it all into it and I was like she's been nice enough to..

"The bills stir bill man. Bill. Bill. The name is Randy Randy A. Ster- only one copy for the rand. Man. How you doing champion I'm good man how are you got a band-aid on? Yeah I'm hanging. On for my entire soul is. Is kind of the way that it's been going with We could just jump right in this with the such a strange year all across the board I long for the days of the flattened curve nor that Supposed to be fifteen days right and no one I remember back in in March and all this happened while you know, let's do it for a couple of weeks and you know by April will all be through all this all done like you said, lightning the curve. Yeah boy were we wrong? Yeah how was it for you like? Obviously, you're busy guy as well in the town of everything shut down everything stopped everything around the me they're starting to fill in. Europe. I A call yesterday. That they're shooting in. Eastern Europe, in Italy. And every every country has their own rules. So you know they're up and gone, which is good news because people shooting is it's kind of a little more difficult than the last to really get gone I think he's going to be. The, US. In May be the UK. To get shooting, it's interesting though when you're talking I was just looking I was watching Netflix last night and I was thinking in about six months from now. All of those shows will be gone and they'll be nothing for like a whole eight months a year whatever right now the they'll they're going to do something you know yeah comedy. Special. did will literally just cut right under the wire. I. Think it was like literally the last comedy Special When did you film it February twenty ninth. Wow. Okay. Our last live show was march eleventh. You're right under the wire before they got lockdown was finished. I think everybody. Kind of shut it down by. Meryl, the Tenth Right or the eleventh there was over. Yeah. That's exactly. That's exactly right. So you're saying especially, really cool I want to talk about obviously I love the title of the Asian Mom. Mexican kids but it's great because it's just a jumper and talking about it. It's such a cool like bite sized forty-five minutes piece of comedy and a lot of people haven't seen. You do stand up in a while a lot of people don't even know that I did stand up i. mean that was the the thing about like why wanted to do this now was Just as. You know a document the show that this is how I started. I started out at the same time as Chris Rock and Adam, Sandler David Spade and I. Just I only got back into it. I mean it's been ten years seventeen stand up again and I just wanted to record it Netflix's nice enough to give me a a a special. Yeah. It's just long enough for me if you can't say which he needs same forty five minutes than you do something else with your life. Especially watching it you know as as especially if you're actually at the venue actually the last time I saw, Seinfeld live a couple of years ago. He went like forty five minutes. It was very much same idea. Yeah. Just gated in get an up let people people are thinking especially if you're seeing somebody in a theater thinking about how long it's GonNa take to get home the car you know where you par- dark it was somebody broke into the car, right? We know where? WE'RE GONNA call it can pick you up or like yeah. But at the same time, there's it's a little. More political dodgy era right now. So here's more stuff that I didn't include in the comedy special but may be a it's such a sensitive time me that people are so overreactive and it just didn't want to give people a reason to get upset. Yeah, it's funny because even watching it and they do such great voices invitations and like. You know like your wife or your mother-in-law they always have. Even if they don't have accents which is heard somebody on the Internet say like you can't do accidents anymore like one. Yeah. We'll even the whole thing with with the Chinese food, which is hilarious. I grew up with that. My I mean that's I mean I actually. End The special. Actually Speak Cantonese. Chinese visit Chinese that's like. For my friends who from Hong, Kong and they had the restaurant. got. I don't know what they want right and it's not the Chinese people who are who are upset about it. You know my friends are Chinese I. Don't know he's he knows if he a few sentences in Cantonese. Is usually like you know. People who are who aren't the specific initiatives usually something like white girl in Oregon is like pissed off and on doing an accident that. Is actually specific friend of mine but anyway, it's just A. You can't worry about it too much. You have to be aware of it as a problem, but you can't like let it stop you in and at the same time. I'm here to get laughs remember John cleese saying this about four years ago when I. flew to go see him such a huge fan. Yeah. V to and idle during his show and I flew out to go see him any said dutiful thing I'll never forget he said the maze sensitive members of society can't be the ones deciding what everybody else gets to listen to watch. Music is true right. If is bothering, you don't watch it but don't try to stop me doing it or stop somebody else from enjoying it. If it's mean spirited than you know it's different if you trying to hurt people and we're just getting a laugh and just expressing something happens you in your life. The news is a true true stories for the most part exaggerating true stores even talk about John cleese's. Fawlty Towers Fan Oh. Yeah. I think a couple of months ago. They took down the Germans x episode kind of buried that. Even. He commented on that like, yeah he did an obviously it was made in the mid seventies and it's a different type of humor, but it's still super hilarious and at the end Basil, who's who is the the main character that that cleese plays fawlty towers. If people who haven't seen it, he's the ultimate idiot and every time he ends up getting screwed because it's almost like an English archie bunker so to speak yes exactly and like the guy, the producer of that Fawlty Towers is real brilliant guy. He said the best description of said, what makes the best sitcoms situation comedies are horrible people acting? Horribly that's right because it's different. You don't see it all the time and you can just let relax and go my life sucks but look at this guy, you know. Yeah. They took about the German Steph I'm sorry the Germans were not seized me. They were mean most of them at a certain point in history. Nineteen thirty three to nineteen, forty, five and maybe forty seven in like Argentina. Well, the Basil gets hit on the head with a giant Moosehead and when he gets hit on the head with the Moosehead he kind of starts. Zipping back and forth between these Germans are in his tells that are not he's and he's says he don't say the word I think I said it once but I think I got away with a word of Nazi it's so funny it's brilliant Noel they've already tried to stifle so much of what's happening right now in popular culture that they have to go back in time and fix historical anti woke art and literature and pop culture. So I remember like I knew the cat was out of the bag when. Somebody who's in sacking John Wayne from interview. He did in Nineteen, seventy two in this guys dead since nineteen, seventy seven. You know. So I said boy really dig in the bottom of the barrel but I also think like if you look at bloggers, which is what most of these people are in I, don't say that derisively, but I do. Amino derisively in my heart. Factor matters you have to ride like ten or twelve. Articles to make a decent living and sell at a month. You know dopes Eke by in so it's whatever you can get whatever selling. Yeah. You know it's like whatever whatever the thing is that people they think that you know it's gonna grabs my balls be click bait and I think it'll say Alba will and what started this was talking about your Chinese food restaurants, which is great and that's something you discuss quite In depth into Netflix comedy special, Asian Mama Mexican kids I WanNa talk about some of the material in that show. But I, you guys know that we do Awa dynamited dailies place in Jacksonville Florida every week, and that is outside, which means a lot of those matches are happening in stifling heat and humidity. So let me tell you about something that I found. That's..

"Trump believes that it was a good thing, but self lost the Civil war. Now I'm going to replay that for you one more time. So for those of you who think Oh, that's just something. Trump Sica pants say they're always out to get the media. This was a legitimate question. Asked to the White House press secretary. Does he believe that President Trump believed that it was a good thing itself lost the Civil War? Good Lord, What is the response? She basically just said That's a ridiculous question because he had like a 34 part question. That was part one. She basically just dismissed it. That's ridiculous Question and went on. But the fact that she actually has to respond to that. Yeah, It reminds me of Chris Farley talking to Paul McCartney. Remember that SNL skit? You remember when you were in the Beatles? That was awesome. This is the same level of questioning you get from some of these White House reporters. Now the Washington Post editor. She's had to delete a tweet. Hasn't been a good stretch for the Wapo. We talked about this yesterday. They've had some some bad takes last couple of days where they've had to apologize for things or delayed things. Here's another delish in this was a tweet from the Washington Post editor. Quote white women are lucky. We're not calling for revenge. Okay, now, keep in mind while the Washington Post Global opinions editor is an African American woman. Okay, so she was like a white women are lucky. We're not just calling you. Karen's not calling for revenge, right? That tweet has since been Oh, wow. What a shocker. Everybody's Mr Tough guy. Everybody's Johnny. Tough guy, Billy Badass when they put in that tweet out there and they're hitting. Send But when they start getting some blowback, that's when they're real quick to delete again. I'd almost have more respect for this chick. If you just would have kept it up. Said You know what I said? What I said Come at me, bro. But that's not what happened here. Absolutely ridiculous. So there's this new trend on Twitter right now, since we're speaking of Twitter. Where people are answering a question, But it's something that would not make any sense a year ago. That makes perfect sense now. Something that would not, you know, even make no sense at all in 2019 but makes perfect sense in 2020. Here's an example of what I'm wearing. They wouldn't let me into the bank because that wasn't wearing a mask. That's a yeah, that would make any sense in 2019 makes total sense right now, but one year ago wouldn't make any sense at all. They wouldn't let me into the bank because I wasn't wearing a mask. Here are some other things that Twitter has decided. Wouldn't make any sense one year ago, but make complete sense right now. You found Clorox wipes. Somebody wants to get laid. Yeah, that would make zero since this time last year, but this year Wow. Yeah, that was a beautiful zoom wedding. I gotta be honest. One year ago. I have no idea what zoom even thrown away. Not at all. Ah! You're invited to my daughters Drive by 10th birthday. Ah, The drive by parties are so ridiculous, but she always got to give him a wave or seeing you honk your horn because it sucks to have a party right now, man. I feel bad for the kids that had to have birthday parties during locked down. Um, I'm glad the murder hornets weren't worse. Remember? Horace didn't really turn out to be anything there. Did they now they did. The murder hornets were the Ryan a leaf of this, 2020 drowned. A lot of hype coming in. Some people thought they'd be bigger and better and stronger than a lot of things. But it turns out they were just a waste of everybody's time. Murder hornets with Ryan Leaf of 2020 here's some more things according to Twitter quote, just ate my 39th loaf of home made bread. And traded the 40th foursome toilet paper. So again, those were some things that make perfect sense in 2020 Would have got a blown people's minds one year ago coming up next after all this talk after all this crap we've been dealing with. We need some booze, so we'll do some booze news and maybe crack a beer next. Have you added up the total amount of credit card debt you owe. Don't be afraid to find out because it can all go away with a phone call that golden oak lending. Imagine the feeling of freedom..

I don't I don't know why this exactly is but men nine times out of ten or more addicted to coke them. Women are weird and I'm surprised with that because you know as women doing. I'm doing coke head. Girls there have been but the physical attributes of meeting it is more prominent have more addictive personalities than women. I get that women are women but I'm saying that surprisingly because they girls like that you'd think about like they don't have to get something horrid and coke can help like your sexual and Ambitions Carlin. Never Mind Shit. I lied I thought I thought Coco was around since the early eighteen hundreds. They they were doing it for about ten years with actual coke so they started in eighteen. Let's let's re news like goes pucks go. Sparks is the one I have. It's radio frequencies it's like ten and it's like saying that goes through talking yet. How long's Rehab isn't we have a month should be about that. Yeah so ninety days usually okay. What if it's ninety days? That pretty much equals two years. So let's say thirty days thirty days that's a year and a urine five months out of two years. You were inside Rehab. Thirty days is a month. That's what I just said. Okay so you said in the past two years he was in and out of Rehab Seventeen Times thirty days. That's a year and five months in far these goods attitude year. We're merely the calm before the storm. According to Seeley I don't know who he is and other acquaintances who saw Farley. During his final days the actor became a big win to down spiral on December fourteenth. He was manically hopscotched through Chicago. Bars like I said he went through Chicago a lot. Consuming large quantities of drugs alcohol and fraternizing with a series of party. Girl's talking scary men scary to think of how I like. Eye Shadow guys. This is a showtime be cleaned honestly. It's hard it's hard life so far. We south of debauchery behavior began downtown. Chicago club Carmo when he raised out until two am afterwards. The party moved to Farley's apartment. On Tuesday December Sixteenth Farley blew off plans to get a haircut instead. Got a three hundred per hour. Call girl named ought him as we've said before autumn three hundred dollars per hour is I feel. I feel like I've heard of that. He was making nine away key. You're at some dudes house for fucking two hours six hundred dollars in your fucking pocket. That is new. That's our leads that he spent the she's spend the afternoon with Farley. He claimed I called from his home around eight thirty am she says the comedian. Who WERE SMOKING? Pot and drinking screwdrivers screwdrivers screwdrivers was a screwdriver. Qna Do you know the vodka? Orange juice nailed. It seemed to be more interested in scoring cocaine than her services. I don't think he knew what he wanted. She says he just tell me he was on a rampage. He just kept bouncing from room to room. He spent his last day on December Seventeenth Nineteen ninety-seven primarily with a hooker named Heidi the fucking bitch in. Heidi I fucking hate this. You hide you throw his broke. No she she fucking left for dead. We'll find out safe shit. Seems he was really into hookers. Hardy the hooker. Heidi Hooker was hired for fire. Heidi Heidi so get this full. Fuck whoever Farley's friend was that hired her for two grand. She joined him. She joined Farley at a party in Lincoln in Chicago. Girl Man. Yeah it makes so much money you have your fucking orifices all find really ever. I don't think he was already at eleven. Am and there are plenty of drugs at this party. Later that day Farley accompanied Heidi back to her apartment where they continue SM- smoke crack and snort heroin. Chris claimed he had been up for forty straight without sleep. That can kill you. In general they tried unsuccessfully to have sex but obviously Chris couldn't why you're you're off brain stuff you're horny but you just can't do it. There's nothing like well if you're I don't know sometimes you get yourself into it though galaxy the fuck did Tommy boy do not actually going to show you. Then add eleven. Pm Kristin Heidi returned Chris's apartment in hand caq the Hancock building. She was growing angrily. Because Chris wasn't GonNa pay her but Chris continue to clean this friend and was supposed to pay her. Reportedly tried to have sex again and again and we're unsuccessful so finally at three. Am She left? His apartment. Farley was so inebriated he collapsed about ten feet from the door as Heidi exited. How do you claim she could hear that? He was experienced labored breathing. So she's a piece of shit percents being fucked. He's going to die and he said don't leave me I could. Wow it's amazing to omit something like that here zooming. He had finally passed out. She took a photograph of him lying on the floor and then left. We will post flunkies photo of him. We walk back in so she left. She heard him say that she opened the door. And I took a picture There is a lot of blame on her part for leaving him. And I said this I was at a Work Party before I came to record this and I said that to another bill a guy love and fucking cheating on older guys got long while Cutie. You're cheating on me with an older guy but our fucking he said to him. I was like if it wasn't for fucking her. He could probably still be alive even if she were to call the cops and be like this guy to collapse Chris Farley and the actual collapse and then run out they would have been there in time for special fucking fast he probably would have survived a lot of people blame her for his death in general and as a close friend if. I was Sandler if I was Mike. Myers I might blame her because I was like sure. Blame her but really the very sad. Q This What was going to be no? The Risk Farley was discovered the next afternoon by his own brother John heartbreak so fucking if I walked in and one of my brothers were dead like beds. I honestly I don't. I don't know if I'd live like that. That's the end of my life. Man That's heartbreaking versus body was still lying there just ten feet from the door clad in Pajama bottoms and button-down white t shirt. That was unbuttoned his hand. He was clutching a baseball cap in Rosary. Beads man this fucking. Why do they have those things though he had he? I guarantee base Garin baseball CAP. Probably that he had close to him that he was holding his heart and then clutching that but I have a feeling that he he had consciousness for a couple minutes and then grabbed rosary beads and started praying in his head. And and that's like this is going to get pretty sad. He was he was bleeding from his nose and fluid was coming out. A white frothy foam was coming from his mouth. Sean immediately called nine one. One Chicago. Firefighters received the call just at the two PM. Farley was pronounced dead at the seen by the paramedics he. He was thirty three years old the same age dom Belushi upon his ultimate. Very sad and are we will oppose these pictures to strange. Podcast grew page on facebook and instagram. Strange Brew Canada and Facebook. Strange we can all do a sensitivity thing. Because I'm going to post is pictures of him dead. That's what really disturbed me is looking at him. Lying there blood coming out of his nose and how disturbing it really is to see someone. I loved throughout my childhood looking like that in that he let himself do this to himself. Essentially I wasn't too much of your childhood. So accidental Burr ffynnon cocaine intoxication. Don't even acknowledge. Some reports say that. The search of his apartment failed any illegal narcotics but many prescription drugs were found but others reports. This bottles of booze both emptied half-full were thrown around the apartment as begs of suspicious white powder and they couldn't test that to realize that there's probably coqui like on the fact. They're like well they did. They ended up twenty-six whiskey. We got a beard share but he had bottles of booze around. So he's and then plus doing coke. Coke does help you drink a little longer. Fucking a significant but the fact that he was probably just like you get so you're probably blackout all the time. Not really known what he was doing instead after failed attempts to save Chris. Because he was fucking dead. Anyways Chris's body was immediately taken to the county medical examiner where he was given. An autopsy and tissue samples were sent to the laboratory for the toxicology testing. When the lab results were revealed his death was ruled an accident. Farley died of an opiate and cocaine. Intoxication is death was determined to be an accident. There were other drugs system that were ruled to not be contributed to his death k. Obviously marijuana morphine could be in PROZAC could be no. That's what it was. It was a speedboat morphine. Coast arguing.

"The case that is purely a stalker scheduling. Conflict conflicts forced him to decline. Which I'm so curious in an alternate universe to see what that would have been like honestly. I am curious. I'm totally curious to see what that would have been like. Yeah because I would have been interesting to see how his take on end up to Jim. Carey end up. Doing Farley stated to Farley was slated to appear in the third ghostbusters film which didn't happen until the women came in our he had a lot of fan at the time it is intended to be a new trio of ghostbusters. Taken on the over of the overpopulation. In Hell. So they're supposed to be like in house comes from the ground. Said that would have a need. I don't know what the future holds. Farley said all I know is I'm good today. Real good at the time hit this time I had this time. He was making six million dollar movie. Almost heroes according SNL writer Fred. Wolf one time in front of two hundred twenty or twenty five people in a very crowded writer's room mixed company women men Farley came in naked. He had his Dick. Tuck between his leg. He began doing Jayme Gum. I don't know who they are from. Sao Salinger the hill. Yeah I knew that. Is You know good bar. Who took a golf club and shoved in about three inches? Up his ASS homeboy. And then pull the golf club out and stirred to lick it. He wants to fuck was. Don't cocaine kids. That's not coke. Man That is Co. That's your brain going well into so we have beers whiskey time you gotta Pop that. Cork loader got some whiskey. Adam Sandler talked about what it was like to be a for dinner with Farley in the nineteen nineties. He said he would say you got that. T. Bone steak. Oh Yeah Okay. You do have and he would name. It's like it's like He. He'd named like six things you're like. Wow He's getting six things and then he would say okay. I'll also have two of those and he would always double down also cocoa Conan. O'brien added Chris. Farley love to eat to a degree I've never seen by any human being in my life. No one day also quoted that as what? I watched him. Eat Two t-bone steaks and eat them like dry rid. We thing in his mouth and just slid off the bone. Yes I will get you ginger. Be So again. We're talking about in documentary. We've watched in two thousand fifteen a documentary. I am Chris. Farley and Sarah Live Co Star. Mike Myers explained why the energetic comedian scared him to death. I'd improvise with Chris and I was scared to death because he had already knocked. Someone's tooth out and gave someone else a scar just for being so craigslist. From his anecdotes. It was so yeah. Yeah it was also revealed in the dock that Farley made at habit to surprise Myers in the shower fully nude as I mentioned funded by so fucking for the jokes. German time I did that. Grandma kicked me. Hope David Spade. Explain how what are the most memorable scenes from Tommy boy came out capable in? Chris was doing that bit to me at work. We shared an office. In Chris's desk was behind me. And he didn't really know how to write or read really kidding but he became bored. You See. He'd be Super Board obviously and he would say Davy turning around and I said this is fat guy in little coat. I'm not turning around. It's not funny more and he would say no I've got I've got a whole new thing. And then he would turn around and he would have him and his he would have David Spade Levi jacket on fat guy. Don't you give up on it? Fat Guy Little Cone and so when we did Tommy Boyd. We were looking for jokes and the scenes to make them better. We sided that was funny to us and may be funny to other people so you put on the fact a coat and the slaying which was not actually funny was not planted all and the Cote actually ripped on. Its own like that wasn't put in. It looks pretty look through Renton and he was actually legitimately fucking doing it. Which is like you actually ripped his fucking code. Well that was a super small coat. Not as big fucking dude. Don't do that guy a little a little that guy and bad guy a little gold. Oh my God how much I love that part in general it just shows Chris Farley's childlike nature in what he was kind of like as a person was he was like just a goofy guy that having finding ball in even though he did like a fuck enough drugs to kill a horse. You GotTa Watch out for your happy friends. Yeah especially you know. Don't you spend nine? He didn't do speedboat airspeed. Bob Bob a few of Farley's friends claim that that funny man. A few friends of Farley claimed that the funny man had been obsessed with licking things Chris Farley everywhere you went was licking everything Adam Sandler said on a late night. Show in two thousand fifteen. He went out for dinner at Wally. Joseph's like twenty of us. We're walking and talking to him as we go. He gets antsy. He's got to give him a minute. And then okay buddy and you just saw him run back one hundred and liquor mailbox and come running back feel like that was a lot of his coke addiction that he just had this energy and shit if you had enough money where he was probably doing it every day. Kinda ship though I mean and then you know I can't. I can't speak from my own experiences. Yes I feel like my. It's different towards me and other people. Yeah Yeah I had my own dealings with drugs and shit like that and it's just like I can get where that came from where you'd fuck. I D- I asked you back when I was working at restaurants and stuff and like you don't even try. It is the thing I did when I was a fucking ninety s kitchen that you don't fucking try because God knows if you're anything like like there's a lot of people with very dicta personalities as they have now I of course shit you quit everything like your fucking confined with or without it. I'm like no I fucking know what I'm right so give them also older now. Though back in the day I was always lucky that I didn't touch really hard shit till my early twenties and then I kind just say fuck. It was a teenager. Our it would've killed me like I was very addictive personality when I was a teenager. Do Crazy stuff that I probably shouldn't have done. It doesn't leave former Saturday night. Live writer also witness Farley. Odd Licking compulsion firsthand. He opened his wallet. It looked everything inside of it. The pictures the money he had. Oh my God I had to lick his own shoelaces tied him up. It was totally nuts. That's Crazy Joe. Weird thing to see. Never look everything now like it's a joke and then it probably became a habit it probably turned into a habit more than anything for the frequently sought help for addictions and drugs and alcohol. The first frequently statement the first of his his over seventeen stints in Rehab began in Nineteen ninety-one fucking Bourne. He just started in ninety one. He's going to rehab and that was after his us that was before. Snl put him into Rehab. No he was in he got. He's earned that's now in one thousand nine hundred ninety pitcher that they're obviously with like they're like what the fuck man you gotta go somewhere. He's a fat Guyanese energy so it's like his college friend. Pat Fan explain for all these battle with addiction. He did everything to excess and when it came to drinking in other stuff he caught in a world he got caught in a world. He couldn't get out because he did have an addictive personality. In it's bad it's dangerous and also because Chris Farley was totally obsessed with John Belushi like another brilliant comedian who struggle with drugs now call in weight management and John. Belushi died in hotel because of a speed ball doing speed balls. Not Heroin and cocaine. Yes it is. It's not a speed balls cocaine and morphine all right. Well I will look into that but I'm pretty sure that's it's heroin and cocaine but I'm pretty sure we'll sodomy all over again. I know he's looking at but I knew something I'm hundred place. I know that John Belushi had cocaine here when INA system.

We also have beers for later. But we'll see a couple of Bir. It's the blue bottle. We're also watching Tommy boy because we are covering Chris Farley David. One of my favorites too. And it's going to be a super super lighter episode until it's not it might get sad the end. I was watching that documentary with him earlier. Today eight Shikata Motion Farley. I got a little emotional sad stuff. But why are we doing this We're always reviewing the famous dead. That is a series that we've already started with Sydney antsy and stuff. We're going to keep going on it like. Tom will jump in there and do some celebrities desk people who related to so why. We're especially doing this wine and why. I've always wanted to do this because you know it was disturbing kind of the way he died in you know he was denied an fucking floor. A hotel thing is like we'll get to that resonates with us more significantly to like we used to white special ladies and like they're just nothing but little guy in big coach so that's why like in the skinny guy so when we're working together at restaurants we're young cats and shit he used to go for. Billy would go for a smoke with all my jacket and you'd be like skinny guy big like you know because I'm a bigger than billy. Obviously he's a little stick bug so it's a little different now. I grew a few feet since his name was Christopher Crosby Farley so he forced on February fifteenth. Oh I thought it was Valentine's Day nineteen sixty four and we'll get to his death later died in nineteen ninety seven. But that's why like also I was like. Oh the good time and do this. His birthday's literally coming up. Yeah so just kind of get idea do this. He was an American actor and comedian earlier is known for his loud. His luxury yacht. Energetic comedy style was a member of Chicago's second city theatre. Second City was like where Bob and Doug Mckenzie we got her name from came from was SETV so second city. And they used to like fucking Rick Moranis and Paul Thomas Doug to fuckers names that would they came from and it's kind of interesting. That's why we took this name. But they were on second city also. A lot of people started there. And it was kind of Improv Improv. Yeah it's a lot of Improv. But well more or less. Just Chris. Farley played Chris Farley did a lot more prevalent so so much as they say right like a lot of the read their skits. They did their skills. But it's all just Kinda skit comedy if you've never seen Saturday night live but skit but he was also a cast member of NBC sketch. Comedy show obviously Saturday night live between nineteen ninety nine in one thousand nine hundred five. He went on to pursue a film career in nineteen ninety. Five nine hundred ninety nine hundred ninety five. He went to pursue a film career starring in such films as Tommy Boy Black Sheep and Beverly Hills Ninja Beverly Hills Ninja on my favorites. There was like the last one he did before he died. I know it's not actually did another one. There's another one in. I've only seen once body. What's not only those his movie. Yeah it was. I don't think he did another one. Did almost heroes. Yeah almost heroes. That's it yeah. After his death in ninety seven his final completed films almost here isn't dirty work released in ninety eight respectively. So he didn't. So what did he do half these movies now? He did it all but they finally cut it and put it into production share. Okay so yeah. It was almost heroes. I WANNA watch before but I wanted to watch owners. I've heard of dirty work. We should watch those for sure though. Honestly but Farley on forcing died of an overdose at the age of thirty three which we'll get to later but farley born on that is so young. I'm fucking nearly four years away from that Billy Strip in. He's getting his wife Beater again. Which is the wife beaters author so nice? He likes to beat. His wives turned to three wives. He hides in his basement. One's name is Clich Mar. What necessity and the other. One is bar video theo. Theo girdled on ginger. Real Safari was born. Agree said but very fifteen ninety sixty four in Madison Wisconsin. Wisconsin boy that serial killer land man while Syracuse from Wisconsin. Jeffrey Dahmer. I think a lot of serial killers anywhere fucking Middle Eastern Boardman grew up in maple bluff his father Thomas John Farley senior actually. Wow that's kinda crazy. His Dad died two years after him. His dying died in one thousand nine hundred zero Shit Room and they obviously I would think this is just my brain but how his dad and him probably met in the afterlife. Somehow some probably how you know what? I mean the fact that he was probably still hanging around dad. You're dead to come on buddy. I'm on. It's so nice. They've got so many oil company so it makes sense for Tommy Boy in office like his family and his mother Mary. Ann Nin Cosby was a homemaker. He had four siblings ITAMI JUNIOR TOM. Junior Kevin. I think happens the comedian John and Barbara. His cousin Jim is an executive vice. President and and President of global markets at Ford Motor Company is definitely directed towards Chris. Farley's life and what he was doing and stuff because he works in isn't really a real company. I thought it was but Callahan that many many times. I don't fucking know the call again in color again. For at least families Romaine Roman Catholic in of Irish and Scottish descent Farley attended Catholic schools in his hometown that was pretty much like the growing. He attended the Catholic schools in Canada. Along with Chris. Wrong road trip. Farley was one of the new stuff Saturday night. Live cast members announced in spring nine hundred ninety s now farley frequently collaborated with fellow cast members. Adam Sandler Chris Rock Tim Meadows Donahue. You are sorry but Robert Does Rob Schneider and David Spade so just Hugh that in Mitch thank you back. Our talls needs sleepy. We go way. Let me sleep. What this. Oh It's a nice that's full-service yeah it's a full service hotel when we blew off that shit so fuck it funny. That makes you laugh. David spade him. We're very fucking good friends. And that's why you know. Billy is the David Spade to my Chris Farley so technically so and the cane he was known as the bad boy they were known as the bad boys. Snl especially Chris. Farley was the bad lots of drugs and famous farley characters. Was Todd O'Connor superfan. That's the bears five pairs countries. Like he's had a fucking heart attack before could second time today. Marc I had had a good stretch there for six months or a could not. I couldn't stop. I couldn't stop saying bears the bears just in any situations Kane. Can you go grab that from me? I'd be like yeah for payers. There's a group of stereotypical CHICAGO CHICAGO CHICAGO CHICAGO CHICAGO. Chicago wins who constantly shouted DUB bears that bears. He's also the Chippendales dancer which one of my soon catches ever famous sketch. You guys can look it up. There's no club to is them dancing. Can you stop with two big? Knock it hats. I gotta get a picture with you. Eighty said phones as fuck off. He's my eighties headphones. The world doesn't deserve CDs headphones. Ship the patterns you which even like I think it was. Mike Myers.
The Future of Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, and Disney's Movie Monopoly
"I think we have to go and see twenty three right off. The top. I manage just told me that she read a thorough examination of the announcements made at this this weekend event. How are you feeling. Are you excited about the disney plus era upon us yeah but you have to do this. Julia minoshe from nonfiction chris farley watched non-fiction. You can just look blog. I clarified clarifying. I i think for disney and for me <hes> possibly in different ways you know disney has a strong brand as we know and it is quite articulate clearly articulated ticketed in this and i think that there will be many people including parents and star wars fans who have end marvel fans watch look forward to and i will be sending ending my streaming money elsewhere very interesting not surprising take from chris you are the coast of a podcast called the watch a long running podcast a hot. It looks closely a culture at large but particularly television a lot of t._v. Shows and disney plus. Here's my take on them. Don't care. I'd like to talk to you guys about the movies that were announced cheshire. Okay aside from the mandatory and i do care about this. Say which i care about all the there are two more stories memories t._v. shows. I'm sorry yet theoretically the mental learn is the only thing i have a clear percents of what it is and what it's going to be which actually does feel like the star wars show that we should have had like twenty five years ago very like <hes> grounded in the dirt small character look as opposed to the intergalactic battle kind of t._v. Show the other shows. I don't even know what are those shows. Isn't there a urine mcgregor. Obi obi wan the whole thing right. I think he's lovie wine. Even as i was saying it out loud i was like oh got him getting the names right. Am i getting the names right. Have you guys like a mandate. We're going to do a star wars episode so you should host and she she has ever told you. The story of this is a fun game to play. If you're like in a car and really board is you can ask you just tell you the plot of a movie a husband and i do this sometime and we maybe we should just do a podcast sometimes because it's really wild what people remember but famously i was asked to do the plot of star wars and i gave the entire plot with like intense analysis of the sexual tension between luke and leia and then also hans solo and the trash chute and all this stuff and just like did not mention the desktop the sexual tension between hansel and the trash chute. We are in russian. Oh yeah and i even got but at no point. Did i mention like the death star them blowing it up like the central plot of the movie just didn't exist in my brain spoiler. Sorry we have revealed views here officially that the death star is destroyed and star wars a new hope very sorry to everybody who hasn't seen episode four chris. Would you make the movie news non non non star wars edition so we got some moral news. We got a little look at the lady and the tramp live action yeah so for most of my life. Disney has been like a non factor <hes> it was a i never really grew up in disney household and a lot of these <hes> sort of legacy titles. Don't really mean a lot to me. I don't even know if i actually seen bambi like for instance. <hes> so a seminal event in movie history interesting to have the doorway into disney is marvel and star wars for me but now being introduced to this huge volume play and that that is kinda gonna come attendant with all this stuff and one of the things that we probably talk about when we get into the summer movie awards. That's been kind of confusing for me. This summer is having take things like aladdin seriously. You've been doing that no but it's like that takes up a lot of airspace. Have you seen either aladdin no yeah so you're not taking taking it serious. Oh i'm not taking it seriously but wouldn't you say that it plays a larger role in like pop culture in general because of the like the volume of the megaphone is that much louder pre everything builds everything else and now you've got these three things that disney legacy titles marvel and star wars say nothing of pixar and everything else that take up. I mean this is what you're saying a stranglehold on your brain. It's like sixty five percent of the airwaves man. It's true although in nineteen ninety-two aladdin was a big deal to so if you were hosting the watch which i don't know what would it have been call one thousand nine hundred smells like teen spirit yeah exactly if you were hosting smells like teen spirit the podcast you can get out of your windows media player six days to download it would still be forced to talk about and in some form or fashion but you're right the the the amount of mindshare that they have right now obviously is overwhelming and this is. I mentioned this biennial event. It doesn't happen every year the fact that it happened at this exact time while we're going through a me when wesley just had this conversation last week on the show we were like we are being choked out. You know brock listener has come to choke out with content. You guys get that referenced. I it's about wrestling. It's he wasn't in fighting with my family to today. Thank you to too much time on this podcast. I it is interesting like i could not help but see the announcement black panther too and just how far away that is. We are a thousand days away from black panther too. That's a long time. It's a it's become a cliche to say. We're all gonna be dead by then or the world will be on fire but it's possible that some things are significantly different culture at large a thousand days from now. We may not even have t._v.'s in one thousand days i don't. I don't know what's coming so to be planning that far ahead for something thing particularly something that is so anticipated yeah. I thought it was so strange. I thought it was almost like teasing away. That's funny because i had the opposite reaction which she's like this thing that we have been predicting for a long time which is disney as monopoly is here the this we have seen the realignment of the studios and the streaming services and kind of what the big names are going to be and we have been like well disney's just going to own everything and disney will have this movie and disney will have the streaming service and the men were in all of this i._p. And this was just the confirmation a certainty of okay they have consolidated. All of the i._t. Is together they have their distribution plan ready and disney plus and what what we expected to happen is going to happen and i have an easier time imagining how black panther too is going to fit into entertainment as we consume consumer than i do like basically any movie that a traditional movie studio is releasing or even most of the t._v. Shows on basic cable at this point but i think that the interesting thing that came out of some of these announcements between black panther being nine hundred days away and spider man being excommunicated from the is that there are a lot of people waiting on line. You know what i mean to get in to get their big screen time. There's a lotta characters. There's a lot of filmmakers producers who are all like so. This was a a huge hit and we've got to wait like four years and my guys gotta be in like a couple of thirty seconds spots and post credit sequences of the internals. That's you're telling me it's like that. I'm not single. Black panther would walk away from you. I don't think he michael jordan's. Not gonna get did going to do that but the spiderman thing i thought was indicative of indicative of so he being like let's go let's. Let's do another one most definitely but i think it's because while i think what you're saying is right that the playing field is kind of settled in a way that it's at least for the next next six to twelve months is going to be disney versus net flicks and then h._b._o. Max will come along and then you know. Universal will clarify what they're plays for the most part we we know what the short-term clarity around things but three years from now. I don't know if there's going to movie theaters close three years from now. I don't know if we will have have forty five hundred movie screens three years from now so getting that far ahead of ourselves. I think you're right chris that there's a desire to kind of plant flags. There's there has been mark. Harris has been writing about about this for coming up on ten years. Now this sort of like we plant our flag on a film that we don't even know what it is seven years ahead of time black panther too in particular those struck me as weird because it might be after the rise of skywalker. Maybe avatar to the most anticipated movie that exists that we're aware of world is that i am. I overstating it to say that will add. I think the avatar to is a good example. I mean not that. It's going to go black panthers. The wait between black panther one and two is nothing nothing resembling avatar in avatar too but it is indicative the fact that i think that like without seeing a single piece of footage. I think a lot of people are like. Does anybody still care about avatar. I was gonna ask coup is anticipating. I've talked to you besides get mine. I don't now i don't know but underestimate james cameron at your peril because this is what happened with titanic and this is what happened with avatar people were like is this going to be good. I don't know if i care about this and then boom biggest movie of all time and then biggest movie of all time twice he did that twice. People were like i don't know he lost his fastball. He's a weirdo. He loves to play with his toys doesn't understand humanity so i i wouldn't underestimate cameron trouncing

"It was I forgot to watch it with what's his face did Adam Sandler. Yeah. I forgot all about how was it? Good. Well, one of the things I didn't know any talk about it in his monologue. At the starts his first time back at SNL since he was fired. And like what oh Sandler got fired. I didn't just rock got fired. And Chris Farley got far they all get fired at the same time. I'm like speaking of being on crack, I think Lorne Michaels must have been on crack is that would be three of their stronger characters. But sadly did a really nice song. It's from his Netflix special from last year where he did this really nice tribute song, Chris Farley and had this need to kind of. Slide show wasn't a slide show is an actual vignettes of his greatest moments on SNL in the movies. He did. And they everybody was pretty touched by that. You believe in twenty two years since Chris Farley died and believable, right? Yeah. Boozer boozer Drucker. I think wasn't the story behind him died of a drug overdose. I what and create. I I'd love that guy. I love that guy for just the I love the way he just sort of change what they were new. There was so many things that he did like Robin Williams at the start of interviews or at the start of shows that they would have, you know. Okay. Here's the script. And they sort of look at it going. I don't fucking keep into that. I got my own idea. You know, I got my own idea. And I love that. That's my mantra man that is my mantra that they just had the right amount that dual in particular had just the right amount of breaking character legless Merck's, but they powered through most of the time is usually Sandler that was breaking character and Farley would just keep ROY. Rolling right through it. And I thought they did at just the right amount. Versus Jimmy Fallon who seemed to.

What are we doing over here? And I'm just they're just making ratting in walls. Well, but Chris if you seen what's happened with Chris because I'm getting fed up with him. I mean in that he is becoming like I love him and his family, and I love his fish nece. We all do. But he is now not unlike Chris Farley working for his father, and whatever movie that was all of them. Every Christmas all movies. He was working for his father. He is. Now is is that a tie on you or you wearing a tie today? Listen, man, I've seen the light. I got a couple of calls out to the show with Mike today. We're I'm buying into this W E G is the station. Chart whatever I'm buying into this busy. No, chris. No, look, he's going to go. But he's been my strong us ally. And all this. He's actually like, hey, this is really cool like we were kind of crapping on this New York event. There was very little incentive. Hell the person that explained it best was Greg. Cody ROY Billy, join us know join the initiative, Billy who Billy are you going to go to the dark side waiting till one o'clock, and it's getting result. There's no disputing the result. Burt Reynolds, star of "Boogie Nights" and "Smokey and the Bandit," dies at 82
"It Burt Reynolds movie star who played it for grins dies at eighty two. And they talk about well right here. The ex-jock jock from Florida starred in deliverance and boogie nights. But preferred making such populist fun fair as smokey and the bandit the Campbell run and starting over. That's that's kind of what he always loved doing until much later in his career. And he was the biggest box office star in the world at one at one time. Yeah, this is well written. I read part of this again, this is Hollywood reporter Reynolds who received an Oscar nomination when he portrayed porn director Jack corner in. Boogie nights. Nineteen ninety seven was the number one box office attraction for a five year stretch starting in the late nineteen seventies for five straight years. Wow. Half a decade, and obviously before and after that still enormous, but I mean, number one for half a decade. He died this morning at Jupiter medical center in Florida. According to his manager. This is a little sad though, beloved by audiences for his brand of frivolous. Good old boy fair the playful Reynolds rarely was embraced by the critics the first time he saw himself in boogie nights. He was so unhappy he fired his agent he went on to win a Golden Globe. But lost out in the Oscar supporting actor race to Robin Williams for Robin Williams role in goodwill hunting, and they say it was a very bitter disappointment for Burt Reynolds. And then he had said this. This was later in a memoir called. But enough about me Burt Reynolds says I didn't open myself to new writers or risky parts. Because I wasn't interested in challenging myself as an actor. I was interested in having a good time. As a result. I missed a lot of opportunities to show I could play serious roles by the time. I finally woke up. Up and tried to get it. Right. Nobody would give me a chance. Yeah. So he wasn't entirely satisfied with his career. But it's just so funny because my God he was like the ultimate movie star required for quite a while. And he was married to Lani Anderson. How many times was he married? Didn't he marry Sally field or were they just an item? I can't even remember, man. I can't I don't know. And you said he was married to Lani. I believe you. I wouldn't have known if he was only dating her. Messier divorces in Hollywood. Did they I think they did? Yeah. I didn't remember any of it. But. And it's weird that he hated himself in boogie nights. I thought he was I thought it was good in boogie nights. I guess he did maybe just didn't like the rule. I dunno. I thought it was good. I thought he was kind of like a like a tragic figure in that movie. I remember a funny thing. Now, you know, these are like these old Hollywood stories. So who knows if this is true? But this this is what I once read that both. He and Clint Eastwood. Were under contract for so many movies. And this is like before they were huge. They were not movie stars yet. But they were under some small contract for so many movies from the same studio, and they both get called into the office by this big shot at the same time. And he was tearing up the contracts paid them off whatever it was a small thing. They weren't they weren't big movie stars yet. And the way that they were both let go the story had it that he pointed. I at Burt Reynolds and said, you you can't act and then points at Clint Eastwood and said, you your Adam's apple is too. Big. You're out and he gets rid of. And the story was that they walk down. All I want this to be true. They walked down the hall. They get into the elevator. They're both quiet for second. It's only them and Burt Reynolds says man, you're the one I feel sorry for and Clinton says why Bert says, well, I can always learn to act. You can't do a damn thing about that. Adam's apple. Typical always a jokester. I hope that's the true story. But freaking knows. All right. Well. This is like one of those deaths where wow, it was huge name. I guess it's not one that like totally crushes me or gets me really upset not saying anything bad about the guy. I bet my mom will feel really

Hysterical dude I mean you know all my gosh whatever and my son's, like can, we stop by Dunkin, donuts and I'm. Like no We're going, home And so we pull. Into the driveway I run into the house and I stand in. In our kitchen we got a little, TV in there and I guess people in this area like it wasn't the cold open as. The opening skit so I've got this little fast, forward thing going and I see like the c. span logo, and, I'm like okay this has got to be it and just stood there. And watched it and I was like oh. God And I mean there were like a million thoughts, going, through my. Head like, okay it's funny. It's well-deserved oh, my, God I still like you're like, this, is Saturday. Night Live. And that's me I mean again like I, I grew up Mm like, mimicking skits from, Chevy Chase and, Chris Farley and. You know you name it Tina Fey, remembered you said that thing, on, Saturday night. And now, I, was like okay that's me But someone gave you, a super soaker I got, a, couple of I also. Wanted to ask oh well this person this is an, audience question in what ways was the. Job as a White House press secretary. Different than what you expected All When I took the, job I have a conversation with Josh. Arts he's walking me through all this logistic. Stuff and at the end of one of the conversations I said he can I ask you a question like is there anything personal like that should be ready for in terms of, like I'd done, three four or five hundred hits television hits when I was at the RMC the closest anyone ever came to recognize. Me it was like I was in the Josephine, banks the sweater section at Christmas and a guys like you're the Republican Now's like it so I was like you probably get, a little bit, more Josh's like look I just stopped taking Uber x because it just became uncomfortable once in a while and I. Was like okay well I'm kind of a cheap, guy so whatever day to I get in the Subaru ex guys Oh. I know you are you're going to have to tempt me Literally it's like okay black Not that I I was I don't think the level of intensity. In scrutiny was even look I knew that there would be an, elevation in like name ID but like, among the. C. span crowd, no, offense this is, us, but but I. Thought okay I get. That I just didn't think and then obviously like there's a lot of protocols and traditions that you know kind of and literally like. I write in the book I'm talking to Jeff, Mason who is the president the White House correspondent association. About the press, covering everything he goes look first couple of weeks. People come in your, briefing and then after. That, it just, things, out And I like every day. After that second week, I'd be today Jeff Now you actually interestingly sort of democratized? That, press room can you talk for those of us watching. At home we're we can't see all the hierarchies traditions in the room that was a really interesting part of the book you describe this? Sort, of the way things generally are in the changes that you, made yeah and it's interesting because I still get reporters, that will say we really. Appreciate how you democratize the press briefing room and I think. That's important so just to make you guys and understand. How this works there are forty nine seats. In the press briefing room they're assigned by, the, White House Correspondents Association and, the first few rows are. TV networks wires and, then, the big guys Washington Post New York Times the, LA times, says one I can't remember. What you've got all the networks the wires and then the big ones and then. It kind of works back and then that's for, those who are assigned so. If you are not among the, forty. Nine you don't get a seat you can stand if there's room etc I believe that there's A lot of, voices in this country and I thought that when I? Took, over my one of my things was I was like. This is there are a lot of people spit foreign language media business media local television talk.
