MLB work stoppage in more than two decades Players and owners are battling over how younger players and superstars get compensated Bloomberg opinion columnist Allison schrager recently wrote about the topic She says some of the issues brought up in negotiations reflect broader challenges workers face across the U.S. economy Explain what's at the root of the baseball negotiations At the root of it is actually going to happening a lot of labor markets But the baseball strike in particular is the way younger players are paid and the way the superstars are paid So mainly the younger players because they're fighting with analytics that most players kind of peek in their 20s And the way it works right now is when you sign with a major league team you're with them You have a contract with them for 6 years and you can only renegotiate after three years which means that you don't really get free agency or the ability to negotiate And so you sort of aged out of your peak years which means they have less power So they're pushing to reform that And also to put they don't have explicit salary caps but there are penalties to paying very good players a lot of money and to sort of reduce that They want everyone to be paid more of their value Explain why changes in the economy have led to the baseball lockout and just income inequality Well before this is when union serves an important role is that you had a bunch of people working at a factory or wherever And maybe you're more productive people than another But the more productive workers that have subsidized the low productive workers because the unions did is they forced everyone to be in the same pay scheme But as I said the return is to being a high productive worker weren't so large because you had a lot of routine work And also there was no good way to know who was doing well anyway and who really was a good worker was hard to identify these people anyway But now we see this with baseball and every industry You know you have analytics that make it a lot easier to tell who's good who's that As I said before no one noticed that in your 20s people were peeking And also the returns and sort of a bigger more global economy to being a superstar are also much higher So the model we sort of compressed everyone's wages and sort of productive people or better superstars subsidized the less productive people It just doesn't work very well anymore I've always wondered about unions representing workers like baseball players where some are so highly paid and the others are not how they can find equality there That's the challenge because they weren't the huge disparities before So the union model made a lot of sense But you need for a union to work as a lot of solidarity that everyone's willing to go in on it together maybe have slightly less upside but also have more security And if you're more likely to be getting say a $100 million contract you have a lot less of an incentive to go in on that What do the owners want and what do the unions want Well ironically it seems like the owners the ones who would benefit from a union because they would like more wage compression They would like to have more limits on paying the very big superstars And they'd like to keep the model they have with the lower plate players So they'd like everybody to get paid something more similar They're also advocating for a wage floor which might sound surprising but it's complicated in that the superstar economy not only applies individuals to applies to firms So what you're having in every other industry are these few breakout firms who make way more than everyone else And they get all the talent Now baseball that would be a huge problem because you need a competitive league You need to keep up interest You need good teams everywhere So they're trying to keep that from happening Now of course the players union is advocating that all players are paid their values So the younger players can get paid more when they're peak years And the odd superstar who's still great in their 30s maybe even 40s gets paid their superstar salaries And it's just you wonder if the economics work for either of them I wonder if a salary cap is the only answer because it doesn't seem like the luxury tax really works No I mean might have some effect but it probably would be a salary cap but you wonder why you're superstar player You would want to be in the union that would negotiate a salary cap Now that's a good point So when they come to an agreement is it likely it's just going to be something in the middle that satisfies both sides until the next time Yeah probably something that satisfies neither side but is slightly better And I mean this is probably just because there is only one Major League Baseball So they have to come to some agreement And I think the hope is they'll come to that agreement before baseball season starts Thanks Allison That's Allison schrager opinion columnist with P. specifically came out with earnings but Jason they also announced a massive fifteen billion dollar stock buyback and that was seen as a way to fend off a hostile takeover from zero except with a story by Austin Carr about that plus we catch up with Rebecca greenfield she oversees all of our diversity coverage that's not a story she has in the magazine this week as well as news of the week obviously the sentencing the conviction of Harvey Weinstein plus reddit's traders man their shaking up the stock market the story by Lou color it's the cover story and it takes us to a dingy corner of the internet he went so we didn't have to but let's begin with global markets they were rocked by the spread of the corona virus this week we take a look at how Wall Street is looking for the right metaphor for the meltdown economic center Cristina Lindblad and market center Mike Regan joining us now with two stories of the magazine this week it is all about the virus of trying to figure out the economic impact and also the market impact Mike we got to start with you because we haven't seen this type of global equity selloff in sometime you're right it is looking like right now but the worst selloff since two thousand and eighteen and wrote about is how it's very much calling into question what was kind of the narrative behind this whole bull market which is that the so called wall of worry in other words yeah we were hit with the European debt crisis we were hit with the tensions with Iran the trade war and investors really love these sort of little metaphors and cliches that boil down a complex marketing to is a simple notion like always climbing a wall of worry and I would be a dead cat bounce yeah I know you guys hear these these metaphors are take the stairs up to the elevator down and and the deck it all kind of applicable right now it's important especially now because Robert Shiller's out with a book actually the magazine excerpted not too long ago called narrative economics and it's it's basically about the notion about how these little narratives and and the metaphors it's sort of are more important than you think in sort of dictating where the economic trends where the market trends go and I wonder if we're at an inflection point right now where that wall worry made everyone a little too complacent that the federal reserve other Senate central banks were there they had our back and that it was safe to keep fighting despite the scary news out this epidemic is much different because it's not clear what really a central bank can do trying to sort of characters but that a demand shock and a supply shock so it's it's one of those inflection points right pick up a narrative that the market had rallied on for a long time is is in jeopardy of just being going up in smoke well because part of what everyone needs to figure out central bankers included and investors Christina Lynn but is what is the economic impact here how do you measure it how do you assess it while economists are also looking for stories are going back in history and looking for episodes like this that they can use to model what they've been global economic impact can be you know we had the Spanish flu that was obviously one of the worst episodes fifteen million people are believed to have died we had the swine flu so right now the World Health Organization has stopped short of calling it a pandemic but people there are people out there modeling a result of a pandemic and we've seen for example Oxford economics say that could be one trillion of global output wiped out from an event like that yeah and I think it's interesting special we talked about in some parts of the world there are economies that were struggling before the virus right and whether or not this really takes them into recession and at least certainly and Italy content other countries in Europe into recession and also you know we were starting to feel better about the global economy right breaks it was me seating the trade wars were receding a bit so that it was like the expectation as as twenty twenty was going to be a year to rebuild and that is now really off the table and my obviously the markets were paying very close attention this week to what the president had to say about that we know the markets are always front of mind for him politics and governmental response especially here in the U. S. plays mightily into the market story here right and it president trump's his own narrative has has been very influential in the market since he was elected obviously you know he's very much a cheerleader for the stock market for the economy but this is a story that is kind of out of his control where he cannot he's trying very hard to control the narrative around the market trying to keep that confidence high trying to get people not to panic but it's one of these occasions where it's simply watching out of his control as far as how far this spreads and it you know if we're really do for a China type situation where we see quarantines in U. S. and and more quarantines in Europe that will really just snuff out the the economic growth that's so important for the stock well I think that in a narrative for a long time was everybody thing is not to be such a big deal certainly in developed markets and we start to see that play out in fact it played out in the debates this week that we saw among the democratic candidates and they brought that front center and I feel like all the Senate picked up a lot of momentum here in the United States and the impact absolutely absolutely I know for a long time it was interesting when the case the case is really were swelling and getting very serious in China you know the whole market narrative was that must contain the China it's not going to make it here and it clearly obviously it's leaked out of China the issue in the United States now is I don't think there's a lot of confidence in eggs what we know about the the virus the right CD C. hasn't really been testing that many people are we know there's just one case in California that they call you know spread through the community rather than someone that was brought back from from Asia so is there a lot of uncertainty a lot sort of questioning of authority of of what we're really dealing with right now one last question just quickly tying and now it feels like we're getting maybe some containment terms of the case is that the economic impact to have a better feeling that Christina not really I think the number of cases are slowing down but there is particular concern you know I know a lot of large companies people have returned to work but smaller and medium sized you know workers in some cases are stuck back home because they went home for the new delivery and new year holidays does Cristina Lindblad and Mike Regan giving us the corona virus story really in two ways I was the economists and investors and everyone else trying to figure it out I feel like if there's a theme this week is about the stories whether it's the virus the markets.

"S. fan will get to Chris Kreider's feature coming up a little bit the trade deadline looms the Rangers point some really good hockey do they raise sick getting nothing for crisscrossed I pointed out over the next month I would I handle it that way you can get a contract extension dela Cruz got our I'm sorry and you got high demand trade deadline and there's a whole lot of teams coming to call on trying to make a move to me that's a move you gotta make I'd prefer to keep Chris Kreider but I'm not letting Chris Kreider walk for nothing back to me is something the Rangers must be mindful of as they move closer because it is deadline we'll get to that little bit more in detail coming up at four o'clock ball while I was doing a show with Joe draw the week I gotta be honest you can get the best news from Yankee standpoint you already knew that James Paxton was probably not gonna be ready for opening day but can you get news always separate owners forum and that's a big deal any time you're talking about a former a pitcher you know that it could be a potential our server of much worse news on the horizon now I don't want to jump the gun into a wall of formation means it's guaranteed we Severino get Tommy John surgery now I'm not not gonna go that far but for a guy who missed all of last year basically deal with shoulder problems not being able to diagnose it Hey get a ton of time didn't see until the month of September he's doing this problem in the off season and I always feel it when he gets it going only when he's throwing changeups scary because your hoping that Louis Severino could come into spring training clean bill of health all systems go and be the pitcher he was in twenty seventeen and twenty eighteen where guess what statistically speaking we several is in a better pitchers in the American way now I know what you're gonna tell me this postseason performance was subpar you know what they want me to Severino got shellacked by Minnesota who's up and down against the Astros even L. we know the Astros were doing it at home ballpark and the two thousand eighteen game against the red Sox he had way too many games where he did not do the job in a month October bought the difference in where Severino was any Yankee rotation the main and where he would currently be right now is the simple fact that there is supposed to be into a symptom I I believe his name is Gerrit Cole pretty darn good I think we see the back of a baseball card the last two years Garko patch that is supposed to take the pressure off of a guy like Severino we are not counting on him to be the number one you catching on to be really really good number tail not wrong with that but all that goes out the window if you can call home page and yeah I'll make it for me thank you stamp when I'm concerned not long term but right now the gate I have a passion Severino is ideal hope we get past them back sooner rather than later so if both of these guys are out what does it mean for your attention well for starters Jordan Montgomery's gonna get first crack to B. in his rotation I be stoned all the lies he paid very well for Yankees at times in seventeen eighteen he is now almost two years removed from Tommy John surgery time to unleash join Montgomery far as I'm concerned so all as long as he does not implode and stink up the joint spring training the only mention guys that spring training means a little bit more for Jordan Montgomery would be in that category he would fit that description I would say he's a heavy front runner at this point to end up in the accurate date I think that's a pretty safe bet to make as far as what they do for the fifth spot I gotta be honest with you I have no idea it could be Jonathan Alisa it could be Michael king it could be Quoc Schmidt now I for one would argue it David Garcia is going to go all in all I don't spring training if he's going to electrify spring training I don't care about service time that means very little to me if on the New York Yankees what I'm trying to win my twentieth World Championship and I've been knocking at the door the last couple years I'm trying to win so David Garcia leads the world on fire and it's like he's pitching to well we now bring him up I hope he puts the Yankees in that predicament so I think the Yankees while I'm on the team well I'm sorry he won't be dominant enough to work his way into that rotation I just wouldn't rule out the possibility so what does that tell you that the Yankees could have a couple question marks right out of gate Joe Montgomery the question mark for the starter if several enticing around major question mark and pretty amazing a guy who is probably left for dead by a good majority Aggie fans and Jack was left for dead at the end of last year he most certainly was left for dead the minute they made the Gerrit Cole signing and a lot of people were speculating well the Yankees got a free oil money the Yankees want to shed some add salary data trade activity angels they are trained on another page here needy team it happened thank heavens is it the very least you have someone with experience experience within the division experience pitching in New York and a guy at the very least you can hold the fort down but so far where what we can this spring training games now on the way and I hope that the Yankees are not going to be revisiting this situation that kinda pulling down drought last year Kinfay doomed them when they went out and they want a hundred something games but you know I see history at least from an injury standpoint repeat itself eight seven seven three three seven sixty six sixty six and I think it's fair to say you're more concerned from Yankee standpoint about D. Severino injury at this point as opposed to the chase Paxton injury let's head to the nearest shell Allen is up next these are the families that Palin how you doing Allen I'm doing okay man no complaints good to be back with seven events I'm glad you're back I'm pretty sure we will picking on ACC champion and you kind of stop in Virginia and and I always have a Carolina and that we were both wrong about that one better we're getting here a moment it's a spring training story your hero after practice Paul Blair Caldwell said of the Chicago keep their head above why me and Paul there because of the position at third base and you know he was having a phone call from obviously Boulevard home plate and Paul Miller won the five Bucks not too shabby Alan Ladd too shabby I mean that's the beauty of spring training a friend you never know what you're gonna get I'm sorry mama to get there a little and they're only she'll get set up but I guarantee you should have a good time and we set out I wish I had more of a definitive feel at this point on who I like in the ACC to win that tournament if you check in with me in two weeks right after the regular season ends understands what what the odds are in what my feeling is on a Duke or Florida state Louisville for what it's going to be but Allen I could tell you this even though the ACC's down and I probably made the argument a week ago while may be a team could come out of nowhere like the Notre Dame or I. N. C. state or a Syracuse to go out and win it I hate this point now would expect the the Florida state Duke Ole Val to be that team I think that is a fair back to make it will be one of the top three dogs you're gonna be out they added I'll give you a big golf will find you and Alan that's all chatted though and yes last year I did give you do when Chantelle was exactly going out on a major league in there when the ACC tournament and if you remember that Duke Carolina game was off the charts in the ACC tournament the hype was off the charts it was silent going against Carolina I want to see R. J. Barrett missed a big free throw at the end that game I remember while I was sitting at the cosmopolitan sports book which probably is one of the sports books you can see out Vegas I know with the fight going on at the MGM we hear about is MGM MGM MGM the best scene is that Vegas because well the aria and went outside to finish the nation's capital but those are my spots I'll bounce around I'll stay here I'll stay there I'm gonna be the link a body like this season comes on the show all time is terrific so I check at this point book MGM is like it is Vegas has two cats but I remember watching that game at the college ball like crazy for do because I picked them to win the ACC tournament I think they capped off like the third leg of a poorly I had that night and I'm like posted in pardon should go I go crazy person going nuts when paired misses the front end of a one on one in Carolina got a shot to make a goal in the game.

"S. and watch Chris Kreider jumped out of the shallow end of off of a pool if you fall yeah he's a ridiculous athlete and you know gore the Rangers got a poor decision to make and he is the hottest commodity on the NHL trade market you have the the avalanche that are interested the Boston Bruins are obviously interested we know the islanders reportedly are interested even though they're taking on water left and right every single game to a lesser extent the Washington Capitals have been interested in Chris Kreider and the St Louis blues are amongst the five teams that's a corner Bob McKenzie from in and he does a great job TS and the like that those are the five there in our Chris Kreider right now and he's a fantastic asset the thing it was Kreider is you look at his age a game with the size of the power in the speed that he plays with how long of a contract are you willing to go with with Chris cried there's no doubt that it works that he works he's had a great year how long you will want to go you will go six years at six at million power for Chris Kreider and sour crap world salary cap world the National Hockey League I I I don't know that's a decision that the aid that the Rangers have got to make here but if you can't reach a deal with them and they can't some to a long term deal you've got no other choice regardless of the fact that their six points out what twenty three games gonna say that makes it so hard but now he's on a building on his life yeah if you have a chance to do that right you keep them if you keep right and and that's in the Rangers have got a shot yeah they've got a shot if they keep on to make the playoffs but you can not let him walk and not sign it it's either yeah if you don't sign him you have to treat him up more by Monday three call I agree with you but I find the Rangers I'm leaning toward saving up and keeping up yeah and I'm and I'm all for him because you heard from Kevin Weekes told me unicorns you know it's just not often that talent like that you know let alone that you find it let alone the E. keep it we know how talented Chris Kreider is but we talk about the rebuilding on the fly there only six points out of the playoffs this could be one of those unique circumstances in sports where you don't have to like bottom out at any point and you can just sort of keep things rolling you know and and and get there a lot faster I think was just thirteen two I think that that's created a new sense of urgency you realize what he is yeah it's like okay now you know you're not looking for any kind of net minder you're not worried about who the heir apparent to Hank is going to be you got a let's go yeah and he is not he is not good he is brilliant right at twenty three twenty four he is an unbelievable young netminder that was a star in the KHL the Rangers thought very highly of and he has been as good as you thought he could be here in the NHL early on and let me say that I would say you know what I said eat enough to bottom out for like years you don't have to go in and and and that's a credit to Gordon the Rangers of what they have done here and really we talk about yeah we're talking a couple weeks and he was saying well you have to communication is a key what do you like it or not the Rangers were open and on that letter fan base by sending out that letter and saying familiar names are gonna go you have to understand it but in the end and what they have done Maggie over here whether paid training two second round draft choices the Carolina for the for for Adam fox whether it be the deal that they just made you know training from their defensive depth and and a young prospect apt to bring in a power when you're in golf the A. from Carolina who is that I believe the twenty first overall pick in his got a high amount of upside another guy that's a size and speed and power guy at six four they've done an unbelievable job of drafting and and they've got some Mrs but restocking that farm system and bring in players they've got there are one of the youngest teams in the National Hockey League and they are loaded with young talent the phones Richie is in New Jersey Richie what's happened thank you what happened when it was the right thing right right yeah a little hockey on the radio well a year for the Rangers well I think first of all if you didn't have a done deal but it wouldn't be no decision on.

"Nearly the same guy is the guy you handed the contract to and the salary cap situation becomes dicey so it's not an easy decision because I get why as a ranger fan you would say I want Chris Kreider on this team for the next five years I get it why would you but paying him seven million dollars a year is a lot and that's what the Rangers are gonna have to decide on and I think they will get a good return that I think they'll get and I don't think the way they're playing now or how they play out of this all star break which so far so good is really gonna make that big of a difference because I think Jeff Gordon knows that even if they're making some kind of playoff run he's got a look at the long term vision of this team which is do you wanna come back to the same question do you want to pay Chris Kreider that kind of money are you comfortable giving a contract like that Mike's in port Washington Hey Mike Evan how are you one one I wanted to give you a comment on the asterisk in an answer on the punishment question you're raising on the asterisk going to tell you I think your analysis is wrong it for the following reasons the reason yeah the reason of roles in the reason you punish it well three of the rules two fold one is to punish to determine the conduct well to punish those who do the wrong the other part you want to punish you wanted to take her everyone else in baseball from committing the same infraction the way you are analyzing it is it from the fan perspective you're saying subjectively you want to do the asterisk because you're concerned about what people think that's not what matters the rules there for people with in baseball and that's a ways to my next point which is the answer to your question part of the reason why the players are being punished aside from the union is because or why does the does in management and the managers were punished was because they were on notice right Tory and and MLB met with everybody and said don't do this and they went ahead and did it the players they don't have direct notice to I'm not I'm Scott yeah I'm not letting the players off the hook but I think that's that's really the separation I agree I think you're dead on about that that's what really ticked off rob Manfred that he warned them don't do this they did it anyway but back to your earlier point what I don't understand what do you want then it are you arguing for taking a championship away now you know I don't even thought about the asterisk frankly from a fan's perspective and I'm a New York fan right thank you I really just wanted to put it behind me I wasn't thinking about the asterisk I'm in my car and I heard your analysis and I thought you know what that's making you want to call and I've never called in before but I thought just when you're thinking about it wasn't the right way if you make me think about it I'd say I'd probably lean in favor of an asterisk only because you want to deter others from doing it and it's not so much what people today think about the Astros and it has nothing to do with whether they win or lose next year because you know in every sport pulling off a championship is near impossible and too many variables so if they suck or they're good next year I don't think bears on whether they deserve to win in seventeen or or less do you know what you know what it is it's not I'm not saying that point was in that that's the fairest way to determine it I think that's human nature you know I mean because I happen to agree with you I don't think I'm gonna look personally now I'm not talking about a lot of people I don't think I'm gonna personally look at the Astros different if they win it all this year or they lose ninety games but I give you an example all why I think that does cause people to think a certain way because I think I have evidence of it and that's the patriots so the patriots are accused of being involved in Spygate and I can't tell you how many calls we talk between those accusations coming out in two thousand and seventeen to win the patriots finally one another Superbowl where we would take calls from football fans patriot haters whatever your call football fans who would say this proves things they have in one sense that it was all because a cheat we took so many calls that way since the patriots won their first and now obviously they've won three now the one in twenty fourteen again Seattle which we talked about earlier the craziness that game the comeback against Atlanta and obviously last year against the rams since the one those three you've heard a lot less of people saying Hey Spygate they haven't won since could you can't anymore because they have one six no do I think of the patriots any differently because they won those three super bowls no I still look at those championships they won as legit I still look at bill Belichick as one of the great coaches of all time but I think there were a lot of people out there and I just heard it by taking these phone calls who for years would say Hey guys have you noticed the patriots haven't won anything since spike it came out well then they won three super bowls so for me I think I might have you the twenty seventeen Astros this way they won the World Series but of course I'm skeptical about how often they stole science and how much the benefit how that benefited them throughout the postseason that doesn't mean I don't think of them as world champion I am going to think of them as world champions but yeah when I think of the twenty seventeen Astros one of the things on my mind will be they did a lot of sun still doesn't mean I don't think of them as champions but it's certainly on my mind but I do think then if the Astros with terrible this year and I bet you'll hear it from callers on this radio station if they go out blues eighty five gives you'll hear people say see they can't perform without that the cameras and the stealing of the signs and if they win the World Series look they'll always be people skeptical but I think it does lessen it and I saw that with the way the patriots were treated not it's not a perfect science just interpreting talking to people over the last how many years now toll free numbers eight seven seven three three seven sixty six sixty.

"It's not incredibly old, but point is it's convoluted, right? It doesn't have the luxury boxes doesn't have the state of the art stuff. Alberta's already gotten an arena for Edmonton. So the feeling is the Calgary wants to be able to get theirs and updated building the way their rival oiler faithful do and it doesn't seem like it's happening. So is it possible that they can use Quebec as leverage to get their new buildings. Now, the reason National Hockey League doesn't have an appetite to go to Quebec and add an eighth Canadian franchise is because the Canadian dollar is like seventy five cents to the American dollar. So that's a problem because when you make Canadian money, and you have to pay American money, then you're going to lose some profit. But if it's already a Canadian franchise that's already made that adjustment. It's going to be easier for them. Move now, it'd be easier for Ottawa to move to Quebec because they'd be able to stay in the same division. No harm. No foul of the flames would be a problem because they're already out west. But I don't wanna see either of those teams move. Don't get me wrong. But I'm just wondering if that could ever be leveraged we've talked about that before. And it doesn't look like Calgary is anywhere close to a building. And that seems to be a little bit of a problem. Michael says Chris Kreider has been playing through a hamstring injury since right after the deadline. Yes. I hardly practices due to a UB. I he's had for the last month at what point is it incumbent upon these teams to sit there guys out. Thanks. I'll hang up and listen. Well, here's the thing. All right players get paid to play. All right. I know we get into this world now of rast and why play in a law season. Chris kreider. Yes. For foster professionals. They wanna play hockey. Okay. And none of the injuries that they have can get worse to the point where can affect them for next year. It becomes the same thing as I said before. Minute situation. Does Chris Kreider need to go out there and play twenty three minutes tonight against Troy in a game. That doesn't have any meaning for the standings for either team. But Chris Kreider also wants a score thirty goals for the first time in his career. Right. And he's been stuck at twenty six for awhile because of this hamstring injuries got ten games left to try to get four goals. I think he's going to try to wanna do it and same thing with faucet. He wants to be there for his teammates guys gotta play. So I think it's income and right now on the coach to reduce the minutes, and if the guys are really aching and there's the second back to backs and I'd have to take a look at the schedule..

"And I'm interested in the way, you're thinking about metabolism or this or that other? My doctor kind of rejects everything you're talking about as twelve minutes to see him. And like, it's basically refilling my blood pressure medication. That's it is a doc in Saint Louis that you know, that you like, and so the answer to these questions is inevitably and invariably always I don't I just don't know once in a blue moon. I get asked that question, and the person is asking it from the place that I know, and I'm like great, I used to always tell people about you in Vegas until they couldn't come and see you. So what we're actually doing is creating a doctor database on our site. And we're making it a pain in the ass for the doctors to fill out because I want them to do some work. Right. So it's like you've got to come to the site. You got to answer a lot of questions and really get into the weeds on like how much time do you spend each month learning about this subject or that subject or this object? What is your process of reeducation? What is your philosophy on medicine because I think in about twenty five hundred words or less than I maybe we allocated thousand words, or whatever I don't remember what it was. But we gave quite a bit of room for people. To basically, explain how they think about medicine because even though I can't do it in thirty seconds. If given three minutes, I could probably provide a reasonable overview and the goal is to basically figure out a way to get that to be a critical mass such that now becomes just a sort of directory for patient. So I someone can say if my zipcode is this boom, pull up all doctors within twenty miles, and then they'll be able to go and then read about those people, and obviously there it's impossible for me to vet these physicians that this in no way, shape or form means like endorse. I'm putting an endorsement on this person. You know, Chris Kreider has done a bit of that through his work through. He can at least vouch for you know, so and so's taken. This course, but my hope is that given the hurdle of how much work goes into that. It's not just someone mindlessly saying, I'm doc. I one another, you know, portal of referral if it streamlines the process for patients by fifty percents still valuable, I think it could be more valuable net. How can I help with us? These are all healthcare people. Activists patients they should just go and sign ups if you go to Peter Tia, MD dot com. I don't look at my website enough to know that I'm sure that somewhere on there. It is physician network or something like that. It's not a porn sites. You have no business on it. That's my criteria.
