It was obvious that chris chambers elbow was down before the ball came out and so Dick and bergen randy cross announcers at the time looked at the replay. We were all looking at it in the stadium on the big screen and it was pretty obvious that it was not a fumble at hockey was the referee that game and i think he probably of all heard of the infamous hockey game. This is what i'm referring to right now that that game was this game. The chargers go to challenge the play but the replay equipment wasn't working and they only had two minutes to complete the review and the delay took more than two minutes. I can't remember but with his clawlike from faraway like slashes him in rips tendons out in terms strings like a puppet marionette his elbows or like. Okay anyway You know this has absolutely nothing to do with the dallas stars but it would be a a thing if we didn't mention this Just because of how big is in the sports world so today six premier league teams in the english football league. Premier league Among six other teams twelve total have mentioned that they are going to try and create a new league called the european super league and right now that seems to be taking the world by storm and It seems the majority of commentators and fans and you know social media. "Hey guys welcome back to scar sarcastic remarks along with chris. Chambers i am ryan and chris Long story short stars lose tonight by final score to nothing. We very briefly talked about it off camera here but it seems like the big difference in the game tonight was even though that there were a lot of positives that the stars could take out of this game on. Vassilev was there to save the day for the tampa bay lightning. Yeah i mean. He obviously played really good. We had a lot of scoring chances. Like at some point. Somebody has to score one. Somebody has to score a goal. It's not that heart your that's your job. That's what you're getting paid to do. And it seems like we still. It's all the same stuff that we've been talking about. And we just can't seem to figure out how to score a goal against under vasilevskiy. That's now three straight shutouts one dating back to the stanley cup. Final game six. And then the two games that we just played and we can't seem to get a goal past andrei vasilevskiy. What was one of the more frustrating things for you tonight you you were talking a little bit about the power play off camera. Yeah carro dowling. Being on the power play for two minutes and forty three seconds. Each is ridiculous like those are the last two guys out of the forwards our picked up on the power play like objectively. So who would you rather. Who would you rather see on the power. Play those literally anybody other than those guys. i would rather see camano dickinson. I'd rather see colorado literally anybody else. I'd rather see alexi ac on the power play them. I don't have to even have up there. There's no reason they should be on the ice for that long. They don't score goals. They're not goal scores. That's not their job and they haven't done it this season. I don't understand why he would even do that late. sure try it and try it for one time and they did in the first part The first tried it. And they sucked. It wasn't good at all. The only good thing was hey skit his given was the only one who could try and do anything he would. Just trying dangle into the zone and get a shot on that those. The only thing that was happening they did. Nothing it sucked. It was awful. There's no reason they should be on the ice. Yeah so it's and again..

"Hey guys look back to start caster remarks long with chris chambers. I am ryan chambers. And we're doing this. Pg are very late honestly probably for a very good reason though at the same time so it just so happened. The christianized schedule is just absolutely insane. Right now chris etta date. I had work stuff that i had to do. But honestly after that game chris i felt like it was good to step back and think on it for a little bit before we overreact emotionally. What do you think most people wouldn't have wanted to watch podcast about that game anyway right. So maybe we won't even entitle this a pg or maybe we'll just call it something else when we throw it on on our rss we gotta keep it consistent right so okay. Stars lost on saturday night. We're recording this monday. Night with the final score of five to nothing which was a very underwhelming score. Considering we were expecting a more exciting game and a lot of people were hoping that with as bad as the stars are doing right. Now that this stanley cup final rematch would get the stars and the gear and obviously that wasn't the case. Though it did not offensively they look decent especially in the first period but defensively. it was. Atrocious is awful and it was just. It seemed like a couple of things that they always find some way to lose with one thing or another and it so am sometimes it might be our power play. That might be our goaltending and other times it might be penalty kill we. Can't you know whatever and last night. It seemed like it was a culmination of multiple different things. So like over the course of this. You know we won two games in twelve to twelve games. We won and it seemed like out of those twelve games. Those ten that we lost. It seemed like there was one thing that we could point to to be like okay. It was a lack of urgency or they weren't skating or the power play didn't work or the penalty killed in work or the goaltending was kind of it was all those on side of this. Game was every exact. Yeah and we didn't have any big players to help pull us out of it either. Like again we keep talking about injuries. But that's it's definitely a thing like you can't ignore it so we'll tell you everything like it was power play. It was penalty kill. It was five on five in literally everything so and again it was. We didn't play a full sixty minutes. Played barely ten in the first period. I thought we played okay was decent. Yes we were down one to nothing and could have been up. Nothing right exactly. So it's again one of those periods where we felt like we outperformed our opponent but it didn't show that way on the scoreboard and then when surreally got that shorthanded goal. Debt that disdain was over stores are done and it was it. was that feeling of. Oh crap here we go again. And i haven't felt like this sense..

"So if Brady stays, um, one of your former teammates Philip Rivers on another one of your former teammates, Drew Brees. Maybe a potentially in shrine and came together. What do you think that both, Uh do you think that Philip Rivers is all of Famer? Because I think a lot of people are like, Oh, yeah. Drew Brees. White Philip Rivers You played with him for a lot of years. Is he a Hall of Fame quarterback in your opinion? Yeah. I mean, you're right. There's no doubt that Drew's first ballot, and there shouldn't be any questions about that. There are questions about Phil because I get asked him all the time. And I do see both sides of the argument but in my head And for football people that really understand the game. Philip Rivers is undoubtedly a Hall of Famer. And here's why, because in my opinion to make the whole of fame You have to have had a dent on the game. You have had the had your imprint on it and changed it in some way and Philip did. He evolved the game of football with his ability and pass protection and being able to Basically throw out rules of pass protection, which had been around since the beginning of time. It seemed like in defensive coordinators had standard blitzes that they would run. And it was this little game of cat mouse. And it wasn't super interrogator detailed her challenging, to be honest. And you would. They would bless you and you would throw a hot route or excited just and that would kind of be yet you move along with the day and then Philip comes around and we were part of a really special crew than That basically said. I don't understand why we have these rules. We can tell who's coming. We can figure out who's going to be blitz enough and we can swing up protection. Anyway. We want what it's rewrite the rule book. And by doing that we never had to check down. We didn't have to throw the underneath for the hot, adjust without hot routes inside it just we could continue with the past game as we had called in the huddle. Today was the first interview He did T announced his retirement two weeks ago. It was awesome kind of just catching up and hearing some old stories and stuff, and he reminded me of way beat Indiana Division game in Indianapolis. And we ended up taking a delay of game because I couldn't hear him the silent count. I know we're on one or two and end up being a delay of game and he comes back and it was like 118 At that point, he looked at me and he goes. We don't have a play for 13 82 nights. Just call the play like like, Just make it work right and then He goes, you know, hit Chris Chambers on a team 6 78, and I was like, I don't even know what all that means. But we ended up getting 20 yards on the play. Got the first down and just looked at him like, Yeah, That's what I'm talking about. That's the good stuff right? There is, like, just just run the play. That's called Phil.
