"Like well. I hope my death can be on your guilty conscious. I will ask actually died from doing. Allegedly maybe just lied. Maybe nobody now. Because it wasn't the we how did not according to refer somebody had somebody had a heart attack from SMO- from eating too many edibles and they ruled as a heart attack. Or get out of your head. Tom Tom I'm so boring. I don't do drugs I just do weed and beer and if I do too much too. I don't do drugs. That's what I do. Caffeine keeps me awake. We'd be appropriate asleep that's caffeine or Kathleen. You're a drug. Oh I haven't tried dean. I don't have my my second spell. I didn't bring anything. We does get you in nursing situations and things like that so at least when we were in high school used to buy drugs from COPP and we over south to pick him up and the best part was when you bring a new friend. You'd never trying to tailor. What if the guy was an officer at you're buying it from? Oh hell no he. You'll have to be in uniform because he was collecting his hit a great profit margin because he of course because cost zero those chiching Brennan. He'd mess with them because he bringing walk in the House and go in there and like Oh. She's a Catholic. Oh man that was about it. Did you hear the asshole that was like Like apparently DHS and Swat shut down an entire city block the other night because they were hunting. This guy who's like wanted for ten deaths it turns out. He's a federal informant. They just let go whoops just roaming around the city of Detroit fucking killing people. That was great okay One of our facebook friends. He killed her aunt. Oh Nice Yeah. He was a federal form. Yeah Yeah I was still just not trying to go dark. Oh well no. I just thought of that when he said that because I saw the book. That's right that's alright Dave. You're always taking us in the bad direction you are like. You're a bad influence all the way around. Aren't you thank you? You're welcome to the most beautiful thing you've ever side to me again birthday so now we're going to remind you choose. What did you already know? No no because it's like no my best my best to do drugs and so her drugstore is falling down at white horse. No no no. No Amy's done drugs. What what No. No no amy's this Queen Vanilla like now when it comes to my head. She's she's her own little princess peach. I had a whole Princess. Peach and she's she has one up to more than us so it was my best. My best story always revolves around shrooms. Yes that's why I called you Princess Peach. Oh that is my drug of choice. I haven't done it and sky quiz last the last time you went up because it's like it was four. I met Jeremy is so oh it was many years ago out. Jeremy. I'm never made see. Acid always freaked me out. I don't even know what. Lsu He is shrouded the same thing. Shrooms are okay but acid and grew in the crown. Because shrimps you could monetary like. It wasn't putting a TAB liked winch. I've never done either one so I would know what the moderation so we. I grew up anyways. It was like when you had my group that I was hanging out with was like you had asset. So you had like these like tabs paper you put on your song. God only knows how that's GonNa Affect you because you didn't get them from the right people right. You had to know the people but you gotTa Schrimm here. We go I in control on how many caps I eat. Or if I'm just GONNA do a little shake of the rooms so you didn't know how intense they were so you did a little at a time. That's how I got released. Only did it with people. I trusted like actually one actually. There's only one person I actually at this with all the time who I trusted however so the funniest story I have is that it's probably like my third time on shrooms and it's this person. I considered it. A brother always protective over me but he did ecstasy that night and then he started drinking heavily. That's really bad. His Co. hydrates you we were all so we were at a party at his house and I was upstairs and he was downstairs and I'm feeling mushrooms. And he's doing his thing that's fine and then all of a sudden all these people are like. Hey so and so needs you to go downstairs. He's he's calling for you. I'm tripping. I'm like why is he calling for me like he's my protector? Right so I go down there and he is curled up crying telling me my dad passed away. He knew my dad he was. My Dad entrusted him with me He he's crying and telling me my dad is telling him that he's a piece of shit who let. Why would you let my daughter do these drugs? And he's freaking out and I'm going part of me can't handle this has to be like you're fucked up dude how you need to stop and then the other part of me was like. I need backup. You know eastern yeah. I'm pretty sure that's last time I ever touched shrooms really something like that. Will kind of it'll ruin your bad time. If I had like a list of drugs I'd be willing to try are on that list. Oh there's so much fun. They hadn't whatever they gave me. When I had the procedure done it was great. It probably OPIOID. It was whatever. Michael Jackson was photo of something that no federal. I've had for another procedure and I threw up like I do Linda Blair. I do like the exorcist. I'm like that with most drugs. Which is why when they gave me that once just to call me. All that was nice and I did not get paranoid I. I was just happy. They're like we have to tie my arms down normally trainer says to you. We take strangers says it. I would be like yeah no and but that was the day I was like okay. Here's where all right. Let me get my story because we're getting close to the end of the show so bean. Wrap this up. This is my funniest story at the time. It was not funny but now when I look back on it. It's fucking hilarious or hit. The smoke smells funny. I'm funny ha ha to me now So it was an acid trip. I was at like the fucking slum Lord Fuck in trailer park of Pontiac because my sister was dating sisters dating this Guy Super Nice guy but he lives in like I mean this is like a drug done in Pontiac seriously. This is when I was young and didn't know any better Oh my sister's like hey come hang out with us. It'll be awesome. We have acid. And I'm like sweet. I had done it before. It was not a Newbie. But I'm one of those people that has to take it with the right people and it was a situation that I was uncomfortable with because there was a bunch of fucking strung out weirdos coming in and out of this fucking trailer and so. I'm like well fuck this I'm going to go into Richie's bedroom and just shut the door and be done with these people go into his room. And he's got fucking icy p posters all over his walls than I am tripping my ass and there's just clowns coming at me from every angle that's awful it was. It was terrifying in the most horrible. Like a scene from poltergeist. Yeah funny now. That's horrible it's hilarious. No because like that was young stupid. Stephanie and it was hilarious but so I buried my head under the covers and I just kept going. I'm going to be fine. You're fine. It's just the Drug Stephanie. It's just the drugs. You don't like fucking pep talk shows on of yeah and then I. The trip was over and I ended up driving home later that night and I survived it. But he was in retrospect fucking hilarious time. Oh yeah nothing is ever fun. No but as soon as you say clowns like off color no I in scary if I was on any kind of drugs I C- cannot be around me. I'm on drugs or not. Fuck away from all right so we're getting ready to wrap. I asked us I am ready to go bar hopping. Yeah Alright are eight Do chairs because I do. If you don't go one came up with one because you know. It's almost one hundred bucks. Had some other stuff in my car and put two bags of dog food in there. The big bags now granted organic with the raw bites and all that which are really really good for my animals And then but the church should say chiching two hundred dollars later right now. Is that last you? Or a hundred. I'm CAM exaggerating by four hundred sixty dollars later. No no no no. I buy that much food like every ten days. Oh Wow what Jeez. Yeah I guess that makes sense. Don't you think yeah and so basically pick seven cards out of the stack? I'm GonNa Shuffle them again. I didn't like the cards I got yesterday. Either they were. They were some of them. Were good and some of them. Yeah so you know. Some of our perception action will Perception action will and I guess. That's it so sir purr purr perception action will see. Go through when you pick seven. I'M GONNA pick seven is going to go through these and then see Okay so here they are. What did I get? Okay what did you get? I feel like I'm playing with like like Tarik cards or something not. I would never do that. I'm not into that. He's are fun though But that's what it feels like. I'm doing something Mystical I'm doing something mystical. Yeah okay so So this I okay. This is so you. I'm so glad we're doing this do something that scares you this day number. This is one two three four five. Oh I need one more hold on. I didn't count it right. Okay so do something that scares you. What would you do if you were going to scare yourself today? Let's just say this is your card for today. Hold a snake the real to me. I know snakes any care too but you know what I have to tell you. That's funny that you bring that up because I saw my first snake of the season two nights ago and I didn't do anything I said. Hello to the snake. I say a few feet away and he was. I gotta say he wasn't huge or if he was I probably would have been screaming running all over my property but he was you know medium size and I couldn't tell you it was dark and he was doing that thing where they slither all over and but I couldn't tell if he was poisonous or not and even if he was. I made the decision. I said to myself Bernadette. Even if he's poisonous just let it go. Just let them go back into and I did and Charlie was there with me sick Charlie on them if I wanted to. But that's dangerous to the dog again. That's not that's not. What am I thinking? Yeah but I have seen a dog do that before they go after a snake and they shake dog. Millie did that once. He did our she did. Yeah and I'm having a memory of my first husband running across the yard like a girl. You get really mad at me saying this but it's serious. I'm serious really was sitting there shakeup. A snake in the backyard. And he's like I don't I mean that's why we're divorced. Oh my gosh so hold a snake hold us thank God? I don't know if I could do that if I knew that it wasn't. It wasn't poisonous. I probably could do it but I'm no way in my holding a poisonous snake. No could hold snake. I would not enjoy it. Okay do it if this is one of the same ones from yesterday that Jill and I was laughing about this actually when I was driving home last night from getting dog food at whole foods but it says dress radically different today. Notice the reaction or lack thereof from others. I've only ever seen Daniel in his tele showed this out though so I did start dressing radically different than people have noticed. Shoes she shoes before right winger. Toshiba's let's see. If you were gonNA address radically different. I could see you like in a flannel shirt. That's what she sure. That's more of how I dress like jeans cowboy boots just regular boots like. That's more how actually dressed. This is not how I dress I work. Yeah okay. Here's another one one trash bag with litter. We gotta go through these quick. 'cause we gotta go to break do a twenty four hour news fast. I knew that I do that. Every day take Take a cold shower. I know you do that all the time to do it. I don't do too much. I should have a pleasant conversation with someone. These are from yesterday. Same Lines. I'm I gotTA shuffle better. Yeah that was a terrible shuffle. Okay forget about everyone. We've got a fantastic show coming up. Stay tuned you're listening to one life.

"One of those guys hockey night in Canada. I I I I can speak first hand as can you about losing your sports broadcast Gig. It's a it's a fun life and everything like that hockey night in Canada. Though it's one of the sweet gigs out there. And he lost his gig earlier. The movie was late last year. I should say. And but he's still out there on twitter and things like that and Backup he lost his gig to for no apparent reason other than cutbacks. Exactly one of these guys said something untoward. Doug Maclean got shown the door at the same time John Shannon same thing and it was all just cutbacks. And then I see like what they've got on there. Now they Elliott Friedman this Ron Maclean there as well of course Don Cherry is out not for cutbacks. Sake though I would expect that. A financial component was involved in the ultimate decision there as well We can save a little more money on grapes now. That he's a shot himself in the vote right but They put himself in the zone. Is there to still? I think yes. That's right. And I saw Colby Armstrong filling in like it was like wow I mean could be a nice guy. Maybe he was nervous that night or something. He's broadcast for a while now. But I saw KIP. Gross and Kelly Rudy and boy. They were not having a very good night on Saturday. Night as far as being articulate. Anyway Kip Rios real swinging. Miss he tries to kind of stay in the mix break. In the scoops on social media Shea Weber suffered an ankle injury and a couple of days ago. Caprio said on twitter. Well from what I'm hearing. It's a very serious ankle injury. They're worried about it. It's probably a season ender and they're also worried that it might be a career ender at went pretty badly because yeah well. The haves immediately responded and said No. It's four to six weeks. Max and KIP roses. Like now I'm sticking to my report. Okay and today practice. I'm looking at Shea Weber. Taking his mammoth one timers at practice taking a normal run in practice and it's possible he might be back for the next game so the career ender that Caprio was reporting on suddenly just a few days right crazy. I think I think what's happened here. So nick wants to back in the fold right and what a great way to get back in there is if you look at Darren drager. Tsn right that guy's been there a long time a long time. And he's the go-to guy on scoops. Bright Darren I think probably the guy right but Darren's rate in there right. They often go to Darren to say what what's happening with trade rumors and stuff like that and he's really good otherwise you wouldn't last if you if you started saying. Shit like Nick did all the all day long near and you're wrong but there's a real job there right fans love it. They love to eat it up. They love to find out about stuff. And and Bob Mackenzie. You're right are fantastic at it and they really really grind out there sources before they go public with it. So one of the great audition moves is to try and have scoops right and nick probably looks at that and go. Okay I gotTa do fuck. I know everyone hockey right. He's got the Big Role of Xi's connected. He was a great player. He WanNa Cup. I think in New York with the great player I'd say he was a fringe. Nhl who was an enforcer. Well when I say great player I always mean that. They're the people know who they are is in the League so by the that's a great player in the NHL. Well while the point is he he knows a ton of guys. Okay and if you run a station. Radio television station OR NEWSPAPER. You know you like look someone get a hold of kiprop. This may be a great fine for us so what he does is say. I know what I can do. GonNa show them right. And so it would. Effectively be like an audition. Any fucks up royally and apologize for it. He just You know he's still stands by how he got the information just It hasn't worked out and He apologized profusely. And I think a lot of people. Listening right now would probably say well. Kip Rose played the game. You know so many players in I would put more stock in a former player than one of these media. Guys bought it. I think most of the best scoops are honestly the media guys who've developed relationships with player agents. There's a few GM's like the real scoop guys you know they know some GM's and they certainly know people around the League but by and large it's favors being given to the these media guys from the agents. They feed them little bread crumbs and And a lot of its powder cake stuff. Really good scoops and in return. When they need to curry favor with one of their players. They'll go back to these same guys. That they fed the breadcrumbs to and say. Hey guys not happy out here. He's looking for a trade or something like that right well. This week on this man was right. Russ talked about that negotiating contracts. And he said exactly what you're talking about your smart man. Steve that the agents negotiate in the media. Okay with stuff so back to back to this thing. There's doubt Steve. There's no doubt that if you are a guy who loves to give the scoops you're gonNA find a gig somewhere and I remember when I got hired full time in in radio everyone knew this connection. I had with with the great one and I remember. Mi tell stories about him coming on air and then I thought this is a little much I mean even people stay right is like shut the fuck up journal okay. We know you're deal with Gretzky and I went to say look you know. I just think it's a little much. You know to be talking about the great one all the time you know and my boss said to me. No no all day pill if you want him to come on and read. The phone book was his expression. No problem you know and and I said look at you know if you if you hired me because of who I know you know in in the League and want me to start to give dirt. Then I'm out you know that's why these guys are friends you know but the deal is that they're all about it. Though right the media outlets are like let's find some shit on these guys good bad or otherwise and there's a there's a role for you here you know so accent. Listenership right and listenership equals chiching. That's what it comes down to obviously like the enquirer. I think we you know it's like people chew that. Shit up man up so anyway. Nick has a shot figures. You can go do it to get back in and blows it now. You're now you're probably done periods. Steve GonNA leave you anymore. You know if nick comes again okay. Got Another one. I got another winning early past nick. Okay Yeah we'll go to Mackenzie and drager right okay. Before he had break here. Some sends notes all kind of part of RB COMPUTING. Web Poll today sends taken on Buffalo. Tonight as we record this on February eighteenth and it would be kind of cool to see. Andrew Hammond get the start for the sabres. The first time he'd take on his own old team Because of course in twenty fifty at the amazing hamburglar run. That was cool and it would be cool to see him in there. I don't know he stuff. I know as we record this. He's the third goalie on the depth chart right now so I wouldn't necessarily count on it but it would be a neat thing. Storyline though is that Chris Phillips number four is going to be retired before the game against the sabers tonight and so he's the second Modern Day San. They also retired. The number eight of Frank Finnigan but of course Daniel Alfredsson is the only modern day senator. Who's got his number up in the rafters and Chris. Phillips number four will be joining him there. The ceremony is going to start at six thirty tonight so being seats early for that. And the other sends angle is part of the computing web pool. So we'll get some feedback from you on it. We're inside a week now from the NHL Trade deadline. What current Ottawa. Senator do you now. Most feel strongly will be in a new uniform next week. Here's some of the feedback. We've got lt writes a twist of this whole thing. I really really really really hope. It's not J. G. Paschel Mr Mongoose Rights as much as I have been saying it. It's going to be Pozo then. Tyranny of already party I just looked up already party in the urban dictionary and I'm very surprised and confused declare as well I may have to do that already. Party thing and check that out a couple more for Pasuq from David and Marnie. Fraser goes with Danilo because that contract is too easy to fit with any team but I do hope they keep him Ryan rights trick question there. No there are no current Ottawa. Senators and buys rock rights..

Let them go until he buries himself and you know the real good company with forming your way over here. You're going to get whacked again. Let's get on a new plan. This is three months in a row of this stuff so the girl says he's in a contract. I want to get him out now. I'm starting to get short now. My kids listening to me steve and he's starting to give me the hey dad calm down right which is the way to handle it and in the end the girl says he can't we can't change anything about this contract and then she ends up offering while for another fifteen fifteen a month we can move them up while i explode stevie i explode and say you just told me there's not a thing you can change about this contract but you can sure take more dough. You can sure take more money. It's going to be no seven hundred dollars to get fuck. I just i went out on my mind anyway. The the point of the story is it was my kid who called me down. It was my kid who told me that it's no big deal. You know i'll pay he's got his you know just settle down and and and i think in reference to cutting children and cutting kids off teams they're way more resilient than i think and and it was a friend of mine who told me that these as these kids are tougher than you think and they're they're way more rational and logical than the parent is about it. Honestly i think it's healthy for all the things they have to go through in their your lives. Were whether it's relationships friendships job interviews jobs themselves layoffs like if you don't have some level of experience experience with failure and adversity then you'd have a hard time dealing with it as an adult so there's certainly <hes> learning tools. "Oh, you know, I don't agree with that. Like. That's great. He will hit lefties better in the case. With you that. Understanding what, what? And then you know what? You're actually trying to project that information or two different. That's that's come into question in the old in the United States of America in the last couple of years. Right. Can you just disagree with the fact? So, so, yeah, you can't do that. He he hasn't hit lefties. That's a fact so far. I'm getting ready for the draft on Monday. There's also this further conversation about how they do take the analytic assessment of players. And then put that on the college players, they're looking at right now we used to look at the result. Formation. Can actually look at the data even for some of these college players. We have. Wow. Evaluate in college players based on their batting. Average is where we're looking. Look at the quality of Pontiac hardy need. Average closer to. Old school type of projection, where you might say, well, he's thirty do interesting stuff. I think from flou- hot. I know sometimes the analytics conversation to fans of baseball who want to emotionally feel something that can get a little bit boring. But at the same time, I do think there's a little bit of a check into the conversation going on here. The analytics win done right. When correctly they will lead to more fun at the ballpark for fans down the road. Now, let's get to some of the players who are at the ballpark right now who have been about some frustration from fans far on weighed in on longoria Crawford and Posey. Here's what he said, a guy like Longo his numbers of kind of slowly crept up over the course of the year and he hasn't really been scorching hot at any point. But he's kind gotten better. You look at cropper out there that, you know, the big hit. He had double. He had was. I hit on ninety five or parter again that concerns you. Months now but you know it encourages you about where he is now. I think he finally getting your timing certainly chance for him to take off. And I was getting it going right before he added concussion and come back and that would him down a little bit. So you're right. I mean, we couldn't talk about how we have been able to get to a point where we're firing on all these flashes, and we all know what they've done in the past hope. They regressed to, you know what their track record say, they should do, of course, another area where far Hawn has received a lot of criticism. And I think this is what has gotten the clubhouse frustrated at times. It's sent Tim Flannery to Twitter it is the idea of the mix and match a player gets DFA's. Somebody else gets brought in and he gets the FAA now. We're going to bring this pitcher out now going to send that picture right back down. They talked about a flying in pitchers for instance for just one game. And here's what Hans said there. We're looking at going. Look, we know we're gonna activate PD for the game today, but you know it even worse. If we wind up in a situation where in extra inning, and we just because we don't wanna fly guy across the country. Major league baseball. You can't you know, we've at the chance that you run out of pitching coach. He had an extra inning or another arm. It's not ideal. But you know, these guys for a guy like Williams to get an extra day big-league service make a little bit more money and get them out. It's not a bad deal. Yeah. Exactly. Let's keep that in mind. The guys go from per diem to Chiching and also going back to what we talked about what the draft coming up on Monday. And the fact that fans are paying attention to it a little bit more far wanted to say a few things about that, here, it is more sophisticated also used to have to kind of go into casual fan had no idea. "'cause I don't even know how to end the podcast. I have yet to figure this out in two years. Yeah. I've yet to figure this out. But I tell everybody you need to have you need to figure out for you and your personality and your audience how to end how to end your presentation without saying, I'm done. That's all. That's it. Thank you. And I do that all the time the end, I don't know. Right. I don't know what to say. So that's a sticking point for me. But that ending part can sometimes make people feel negatively or positively towards you the best thing you can do is to say. Thank you. Yeah. I can't do that. It is odd cast. It's weird. But at the end of a presentation, just say, thank you, maybe bow. Yeah. I mean, be yourself how or if you say, thank you. I'll be here all week or whatever it is that you say that's how the cookie crumble. Yeah. So because if you say if you're like, that's it. "But when it comes down to it would how do you think Nick foles, your how do I think I think felt when he read that? I think he felt like Chiching you. I'm getting paid motherfucker to be a starting quarterback in the NFL. And I have to worry about France. You don't think he wants to be? Do I have to do to win the city over? He won the city or everyone in Philadelphia loves negatively. In south Philly probably paid for himself top fifty quarterback, please. That's fine. Carson Wentz was voted by his peers in the number three player in the NFL. Last year looked at up what going into last season was voted top three player in the NFL by his Pearson's like to see that survey. And by the way. The top hundred NFL players, but but by the way, as we always do weren't talking Carson Wentz. I at one point said he was second best quarterback in league Brady and then insulted his bacne, very low blood berry logo. I don't insult. That was eight-minute factor skin. You said that his skin I've never seen anything. Like that before. I haven't either. I tell me where the insult standard banner. Where is the insult in that? The people on what is going on is a statement of fact that's on insult. And Nick foles is a top fifteen that is certified fact as well. He is far greater than that. He's probably a top two quarterback in the NFL. If if you think so Dave, well, if you think so I we'll see that helps you will. And I do hope he goes to the NFC's and torture's you now he he will not the Redskins are disastrous organization. I thought he would actually fit in. Well with the giants since he has worked under Pat Shurmur patrimony outlets coordinator in two thousand fourteen when he went twenty seven how do we know we won't go there? Well, I guess we don't about today Shurmur was like allies or starter next. They could just be saying, you don't think of Nick foles was like, hey, I'm interested in New York. The Chinese think they're that onto blindly Taty light this point. But it's, but I mean ally is he's he could die at any moment. Just from old age he could, but they don't they don't seem to understand that they just every area is a bad season. Like, well, I think he's got one more year left. I love you. I put like I mean, the time has come. You think? Time came along like years ago. I knew years this was the worst. If somebody wrote this quote about me after all accomplished, I would never forgive him. I think you're looking way too much into it. But that's very that's that's that's your day. Take the they are very carefully written. They don't just scribbles up down like this where we're gonna release. They sit down they calculated. They think about it. And they came up with top fifteen top fifteen. That's top. That's top fifty percent, right. Yeah. He is. Yes. That's right. If he wants to prove himself to be the quarterback, you say that. St right. Like Tom Brady's top fifteen quarterback. Yeah. Exactly. Right. You could say Tom Joe, Montana. Top fifteen quarterback of all time. Right. Very salting to say that way. If someone said that about Tom Brady, he's a top fifteen quarterback in the NFL. I would be insulted like like I said, I would have rewarded it to say starting quarterback in the NFL as you stated before just to avoid any sort of contrived BS situation like this right here. Oh, it's very convenient. You have an agenda. Do you think? Nick foles was offended by the fifteen. No, I do not. Well, then he's not because I I think Nick foles doesn't care Nick foles. He seems like a guy. Who cares? He seems like is Super Bowl MVP's. Great quarterback. Tom Brady will take that as light. I can promise you that. All then if Nick foles wants to take this and stuff up the rear eagles ends. We're power to them. But I do not think I hope he does it. Nobody is rooting for Nick foles hotter than I am. And then she should sign them. I'd love to sign. Uh-huh. It's just gonna be willing to sit for a couple of Dave called you a top fifty blogger barstool. How would you feel that a top fifty blogger?.

"Tracy Taylor. So if you won the lottery, your ex-husband ex-wife ex-girlfriend ex-spouse. Would you give him part of the Chiching, Texas? Why would or wouldn't at nine eight nine seven three. So here's why we're asking is because it's a radio show. Plus, this we have an update on the Laos about the layabout layabout who wouldn't find work wasn't able to find work. But then he found two hundred and seventy five million dollars in a lottery. So candy. Refreshes story named Mike and he had been unemployed for fifteen years. He had also been married for those fifteen years lucky. He was because she took care of him when she decided she had had enough. They got a divorce two months later. Mike one two hundred seventy three million dollars in the mega millions jackpot. He forgot his lotto tickets on the counter at the gas station. He's the guy who went back, and oh, these are mind. Yeah. Anyway, that's my talking about. Okay. That's mike. Recently got divorced in October. And I followed her around for fifteen years and she worked at I didn't. Okay. Sure. Now, his ex wife, obviously, not part of the payday because she was already away from him. When people found out he was divorced. She said I don't want him back anyway. And that was kind of the entire story, but she did support him for fifteen years. And this was his only job we had a dog. He took care of the dog jer. A dog. He took care of. Hi. You think she deserves some tat as some cash from this jackpot. And first of all everyone wanted to know she's even asking for money now in the beginning. She said, no. But she quote expected him to do the right thing. Wrecks husband one over two hundred seventy million dollars. You're the breadwinner when you were married, you think you're entitled to any of that. I don't want anybody to misconstrue anything that I'm coming after him because I've heard this from numerous places that I'm coming after him. I'm taking him back to court. I want part of his lottery winnings. I don't she doesn't. She says. No, she also doesn't want him two hundred seventy million dollars. Does not make me appealing to her. That's what she said in the New York Post interview. It's I don't think it's the money that doesn't make you appealing to her. It's the fact that she didn't work for fifteen years. Plus, you forgot two hundred and seventy three million dollars at the gas station and through the kindness of strangers some, hey, sir. You forgot you two hundred and seventy three million dollars. That's maybe the. Attractive part. Well, his ex I leaned the only thing that I would like to see is obviously termination of spousal support. Sorry was still paying him alimony. But say that again, and she's legally required to wait. She would like not to do that anymore. The only thing that I would like to say is obviously termination of spousal support. Yep. So some is to summer is. I lean and Mike were Mary for fifteen years. She's sending him checks. She sending him checks style. And he has one in seventy three million. I would like to think that maybe this is just a red tape thing. And they just haven't gotten around to it yet. She has to file for that. Yeah. The ending of spousal support. An and I don't think this is gonna be massively. It's a funny little turn in the story. It's not going to be massive controversy. Judges can immediately and that and they do in cases in thousands of thousands of cases, we don't hear about you know, who wanted someone has actually gotten a job where they don't need that financial supported they'll ended break. What do you think maybe the cat should ended on his own? Like, maybe I thought they said they had adopt. Say what I mean person? I would give my ex some money as much as they needed others from Tiffany on Capitol Hill. Thank you, Tiffany from the forty five money to wait a minute question, Tiffany. No, no. She just said she would she wouldn't because she'll just said she Tiffany, listen. That's that's a nice name, and is one of my favorite female names in the no, you wouldn't because nothing to Tiffany, Tiffany. Look, you don't say Tiffany nice lady. No, you liking her name means nothing to her share to give people like it when you like their name. But here's the thing Tiffany. What if the exit I need all the money? They're not going to give him all he needs. I mean, you're a nice person. And all that's. As they needed. So I guess. All I need fifty years about working, but I'll feed the dog. Okay. The four to five money to annex. Is there an extra reason? I hope I got the they wanted to from the two. Oh, six look. Here's the thing. She already got too much alimony speaking from personal experience. So absolutely not I wouldn't give her more money. Now, that's his side of the story. I hope that he's not related to Tiffany. Because then she would be kind, and he would be bitter. That's true from the two of six that deadbeat should be required to pay back all of the spousal support that she has paid him. At least it's not going to be much as he hasn't been on spouses support that long. That's the problem. He was on spousal support for fifteen years. But I mean, that's not the legal tight legally enforced type. It's only been a few months. So it's really not going to be a major windfall for her from two five three. All my ex's are cheating. They're not gonna get anything. I guess I know how to pick him. Yeah. Well, I guess you do from the two zero six here's the thing about exes you stop communication immediately. They would never know. I won. Except it's on the news 'cause left a lottery tickets at the grocery store, the forty five. Okay. So I'll get some of the winnings to an ex boyfriend because he was made to sign papers to quit because of his disability. So sure and he's running out of money. So I would do that to be nice that's lily. Lily sounds very nice. Okay. So you can judge is nice. But I regard Tiffany's nice person, and I'm the big bad guy. Well Lilly is the one who is reaching out to somebody in their specific situation. And she's not count that. He is an ex she's count in fact that he's somebody who needs help. So you might have I I sense can't have secret conversations going on in Google docs. Yeah. Did you read about this at all times? So the new sex thing, it's not it's not anymore. The Snapchat transition you say thing because that's not what this is. It's just any notes. And then sometimes you see the news article called its sexting. That's why it is. Because the news article. Did here's the content of the story. Yes. Beyond the headline. So young people are using Google docs to have their private talks and some of them are sexual talks. And I guess this. This.

See I'd I'd ask for source of struggle getting into college from the forty five the kids should not be kicked out as long as they can retake tests and compete in this sport, the alleged when we're going to be a recruiting I liked that. I mean, I think that this is I'm really actually more surprised than anything and delighted that the FBI is investigating this that it's become a DOJ issue. But this is just like the very very the way I felt when I saw the Harvey Weinstein things coming out of like Dan tip of the ice. This is going to get worse. This one is well is we are not anywhere near the end of this is this is just them scratching the surface on these companies that you you'd that wealthy families used to buy their way into elite schools, so they can continue being elite through their legacy and not only the companies that are helping with this college admission thinks scamming, but also the coaches who were then paid the money to look the other way, the admissions people who were then paid additional money. So it's going to change some things in some colleges from the two zero six, of course, the kids stay in college. How else will they learn not to make the same mistakes that their parents just did? Yeah. Yeah. It's funny. When you hang with the elites, the things you see we used to play a game in DC called girlfriend or daughter. That was real fun and tell you realize that you actually couldn't tell. Became less funding from the two five three. No the kids. Stay in college. You can't hold the sun responsible for the sins of the father or in this case. The Hollywood mother. Was a father involved. But also, I know what I stand with the person sister. So when you look at it in it's going to be they're going to decide this spring when you look at it on its face you go. Yeah. That makes sense. But I am the type of person who actually believes they should go step further and just have it free. Just provide free transit. You have priced people out of the city yet. We are where most of the jobs are Bellevue. Same thing ever it. Same thing. Tacoma, the same thing when you've priced people out of the city to live in how are you going to justify low income fair programs? What is then the future of it? It's good on its face. But I don't think it's enough. So I'm following you here. So. That's why you were so against the the tax increase for the school levies the other day that passed. Right. Right. Do school levies expensive. So let's make it more expensive that makes sense to me the soda tax. Let's make it more expensive and drink soda. But no that doesn't make sense to me because that was supposed to make people healthier and change their habits, which we have found. It's not it's not. So let's make it more expensive. Let's raise the price of parking make it more expensive. Now to the issue at hand candy. I accept your office. And let me tell you know. But let me tell you I can get behind this. Let me tell you this for every move towards further subsidizing buses. 'cause you're only fair replacing costs by about twenty percent. The ferries by the way, replace about eighty percent of their costs through fares. Right. Here's what I need to see. No more buses to take hipsters hiking on tiger mountain hipsters who work at Facebook and Google can afford to buy or rent one of those goofy little cars and go hiking to no more. Like, I saw the other day come into work to know, this this morning to double on buses with one person each the reason, they do that is they get federal Chiching, mama anytime. The bus wheels are rolling. So if the buses are empty, they get paid. I don't wanna see the empty buses, by the way, that means that buses are that's why buses overall are less carbon efficient than SUV's. I would say yes, there should not be one person on a bus, double wise, two in a row. Double wife. However today, I think you still have a lot of bus snow route recovery happening because I saw. A ton of people waiting for one particular boss that never showed up. These backed up these run I five. Okay. Well, that's better. So. Better to your point. Right. So when I see that in transit study do its core duty of getting people who are economically not able to afford cars or people who are disabled do your core duty. Well, stop getting fined by the feds for leaving developmentally. Disabled adults waiting all night for a bus. It didn't arrive while their parents and caregivers are freaked out. You do your core job. Well, and you stop playing games with all the convenience buses and the sexy buses and the party buses for coders to tiger mountain. And I'll stand behind this. You know, why they do the coder bus to tiger mountain, right? Yes. To give people to give up their to give up their lives. So that they give up their cars. So they can say, oh, look it's fun to ride the bus. All look the bus could give me wherever I want to go. When in fact, it shouldn't be it shouldn't be a, hey, I wanna go have fun in the Disneyland of the woods. So the taxpayers are gonna pay eighty percent of my costs. No, if it's for intercity kids, if it's for poor kids if it's for poor kids in Auburn great. Take him on the bus. But the core duty, I that's all I'm saying the first taste is free. That's why I get the hamsters from Facebook on the bus baby. I know what you're talking about. I get it. Like you push. No. Oh, I could totally take half the drive my tesla, six blocks. I take the bus rights block. It's the cocaine dealer telling you, look you might not like how it looks. But you like out smells after awhile. You. I'm just saying there's something that you have on your fancy car that people are cutting off. So if you bought yourself a fancy car, and it has a catalytic converter with palladium in it. First of all explain where this is on the car. This is underneath right. You're asking me to explain where Kelly converters my daddy did all the work of my race cars. Yes. It's under the yard. I'm trying to think of how somebody would steal. It's underneath the car. So people crawl under the car, they cut it out. And they go sell it. And they take it to metal recyclers who then when the authorities come by which get the played him. Can't brought by found it when he went hiking on tiger mountain metro bus where else would you get it? The palladium palace howl. I was house of palladium. There was a big role in my yard. I this is not my friends that where else you get my friends. I don't know. I wanna talk to a cop about the worst excuse you ever heard. And he stopped the guy for a u-turn. And the guy looked him in the face and said, no, I thought the signs had. No, you turn. No. You know, karma you turn. Okay. Right. So the tesla is stepping forth with some ways, they think are going to stop these. And some of it involves the the loud music. This is kind of cool because of the amount of smash and grabs we have in the Seattle Tacoma every Bellevue area. It made me think oh, somebody is stepping up their game century mode. Meaning I am protecting the vehicle at all costs. So it reacts somebody leans against the car. There's a message that then is displayed on the car central tablet. If the person doesn't move away lights on the center display illuminate kind of go off a little bit. You don't have to press anything. That's the whole point takes things up a notch, though, car stereo system starts playing music at full blast in order to help alert the police wherever the unwanted contact is taking place like yeah, right here. Big spotlight sort of situation. And then they added another layer cars going to learn the owner about the threat end begin recording with the cameras of what is actually happening. That's a pretty good idea. I can I can trumpet writing software directs the car to the police station. Wait, the car's driving itself at that point. Or the other one till we get to the self driving cars to other options a shift stick that can be removed. So he started the car, congratulations. You can't get out of the park 'cause shift sticks inside the house or trunk monkey the trunk monkey. A vicious champion chimpanzee lives in the trunk of the car. And.

"Steely Dan role. To the posts are for Europe longtime radio person post that up. Not how you. That's how I say. It's okay. No one's hairstyle. He had left ear from people. Stuck up in the north bend? Right. It's just it's almost feels like the mid west. It's been in that area. So you wanted to hear from stuck up people. Stuck up people? Tuck up in north bay actually do it. Okay. So we'll make requests if some of the people stock up in north northbound during the past let me give you a phone number call safely two zero six seven two six sixty three fifty vent shout shout. Let it all up. Let us know what you're going through. And we'll run that on the air. Now. Mike wants to hear hear from stuck up people who are stuck up in north. So if you're a snobby person stuck in north bend, Mike would like an opportunity to belittle you. So. Or interact interact tool. Six seven two six sixty three fifty and we will run that on the air. So there are group's pressuring Facebook to shut down these groups described as I think accurately anti vaccine acts anti vaccine sites. I would like to reserve a cautionary note. I have for these groups that want to shut these sites down. I would like to reserve that and turn the conversation towards my radio colleagues on the topic of Facebook being now asked by some groups to shut down this group that group and if anybody at all has any concerns about slippery slope, which is not my core concern any concerns at all about the slope becoming slippery. And this is what Facebook has been answering for the last ten years. What are you? Well. And same with YouTube, the whole idea or they're not you are a platform or a publisher. This is the legal question that is facing any one of the size. If you're a publisher, you actually can be held liable for what you publish. This is part of American law. It's well vetted. Well, researched lots of history here, if you are a platform, which is a relatively newer thing. I mean, the it can go both ways. Remember, if it if it is decided that these companies that are effectively using news to get traffic and not paying for this news. They are affectively publishers. And if they're publishers they should be held to a different standard. But if they're not what does that then make say, the New York Times website is now a platform and not a publisher. This is going to cut in a kit or can't cut in a variety of directions, and it's really interesting legal question. Yeah. The news media man when they when they gave into Facebook, and they did not see that juggernaut coming and they didn't understand this thing is going to overtake Google Google in terms of traffic. Now you have apple. And Apple's new news service were they want to create a net. Flicks. If news they've gone to the publishers and said, hey, how about if we take fifty percent of the revenues and don't share any data with you. Yeah. As well. Or you could not beyond the world's most distributed. News platform, your choice. Do you want cash or credit, but it is that's the question to all of these tech companies? What are you there looking at things like fortnight the game now saying, well, wait, you're technically a social media platform? Now, you're encouraging chatting amongst these one hundred or so strangers per game. Like, you are selling things within the game within the platform. So what are you have now celebrity visitors on fortnight, you have political candidates who go on fortnight and interact with folks who just mainly wondering who they are. But so it is it's an open question. It's going to get more interesting in the apple thing is a great point. Because the the news media, which has made, you know, I'm a huge fan of newspapers. I love newspapers dearly. Newspapers did not just miss. Do. Not understand the liabilities a Facebook. They saw the assets they didn't see the liabilities a few people shouting in the dark this about it. But they also they didn't see Craigslist coming in. Craigslist is one of those things that undermine newspaper finances faster than almost anything else this thing and the. Fact now that they want to. And honestly, I think it's Google's Centric base. Facebook's best interest to maybe pony up because they get a lot of their best content. From news providers who receive nothing in return this old saying in technology aggregate, win an aggregate of aggregate is always win. Right. And this is what these companies are there educators. I want to get back to the central question because there's a there's a question to me about whether they should walk. These groups not related to vaccines that's related to if you would like to propel people's beliefs that you are going to censor them to do this. If you'd like to be trusted and don't want to get back to that. But back in the day, you wouldn't believe how frustrating it was to go to the board of directors. Now. You know, me, I'm a nice, man. Yes. So, you know, me I'm gentle carrying caring. Right. And I never make direct points. I always try to just just be very cool Mr. inclusive. That's that's what I think. To the the AT and talk to the board of directors and say to them. Here's a couple of things that are coming at you. People are going to create their own news coverage with tiny little micro blogs, and they're going to create their own news coverage with cameras that are coming out on cellphones snickering in the back. Cameras on cell phones, and people raising their hands saying to me, you sound anti content. I'm not anti content on telling you this stuff is coming down the road, and you're going to have to respond to it. Now, I'm saying to the news media. I think you had better get together through your trade groups and you'd better say to apple. Or say you get extracts from us. You get ten percent of our story. That's it. The click over it you pay. Unlike a lot of people, I really believe we don't function well without a robust press. I don't think apple cares. I don't think Google cares. I think they care about the Chiching. They like to pretend that the embrace journalism. But Mike is the industry will do that. Are they willing to go and say, we'll we'll give you ten percent of our stories to come together through trade groups, so they're not illegally competing against Google. But are they willing to be that upfront with Google and apple say, we're done giving it away. Yeah. It's an open question. I think that they are more willing to do that now because they're seeing some models that are actually working that are pencilling out pretty well New York Times made some record profits based on a subscription model. And so they have made decisions that this isn't free anymore. The internet started off it is getting less free all of the time, which does make some sense. And remember when you visited the AP board that the board is made up exclusively of publishers of newspapers and be big television. So these people should know their business fairly, well one would hope that they do. But they definitely need to this stuff costs money to make it should cost money to use. Didn't want to listen to a business partner who is paid to look at things for them back this, and they were kind of offended. We'll come back. We're going to find.

"Spiked the ball with authority inside the Superdome. The the the background on that. Is you guys are too young? But when when the saints the saints are like seven, maybe eight no when we played them, Chris if you're looking at the box score, you would know this. They were seven going into the game. That's right. I I remember because I was I was ten and I remember Pat swilling von Johnson Sam mills just wreaking havoc with the entire Rickey Jackson hall of Famer Rickey Jackson with the entire NFL at that point. Okay. So that's one hundred percent, right. You know, the linebacker coach of that group was we just went over us the other day. Oh, yeah. Our very own Vic Fangio that is correct. You get extra points for that. So they're seven and know when they had this commercial running down in New Orleans was teaching some kid going Chiching for everything. So it was the kitchen game. And I think this was ninety two am I right? We nineteen Ninety-one. Was it ninety one? I told her twenty seventh hundred ninety one okay got the year round. Anyway. So we go down there. And we played like crap. I mean, we I think Harbaugh was like two of eighteen to twenty until the final drive of the game. We're getting the we're getting just house getting our cans and miraculously somehow, we got the ball back. And we went on a drive down the field. And I caught a touchdown pass to actually put us ahead. And then that's a Dallas talking about giant spike in the end zone. And we ended up beating them. I have no idea how we did it. But we upset them. They were seven oh. The chain game, and they kicked their ass for like fifty seven minutes. And then we we won on a long drive going in the end of the game the chiefs. I know we played the chiefs in no I played the chiefs in Arrowhead 'cause I remember Albert Lewis like was six to is a corner, and he had arms that were like four hundred feet long. And I just couldn't I mean, he just he just got the best of me every single down because I just couldn't I couldn't manage his athletic ability. He's like one of the key. Also was like close to wasn't like an close to Olympic sprinter type speed. He was at so many sticks to with long arms plays the position. Well, and has Olympic speed. And then he's got me. So needless to say it didn't go. I don't know if we won that game lost that game. You guys won that game against Kansas City nineteen seventeen that was November eleventh nineteen Ninety-three and you're dead on about the saints game. You guys scored you score the winning touchdown pass. Right. Twenty to seventeen the bears won that game. How about that? Well, what what did I do against the chiefs? I don't remember the numbers against the chiefs. You had five targets three receptions nine hundred yards, greedy grants. What happens is when you're the the go-to guy who scores the game winning touchdown against the saints. The chiefs then have to blanket Tom Lewis decoy the toughest thousand nine hundred the whole season. That's right. Listen, there's a chance that a couple of those run third down. Mr. be careful with a typical game that was three catches for nineteen yards. That was made. That's let's on that'll be on my gravestone three cats. Yards. States. There was. Put your NFL stats on your gravestone. Have your children do that put that in your wealth? I will I will do that as long as I can get a guarantee from you, you won't urinate on Mike. Cannot guarantee you remember anything about the atmosphere there, Tom, do you? Remember, anything was crazy. It was crazy. What I remember most was coming in coming into the locker room. I all listen, I got a better story for you. What year was that? That was one. He wasn't it wasn't that ninety three ninety three. Okay. So I believe if I'm not mistaken the day before BC's playing playing Notre Dame. It's the the the the game where BC beats them with the kick that looks like it's going a hundred yards left of the field goal in the rack comes through. Okay. So -sorts, and I are watching the game like on a handheld television must've been going from the airport. We were filing game from the airports that aero had because we would always only Atlantic go to the stadium to walk through so shorts. And I are standing offense on one side defense on the other. We're both standing watching this game not paying attention to the walks in one area. This out because we're supposed to be doing some. And we're watching watching the game. Anyway. While you failed to mention your Boston. College was number seventeen at the time. Notre Dame was ranked number one in the country. That's right. And we beat up on that feel you did that was awesome. I if I remember correctly here one extreme of guys at my bothering you. That affect. But what I remember Chris about the atmosphere was it's just insane. I mean, I know it's a big open air stadium. But just insane. I remember I remember McMichael pounding his forehead into the top of his his locker. He used to do that a lot. But I don't know why remember that that dude was such a great player in such a great leader. It was so much fun to watch and get ready to play. I will lose in that game at the half. Hold on. I can look hold on. Trying to get it up drinking. You can drink me. No, he's got he's going tabs open. You too many tabs is let's see at halftime. You guys are down fourteen to six. Yeah. I remember because people were angry at the half about that. I remember that. I remember Steve banging his head against the the locker. That's awesome. He was Lattimore before Lattimore in the program. There's there's an old reference for you ever watched. We've taken too much of your time this Sunday morning. Thanks fan. We appreciate you made soup right now. You wanna if you want the patriots and chief straight up, let me know is it a broth- super you going cream. Watts but I know it's bra. Okay, come on. Yeah. Bone broth, no chicken noodle, or what are we working with? Yeah. It's I I gotta my own little recipe, man. I stole it from my wife. Nice. You have to tweet it out like cap does. No don't do that. No, no. I'm not. I'm not gonna tweet pictures of mean shower either. Okay. All right. Well, you do you know that breaks your heart of dollars? Enjoy your championships Sunday. Why don't we appreciate it, man? But you gotta fellas have a good day. Tom Waddell of ESPN one thousand you can hear him tomorrow. Two to six. We will. Just like throwing the log on the storytime with Waddell, five -solutely. We're going to pause for sports center here in a moment. But Colin Wilson of the action network. Yeah. All the latest on what's going on in the point spread movements. He's going to share that with us coming up next. And then we'll also go down to Kansas City and talk about the cheese. Patriots game. Yeah. And then something we need to talk about two is cold weather games. Over unders to we have to worry matter. Does it matter? It might be a mess. We'll do that next..

"Is there anything else from the any other nostalgic thing that you feel like you kind of is sort of still like a like kept secret that you feel like a lot not a lot of people know about. Oh, I don't know. I didn't. I don't know. My influences are all over the place. I think that's why I like Stanley so much because he talked about. Just because you write about superheroes. You should be well rounded, like he he drew from every area of art and culture to create well rounded characters to to have an honesty, even though his subjects were, you know, soup supernatural, I try to I try to learn from all areas, and I find that to be the most inspiring, regardless of the kind of work I want to make when was the last time you saw him. I saw stand. Shit. It was like a month or so before he died, I guess. Know how lucky I feel so lucky to have loved him as long as I did into get to meet him as many times as I did get to do the kind of shit. We got to do with him like, that's so rare. Yeah. I I I mean, it's remarkable that you know, he even just did so much between when you think about like between eighty and ninety five he hit a stride. Like, that's the remember when the Toby Maguire Spiderman I came out, and it was such a big deal. And I read about that the series of checks that he got to get out like eighty million dollars for those movies because it was such a big such a big push in the way his contract work. You made a ton of money from it. And I remember thinking man that guy like what a what a twilight of your career. I would've never assumed that he would spend the next fifteen to eighteen years like just being twice as awesome. Yeah. And I always look at the fact that all of the characters. He's best known for he created it as forties. Those are the kind of things that are refreshing to hear. Yeah. When you think it's like a ticket clock. You're like, oh my God. I have comparing myself to everybody else who's done this by this age. If I haven't done this by the sage, I must just not be doing it. But the truth is your your path is your path, and like to to the fact that Dan ackroyd was like thirty four when Ghostbusters came out that hurts. What about didn't even younger than that? But they were they were in their early to mid thirties. Yeah. When Ghostbusters came out, but you know, nothing against Dan ackroyd. But I'm sure he in present day. Is is int- as satisfied? You know what I mean? Who knows who knows? I got to imagine. If you've had that kind of success at a young age, then you're always sort of chasing that some version of that high, but you've always managed to maintain a level of success never been what I like to call catastrophically famous. I've never thought that. I don't think that works for me. I think I think part of why I've been able to continue to work as people still find me relatable. Right. And even though I've gotten to be in movies. I still can speak for the audience. I think that's why I worked so well in WWE because I'm not one of these hulking superstars, and so the people in the audience can relate to that. Like, that's what they would feel like if they were in the ranks to them if they see me get over in the ring, then it's like a success for all right or they or they would say like, I would say Chiching, right? I would say that. I'm that. That has got to be something about that. I don't know. It's just like it's such a weird subculture thing though to chick. Just as a joke. You should just make a short film about whatever happened to that guy. And just to have it be some weird dramatic tale. Did you ever see what MAC did the it was like it was a guy named Jack dish did a series of like lift driver, videos, and one of them was MAC as a lift driver. No. And it was. I think it's called drivers with a Y. And it's it played a lot like two Christmases ago..
