"By the biggest numbers in history. Can we succeed now. You're absolutely. That's exactly my point. Because i don't care how many of these people actually vote. Okay for it. With seventy million or one hundred million. I didn't vote for either one of them. still not legitimate. No and they don't have the right to vote for the person who's going to roll over me. It's insane to think that he's ignorant voters in california or new mexico or arkansas or michigan or whatever state are choosing who is going to roll over me when they're completely totally ignorant and we know this to be true that the primary voters are supposed to be the well informed well connected voters but we as we saw here in cheshire county. No they're they're just as ignorant as the masses. If not more so and i'm not trying to suggest that it's important or relevant only that apathy was not a factor in the last election. I don't know if it was her not to be honest. I mean when you put up those numbers. Only half of americans okay. That's the only one hundred fifty million and only half of them voted for one side of the other. So still you know not the majority of people. It's like one in four at best. The rest of the majority of americans seem to just want to be left alone by this thing and.

I can't wait to see the results. Yeah, nobody's on the ballot for governor and in New Hampshire when they decide the ballot order, it's different sort of randomly chosen per town, so Some places it'll be. Nobody will be on the top of the three choices. Other places will be in the middle of the places he'll be on the bottom, and it would be interesting to see if there's any kind of difference like do the places where nobody is The final choice actually do betterthan if nobody is the first choice because it'll appear is, though it's like just some sort of third option, like, Oh, you can vote for nobody. A guy who's been on the Republican side. Earl Nelson didn't file this year. So he's lost year after year after year every two years. There's elections here in New Hampshire, the sheriff's every two years. So he's lost every two years for the last four or five seasons, and I think that he just got so old. He's probably in his mid to late seventies. At this point, I think that he just threw in the talent said he was done. Not going to run again because he didn't He didn't You know, it's not something that you he would forget about right like that. That's a choice and I don't think the Republicans knew that he was going to do that, and they were caught off guard. And I mean all of this. All of this is their fault. I would like to point out I was going to run for state rep. But then, of course, the secretary of the Cheshire County Republican Committee decided that she was also going to run for that same position right, And she hasn't been exactly friendly. No, she hasn't. But she's also she's the secretary. So she knows everyone. That's right. If her name is there, they're going to vote for her in a primary, so it was pointless to even fell. But it was nice of her to file early, so I wanted to find that out. Yeah. So I you know, looked to see whether not Earl Nelson had fouled yet. This was like a Wednesday. I think it was maybe a Tuesday. And there were two days left to foul Smells like all right, let's roll the dice. I'm going to file for sheriff because I called and I could have felt for both. Right. And you had run as a libertarian share of candidate in 2018. It wasn't unheard of to have you running for sheriff. Yeah, at that point. So it just totally took them off guard, and they evidently weren't on top of things like Earl. You've got to go foul because Aria just felled and she's the only one who's done it. So that that's why I don't think girl wanted to file I don't think he did. I clearly didn't want to which which is weird, because then I said All right, well. They're going to find somebody. I my prediction was that they were going to run a write in campaign against you. And it turns out I was right about that, but but it's so half ass. But what I'm surprised about is that they're writing in Earl Nelson. I figured they were going to scramble and find like some other retired cop that they could get to agree. All right, you can write me in, you know, but no, it's Earl Nelson, the same guy who obviously decided he didn't want to run this year. So it makes me wonder. Did they even bother calling Earl did they even bother to like, Ask him? Hey, Would you accept the nomination? If you won the right in nomination? Would you accept it? You know? Do you want to actually be the candidate this year? I don't know. Write like did they actually come to him and beg him? Ah, please, Earl, we need somebody. We can't have that tranny on the ballot. Well, even if they did go through all of those steps, I mean, the momentum I've seen for this. They're outraged, lasted two days. And then all of the other candidates got, you know, caught up in their own primaries, and it just got completely Rush the side. Well, don't get too cocky, okay? Anything can happen, But I will be stunned. It would be hard. It's hard. I mean, traditionally, it's very difficult to get enough votes for a write in candidate to even qualify because I think I have to hit 35 here in New Hampshire. To even be be like considered a legit write in candidate but then to have that overcome the number of people who are just going to come in and check off because they went because they were there, and you were the Republican. It's again just a primary ballots, So it's just your name and a blank right in space. A bunch of people not knowing any any different are just going to check your name off because that's the what, just what they do. And so it's going to be very hard for him to surpass. That is definitely not impossible. Not impossible. I just don't think it's likely him, but it's been a fun day here. Oh, yeah, well, you should talk about how the Republicans that did try to work against you. They think it was like only like, five days ago..

S. bank profits fell by sixty nine point six percent to so now it is only how many billion cannons lookout I'm happy she loves to look and what are they blame this on or this is the key well to answer is question first it's to only eighteen and a half a billion dollars is this in the U. this is US bank okay country in the first quarter of twenty twenty only only as the as banks felt the economic impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic according to data from a banking regulator well I maybe it's going to get into this here in a moment I have not read this this story but we've certainly seen stories I've got one about twenty four hour fitness data that some sort of fitness chain they're filing for bankruptcy J. C. Penney recently filed for bankruptcy we've seen little companies here in Keene little restaurants going out of business including one that was here for twenty four years and just just won the award for best bagels or whatever posthumously they're closed so we're seeing businesses going out of business because of the lost business during the coronavirus cracked down not because of proto because what the government did as a result of that and that's why we couldn't go under I would I would hope so and how many is it to be you know people just not paying their mortgages well a lot of it is that I'm sure and it gets into it a little here the FDIC reported that deteriorating economic activity calls letters to write off delinquent debts and set aside billions of dollars to guard against future losses so it was delinquent debts and I'm setting aside money to cover that that because their profits to decline over half of all banks reported a profit decline not that any of them lost money no because they created out of thin air when the banks this is the craziest thing and no one's ever told us we've talked about this me a myriad of times over the years that were wrong about this there's no one has ever said oh yeah you guys got any misinformed on this I'm pretty sure it is accurate when you go in you sign that loan form yeah that is that just credited to themselves on the books CDS pay back that money I never actually did it ever was given at all yeah it was money that they created literally from senere using your signature and it's one of these crazy commercial systems that the government has designed that that the cop for commerce based on this debt money that they have and this is one of the perks of being a bag because you're F. essentially a franchisee of the Federal Reserve System the Federer's serve grants you the ability to just manufacture money at the signing of a dead end which allows you to make to make revenue whereas literally making you only if you were only able to loan the money to actually hello exacts the they would make any money they wouldn't exist so that they can still make money yeah they could but they would make as much now because the banks don't want some of the money they want all of the money evidently however seven point three percent of lenders where unprofitable so there is that we may see some winters coming under as a result of this well yeah if a bunch of people are defaulting on their loans are not paying their mortgages are going to have to recapture all that all that money's gonna disappear those payments are gone we might even see some of the small credit in that area go under that just don't have enough members are to make it on any of that there's only that one you mentioned having the other one got gobbled up bye bye under massive credit union bigger boys yeah what do you think are you happy to see the banking system die there's this and there's other companies going out of business we're going to get into that here free talk like this eight five what's up everybody Bobby here it's finally here the long awaited Baba report bringing you news from all the trading floors across.

"Like roughly two to five percent of the people people that are stopped and interrogated are found some sort of violation anyway eight others were arrested for something not in talks uh not intoxication yeah so that's interesting because these statistics don't and again these are i think he's basically are statistics that they're pulling out but i think i think these i think and this is the thing like there i think there were like four people who are ticketed for different things during the two nights that they did the checkpoint in cheshire county or the i should say the two checkpoints in cheshire county this past not this year but last year and of those who's again like nursing person was was under intoxication but that's what that's what just that's why i'm thinking like this is unusual unusual like this seems like an unusual example that they pulled out but anyway eight others were arrested for something not intoxication so in other words basically salihi and the thing is there are only permitted like if you actually look at what so they have to get a warrant in order to set up the checkpoint and when they set up these checkpoints like they're supposed to do like the only thing they're supposed to be looking for isn't toxication what they say to people is specified like in the in the warrant what they what cars they pull over like they have to say we're gonna pull over every third car and like some of this is done in order to like i think it has to do with discrimination like so so that they can't be accused of discrimination or something like that but like after show where the cones are going to be laid what roads what side of the road like all this has to be planned out and approved by the superior court in new hampshire prior to them doing these checkpoints in order for them to be legal but what we found is that they're they're violating violating these is these these orders and you know it's been it's been one of the things i've been asked or people have brought up is if they're not doing if they're not obeying order they're in violation in you might be and i don't know if this is the key i don't know if we built this but you might be able to go in and file something with the court saying hey dating actually they breaking the law here and they might be able to the court might be able to punish them at that point for for for that but i don't know like nobody's is actually investigated or taking that path and i don't even know if we'd be able to file something with the core maybe you could if you went through the check point i but like usually you can't can't sue the police if they violate your rights in a lot of cases so it's your effectively if you were i don't even know if you'd have to drink and drive drive they go through the checkpoint in order to case i don't know yeah i don't know about that but yeah you can you can file lawsuits virtually anything but it won't go anywhere but we'll get an everyday thrown out in a lot of cases if it's not you know if it's obviously up to the alleged crime took place so someone in has has committed a criminal act against you usually just for detaining you for a few minutes they're not gonna be able to do anything in this case standing might be an issue so they're setting it up were you detained for how long usually few minutes is reasonable so it it is very difficult to stop this kind of thing unless they actually arrest you unlawfully isolated yeah let's see here so so let's hear a five hundred thousand nine drivers were innocent the cops didn't catch them in violation of any laws though there's zero doubt that all five hundred and fifty six were guilty of some violation or another well yeah yeah i i wouldn't be surprised and here's the other thing just because he's arrested doesn't necessarily mean they're guilty here either so just because there were eight people arrested they could have all been innocent for all we know so so finally to thirty nine had their rights infringed on while while travelling freely inside the borders of their own state free staters are known to protest these stops they will leave signs warning being drivers of upcoming sobriety checkpoints it's not just sobriety checkpoints let's make this clear these are the righty checkpoints that are just the ones that are more our common but there's also other checkpoints that they have set up and i i i have to wonder about the legality of those whose well because they might have started with the sobriety checkpoints but they've got they've extended those two other sorts of check points but the check points the checkpoints were specifically carved out an exception you know constitutional exception so i'm very curious as to you know what happens you know with these other checkpoints now that they're setting up there will we're going to need more people we'll challenge them more people accountable if you've been injured if you've been incarcerated because of an illegal checkpoint you need to file some papers against them yes i know the ACLU did actually challenge in new hampshire a checkpoint in northern new hampshire the border patrol the with order another border so they're setting up a second border in inlands border is it's the federal government the border patrol will they have no right to set that kind of thing in hopefully they are challenged more yeah so the ruling that occurred in new hampshire was effectively that the new berkshire police cannot work with the border patrol agents in with it within these inland border checkpoints eventually the only thing they're supposed to do is ask are you are you a citizen or not but the basically i think what was going on is that the cops were of this state new hampshire state cops were at the checkpoints i looking for drugs and other illegal stuff going on which the new hampshire supreme court ruled was illegal because again you know these these are literally exceptions effectively that are carved out for these agents to do these things and when they step beyond what they're allowed to do within that exception they're still breaking the law but on the cops for whatever reason they don't they don't really care what the law is it's it's more about harassment and you know you know getting padding their pockets and things like that they're getting paid overtime in a lot of cases a for for these checkpoints they're federal grants that are being used in order to pay them and this is this is this is what they like to do if you can sit on your ass as opposed to actually going out and work they bill pick the easier of the two and that's sending on their ass basically asking people stupid questions in harassing you know a lot more people whose rights are that the united states government was formed to defend your rights writes yes there you're right i don't know about that but not those of governments or its enforcement arm the police don't forget the police work for you there's i mean that's what they say i don't believe that it's actually what they do the union leader however is more than willing to deceit it your rights to the police state when people interfere with such a check doc as they have done in manchester by warning drivers to turn around or take another route so this is this is what the you know the union leader said this quote they are not doing the public any favors i nor are the taxpayers well-served when they have to pay to settle lawsuits because of because an officer made the wrong decision arresting one of these yahoos that was referenced to me nor are the taxpayers well-served when they have to pay to settle lawsuits because the cops fucked up clearly the greenwich response to that maybe just maybe those officers should stop violating the rights of citizens you know the basic ones yeah like fundamental rights the ones that they're actually expected to know uh-huh right to assemble right to petition right to free speech because an officer made the wrong decision by arresting one of these yahoos yahoos yep if you believe in your eligible writes your yahoo especially if you are a member of the free state project grin and bear it if any any completely unrelated at oriel editor of the union leader takes aim at free staters once again it appears the mirror merrimack police department had to shoot a bear after attack someone's editor laments as the closing line that it's just lucky for the police that there was there were no free staters area to hold up signs yelling re telling residents to bear false witness to the fuzz if asked about the bears whereabouts what's so you know if you don't like the police state violating your rights just grin and bear it so yeah yeah that's that's that's a quotes at the end there's sure so we've got relatable quotes give give me liberty or give me death patrick henry live free or die for death is not the worst of evils general john stark they who can give up essential central liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety ben franklin better to die fighting for freedom than be a prisoner all all the days of your life bob marley those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves abe lincoln yeah i it's it's interesting especially i think the ben franklin glenn one and people say well that's not what he meant and all these other things and i'm like i don't really care like it's it's a great quote within the context of somebody else saying you don't wanna quote bank franklin bef- feel free fruita quote me instead because i'm certainly saying in the in the meaning that people are interpreting it today yeah so oh let's see sierra chinese probably anything anything now i don't know what other which one of these other stories do we wanna do assist assists one so i got one from the torn free usually usually cover a lot more tornberg stuff i find these stories to be interesting but anyway r. i. a. a. d- lists youtube rippers from google using rare anti circumvention notices so this is this is this is definitely an interesting situation so oh are you familiar with the DMCA and take noses very little yes yeah i mean so basically the basically what these copyright cartels can do is they can send notices to hosts and and companies in such that basically say this are you know this is our you have to take it down and and then they have to take it down and they're they're supposedly you can do account or notice like that it's their work or something door that yeah i don't know it's fair use or something like that and so that's you that's your right effectively theoretically sort of kind of and and but basically there's this other thing that they do and apparently that this whole counter the counter thing isn't applicable to that so we'll get into the story oh you're the homepage is a five major each ripping platforms have been delisted from google search and response to relatively rare notices citing the anti circumvention provisions of the DMCA it's a censorship ridge and that's what this is the complaints which are reported by google as being sent by the way target a bunch of different websites while the music piracy has reduced in recent years due to popularity of platforms so just spotify the major labels remain highly concerned over over so-called scream ripping services which in my opinion are completely illegal it's the it's.

"I want to know where they pull these numbers from and why they pull these particular numbers because because these numbers are overly favorable to the police making the argument effectively that yeah. Dui check point I mean they're not even arguing the UI checkpoints are effective. But like this is what I like it it makes it sound like oh well these checkpoints might not be so bad. Even though they're using this as an example of why chuck winter are bad or ineffective. But but it's not. I don't think this is the best. I think this is actually like not. It's all a lot worse than this is making it sound sound from from what they've pulled satistics wise one prime example from two thousand fourteen shows that Sobriety Checkpoint Waleed five hundred fifty six drivers nine were arrested for driving under the influence. That number number seems really really really really high. There have been hundreds if not thousands of drivers on the the major road between Brattleboro and keene just on the night that we were at the checkpoint in Cheshire County. Yeah along that road so and there was not a single one neither that nor toward the other night that the twenty in Cheshire County so no no arrests for driving under the influence. Where why did they pick this particular example right like this? Doesn't this sound like I would think that is one of their most successful ones in and I'm thinking to be so they've got a number number five hundred fifty six drivers Waleed. I'm thinking that's the number that were pulled off to the secondary checkpoint Because I would imagine that if there is a Two you're three thousand drivers that go through the checkpoint. Then maybe they get five hundred fifty six they get pulled right and this further inconvenience ten thousand maybe more drivers. You're probably right but even in this case so two to five percent is what it looks like. Roughly two to five percent of the people that are stopped and interrogated arrogated are found some sort of violation anyway. Eight others were arrested for something not in talks not intoxication. Yeah so that's interesting because these just don't and again these are. I think these basically are statistics that they're pulling out. But I think I think these I think And this is the thing thing like there. I think there were four people who are ticketed for different things during the two nights that they did the checkpoint in Cheshire County Or the two I should say the checkpoints in Cheshire County this past not this year but last year and of those mm again like nothing. No single person was was under intoxication. But but that's what that's what. Just that's why I'm thinking like this is unusual. This is seems like an unusual example that they pulled out but anyway eight others were arrested for something not intoxication so in other words basically and the thing is only permitted like if you actually look at what so they have to get a warrant in order to set up the checkpoint and when they set up these checkpoints like they're supposed to do like the only thing they're supposed to be looking for is intoxication. What they say to people is specified like in the in the warrant? What they what car is they pull over like they have to say We're GONNA pull over every third car and like some of this is done in order to like. I think it has to do with discrimination like so that they can't be accused of discrimination nation or something like that but like to show where the cones are going to be laid what roads what side of the road like all. This has to be planned out and approved by the Superior Court. We're in New Hampshire prior to them doing these checkpoints in order for them to be legal. But what we found is that they're they're violating violating these. These these orders. I know it's been. It's been one of the things I've been asked or people have brought up is if they're not doing they're not obeying order they're in violation in you. It might be and I don't know if this is the key. I don't know if we do this. But you might be able to go in and file something with the court saying hey dating actually actually they were breaking the law here and they might be able to. The court might be able to punish them at that point for for for that. But I don't know like nobody's actually investigated needed or taking that path and I don't even know if we'd be able to file something with the core. Maybe you could if you went through the checkpoint I but like usually you can't sue the police if they violate your rights and a lot of cases so it's yeah yeah I mean you defectively. If you were me I don't even know if you'd have to drink and drive and they go through the checkpoint point in order to have a case I don't know yeah I don't know about that but yeah you can. You can file a lawsuit for virtually anything but it won't go anywhere they'll get everything thrown out in a lot of cases if it's not you know if it's obviously up to you have to allege crime took place so someone has committed committed a criminal act against you usually just for detaining you for a few minutes. They're not gonNA be able to do anything in this case standing might be an issue so they're setting it up Were you detained tain for. How long usually a few minutes is reasonable so it? It is very difficult to stop this kind of thing unless they actually arrest you unlawfully. I stated Let's see here so so let's hear funders. Thirty nine drivers were innocent. The cops didn't catch them in violation of any laws. Though there's zero zero doubt that all five hundred fifty six were guilty of some violation or another. Well Yeah Yeah I I wouldn't be surprised. "I don't like the word arbitraging either dude. I think you're missing the point here. He basically just wrote in this article. We're violating federal law as should be arrested yeah. That's eight does kind of sound that way at the very least the issue has not gone away which is is ironic considering. Many of the same banks that are closing accounts are inching their way into the industry including t._d. Ameritrade fidelity sentator chase and others i what yes but they're inching their way into the industry through client base. It's all about k._y._c. to them you know and if i was to open a crypto currency selling business in exchange for all intents and purposes that actually did k._y._c. and all of that they would probably not shut down the account probably not but that would be because i would have all of that information to turn over to the federal government not that i would turn that information over in fact once on september the fourth when i begin accepting zell payments again i will be storing the information for a matter of time in case i need to present it to the banks but it's going to be on my encrypted laptop <hes> inaccessible to anyone but me and it will never be turned over to anyone other than the bank and that's only that's only to protect myself. I guess fraud because i am out a scary amount of money over the last forty forty five days as a result of people defrauding me so i've got to protect myself against that and it's not foolproof. You know there are still people who because you can get their. I d you can get a selfie with their. I d in it proving his them them along with a handwritten note saying i name and buying x. amount of bitcoin cash for why amount of u._s._d. You can have all of that right there and it still won't matter in a lot of cases you may win the dispute in that particular scenario but the bank is still going to shut your account down for fraud and maybe not for fraud for buying selling crypto currencies for for putting them through the trouble of having the process a dispute food yeah at the very least i said that many banks still don't have an official policy on the books. We're trying to get that though which is why i will be opening up one particular particular account here in cheshire county because the president of the bank is at least receptive to the idea idea of having someone with an account there who is buying selling crypto currency yeah. That's good to hear so. I want to put that into practice and see whether or not it's true. We know the <hes> the cheshire county credit union which was recently purchased by jeff is hostile to cryptocurrency but there's still a great big question mark over one one of them and i think it's the same bank where a friend of mine has a sister in law. Who is the bank manager her so. I will probably be in pretty good shape. If i go there and i will be going there but i can't go there until september the fourth so i i wanna be on free. Talk live this coming monday tuesday. I was actually going to be we were discussing it last night and doing a free talk live because it hasn't been done in a while and he that'd be done in mississippi. Yeah ian goes. We can do next tuesday if you'd like. I mean there's nothing wrong with. You know doing it on tuesday night. I was like that's true. It used to be a random thing but then it became like every a friday and it became the same people that i think is probably more interesting to have different people doing for your talk lie but it's not my thing i'm just speculating but i will be in mississippi on september these seconds and september the third funnily enough. I did not realize when i bought the tickets that it was labor day yes labor day weekend which probably caused my tickets to be a little bit more expensive than they had to be and which also means that i'm going to get down there on that monday and find it. The d._m._v. is closed yeah. They're not open on labor day no so i will have to wake up early tuesday morning in order to go to the d._m._v..
