He put on so he put on the weight back that he lost her in the season. So it was around one 61. And he put on 13 pounds of muscle, and the reason I mentioned this, I think he can officially beat me in a fight now. I think it's officially over. And I think he knows it now. There's a different, there's a different energy in our house now where he's like, he kind of knows he's the alpha. And I would still beat him because I would fight to the death, but I'd really have to cheat now. Like I would have to poke him in the eye. Yeah, I'd have to hit him in the balls. I would have to like grab his hair and have to basically, I'd have to like ratty piper at basically. I'd have to throw salt in his eyes when he's not looking, but if it's just convention, I'll know all the tricks. I'll still win. It's like my wife plays tennis 6 times a week and I'll always be able to be here because I can always get in her head. With him, I'll still win, but if it's just straight up, like if we're in like a UFC cage or something, like he's winning now. My day is done. It's a wrap. Wow. Yeah. Really, it's over. You don't want to check next gen stats or something, come out here and figure it out too. It's really over. I think it's done. One 75 is like he's like 5 11 and a half, one 75. He has nobody fat. And he's just like, he just walking around with his boxer shorts, kind of like size me up. If this goes down, I'm winning. He has a kind of look to him though. You should just ask him. Why don't you ask him straight out? What would he say if you asked him? You think you could take me right now? He would say, absolutely, I could take you. And then I would just punch him in the balls, and then I would name the head. Yeah, who's the tough guy now? Forget about that. Just stop feeding him. That's the problem. Yeah, I was making meat sauce 'cause I was like the cook during the first day of football. Like to cook and watch football and make all day a bit. And I was making this bison beef and he's like, can I have half of the second thing a bison beef you're making? And I'm like, what are you going to put it with? It's like, I'm just going to eat it. So he's in that mindset. So anyway, so now he's talking about he's talking about playing lacrosse. He's going to play spring lacrosse so he can hit kids. So this is all happening. What does he want to be by September or August when football rolls around? Does he want it? He wants to be one 80 with all the same speed. Yeah. That's good. Yeah. Bad question might grow. He might have two more inches. Well, you know, if he wants to pay like $950, they could, it could really work on his yearbook picture to make him whatever weight he really wants to be. And he could look like the whale or, you know, he could look like Chad Johnson, ochocinco, whatever he wants to do. You may have known that I sort of like disco. So Chad finds this pair of disco lights that can be operated via USB or with three double-A batteries. It comes so far. This means USB. You can bring them with you to a party and they are really great. Now it's like, wow, I have it on now. I made a little video for you for the people who watch this show. And it really is, you get two of them. You get two remote controls, you can hit flashing, you can hit match to music. And they have the great thing is they are under 20 bucks for the whole set. Can you put them on the ceiling? Do they have or do you, you know what? It's very funny because people are in the reviews. It's got great reviews, 2500, almost 2500 reviews, four and a half stars. But I spent thousands of dollars when I converted my 50 foot houseboat. I think he's joking, folks. He ain't joking. I can't stop. I just played some music so I could see that the disco lights would pulse to the music. And then I couldn't stop it started and it's one of the ways they've slammed. Awesome. I love this video. "Shows a bunch of times, but he's been in a wild food foraging, and now in our hunting and fishing for the past couple of years, heavily. And I remember him talking years ago about the not only the nutritional density of wild plants, but also the variety. Yeah. And he explains how when you go in the grocery store and you go in the fruit and vegetable section, you think that there's 25 different vegetables, but they're actually just kind of hybrids of the origin species like a broccoli Brussels sprouts, kale, et cetera basically the same plant with essentially the same nutrient profile. And I always found that to be really interesting in thinking about our evolution in terms of the variety of things that our ancestors as hunter gatherers were eating, right? Prior to agriculture. So when it comes to permaculture, is it possible to get, you know, heirloom seeds and things that are not as hybridized and create, obviously you wouldn't have the same level of diversity within nature, but can we create a yard or whatever property we're working with so that we just have more diversity than you would at a grocery store? Incredibly more. And that's part of the strength and the resilience of a food forest system is having an incredible variety of different types of food. And I'll give you an example. My buddy Chad Johnson, one of our designers and just an amazing and connected to nature human being, he has a food forest in northern Minnesota, the tip of Lake Superior that has 300 different species of edible and medicinal plants that he planted. Then he's got nature coming into his system and planting more things than he's got nature taking the things that are in his system and bringing them out into the forest that surrounds his property. So it's expansive on its own. If that food forest was left on its own, without poisons, and all the destruction that has been happening around the world of these natural systems, it would literally cover the earth over a certain amount of time. And he has no fences. Now, I love fences because I love turning them into food fences. Like trellis is like grapevines and passionflower and all these different things. And they do speed up the time that you can get harvest. So in other words, if you've got a property that has a lot of deer or different kind of animals, you put up a fence, you're gonna speed it up. What he did because he was really looking at proving this over time is he created RAS barriers. 8 foot tall raspberry bushes that are so thick you can't see through them, and even a moose won't walk through those starny things. So he's got these raspberries around all of his different different types of plants. It's absolutely fine. I remember when I was a kid in Northern California, there would be big BlackBerry bushes out in there. You know, and we would run around the apple orchards and eat apples and the vineyards up there. We'd eat grapes, so I'm kind of used to as a kid..

The game is like age as a rookie was probably more ready for the nfl Just because he had been season. That george wasn't coming off of a year plus layoff and I in everything that goes in with that that being said joe different than green but it just seems like when the lights come on. So he's tied with green the only two receivers in bengals history touchdown catches in their first. Two games are green in tomorrow. Chase and chase can get a third straight alas nap greens record so no i. I think expectations are that high. And i think that he can tap the thousand yard mark so to speak especially with the seventeenth game but You know will. He will that production lead to wins. You certainly hope so. And that's something that we need to see because it is good as chad. Johnson will hasn't he was my favourite bengal play. Maybe my favorite bengal player ever in. Where you know. If you're caught loafing early in camp during practices you gotta put money in the jar and at the end you know. It was a way to hold everybody accountable. At the end no one was put money in the jar because they retired to put money in the jar and he said he stole it from joe haden in pittsburgh and it was kinda cool that he brought that over and they all went out to eat afterwards. And that's been one of the more surprising. Units i think is the secondary it for all the new faces that they've brought in trae. Weinstein play a game but mike Has certainly been a reliable nickel corner. Adding pressure You guys know firsthand. How as a blitzer definitely equality quality tackler and. then she'll bail was yahoo they added. I think the bengals could have an above average secondary and mike. Helton's a huge farnum at from a leadership standpoint and obviously on the field guarding opposing slot corners. Different defense personnel wise looked and is it still the same defensive scheme we seen or or should we be looking for a different style. Defense to know it's you know it's that three four style that you've seen. I just think that the pieces fit better to answer kind of that. First part of your question. I think they've exceeded expectations. Really have your right. They've invested a ton of money on defense so much so that people like me. I think have questioned why they evan. Invested more on the offensive line with the resources at that being said this defensive line looks much improved specifically the interior of this defensive line. Dj reader has been a beast in. He only played five games last year due to a quad injury in. He looks just as good as ever looked to be quite honest. The first couple of games of the year and you look really good and limited reps in the preseason but then they went out and they got larry jobe from the browns they. They went out and got multiple different Proven defensive tackles traded for bj l. from the giants and he had two sacks in week one So yeah. I think that the interior of this defensive line is where they're going to try to make their. Hey not only pressuring opposing. Quarterbacks obviously slowing down a guy like nausea amazon sunday in for two weeks at least the retooling of this defense as has paid off and they look like they're going to be much improved from what we've seen over the past couple of years now. Speaking of that defense they could have a pretty big game Getting after ben rothlisberger of course calling spate of spayed. The steelers offense has struggled to say the least through two weeks. This far Do you can anticipate that ben. Ross rothberg could be in for another beating against the bengals front. I i think that certainly the plan for the bengals right and It it's to me. it's going to be much easier. Said than done 'cause we we've seen it for a decade and a half. Now of ben being hurt being being up and then he's going to go out and throw for four touchdowns right and you know that's what happens against the bengals..

"The new generation the new way of playing quarterback. He was a one of the one of the pain. Why wouldn't say pioneers randall. Cunningham or really be that be that type of quarterback but you know a big tall rangy cunningham wasn't big but he was tall in was rangy and he was super athletic but i think newton changed the game in terms of this super uber athlete. Six five to forty to fifty. Who not only compatible had a kid for an armed. But also i mentioned before the athleticism to be able to do some things outside of the pocket and i think that started a wave of quarterbacks and that started a new wave of thinking for those who are going to be getting in the quarterbacking who stood. We're going to beginning in the football early in their careers early in their youth. The fact that you know you could still be the biggest kid on the block and be able to play quarterback and be able to play effectively and be able to use your athleticism along with your skill your television and everything like that to play the position so i think newton played an important role in that but again coming off his worst passing season with just eight touchdowns and ten interceptions. I'm taking a look right now. Let's think about this man. Let's go ahead and let's run down some teams here in terms of being released this past week. Where's he going to go if he wants to. I started coughing a little bit. Better get a test so this lady literally pulled up to my house. Got out of her car. Put this like like plexiglas mask over her face. Maybe i'm being a little bit of a crybaby right now. I can accept that. Okay but just telling you man just telling you this thing was deep so okay. Be careful out there. Everybody no not yet. Not yet i will have. I'm told within the hour. I should have test results. No okay yeah live on air. I guess we'll find out. Yeah i mean this is. This could be a bags by the way considering you around me last week that yeah well. This is one of the big reasons why i had this test on because you know we were together last week at rams training camp we were and non meeting. Greg oh my god. Could you imagine if you gave it to greg. And he's about to go clamping he's been talking about this damn trip for months and you would ruin his trip all he would hate you like poison. Well he already does. Hate me like poisons more so but here's the thing i actually thought to myself. You know what there was a point. Where when sean mcveigh got done chatting with us. Everybody had a chance to kind of walk up to coach and shake hands. Hug it out a little bit. And i was like did make the second now. We gotta test that day so you so you didn't have it that day. So yeah. I feel alright. You didn't ask greg's vacation or well. But i remember. I had been at rams training camp the week before and so i did not have to have a test last wednesday like you did so now. You're screwed us up again trying to save you and i appreciate that very much i do but i was thinking to myself. Maybe coach mcvay gave it to me. No stop well. I mean listen. They've had cases. They had a coaching protocol. He was telling us that they were one of the. I think the offensive line coach i practice. Don't try to get started. Don't pass the buck on someone else. Dude i know but you know what's going to happen if i have a positive test and by the way here's my symptom so far. I have a very little cough. I have a slightly runny nose. And that's all i got. That's it so hopefully. Hopefully i have a negative test but if i have a positive test and god willing this is the worst of it. Then i can't do anything other than thank the vaccination you see what i'm saying because i'll tell you guys. I found a buddy of mine this weekend on facebook. Thirty five year old guy completely healthy guy and this weekend posted on facebook. He'd been in the hospital like three weeks. And i was like oh man and he was an anti vassar. You know and so. I'm hoping that i don't have it but if i do have it. Hopefully what i've got today is kind of the worst of it. Okay well hopefully you don't have it. Thank you sir. let's just.
