It is about their access to the right to vote in a meaningful way because nobody is debating. I don't believe whether all americans have the right to vote. I amy and welcome toll of our listeners and viewers across the country and around the world. Well before we move on with the show and talk about the major blocks civil rights legislation in washington. Can you comment on what's happened so far that we certainly don't know final results in the first in the primary in new york for mayor. Yes ame well. It does look that. Eric adams has a pretty substantial lead in this in the count of. He's he's got about a ten percent lead over myo wiley but clearly sense. New york is embarking on ranked choice voting for the first time in america election. There's still a long way to go here. Now there's going to be a process of tallying up to the second third fourth and fifth choices of voters. So it's going to take a while. I think the most interesting thing that's happened is one the almost complete collapse of andrew yang who was considered and was covered by the press as a front runner for most of the time of this mayor campaign. Eric adams as you notice a former police captain who was a reformer against police abuse within the department but who has emerged as a more centrist candidate and focusing on how he not only his experience in government but his ability to his willingness to tackle rising crime in the city and another part of adams is a political viewpoints. That hasn't gotten as much coverage as a big supporter of charter schools. And he got millions of dollars and support from many of billionaires who are also charter school backers so that remains to be seen how if he does survive in the final count What his policies will be toward the public school system and i think the interestingly adams is leading all the outer boroughs of new york city while catherine garcia the former sanitation commissioner won the majority of the votes in manhattan. Where obviously the biggest white portions of. New york's population are so this is on. It's going to be interesting to see. I my sense is that adams will probably prevail. But we don't know in an uncharted territory when it comes to rank Choice voting few years ago adams had described himself as a conservative republican. Yes but having known. Eric adams for many years as i've mentioned before i think his conservative republicanism was more a matter of convenience and time that he thought that he could get get further within the republican party to the democratic party because most of his policies i would not consider them to be what we consider today republican policies. Well we will certainly continue to cover this closely watched race in new york city when we come back. Senate republicans have used the filibuster to block debate. On the most sweeping voting rights spill considered by congress and decades will look at the for the people. Act and the fight over the filibuster with reverend william barber and elizabeth.

"Thank you, Mr Jephson. Or is it a mobile precinct? Or is it a No? That's a standing building that this should not happen, and it shouldn't happen in any way. But this is another one around time won't disclose location because every locations being checked, But we have now confirmed that 100% Right. Thank you. Yes, sir. Beach did you on now comes still bitching to did you have questions? Okay. What? Senator Hillary. Thank you. Thank you for your testimony. We've heard that there's three different types of machines. A scanner about market device in a polling ad. You know which one? It is communicating. Can you tell out right now, Um, What you heard in the past was coming through the thermostat and stuff. This is now more direct access way. So this is coming through the polling pad device where they're checking everything. But now you know, it only takes one device where you Daisy, chain them together and do it. The most important thing is that shouldn't be too ng and even shouldn't be accessible or on and it's there. Sarah the significance of that testimony. Well, he's just bringing the proof that a lot of these other analysis you know has come up with that. In fact, the other group that I talked to they have all the different points where the Internet was. You know where the network was breached, and they were right into those voting machines. It's happening all over the place. But I'm glad they brought up and specifically brought proof and showed them 100%. Which is what a forensic audit does is we look and see where everything happened. And that's what it's pointing to, and why is it significant because what it's showing and this is what Sydney Powell's report said. And this is the other last point that I made that I haven't gotten to. Yet I wrote down that I wanted to talk about is the foreign election interference and that's why it's so significant. Not only is it that you can tap in and switch votes with various software, but we also now are open to having election interference from foreign actors well and what they electronic data is showing us is that it was the for instance, was showing us is that the data was transmitted to Germany, Barcelona, Serbia and Canada, and there's also evidence of Iran involved as well. And China. I mean, this is really a serious serious issue. I mean that Z. You know I had patch of burn on and he talked about how China takes down a country with just taking down a leader and how it's ah, tactic that they've used in the past and their intelligence groups talk about it. And What did what happened here? I mean, I don't know for sure if that's what happened. But that is a known military attacked our intelligence tactic. We are sitting ducks. With this system, and that's the point and and I have a bunch of points here that came out of Sydney Powell's foreign election interference she did a 21 page executive summary. Um, and she did it in front of the Senate Intelligence Committee. It was for them so that they could hear what the foreign election interference has been, and she has over 270 pages of documentation and evidence supporting these claims. And I'm telling you, this is extremely serious. The FBI and the national security Division of the DOJ, and they all knew these national security issues and threats before the election. And did nothing. And, um, here's some other issues. Dominion and Smartmatic heard a physical address in Barbados, despite their insistence that there's no relationship between the two companies. I mean, I'm just gonna give you some highlights from this. They also have a mutual non compete agreement. Detail. Ng shared resource is and cold. They share the researchers and cold but claim they have no Relationship there lying the fact that a Smartmatic board member, Peter Nothing. Burger is named as a key member of Biden's presidential transition team. Also members of George Sources Open Society foundations are also serving board members of Smartmatic. And you know, George Soros is was really his latest Lord Malik Brown was the president of what was a Smartmatic or Dominion. He was involved in the smart, better, Yes. And now he's named as the head of the Open Society Foundation. I mean, it just keeps going on and on and on. Multiple expert witnesses and cyber ex experts identified acts of foreign interference in the election prior to November, 3rd and continued for the following weeks. I just kept telling people nobody did anything. Um, what else is really important that Iran hacking into our systems old the get the the Staples Three Partners is that equity firm that owns Dominion voting systems. Okay, Their CEO who Can't impress his name. Hooten. Ha. Good spot to is the CEO and chairman of I don't know. I don't know if you can spell it either. Okay. We're proud to be their know, chairman of no matter how much smarter you are than me. Okay, Chairman of Staple Street Capital. Okay, that is the entity owns Dominion. Okay? They were close. He was a close confident of Saddam Hussein and work for the Saudi bin Laden group. He previously worked at the Carlyle Group and say, Cerberus Capital Management, and you know what that's appears. Capital Management was involved in that. Christmas morning bombing by the way. We're going to pat. Go after you're finished after you finish here. Go into that. Yeah, well, I don't know as much as I I wish I knew on that. But I could give you some information and one last thing. Oh, no. I'm pretty much done because I said my last thing earlier, but the Christmas bombing. Yeah. The Dominion Capital, Um, is involved with the Cerberus Capital Management and that that was what was bombed on Christmas morning and The evidence that I have, and I I don't know. I haven't been digging into this. You know what I get to hear that? And I hear all the coincidences put together and then I'm gonna hear the spin and I'm like, okay, I'm done with it. I just I'm so sick of these people. But what I heard is that they got a 15 minute warning before the bomb went off. And then there was a There was somebody with the dog going through making sure the area was cleared out. This is what I heard from my source okay, and that they think that they were going after records and stuff that was stored underneath the building because Guys, not the bad guys, which I thought was weird because they bad guys don't give people for warning as to what's going on. That's what my source told me. I thought that was very interesting. I don't know what's true or not, but I needed to share it. Because because there was somebody looking warning people there was somebody going through with a dog. Make sure things were cleared and this does have a connection to the Dominion Systems. So there's something here. And actually, my sources do confirm the fact that that event was centered on the records that were in the building, right. Yeah. I mean, that's what very similar model, actually, although the my sources tender this more toward it, Uh, no nefarious side. Behind what happened here, and it was a model very similar to the Oklahoma City event at the Murrah Building where ultimately the records in the basement were removed. Those records in the basement in Oklahoma City, according to one of the investigators on this Colonel Lieutenant Colonel Craig Roberts, who's been a guest in our platform. A number of times those records were actually Very illustrative off the Clinton activity in Arkansas and our own government's activity emanating from or involving mein Arkansas. And related to the drug trafficking issue, and those records were moved couple months before the Oklahoma City bombing into the Oklahoma City but hope Oklahoma City Murrah Building..

"08 60. So on Christmas morning, police responded to a shots fired call came upon. Basically, the police showed up the came upon a strange RV. There was Park closed today. TNT building on Second Avenue on Commerce Street in Nashville, Tennessee. Police found no evidence. Was shooting so they call the bomb squad about 30. Minutes later, the RV exploded after playing for two of the Clarks hit song downtown and then a recorded message that said, if you can hear this message Please evacuate. Now, if you can hear this message Please evacuate now. So the police were saying that the RV arrived on Second Avenue about 1:22 A.m. local time the vehicle situated outside the TNT transmission building. The bomb detonated around 6:30 A.m. and damaged the TNT building, and it took out a lot of Cyber security infrastructure, meaning that Internet connections were lost. 911 Communications were completely offline for many cities, damaging hospital computer systems, silencing some government communications. And blocking a number of businesses from processing electronic payments. Now. Back in September. You remember that the same thing happened? But there was no explanation as to why. And then if you were saying that this is just probably a a fire drill. If you will, are they? They're preparing us for something big. Now, when you look at the blast and where it happened, and you look at all the videos, and you see how the blast, you know went it was in the vicinity of the TNT building. Second Avenue, Nashville. Now it wasn't the bat known building and that's why I want to clarify because I think people are kind of mixing. Maybe maybe I'm wrong. I think that you know when you look at the conspiracy theories that around the Internet right now. You're kind of mixing a couple of things together, that the thing of it maybe the Batman building was hit, and that was the Bell South building. No, That's not. What happened about the building wasn't just another 18 t building, not the South Central Bill building or the BellSouth building. It was the another 80 anti backbone building. See the thing that's interesting is the connections that have been made. With South Bell or South Central Bell, of course, merged into a TNT. Andre the connections to Cerberus Capital Management. Of course, servers owned the building in 2006. But then it was reported that in 2007, they put it back on the market again. They sold it to empty. A leasing LLC service, of course, owns Dominion voting systems and services run by Siebel's staple Street executive Steven Owens, who's Joe Biden's brother in law, and is the co founder, stable, straining seconds along with William Kennard. Who is a board member for service capital management and will head a TNT and 2021. Oddly enough, he also was Bill Clinton's FCC chair and Obama's ambassador to the EU. Jones was also former managing director of the Carlyle Group, and he also holds board memberships with our online Compression Holdings LTD. And Cyberlink incorporated now No, they're conspiracies going on and being thrown around about the Dominion voting machines being audited, and that's why they were blown up. There's no proof of that. But when you look at all off the information of the ties that bind here And how the buildings were affected and how they hosted Internet backbone back all services. And how it was near the Cumberland River, which they're cooling system was being used there to cool these systems. It just sounds a little bizarre. I mean, the prevailing theory is, is that Anthony Quinn Warner The suspect committed suicide. They found his remains where you know it's debated on what they found. I heard that was just bone skull, bone and brain matter. They found them. They compared it to Ah, swab you gave to his mother so they could, But that's that's what I hear in the news at first, then I heard they found on gloves. So, but a little bit about his family. Uh, records show that Warner's dad, he worked for BellSouth. And that was, of course, the building BellSouth which basically merged with 18 to 2006, and then he died in July of 2011. He was 78 years old when he passed away. One of the things that bothers me here is that A lot of Internet outlets now are spinning a conspiracy theory and again, you know, I'm trying to, you know, kind of opened. My mind is some of these conspiracy theories to say. Well, this works in this doesn't work. So I made the connections with servers. I made the connections with Dominion. Made the connections with. Well, There are other connections, too. With solar winds and other groups, but When you're hearing about how Warner Was there, calling him some people calling the mag a bomber. Saying that he was hit was a trump supporter that he bombed the bomb. The place too, and I'm looking at going. Wait a minute. He was never registered as any political party. He never. He didn't keep a Facebook platform. He didn't do any of that. So I don't know how they're coming up with this. But another thing they're saying is is that that he made the motive may have been that Warner was a believer and aliens and paranoid theories about five G and that he believed that his father died of dementia because he was exposed to five G. Now What doesn't come together here is that his dad died. In 2011. Now I know maybe maybe somebody in a TNT or work for a TNT. Could tell me differently, But I know that the first roll out of five G. Did not happen until 2018. And I think that the rollout for Tennessee was 2019. So I remember doing shows about this, saying 2018 2019 2025 G will be in a lot more places but saying that he had five g paranoia. Maybe he had some, but not enough to, you know, do this for his dad is that died in 2011, and he died a dimension and he was 78 years old. He was 78 years old. So this mag a bomber. This this this idea That's another conspiracy theory that holds no water. Just does it. So Um, What's important to notice, though, is that this is part parcel. What I'm calling the cyber pandemic, which, of course, if you look it up on the World Economic forums website, they talk about that being the next phase. In there reset strategy. Called cyber pandemic. So the attack on the Second Avenue 18 T Data Center. Accentuated how Reliant society could be on a single corporate telecommunications system. Among the impacts of the blast were Cities outside of Nashville lost 911 capabilities. Citizens had to use local phone numbers instead. Ah 18 T actually provided the emergency communications systems, the state Which is overseen by the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board, while Nashville's own 911 system was not affected, according to the Office of Emergency Management spokesman that was quoted in the Tennessee in the city is in a TNT subscriber for its Internet. And it's Zee on its cell phone services, including for the Metro National Police Department. So Multiple hospital workers reported that they had a lot of confusion is and go back to paper records. They had the weight long hours for lab results have just slowed everything down. Once again proving our dependency and how we need to have a full proof that I don't have any means foolproof. But I'm just saying, this is what the world economic the World Economic Forum talks about when they're talking about how Legacy systems need to be removed. And we need to have a more secure system because everything relies on the Internet of things, and we're gonna be five Jiaying it till you know the next decade. We need to know. Exactly what systems are vulnerable. What systems are not vulnerable. And what's most intriguing is is that not only was the 18 T facility affected by the bombing, there was another data center called Sun Guard. It was also affected, and I remember when I was doing the research, they updated their sight. I think to avoid any conspiracy theory, saying that Sun guard is no longer affiliated with what is called the national or actually, the Nashville Data Center. So now it's called the Nashville Data Center, eliminating the Sun Guard reference because Solar winds, of course, had a connection. His son guard. In fact, solar winds, of course, is the is the company of fell victim to all of these cyber attacks. That happened from March on through when we did the report with James Ponder, So I mean the whole data breach is is connected to solar winds. Connected to Silver.

A satellites view can allow health researchers understand the context of an outbreak in a way other tools cannot and it has the potential to help scientists predict when and where the next infectious disease outbreaks may occur and finally private equity has done a lot of things right. During the corona virus pandemic from the blackstone group agreeing not to evict any of its property tenants to the partners of Leonard Green reaching into their own pockets for ten million dollars to help portfolio company employees but then there is cerberus capital management whose portfolio includes a for profit hospital chain called Stewart health. You might have heard of Stewart because it's got lots of hospitals all over the country doing vital work but it's also been threatening to close a hospital in Pennsylvania's Lehigh valley if the state doesn't come with immediate bailout money now to be sure this has been a money losing hospital for years and under normal circumstances the closure would make sense but to take that many hundreds of beds offline in the midst of pandemic. It's callously putting profit over people and something. Cerberus should have either stopped at the board level or something. It's individual executives should have offered to stop via dipping into their own giant bank accounts. Thankfully the state. Nc State tax payers just did bail out the hospital eight million of immediate funding in up to twenty four million total which stops the closure which was scheduled to begin tomorrow. "All wanted to be in luxury cars, that's why. When General Motors was done. Downsizing Oldsmobile may have gone away Hummer may have gone away. But Chevrolet and Cadillac were both assured stay in business. Well. If you go out and test self-driving cars at this point first thing, they're not truly truly self-driving, but they can do some very clever things hands down. This is not just my opinion. Everybody that's tested all of Volvo. Nissan, tesla. Whatever hands down the most exceptional self driving car system right now is on the Cadillac CT six General Motors super cruise which by the way, General Motors developed. They didn't go outside and by company. So I get turned it on west Fort Worth drives to Dallas goes through the construction zone. Car cuts across four lanes of traffic. I'm not touching the brakes. I'm not touching the gas pedal, and or the steering wheel. I have to take over the car thirty seven miles later, the Beckley exit. That's it. So if General Motors thinks this is the future of automobiles why is the six heaviness plant closed. Why does everybody keep talking about the tesla self-driving software when anybody who's done the two says it can't hold a candle to the GM system? Why does GM think this is how cars are going to go? When people won't even buy it. Now. But come up with a good color and a pickup truck and crew cab there in. That's that's it. General Motors came out with a brand new pickup trucks. Call Ken Thompson or Darren Lancaster, ask L. They're selling. They're selling great at what point does GM think. And by the way, has GM funding this future with the prophets off, the pickup, trucks and the SUV's. Same thing over the Ford Motor Company, then want to build cars anymore because all the money is in trucks and SUV's. So they're not gonna build cars anymore. Yet. They think our futures a self driving car that they can't sell if you drive yourself. Now, do you think the Ford fusions gonna make you more money in the future? If you have a very expensive self driving car system on it, really. You think you're gonna make more money, then, but you can't make it now where people drive themselves for a lot less money. See I don't get it. And that's not me making it up. Just look around you. One Mike biggers here in the first hour. We were talking about how when Mike came on the show back in the ninety s ninety four the first time half of his sales were in minivans. He sold. See bring sedans like crazy. He didn't have trucks. He didn't have GPS those came later. But guess what? You think a four-door sedan sells very well in this market because I'm thinking probably doesn't anymore. I don't know why. But it doesn't trucks and SUV cell so going with this General Motors and spent a billion dollars this year to develop self driving cars, and this is with crews, and they've also got Honda and SoftBank to make investments, but that's not entirely true. If you go back and look at the contract, they will the best so much money on this date. If Cruz has done so much so much on a second date. If Cruz has done something else. It's a performance contract Honda only puts over billion dollars into crews. If they perfect everything, that's it. If they don't they don't have to spend the billion it goes on they talk about they've been out there recruiting for high tech workers just like four and everybody else. Even if the high tech worker is an older person. I don't know why that was put in the story. I thought age discrimination was illegal. They talked about Cadillac got rid of Johan denies in. The get Steve Carlisle in GM guy moving Cadillac out of New York back to Dearborn and again best self driving car system on a car today. Hands down second place, isn't even close. It's a Cadillac CT six and they're shut the plant down. They go on and say, Mary Barra said an emailed fifty four thousand salary Jim employees North America. And they wanted seventeen thousand seven hundred to take a voluntary buyout only twenty two hundred and fifty did. So they're gonna be firings at GM with the new year happy new year Opie enjoy two thousand nineteen and they talk about the biggest thing GM's got going for it. Now is Mark Wahlberg? The actor has partnered with a car dealer j Feldman to launch. Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet in Columbus. Ohio. I bet Ken Thomson over classic Chevrolet is shaking in his boots on that one. And Walberg says he wants even more dealerships. Wait until you have you first when Mark then get back to us on buying more. Right. Because they didn't ask you back for the last transformer movie. I mean, you're very talented guy for what you do. Hold onto your money. It takes a certain personality to win in the car business and Marky, Mark, I don't think you happen. Even though I think you have a lot of talent. Your point is. What happens if every car company in the world spends billions upon billions upon billions, which they're doing? Now too great an automotive future that nobody wants what are we going to do them? What happens to GM wants to get rid of all the cars? If gas goes to five six dollars a gallon. And suddenly, SUV's and trucks don't sell any more. And you don't have cars to fall back on or Ford or Chrysler. You don't see Toyota and Honda dumping all their cars. Just because right now, they're not as popular as an SUV because they know it will change again. But there's something in the back of my head. Where I see a direction on all this going certain way. And just would not surprise me given the state of government in the world today that at some point the manufacturers would get the government to help them in the direction. They want us to go. And I'm not saying this is a conspiracy theory. Although it sounds pretty wacko to me we've seen worse. I wouldn't be amazed. If they didn't start legislating to force people in that direction. And again, that's not what we do that all the time, folks. Okay. We do that all the time create legislation to change behavior seventy five hundred into directing come tax credit. If you go by an electric car, there's one right? That is the government getting involved to send you in a direction, you might or might not have gone in on your own. And there are thousand cases like that all this corporate welfare to get a corporation to move and build an assembly plant in Alabama. I never knew Alabama had that much money, but they do. They'll spend on the citizens to build a factory in railroads broach for the factory. But I can see the car companies going back to the elected officials insane. This will be a cleaner more fuel-efficient future. If we do this. Because everything we're doing. Now the way we buy is the diametric opposite of what the car manufacturers say we're gonna wanna do in another five years. Have you not noticed it like I have? Because it's right there in front of us. In any case. As I wrote wants today. Everybody says Mari Mary Barra is one of the most brilliant CEO's in American history. They said that about Roger Smith about two years after he took over GM. They said it about Jack Smith about two years after he took over GM. They said about diner when they took over Chrysler. They said it about Cerberus capital management when they took over Chrysler. You get the point. When their turn was done at the helm ever last one..
