"Because of how sanctified that place was why because the presence of ya was going to be there tucked on the verse fourteen and solomon built the house and finished it and he built the walls of the house inside with beams of cedar from the floor of the house to the walls of the ceiling. He overlaid the insight with wood and cover the floor of the house with boards of for and he built the twenty cubits on the back part of the house with boards of cedar from the floor to the walls and he built ford inside for the sanctuary for the holy of holies the very room that would be jalis room. His presence and house was forty cubic. That is the sanctuary. Before and the cedar for the house inside was carvings of girds and flowers spread out the whole was cedar. Not a stone was seen so everything was covered with cedar wood and prepared the holy of holies in the midst of the house to place the ark of the covenant of yak way. They're come down the verse. Twenty one and solomon inside with refined gold in cost it do passover in chains of gold to the face of the holy of holies and overlaid with gold and all of the house with gold and to all of the house was complete and he overlaid with gold. All of the alter that belong to the holy of holy. So why could you imagine not only was this place made with gigantic unbelievable who stones right that were taken out and brought there and put together but then once the place was and it was done the overlay the whole thing with cedar wood and then overlaid the wood with gold so you would walk into their and it would literally you know Be something that you couldn't even imagine. That was all filled with gold. That was there. And so sacred. Was the place so set apart was the place because now ark of the covenant the very thing that y'all way chose to dwell on there that even when they built it on the roof of the sanctuary they had little spikes all around so not even birds not even pigeons would be able to sit on top of that house so they looked did this and rightly so because when you always presences somewhere while places set apart and it was a setup part place.

"Keeping everybody else safe in the family and that includes our beloved paths. Really quality a safety issue and also benefit issue. if it's not a high quality oil, you might not get the benefit that you're actually. Because the the components aren't there now I have seen my next question at thank you for going into sleep because that's according to people. I don't have that problem but I do know that there's so many that do that I. I'm really wanted you to cover that. The second question I have is I've seen people as a matter of fact, lady Liu gave me a gift wants and it's a necklace and you put the oils in to a necklace, and then you breathe that oil all day. How is that good for you is that? Is Very beneficial way of using essential oils very personally to you because you know you're wearing your diffuse a necklace, you're having your essential oils on them and actually really only are. Exposed to it, you know breathing it. And that can really support it can't support emotional balance can support your respiratory system can't support immune system depending on which oils adding to your diffuse Annapolis I Francis also aware aromatherapy bracelets and so they have Nov beats on them. So I can in the morning I, could like drop off a certain oil that at one for the day onto lobbied beach, and then during the day, you can just smell it and it's right there on my wrist and s marlet and the send x. stays up to twenty four hours on. Most. This a little bit because I think it's so important. Think about. I can have one smell like I can walk by a plant like a flower or something I can. Just, a brief smell, and it can bring me back to my childhood. It can bring up all kinds of feelings emotions. With just a little tiny sniff of something so I can see how these oils would really help. So let's start talking about stress now. One. Of the things that I had a happened to me was I was going into a stressful situation. I had three days to think about it. I worked myself up to a frenzy went by the time I was walking in the door to this event. I was shaking I was shaking before even I talked to the lady and So I thought to myself when you were talking about this I thought now that would have been a perfect time for me to wear the necklace to have some stress relief type of oil in there. What do you? What would what would have been really great unhelpful for you would have been a combination off citrus oils because citrus oils are naturally distressing so they. Stress at the same time, they put us into a good mood. Our energy levels and. Blended like wild orange maybe with something grounding because you said, you were anxious thinking at the meeting and working yourself up to. Calm down that anxiousness oils like seeing the woods Cedar Wood. Frankencense, know they're just how very help us calm. Roman camomile help us calm those whom so excited on. So anxious excited, you know emotions. So combine in different oils like would've really helped. You relieve some of that stress and help you feel more common centered. Working yourself towards that Another thing that could have been really helpful to you something that I teach is like a morning routine just to have like a really grounding morning routine already. Setting you up for that day. So you're not jumping out of bed right away when you alarm goes off and you're thinking right Wyoming gotta get myself ready for this meeting and all the emotion start rushing in. But just for the first fifteen to twenty minutes to do something very grounding and soothing for yourself, which could again the breathing routine that I teach before we fall asleep. So during back in the morning when you wake up with a grounding oil under the soles of your feet right away. And then doing something for fifteen minutes of makes you. Feel calm centered imbalanced. So whether that is meditation whether you like to sit and pray but you just like and sets. Listening to some Zan who music and maybe doing some really relaxing yoga poses even going for a walk windfall walk around the block but not thinking about what you have to do that day walking around the block. Being in the moment like you're. Paying, attention to your breath. How my breathing? How do my feet sound on the pavement when I'm walking? Would you know what I knew? I wanted to tell you guys about this is so exciting. So for those of you who are out there thinking about how you could do what she just told you to do I think this one is at least for me is is so exciting. So I decided it's Kinda cool here. Now it's like between sixty and eighty during the day, and so we're really excited the humidity's dropped down and I. Thought this is the perfect time to get out there and start walking in the morning, right? So. I. Have a cute little thing that I carry with me at all times. It's called a cellphone right but it has a fantastic camera on it. So I have started a new program for myself not for anybody else. Called, my morning view. and. So it's a project that I'm doing. So every morning, I'm finding something that I can take a picture of that. It's a beautiful flower tree or a a frog or whatever I find outside and even looking out here like I'm on the twelfth floor now overlooking all of Houston and it's gorgeous sometimes especially in the morning that bright sunshine you know this common and I'm just finding ways to relax myself in the morning I'm not one of those stressed out people in the morning I wake up and I have a big old smile on my face for some reason, I'm not sure why I'm still thinking how can I? Love myself more. Yes. You know and. To do it. That is so beautiful because that is really part of what teaching for the morning routine that if you take your walk to really be in the moment and just look around you to take the beauty taken the sounds, what are you seeing? What are you hearing? What are you feeling checking in with yourself again ADDS, members that are saying, hi, this is jody and she's loving paying attention. And, the thing is when a thought comes in, we can't block thoughts and we should never block any type of thoughts or emotions. We have to learn a way to let them.

"Now I'm a busy mom of two. I run a busy household a an entrepreneur and so energy is so key in my day and so if I don't have enough energy. I'm not able to do the things that I really need to do. And the things that I need to get done. Sometimes it doesn't get done right so I wanNA make sure that my energy is up high and that I'm able to function from up here and so I wanNA share with you guys some of my favorite daughter products and oils that. I use to make sure that I'm on top of my game all right so first things first I wanna talk essential oils because we all know that dough. Tara has the most incredible essential oils and these. I've actually chosen three. That are my favorites now again. There's a ton of different oils. That will help and that we will love. These are three of my favorites. So number one being peppermint now peppermint. I'm sure that a of you guys can agree with me is a staple in my home. I love this oil. It comes everywhere with me. You'll find it in my purse. My Gym bag. You'll find it beside my bed in my bathroom. It literally is any everywhere that I go because it's one that I grab quite often throughout the day. This is a great oil for pre and post workout and how I use it for energy. Is that what I do is put one to two drops in the palm of my hand. I will rub my hands together and I'll just do a nice little tent. Be over the nose and it takes three big inhalations in what this is going to do. Is it's going to help to open up and support the airways another thing that I like to do is I like to take the remainder of the oil. That's on my hands. I like to rub it on the back of my neck and onto my shoulders because what that's doing is actually going to give this nice beautiful sensation and so I find that to be very invigorating. It's very energizing. And just you know when you're hitting that wall in the middle of the day and you're just needing something to help pick you up. Grab your peppermint oil. You'll be surprised how well this works. And how great this feels and just is a really feel good oil and again just a couple nice. Big inhalations is a great way to use your peppermint oil also. Great in the diffuser as well. Now I said my second I have three oils but actually my second one. I'm kind of classified as my citrus oils because citrus oils are very uplifting. Now do I have a one specific citrus oil that I love? It's hard to say because there's so many good ones I love wild orange I love lemon grapefruit citrus bliss so anything citrusy is very uplifting. It's very energizing. It's feel good so if you come to my house you will find diffusers. In every single room and in those diffusers you will typically find a citrus oil diffusing now what I love about citrus oils. Is that it blends well with pretty much anything and everything. So you can add some some floral to it if you want so your you know your drain. Yam or your Lang Lang or you could do something more. Mid To experiment or peppermint or something herbal. So I love things like Rosemary which is also really nice. And the diffuser as well so again using your your citrus oils to help. Energize you Is a great way to to help give you that little bit of boost of energy throughout your day again you can do a drop into your hands and again the ten teepee couple big inhalations and you can also apply to. Paul's point so the risks behind the ears Those are also great ways to use citrus oils. Also I know that. A lot of people love aromatherapy jewelry. So you can buy necklaces. And bracelets with the aromatherapy jewelry that have eleven beads or have felt beads so that you can apply oils and just kind of smell throughout the day My third favourite oil is actually blend so. Tara has some incredible blends and one of my favorite blends to help. Give me energy through. My Day is motivate if you have not tried this oil yet. I highly suggest that you do it. Such an uplifting feel-good oil. It again has pepper minute. Has Clementines has got peppermint got some citrus oils in there it also has coriander Basil Melissa Rosemary and a little bit of Vanilla. So it's very minty fresh clean smell and I use it the same way that I use my government and I use it the same way he's my citrus oils. Whether I Do a nice little tent and have a Nice Cup a nice couple big inhalations in or I put it in my diffuser. I apply it to my pulse points or put it on my jewelry. These are the ways that I loved oils air medically because when we breathe in natural aromatic compound is going through the olfactory the nose and it's hitting our limbic system in the brain which controls a lot of different things in the body and it's a great way to use oils to help support our moves in to help to support our feeling another incredible product that you can try to help to increase energy throughout your day is meadow to Max now. I'm not sure if you guys have tried this product yet but it's probably one of my favorites especially when it comes to a balanced stable energy. Alright so this is not energy stamina complex it. Has Things like Ginseng. Which is a natural energy boost? So it doesn't have things that are like harmful stimulants or caffeine. So you're not going to experience a crash. What this does is it actually delivers. Atp Andrea Cells. So it's actually enhancing might Oke Andrea function and again you're going to be delivered a solid stable balanced energy throat. You're so if you haven't yet tried this. It's an awesome product to try out like I said one of my favorites I typically like to use it in the morning Prior to my workout and again I like to get things done in the morning between six. Am and noon. And that's typically what. I like to use this product just to give that balanced table energy throat my day now again as we're talking about energy. I think it's important to know that there are many things in our life that contribute to what causes us to experience energy right. So it's not just grab your peppermint or grab your your oils. Which are great. They will help their great tools that we can put an tool belt for for emergencies and for things like that but we also want to look at our lifestyle right. Are we sleeping properly. Are we getting the right amount? Might amount of hours of sleep. Are we eating? The right. Diet are as neutral as our nutrition up to par right. Are we getting enough movement in into our daily into our day as well right? Are we moving our bodies are we? Are we exercising? And so I want you to really look at these areas can take a look like. Are there things that you can improve when it comes to sleep? I mean I I love having a good sleep routine in place right and I love a good bedtime routine for my children and for myself for me. I'm all it's all about self care so again I love being able to go in and get the diffusers going using some of my favorite nighttime oils things like lavender. Vetiver Cedar Wood Frankencense piece. So those are some of the oils that you'll find in the bedroom things that I like to use. I will always have a lavender touch roller bottle beside my bed to roll in the bottoms of my feet. I also like to have a piece of paper and a pen so that I can bring dumping but everything in my head onto paper so that it just helps me to have a better night's sleep right so look at your routines and create some great routines for yourself and for your family to help to improve your sleep because if you're sleeping better you're going to have more energy the next day or eight so take a look at that. We also want to look at our nutrition and our diet right. We WanNa make sure that we're eating the right foods right. We WanNa make sure eating fruits and vegetables. We WanNa make sure eating. They were known as the five trees of Kiesel and one of these trees was Hiroki so he not only grows within this area of the world and is very very sensitive to any impurities that might be around it. These trees suffer. If they're they're trying to grow in polluted environments so they grow mostly in areas where the air and the water around them as pure a lot of people believe that. This purity is reflected in in the woods appearance. It's a very light. Colored would has a compact straight grain and a very natural clear resin permeates the pores throughout creating of natural natural protection for the would one of the reasons that this Hiroki would has been so prized as a building. Material for sacred buildings. is its durability as the lumber from this tree has been observed throughout history. It's been shown that the durability of not actually continues to increase for about two hundred years even after it's been cut in fact the oldest one structure and the world is in Japan and was built using this. What about thirteen hundred years ago and sixty five percent scent of the original would still remains today? Not only that but people say that you can still smell the scent of the thirteen hundred year old gnocchi would to this day. That sent is one of the things that it's most famous for so it's incredible that it still remains thirteen hundred years later now. I mentioned mentioned earlier. That one of the ways that this would was used as in building temples and shrines for the Shinto religion now trees in the Shinto religion are considered sacred sacred and according to an ancient Shinto belief a god descended to a high pine on an elegant mountain to exist in a large or old tree and throughout about the history of the Shinto beliefs. These trees have continued to be seen. As sacred and sacred places in Shinto have been marked by shrines for many years so traditionally really and to this day and Nokia has been used to construct shrines and temples because of its importance to the religion. inoki would has also been used in shinto ceremonies and purification rituals and one of the excellent examples of this is the sambo which is a ceremonial stand us to bear food offerings in Shinto temples the stance of course are very sacred in the religion and are usually made of unpainted Hanoch would as I mentioned earlier. Hunky has a beautiful sent and it has been highly prized Japan for this sent so when Hannukah would is cut or scrubbed it emanates a very pleasing lemon smell and and has also been utilized in traditional Japanese stick incense for it's very light and earthy aroma so the Japanese have utilized. The Hiroki would to help them feel relaxed. Release stress rests reduce tiredness and to stimulate the brain with this incredible history in Japan and how much it has been revered and how sacred it is seen so many people. So supplicating other species specially the native species to grow. Could you tell us a little bit about what you think. By using this we will reduce the pressure of public landfills. Because we're GONNA be using those does Discarded pieces of Timber Second. We will be promoting the growth of native species in in those areas where these trees ultimately monopolize the entire forest. Now it's open different species to grow for different bio-diversity Hi diversity in that area second thing. It's a government program. Government has established this for the purpose of keeping younger people employed in the outer skirt areas. Yes so that also provides a sustainable never supply chain. The trees are in a numerous numbers. I and the government license the harvesting groups to harvest harvest those trees in assistive fastened so the oil that we produce comes from a very long lasting sustainable source third hard the trees itself and it's The beauty of keeping the historical use and meaning of these particular. "In so essential oils. They pass directly through the blood brain barrier. Like, not a lot of things can go past the blood brain barrier, but essential oils, can they pass that blood brain barrier in can really directly I like to say love on that area of our brain. So essential oils that especially ones that are really high in. There's a constituent szeswith Turpin, which I just love saying that word, it's so fun. So essential oils. Really heightened sense quick Turpin can pass through that led bay barrier. Go through that olfactory system directly to the limbic system of the brain and love on those things that control your heart rate. Your blood pressure all those stress responses, so like certain oils, I pulled out some recipes that I actually still these from Geno Sullivan. So she's in amazingness, Royal educator. Her and she has an app called the bar that she's got all these essential oil recipes on so I wanted to share a couple of her blends for stress in particular. So the first one is just called stress synergy in. It's fifty percent lime oil twenty percents cedar wood, which cedar wood is super high in Susko beans and twenty percent, lavender and ten percent co by an COPA EBA. I could go on for a whole episode about. But I'll spare you. And then another blend you can create for stress is thirty drops spruce oil fifteen jobs frankencense five drops for oil in a base of fifteen drops grapeseed carrier oil and then to other oils, you can just use as singles if you want to really work on stress is frankencense. That's my go-to like Krista. Do you have any kids yet? You know that time after birth that first couple of weeks where you just feel like you're not even in your own body. Yeah. The first two years you mean, so what you got. Exactly. Well, like, the I remember after my daughter was born I was just I still remember just kind of pacing through my house a little bit in feeling like I was not even in my own body. I was just kind of floating up here in my whole energy was just so a Radic, and I didn't feel like myself, it just it felt really off. And so I went to my oil shelf. It pulled out some frankencense. I read that Franken since on my ears. I think the ears is a really good spot for emotional support. And immediately I could just like almost visibly. See my body does coming back into it self in grounding back down so Franken since his one of my absolute favorite single oils. If I had to pick one for stress, and like emotional, grounding Levin so frankencense as a single was their second single or Elliott black spruce. Yeah. Black spruce really helps promote stability his feelings of stability in grounding. Maybe that's why. So I live close to the black hills of South Dakota. And I think there's probably a lot of spruce..
