We went with retailer dental chairs. They out of the german german-made they out of san antonio actually went to see their lace to Chairs out. I think was saved a lot of money by buying directly from them They super nice comfortable. They build in electric says they build in fuses killers all the extra options that normally all other chair companies charge you extra go says a package and a super comfortable super nice and nice people to deal with and we actually went with their implants still doing fence on the chair side. And then Vacuum they're actually We bought their compressors well. vacuum I bought sierra vacuum. Lord and i think I made about seventy five hundred normally which you go through big companies the size of beckham would cost you lifting graham. So those things Same this on money yeah. That's good yeah right right now we Getting a tarot scanner was saved enough or a terrorist candles. All this could and that's really really good. Yeah i mean. I would feel like you need to do a lot of pre hardcore budgeting especially if you're like shocked with like changeups you know what i mean like. Oh my gosh another team. Oh my gosh. This was like them anthology for me was always trying to save money by the at the same time. Just save money by cheapest stop at in a kind of compromising getting quality for less amount of money and that meant trying to source stock directly from the manufacturer is going through their bodies. That can be tough man. That can be really really tough. But that's good. That's good that you make get made it happen and everything like that and if anybody wants to reach out yet maybe they wanna ask you about those companies are going through those loops that you went through or just any advice. "Most of them have got couple weeks. Wait time how really. I mean i called. Maybe like six months ago might have. Yeah but still. It's like you know what i mean. That's actually really smart to do that. To call the people and be like. Oh yeah. i did scotland breakaway seminar. We did online. And that's what he's advising so. I just went with his advice. Unconditional said gotcha. Okay that's where man i like that. So then right now your first month. How far away are you guys from breaking. Even would you say it's looking like okay in three months. We're going to break even six months or we already did. I still need to bora numbers without Cpa it's looking promising. That's all i can tell you but it's a little too early to think about it. Would you know by any chance at the top of your head. How much production was for your past month or now yeah open. Dental shows Sixty five thousand or the action okay. That's pretty good and then calculating. How much do you need to break even so that number i still need to calculate so we recently closed along. I need to sit down with scipio. Just kind of go over numbers that question. Yeah would you. Would you say in that community right now. are you guys you're trimming closing rate is pretty good or i'm super happy about that. Even though it's might be a little early to judge some people accepting some people just kinda like thanking us working. Your way reached out to any of those people. So i like to figure out what's stopping them. I think i think there was still potential for growth. Let's put it this way. Yeah gotcha gotcha okay and it. At one of the think about from moment you signed lace writer. You guys signed the lease till right now today. What spin some of your biggest struggles or fails or pitfalls or the whole process. human right. yeah with from right now till the moment you're like we should do is start up. You know what. I mean being prepared putting systems down so the biggest struggle for me. I never been dental world before side. Didn't like i listened to all the past It's and my wife is borrowed. Dsm dental success network. So i've been reading through some post there but kinda like knowing cowards. In real life. It was hard for me so i was waiting until we opened the door. So i can start putting the systems together and kinda like implementing stuff but right now. The struggle is. It might be a little too late too late but little late just getting busy with patients. And now i wish i. I put some systems prior. We opened like setting up open dental. For example that one thing i could have done beforehand in all the old Insurance certification insurance building. Things like that. And i had no idea until a couple of weeks ago. Yeah see right now. You feel like everything's kind of like rushing like almost like last minute right like you're doing it as it's happening and i thought we would have time and i wasn't planning that get that'd busy clinically. It's been busy for you then. Wow that's really good. How has All of this affected. You guys is personal life. That's a good question so on the personal level just between me and my life spend more time together. Bud you know. We don't see how kids and all the time we spend in the practice. Yeah it's a lot of work a lot of ours and hopefully we can change that and spend the same amount of time. Just the include out kits were then it during the build out or construction process in the design phase. And everything like that. Will you guys ever like were you on the same page with everything or not really. Yeah i mean we discussed us. Things were happening everything. I can say that. Yeah i mean my wife was involved in that like less less than me. I would say she just trusted me that process and i think maybe it soon better that way that way. After like gonna stop everything just both Both of you need to make decisions stuff. Instruction decisions inside was making my own gotcha. That's smart who did you for did you guys get a designer or anything like that or now as far as the design one of the things. I can tell you a lot of people asking first thing that i think helped us and i would do that again. Designer nomex blocking diagram. I love their blocking degrom. Especially those practices that don't have like a straightforward like rick tanggula space would like extra corners or blocking doug Helps a lot saves so much time. So they kind of lay out all your rooms and after that i used the benko benko for the redesigned service. Just give them that. Blocking doug i worked with their designer. She was pretty good and then cost us anything they do. That is complementary because they probably help hoping you can buy a lot of equipment from them which we did some about. Not all of them yeah. That's the design process. This good. that's really really good throughout this time because you guys opened up. I mean you started everything and opened up. I mean we're still during kobe. Right covert still happening. But i mean like you did it all through that time. You know what. I mean in the middle of of everything. Was there any moments where you guys were like. We should wait or let's not do this right now. Let's give like five more years or something like that for a second. We couldn't wait. There's this there was never a moment where you guys were like given up or no no the moments where this construction will never. That's yeah it's still happening right now. Isn't it construction. Yeah i mean.

"Like okay. Now what is going to be hard for us Later on we're going to have to sell this. And what do you have to sell. If you're listening. Space was just the lease itself. Because if you sell the lease everything else doesn't matter. Yeah gotcha gotcha okay so then you. You couldn't agree on that. Then you just said forget it. We're going to start up. And then you found a location first and then decided to ask for the walls fargo or you could didn't find the location. I i think i already started talking to wells. Fargo and Yeah because i wanted to get approval beforehand You know it takes a lot of work to talk to people and they don't take you serious guy and so if you don't mind me asking how much was the loan for loan was like five hundred thousand okay gotcha and then diving into the construction and the build out. How much would you say was the whole doubt so the bill three hundred thirty eight thousand and some change god estimate originalist to meet was two hundred ninety six. We had a bunch of change orders and change orders expensive so this is where i want to advise the listeners. Just starting when you working at a construction tried to plan for some things such just go over some of the change orders. That cost us Extra we had to upgrade electrical panel to full hundred amps. So make sure you check how many empty house that you have. Less than four hundred amps in most likely going to have to upgrade. I think that's pretty standard for dental offices though that costs us about eleven thousand. We did some upgrade on cabinets countertops. So if you're doing custom with your contractor just make sure your plan for that and some roof penetrations we could know for the vents. And extra wall been attrition sports events. Even though i'm kind of upset because contractors should have known that because of their expertise the experts at that yeah that cost us arleigh extra six thousand dollars so those things that and then we change orders contractor usually charge often overhead extra percentage so upfront on the original estimate i was able to negotiate lower profit and overhead percentage but When it came to change orders it was already set in the contract so it was like. Okay yeah well it is and then you have like ability to shop around when it gets to that point where you need to add the change order you pretty much stock. Whatever the price they're gonna give you. Would you say change orders in total. Were like twenty to thirty thousand or more forty two thousand. Oh man forty. Two thousand yeah. That's something where you're like. How'd you guys feel. How did you guys feel in all that started happening. I mean i smell really bad. They told me. I need electrical panel before hundred and my question was like how come you didn't know i need a big electrical. You guys do that all the time. And they gave me like vague explanation. And then at i shopped around and the first one and i figured you know this is the market price for upgrading electrical panel. So at least. I felt better after shopping. Around that i wasn't like overpaying. Just because i had to go through from deal you know this this something. I would've brought spend that much annual but just the fact that they should've known. Yeah no definitely i know. Yeah you're right. So then did you're the one who had to shop around for they. They couldn't just do it themselves like it's not their job to trump Prices and they gave me the price. But i i felt like you know it was too much and then i was like let me. Let me call Shoe people just to see what's the market value dissent. I guess it's mainly for me to feel better. No smart. it's just so you know you're like am. I getting ripped off right now. Or is this for real for real. You know okay man. That's great advice. So you guys had a lot of change orders and so in total. The bill was in the three hundred three hundred. Thirty eight thoughtful including the change orders. Gotcha okay and you guys have already used. I mean everything's already been used up because you're going to be open already. You're already opened. It's going to be a month right so we already open still final punch list items as they call it like things that would not super happy about they just coming and fixing those Slowly there's still like a ten percent danish we need to pay them after they complete and after that we'll get are what does it lean. Release from actor which allows us to get money from their Landlocked landlord allowed us. Some liberal guide how much what was the was the the money that they It's forty dollars a square foot so game out. Eighty something okay. Gotcha so then how. Many will actually grew on a little bit. What are you not really happy about them right now that they're coming in and fixing guys were the contractor so actually the people were asking recommendation On the group start off his attractors and the mentioned the name of the contract. And i was like you know. I'm not super happy about this particular contractor and realization. That right now. Because i start talking. A few people reached out to start talking to several people that kinda starting construction process in austin and they talking to multiple contractors and they sharing information with me their position. I have right now that there's no perfect contractors so you will have to deal with imperfections so none of them are perfect. Kinda like kind of have to decide sucks less. Yeah but your question you know i. I wish they could do better. Quality control and kind of proactively ek stinks for example outdoors when installed correctly. And they coming back trying to fix them which you know like already. They're already covered with dry will now. It feels like fix them properly. They might even have to open up walls. That's the feeling. I have right now so i don't know what's going to end up happening but Yeah the those things should have been taught at the time right after they were installed. So there's no going back and forth little details like that if you're asking who is the contractor k. Gotcha gotcha some podcasts. That use them but yeah they're working trying to make things right now so coming back attention right now. Yeah i get what is your. How does your wife react. Like what did she say. She kind of focused on the details. To or not as much as you. Not as much as me only. Actually she'll focus on details only she sees things and she kinda like gets upset but Yeah i mean right. now she's super-busy kind of focus changed. I the ride before we were opening. She's like you know there's so much work laugh. I don't know if you're gonna be able to open and that will just just opened and you've made it happen.

"How's it good. Michael how are you. I'm doing pretty good man. Thanks for asking if you want me asking right now are are you already up and running with your startup or no. Yes actually a matter of fact to more is going to be one month exactly. We start seeing patients on june ninth am. I'm super excited to get into that story. And everything like that but just far listener so they can get a better understanding of where you're located. Where are you located so we in cedar park texas. It's north of boston Gottschee you awesome and do you like it in that area right now or yeah. Love it So we live in southern california in san diego while and as soon as my wife graduated the promo linda she. She was a international dentists from russia and she had to go through international dental program. Special program so It wasn't loma linda and as soon as she graduated when moved into thousand nineteen to texas. Wow so she was a dentist already in russia yeah shipwrecked as there for a couple years. And she decided to marry me. Moved to san diego. I lived there. God is the is the criteria like is there a lot more schooling involved or when you come over here is it like starting over or does that look like so my understanding. It's pretty much going through dental school again. The only you know advantage steroid no of stuff. They've been practicing. And it's super competitive than a lot of people from all over the world trying to become dentists in the united states versus workings Countries so competitive but the program is shorter so most of the universe like university. Not every university gonna have that program. Those that half. It's usually two year program versus a regular four year all the curiculum. They put it that two year period. So it's a lot of studying. God chain hunt you. Oh that's interesting. And then you went to san diego and then why didn't you decide. Like oh man. I want to open up a practice in san diego with this Actually i had a business in san diego I had a car deal ten years prior and just from running a business. They're just knowing that you know. Yeah i'm not trying to go political and stopping but is just It was hard and We just decided you know. Let's let's find a better place. Gaza we start having kids so we currently have three kids and like we need to find a more friendly lace for family and business san diego's nice but it's supersaturated so every dentist graduating thinks they wanna live in the nice place and san diego checks that box that makes it supersaturated. Plus mexico is super close so a lot of people. Just go get their teeth. That's so true until he california Elaine i can't tell you how many times he will say odd. Go get that done in my towing cleaning done here. Only okay but you're right. Wow okay yeah. I can see that. Oh why cindy would be like a lot more expensive as far as like rant in. No i don't know how much more but i mean. i know. a lot of people are making that decision. So then why did you guys pick texas. So that time Graduation time my wife had a paternity to get a job. It was i was in south texas. It's one of the local diesels and we lived in victoria for one year. We texas and after that we decided we want to own directors and leaving a better better for us place and we started looking to buy practice and at the same time we're open for startups as well so anything you had a guest. You're not not too long ago. Who actually a urges the practice were really serious about purchasing but we can agreed with the landlord the on purchasing that practice from tech. Tina who it is now. Or can you say or no. You can't say You mean Your guest yeah. It's in south boston. I forgot his name south. Meth this mathis. If anybody listening can recall me like oh. I know it is an awesome. Let us know right now. At the moment. I can't i can't recall but awesome as okay so talk to me about your started processing tummy a little bit about your past your present. Why did you guys. How did it go. How did the construction go with startup process. The loan process everything like that. So with construction loan the loan. Actually it was interesting so we start applying so i applied to purchase a practice. It was the beginning of two thousand twenty so we were approved bank of america and a common happen and then they they still give us approval to purchase a practice but when we decided to start out they they stopped doing star loans that's when wells fargo stepped in wells. Fargo approved us. And that's who we worked with. Finding space was challenging so all the construction of froze at that time and we were working with the local broker. Who helped us to figure things out here. So i ended up finding a space so my understanding most brokers they looking for like a brand new builds. I guess that's easy for them. But there was nothing available and or he would take forever because a lot of places. We're looking like a dirt still like. We don't want to wait that long. As i went on loop nets. I start looking at second-generation again. The had an idea which area were looking so am just found the second-generation location pretty busy plaza. An lender for sure. We're excited to get a dentist here is like it's kinda mix with small restaurant. Mom-and-pop shops and Like a nail salone hairdresser like a haircut placed dental and identify. Good i i like them. So then rewind a little bit. The bank of america approved you. But then they couldn't give you the loan so then you had to go to wells fargo. Is that what happened yes. So bank of america proved to purchase a practice for acqusition and when acquisition didn't happen we asked them we think Startup loan and they said okay. This time we're not doing any startup loans. Just i it was nationwide thing. Yeah wow so you you had already found an acquisition that at that time or no you had not acquisition. We actually start working with a letter of intent. We start moving towards you know closing process and one of the final things was hard for us to overcome. Just the germs on the lease and the landlord. I guess they didn't see much value in us especially being new dentist versus the guy who's been there forever. They just do not want to buy the terms.

"Host michael ideas and in this episode i am speaking with dot yousof and him and his wife opened up a practice in austin texas and they're doing pretty great right now. They're doing amazing. It's been one month in so he. Lets us know everything that's going on in that month. We discuss how his first month wind. What went amazing. Won't really wrong. And we were wind. We talk about why he decided to open up his practice in texas. He opened it up. Got approved and everything during the lockdown or the shutdown of covert so. He talks about how he was approved for specific loan with the avai- or bank of america. But then it went south that deal and then he had to go to another pink so he talks to us about that he also talks to us about how finding space was challenging because of kobe. So how he overcame that and then one thing one humongous piece of advice that he gives us is change orders. Why you need to budget for that. And it's so interesting. They had so many change orders and he talks to us. And you know what specific change orders were how much where the amounts and why you need to be careful about this as well if you are in the construction process or you started your practicing. You're you're about to. He also talk to us about the big delays in construction. That he had he. Lets us know exactly how he found out or how saturated dentistry is in his community. You know what he was doing in that process Talks about how he hired his team. He talks to us about what they're not really super duper happy about with their practice. Right now What they plan to change and he lets us know his biggest struggles. And how you need to be prepared and make sure you get your systems lockdown before you open up no matter how busy or how non busy you think you're gonna be always always always be prepared so without further delay.

"As you know, a standoff continues involving Cedar Park Police in a man that's barricaded inside a home in this all began yesterday afternoon. When police responded to a domestic disturbance call. Ah Mother called police and sent her young son in his early twenties, mid twenties maybe had kicked the door in. Come help us. And when police arrived is when gunfire happened that suspect shot at police. Three officers hospitalized with gunshot wounds were told they're going to be okay. Let's go to the phones and Cedar Park City Councilman might go. Herrera is with us. Mike. Thank you so much for being on the tide of Don show, can you? Can you give us an update on the police officers this morning? Yeah, absolutely. Don, don thank you for having me on this morning. So two of the officers have been released because they've gone home. And there's one who is still in hospital waiting surgery today, but it is for a non life threatening injuries. All rights and in all three suffered gunshot wounds. Correct. That is my understanding that you will give us an update. Where are we? Now? This? The standoff continues. This's going on for a long time, and I'll be honest with you. I don't think it would have gone on this long. But yet we got this current conversation involving policing. I mean, in years past, I think this would have been a whole lot sooner. Possibly what do you What do you make of what's happening and how it's unfolding this morning? Yes, a currently all through the night. There was a negotiations Ongoing. My understanding as a pretty recently is that the negotiations are still happening. But there was little movement of any during the evening. But you're absolutely right. The Particularly on the national level, the media and all the conversation going with de funding, the police department has really done two things. One is shaking the confidence of police officers, which has hindered them doing their job because they have to go into every situation, thinking that they're going to be basically guilty until proven innocent, no matter what they do, and the other thing is also turned. A lot of the members of society who a year ago would have been pro police against the police makes their jobs much, much more. Tickle. No doubt Give us an update on on Cedar Park police in this city council. Is there any concern about de funding at all? No, that is good, not going to happen on Cedar Park. In fact, we just have our budget's going on right now. And a couple of us have asked for the possibility of actually creating a new position. The police officer that was that floor by the department, but no, we're not goingto I'm not going to be fun, and it's interesting to see that you know the funny conversation coming out of out of often when the five other large cities in the state of Texas are all increasing their public safety budget. What do you think's happening in politics in Austin, Texas, in on the state level as well? I know you're running for a state offices well. Give us an update. What's what's really happening here in some of our cities. Yeah, run for House District 1 36 which is the South eastern corner of wasting County. And really, what we're saying is the state politics are now really started to follow the federal politics. I had the pleasure of working legislative session when I was a law court. UT actually worked. I'm running as a Republican actually worked for Democrats and you know, at that time there was a lot of You know, walking across the island and working together. You know the old history of what a Texas Democrat is. I think that's going away. They're starting to follow. But the national narrative, you know, even my opponent says the endorse lives with Warren for president he supported AOC provided funding. To a group called Be Awesome Justice Coalition that they want to defund HPD, which we just saw, with $150 million flashing in the budget. And you know they were just following the Austin particularly, is really starting to follow the national media and the national rhetoric. What's coming from the Democratic Party? And it's not just your Texas Democrats anymore..

From Chevy Monte Carlo to Ford Escape
"For years. I've been driving one interational of a Monte Carlo or another and all of all of our longtime listeners you guys have been with you guys have heard my trials and travails with that with that car and you know what it's like when you own a car for a long time and you know it's idiosyncrasies you get used to not having a car payment which is beautiful And eventually I had to give up the ghost man. I still have my Monte Carlo. But a new car. Yeah all right. Well Yeah it's three ninety nine money. No I got a twenty-seven four escape. 'cause I got a great deal on seventeen four. Okay okay. Very good news car. I've ever driven and I'm actually taking possession of it like all. The deals stuff is taking possession of it tomorrow as we're recording. Congratulations -gratulations well. Let's let's hope. It's I still have the Monte Carlo. Though it's you know I won't be able to sell it for anything I understand. Maybe your data take it. He takes he takes on projects. Like this right. Yeah maybe maybe he will. Well I you know I'm I'm just a couple questions if you don't mind we have to jump into shoe topic. Yeah couple all right. So how did he find. Is that something you're buying from a dealer you buy it from a friend you buy from craigslist. What a I'm buying a used With I I found it with the help of a A third party but the the purchase itself is directing. So I've checked out the car and I literally tomorrow all I'm doing is like taking possession of it. Well color is black black. Okay black on the outside. And it's you that's another thing with the cars as little worry gain 2017 model because the color is kind of the last thing I care about. Yeah engine that works. Louis says this has sixty K.. On it but I got a good deal and I was just very happy that I didn't get stuck with you. Know like a cornflower yellow or would you. They've all these fancy car paint names like you know absent minded vermillion or whatever. I don't get it but yeah I got just a regular a black Ford escape because they gotta do some hauling road trips ahead of me and so I I wanted to get Just a little beater pickup truck but like we talked about before. We're talking about the ranger. It's tough to get the the kind of pick-up truck would want you know. No disrespect to an F.. One fifty but I don't needs something like that little manual transmission do Cedar Parking Lot which is very difficult. The nothing funny I I mean I don't know why as to color I mean. That's the last thing that you should be concerned with probably just like a prank you in the parking lot if I see right do something this thinking because I actually went through some of the old research that we had done on the the INS and outs of buying a car. What you should know and what you should avoid what you should look for Cetera Hell yeah well. In a lot of people here in the audience today have war stories and one of the things that we had said in the past. The I think maybe some people weren't on board with was that I like you know know about you will see if you're on board with us. I am very much against Buying a brand new car. Oh Yeah I just. It's just not for me. I know it's for some people but it's not for me on what about you Kurt. I'm not completely against it. Really all right so you buy a new car and it's GonNa last you for maybe four or five years. I mean depending on how much you drive but years trouble-free maybe more Miki at two hundred thousand miles on pretty much any any car nowadays I'm not totally against it. So you see some security in it if you get used to make car payment every month. It's not too that's the one thing that's the one thing 'cause I did get it like through third parties so I do have a car note again. Yeah it's just it's tough to stomach but oh you know what you've got that reliability you've got You know the the the solid feel again of a car underneath you because I know what it's like to go from an older vehicle to newer vehicle and I'm I'm back to the position now by the way where mind is feeling older you know. It's a little more sloppy. It's not quite as it was. Yeah it's just tough to explain unless you're in the seat experience in it but a new car just has that correct feeling right feeling to it and something new to you I mean going from what year Two Thousand Four. Yeah Yeah Two Actually two thousand Two thousand six hundred sixty one thousand six hundred twenty seventeen almost ten years with many many miles on it. I'm sure it's probably just the more solid feeling vehicle underneath you. It's going to be nice. I'm excited about hearing about whatever you intend to do with this. "Now, you heard the Austin city council that pretty upset that state lawmakers are trying to control the city council when it comes to raising your taxes or talking about house Bill to if approved would restrict city government to county governments from raising your taxes above two point five percents. If they want to go higher, and they can go higher only if they go to the voters above the two point five percent. So they can raise your taxes without even asking you two point five percent. If house Bill two is approved, but they can go even higher, but they have to go to you first and Austin mayor Steve Adler Jimmy Flanagan on the city council. The just about every member the city council they held a press conference today to speak out against that. They say the city councils across the state are United on this front and they're standing with those. Other city council members that want to dig a little bit deeper into your wallet without asking for permission. We'll get the full story on our Facebook page at Todd done. But let's listen to mayor Adler here. We're proud to be standing here today with my colleagues on the council talking about how spoke to knowing that. We are also standing with mayors and city council members across the state, I have never seen as organic and large. Cool. Listen of bipartisan mayors and city council members from across the state rise the way they are rising up with respect to house built to how. How? The rising up to take more of your money to if it does not change cannot be considered anything else other than a direct attack on cities. And that's what mayors leaders saying across the state. As mayor proteomics said if we keep our existing budget and add nothing new to new programs just maintain our existing budget. It requires a three point eight percent increase. That's that's not those are cost drivers. And if we have a cap that sets us at a level below that then we are by definition, and by basic MAC having to make cuts in our budget by let's think about that. So he says just to stay the status quo. They have to raise taxes by at least three point eight percent just to maintain what we got. Now. What's our current budget four billion? That's just over slightly over four billion. I believe it's in that range Todd. So that amounts to how much money how much is that? That's got to be hundreds of millions of dollars. They have to pump into the system just to maintain. What we got now city councilman Jimmy Flanagan who was also who is also the mayor of cedar park, Texas and people listening in live in cedar park. What I'm talking about? Jimmy Flanagan has incredible influence over the city the cedar Park City council. He's basically running the cedar Park City council. He really busy really got a bunch of Benedict Arnold on that city council. Here's Jimmy Flanagan. Also, very excited to stand here with my colleagues talk about hospital to you know, I really want to acknowledge the unique moment that we're in cities from across the state have joined together in a way that that we have not seen before I have been on the conference calls and hearing mayors from very conservative areas from very progressive areas. Join hand and agree that this is not a proposal that reflects the wide diversity amongst municipalities. So they're locked hands together. These city councils across the state when is Jimmy Flanagan witness mayor Adler going to stand up and lock arms with tax payers. That is the thing. I it's like that has been completely completely ignored here. Like, we're not part of the equation is just whatever they. They decide we're supposed to go along with it. It's almost like they're assuming that we will. I think Jimmy Flanagan needs to learn something he may be United with other democrat leaning city councils across the state, but he should also realize that we the people the tax taxpayers were also United on this front to we're sick and tired of you stick in your hand deeper and deeper into our back pockets at any whim just because you got a pet project. You wanna fund it's time that the people the tax payers of this state had more control of their own money. But the thing that is really important to remember for our house members and four senators and for the governor's office. There are things that cities do that. The state wants us to do we have shared priorities that require raising revenue in order to implement. I have been out of events where the governor has shared the stage with the mayor.
