"The man who's been recognized as radio's best the recipient of not one but two Christie Jess Marconi awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunningham. Billy Cunningham what a Sunday night. What a last week. It's been would you say this was the greatest week presidents had and maybe the last twenty or thirty years the week that Donald J Trump Ed course, little stuff like on Friday like a three point seven percent unemployment rate, and you wouldn't get that three point seven percent to work if you put a gun to their head. He also cut significantly significantly refugees from war torn areas of the globe that we don't need their services. We don't need them. Here. You continue to slash at the APA. But of course, Cavanaugh Cavanaugh Cavanaugh Cavanaugh yesterday, Saturday, fifty forty eight to one we suddenly have two more conservatives on the US supreme court, and whenever I look at Ruth, Bader Ginsburg. I wish your well. Hope she lives a long life having left a supreme court to give the president the appointment of Amy Coney Barrett. We would have been my selection in place, a Cavanaugh, but it all comes down to cavenaugh Cavanagh and Cavanagh. And the likelihood in the next two years. Now, there's going to be one or two more openings on the US supreme court fills me with emotions I can't adequately express man. I have such respect. Now, of course are always dead for the president. But Mitch McConnell, how about the courage and strength of a man what Titanic? Gonads, and that is Mitch McConnell. What a great job Mitch. And I hate to say this Susan Collins, the moderate Republican from purple main the speeches she gave yesterday about three o'clock for forty five minutes was truly unbelievable. Unbelievable. I did not. I didn't think Susan Collins had that inner about Lindsey Graham of South Carolina that guy what he did. I think he played golf with the president this morning after he was on some of the morning shows. Unbelievable. The winners of this thing you have to say top of the list is Donald John Trump who delivered on his promise to change the judiciary right below him. Mitch McConnell right with him. Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, and the other the other forty nine forty eight Republicans that stood firm, including Senator Jeff flake, no longer. We're criticize I'm done going after flake, and Graham and Collins they bought my Lord. Lordy for the next two or three years goes, those three were the keys that going to change the direction of the United States traditionally back to his traditional home, which is conservatism is staying within the four corners the originalist of the textualist of the US constitution. It was fabulous. And what can I say the losers the Democratic Party in the mainstream media, the mainstream media has lost whatever shred of credibility to head by pumping up stories like throwing ice cubes thirty two years ago? The ridiculous coverage of Dr Christina Ford over the last week practically everything she said fell apart in turn out to be either a lie or misstatement. She gave us the names of four witnesses who refused to confirm the story that she told in fact, even her best girlfriend said it didn't happen. Unbelievable. Everyone of her witnesses either refuted or story had no memory of the gathering. Question. Also, the therapists notes never really came out accepted Washington Post. The Washington Post said that Ford originally claimed to reform boys who tried tried to rape her not one but four boys. She said she said she was in her late teens she switched it back to fifteen years old. She said it happened in the mid nineteen eighties. Then she switched back to nineteen eighty two practically everything she said turn out to be false. Now, you gotta be kind to the woman because she's allegedly a survivor of sexual assault. But part of the deal is when you make certain assertions, and if they're refuted as they were by Brad Kavanagh, you gotta prove it supposedly she was terrified of small spaces terrified of airplanes. Then we find out from a boyfriend that they went on John's together, I'll basically all over the globe. She went to Costa Rica. She went to Hawaii. She went to the South Pacific islands. She went to French Polynesia. Asia's, you went to Israel. She went to Central America. She went to Europe all by being terrified of airplanes. Now boyfriend also said during the six years that he dated her and a sworn statement, the Senate committee should never mentioned a sexual assault. Never mentioned the name Brad Kavanagh. She had no fear of flying. In fact, they flew around islands on single propeller airplanes sitting next to each other. That's the second door theory was a bunch of crap because it came out that they wanted the second door in their home in twenty eight four years before the therapy session because she wanted to provide an entrance to her therapist to conduct a business as a psychologist inside of her home. She also coached a friend about how to take a polygraph test. She lied about that she also stole money from the boyfriend. So all these things that she said, Dr Christina Ford, simply fell apart and now yesterday or today, her lawyer, Deborah Katz came out to say that she doesn't want to pursue the cavenaugh thing anymore. Really she's done with it. So media turn out to be liars and thieves and crooks and miscreants of every description the second accuser, Debbie Ramirez dusting off the memories polling Bill Clinton on her as a freshman in college. No one supported horror story either. She gave four names the FBI. They checked out the stories of Ramirez shaken his junk interface. She must have been thinking of Bill Clinton. But basically, no one supported her story either. And then one of the silent heroes of this has been the porn lawyer. Michael Evan Eddie. Boy. He did a great job for the Republicans. Hey came out with such ridiculous anesthetic information that no one believed word of what he said. In fact, it cast light away from weight from from Dr Ford, and Debbie Ramirez and put it on sweat, Nick. The nobody believed. In fact, here's a quote from Senator Collins on Saturday, quote, some of the allegations levied against judge. Cavenaugh illustrate why the presumption of innocence is so important. I'm thinking in particular, not of the allegations raised by professor Ford. But of the allegation that when he was a teenager judge Cavanaugh drug multiple girls and use their weakened state to facilitate gang rape. This outlandish allegation was put forth without any credible. Supporting evidence in simply parody public statements of others that such an allegation can find its way into the US supreme court confirmation process is a stark reminder about why the presumption of innocence is so ingrained in our American consciousness, quote, unquote. So said Senator Susan Collins, and that was a beautiful comment. I love Susan Collins. I love Lindsey Graham, and I think Michael avenue, and he's doing a great job representing the Democratic Party in needs to keep doing it. Plus as far as supporting the metoo movement and standing with Cavanaugh, I read some. The way of an expert from the independent women's forum. Julie Gunnlaug coming up later on. But Patrice leeann wilko's been on my show many times wrote a column this morning Sunday morning about supporting survivors and standing with Cavanaugh. She said those who promote the slogan set up a false dichotomy if you believe that survivors of sexual assault and abuse should be able to tell their stories and find Justice. I am with you. That you then must believe the allegations of Christina Ford. Therefore, you must agree. The judge Cavanaugh is lying and you must oppose his confirmation. She said this is a false choice as a woman I can be sympathetic to victims of sexual abuse. But also care about the facts of each case, if I was a member of a jury sitting in a rape matter. My sympathy would be with the victim. However, I want to hear the evidence or lack of corroboration and inconsistencies to make sure the correct parties identified and sugar Zona point out the number of times the innocence project and others have exonerated through late DNA testing rape rapist who have spent thirty seven years in jail, including Gregory counts and Van Dyke Perry who spent a combined thirty seven years in prison on false rape charges. DNA testing showed that the men were not connected with the crime and the victim later. After they did thirty seven years in jail admitted that she lied or how about the Hofstra university case in which four Hofstra university men were indicted expelled from hostile their lives. Ruined about a gang rape of an eighteen year old fellow student in twenty nine the accuser later admitted that are allegation was fabricated. The thirties dropped the charges, but the damage to these young men and their families were already done plus innocent projects go to innocent project dot com, they have hundreds and hundreds of men exonerated of rape charges. When later evidence came out, why can't the United States Senate understand that about ninety percent of the allegations of rape and sexual assault or accurate but ten percent or more are not accurate. In other words, there are uncorroborated and you need evidence. Which is a bedrock of American jurisprudence. This router goes on to say as. A woman as a mother as a sister a daughter, I believe in Justice and fairness and the metoo movement. These values are not in competition to treat men fairly all victims deserve Justice, but Justice is not one-sided due process and fairness should be upheld for both the accuser and the accused for conservatives and liberals for women and for men, so when you look at the allegations of professor of Ford, they completely fall apart. They don't exist. There is no corroboration. And so you can't say we support the metoo movement. And we also have to say that we believe in bedrock principles of due process and fairness and innocent until proven guilty. Those two principles are not in conflict except in the minds of Cory Booker and Kamala Harris and Senator Haruna of Hawaii when asked this morning, whether it's. Right for paid democratic activists to chase down Republicans in restaurants in elevators and airports. She could not say that is wrongful activity. She couldn't say that. In fact, they indirectly demand violence against Republicans and show you where we are Stephen Colbert of the late show as a terrible late night product. I would never watch. But I read this on the drudge report this evening aerial aerial Duma says a writer on the Stephen Colbert is the late show on CBS. She wrote at six thirty six PM on Saturday, quote, whatever happens. She was used like a three dollar steak by Senator Feinstein and others to make public private information that she wanted to keep private. Because she fit their diatribe. It is unbelievable. This writer for the CBS evening show. Stephen Colbert aerial Duma says it clearly, quote, whatever happens. I'm just glad we ruined bread Kavanagh's life. They wanted to ruin him for the sake of ruining him because he didn't vote the way they wanted him to vote, and he was nominated by Trump who they hate that sums up the entire difficulties with Democrats they now try to dig out from their own rubble for the coming midterms. "Here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best the recipient of not one, but two Christina's Marconi awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill. Cunningham. Faculty Cunningham what a Sunday night. What a last week. It's been would you say this was the greatest week of presidents had and maybe the last twenty or thirty years the week that Donald J Trump Ed course, little stuff like on Friday like a three point seven percent unemployment rate, and you wouldn't get that three point seven percent to work if you put a gun to their head. He also cut significantly significantly refugees from war torn areas of the globe that we don't need their services. We don't need them. Here. It continued to slash at the APA. Hope she lives a long life having left as courts to give the president the appointment of Amy Coney Barrett. We would have been my selection in place a cabinet, but it all comes down to Cavanaugh Cavanagh and Cavanagh and the likelihood in the next. Two years. Going to be one or two more openings on the US supreme court fills me with emotions I can adequately express man, I have such respect. Now, of course, always dead for the president. But Mitch McConnell, how about the courage and strength of a man with titanium? Gonads, and that is Mitch McConnell. What a great job Mitch mine. I hate to say this Susan Collins, the moderate Republican from purple main the speeches she gave yesterday about three o'clock for forty five minutes was truly unbelievable. Unbelievable. I did not. I didn't think Susan Collins had that inner about Lindsey Graham of South Carolina that guy what he did. I think he played golf with the president this morning after it was on some of the morning shows. We're criticize I'm done going after flake, and Graham and Collins they bought my Lord Lord. For the next two or three years goes, those three were the keys to change the direction of the United States judiciary back to his traditional home. Which is conservatism is staying within the four corners the originalist of the the textualist of the US constitution. It was fabulous. And what can I say the losers the Democratic Party in the mainstream media, the mainstream media has lost whatever shredded credibility to head by pumping up stories like throwing ice cubes thirty two years ago? Ridiculous coverage of Dr Christina Ford over the last week practically everything she said fell apart in turn out to be a either a lie or a misstatement. She gave us the names of four witnesses who refused to confirm the story that she told in fact, even her best girlfriend said it didn't happen. Unbelievable. Everyone of her witnesses either refuted or story had no memory of the gathering question. Also, the therapists notes never really came out accepted, the Washington Post, the Washington Post said that Ford originally claimed to reform boys who tried tried to rape her not one but four boys. She said she said she was in her late teens, then she switched it back to fifteen years old. She said it happened in the mid nineteen eighties. Then she switched back to nineteen eighty-two practically everything she said turn out to be false. Then we find out from a boyfriend that they won on John's together, basically all over the globe. She went to Costa Rica. She went to Hawaii. She went to the South Pacific islands. She went to French Polynesia. She went to Israel. She went to Central America. She went to Europe all by being terrified of airplanes. Now boyfriend also said during the six years that he dated her and a sworn statement to the Senate committee. She never mentioned a sexual assault. Never mentioned the name Brad Kavanagh. She had no fear of flying. In fact, they flew around islands on single propeller airplanes sitting next to each other that see the the second door theory was a bunch of crap because it came out that they wanted the second door in their home in twenty eight four years before the therapy session because she wanted to provide an entrance to her therapist to conduct a business as a psychologist inside of her home. She also coached a friend about how to take a polygraph test. She lied about that she also stole money from the boyfriend. So all these things that she said, Dr Christina Ford simply fell apart and now yesterday or today her. Lawyer Deborah Katz came out to say that she doesn't want to pursue the cavenaugh thing anymore. Really? She's done with it. So. Media turn out to be liars thieves and crooks and miscreants of every description the second accuser, Debbie Mera's dusting off the memories polling Bill Clinton on her as a freshman in college. He came out with such ridiculous anesthetic information that no one believed a word of what he said. In fact, it cast light away from a weight from from Dr Ford, and Debbie Ramirez and put it on sweating, the nobody believed. In fact, here's a quote from Senator Collins on Saturday, quote, some of the allegations levied against judge cavenaugh illustrate. Why the presumption of innocence is so important. I'm thinking in particular, not of the allegations raised by professor Ford. But of the allegation that when he was a teenager judge cavenaugh drug multiple girls and use their weakened state to facilitate gang rape. This outlandish allegation was put forth without any credible supporting evidence and simply parroted public statements of others that such an allegation can find its way into the US supreme court confirmation process is a stark reminder about why the presumption of innocence is so ingrained in our American consciousness, quote, unquote. So said Senator Susan Collins, and that was a beautiful comment. I love Susan Collins. I love Lindsey Graham, and I think Mike eleven and he's doing a great job representing the Democratic Party and needs to keep doing it. Plus as far as supporting the metoo movement and standing with Cavanaugh, I read some way of an expert. From the independent women's forum. Julie gun like coming up later on. But Patrice Lee it's been on my show many times wrote a column son this morning Sunday morning about supporting survivors and standing with Cavanaugh. She said those who promote the slogan setup a false dichotomy if you believe that survivors of sexual assault and abuse should be able to tell their stories and find Justice. I'm with you. That you then must believe the allegations of Christina Ford. Therefore, you must agree. The judge Cavanaugh is lying and you must oppose his confirmation. She said this is a false choice as a woman I can be sympathetic to victims of sexual abuse. But also care about the facts of each specific case if I was a member of a jury sitting in a rape matter. My sympathy would be with the victim. However, I want to hear the evidence or lack of corroboration and inconsistencies to make sure the correct parties identified and she goes on to point out the number of times the innocence project and others have exonerated through late DNA testing rape rapist who have spent thirty seven years in jail, including Gregory counts and Van Dyke Perry who spent a combined thirty seven years in prison on false rape charges. DNA testing showed that the men were not connected with the crime. And the victim later after they did thirty seven years in jail admitted that she lied or how about the Hofstra university case in which four Hofstra university men were indicted expelled from Hoster their lives ruined about a gang rape of an eighteen year old fellow student in twenty nine the accuser later admitted that are allegation was fabricated. The authorities dropped the charges but the damage to these young. Men in their families were already done plus innocent projects go to innocent project dot com, they have hundreds and hundreds of men exonerated of rape charges. When later evidence came out, why can't the United States Senate understand that about ninety percent of the allegations of rape and sexual sorta accurate but ten percent or more are not accurate. In other words, there are uncorroborated and you need evidence, which is a bedrock of American jurisprudence. This router goes on to say as a woman as a mother as a sister and a daughter, I believe in Justice and fairness and the metoo movement. These values are not in competition to treat men fairly all victims deserve Justice, but Justice is not one sided due process and fairness should be upheld for both the accuser and the accused for conservatives and liberals for women and for men. So when you look at the allegations of professor, Christina Ford, they completely fall apart. They don't exist. There is no corroboration. And so you can't say we support the metoo movement. And we also have to say that we believe in bedrock principles of due process and fairness and innocent until proven guilty. Those two principles are not in conflict except in the minds a Cory Booker and Kamala Harris and Senator Haruna of Hawaii when asked this morning, whether it's right for paid democratic activists to chase down Republicans in restaurants and elevators and airports. She could not say that is wrongful activity. She couldn't say that. And the victim later after they did thirty seven years in jail admitted that she lied or how about the Hofstra university case in which four Hofstra university men were indicted expelled from hostile their lives. Ruined about a gang rape of an eighteen year old fellow student in twenty nine the accuser later admitted that are allegation was fabricated. The authorities dropped the charges but the damage to these young. Men and their families were already done plus innocent projects go to innocent project dot com, they have hundreds and hundreds of men exonerated of rape charges. When later evidence came out, why can't the United States Senate understand that about ninety percent of the allegations of rape and sexual solder accurate but ten percent or more are not accurate. In other words, there uncorroborated and you need evidence. Which is a bedrock of American jurisprudence. This writer goes on to say as a woman as a mother as a sister and a daughter, I believe in Justice and fairness and the metoo movement. These values are not in competition to treat men fairly all victims deserve Justice, but Justice is not one-sided due process and fairness should be upheld for both the accuser and the accused for conservatives and liberals for women and for men. "Here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best the recipient of not one, but two Christina's Marconi awards broadcast. The one in only Bill Cunningham. Cunningham what a Sunday night. What a last week. It's been would you say this was the greatest week presidents had and maybe the last twenty or thirty years the week that Donald J Trump Ed course, little stuff like on Friday like a three point seven percent unemployment rate, and you would get that three point seven percent to work if you put a gun to their head. He also cut significantly significantly refugees from war torn areas of the globe that we don't need their services. We don't need them. Here. It continued to slash at the APA. But of course, Cavanaugh Cavanaugh Cavanaugh Cavanaugh yesterday, Saturday, fifty forty eight to one we suddenly have two more conservatives on the US supreme court, and whenever I look Ruth, Bader Ginsburg. I wish your well. Hope she lives a long life having left as courts to give the president the appointment a Mamie Coney Barrett. But Mitch McConnell, how about the courage and strength of a man what titanium gonads, and that is Mitch McConnell. What a great job Mitch. And I hate to say this Susan Collins, the moderate Republican from purple main this speech, she gave yesterday about three o'clock for forty five minutes was truly unbelievable. Unbelievable. I did not. I didn't think Susan Collins had that inner about Lindsey Graham of South Carolina that guy what he did. I think he played golf with the president this morning after it was on some of the morning shows. Unbelievable. The winners of this thing you have to say top of the list is Donald John Trump who delivered on his promise to change the judiciary right below him. Mitch McConnell right with him. Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, and the other the other forty nine forty eight Republicans that stood firm, including Senator Jeff flake who no longer were criticize. I'm done going after flake, and Graham and Collins they bought my loyalty for the next two or three years goes those three where the keys that going to change the direction of the United States judiciary back to his traditional home, which is conservatism staying within the four corners, the originalist of the the textualist of the US constitution. It was fabulous. And what can I say the losers the Democratic Party in the mainstream media, the mainstream media has lost whatever shredded credibility to head by pumping up stories like throwing ice cubes thirty two years ago? The ridiculous coverage of Dr Christina Ford over the last week practically everything she said fell apart in turn out to be a either a lie or. Misstatement? She gave us the names of four witnesses who refused to confirm the story that she told in fact, even her best girlfriend said it didn't happen. Unbelievable. Everyone of her witnesses either refuted or story, I had no memory of the gathering question. Also, the therapists notes never really came out accepted Washington Post. The Washington Post said that Ford originally claimed to reform boys who tried tried to rape her not one but four boys. She said she said she was in her late teens, then she switched it back to fifteen years old. She said it happened in the mid nineteen eighties. Then she switched up back to nineteen eighty two practically everything she said turn out to be false. Now, you gotta be kind of the woman because she's allegedly a survivor of sexual assault. But part of the deal is when you make certain assertions, and if they're refuted as they were by Brad Kavanagh, you gotta prove it. Supposedly, she was terrified of small spaces terrified of airplanes. Then we find out from a boyfriend that they went on John's together, I'll basically all over the globe. She went to Costa Rica. She went to Hawaii. She went to the South Pacific island. She went to French Polynesia's, you went to Israel. She went to Central America. She went to Europe all by being terrified of airplanes. Now boyfriend also said during the six years that he dated her and a sworn statement of the Senate committee. She never mentioned a sexual assault. Never mentioned the name Brad Kavanagh all she had no fear of flying. In fact, they flew around islands on single propeller airplanes sitting next to each other. Let's see the the second door theory was a bunch of crap because it came out that they wanted the second door in their home in twenty eight four years before the therapy session because she wanted to provide an entrance to her therapist to conduct a business as a psychologist inside of her home. So media turn out to be liars and thieves and crooks, and miscreants I've ever every description the second accuser, Debbie mir-mira dusting off the memories polling a Bill Clinton on her as a freshman in college. No one supported horror story. Either. She gave four names the FBI. They checked out the stories of Ramirez shaken his junk interface. She must have been thinking of Bill Clinton. But basically, no one supported her story either. And then one of the silent heroes of this has been the porn lawyer, Michael Eddie, boy, he did a great job for the Republicans. He came out with such ridiculous anesthetic information that no one believed a word of what he said. In fact, it cast light away from weight from from Dr Ford and Debbie Ramirez, put it on sweat, Nick. The nobody believed. In fact, here's a quote from Senator Collins on Saturday, quote, some of the allegations levied against judge cavenaugh illustrate why the presumption of innocence is so important. This outland shall legation was put forth without any credible supporting evidence in simply parroted public statements of others that such an allegation can find its way into the US supreme court confirmation process is a stark reminder about why the presumption of innocence is so ingrained in our American consciousness, quote, unquote. So said Senator Susan Collins, and that was a beautiful comment. I love Susan Collins. She said this is a false choice as a woman I can be sympathetic to victims of sexual abuse. But also care about the facts of each Pacific case, if I was a member of a jury sitting in a rape matter. But basically, no one supported her story either. And then one of the silent heroes of this has been the porn lawyer. Michael Evan Eddie. Boy. He did a great job for the Republicans. He came out with such ridiculous anesthetic information that no one believed a word of what he said. In fact, it cast light away from weight from from Dr Ford, and Debbie Ramirez and put it on sweat Nick that nobody believed. In fact, here's a quote from Senator Collins on Saturday, quote, some of the allegations levied against judge Cavanaugh illustrate why the presumption of innocence is so important. I'm thinking in particular, not of the allegations raised by professor Ford. But of the allegation that when he was a teenager judge Cavanaugh drug multiple girls and use their weakened state to facilitate gang rape. This outland each allegation was put forth without any credible supporting evidence and simply parroted public statements of others that such an allegation can find its way into the US supreme court confirmation process is a stark reminder about why the presumption of innocence is so ingrained in our American consciousness, quote, unquote. So said Senator Susan Collins, and that was a beautiful comment. I love Susan Collins. I love Lindsey Graham, and I think Mike eleven Attis doing a great job representing the Democratic Party in needs to keep doing it. Plus as far as supporting the metoo movement and standing with Cavanaugh, I read some way of an expert from the independent women's forum. Julie gun coming up later on. But Patrice Lee it's been on my show many times wrote a column son this morning Sunday morning about supporting survivors and standing with cavenaugh. She said those. Who promote the slogan setup a false dichotomy if you believe that survivors of sexual assault and abuse should be able to tell their stories and find Justice. I am with you. That you then must believe the allegations of Christina Ford. Therefore, you must agree. The judge Cavanaugh is lying and you must oppose his confirmation. She said this is a false choice as a woman I can be sympathetic to victims of sexual abuse. Men and their families were already done plus innocent projects go to innocent project dot com, they have hundreds and hundreds of men exonerated of rape charges. When later evidence came out, why can't the United States Senate understand that about ninety percent of the allegations of rape and sexual or accurate but ten percent or more are not accurate. In other words, there are uncorroborated and you need evidence, which is a bedrock of American jurisprudence. This router goes on to say as a woman as a mother as a sister and a daughter, I believe in Justice and fairness and the metoo movement. These values are not in competition to treat men fairly all victims is our Justice, but Justice is not one sided due process and fairness should be upheld for both the accuser and the accused for conservatives and liberals for women and for men. So when you look at the allegations of professor, Christina Ford, they completely fall apart. They don't exist. There is no corroboration. And so you can't say we support the metoo movement. And we also have to say that we believe in bedrock principles of due process and fairness and innocent until proven guilty. Those two principles are not in conflict except in the minds of Cory Booker and Kamala Harris and Senator Haruna of Hawaii when asked this morning, whether it's right for paid democratic activists to chase down Republicans in restaurants and elevators and airports. She could not say that is wrongful activity. She couldn't say that. In fact, they indirectly demand violence against Republicans and show you where we are Stephen Colbert of the late show as a terrible late night product. I would never watch. But I read this on the drudgery. This evening. Ariel Dumez aerial Duma says a writer on the Stephen Colbert is the late show on CBS. She wrote at six thirty six PM on Saturday, quote, whatever happens. I'm just glad we ruined bread Kavanagh's life, unquote. You see this was never about finding the truth about professor Ford. She was used like a three dollar steak by Senator Feinstein and others to make public private information that she wanted to keep private because she fit their diatribe. It is unbelievable. This writer for the CBS evening show. Stephen Colbert, aero Duma says it clearly, quote, whatever happens. I'm just glad we ruined bread Kavanagh's life. They wanted to ruin him for the sake of ruining him because he didn't vote the way they wanted him to vote, and he was nominated by Trump who they hate that sums up the entire difficulties with Democrats. They now try to dig out from their own rubble for the coming midterms. Suddenly, they were woken the Republican conservative majority. And now, we're more energized a vote than we've ever been because the Democratic Party has shown us their backside, and it's an ugly backside. Let's continue to take your calls. We have thousands on hold. Millions are listening the heroes of this fight. Didn't think I'd ever say this Senator Susan Collins is a hero. Lindsey Graham is a hero. Mitch McConnell is a hero. Unbelievable. The losers the mainstream media peddling lies. Irrelevancy Senate Democrats demon Kratz, demon rats and some of them call them the Senate, demon rats and Michael Evan Eddie. Who's a loser in a sense? But I want that guy to continue appearing with Anderson Cooper, and Don lemon every night. You can put them on keep Doan. He's doing a great job. So let's continue with more your calls at eight six six six four seven seven three three seven coming up later is that same Julie gun. I didn't think Susan Collins had that inner about Lindsey Graham of South Carolina that guy what he did. I think he played golf with the president this morning after it was on some of the morning shows. Unbelievable. The winners of this thing you have to say top of the list is Donald John Trump who delivered on his promise to change the judiciary, right? Hello him. Mitch McConnell right with him. Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, and the other the other forty nine forty eight Republicans that stood firm, including Senator Jeff flake who no longer were criticize. The ridiculous coverage of Dr Christina Ford who over the last week practically everything she said fell apart in turn out to be a either. Ally or a misstatement she gave us the names of four witnesses who refused to confirm the story that she told in fact, even her best girlfriend said it didn't happen. Unbelievable. Also, the therapists notes never really came out accepted, the Washington Post, the Washington Post said that Ford originally claimed four boys who tried tried to rape her not one but four boys. No one supported horror story. Either. She gave four names the FBI. They checked out the stories of Ramirez shaken his junk interface. She must have been thinking of Bill Clinton. But basically, no one supported her story either. And then one of the silent heroes of this has been the porn lawyer. Michael Evan Eddie. Boy. He did a great job for the Republicans. Hey came out with such ridiculous anesthetic information that no one believed a word of what he said. In fact, the cast light away from a weight from from Dr Ford, and Debbie Ramirez and put it on sweat, Nick. The nobody believed. In fact, here's a quote from Senator Collins on Saturday, quote, some of the allegations levied against judge cavenaugh illustrate why the presumption of innocence is so important. I'm thinking in particular, not of the allegations raised by professor Ford. But of the allegation that when he was a teenager judge Cavanaugh drug multiple girls and use their weakened state to facilitate gang rape. This outlander allegation was put forth without any credible supporting evidence and simply parroted public statements of others that such an allegation can find its way into the US supreme court confirmation process is a stark reminder about why the presumption of innocence, so ingrained in our American consciousness, quote, unquote. So sad Senator Susan Collins, and that was a beautiful comment. I love Susan Collins. I love Lindsey Graham, and I think Mike eleven and he's doing a great job representing the Democratic Party and needs to keep doing it. Plus as far as supporting the metoo movement and standing with Cavanaugh, I read some way of an expert from the independent women's forum. Julie gun coming up later on. But Patrice Lee unwelcome. It's been on my show many times wrote a column son this morning Sunday morning. About supporting survivors and standing with all she said, those who promote the slogan set up a false dichotomy if you believe that survivors of sexual assault and abuse should be able to tell their stories and find Justice. I am with you. That you then must believe the allegations of Christina Ford. Therefore, you must agree. The judge Cavanaugh is lying and you must oppose his confirmation. She said this is a false choice as a woman I can be sympathetic to victims of sexual abuse. Men and their families were already done plus innocent projects to innocent project dot com, they have hundreds and hundreds of men exonerated of rape charges. When later evidence came out, why can't the United States Senate understand that about ninety percent of the allegations of rape and sexual assault or accurate but ten percent or more are not accurate. In other words there corroborated and you need evidence. Which is a bedrock of American jurisprudence. Those two principles are not in conflict except in the minds of Cory Booker and Kamala Harris and Senator Haruna of Hawaii one asked this morning. Whether it's right for paid democratic activists to chase down Republicans in restaurants and elevators and airports. She could not say that is wrongful activity. She couldn't say that. In fact, they indirectly demand violence against the Republicans and show you where we are Stephen Colbert of the late show as a terrible late night product. I would never watch. But I read this on the drudgery. This evening. Aerial aerial Duma says a writer on Stephen Colbert is delayed show on CBS. She wrote at six thirty six PM on Saturday, quote, whatever happens. I'm just glad we ruined bread Kavanagh's life, unquote. His see this was never about finding the truth about professor Ford. And now, we're more energized a vote than we've ever been because the Democratic Party has shown us their backside, and it's an ugly. Backside us continue to take your calls. We have.

"We let our hair down. And discuss thought provoking conversation starters about so many things Americana not just the headlines and not just that those those pieces of news that come into your inbox and on your television all day long. So we get to other items as well. And I invite to Americans every week to come to the microphone and the chew on things. With me, we have Mike who is a CPA. He joins us from the west coast, formerly worked in politics. Hello, there might welcome to the show today. Thanks to a great to be with you. Nice to have you. Mike M Carl joins us from the east coast. He is a financial blogger, he blogs on finance matters, Anna technology businessman. Hello carl. How you doing Terry? Nice to have both of you. Let's get right. Started on think America in the vein of be careful what you wish for. I want to pose this. First question kick off the shell. Let's discuss the new angle regarding the supreme court nomination. This is not being discussed because so far as of this past week Cavanaugh Cavanaugh Cavanaugh Cavanaugh just like Russia Russia Russia. Russia was seems every single minute is something on cavenaugh. But what kind of campaign with the Democrats put up if Cavanaugh wasn't the nominee. In other words, if we're now, and it could happen looking at Amy Coney Barrett or Joan Larson or Thomas Hardiman or any of the others that Trump had on his short list after all. They did the pylon with cavenaugh. And now it's whether or not he threw ice in a bar. I mean, it just goes on and on and on. And I for one thought that this would happen when you don't say, okay time out, we are done that is at no more time, it's over etc. Etc. All right. What would happen? If it if for example, Amy Coney Barrett is the next nominee. Are what will happen Carl? Barrett is the next nominee. But I think she's Ginsberg's replacement. And I think that's been very cleverly set up that way because the left is going to have a terrible connection over it. She would be the anti Ginsburg from a standpoint of row, for example. But the other thing is is that I I think there is some argument at least rolling around and Trump said to try to keep the gender balance on the court, constant so he doesn't want to nominate a woman to fill Mansi. He doesn't wanna nominate man woman seat. Now. I I personally think that's sort of silly. But this is the world we live in. And so there's there's that consideration there and the left's head would just explode on this because you can't go after her on sexual sexual assault allegations. Obviously, you probably can't go after her drinking or social things like that. She you she is a devout Catholic. So you're gonna have all kinds of fun trying to go after her on temperament related to religion. But that's a sacred college. Well, and I think that she actually was saved. And that was the reason you didn't see her name this time around. I think it's interesting that you mentioned are because. As the the the next four a female Justice. So that may be and that may be strategy on Trump's part if they do nominate her next if they that Trump pulls her name next. I think the whole Catholic thing is where it rests. It's all about Roe v. Wade which is why they're smearing have an awesome much on that. And so would they do it with Raymond Jaffer, a chapel age and Hardiman and even Gorsuch was it was a Catholic. He's now a practicing evangelical, but the religion thing is the heart of it and the dams. No, it the left the left knows it. They don't want it. One of the common threads. I see in. These names is the pro life stance. Mike. Yeah. I th I think it comes down agree with both. I think it comes down to the abortion issue. And I think that that's what they're looking at no matter what they come up with for the excuse. But I think what the current people that are in the Senate that are doing this craziness. I think they'll do it in spades with whoever comes up. I know they don't need a reason. And there are a bit aggravated still with the girl that was put off, and they're they're out there nasty, people nasty small people. So I think you'll see it with anybody that they get well, we're looking at again back to the shortlist Joan Larsen northwestern school of law, a more the par Boston College and a j d from. Berkeley. He was raised Hindu became Catholic. Raymond kept ledge. These are all by the way on Trump's prior vetted list. He's the one that doesn't have an Ivy league pedigree. But nonetheless, he was a clerk for Anthony Kennedy Hardiman went to Notre Dame in Georgetown. He's a Catholic. Amy Barrett is a Catholic. She's was a road to Rhodes college and Notre Dame law and she clerked under Antonin Scalia. I think the religion aspect of this is the shall I say silent funder because we haven't heard much about religion yet. We just heard about sexual assault and we've heard about gang rape ring, and these wild accusations. But at the heart of it is how these originalists as they've been described to the American public. Carl would look at a row issue, and it and they're young. It will eventually come to that. So back to your comments Carl do you think then if it's a man would replace a man Thomas Hardiman would be next Raymond kept ledge a would be next or a mill park. I don't know that there's a large difference between them. I mean, they're all going to be going after on the same basis, if the cavenaugh nomination fails. The reason it failed is likely because the clock gets run. There's an election, and you no longer have a majority in the Senate the problem with that premises. The odds are very long on that actually happening. No matter which base gets fired up. It's just a mask thing this particular mid-term favors, the Republican party, and it just has to do with which class of the Senate you happen to be in. How many Democrats are up versus Republicans, and you know, how that splits versus where the electoral vote went most states. So I I don't see the probability is being very high. But it's the only game the Democrats have in what I find. So astounding about this entire scream fest on row use it. If you actually read the decision, and I have several times, it's one of the better written pieces of judicial work. I've come across my years of study of this stuff in on. In addition to that when the Democrats had the house of Senate and the presidency. I two years of Obama's first term they could have passed a one-sentence Bill. Or edited onto the PPA CAD ObamaCare and said all now prescription birth control is available over the counter, you would have had birth control pills for five dollars a month. You would have been able to get a depot shop for twenty bucks at any pharmacy. And the problem would for the ninetieth percentile be solved within don't want to solve the problem. It is always better to prevent an unwanted pregnancy than terminate one. I think everyone can agree to that. So why don't we solve the problem in the answer is everybody wants to scream fast. These kinds of fights in the fundraising that comes from them. Well, that's key. Now, Mike you used to work in politics, the fundraising that comes with them. In other words, create the drama create the chaos so that then the phones will ring for money how much of an element. Did you see in that when you're in politics? It's great. But there was never the contentiousness that there that there is now, and, but that's very very important. Unfortunately, moneys become very very key in all of these races. No matter what they are. It's it's incredible to see the amount of money that span on a let's say a congressional race in some small state like million. It's crazy. What do you make my go back to you again on the stretch? It's so ludicrous some of this. It's laughable to me the stretch of the he said, she said, then months mudslinging by the senators themselves, then they bring up a calendar and a high school yearbook and the drinking games and even flatulence and now it's ice cubes. And now the boyfriend of the woman who brought forward the gang rape allegation. Get into the he said she said with that. And it at some point I'm saying witness Kavanagh gonna be a Bank robber win is Cavanaugh. Going to be a member of ISIS making dirty bombs in his kitchen to blow up the supreme court. What will they think of next? I'm with Carl this has to stop at a certain time. The game is over rather than moving the goalposts. What will they think of next exit this bizarre? It's absolutely bizarre. I characterize it as a bunch of clowns looking for circus. And and I think the circuses. I remember this is this is that was entertainment. This is getting bad. And I think the Republicans have called the democratic bluff at every turn now, and they're just letting this go, and I think the people are getting so tired of that. I think it's going to be a big affect in in November. So I think they're letting letting it play out, and they thought that I think the Republicans would. It gave a lot earlier, and they haven't will back to your point Carl. You think it's the Republicans that they will win. So a lot of this brouhaha is an exercise in futility. If I heard you, right. I'm not so sure the Republicans will win either the house or the Senate. So I lean more Jordan. What more Mike sentiments are think? There's you know, you're right on the one side in. I believe the house will probably flip because that's just the math on how this turns to work during the president's first term in the midterms today, all the incumbent party almost always loses seats, but the Senate is a much tougher nut just simply on the math. And it's in at the end of the day. It all comes down to arithmetic. And I I just don't see the odds favoring a senatorial takeover. So if you end up with a split government as we've had for an awful lot of our country's history. Then the Democrats will sit there and launch investigations or maybe been threatening peach mint, but they know they can't get a conviction in the Senate. So. If you want the government to just pretty much standstill will likely what you're going to see following number Lindsey Graham, Senator Lindsey Graham is so fed up with as he says cavenaugh goes down. Trump should take it to the people quickly your thoughts on that. Mike. Absolutely. I think he's been a star in this whole thing really stepped up to the play Carl probable reasonable Europe. But how do you do it inciteful? How do you do it? The people don't have don't have any votes in. This regard that set the judiciary committee on the Senate to correct, but it would would create that sense of the people coming together. And what public sentiment is all about and that may help for the midterm elections. Good spirited debate guys. Thank you very much. We.

"Now, let us papers packages delivered by carrier train set delivered through post regardless of. A home. Oh, yes. Indeed. That's what I felt like when I woke up today. I don't know about the rest of you. As we kick into. Another week. It is all about Cavanaugh Cavanaugh Cavanaugh. And so many of you are just crushing me with your emails about it. 'cause I always say America tonight is, hey, it is at the crossroads of what you want to talk about. What are you talking about in your backyard, where we're talking about my backyard, and you know, what this is something that is being talked about everywhere. My prediction is for the people who can watch what happens on Thursday because there will be a camera. Everyone's watching. Everyone's watching and it'd be a good night for the good old fashioned television news, we're normally they're not getting huge ratings. And of course, everybody who's anyone's going to be there. All right. So there's been protests. There are people lining up on all sides of this. There's a cavenaugh giving his side of the story. There's the anxiety of Christine Ford, Dr Ford, and what she's going to say, and what happened in her life, and why she left the east and went to California. And I saw one headline today. It said Christine getting cold feet question. Mark. And so the question does become you know, now you've got Michael avenue saying there's a third cavenaugh accuser that's going to emerge in the next forty eight hours. You've got Dr Ford who's going to go before the Senate Judiciary committee that hearing. And so we'll cavenaugh they won't be in there at the same time. And it will be televised. And it is being compared to Anita hill because it's similar in its nature in a sense. But it's decades later, what will be different this time around if anything, and it's it's really interesting because while that's happening. On the east coast. Bill. Cosby didn't get a free pass the prosecutor asked for five to ten years in prison. And the prosecutor said this guy shouldn't get get out of jail card because of his age. So the prosecutors asked the judge to sentence him to at least five hopefully, ten for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman. While the defense argued he's too old and helpless do the time behind bars. So Joe green who's the defense. Attorney said what does eighty one year old man do in prison? Day one of the sentencing hearing, they gotta have consecutive days of this day. One of the sentencing hearing for Cosby who's legally blind and dependent on others. That's what's going on there. What does he get in the end? I don't know. I mean, are they gonna say sorry is too old? Or are they going to give him a sentence? Is it going to be five years is going to be probation? What does it look like say what he doesn't look like the comedian jovial joking guy? He was very grim. I saw some footage Cosby walking into the courthouse. Now, two of you had something to say about that one was from Nancy who said kospi gimme a break. Did anyone feel sorry for the woman that he drugged when he could've had any woman he wanted, and it was just a power grab crazy nonsense from him. I think that they should give him whatever he can get too bad. If he's too old to serve, and he shouldn't have screwed up all the lives that he screwed up, and they convict them of this one. So you do the crime you serve the time. Just like anyone else in this nation? And then there was this from constant to women brought me about it. Who says I think Cosby did do what they say. He did. But I think it does. Nobody any good to see this blind old comedian behind bars. Couldn't they have him. Do something else. It is too bad. That Justice wasn't served a little bit earlier in this case. But I do not see why he would be sentenced and serve up to ten years. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Then we move on to what I said is the cavenaugh thing that everybody wants to talk about pretty much, and I got this one from Earl who says Kate have been listening to the show for a long time. I do love the way you present. What's happening because I feel like I'm having a conversation with somebody, and I can't have conversations with people anymore. They get to. Hot screamy, a nasty about whatever subject. It is that we seem to bring up when we're on different sides of it. But that's this nation now in the case of judge Cavanaugh. He does deserve his due process. I guess if you will. And so I agree with many of the people saying she should be heard and she needed to come forward and speak to the committee. She's doing that. So let's see how it all plays out before we convict him or re vilify her how about a little comment as we live in the United States of America. Thank god. So you are innocent until proven guilty. Let's hear the facts. Let's hear what both of them have to say. All right, calm heads, prevail. And then this one from Roger listening to us in Florida in Ocala. I like that I'm in Ocala and Roger. Says Katie I can't imagine what it would be like to come forward when something happened to like has been described by this Christine blassie Ford. And if you listen to what's being said, and then you read all the different opinions about it, which are kind of all over the map. I think she does deserve to be heard. And I can't imagine why she would make this up. But the decision ultimately is made with what do what do the Republicans think after they listen to this does he still get voted in or do they think that what happened really happened, and he should not be on the supreme court. It is so interesting how the fates and fortunes of this man can swing a couple of different directions. Just like that. And that's life. Isn't it? It's interesting. How you say real simply like that. And that's life, isn't it? But it's true. And here's the thing when you put yourself out there publicly. Right. You gotta do it. And and listen he's he went on the offense today. And that's what he should have done. If I was advising him. He knows he's an attorney. He did what you should do. Let's go to Brian his listening to us in the great state of Georgia. Hey, brian. Hey, how're ya? Doing good. What's your take? I just wanted to call you. I was in a federal prison in HD, add Jessop, and I just wanted to let you all know that I will. At least Nettie L about a year and a half. And I really appreciate y'all. The way the thing about the. Way that this country is going I think he's gone in that direction. It's not there. The greatest, but. Do better. I liked that we could do better. Thank you for calling and letting us know Brian. I'm glad that you get the grain of where we go on the show to let everybody talk. So appreciate that. We could do better. I mean, let's have some conversation is very nuts. Be. You can be on the opposite side of things you can be really passionate about whatever it is. But for goodness sake. Let let the person take a breath and say what they're gonna say. And in the case of of what we're seeing on Thursday. Let's see how it all plays out. Let's see what happens there. We're going to let you hear. When when we come back more on what's going on with judge Cavanaugh more of what he said today because he did that FOX interview. And then what the president says about Cavanaugh, who, of course, was his nominee. There are a long list of people who want that position besides him. So they're not short for. Ooh. Who's the next person up? What do we do after this? It would be an incredible honor. Let's let's face it to be a supreme court Justice to be on the bench of the most important court in the land for a life time appointment think of that. I mean, there's something about the three branches of government and being in that position. That's just an incredible incredible honor. And I think we do Justice by letting letting the story play out. Let's see it. Let's feel it. Let's go through it them. And then move on from there. My gut tells me I think he's I think he's on. I think that he. I think that he's he is going to be voted on. And we'll see we'll see what's what's said. He had his wife by his side. When he when he talked to FOX today, he said, I'm not going anywhere. When you talk to Fox News anchor Martha McCollum.
