"Mike out, but we're better now. Had a run across the studio. Anyway, if you know anybody in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami area, Boca Raton, next Thursday through Sunday daughter of a garbage man, I will be bringing it to the empire stage theatre there. You can get tickets at Brown paper tickets or a gold star. But police let folks know, you know, if you know people over there, also, I promise the folks that mutt. Ville Sherry Franklin who founded montville, the senior dog rescue here in San Francisco at Alabama and sixteenth where I got my little rocky Balboa from at fifteen and a half, they take she takes in senior dog seven and older. She's going to join me next week on the show. But she gave me a ring and said to me, you know morning. She's been inundated with dogs, and she loves everyone of them, but they are at over capacity. So if you can go to mutt. Ville dot org. Support them do what you can because they they need homes, and I gotta tell you. What's really great about montville? If you've heard me before through first time, you need to know this. There's great dogs. They're seven and older. We took home rocky. And here's the deal. He's considered a hospice dog and that kind of freak me out. I mean who wants a hospice dog? That's how I mean it just when I going to be bringing the dog home and setting it up on an IV, and you know, ventilator, but it turns out that what happens is there stalls in the last stages of their lives so much Phil partners with vets and the bills are taking care of all you have to do is pay for the food and the treats and the love and the grooming and all that stuff. But anyway, we were talking about age differences h. Frincis because we had a woman on the show. This is hot who is sixty three and her lover or husband. My husband David coast is twenty eight years old. I mean, that's a pretty big difference. And then we just got a call from cathlene in the sunset, Ohio. Yeah. And she just she is no longer connected. We had a little clich. Everything's working out. Our top not crackerjack operation. Everything works out for us things. You have no idea so smooth like it just works zero effort. So when I just thought like, okay. So Kathleen called on that, you know, emailed us that she and I'm sorry. Kathleen, lost her husband of her dad. No, I didn't just almost lift out thirty six. Thirty six year age gap, but they were together thirty seven years, and she was happy. Yeah. That's great. What she just passed away. Sorry to hear that Kathleen. Yeah. But you find the right person. Right. You know, you do right? Mrs hot though is working. It wasn't. She. She was. Yeah. I come over to my Mike. Now come over. I'm like standing over over here. Like a stove talking into it. Okay. Come on over all right now. Everything's working sort of sort of I'm back. All right. You know, also wanted to talk about here is. Do you wanna talk about how if you know if you're gonna have a nervous breakdown? The Sicilian like Maureen just be happy on air tonight. Just be happy. I say him happy. But some days, I don't mean just Sunday's ever have an internal meltdown. It's not even like your ranting and raving people, it's more the on your inside. You're like, I can't take it. Like, you just can't do one more thing crystal you've been like that. I know that it's just it's like, you can't do one more responsible thing. I can't import one more piece of information or some anyway. So I did I did Google so crime. So crazy. I did Google to see if I was having breakdown turns out, I'm not I'm not having my therapist always said morning the way you laugh people like that don't have breakdowns. I don't know. I've seen some really crazy people like laughing insanely. But I didn't think I was having breakdown. I just wanted to Google what a nervous breakdown would be like if one word to have nervous. Because there's the party isn't there a party sometimes when you're so tired, you just like if I could just have nothing bad him to me just like a minor kidney infection and just stop by a hospital for two weeks. Checkers without anybody. Talking to me. I like your spot idea better. You know to relax. Are you talking to me crystal? I am I said I like your spa idea much better than the well I wanted to Kathleen you hang tight. We'll get you against we to stay stay safe put out lane. Yes. I did put online I said to people to, you know, really affordable spa in quotes or retreat. This is not a vacation. This is not like a mismatch bags. This is about truly rebooting like healthier eating drinking thinking exercise. I just wanna wake up and somebody say Maureen. Chucking you into a salt water bath at eight o'clock. Here's your green juice. Then you're going to not talk to anybody for five hours hike like that's what I want. But then people send me links, and it's five thousand to twelve thousand dollars suggestions, they're giving me. I don't know how much they think I'm making here a K O on Sunday nights. But then one of my friends sent and I thought it was a joke. It's NPR dot org. Go to my Facebook page mooring Langan L A N G A N. It's posted there. Syria tourism ministry, come for sunny beaches, don't mind, the civil war. That's the headline on NPR. Come for the sunny beaches don't mind, the civil war Syria. Tourism ministry is literally promoting going to the beach in Syria. No joke. They have a video everything they want you to see the old ruins what about the new ruins. This is insane people in refugee camps, and they're like come for the beach. Then he sends me Yemen has three of the top beaches to visit nemen. Why are you kidding? But it's true. So anyway, I'm saying I'm stressed not nervous breakdown stress, but stress enough to look up the definition of of nervous breakdown all share that with you. But Kathleen back with us from San Francisco high cathlene there so you were together for thirty seven years, and what was the age difference thirty six years, so thirty six amazingly allot common. How old were you? When you met him. I young twenty thirty twenty thirty when I was married, but the thing of it is he was very young very useful. I mean, even when he was ninety nine people are like, oh, gee, I wouldn't think he's more than seventy five or eighty 'cause he started really he lives a long life. Oh, yeah. Ninety nine years for months and fifteen days. County promise me a hundred years. So he problem. But I didn't know how old he was until it was too late. Oh, well, he I you don't ask somebody their aid tone. And he just well, I didn't. And we he was a friend of the family, and he was always around at all the parties and everything and he would take ballet tickets and show tickets, the people to dinner in the ballet and stuff and just see these berry useful. And then when I found out it was just like well late now. I mean, what you are in love one showing love this nothing. You can do about it. Tell me like what I don't like what was the secret. But really what kept the two of you so strong because nothing's perfect. I'm sure he did have really good fights. Did you ever have like really blow out bang out fights? He was he was quite a pacifist ten how. That would make me so angry. No, no, no, pretty much, whatever. Really, I wonder if the Sicilian over like when I would plan vacations where would you like to go? We wanted to this wherever you wanna go, whatever you wanna do whatever you want to do. I'm going with you. And we're going to have fun. This is name like Jones his that was his first thing that was the first name. Yeah. Jones chan-. Yeah. Door -able, absolutely horrible. He's and he's started. I got him doing karaoke at the age of ninety. I started like fifteen years earlier. And he said, you know, you need to have an audience, and I said, yeah. And then after a while, it was just like, you know, you need to sing. And we somebody put it on YouTube. So if you Google Jones and life, you'll see him let me tell you. What are we going to go? We're going to Google it. What jones? Yeah. And Whitey and wifey wifey, you're because when we when we would be karaoke people look because there was an age difference. And after a while, it was more obvious cause his black hair. I mean, he was more. He was salting. He was pepper and salt when I met him. Yes. But he became very salty. So the more salty became the more people, look and say, no wonder what's up with those people. So. Have people that have been say Jones. And Kathleen said I wanna remove any doubt. It's Jones in wifey because he would call me Whitey. We'll guess what? Kathleen, my parents are Europe heart. My father's a year younger than my mother. And I'm glad that they can't hear this. But my father, very handsome striking man going up. He didn't take good care of themself. As my mother has. And she's a year. Older. People have come to the door and said to my mother, oh, I saw your father out in the yard. And I wanted to like. Oh, good. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Actually. Yeah. People ask me they would say, oh, somebody your father. I said boy that's an assumption. I said my husband twenty years or whatever. Plus, we get it for five years. So for thirty two. All right. Kathleen, hear me out here. First of all you have thirty six years age difference. I can see people making that era. My father's you're younger than my mother. Come on. Kathleen. But but I, but I put them in their place. Your food. But you are. I think you're, but okay. So then you're like, oh, I can't ask Jones his age because I was in love. Kathleen. No, it was real what difference? Did it make? I would I see where I was working. I was working in a restaurant, whereas you work for hours on yet for hours being worked for resigned supposed to be supposed to go to the center and medication where you're out and all that stuff. He would come before the end of my break and say, what are you doing on your break? Do you wanna go to the park? Do you wanna go here? And he would take me all around the city. So you know, he just kinda grew on me. So what was it was he a customer or did he work at the restaurant? He was a friend of my family and denied him at my sister's house did your family support the marriage. The marriage, but they didn't know we were dating for twenty years. I enjoy Kathleen you have a great personality Europe..

And I kept saying to my wish we closer together. I know we don't live in the same state. We do not and guys at this moment when I'm in Arizona or only really like drive time six hours apart, which is so nice because in Kathleen time zone, and I feel closer to her even though we are part. But when I'm in Michigan. It's a world away were three hours time difference, and we make it work, but certainly makes his Bill further apart. "I know I put my name in this case, Kathleen. Here's the Haiti. Nine hours. Piece is really the question for me. Right. I've promoted this stuff. Inflation. And really I want to know why we're not seeing a pickup in the cyclical inflation control. Does he expect that? And if not what we might not see another rate hike. I mean, it really is where we look likely might be approaching or might have already reached neutral. And that's we might not have. But that's what starting to look like, maybe that's something. I just add that to my list. See? Yes. That's what we do. It's like a working session. Yeah. Exactly. What let's just Brown table. Was living in conversation with someone to that. Like maybe God forbid that. Go ahead say it, please. Well, maybe something is different is around in terms of inflation in terms of the market cycle. It just seems different feels different internet, you know, lower wages overseas, very, very poorest economies and work their way through the scary thing is the fed can't stimulate inflation. I think the question how strong is the impact of central Bank policy on and on a on an economy is not just here but around the world, and I think that's what central bankers are starting to talk a lot. All right. You can listen to that interview. Kathleen Hayes with fed President Robert Kaplan live here on Bloomberg radio. Tomorrow also going to see some clips of it on Bloomberg television cathlene as good luck to you on that will be listening and global economics in policy editor and TIMMY Hedy, economists the runner up for this interview, we're told.

"She texted me there's an issue with my dog and how it affects my lifestyle vote quote, wet dog smell. It's been raining a lot lately it should stop soon behavior. He jumps on the bed sometimes, but he's noticeable. It's not doing it less and drool has been bugging her. So she wants to either cut back or stop seeing me for the record. The relationship had been unambiguously honeymoon phase up until that taxed even giving the Polly even given the Polly thing she has been open about telling me when she goes on a date with another guy. She's even asking me for feedback on flirty text to send to a new woman. She met is interested. In. Wade wait a minute. Well, let me read that again. She's been open about telling me what she goes on a date with another guy. And he's even asking me for feedback on flurry text to to a new woman, she met and is interested in oh way. Well, all right. So the dog thinks seems weird to me especially since she wants to keep seeing me, but casually I look up any experience with Polly relationships. Am I just getting dumped but not dumped could use some sage wisdom from the eternally single guy who always makes relationship analogies. Whoa. A lot. There's a lot of that. You're all right there. You know? There's there's a lot. That's it that we're gonna have to sort out. That. I mean, here's the thing. By the time, you make your choice with this person that that relationship ended. Right. I mean, your dog your dog like otas, the dog is you know, Oakland guys dog occupies an important place in his life. And so this this lady, it's you know, got a roster. You know, she you're gonna that the dog's gonna win that one eventually 'cause ram mode. She's unlike franchise, right? Other people in in your easiest thing you could just do this right now because I don't know by the time if we picked him and got him on next week's podcast. It's gonna be too late. But it's gonna be too late. Yeah. Right. Gonna flame out. Yeah. I mean, she wants you to get rid of your dog for her when sometimes like hearding answers the question like, we've actually I know up the depth chart. Yeah. You have because it's new dude new always as wants to come to come on and get some similar show. You know what? Is a lot of people. Do I understand that? I've just I don't I don't think we can help this guy. I think he's gonna have to help some. Okay. Cerruti? Do you have one here? This is from an interesting name. I don't know if this is going to be a serious one. This one's very serious. All right. Let's skip that one I have one that. I that. I think we re all right go go far from cathlene actually, short one. Cast. How do you get a divorce from someone who wants to drag out the process? I've done mediation. He walked out. I've meditated I've sent good vibes. I prayed still no, divorced. I have a court date in June. But I know postpone we've been married. Nineteen years. No drugs. No, cheating, etc. I just don't like him thoughts. Wow. See here's what I here's the life advice stuff through the years. It rarely this appointed. But like this this these things like real serious, Dr Phil type things like nineteen years. And I don't like the guy like, I don't know. I mean. What kind of clarity? Are you gonna people to provide here to Kathleen? Yeah. Defy in divorce. I mean, I've unfortunately sat through the same divorce multiple times. But I I don't know if I'm qualified for this one, you know, or Kathleen. Yeah. I think we're more just sorta like sorta like short and pre-game options, you know. Yeah. Don't make the same mistakes. We did kind of stuff. I mean, that's I mean, I think that sort of early excel which may be brings us back to the poker guy. Maybe that's sort of a guy younger younger russillo. Could relate more to with with with some. 'cause you ultimately, let's be honest. Don't you want a good segment?.

"Down the host of that podcast. And then follow them get on their radar being helpful commenting on and sharing their posts making connections starts, very simply on social media. It's super easy, right? It's again, it's a free way of reaching out and making connections. It's good to give before you ask in cathlene. And I are a lot more likely to say yes to someone if we know a little bit about them. I it's a risk to have a guest on your show, if you don't know them because you don't know how they'll come across your listeners. So having some the millionaire Aji is helpful most podcast hosts are very protective of their listeners as we are because they have worked hard to develop that trust in repore. Make it easy for them to say yes by being seen ahead of time. And and I think we've talked about this Kathleen before we have actually head guests on the podcast that a we've edited the episodes allot, we've actually not even posted one in particular because we just could not dial it into our ideal client and who's listening, and yeah, we're getting smarter as we go. But that is so important, right? Like the host is betting the gassed as much as the guest is betting host. Absolutely. And it seems like a simple. Thing. But getting on people's radar is important. You may have a a host that has a hundred plus thousand followers, but just sometimes it's getting on their radar be replying to their Instagram's stories just kind of being seen may trigger their memory when they see your name pop up on the list or on the Email to request to be a guest. So I think that's important too. I do that all the time. Yeah. You're so good at it. This is I'm trying to love it gasoline as you natural networker guys love it. So this a little bit off the topic. But it is kind of similar so we're going to be going to social media marketing world in March, and I liked to reach out to I'll pick a few speakers and all make an effort to reach out to them on social media because I wanna meet them in person, some of these people, I may wanna have or we may wanna have on the podcast as a guest if you think about it. People that know you are much more likely to say yes to something versus being a complete stranger. So definitely keep that Mayan. I I love Heff. Oh, my nephew do. Step five is contact the pod cast hosts a reach out to them most podcasts, like we said before have a website with the way that you can apply to gassed the other thing, that's really helpful. As if you know someone who knows the host see if they can make an introduction. I had someone offered it is for me a while back, and I was fast tracked to get on John Lee Dumas's podcast, which is called on Moore on fire which gets millions of downloads. So that was awesome. What happened was I happen to be a guest speaker on her summit, and I noticed on the on the landing page that jolly Jim this was also a speaker, and I mentioned to the summit host that one of my goals for that year was to get on his podcast..

"From a Facebook group standpoint, everything cathlene new said, I would follow to a t-. I agree with everything. She said about the Facebook page, as well, I will say that there is, you know, there are people that will make an argument that Facebook pages are not dead. Right. And so that particular person that we've most recently had that conversation with is Amanda bond from episodes, sixty six of the podcast. She has a lot of great tips and strategies to increase in gauge meant and get more going on. And specifically what she views Facebook page to be now, she does not have a group. She intentionally made that decision, but this has to be a personal choice, and I'll get to I'm more the tactical side of this conversation. So we'll get there. And just a second also wanted to make sure that you knew about two other webs wellness business. Cast up Assode 's that we did about Facebook groups so one that I really picked Kathleen brain, which is a bestowed forty two. And then we invited a leash streaker on for episode twenty five I'm will link these up in the show notes for anyone else that wants to go check them out if you haven't already or he want a refresher because these are all great resources, and and great ways to build your group getting Gaijin near group, and and really talk about where these both the page and the group fits into a business model for a wellness business owner, so from a tactical side as far as what a page does for you over and above what a group does for you. You have to have a page to do paid advertising, which is whether you're ready for it at now or not I think it's a critical part of any business that at some. Point you're willing to pay for advertising. You may not have all your ducks in a row yet. But the goal should be at some point you do. So you have to have a Facebook business page in order to do paid ads. So tactically that's a good plan. Secondly, if you can use the things that Kathleen said and start getting at least a little bit of engagement on your page. There is this beautiful thing called Facebook insights that will give you some information on the people that are coming to your page. So the more, you know, the more you grow, right? And so if you kind sir taking okay, who's who's the majority of the people that are looking at my page what times and days are they on more regularly because because I can guarantee there is a sliding scale of days and times that they're on. And then star. Art, gearing, your your posts around those things, and like cathlene said inspiration is definitely a great thing. Education is a great thing asking questions to get even just the little a little bit of engagement can get that momentum started. So a Facebook page certainly has a place in your business. Even if you're not spending a ton of time there it gives you insights, it allows you to go into the Facebook ads dashboard. And there's so much research that you can do there on your on your ideal. Client, incredible research. I think we've talked about that on other podcast episodes as well. And then also it gives you the ability to advertise and all of which should be heart of your overall umbrella for your business model. So I'm a little more tactical from the standpoint of analytics and Kathleen little more tactical from the standpoint of where it fits into your business. But I think I think you should have both personally. Yeah. I definitely think so too because they do they serve very different purposes. But I know it's confusing to a lot of people will what do I post on one versus the. The other. So I hope what I explained made sense. Oh, you definitely want to have a presence on your page that when someone comes to visit. They see oh, you have this these great blog posts on here. This looks really helpful. And then you kinda wanted to side where you're going to spend more of your time. For example, if you're doing live streams, if you only have a page make.

I'm gonna get to help them paint colors in there and do some new flooring, so. Well, here's one thing. I don't think our listeners know and I recently found out about you as I think in your last life, you were totally an interior decorator mad. Mad, decorating skills. My friend, no kill. Yeah, I do really enjoy it. It's that weird thing with me. Right? Like I have that accounting degree. I need all that structure numbers. So happy always good that Phillies a good hersher. We have a good episode today. We do our guest today is someone that I've actually known for a while. So Sean, tell us a little bit about yourself and why you decided to become a health coach and a little more about who it is that you help as a coach because I know when you in cathlene were together Ukraine, tweaked that a little bit, and have you found that it's helpful to know exactly who it is that you want to help? Definitely you don't. My story is probably a common one. I have been a stay at home, mom, the home schooling mom for the past over twenty years, and I really never thought I'd be a health coach. In fact, I didn't even know what a health coach, but I'd never heard of one had no idea. But about nine years ago, my youngest daughter was diagnosed with a pretty severe autoimmune disease called Crohn's disease, and that really shook her family up to be honest. And also during that time, my husband was experiencing some very severe auto immune issues as well in quite ill. So here I am this, this mom, this wife and are trying to take care of everybody trying to keep all the balls in the air and in really care for my left one's. But then I started to feel really burnt out in stressed out, not feeling well in my health and doing things like emotional eating in Netflix spin, JR watching and all of those things just to try to make it through the day in..

"Anything like that. But you know. He did the right thing that was then this is now let's let him tell his side of the story before we allow allegations to determine his entire future. Does seem though that the president has already rejection about their stories, and there does seem to be a pattern here. When ROY Moore is accused from Bill O'Reilly is accused when Roger Ailes is accused when rob quarter is accused and that one break Cavanaugh is accused the president consistently every single time takes the side of the man. You know, it's interesting that you say that it's a lot of Democrats that like to ignore Keith Ellison and Cory Booker. They love to fight and champion women until they disagree with them. How Franken lost his job in the Senate? A number of other Democrats should have the same type of scrutiny. Look, the president is my question every single time. The president is taking the side of the man against women accusers. That's not true. And in this case, the president knows bright cavenaugh. He's heard his story. There hasn't been a shred of evidence yours remember when Paula Jones allegations against your former boss and your colleague, James. Carville drag one hundred dollar through counterpart, no telling what you're gonna get her corroborate the other individual stories, and there has been George you. Remember when we need abroad went on dateline in BC and accuse your former boss of rate when he's attorney general. Remember that? And only one reporter ever asked Bill Clinton about it. And it wasn't you? Sam donaldson. And he said I refer you to my lawyer, David Kendall. And that was it. Remember that George a lot of individuals that have come forward and talk, George you. Remember when cathlene Willie went to the Oval Office when your boss was there and wanted financial help because she had had a financial setback and rather than reach into his wallet. He took her hand and put it on his erect genitalia. And today's after that Gloria Steinem wrote an op Ed piece for the New York Times that even if you believe everything Kathleen Willey said it's not sexual athlete because after she said, stop, he stopped.
