Southbound 95 slows, crossing the aqua Quan, westbound 66 is heavy approaching and passing one 23 watch for work. The interloop of the beltway is slow toward 66. It's on the ramp to westbound 66, the right lane is blocked with the work. Then we have the delays both directions of the beltway headed toward Georgetown pike, the work in the left lane, that inner loop backup is out of Tyson's the outer loop delay is near Carter rock. If you're on the northbound George Washington, Parkway delays are after one 23 solid hit it all the way toward the beltway. This was due to a work crew taking Elaine. If you're on I 70 in case you missed it, the earlier crash activity that we had eastbound before 68 and clear spring has been cleared to the left shoulder, the delays are over our sticking around, so there is enough left to look at. Westbound has the delay headed toward clear spring as well. That had been a work crew with only a right lane getting you by. River road westbound at Wilson lane, the left lane gets by the crash and in the district it was northbound D.C. two 95 the volume from the 11th street bridge headed past Pennsylvania avenue. There was a crash also and that's causing a very long delay and outer look bellway has a pretty long delay from Springfield. The crash after van dorn street getting by two lanes to the right, then slow from telegraph over the Woodrow Wilson bridge. Then on the added loop headed south of river road passing Carter rock and on to the American legion bridge toward a GW Parkway, they have begun the process of picking up that long works and not fast enough there are some delays building up now as you head south toward river road, so be careful there. Beyond that, nothing else in your way, in a loop remains jam packed from a gallows road toward 66 where you get by the work selling single file to left and unlike yesterday when you had the express lanes available, they are still closed to through traffic as a result of the overnight work narrative 66 interchange. So the express lane is not an option this morning. "Montgomery county on the outer loop of the beltway from three 55 past river road. Before Carter rock exit 41, the disabled tanker truck, the response, and many lanes on the right blocked, only two left lanes have been getting by for the past hour on the outer loop. This is severely backed up traffic on the southbound two 70 spur and set a lot of folks into work around, a very heavy traffic outbound on river road into the work zone near Wilson lane, down Bradley, boulevard down Wilson lane, and into cabin John on Macarthur boulevard. It will take time to get through this portion of Montgomery county with the bailout. Northbound on two 70, slow riding out of Gaithersburg, had one broken down near middlebrook road on the right. Exit 15 remains closed, all the off ramps from two 70 north and south to one 18 Germantown road remain closed along with one 18 west and south of the interstate for ongoing police activity outside of the DoD. There is some westbound access from the shopping centers toward middlebrook road, but you can't go eastbound. 95 in Baltimore, Washington Parkway, or so far okay. It's still sluggish on the pill way through prince George's county, especially on the inner loop. A lot of folks traveling through the Washington metro area are going for the eastern side of the beltway because of what's going on in Montgomery county. At least the overhead utility works south of 50 exit 19 is a wrap for today, and they've had traffic moving at all lanes on both loops for about 30 minutes now. Westbound on 50, beyond 7 O four near the beltway ramps, a crash on the far right. Three O one southbound slow and upper Marlboro, near Marlborough, pike. It is one lane getting by a work zone. In Virginia, 95 northbound jammed out aquatica before dumfries, the crash remains on the right side. You had a couple more lanes to the center and the left. So with delays, gradually easing on the southeast Southwest freeway for eastbound drivers heading for the 11th street bridge and two 95. The express lanes are now open. They might take that crash and move it onto the right shoulder soon too. But in the meantime, you're only getting by single file to the right on the interlude. Meanwhile, on the outer loop, after I 66, they're towing a less serious crash out of the left lane, but it's still blocked on the outer loop. And the ramp from 66 east to go south in the outer loop, the crash has just cleared the right lane is open along with the left ramp lane. That one is now clear. 66 west the beltway volume delays, the rest of the way around the beltway toward the big bridges volume delays 95 southbound heavy toward woodbridge and through Stafford, the crash near exit one 40 is clear in the district, northbound north capital street, heavy and slow beyond the old soldiers home. And about midway between scale gate road and fort drive, big tree down, caller said it was only one left lane able to get by northbound on north capital street.
