NCGOP alleges corruption on Charlotte City Council, files ethics complaints

"Has filed ethics complaints against two City Council members. Dimple as Mira and James Smudgy Mitchell. And before we get everybody's reaction to this, Fox, 46 Charlotte's Rochelle are Metzger set it up pretty nicely, but I wanted to clear the Air. Charlotte City Councilman James Mitchell says he wants to clear the air about an ethics complaint filed by State Republicans, accusing the Democrat of using taxpayer money to visit Detroit sports facilities in November 2018 is the first time ever That that has been a test of my name and is truly follows. Mitchell says It was strictly an economic development trip to talk about a potential dome stadium for the Carolina Panthers and future facilities for Charlotte FC. But the complaint says Mitchell's former company stood to benefit from the trip. Bart Moloch was the stadium expert. I spent time with elected, efficient and instead of Detroit, Thomas Entertainment District. That was that true was about it, And so there was no way he benefited from politically no benefit from financially. That was me doing my work this chair of economic development commit. In a separate complaint, the state GOP accuses Democratic Councilwoman dimple as Meera of receiving campaign donations in exchange for a yes vote when re zoning issues came before the council in a statement. As Meera says, in part, these are active and traditional donors. Too many candidates. Most importantly, My vote can't be bought, and I have never received the endorsement of the prominent developer organizations. This is purely a racist, sexist and political attack, as Meera says the complaint is an attempt by Republicans to deflect attention away from concerns surrounding Republican Councilman Tark Bakari, whose company was given $1.5 million of city money for an advanced technology jobs program. That money has since been taken away to which dark Macari took to Twitter last night. And in a Siri's of tweets defended himself, he said, Among other things, if Councilwoman Dimple s marriage does not publicly retract this libelous statement and refrain from repeating this action in the future. I will be forced to take swift legal action. The Democrats took a cheap shot at the ethics of Tart Muk are very cheap shot the attorneys for the city Have basically cleared him of any wrongdoing. In fact, documents and videos of a previous meeting from weeks before showed that the Democratic Council members knew everything from committee meetings and even Complemented tart macari on his work. You wonder what the political rationale was when they all of a sudden voted. I think 9 to 1 to cancel a contract with dark, which he abstained from voting, by the way, which is by what the rules are now the GOP, I think, fired back and said, if you're going to take shots against AH, Republican, one of only two Republicans in the county. You might be living in a glass house. Well, Bret

From Brady to Carr, ranking Bears' quarterback options in NFL free agency, draft

"Free agency. Starting soon as we mentioned earlier in the show March eighteenth four. Pm teams can actually out signings the signings and the wide receiver classes fascinating Jj. Because I think mostly because it sort of matches up with the draft class. This is a loaded wide receiver draft class studs and studs and studs. Nobody that's like necessary. I I like I tend to think see lamb and Jerry. Judy can be. I don't want to call them like Julio Jones. Aj Green types. Because that I think does a disservice to really any young player coming to the League to to compare them too borderline hall. Julio definitely the hall of fame. Aj Borderline Hall of fame to compare them to that type of player. But there's a great group of guys who look like they can be viable starters in the NFL out of the gate however they will have to compete with teams who resigned teams will have to decide. Do they want to ask somebody like that or do they want to size like? Aj Green should he make free agency? let's go through your top five wide receivers. Who's at number five number? Five number five. I have Randall COBB. Yes sorry I remember number five. I Have Randall. Cobb. Randall COBB. Of course coming off that season with the cowboys really difficult to see how they're going to be able to pay him And so as I was going through this and I thought to myself well thought. Where could he ended up? In fact I didn't think that's about self depot. Ask me where he could end up. I would have to tell you on your and some wanted to tell you that. I'm looking at an Indianapolis Colts a team. That was really struggling to throw the ball down the field last year. Now lot of that adds do of course which cover said. I understand that but I've never really been impressed with the wide receiving group that the colts have of course. They thought that they were going to have a few more options That did not work out with Devon punches. Who dealt with injury for most of the season. So Randall COBB. He's GONNA turn thirty before next season. He's at nine. Nfl seasons he had a eight hundred plus yards last year. I like him. What the colts and whoever their quarterback could be yes so it's interesting the question is would you rather have a guy like rental car bounced back nicely. Who Fits with the perfect slot style of of the modern? Nfl You've got three wide receiver sets etc etc. You can win outside and in some cases might be too old that now he's going to be thirty before the season starts or would you rather dabble in the shod. Perrin and sweepstakes and I might be inclined to agree with you. I like the PERSAD. Payment freaks me out like what? You're really like this Guy Ozzie. Newsome couldn't get this guy right and you're telling me that now like Jameis. Winston fixed him. I don't know if I'm buying it entirely woods. I would run away from shop Perriman. eighty might be fantastic human being but in terms of on the field play. I think that it was a flash in the pan how he sort of came on there in November and December for the bucks Certainly James with the five thousand passing yards sort of inflated his six hundred forty five receiving yards Paran- I just had issues for most of his career and I'm not willing to take a few weeks from last season. He's turned the corner. I kind of tend to agree with you. I wouldn't be opposed to like a one year not too pricey deal with precise payment but I would not want to make some big splash on that guy Given what's out there. It is interesting to this class offers. A lot of slot options like Geronimo. Alison is their Nelson Aguilar. Philip door set You can uh Devin funchess. Maybe didn't make the cut for. Jj surprise there. He's more of a tight end. Not a slot guy But then also demarcus Robinson who was very effective in Kansas City system. I think there's a lot of speed slack is out there so if I were if I were General Manager would probably at the top of the market. Do their own thing. Because I don't want to overpay for top of the market I would then sign a slack. If I got a young quarterback here I would sign a guy for agency at a lower cost and then go out and get by number one in theory in the in the draft. So that's probably why those guys didn't make the top five and I would tend to agree with you. Who's your number four on this list number four Robbie Anderson Levin love and coming off that season with the New York jets My best fit for him is the New York jets Because Gosh they really if they lose him. I don't know what they're gonNA do at the receiver position. They absolutely have to upgrade even by keeping him. They need to upgrade to upgrade that offensive line as well but seven hundred seventy nine receiving yards last season. He'll be twenty seven this upcoming year if enough teams and and if the jets WANNA mess around with this Joe. Douglas wants to mess around with us. He has been In conversations with with Robbie Anderson's representation if some teens get involved here and this is taken care of at the very started illegal tampering window or before. The price could go up on Robbie Anderson because of his age because of his speed because of what he did last season and then you can start approaching. Fourteen fifteen million dollars per year. I think the jets absolutely have to knock this out early and if they mess this up in some way if they decide not to bring him back. I'm looking at a place that he could go to looking at the Philadelphia Eagles who obviously could always use a upgrade. Their I the interesting seeing there may be some overlap there but the eagles need help it wide receiver. But I hope probably Anderson's faculty jets. I kinda liked that idea and I do think. There's a little bit of like say the Shaw Jackson to his game. That's an insult to the Sean Jackson as fast as to Sean Jackson Robbie interesting could be more of a position. He's he's more of a like he's a bigger body type of guy but who also possesses that deep speed. That might be complementary for the other pieces that eagles have so. I don't hate that idea. If I don't know how Roseman takes a deep dive a free. Hd but he's got cast a bird so maybe it happens a May I ask your number three is and then I started to say Emmanuel Sanders is your third wideout. He is my third wide out. And it's really just because age. He's GONNA turn thirty three. Where do I have him? The obviously he's not going to be in San Francisco. I initially till depot the Carolina Panthers and I said the Carolina Panthers because I'm not entirely sure the panthers are convinced. Honesty Smith is not convinced that they have a number one wide receiver they have DJ more. They have Curtis Sam. You hope that. Dj More is going to be that but what they seem to be lacking. Is that fantastic veteran presence in there and after I spent a lot of time will in the month of January with the San Francisco. Forty niners covering their postseason games. What I learned from a depot Samuel from kindred born was just how much manual sanders mentor. Those guys those young group of players coming up and how they were able to really improve their game early in their career after the trade for manual. Sanderson San Francisco did so I look at a team like the Carolina Panthers and I say. Oh those young guys could really benefit from a guy like Emmanuel Sanders however Emmanuel Sanders is kind of like Andrei Dala in in that like he elite should and probably only wants to play for a championship. Contender right. He's been with. The broncos just went to another super bowl and so we're talking about contenders we're talking about teams that need wide receivers. The New England Patriots is. They are trying to retain Tom Brady. That would be fantastic. Get sound radio. Robert Kraft and Bill Belichick said. Hey We got you Emmanuel Sanders and we got you this two or three year contract to finally finish your career in New England. What you say Tommy. Now that's great call. I think if you're the Patriots and this was the delicate line that they have to sort of walk with Tom Brady is. Can you go out into the mark like once we get to that noon at noon? It it's eleven fifty. Nine fifty nine on Monday can the Patriots manage in the span of about Let's see twelve thirty six hours. Thirty brought to us as a forty eight hours. Fifty two hours is probably right in fifty two hours. Can they manage to tamper their way into landing? Somebody like Mandal Sanders. Somebody like Hunter Henry and successfully like a- convinced Tom Brady to return if that's what they ultimately want their plan to be and if it is. I think that could be you know like. That's that's certainly a blueprint to having Tom. Brady back in New England. But I think you're going to have to get guys. Just beef up the receiving core for him if you want him to come back in my opinion all right the last two guys in this list that they're going to be the same for everybody. You could flip them if you want to Depending on your opinion of home and away splits for one guy in age for the other guy number two guy. Aj greed number. One Guy. Maury Cooper I beast I mean these are the first of all. There's a chance either. Guide makes it the free agency or Cooper could get transitioned franchise tag the transition tag depending on the CBA depending on what happens attack. Prescott's contract AJ Green. It does sound like the bengals franchise tag him but he throws a fit and says he's going to refuse to play for him then. Maybe that doesn't happen. What led you to stack these guys in this particular way. Jj Yes so I have AJ green at number two. Only because of agent injury concerns that He has missed something. Like twenty four the past twenty five games that the bengals have played due to injury So that is my issue with him. Amari Cooper last. We saw him was not getting the ball thrown as much his way as should have certainly against the Philadelphia Eagles. I felt that he still has it. Obviously he's young much younger than Aj. Green who I believe is turning thirty two this year. Amari Cooper is currently twenty five. He will be twenty six before the start of the season so If a Jake Reed were healthy he would be my number one with a bullet. No doubt about it on about his health and then So in terms of fits right We believe that. Aj agrees with the bengals eight. We'll extend the franchise tag if they do not then. I think that we can reignite the does job want to go to Cincinnati rumors and so just for the sake of argument. I through the raiders in there as a landing spot for A. J. Green. But of course I'm not putting too much effort into A. J. Green out to one of the thirty one other teams. He's going to Cincinnati. As far as Mark Cooper. I had no idea how the San Francisco Forty niners would do it in terms of contract and money but I have cooper going to the forty niners if he does not end up with the cowboys but again. They're the cowboys to do. Everything they can. To Keep Amari Cooper traded a first round pick for. It made a lot of sense. Not Not immediately when they made the trade form right.

"carolina panthers" Discussed on Cat Scratch Reader

"Ninety six to two thousand one. He just couldn't leave the bengals to shit but he was never. He's not a head coach coach. Yeah he was never horrible for them now. He can see north with the bengals more than once. He went to the playoffs. Like eight or nine times times. Yes he lost in the first round every time but that's the way life goes sometimes They went to the playoffs five years in a row. He did this in Cincinnati by the way Which is in the same division is Pittsburgh and Baltimore? That's an accomplishment and Cleveland. Don't forget about them. Well well they were competing for the playoffs but you know don't ever hate on Hoyer the destroyer the that is right but I think Marvin Louis be a good defensive coordinator currently a special advisor for her Arizona State and I I mean he's not working in the NFL right now so yeah I just worry that a guy like that is like it's like I have preferred to see David tepper throw like a million years ago. I would prefer to see David. tepper take the so. Do you guys remember when David was talking about Prior to firing Ron Rivera. WHO's talking about bringing in like a ton of different people and and like letting them all work together when it came to like scouting where it was like a bunch of different names in the room to talk about things and come to conclusions together? I almost kind Kinda Wanna see him bring in like a younger defensive coordinator like him be like the face like this is the order. This is the panthers defensive coordinator Google Guy but bring in like an assistant like a veteran dude. And they essentially be co defensive coordinators for a guy like Matt rule where. It's not like he's going to be coaching. The defense so filled with marvelous windows specialists exactly the defensive with regional manager or Wade Phillips or fill snow and Steve Steve Wilks or you get the point but I feel snow. Will you behind that. I can anybody for Monitor's coaching tree here anymore. We need they get all of that out here but how much. How much is I don't want to get on with this? But how much is Steve. Wilks you you know what I guess he was there with. Ron and San Diego is the bombs that doesn't it meant. Yeah you're right okay. Well Yeah I mean. I think that I am really really excited to see what they do with the defensive coordinator hunt because I liked how I liked how they did the head. Coaching and I feel like rule is going to bring that same way of going about things and I think the David temporal be involved there too so I feel like we're going to see several stories of people getting interviewed where it's not gonna be like. Oh this guy by default is coming in like you know when Ron Rivera went to Washington brought in every fucking coordinator ever had so out. Yeah we could. We talk about that. I want to talk about that thing. At the giants in the end watch Rod- Very Safran. His the failed last couple year Carolina. Coordinators what what panthers. It does matter. I don't know who it would be though. I mean I don't well it's that it's Sean Ryan. Yeah the line. Health coach lead the Lions quarterbacks coach. He was also new. New York's wide receivers coach in Odell Beckham Junior's rookie year. And he was the Texans quarterbacks coach into Shawn Watson's rookie year song resume and so strong resume and he didn't stick around longer though Well he you old he would left. mcadoo got fired. He left he leading your got fired. And then I don't know why he went from they tax ends to the lions but he might have gotten like an extra promotion or whatever. The ones do better quarterback Shawn Watson. Maybe that maybe. That's that is patently shirt. But Okay I WANNA on forty minutes into the show where it's very appropriate. But I think in general it looks like candidates resumes in their current positions when deciding whether or not they'll be good in a new position and it doesn't make any sense like people are talking about like when we were interviewing the enemy where it's like. Oh this is how much of the offense is his. It doesn't really matter matter. 'CAUSE we're not hiring us to be an offensive coordinator to be a head coach. It's a different job in Andy. Reid said he's he's ready to be a head coach. Andy Reid is is one of the probably four best head. Coach is currently employed in the league and a top ten coach. The last twenty five years he knows talking about and it hurts me. Say them because I hate Andy Reid. But he knows what he's talking about and then like with The guy from Detroit that I can't remember his name but it's like his resumes good but then it's like oh but he's at the lions lions offense wasn't good that you this year. Our backup quarterbacks weren't good and it's like but he's we're I'm not asking him to come in here and quarterbacks better asking him to come in here and like run an offense like the best way without actually having them in in that current job or anything else like that the best way to get a feel for how good they'll be their job is to sit down and talk to them and interview ask about their philosophy. We don't really guessing. Yeah exactly we're we're we're guessing based on their past production which which honestly Ryan does have the fact that Matthew Stafford was pretty fucking good this year before he got hurt so he was having a career year hurt. I mean he he. He's Kinda like like Andy. Reed's coaching tree. It seems like wherever he goes. He's successful and I think if you you can be successful in more than one place. Then you're probably successful like there's a chance that you're pretty good at what you do. That's the only unreal counterpoint. There is to John's point which is correct. I'm not going to say the wrong John but the the only thing you can look at outside of like sitting down with them and talking with them is how productive. They've been at the job. They were given where they work directly responsible or indirectly responsible for two of the greatest this rookie seasons. We've seen in the last fifteen years. Yup with O B J and into Shawn Watson. So I mean it's it wouldn't be the worst higher now certainly not an honestly an upgraded offensive coordinator is somebody who doesn't call a power trap on first and ten on the first play of the game every God damn time plus sometimes you have to remember the two that some of the best offensive coordinators. Come from places where you wouldn't expect them to. I guess like a good example. ZAMPA Byron left which for the buccaneers yet. Another good example His name is escaping me but the cowboys offense coordinator from this past season Calvin more. Yeah Kellyn more like those. Were just two guys who were really worth a whole lot like it kind of becomes your all your head coaches ability to scout talent at that point and I wouldn't be surprised for him to see him higher like I. I don't know Jimmy Clausen to be his offense coordinator like as much as everyone would probably be like what the fuck with that. Belykh a former quarterback to work with the offensive offensive coordinator or I should say a head coach. Who has an offense background? I wouldn't hate that. You Imagine Jimmy Clausen Being Cam Newton's offensive coordinator. Just imagine those two shitting shitting on the sideline thing ever Cam. Newton is ridiculous hat with Jimmy Clausen in like coaching outfit. Likes going over. Plays on a fucking tablet like my God. I would pay money to see that. That would be great. I mean a bit. It would work. They would. I mean he fits the profile of the guys. Brian's named of like washed up quarterbacks that were like not to do I mean those you can't do teach and he could not do remember sued each just because those quarterbacks were bad doesn't mean they don't understand the game is is nine thousand six hundred ten. The best coaches are the ones that were either mediocre or bad as players. Yeah because there's like an element of you had to overcome overcome like athletic limits not limitations but disadvantages compared to competition. And you could rely on story like Steve Kerr was is a three point specialist literally the only thing he can do. He's a good coach. Michael Jordan would be a terrible coach because it tell them as just go out there and dominate this. Go Be Michael Jordan. Just go do it. I have about hard fun. Random bit we can end the show with unless you wanted to discuss anything else. John Wants to talk about the Washington and giants hires because we deserve to ridicule.

"Is the Carolina Panthers exclusively on the Carolina Panthers Seitz kick off just a little more than ten minutes away let's go head to get our keys to the game now with Jake to limit mixer looking for two it's okay is brought to you by a bank of America official bank of the Carolina Panthers where do we start Jack listen to how much change of the keys to the game to be honest with you because it seems like every week I say the same thing you know stop the run no turnovers there are no special two blunders and just kind of seems like we just don't do that so I'm I'm going to go the officer on the say what I want to see happen today I want to see Chris McCaffrey break the record I want to see him become the third member of the thousand south thousand club I want to see just play free Lucent I don't wanna say reckless put ME seeking missiles on the transcript attacked the attack the football they're going to throw around here this team playing really good football let's worry about us let's see who wants to be here in the future let's see who just lays it on the line these two teams played a fairly close games several weeks ago with their vehicle in the states have a lot to play for here today even a great season would there be some pressure on New Orleans in this game that could bode well maybe for the Panthers if they can hang in there I would like to say yes but I believe with drew Brees at quarterback for the New Orleans Saints thinking our about pressure and I had somebody just pass all season well there's no way to say if you have a good year Minnesota miracle and then the no call in the past it appears they just can't overcome that so you obviously don't want their quarterback he probably one of the most mentally strong football players are human beings we've ever seen I just don't think I think they go as he goes and you don't know anything affect the scene we had to talk to you much since we'll Greer got his first start what do you see it in this young trigger man the one thing I did like last week he was decisive James opened up and he can run with anyone at the rush is a big difference is staring at the Russian feeling right now a couple of throws yes you don't throw late when your own up to the right down the field like that he was probably surprised to hear that the property owner through I think you learn from that when you lose the day more the first series of the game and then you have to restart the touchdown the game out of reach it was just a coverage so we could just check the ball down I mean he's good improve offer that effort on white bread to try to keep this game close let's see what we have all the you know how we do it here no matter what the record we broadcast these like it's the Super Bowl are you ready yes I'm ready and the thing that I'm so ready about is that we had so many good plays against New Orleans as so many touchdowns against New Orleans that I had a plethora to choose from here this in the sun good I'm a go with an easy one are you ready I'm gonna go with zero have seventy two goals **** on signing on silent ready you know that play is now we ran here in two thousand and fifty thousand and five because the New Orleans Saints I threw a pass we completed and we thought there was a bobble by the receiver so over the head says Mike McCoy comes on my head said he said Hey hurry up red ball red ball we didn't want to let them see a replay of it I heard a brand seventy two goals also they play coverage deangelo Williams right in the flat he ran over the corner back for a touchdown and we did drop the past so they're really got over we got a photo the coin.

"The field on us at scoring which that when when you see that that's when you go home eighteen sucks when the guys get because that's what we've seen our defense for the past five years teams can just draw down the field goal in house will yeah they do that here you know the teams Albany able to do that with us this year defense played very well we had a lot of weird looking a formations as usual always throw in something different in their fund Watch but gotta give props to our defense for I mean you've got to figure seven turnovers seven turnovers and would they they scored twenty points off a seven turnover rush I mean that's incredible we kept on the field goals and you know just really did a great job or punt it in the first the first interception they got the ball on our thirty one twenty nine they got the ball and are twenty nine that I play where James Winston through the interception they lost two yards on four play wow coming they ended up with a negative two yards on that drive and they ended up having to kick a thirty one yard fuel go the next interception they got the ball on the thirty six on Tampa Bay's we six they scored a touchdown in four plays in they got a fumble and had the punt it was three now the Nagata interception on our eight yard line in one play touchdown then there was a muffed punt the got the ball on our seventeen they lost four yards on that play met four yards and that drive ended up now the gained six yards on because of the penalty on tape back but they ended up kicking a field goal from Tampa eleven got the ball into seventeen teen ended up kicking field goal from eleven to our defense held him there and then they got an interception on the Tampa Bay twenty four and four down they got one yard and then they kicked it crazy yeah yeah our our defense really did a good job and are run defense is just seriously no joke there was one towards the end of the game they were running the ball and we had a lineup this was so awesome to see we had Shaquille this was on the defensive line we had Shaquille Barrett Nacho We'll Golson detail the macabre sue and Nassib on the line they couldn't go anywhere I mean I'm pretty sure that every single run was attacked for long we were just blowing up definitely yeah it was really neat but yeah our our offense just crapped a bed in a large part Abbott was Jameis Winston that's what will cost us the game you know and you want to say just logically say well Carolina's defense played really well I didn't see anything moral Edison did good he he did okay he did he couldn't do much against Donald Smith Smith played really well I think there was one he he got beat one time we're having a baby and data and decide that he was starting because who else was GonNa Start Zach Bailey and he broke his ankle in practice how Josh Wells had like one day of practice before they leave to go to London and what surprised me about that was is that they didn't give him a lot of help interesting did keep tight ends there apparently in the running backs were really no help at all in being honest yeah it was pretty bad to run backstage a lot of stuff they've looked really confused now that's where if I were to give the Carolina Panthers Defense Credit I'm GonNa give it to what's their defense coordinators name Ashington the panthers this yeah Washington okay he did a good job of showing a lot of different looks confusing Winston for sure but the runback say they got confused as to who they're supposed to block a lot so I would I would give them credit for that but as far as like you know what Jimmy Jones Matchups and everything they didn't they didn't beat our offensive line so that's why I would say that the Carolinas defense really impress me what impressed me was the coaching that was that was pretty good you know just all the different looks and the confusion that they got are not our offense line Winston in the runningback for past protections concerned what did you think about their coverage that was pretty good but she no like I said when in had plenty of opportunities to make great passes there was there was quite a few instances if you WANNA go look at video where he had guys wide open Gokhale who right but that's also bad for the secondary of Carolina to have guys that wide open we don't have guys at White Oval we used to but rare now if we have guys wide open it's usually on the linebackers Kevin Minter so yeah the secondary did not the secondary of the panthers did just weren't wasn't that great they they had a lot of busted coverage on us because we had way too many has lot open and if Jamie's wisdom would keep his feet still ground popular bit but keep his head Downfield we wouldn't want this game easy even with the seven turnovers because there were so many times like I said there was five times five times where he had open receivers downfield and I'm not talking about check bounds I'm talking about guys blazing down the field wide open for touchdowns generally there's three or four of those but and again we lost by eleven points yelling neither hit two of those for touchdowns is to change that game like Scotty Miller and we talked about this last podcast just stop throwing the ball Scotty Miller changed my mind on that okay open he wouldn't see him a couple times he blazed down the field and just beat all the coverage and he was wide open and dame's Winston was either running around taken with his head cut off or just didn't see them at all at through somebody else I think Scotty Miller is going to be an asset of this team fast fast Janus has just got to get the to him Davis wisden needs to stop worrying about pressure he's he's too dependent on his feet and I think this goes along with what Bruce Ryan says about him trying to be superman he's not trying to be superman by throwing the ball you know he's trying to be superman with his feet I guess you'd call it the flash then instead of superman but we need to really really really start working on keeping his eyes downfield scanning the field keep his body in in constant Asian to throw that ball bounce around that pocket you know the only run out of the pocket when it's a last resort because almost every time he got tackled it was because he ran in to a defender almost every time you know what was the most annoying to me watching him scramble was that he often ran the guy who just had to stick his arm and it was especially like there would be our offensive lineman between that defender Angie and James runs past Argh I so our guy doesn't have the momentum anymore rock the leverage so the guy he's blocking around means at Leans Alvarez Yeah that the Journal McCoy sack the the one I was talking about where you put all the way onto James Wisdom when he sank Jameis Winston had no reason to run out of the pocket I don't know why did he runs right beside Donald Smith who's got his control but he runs right by him in it was seventy-seven kyle love reaches out and grabs hold of Winston Winston gets out of his grasp spins around backwards in Ron's back into the pocket with up I don't I don't know what that was all about and runs smack DAB into Gerald McCoy he's he's got to learn to calm down stay in the pocket you know only out in last resort or if you know you're going to pick up good yardage you'd have with this running you know he he's not running across the line of scrimmage he's trying to get out of the pocket you know to me right he usually runs to the left I think usually what spin he spends to the left but you know he's not doing that you trust your blockers act if you get hit then let it be that's their full you know but you know this guy because what he does what he scrambles as he puts the ball down he puts his it down and he starts looking around in the pocket he's not looking downfield anymore and these guys are getting open a couple of things I wanna point out our defense never ever gets tricked this is an issue I have for years with the buccaneers and there was a bootleg or fake fame bit every time especially Gerald McClellan especially during McCoy they bit every time when now never ever they they are probably some of the football smartest people I've ever watched the whole defensive line keep their eye on that ball and they they never get fooled you know there might be one guy every now and then get full but the rest of them are they're running right to the the ball so that's really impressive to me Adama con Su he never gets called every now and then he'll try to come in to he likes to coming back in the grabbed from behind so get full doing that but beat avail hardly gets fooled sue Harley gets fooled check Barrett never gets this is you're going to get one great play a game from all the games I watched him with Denver you're GonNa get one great play a game and he never makes mistakes now this is six games in I have yet to see him make a mistake that is a grantable God doesn't make mistakes he always keeps contain he always is in the right spot the right time it's I've never seen anything like that you know a guy that never makes mistakes get picked up by day sunlight gotta yeah definitely nother interesting thing Vida love this game he loves this team to he is always on the sideline when offense is out there jumping up and down hooting and Holler and then just so excited that little thing that whole thing where he flexes his arms damn buys and every me see get a glimpse of the sideline look for Vida you're going to see him he's going to be near the ball if it goes out of bounds or whatever and he's gonNA run over and congratulate guys not I mean he's just got a lot of Ryan Smith Okay we all know that he got that ball on the one yard line on special teams after the punt we all know he's the one that popped out the ball got the turnover on the I think it was a yeah the punt that we kicked Carolina he came up behind the gap pop the ball and we recovered it almost every special teams play he was doing something like that it was we talked about this last year with him he's just a great special teamer way he does so I I have I think one put in the video where he just blows Rotman I mean just knocks him out of bounds on his ass and the guy's just totally taken out of the play but he's he's he's very very good special teams he's always around the ball he's always blocking his guys he's doing what he needs to do and plus so hit four good special teams play yes that's impressive very impressive considering we haven't had worse with James Winston scrambling now a couple of times he did scramble outside the pocket do okay that's the problem he'll do okay on some of these sometimes migrate plays you know when he scrambles but then there's those times which is the majority of time where it's just not a good idea he would be so much better off if he didn't put concrete blocks uh-huh beat him stay in that pocket because those few good players that he makes gives him this false sense that he can be productive scrambling and encouraged him to do it more right and I think there was a stat I don't know if it was last year or this year there early part of this year where Jacobs wisdom was rated one of the highest quarterbacks outside the pocket yeah that was the last year last year right so you know you hear that stuff and you go oh well you know it's a good idea for me to run outside the pocket no it's not it'd be different if he did Aaron Rodgers ABC's Aaron Rodgers eras runs out of the pocket all the time but with Aaron Rodgers runs outside the pocket he always keeps his feet set he keeps the ball cocked and he's always looking down but he's never looking at the guys coming at him he's never looking really even weird ron he's just but you know he's if you see somebody open as he's scrambling he can zip quick right and he if he doesn't find somebody open then he decides to run right yeah yeah does it do that with an only throws the ball away when he's get clobbered try to throw it out of bounce but yeah just about every badly you can think of Winston was because he scrambled out of the pocket when he didn't didn't have to and like I said it's in the video you could see it many a times where while he's got the ball down lost in this one yeah and Bruce Arians did say when he gets hurt hit early it kinda throws them off and that's what happened this game he gets rattled I thought he played better. You know when I watched the broadcast version I thought Winston played better in about mid third quarter in the fourth quarter played better but then watching the the coach now eden he was banned the whole game well as wasn't as I pass and inner Shen yes but he hasn't got hit at that point so I don't understand how him getting hit early effective that seems to me would punt return you should maybe return a punt every now and then or at least catch the ball that one he fumbled he did everything wrong long that you're not supposed to do when you feel the punt everything took his eyes off the ball he caught it on the side of his body outstretched czar yes sir arms who was ridiculous yeah yeah I'm not upset about getting cut here's one I think he should and they told him not to leave and he left anyway that's when Dirk cutter to cut us off and they called him on the phone and they were like you do this that's going to wrap it up for US till next time go backs.

Winston Albany US Shen Dirk cutter four yards two yards one yard thirty one yard eight yard five years six yards one day

"Thursday he was full participation wide receiver Rabeni Fowler remember. Are we looking at the depth chart and we're like okay. He's like they're number. Two are there other starter. He suffered burn. A hamstring injury did not practice Thursday so they're wide receiver our already weak then cody lattimore another receiver fever concussion hasn't practiced all week. Sterling Shepard had the concussion that he suffered week one that was a little controversial because they sent him back in He has limited Wednesday Full Participation Thursdays. We might see him and then Daria Slayton. Another wide receiver had a hamstring injury. He's he's been limited this week. Cornerback Grant Haley has had an illness. He didn't participate Wednesday but full participation on Thursday mm-hmm guard Kevin Zeitler had a shoulder injury didn't participate Wednesday but he's a full participant on Thursday rules out definitely. We don't know definitively until Friday manning's. I wonder if they'll be the number two. Was He riding the bench or are they. GonNa inactivate them. I would imagine it'd be number. Two Jones Socks bench him. Put Eli back in did you you see Cam. Newton hasn't been practicing because he's got sore sissy boned and we heard his pride we heard it broke his pride and half a they were asking Vera about it whether he was going to be the starter dizzy and Ron variables saying but we don't know yet. I'll have more information for Friday. I want to talk about the Arizona game and they kept asking him questions. He ended the press conference. He said I'm not GonNa do this and he walked out things. Things are looking good for the panthers happening early. We call that so good. I wonder how much of our podcast spent spent patting ourselves on the Bat. When you get a win. Just take it run with it. I hope people don't get tired enough. I don't I don't either so let us know. Should we congratulate ourselves too much. Did we talk too much about our prognostications. It's fun. It's that's one of the best things about about sports. If you ask me the whole prognostication figuring out future talent you are prognosticate astronomical of do that with every damn I live too much in the future of been trying to live in the present. Have I dunno tomorrow all right. That's GONNA wrap it up for us. Begin coming up Sunday Sunday. Be Nice to get this win. We're GONNA get it. Molly in Iowa both predicted the giants are going to take a beatdown really the key to the game. Everybody knows we know that they know it just stops Barclay because that's really all they got. We're GONNA do it. We're going to be two and one still retain the division title for the moment. I would love to see the Carolina. Panthers enters get beat by the Arizona cardinals. Oh me and like instinct collapse. I think I think they are instant classic now. It's just a yeah. I think that would speed it up a little bit. I think cardinals they tied one game and then I don't know with a record as otherwise all those positive vibes out there. Everybody think think thank focus. Were beating the giants. Were winning the division. Everyone our division is gonNA lose. Everyone division is GONNA lose. All three of our division. Asian opponents are having a weight games this week. Carolina is going to Arizona to play the cardinals. Atlanta is going to Indianapolis to play the colts and the saints are going to Seattle the play the seahawks well. AM theoretically the Falcons should beat the colts in the panthers should beat the Arizona Autocar does but I don't think so. I think the cult's I mean the the cardinals are going to be Carolina. Think seahawks are going to beat the Saints Falcons a culture. I don't know if they look like a tough team except for their offense so anyhow. Let's beat the giants until in Galax..

"I'm just GonNa let him have his moment which he did not get what good did not get a point out a couple of plays here for play the game cap of toss. McCoy till the ground and then capital in McCoy win at it just about the whole game I think McCoy was wave seventy two percent of the defensive snaps so he was into quite a bit. He exclusively went up against kappa. He thought he was going to be able to be kappa because because you know cap is the new guidelines now didn't happen happen one time where he be kappa and you know it was basically. McCoy's speed I. I'm not sure if McCoy the whole line was crashing right eight and it looked like Capela started to and then he realized McCloy was going to be able to get in between everybody so he tried to get McCoy wasn't able to do it but of course McCoy gets in the backfield Mrs tackle typical typical yes but that happened a couple times. I pointed that out in the video to record missed tackles in the backfield. He's just not a good tackler but then one time time Allie more pet went up against McCoy and it wasn't because choice McCoy lined up. That's not tacklers straight over the center in everybody shifted went right right and McCoy had to go up against Moore pen. He wishes he didn't because Marquette Pancakey top of like see because because that was a big thing when we first got mar- bed everybody's talking about in training camp how Marquette just abused McCoy McCoy avoided more pet all night long. He wanted to go up against Kappa Kappa Napa man handling all night long especially considering that you know McCoy is supposed to be an elite defensive tackle to let a basically a first year starter. You'll get the best of y'all all game. I have to say kappa won that match up it was interesting though when you got a chance to take on McCoy he did two main I mean he just stood him up splendid around throwing right to the ground laid on top but Jensen was shoving everybody you know McCoy got all pissy and got that flag lag because Jensen was pushing jets was doing that to everybody after almost every play and like I said the last podcast for five or six plays right after that incidents sits with Gerald McCoy where he got flag gave us a firsthand fifteen yards on our game winning drop he Jensen right after that it was like five or six plays in a row where where he got in a tussle with Carolina Panthers fans or PA- Carolina Panther players after the whistle where he he was just chopping. Him Put his hand out pushing now great. I pointed out some good some good meanness on both of our offense defensive lines in the video and back all said challenged the offensive line to be the mean s unit on the team so maybe they're shaping up to be that way. Although I gotta say they've got a high bar that defense. Those guys are mean even bull. Allah was getting into it. He was throwing out of the room. I like there was one that sue grabs a pratice sixty one the Carolina Panthers free agent signing their new center center. Yeah he just got beat okay but to grabs a Pereira's blocks him in a play goes to the other side of the field and so soon predecessor locked up up and sues looking downfield not even paying attention to sixty one sixty. One Sixty one's blocking everything a suit. Graham tow just tosses him to the ground like he's a the bag of potatoes a love that so yeah. Donald Smith been playing well no loafing. He's been keeping his head on a swivel. If anybody needs help he's going over and helping yeah I mean he's pushing guys out of the way our broad game is our run. Blocking is spectacular. It's a really really good. I mean these guys are not getting hit in the backfield at all at all. I mean are running. Back are getting to the line of scrimmage and there's generally a pretty big hole if you notice mar running backs are getting stopped by the linebackers. That's a good sign Gerald coin beat. OJ Howard on a block and tackle the I think goes peyton Barbara for a loss that was right now. Okay might have been Roja tackling. that was about one of the only ones where are running backs were getting hit behind the line of scrimmage and that was just stupid. Why would you put. OJ Howard on Jerem Coyne. I'm GONNA say this. OJ How're is not very good blocker Kurt. He's had a few good blocks any hand block on the game on the game winning touchdown Bob Barber but generally don't have man. He's got to step up his blocking doc in skills he I would say he's the blocker on the t really and then you know Donald Smith is playing through the whistle loafing plan to the whistle which is what being you talked about they they need to do in. We talked about last podcast video. Put out that you know James Winston you happy feet. He's not reading the field. He didn't have that this game. He had eh one instance where he got happy feet you could say to it was really interesting. In the one one instance he got happy feeding started running. You could see him realize what he was doing and he stopped and we sat planted his feet in the pocket getting ready to run out of the pocket really fascinate. You could see something clicked anybody would know. I'm doing this thing that I shouldn't be doing. He ended up getting and sack but it was good sack. It was one of the sax where you need to try to do some stupid and then he had another play later. I think it was in the fourth quarter where he started running around when he shouldn't having again. Both sects were his fault but I think I remember one of those inside. That's exactly where you yes. I think he was really close to the end zone own. I can't remember specifically but it takes sex that he had made a really dumb decision there well on the one play. This is in the videos well the one place he got the happy feet any realize oh. I need to stop doing this set his feet in the pocket he had both Mike Evans and Chris Cowan Wide Open down the field to Mike Evans win would have been a touchdown. That's down. There was one where he threw his hand up. He was gone. He'd beat his guy. He was but Winston get a chance to throw it to him because he get sack. I mean he at the time. I don't know why didn't do it. Curse Curse Godwin was open from GEICO did seal but other than that Winston played very well. I mean there wasn't a whole lot of him. Not Seeing open receivers down the field. They didn't get happy feet a lot so you know Kudos to help to. I've been saying this for a long time that I think his vision van. Some on twitter broke adrift of him like squinting at stuff. You never know maybe he needs to get those shields. The prescription started wearing last year. I I think you did well when he was wearing yeah. Is he still somebody in the comments that he got contacts in two thousand seventeen or something like that there was a girl in my high school who were contacts and she played soccer and got hit in the head with a ball and the contact lens went to the backer. I eyeball me yeah so I I can't imagine that it might have been totally freak accident and she had to wear the big goals for the rest of the year when she played but but it doesn't seem like if that's going to happen in soccer I can't imagine what it happen and football. I've seen a few blaze where guys have gotten hit in their context takes. Komal leave the game. You'll see him looking around the ground and then eventually they just all this stupid okay partly or they. They'll be on the sideline squirting stuff in there. I try to I had it another story time. I used to wear contacts and I had it kind of suctioned at the top of my wall. I just lost the contact that I couldn't find eh event like thirty minutes later slid down my eye and I was like oh I can see again. Thankfully I've never had to wear contacts. I did wear contacts went to dragon con convention down in Atlanta in a these contacts that were like made your is completely wider. I can't remember or maybe they thought they were going to dark. Put those in and that was tough. I actually looking really tore of that. Night fell asleep with a win the next day. I was like what is in my eyes so yeah. They're ready to wear context thankful for that. molly ended up getting lacy doesn't have to wear contacts anymore now that was interesting at Lasix Surgery Center and Watan good grief. I thought it was just you know they shoot a laser in there. The dog cut your eyeball. I can watch it and they gave us a flash drive with the surgery on it and I was like no never watching that one the largest burn this now. They had a lady there with video care where videoing in narrating explaining everything that's going on is really cool so everybody's playing well. On. Every one definitely looks like they're trying to make a play. They want to make a play. There was one. I think it was hargreaves. There was slant going and Hargreaves got beat all day on this lanes. It's something we're going to work on but I I think I want to say it was hargreaves but he he dove for the ball to try and knock it down or that goes one of the ones for eighty eight. Olson in he dove and missed it and also ended up picking up yardage plays like that. I'm like I will never get upset about that. You know he tried Friday dove for it. It's the ones where they're not even trying that are infuriating yeah where they got their head turned around and looking at the catches the ball the jump at his feet and he just runs and they love contact her head towards a blocker speaking of that there was one play. I pointed this out in the video would would Labonte David with one of the reasons why I love David because he used to be excellent at getting awful blocks he was able to unblock for first couple years as what made him in elite linebacker her in there is one play the right tackle pulls and he comes over to the left and is delete blocker for McCaffrey well. He just happens happens to pull where LEVANTE DAVID IS COMING UP L. Avantis David toxic shoulder benzes legs puts his shoulder into that guy. I know that got all the breath had to have gone out of him and he almost lifts him off his feet and then gets a piece of McCaffrey as he runs runs by it was great. I mean here. It is a big three hundred pound right tackle trying to block Levante..

"Ali Bay. Today is September nineteenth two thousand nineteen we you got a game Sunday against the New York giants at Four O. Five PM week three in the NFL season count you gotTa stop that Chicago Barkley Getting New Rookie quarterback to feast on and spend sell long since we had a new game. Yes it has been seems like forever. It's almost like the a preseason or like oh by league committee by week. We've got the Tennessee Titans in jags plan tonight which initially I was like. I don't WanNa Watch that Josh but then I realized that we play both these teams this year and we'll see humphries see how he's doing. He's not doing so. He hasn't gotten any he passes thrown his way. Let me look up the stats real quick on that yes in week one against Cleveland he had five yards receiving and then against Indianapolis in week two. Oh he had to targets he caught both of them but gained negative one yard so he's been a complete non factor for Tennessee. What's record one one one yeah they'd lost Indianapolis Seventeen Nineteen. They beat the browns forty three to thirteen us so I gets you doesn't have the chemistry with markets allegheny heaven. Jameis Winston does not something well. It's GonNa be interesting to see how they're using him night. I've got Jacksonville's new new quarterback Sanca Porn Star Gardner minhsiu. Maybe that's why I like him and got. Dj Chart and my FLEX WCHS so this'll be interesting all new it is a bold move is an off year for me. Ralph's tired of winning at CNN seeing so he's trying to give the rest of us is not like if I win and he was going to quit so I think that we should just swap teams and then no one on now you control mine team. Control your team. We'll no no now because one hundred dollars. You just put it all out there. All right got the video review done of the Carolina Panthers game the video will it'll be up by the time you listen to this podcast. I wanted to have it out by like Sunday. I thought that because it was a Thursday night game they would have the all twenty two coaches film out by Saturday Saturday or so he didn't so it kind of screwed up my week and finally got it done today when they actually got it out later than they normally do and then they didn't have all the clips it was they were missing. A lot of the Carolina Panthers offensive plays so that caused a pileup anyhow it'll be out by the time he listens podcast. Go check it out on Book News Observer done. Her buccaneers observer on Youtube but with the data saying that I'm so proud of your videos I love them and I'm glad that you're putting in and out there because you've always show the games like this but then you're putting it out there for the world to see how you want to football game trying to get back the unique perspective one football. We'll thank you yeah like like I say the start of all those videos to me. It's not XS XS and os as as much as it is the Jimmy's and Joe's I like to watch the little things the guys fighting tripping falling mustard glaze heck. I would like to see who celebrates together to me. I think those are more important than the actual XS and Os. It's one of the problems I have with the game by sports. Madden it boiled the football football down to a lot of people think it's all scheme and it's also another problem. I have with fantasy football too because it's gotten fan bases to think that you can just take a a player that scores this many touchdown say wide receiver escorts as many touchdowns plug them into your team and he's GonNa score that many touchdowns. It's just not how it works. I mean we're all human players awesome team or human. There's got to be dynamics between the guys. We don't like somebody else going to mess up the whole team Bubba. This is a lot there. I think the human element limit is such an overlooked aspect of football. I believe a really do so. It's like when Ba came in and he's talking about changing the culture. He didn't say we all did but that's kind of what we're talking about hand. If you could see it you could see it in these first two games. These guys is are wanting to make plays. Everybody on the field is trying to make a play. There's no loafing. There's everybody's playing through the whistle their physical. It's totally different than anything anything. We've seen what data in the with the buccaneers since two thousand twelve two thousand thirteen those were the only two years I can think of where we had a physical team and guys has played hard through the whistle so he has changed the culture already one of the problems we had with Donovan Smith since he's been with the buccaneers is the fact looks too much and he doesn't play to the whistle but I can say this in these past two weeks. Donald Smith done neither of those. He's played to his contract which just south phenomenal because during the preseason we were complaining even more than usual about him because we were scared that we gave him all that money and he was just going to base as we give off but he hasn't. He's played very well. I think you know we've gone up against two pretty good defenses defensive lines and contain them it done well. I mean you know of course Dom Kevin Smith has made his four paws but all players are going to but he has more than he does band plays and that's what's important and also it's important context wind does in the band plays. Did you notice that play always talking about the other day where he actually finished blocking his guy and then didn't have anybody to block around. Iran look yes. They're all doing that everybody on the offensive line. I've appointed out in the video. You could see their swivelling their heads around looking to see if anybody else needs help and Donald Smith is playing through the whistle. He's not loaf and I haven't seen any loaf yet. That's amazing. That's that's actually incredible because I haven't so he's been here. I haven't seen a game where he didn't have at least what five six loafing plays yeah where he's taken off. He hasn't any he's played really good. The whole offensive of line is playing well. I like them all and in this game boy Jansen was obese man. He was just he was fight with everybody on the field. After the play he was pushing people around getting in their faces. I pointed out a couple of instances on the video with all twenty two coaches will you cut it off after the play is done sometimes you can see when they start getting in each other's faces and pushing it and everything coming from the AFC are they in the north. He was on Baltimore and they have such such an intense division rivalry with the steelers so that's kind of how he came up in the League and then he comes here so maybe it's just an automatic for him taff. Take US division games really seriously might be He's no Logan Mankins now. Mankins was the kind of guy that if if you were within arm's reach of him he was knocking you down. It didn't matter if it was after the whistle before the whistle or whatever he just he'd liked his personal space the he was fun to watch. I like to watch and make him being like that. In public like at the grocery store or taking to the Library of the the movie theater kid back the biggest guy who I think made a difference or you of course you gotTa Give Gilbert the Gameboy which he got it. I mean he played outstanding those three sacks that he got were nothing compared to all the other place he made he was just really really playing well top-notch football and he earned the NFC. I've seen defensive player of the week last week for that performance which was well-deserved oil deserved well-deserved and it wasn't just because Williams sixty on the panthers year a lot of the Panthers Panther fans or Saint Paul Williams suck now it was killed Barrett because he did it across the line when he got up on the left side or the right up against the right tackle US beaten that got to and there's quite a few who plays where you know he was in Cam Newton's phase one time he got a spin move on Williams had a straight shot Cam Newton he was going to destroy Cam Newton and Williams's reached out unhealthy ended up getting flagged for but he had to because it was gonNA destroy came there so Shaquille Barrett played very well but what the unsung hero was whitehead. I just love how men have fallen in love with this guy every game he is. He's tough. He's hard hittin. He's he's in position all the time. He makes the right choices and he's around that ball every single play and he plays safety but he's never he's not a DJ. He's usually up in the box walks. They having play in that. Would they call Buchanan money knacker. He's like a money backer. Now I mean he's made a couple of bad place but generally he's just on on point. He hit McCaffrey in the head so hard one time. I don't know how they flagged out of the penalty but the referees are idiots they had held. McCaffrey was being tackled. This is in the videos well. The McCaffrey was being tackled and whitehead comes running. He's about fifteen yards away. He comes running full speed while McCaffrey's being held up up and just hits McCaffrey so hard you could see. I mean I'm filming this at thirty frames per second and in one frame. McCaffrey's head is over here in the next frame. It's like two feet over and he just he hits McCaffrey so hard and that was a big key to the game was we were extremely physical and we beat the crap out of McCaffrey. I mean we every play. We had somebody on him. Beating the mess out of cleaning beat Alabama either time yes put his weight on him a lot in not not title. Hill Nacho did it so Nacho was in there and he got a chance to get a hold of McCaffrey. They were mall in that guy and it worked that last play the game normally late. McCaffrey would've made that but I think he was so beat up and scared that he he was like Oscar this. I'm going out of bounds so yeah gotta give Whitehead Props. He has played great past two games James. He's really been a unsung hero on our team. I think soon Adama Congress Su he he played. I mean pointed out some place in the video where he had some good moves. That's not good stuff. He got a few pressures but there was a lot of him. Get one on one kind of pushed around. I don't know if he was sick or whatever but he would just did not look like the Sui Louis normally looks like which was surprising to me because I thought this was going to be a sous versus McCoy game where both of them were going to prove their worth. You know try to beat the other guy stat stat wise or whatever it just didn't seem that interesting. He did play Babai Amy and just got us this show that McCoy cares about sue more than sue cares toying good point think about that was probably like yeah..

We will get STAN Van Gundy straight talk on what he thinks of Tiger Woods going to the White House for the congressional medal of freedom in a second. But first Mike Ryan, would you please? We've had two crazy back toback soccer days in just stunning days. And I don't know which of the days was crazier. Can you give the people sixty seconds of soccer talk, please to once in a lifetime days back to back about that? Like, I lived to lifetimes. All right soccer yesterday. We told you about Liverpool's amazing comeback where they race a three zero aggregate deficit to win that aggregate four to three to advance to the Champions League. Final in the best of two series. And by the way, they did a without Sala or for me. No two of their best players yesterday. I XE played Tottenham in the other semifinal. I x one the first game at Tottenham one zero. So they got one of those important away goals, and they hosted them in the second leg and went up to two nil in that game. So they had a three goal lead on aggregate with important away goal. Tottenham came all the way back. They score two goals within four minutes of each other. When a right before the sixtieth minute and in the ninety six minute after several balls hit post in the eightieth minute or so a game winner for Tottenham in the ninety six minute to give them the away goal tiebreaker on a three three aggregate to send Tottenham Hotspur all the way to the final immigrated in all English final against liver. Thing. Well done. Thank you time. Yeah. I appreciate to. Stand your wits to God's on soccer is dead soccer's awful. That's no, no, no, listen. I liked the game. And I actually like watching it. I mean, the skill is incredible conditionings incredible the rules to me. I mean, first of all this extra time stuff where nobody except the referees know how much time left. So that guy can just decide to seems like a good time. That's not true anymore. That's not true anymore. Now, you're You're saying. saying before they crowd. Yeah. Have a best of two series. Come on. "The Carolina Panthers in the aftermath of their sixth consecutive loss. Even as Cam Newton was addressing us post game and telling us that he's having trouble throwing and that the the lack of practices, certainly interrupting his rhythm that there's definitely paying their that. He's frustrated even in in light of that. The Panthers originally said that they would not be making a change. They would not be putting Cam Newton. And I are they would not be switching to different quarterback not as long as they had postseason hopes and Ron Rivera tell us it was a slim glimmer that's a direct quote from coach Rivera, a slim glimmer of hope so for that reason they were not going to make a change at quarterback twenty four hours later different. Tune. We had the opportunity to visit with the doctors the trainers and Cam himself talking with Mardian and the owner, obviously we felt that our best opportunity when a football game is to have a healthy Taylor start. I this week. We'll go from there. Very good conversation with Cameron, and he understood he understood are thinking behind this. And again, he's he's disappointed. He's frustrated. You know him he wants to play. And this is one of those things that we just, you know, we've had a great conversation. He understands going forward. This injury report brought to you by the salt institute. So let's take a look a little bit at what has happened with Cam Newton and his sore shoulder. It's been like this inflate October. And while the Panthers have chosen to let him play through it. Especially the red flags considering he's had to shoulder surgeries already. They've now decided that Taylor Heinecke is a better option for them in this game against Atlanta coming up in week sixteen. It will be Haneke's. I start as for Cam. According to multiple reports he is not going to have another surgery yet. There's the caveat not yet. But there could in fact be another operation, even if it's just exploratory in his future. He's got nine touchdowns and nine interceptions over the six game losing skid. And here's a stat that blew me away..
