"AP sports, I'm Ben Thomas, on a big day in college football and the big game had Ohio State hosting Michigan. Then in cap on how it played out. CFP number three Michigan stuns number two Ohio State 45 23 JJ McCarthy threw for 263 yards and three touchdowns and ran in another to help Michigan outscore Ohio State 28 three in the second half and approved a 12 clinching a spot in the Big Ten championship game. Job's not finished. We got so much more to do. CJ Stroud sauce for 349 yards and two touchdowns, but it was too late interceptions that sealed the buckeyes fate, Ohio State drops to 11 and one. Number one, Georgia overcame a slow start to beat Georgia Tech 37 14 and finish another undefeated regular season one number four TCU crushed Iowa state 62 14. But Michigan's decisive victory over Ohio State does offer some hope for playoff aspirants. Correspondent Mark Myers reports in USC took a giant step closer with a 38 27 win over Notre-Dame. Quarterback Caleb Williams encountered for four touchdowns, one passing in three running for the now 11 in one Trojans. Williams is now considered the leading candidate to capture the Heisman Trophy. But LSU tripped up falling to Texas a and M 38 23 head coach Brian Kelly. We just, for some reason, we're off today. In Clemson lost by a point to South Carolina, Alabama took the iron bowl 49 27 over auburn, coach Nick Saban says, despite two losses, the crimson tide merit playoff consideration. This team didn't give up on themselves. They didn't give up on each other. They kept fighting and won some tough games. Tennessee thrashed Vanderbilt 56 to nothing while Oregon state stunned Oregon 38 34. In the NBA, the raptures Lakers rockets and sons all winners, the NHL, oilers, hurricanes, blues, Maple Leafs, Devils, islanders, avalanche and Canucks at the World Cup Argentina over Mexico, France towns, Denmark, Australia beat Tunisia and Poland topped Saudi Arabia. "So I'll kind of close with this and then we'll get to the next question because we're running low on time. When does life begin? At first breath. At first breath. That moral standard of first breath would therefore believe that you could have abortion up until the life until the moment of birth. Life begins at conception. I'm going to say this as nicely as I possibly can. You're a drummer at a church. You should probably reconsider that because you are advocating for the most horrific and brutal eugenic non Christian abortion policies that I could possibly imagine. I hope you prayerfully reconsider and repent. Thank you for being here tonight. Thank you for being here tonight. Thank you. Hi, I'm a big fan of yours. Thank you. And I'm really nervous. So if I have I love the bills, by the way, they are my favorite team because they never win 5 super bowls in a row. They lost four or 5. Four. It's so tragic. I love how they never win. And I'm cheering for them. I love Josh Allen. He's amazing. He loves playing the sport. They're my favorite team. I have nothing to do with. So I assume that you know about the trans woman in the girls locker room in Vermont. And so I of course disagree with that completely. And I don't believe we should accommodate for trans people, but for the safety of actual women and to avoid another situation like what happened in Virginia twice, this year and last year, with a boy who decided that he wanted to put on a skirt and go into the girls restroom and decided to rip an actual girl, do you believe that we should make a trans locker room for people with this issue? No. We should not accommodate our society based on somebody's mental delusion or illness. I hope they get treatment. I hope they get compassionate treatment, which is not gender affirming care. Psychologists should not affirm your delusion they should challenge you with love back into alignment of how God made you. And so what is the solution if you're a man who thinks you're a woman, go in the men's locker room. Go wear a dress in the men's locker room. Why do we need to accommodate you and put you in a locker room or you're choosing answer because we completely inverted our morality to give a platform to people that claim they're oppressed and in reality they aren't. And we should not reconfigure society based on groups that say that, oh, feel so sorry because I'm a victim you actually, that's not the way that we should do things instead you get a lot of other people having to re accommodate their language, their speech and their privacy and the protection of our women for some sort of fringe mental illness that unfortunately is plaguing our country. Thank you. Hi, Charlie. Hi, Charlie. So you mentioned earlier that you wanted to meet an anti war left. This is a genuine one. Well, you've got one standing right in front of you. Grace, Scott, man. Thanks for being here. So pretty much every U.S. president for the past 20 years has disappointed the living hell out of them when it comes to foreign policy. George Bush with the 2003 invasion of Iraq, Barack Obama with that barbaric drone program. And frankly, Donald Trump's was not too much better. And now Joe Biden and I don't like the foreigner $60 billion of weapons he sold the Saudi Arabia. That's fair, but come on. I mean, Trump at least let's go through Trump. I mean, come on. Listen, he didn't start World War three like CNN knows. I acknowledge that. Okay, well, I'm doing somewhere. All right. I'm just saying, I'm not going to pretend that he's this, you know, that he's the all time pacifist because I don't see well, I don't think he was an all time pacifist, but could he at least agree he was the greatest challenge to the American foreign policy neoconservative regime. In a generation. I don't see it as that different from Barack Obama as the drone strikes the intervention. Okay, let's go through it. Then, okay, so Trump was given a choice whether or not to escalate in Afghanistan or to draw down. He was drawn down correctly. And he went against every one of his generals. They intervened. And the numbers actually fluctuated throughout his presidency. They didn't go. But there was a withdrawal plan, admittedly he didn't go through with it and because he didn't get reelected and don't get me wrong. I'm not exactly part of it. I'm not a big fan of Joe Biden's withdrawal plan. In my opinion, you know, that was a catastrophe. It was an insult to everyone. The troops should have been the last ones to leave. They should have kept a barrier between the Taliban and Kabul that was pretty awesome. It's also like you got to remove a kidney. You don't take a pocket knife and just start, you know, that was basically our withdrawal from Afghanistan. But hold on, let's go through the Trump thing. I think I might be able to win you over on this. He's the only president to be able to administer peace between Israel and Arab partners. That's a good thing. That's a good thing. Right. He was also he rejected calls and clamor to escalate with Iran that very well could have been even worse than the Ukrainian S Ukrainian escalation. He met with Putin to try to deescalate tensions with Russia. You got to give some acknowledgment here. The wrong thing actually with Soleimani, I don't think that was a deescalation. I don't think the president of the United States can basically general that Congress that we have not declared war on. That's actually probably a fair point, but I would disagree in this. I agree on the congressional part. I disagree on the I think he has universal law powers out there. I think that I think that dropping bombs on generals that are actually fighting ISIS in Syria. I think that's a bad idea. Yeah, there's a little more complicated money to kill a bunch of Americans. It's a lot more complicated than that. All right, but here's the thing though, was it worse potentially risking a war that would kill more? It didn't. So but what if it did though? So it's a hypothetical that resulted in actually deescalate tension. But here's what I think I will agree with you on. Is that the Ukrainian thing? Let's focus on that, right? What's going on with Ukraine is insane? We should all agree with that. It is wrong to send $75 billion to a proxy war that we might end up having to fight a nuclear armed power. You agree with that, right? Yeah, absolutely. And this country our schools are trash or infrastructure is trash, a $3 trillion in debt..

"I do have a question about you about cannabis. You probably don't get many questions about the cannabis. So I would like to ask you about your stance of canvas and in follow up with some questions. Probably in the past overly policed but should not be legalized. Should not be legalized. And what is the reasons why you don't believe you believe it should stay illegal? We have an overwhelming amount of data to show when it's legalized states get more dangerous. It gets messier, more homelessness, more vagrancy, more overdoses, more kids going on drugs, more heroin overdoses. It is a gateway drug regardless of what people say. It's laced with chemicals with fentanyl with hallucinogenics, Colorado went from the tenth in carjackings to first in carjackings, fourth and arson to the first in arson, third and rape, to the second in rape. I mean, I could go through every statistic. Every state that has legalized weed has seen more crime more vagrancy, more dropouts, more kids on the social outcast of society. But what do you say that when you legalize marijuana, you can see the lab tests, you can see all the toxic chemicals inside of the cannabis plant, you can see how much THC is in there, how much CBD, what terpenes that has limiting, pining, mercy, there's lots of, there's a lot of cannabinoids inside. Sounds terrible. No, no, no, it's actually good. It's actually quite unique because there are different strains with different types of benefits. Some people take it, recreationally, some people take it for medical purposes. So why not we legalize it so it's safer for our community so people know what they're consuming and also that also we take marijuana off of the schedule. The drug, yes. To make it federally legal. Federally. Let me ask you this. You say why not? Can you give me an example of any state that is legalized weed and it's gotten safer. And it's gotten safer. So my knowledge is basically based on not necessarily my questions not basically about it whether about that statistics, but it's safer. I mean, that would be probably critical. It's safer in terms of consumption in terms of what you're consuming if it has if it has toxic chemicals. Yeah, but guess what? You know, people still buy illegal weed despite the fact there's weed dispensaries on the corner in Vegas and in Denver. You don't get rid of the illegal drug market. You only enhance them to go to harder drugs and things they can't get in the store itself. There's more drug use in America than ever before and we've legalized more drugs than ever before. It's been the great failure of the drug project the last ten years. Every promise they've made is wrong. Oh, it's going to weaken the cartels. No, it's not. They're stronger than ever. Oh, we're going to get all this drug revenue, actually not really. There's more. There's more need for revenue because of the services that we can't even facilitate because of all the drugs. Or how about this one? They're like, oh yeah, it's better because kids are passing drugs in school. Yeah, now they're passing fentanyl in school no longer weed in school. And so not only that, the crime, the vagrancy, the homelessness, the defecation, everywhere it's legalized, has gotten more dangerous. Period. So why would you want to bring that to our communities? So it's not so that's not what I'm asking. That's not what I was basically talking about here. What I'm talking about is basically the consumption of the safety Ness about of people who consume cannabis and also there are many, many lots of good benefits too in terms of there are a lot of good terpenes in terms of limonene also pining actually..

"But like, okay, so let me stick with this. What do you think? We'll edit that out. Oh, my bad. Wait, am I not allowed to, it's not encouraged? Oh, okay, sorry. What was the third point? My mind is dying. The social construction of race. The social construction of race. Do you not think that race is at least partially socially constructed? It depends how you define it. So what defines where one race ends and where one race begins? Depends who you're asking, I think race is completely and totally irrelevant. Do you think race is relevant? No. Okay, then why are we talking about race all the time? And why are we talking about critical race theory? Well, you brought it up at first when you were doing your speech. So I said it was a lie from the pit of hell that we should repudiate and stop talking about all the time. You're on scholarship. Sorry, what? Nothing. Sorry, go ahead. So to answer your question. I don't think the race means anything. And I guess you don't either, right? Yeah. Right. So then why do you keep bringing up race whenever you're on or speaking on a stage? I am not speaking on a stage bringing up critical race theory. You know, I'm bringing up how critical race theory destroys society and how we shouldn't talk about race all the time. Okay. But you're bringing up race. You know, critical race theory, not race. Okay, so what's the second word in that? Yeah, it's race, but it's a theory of how to view race of which is a mind virus pathogen destroying America, of which I said again just to reemphasize for those in the back. We could replay the tape, we throw the red flag to watch it over again. I said that what? Race means nothing I care about your actions, your character, and most importantly, your soul. Thank you for being here tonight. Thank you. So I'm not really asking much of a question, but I'm looking for advice. I want to run for Congress in a few years when I become of age. And I'm just wondering if you have any pointers or direction you can help guide me. You should run. We need more young people to run. We have turning point action, which is not represented here tonight, which is our political arm that would love to help you and train you and pour into you. It's an amazing organization that's doing such awesome things. Knock on more doors than your opponent have a message that resonates to voters, respect your elders and talk to people that have been in politics for a while and listen to them. I don't like when young people run for office and they don't listen to people that have been around for a while. They've really cut their teeth. They've been through a lot. It's something that I had to learn the hard way, hard way early on and really be like, okay, what did you learn through this? What happened in this cycle and all that? They have a lot of wisdom to pass down. And I think you're going to be very welcomed and well received as a younger candidate. I mean that. Thank you. God bless you. Thank you. Hey, Charlie. Packed Black Friday sports schedule

"AP sports I'm Tom Miriam. On Black Friday, the NBA and NHL were as busy as the shopping malls. 14 NBA games and 13 on the ice were played the day after both leagues were off for Thanksgiving. The Celtics added to their league leading record by beating searching Sacramento as Jason Tatum scored 30 with help from the Boston bench. I think when we might have been down for the end of the half of ten, he knows because of those guys came in and just changed the momentum. The bucks kept pace by beating the Cavaliers thanks largely to a 35, ten third quarter in which Bobby port has played a key role. Felt good for us overall as a basketball team, because it felt like we was playing books, basketball, for a chance. Victories also for the Lakers heat suns, warriors, nuggets, grizzly sixers pacers, rockets, thunder hornets, and the trailblazers in overtime over the Knicks. NHL, the bruins became the first team to win its first 12 home games in the season, as they beat the hurricanes three to two in overtime on David pasternak's gold. Big win for us, obviously, and coming from behind, you know, after Thanksgiving, the game is never easy, so it's good with. The devil's after having their 13 game win streak snap bounced back with a three one win in Buffalo. Other winners, the capitals penguins islanders red wings, Maple Leafs Canadians kraken jets, senators kings and lightning, with Braden points scoring too early goals. I think both teams were into it right away. It was nice to get a couple goals for us early. Pretty good jump on the game. I thought it was a fun game. World Cup soccer, the United States finished in a scoreless tie with England as coach Greg berhalter's young team had the better scoring chances. Overall, pleased with the performance of the group, most importantly, the belief of the group, because that never wavered. The U.S. now must be to ran on Tuesday to advance to the knockout round. Plenty of college action on Black Friday, football winners included four ranked teams tulane, Florida state UCLA and Texas, and basketball top ranked North Carolina lost a wire with state. "I don't have an edgy race question. Okay. But my question is, when 63% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, not even able to afford a home car or even basic necessities when wages have only increased 15% since 1965, while the cost of a home is increased a 118%. How does free market neoliberal capitalism address these issues when free market capitalism breeds these various issues? So I probably agree with part of that. I would reject the neoliberal because I'm not a neoliberal, I believe. The economy is neoliberal. You're not neoliberal. Well, not actually the economy is partially neoliberal. So you're also not neoliberal. Part of our trade part of our trade policies have recently where global we are globalized, we write globalization, that is neoliberal. You're getting way ahead of yourself, dude. You're at like a ten, you got to slow down to like a 6. Okay, I'm here. I'm listening. Okay, good. All right, so how would free market capitalism fix part of this? Well, the answer is that there are externalities of free market capitalism markets should serve people. People should not serve markets. I would say generally some of the facts that you cited are totally correct. I talked about the destruction of the American middle class. Some of that can be attributed to bad government policy. Hopefully you and I can agree that the government being able to create money out of thin air crushes the American middle class and creates a tax called inflation where every single working person in this room is one month poor, despite working harder this year. That is because of government, not because of free market capitalism that inflation is running out of control. We spent $5 trillion we don't have on pet projects that were silly and awful and terrible. To your point though, and I actually can agree and I am not a neoliberal, is I actually think that our economic policy needs to be done prudently, not ideologically in the sense that we should make more stuff here. We should protect the muscular class. We need to have our own industrial base. Immigration should serve the American citizen, both legal, and we should have no illegal immigration. We should have a moratorium on legal immigration until wages go up and American workers and students are put first and given a preference. But I would say this though, there are some market forces that could be generally really good. Okay, and just throwing away all markets and kind of one sentence and just kind of dismissing it. I think would be a catastrophic mistake. I'll give you some examples. I'm not anti market. Okay, good. I'm glad you clarified that. But I'd say that generally the ability to be able to trade across state lines for small businesses to start new products for family owned business to pass down one family to the other without these crazy taxes and estate taxes. These are things I would support. Does that answer your question a little bit? Yeah, but that's not free market capitalism then. Okay, well it depends how you define it, right? So do you mean laissez-faire no government interference lazy? It doesn't have to be laissez-faire. It's just that's not free market if you're only restricting jobs to America. It's not free market. Okay, well actually it is because Adam Smith the author of wealth of nations was a protectionist. Abraham Lincoln was a protectionist. So the original free market thinkers of the 1700s and 1800s, including Alexander Hamilton, they were free markets, but they were also nationalists. They wanted their country to be able to thrive and succeed because markets should serve people in the country, people in the country should not serve markets. That's my position economically. Markets are a general good for society. We should only intervene prudently when we see externalities that start to harm people or wages go down or there are results that we don't like in that regard. Thank you for your question. And thanks for being here today..

Mexico wants American extradited on charges in tourist death

"Prosecutors in Mexico are pushing for the extradition of an American woman suspected in the death of one of her traveling companions. Mexican prosecutors have not named the woman they filed charges against, but a video that has been widely circulating on social media shows Robinson of Charlotte, North Carolina, being beaten by another woman, a man with an American accent can be heard asking Robinson, can you at least fight back Robinson says no. The group Robinson was traveling with left Mexico after she was found dead October 29th in a villa they had been renting, and autopsy revealed that Robinson died of a severe spinal cord or neck injury. Prosecutors in the state of Baja, California Sur, say they've approached Mexican federal prosecutors and diplomats to try to get the woman extradited to face charges in Mexico and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. Bills, Vikings and Cowboys score Thanksgiving wins.

"AP sports, I'm Mike Reeves, it was a busy Thanksgiving Day in the NFL with three games on the schedule, the bills were in Detroit to meet the Lions, correspondent Denny cap, was there and has this report. Tyler bass boots a 45 yard field goal with two seconds left as the bills hang on to beat the Lions 28 25 on Thanksgiving Day, passes heroics from 8 necessary after he missed an extra point late in the fourth quarter, which allowed Lions kicker Michael batchley to sign the game on a 51 yarder with 23 seconds left. Sometimes you do everything that you write and sometimes you just get unlucky. We got unlucky, but we have a great group of guys that support me and have my back and I was able to reset and focus on the next big. Josh Allen put bounced into position to win the game, orchestrating a 48 yard drive spurred by a 36 yard pass the Stefan Diggs. Bob Stephens was on hand to watch the cowboys host the Giants. The Dallas Cowboys rallied to defeat the New York Giants 28 20 on Thanksgiving, overcoming a 13 7 deficit with 21 unanswered points in the second half. Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy says the cowboys time of possession keyed the win. Excellent division win game we had to have and I love the fire team and really what tried to break their method. And one thing I'm talking about is controlling the ball was a big focus for us today. That Prescott threw for 261 yards and two touchdowns the Dalton Schultz, CD lamb caught 6 for one O 6, while Daniel Jones threw for two 28 in a touchdown for the Giants. In Minnesota Kirk Cousins finds Adam Thielen in the end zone with 9 34 left to give the Vikings a 33 26 win over the Patriots, it was cousins third scoring strike of the game, just a phenomenal catch by him. I thought that the way he's able to catch that football, keep his feet in bounds. It just says a lot about his ability. One of the things he does really well is his body control and he's just overall athleticism and he showed it there. A great play by him. In college football, Mississippi state gets passed almost 24 22 in college troops in top 5 action number one North Carolina and number three Kansas are winners. I'm Mike Reeves, AP sports.

Embrace Your Family This Holiday Season

"Love in the air, a lot of tears. I was in South Carolina for a funeral. Dear friend of mine who lost their son. To addiction, second family I know that has lost their child to addiction and it's awful. The scourge of addiction and despair, it's heartbreaking, and it's something that we've got to tackle. We've got to face this. We got to deal with it. I am inspired, though, by the love that I felt in that church yesterday, a beautiful funeral service and a lot of beautiful people lifting my friend's family up. They have a beautiful family, beautiful daughters. They're going to persevere. They're going to get through this, and they're going to have young field in their heart, always. And I just want to remind you to embrace your family, lean into the love of your family, be lifted and lifted up by the support and the love family is everything. And again, a lot of pain and hurt in the world right now. I'm thinking about those families of those four beautiful kids who were stabbed to death in Idaho. I'm thinking about the family, the families of all these police recruits in Whittier, California, imagine what you can't. You can't even begin to imagine what some of these families are experiencing, and it's so tough going into the holiday season. It's so difficult.

The Power of State Legislatures

"Debbie and I have been talking about the power of state legislatures to address issues in particularly election issues. I mean, look at this. Look at the not just GOP dominance in all these states, but it's the degree of dominance. I'm just going to read very quickly Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wyoming. And again, those are the states in which Republicans dominate both houses, but the margins are huge. Look at Wyoming. The Senate Republicans 28. It doesn't surprise me in white. And the house. 55 to 5. 5 to 5. But look at Texas, honey, Senate, 19 to 12 House 86 to 64. So I mean, you're not talking about one seat or two seat. You're talking about decisive majority. What Republicans say in these states go? Yeah. Those.

"Have a sort of a pet thief. And that is everybody sort of lives and dies on the federal races and the presidential rights of the Senate at the house. And you and I are part of that. But the reality is governing this closest to the people is actually the governing that affects the people the most. And that would be things that you just got through working a lot of Supreme Court Justices, circuit appeals justice. And county commissioner, city councils. Tell us a little about what you did after the Senate race in North Carolina and had some really good results at. Yeah, you know, in North Carolina, for the last several years, we've had a democratic led North Carolina Supreme Court. They've thrown out legislative that was passed by the state House, things like voter ID, last year they rewrote the congressional lines, had two guys for Michigan come in and actually draw the maps overriding their own state's constitution. Other things in the past and what has happened. People like Eric holder and others have come in and sued her legislation because they knew the North Carolina Supreme Court would go along with it. Well, thank God we were able to flip that from four three Democrat to 5 two Republican as well as some wins on the Court of Appeals as a backdrop. The reason why this impacts all the way down the local person is the people that they're voting for state House to go and represent the past legislation now it is protected. So whether it's school board, whether it's county commission or whether it's state House, whether it's your north judges or Georgia judges or anybody else. Virginia judges you name it. That's why this is so important that people engage at their local level.

Former North Carolina Congressman Mark Walker Talks Midterm Results

"Let's get started. Let's just overall, you know, I just made that it reminds me, I think you've watched this show before. It was an old show from the early I can't believe I'm saying it's an old show. I mean, talking about made me feel bad. West wing from the early 2000s, you know, there was this episode called the midterms, the kids you not, in which they're sitting at the end of the show, they're all sitting around talking and saying we spent $400 million, $500 million was spent to end up in the exact same place in which we started. That's happened again, Mark. Help me understand. Well, I think spot on, Doug, if you're looking at the analytics of a few results that we're still waiting on from California, this could be the exact flip, two 22, two 22 to two 13, or yeah, two 22 to two 13, just like the Nancy Pelosi Democrats have ever. It is better, obviously, as you and I know that the Republicans have usurped the majority. I just want to make sure that we're being truthful to the American people of what these expectations are because there's a lot of hope. There's a whole lot of stuff out here. What day one we're going to do this, day one. Be careful what you promised because I think that's part of the problem that we get into that these days is overshooting the runway with the rhetoric as opposed to the results.

Pastor Paul Chappell: What's the Faith-Base of Those 12 Republicans?

"Have a list. This is a freshly updated list of Republican senators who are supporting this, and all of these folks, by the way, were just like Barack Obama and one of them in particular was staunchly opposed to same sex marriage. That would be Mitt Romney of Utah, who now supports the bill, also Tom tillis of North Carolina, rob Portman of Ohio and Susan Collins of Maine, a Lisa Murkowski is hinting that she will support this along with senators, let's see here. Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa, telling Business Insider that she was keeping an open mind about the bill. So you could have more Republican senators joining the Democrats pastor. Yes, that's a concern. And I always, as a pastor, I always ask myself, what's the faith base of the individual making that vote, what's going on at their home church? Because it usually influences them. And then the second thing is who are their donors. And there's a lot of money that comes from this crowd. What they're all saying is that this was passed at the Supreme Court level. We're just agreeing with the Supreme Court. But that's not exactly as I understand it true. This is an opportunity for them to be what our founders intended. It checks and balances in how far this law is codified and how much of a nuisance it becomes to the faith community. And so at the very least, they need to consider language in the in this that excludes religious organizations and I've yet to hear about that. Well,

And when I called tied, I got voicemails. And I left a voicemail and for Tom till I asked him why he was explaining why he was supporting that. That's going to declare war on people of faith. You know, he and I are about to stay in age and I also ask him if he could give me one biblical verse and the holy Bible old test of a New Testament that condones marriage between people of the same sex. Todd, it's not just this issue with pillows or burr, going back a year ago when it was extending the debt limit and then the infrastructure Bill, it was the gun Bill earlier this year. These guys have voted to write lock stock and barrel with Joe Biden. And when they vote that way Todd and you call them up, all you get is the voicemail and they will not call you back. They are tone deaf to the people like me that have voted to put them in office. And once they get there and Washington tide, I don't know why. "T fooled everybody on that play. He's got Hollywood Brown. He's got a touchdown. It's a 1510 5 touchdown. We've got to go white out Wednesday here on NFL live after an off season full of big trades and massive contracts. Adam Schefter takes us through how it all went down. What's up with all these wide receivers? There never has been an all season in which so many wide receivers have run out routes going from one team to another. Let this serve as a reminder. Devonta Adams is now in Las Vegas catching goals from Derek Carr instead of Aaron Rodgers. Tyreek hill is in Miami, teaming up with two of tongo by lower instead of Patrick Mahomes. AJ Brown now shares a huddle with Jalen hurts in Philadelphia instead of Ryan Tannehill in Tennessee. Amari Cooper will be joining forces with deshaun Watson in Cleveland, not dak Prescott in Dallas, while George Landry has left Cleveland for New Orleans. Alan Robinson is in Los Angeles to join forces with Matthew Stafford instead of Justin Fields and Robert Woods left LA to team up with Tannehill in Tennessee. At a time when more players are being in power, no position has exercised those powers more than wide receivers. Plenty to break down with all these deals, but let's stick with Devante Adams because a lot of people assume that he would be back in Green Bay after Aaron Rodgers agreed to return. We know how that ended now. Adams prepping to play with Derek Carr in Las Vegas and what a weapon he is since the start of the 2018 season, Adams leads the NFL in receptions receiving yards and receiving touchdowns, but what will that prediction production rather look like with a new team and a new quarterback former packers quarterback and Hall of Famer Brett Favre weighed in on the topic with TMZ sports. I do think that devonta will make dairy car better and in time they will be a dynamic duo. Now will it be the duo that Aaron and devonta had time will tell, I think Derek Carr was very good quarterback. But he's not an Aaron's league. I'd be shocked if he had the same year. He's had previous years. That's not to say he can't do it, but I would be shocked. Dan Jeremy and rob back with us now and that's Brett Favre's take. But Dan, let's start with you. Do you see any sort of drop off for atoms this fall? I don't think so. Look, Kelsey, I mean, when you talk to people around the league about devonta Adams, I don't think there's a strong sense that he's an Aaron Rodgers creation, right? He's asked defensive backs who are the toughest receivers to cover, and his name always comes up first or almost or close to first. One of the first, his releases are great. He in and out of breaks, you know, he runs his route. I think he'll do very, very well. You can argue that he has a supporting cast around him of past catchers. It might be superior to what they had in recent years in Green Bay. When you look at the likes of Darren Waller and hunter Renfro, guys like that, it may be that he doesn't even have to see the same kind of defensive attention that he saw in Green Bay. So while Brett Favre, obviously, I think it's fair to assume that any receiver would be somewhat less without Aaron Rodgers. I think in this particular case, Devante Adams with his level of skill, going to play with a guy he knows very well from college and Derek Carr. I think it's possible he just keeps it going. Yeah, Dan, Darren Waller looms large here because I'm told that they came out of OTAs and mini camp with Waller and the Raiders offense, thinking, hey, we really have something here. Josh McDaniels offense, pretty friendly to tight ends, depending on the matchup each week. They could really feed him a lot and you have three guys when you count Adams Waller and hunter renfrow that you all have to get involved. But to Dan's point, if you ask 20 people around the league, who's the best wide receiver right now in the NFL, I would say at least 12 to 15 would say Devante Adams. So he's a singular talent that stands alone. He's got the chemistry with Derek Carr from their Fresno state days. So he will get fed the ball, it just depends on whether it's going to be the same appetite as he got in Green Bay. Put up video game like numbers when they were at Fresno state. I'm sure that looks a little bit different. This go round, rob, what do you think? He's going to have a huge year. And I bet you Josh McDaniels is sitting at the lunch table, just drawing up plays on napkins. Like, oh, this is going to be a great one with Waller. Oh, this is going to be a great one with Adams together in the slot. Oh, one's going vertical. One's running under route. I really think that he's going to have a great, great year because of the fact that you got car, you got that chemistry from college. They already talked about the chemistry. And then you also talk about having a tight end, which Joshua McDaniels has great experience with the tight end position Rob Gronkowski. So I think that he will have a great career and a great season this year just based on the fact it's a fresh start. We know what he can do and he's excited to go to a new place and play with his old college teammate. It will change definitely with a different quarterback and all the weapons he has around him. He was targeted 32% of his routes last season. The highest rate by any receiver in the NFL. FX's What We Do in the Shadows. I don't know what it means, but I like how it sounds. The show Rolling Stone called TV's funniest comedy returns. My search for new wife is not been going so great. Wait, where are you going? We're going to open a vampire night club. We want to attract rich humans. They're conceptually repulsive, but hell, battery on my tongue. FX's What We Do in the Shadows veneers July 12th on FX stream on Hulu. Dolphins give Tyree kill a four year $120 million deal. Malcolm nation, I am so ready to be a part of spins up. This move is great. Monumental for the dolphins. They are explosive and they are all in. That's what I do, baby. I'm a cheater, man. Tyree kill Gina, touchdown. You can't catch me. The Miami Dolphins have surrounded two a tongue by loa with loads of offensive talent. You're up, man. It's going to be a fast season, but it's going to be a fun season. Big quarterback news today, but we are sticking with the wide outs right now on this white out Wednesday. And the massive moves that teams made this off season, the focus now turns to tyreek hill, who was traded from Kansas City to Miami back in April. So tua has to be thrilled, Dan with this edition. And with that comes, all kinds of pressure. So how big a year of it, Dan? Is this for tua in Miami? The biggest. I mean, the look, he was the number four, 5 overall pick, just two years ago, one ahead of Justin Herbert, who's everybody's darling and getting MVP love in the preseason this year. So he's got to show that he can be the guy. He hasn't stayed healthy for either of his first two seasons. So he's got to do that. And you heard Adam's comment there in the lead in. They've surrounded him with loads of offensive talent. Tyreek hill, a very deep running back room. They went out and got him a high priced left tackle toron Armstead. From the New Orleans Saints, everything is set up for two a tongue by loa to show the Miami Dolphins and their new coaching staff. He can be the guy to lead them into the future. And if he doesn't show it, I do think that they're going to be looking elsewhere at that position next off season. And Tyree kills the absolute best weapon at a young quarterback and have. I recently talked to an AFC scout, who had a great quote. They said, Tyreke Hill really is like the Steph Curry of the NFL, just because of the space he creates on the field with his speed. You have to put two guys on him. Sometimes three, you can move them all over. And so it just creates more space for everybody else. And the chiefs are going to greatly miss that, but the dolphins are going to love it. Now, the chiefs meanwhile are just going to try to equal opportunity offense their way through this season, but Andy Reid Patrick Mahomes have won at least 12 games every year they've been together with mahomes as the starter and they like guys like Marquez Valdez scanlan, juju Smith Schuster. They'll make it work. And just like Steph Curry, you put other people on him and he still finds ways to do what he wants. Rob, what are your

"carolina" Discussed on NFL Live

"Welcome into NFL live. We have got some major breaking news to start the show. It comes out of Cleveland as the browns have officially traded Baker Mayfield to the Carolina Panthers pending a team physical. Adam Schefter is here with us now in Adam, what more can you tell us about the deal? The truth of the matter is a deal between these two teams came close to happening a couple of weeks back and talks never really evaporated. The two sides stayed in contact and Carolina remained as really the best and lone hope for Baker Mayfield where he would wind up where he would be traded. And so in return, the Cleveland Browns get back a conditional 2024 5th round draft pick that could go up to a fourth round draft pick based on playtime here. Obviously the browns will pay ten and a half $1 million of Baker Mayfield's $18.85 million salary for the season. The Carolina Panthers are paying $4.85 million of baker salary and baker is giving back some money that he can earn an incentives, but now the Carolina Panthers have Baker Mayfield and they have Sam darnold and they are planning to have a quarterback competition this summer best quarterback wins, but clearly they've been interested in baker all along and you'd have to think that he will have a good shot of starting an opening day. And if he does start an opening day, it will be Carolina versus Cleveland, baker will certainly have a lot to play for on opening day. Couldn't have written it any better if we tried with that one right there. Adam, you mentioned that they have been interested in him for a while now. So why now after a quiet off season did they decide to make this move? I think we get past the holiday. Like I said, the two teams had been in contact. They had been close to completing a deal and the closer we get to training camp, why not make that happen now? And I think that was the mindset of both teams. They were close enough to be able to make this happen and basically today it was just put into place an agreement pending a physical that Baker Mayfield still has to pass in Carolina shouldn't be an issue once he passes that physical, the trade then would become official and Baker Mayfield would be a Carolina panther, preparing for opening day against the Cleveland Browns. All right, so baker may feel to the panther, Sam darnold, obviously, also on that roster in a quarterback controversy. In Carolina, what a way to start things off here on NFL live today with Jeremy Fowler. Dan Graziano and rob nikov with us I'm Kelsey Riggs and guys, plenty to break down even further with this. So Dan, let's start with you and what's the upside you think of this deal for the Carolina Panthers? Well, it's another option for them, Kelsey. Look, the Carolina Panthers do not have their long-term answer, maybe even their short term answer at quarterback, and they know this. They tried last off season to get Matthew Stafford and they got outbid by the rams. They tried this off season to get to Sean Watson, and we know how that turned out. He's in Cleveland, which is actually oddly part of the reason Baker Mayfield's now in Carolina. So the Panthers need in the absence of a perfect solution, they are trying to attack the problem with volume. So you heard Adam say, it's going to be a quarterback competition. Could be Sam darnold could be Baker Mayfield. They drafted Matt corral, who's a long-term play for them. But they get a look at Baker Mayfield for a pretty low price. And if he shows something, then he could be on their list of potential solutions going forward once this season is over. Very low risk deal for Carolina to get a guy that has won some games in the league and could be an upside play. Yeah, Dan, I agree with you on that as far as depth is concerned. You've got a young quarterback. You got Sam darnold. I'm following the money on this one. They guaranteed Sam darnold $18.8 million with the 5th year option. He's going to be the starting quarterback. I know it's going to be the competition. They always say competition, but they got a great deal on baker. 5 million bucks, the browns are eaten ten of it. So again, I think that this will be a competition, but it's probably in baker's best interest. New changes scenery, you get to a new organization. Yeah, it'll be, it'll be a competition, but I don't really think it'll be a competition. I think Sam darnold is a starting quarterback. He's going to go in a training camp as the quarterback for this football team. If baker can make a splash, maybe he'll be the guy week one, but I still think Sam darnold is a starting quarterback week one. Jeremy, how about you? We've seen all the controversy right now that this creates with this quarterback room and what they have there. Do you feel like baker could be the week one starter or does he have a leg up, potentially over Sam darnold? Well, certainly he'll be in play because Carolina felt and everybody there agreed that they had to upgrade the quarterback position. And Matt rule needed help. Now, I was told not everybody in Carolina was completely sold on Baker Mayfield when they first started looking into him around draft time, but they all came around to the fact that okay, we have to upgrade here somehow, but owner David tepper, he was waiting for a, quote, great deal. That's what I was told. That he didn't want to pay 9 or $10 million here. $5 million ended up being the sweet spot. And it's sort of surprising that Mayfield actually took a little bit less renegotiated his contract to get out of Cleveland, but that's how desperate he was to have a chance to play elsewhere. You look at it this way. They traded a conditional 2024 5th round draft pick to get Baker Mayfield. They made the trade last year for Sam darnold. They drafted Matt corral this year. Caroline is hoping that one of these quarterbacks shines this summer, lays claim to the job and can be somebody that this organization builds around for the future. The panther still don't know who will be their quarterback long term. Maybe it'll be none of these quarter X, but they believe by adding one more to the mix at a very low cost when they're paying only $4.85 million of baker and Mayfield salary for this season less than $5 million. Why not take that chance? Now you've got Mayfield. Now you've got darnold. Now you've got corral, may the best man win, may the best win shine, and hopefully for Carolina's sake, one of them plays well enough to lay whole to that job for a long period of time. Panthers haven't won a playoff game since 2015, Baker Mayfield, of course, was able to do that with the browns for the first time since 1994. We'll see if he can get the Panthers. They were talking about controversy, but how about this, not just a quarterback controversy? What's it going to be like inside the locker room? Because remember this from Instagram, back in April. Robbie Anderson, star wide receiver reacting to a report that the Panthers had just interest in trading for Baker Mayfield before the draft, his response on that fan's post was a very long no. So Dan, your take on this, how does this go over now that it is official and Baker Mayfield is with the Panthers in that same locker room? Yeah, I mean, look, it's going to be up to everybody to get along. Baker Mayfield is going to have an opportunity to show Robbie Anderson in any other doubters that might be there. That they were wrong, right? I mean, if he practice as well, and he shows he has a handle on the offense and he looks like he can be the guy that can leave the huddle. Then I don't doubt that Robbie Anderson or any other skeptics on that roster would come around if their opinion is one that's negative of Baker Mayfield. What these guys all, rob can discuss this as a former player. These guys all want to win. They all want to get paid. They know that the quarterback has to be right in order for that to be the case. So I think. Yeah. You can also do it what Dan was talking about like being in a locker room. It's about respect. And when a guy walks in and even if there was a tweet or whatever, something was set outside of that, they weren't on the same team. So now he's in the same locker room. Now they're going into training camp, and they're going to be practicing together. It's about earning the respect of the guys around you. Because honestly, there's been guys that have been on teams with me. They're not very good. And if they were paid a ton of money, we're just like, all right, well, he's not really going to help us win. He's not going to be here. And you know the guys that are going to be there and you know the guys that aren't. So if he comes in and he performs well and he performs at a high level,

How does John cow pare get the Kentucky fan base back? Well, I don't think that would be difficult. Kentucky fans will be there next November when the cats start playing again. I think the bigger question is if this trend continues, does it affect him in other areas, especially recruiting because you just have to take a look around and North Carolina do both with brand new coaches, hot programs like Arkansas, which is killing it in recruiting Alabama, Tennessee is a solid as any program in the country. On top of everything that everything else around and is Kentucky, a destination point tomorrow as much as it was ten years ago when ten years ago on this Monday night, Kentucky won its last national championship. Are you there? Yes. Okay, sorry, Beth. Do you think you realize a little bit too much on the one and dones? No, I mean, I think this year is a perfect outlier to that when he went out, but she weigh in from West Virginia. He brought another great player. I think up from Georgia. So you don't have to, in the era of the transfer portal, the one and done, the one in Johns are not the only the only option. So you can't turn them down, assuming that they're even coming. There are even passing on pro basketball. The developmental league, but I think he just, there's no excuse for losing this year. I know some people say, well, maybe Saint Peter's going to the elite 8, mitigated the Kentucky game, not to me it didn't. You know, Kentucky, if humor Davis can coach an 8 seed to the final four, why can't John calipari coach a two seat? I know he coached an 8 seat in 2014 to the championship game. Like Davis is doing tonight, but you just have to you have to win in March. You can have all the big tournament get wins in The Bahamas and Hawaii and everywhere else in November in December. It's not going to help you if you get blown out. Like he did. And I don't mean blowing out. I mean, there's just no getting around that loss. Tanner is up next in Texas, a hello Tanner. April how are you doing? Tanner, we are doing great. Good. Hey, I had a question about, oh, you football. What do you think our biggest hurdle will be once we join the SEC? Well, I think the biggest hurdle comes right now. How does this transformation work? And I know, I know the people that cover the program have been very upbeat. But I have to see what the venerables administration looks like. I know they've got good coaches out there. They've taken them from a lot of important places. Including SEC schools, I know, but look at what left that program with Lincoln Riley. And can he do it? I would say right now, the optimism is pretty high, but that doesn't mean anything when it gets to reality of can he take this program to the elite status and by the time they get to the SEC and two or three years, they should be in good shape, but I'm more concerned about this season than I am three years from now. You and me both hopefully we can win the big 12 and get back on track. Thanks, Paul appreciate it. Thank you. And I don't want to rain on the venerables parade. But I'm somewhat of a doubter. And I know there was it was easy to criticize Lincoln Riley. Oh, he never could win the big game. He never could do this, but Lincoln Raleigh developed players. He had a couple of Heisman winners. He had a couple of,.

"Will head back to Columbia a little bit later on with more coverage of the national championship by Don staley's group. Let's get to the calls right now and Jerome is in California. Hello Jerome. Hey, how you doing, Paul? Got a question for you. Dogs daily has had an incredible year here with the Olympics and now her second national championship. Do you think that she would be successful at crossing that barrier and be in the first woman to lead an NBA franchise? Absolutely. And the reason is her competitive nature. And I think all coaches have some have it two different degrees. And I think she is as competitive of an individual as I've ever seen. And I think you look back over her life and career. I mean, she was a deadly player. She's the same as a coach. And I think that that would travel pretty well, even to the NBA. Hey there, I'm Julie foudy from laughter permitted alongside my co host Lin ozawa, Helen, hi, Jules. Since the very beginning of laughter permitted, ally has supported our mission of sharing the stories of trailblazing rad women. Now, ally is backing even more incredible women as an official partner of the national women's soccer league and the Players Association. Allies goal is to make a positive change in women's pro soccer. In 2021, ally helped increase the number of teams in the playoffs, which boosted the earnings of about 60% of the league's players. And on top of that, which is amazing, ally made a substantial contribution to support the players fund, which assists current and former players facing financial hardships. Two great examples of why we're all better off with an ally. To learn more about ally, visit ally dot com. Hey there, I'm Julie foudy from the podcast laughter permitted. We've teamed up with ally for all 7 seasons of our show because they take being an ally seriously. That's why they're also an official partner of both the national women's soccer league and the Players Association, where they've doubled down and become a major part of the positive change that fans and players are already starting to see in the league. It's another great example of why we're all better off with an ally. To learn more about ally, visit ally dot com. I agree. And I don't think that she would have a problem on the communication barrier of telling guys what they needed to hear. And maybe what they don't want to hear. I can assure you she would do a better job right now, a coaching the Lakers and Frank Vogel. I agree with that. And by the way, I appreciate you taking my call. The two of us could do a better job than him. I mean, if you're going to kosher Lakers, you have one job, get out of LeBron's way. That's pretty easy. Will, as in North Carolina, I will. Hey, Paul. It didn't work Friday. Blue Devils. Calling you to inhale. I'm so sorry. I mean, you know what? Well, when duke loses, I just feel like the whole world should hang their head in sorrow and be mournful and say a private prayer or cottage because it's just so upsetting. You feel the same way, Randy? I don't think I'll ever be able to sleep again the coach Kay lost his last game to North Carolina. I'm sorry. I'm just now leaving the house. He loves us now. I don't mean to jump on the dead here. The guy loses his last game at home to Carolina, then he loses his last game period. And we're talking about a terrible Carol. I mean, this is a name seed. Dean Smith would roll over in his grave thinking about how bad this team is. I'm sorry. Randy helped me out here. Okay, I lost it. I rarely lose it. But spit up my lunch when do you want us to feel sorry for you? A little bit, yes. No, we're not going to. We're laughing at you. And hopefully we'll win tonight. So you have to see that every day of the week. And when you go out now. When those Carolina fans. And by the way, I live near a couple of Carolina fans. They will laugh at you. They will sneer at you. They will spit on you. This didn't help, like I thought it would. I'm going by. We ran off a dookie. I feel good. What about you? Oh, absolutely. Now, I don't want to take anything away from coach Kay's career. Do you, Randy? I mean, we have not heard enough about this guy for the last 13 months since he announced his farewell tour. Yeah. The eagles haven't had as long a farewell tour as Mike's kid. Elton John hasn't had as long a farewell tour as Mike shizi. The role, yeah, The Rolling Stones have had. I knew I would finally hit the mother lode there. I should have kept it under 80, not over 80. Guillen is up next in Tennessee. Hello again, whatever your name is. What's your name? Gene, gee, gee. Hey, Jane. Sorry, it was misspelled or maybe I misread it, but my apologies to you on your name. Yeah, that's fine. I live in search of Tennessee right outside of Kingsport. Oh my goodness. I am a territory. I'm a die hard Tennessee fan. Tell me about how they've done in their recruiting. I keep listening for it, but I've never heard. How did they do in their football recruiting? Well, that's a competition. They did well. Tennessee had a good recruiting class. Now the problem is good from a national standpoint, but they're probably somewhere in the middle of the pack in the SEC, which is where.

Brought you by the national highway traffic safety administration in the ad council. Welcome to brain stop, a production of iHeartRadio. Hey, brain stuff, Lauren vogelbaum here. When the Wright brothers gave us the engine powered airplane in the early 20th century, they didn't just give us a new way to get around. A flight also gave us an entirely different perspective on the things around us, or specifically the things below us. A from above, a people became tiny specks and fields looked like the tiled squares of a quilt. And before long, on the east coast of the United States, pilots began noticing something even more interesting. What we once thought were just simple isolated ponds and wetlands along the Atlantic coast began to be seen as a pattern of thousands of egg shaped depressions that were all oriented exactly the same way. From above, it almost looks like a giant from outer space, sneezed all the way from Florida to New Jersey, leaving a series of shallow depressions in his wake. Their origins are still a scientific mystery today, but these ponds are as important to the landscape now as they were millions of years ago. Today, their most commonly referred to as Carolina bays, a large number of them occur along the coast of north and South Carolina. For the article this episode is based on, how stuff works both with Kyle Barrett, associate Professor of wildlife conservation at Clemson university in South Carolina. He said, Carolina bay is the name given to most any wetland along the eastern coastal plain that has an elliptical shape and is often isolated from other bodies of water, such as small streams or rivers. A Carolina bays occur in low spots in the landscape. And because they typically only fill up from precipitation, they may dry out during the hot and dry portions of the year. These elliptical pockets in the landscape are almost always laid out with their long axis pointing northwest to southeast. And it's common for many to cluster together. So researchers in the 1950s, hypothesized that they were the result of an ancient meteor shower. They used carbon dating and other techniques to determine their ages. But it turns out the Carolina bays were not all formed at the same time. Some were formed tens of thousands of years apart. Barrett said, some wetlands are estimated to be over a 100,000 years old, whereas others may only be 15,000 years old or less. There isn't any support for this meteor shower idea. Since they don't have the same origin date, and no material has been found in the soil to suggest extraterrestrial formation. The next best hypothesis, while plus otherworldly, is the most likely answer. The wind, it suggested that during the late pleistocene period, about two and a half million years ago, a very strong southwesterly winds on ponds caused currents. Those currents washed against the southwest and northwest sides of ponds, and resulted in sediment deposits on the northeast and southeast sides. Over time, they formed what we now know as the Carolina bays. At one point, there may have been as many as 200,000 Carolina bays. But researchers say that nearly 97% of Carolina bays have been impacted by agriculture and logging. A human impact hasn't just erased a piece of our geological past, it's also disrupted a delicate ecosystem of marshes that are important to many wetland species, like salamanders and frogs in North America. Barrett explained, Carolina bays, along with other types of isolated wetlands, offer a wide range of environmental benefits, and many insects and amphibians are particularly abundant in these wetlands, since Carolina bays are without fish, most of the time. Even terrestrial species such as birds and bats are more abundant in patches of forest containing a Carolina bay than equal sized forested areas without one. A wetlands, like the Carolina bays, are also essential in preventing flooding and improving water quality too. Unfortunately, many bays have been repurposed for human use, like farmlands, the development of homes or businesses, or expanded into ponds. Any wetlands that aren't near a permanent stream or river, Barrett says, are not protected by the clean water act. And barret said, for this reason, if you look at aerial imagery on Google Maps, for example, you'll see loads of elliptical shapes along the coast of the Carolinas that used to be wetlands, but are now filled in for agriculture. But the result is that wildlife takes on the burden of wetland loss. However, Barrett suggests an expanded interpretation of the clean water act could protect important wetland locations. He said, I don't know that every isolated wetland needs to be federally protected. That seems like it could create an unreasonable burden for many landowners. But I do think a broader interpretation of the clean water act would help save many important isolated wetlands. The states could also enact protections that better address local issues related to wetland loss. Carolina bays are just one example of earth's natural mysteries that are important elements of our North American ecosystem. When land is filled in for pasture or crops, it doesn't just take away important habitats wetland species. It also disrupts the balance of water flux and natural flooding protections, which is bad for our homes and livelihoods, too. A furthermore, without these wetland habitats, we miss out on some of the most biologically varied ecosystems in North America. Barrett said, many people don't have an opportunity to see the incredible amphibian and reptile diversity we have in the southeast. But these wetlands, along with others in the region, are an incredibly important home to these species. Visiting these wetlands can open your eyes and ears when the frogs are calling. To some of the underappreciated gems of the eastern U.S.. A one rare species just for example, that inhabits the Carolina bays is 25 different types of carnivorous plants. The Carolinas are the only places where these.

"Back to the mentor. I mean just. I don't understand the point of introducing that i it was so baffling suffered. Surely he's going to show up at the house or something. Now there's what. If he's also dr john hoult lookout dr john who they talk about movie but never makes an appearance at one point anyone's wins dr john showing up and she's like he's on his way and he's like he's like all right right to john. Let's go john. Yeah that's it that's it. He never we never see him. he never comes. I three dr. john was one of them. I'm glad we got that out of the way. There's a montage where they're walking around in the woods in this movie and last way longer than ever should the brothers out there like behind a bush like sneaking pictures of them which is what we but it one instance of that either. Why is he doing it. What here's the best part. There's one very brief moment in the lord. Those pictures four other guy on the double date doctor. Yes coach this is. There's a very brief moment in that. What seemed to be infinite montage where there's another couple with them. Just very briefly. There's another couple walking in the woods with them. What is that about. Who's who is it. what's going on. We never hear from them again. You know but lastly this is the movie just keeps. It's a poker game of great seasons and it does go all in at the very end for me because he swears that l. is a no good rude mean woman he's like i know it that's her and at the end of the movie. This woman comes on screen and goes. I'm l. sister and he goes. Oh that's her. This would be fine if they looked anything like each other at all. Thank you. There is at least eight inches difference and high. There's a significant weight difference. These two people could look more different. And he's like. Oh you're the spitting image of each other. And i just gotta know in the script where they thinking. Look we'll find two people to look alike early. There's a day of filming. They're like. Is this this really. I should like but also like i want. I mean she is the worst at for like half. This movie religious. Not not this movie is detail of two women. I serve because one scene. She could be less interested in having any personal conversation or relationship and then the next time she's like hey beatrice was her cousin's name like what life. Yeah what are we doing for christmas. Like the last seat. You didn't want to do anything for christmas. I also want to unpack the fact that like the brother is like to the verge of psychosis about like. You can't marry this woman. She was rude mean on a date. Once one turns out even turns out women who looks nothing like her but all confused him. Because i lack the capability to have facial recognition to visit my lines. I'm sorry but even even if that had been l like the fact that she was rootin- mean on one date means you may not marry her she will destroy your life. That is though think that he had seen her murder someone and she had gotten away with that is the level of intensity was gene. Alonso hit be both you can get ready with one of the other but not both i. I wanna be clear before we wrap up here. No movie in the history homework gets a higher. Go watch it from dan. "Through editing. There's a real time car ride between us and the bar where she's on the phone with her cousin talking about the fact that she's about to go at a date as though we were not clear on what was happening mixed in the movie so yeah by that by that measure. It did last forever We are told multiple times that the mother is really stressed about all relatives. Who are coming home for christmas. So naturally he flies her up to the area for lunch for no good reason at all because she's nothing else on her calendar. I'm pretty sure also. That area is delaware. Yeah i make no maryland maryland maryland maryland clues thought for sure it was the big city and i thought you know you could come up here. You can go to the big city and like yo shop and stuff. It's it's maryland. Maryland big cities ebay silver spring crabcakes man for sure. Okay this this is one of those things like i. I have the greatest love of low budget movies. And i understand the you know the the creativity and the the the way up to sort of make things work but then there's other stuff that there's just no excuse for l. cousin. Go to the restaurant. Where do having lunch with his mother. They both order the lunch special. Either them looks at them and they get to different entrees down as well i. I laughed at the fact that they've ordered the lunch special without being told what it was no had that they got by his talk server. What totally preserver does is. He eyeballs the height and weight of everybody and he goes back to the kitchen. And he's like. I got a five to one thirty five. Six one forty special go get and then the chef takes it from there. It's all it's all about early in the film. The brother tells dude that hey mom is starting a game night. This year later dude tells l. Every year my mom hosts game. We've missed that. We miss that. There are things schrodinger game night and doesn't exist at the same s. I have again dude every year. Put it on the calendar this christmas. Let's we do a paid. Watch along. I would i would love. I think we should hang who we should watch this with the double decker. Soon i would in a heartbeat. Watch this double deckers. Gate is just the best worst thing every right so they get carolina and they have the game night which is of course a wordless montage. Why wouldn't it be and then after the game night l. Introduces herself to the brother. I'm like did y'all not meet during game night when everybody was. Yeah sure the heck was going on. That's a that was an odd thing. Then later in the film after she she wants to leave because the dude had an ex girlfriend that he's still thinking about whatever they all could a looking for her. Where is she. She was like spoiler. you're in. the house are coming from inside. The halloween is out looking for her and getting up in a red suit with whitens and at the same time about saying what he's like he's thinking i got a best man holiday. This thing fast. You know that's about outfit is the highlight of the film question homer. So that's that's what i got. I'm sure had this realization. That like you and i doing. This is a blast but for me the highlight is listening to a credentialed professional film. Credit it would be like listening to like a nba basketball coach like dissect like the four year olds on the six foot dole. And it's fantastic. Oh my goodness tastic they are. They are on a date in maryland and their date is at a bar and at. This bar is a documentary about a high school basketball coach. That happens to be. Wesley mentor college. Maybe but stay out of the box you see this. Oh it's it's Click carl staffing with my in sports mad about that. We don't hear anymore. We don't get anything does not nice for sure is gonna keep coming back because he calls is mom and the documentaries on the background and he's talking about but now there's no more mention of it in this this this bar in barrel but have you seen this documentary featuring by high school basketball coach which also happens does not matter you. She's after the date. she's talking to her cousin. Her cousin from what. I gather works with wesley. Did anyone else gathered that. No no no blythe works with blyth. Is wesley cousin and works with her. No no no is cousin. And wesley is the dude. Yes but blyth is els cousin. She works south carolina. How does she know wesley. She works with wesley but why is she an els office because she's hanging out there getting together to nude. She's she's there she's z. Sees the one that introduces them in the first place she works. I thought that blythe was wesley cousin but worked with l. That's what i thought. No the opposite opposite as well opposite of is true flip it reverse strike. So they're talking about the date and she is talking about wesley and says something in and she's like well. You know wesley and no she doesn't. Wesley knows nothing about wesley. Aside from the fact that the guy on tv spent his mentor. I can't believe. I can't remember that guy's name he says the name. That's the most ridiculous the world also. Maybe i just got this wrong. But he when he's talking to her about grinning for a team in the area it sounded like that he's a manager of a team and then when they cut to. His office says manages the professional athlete has he has a sports management agency. Okay well those are two different things. But i'll just assume that i misheard that then Speaking of not knowing him they go on their next date Which is you know a nice dinner. And there's a saxophone player. There and i start walking as they're walking out she says this is great. Says i didn't know that you know the saxophonist. And he says oh. Yeah i like. He's one of my best friends of of of the things he would know about this guy that you spent a date and a quarter with knowing. The saxophonist would dot beyond that list of things that you would know. She hasn't seen a snow globe in a long time. I thought that was just an interesting piece of information to throw a bear. I couldn't get over this. They did multiple times in this movie on on the tv. In the the ones those house they have a yule log on the tv has rate. That tv is sitting on the mantle of of an electric fireplaces fireplace it on the tv so carolina man. It gets hot. i don't know what to tell you. The great thing about electric fireplaces though is you could turn turn turn turn on the heat. I couldn't believe it and the heat guys there. This movie's usage of fade to black. Transitions is unlike anything ever seen. Oh my goodness and they the sides towards the end of this movie to spice it up a little bit. The transition fat is fireworks. Bad until the transition it's been it's been fade to black fade the black and in this one moment for reasons unknown after the church service they say throwing the fireworks the fireworks two second show is just know where they come from just stop talking fade to black pow next thing. That's how quick it is. It is they said. Let's stroke my favorite three seconds of cinema this year. I i can't get over it. I was watching and i was mesmerized that they went with fireworks. Those are my way. What's oh my gosh. There's just so many things in this movie that we could go for. But let's start with the south carolina of at all lease. They use a they go to church and they use a real church service and they show you the sign of the actual church which is in marion south carolina which is kind of sort of after you leave florence on the way to myrtle beach for those of you that care and it's and then they say later as cold as it gets in south carolina which not true anywhere but in marion south carolina. Which i've been to. I promise you. It's not true in marion south carolina. They show a close up of a south carolina state flag which is not an actual south carolina. State like they have tried their best to so own. A palmetto flag sue blue flag. They the only thing i can. I i the only gonna relate this to is yours. Remember clip art like it is like a clip art version of a south carolina flag. That's right in real life. Yes you can see. The palmetto tree is way too small. And they've stitched it on there or in them medium and pasted the moon as a cartoon. The mood isn't right. So i if you're not from south carolina you're like this doesn't matter but just imagine the the american fly but like all. The stars aren't correctly turned the right way. The colors don't look like that is what's going on in this photo. And they decided to show a close up of it and it's beyond me why they would do that of all times to be specific amount of location which all move along. They've been like oh yeah in town and the big business l. lead. She take like forty. Minutes to get your. They don't all get through christmas and carolina until the movie is over halfway over. The movie says that she's so busy she doesn't have time to date and she says this literally sixty seconds after the bartender tells her your fifteenth date this month. She's been on fifteen dates but she's too busy today does she. Run a dating service. We we don't know what she does. My favorite back and forth in this movie though without a question is her and her cousin are talking on her couch in her living room. And it's nighttime and she is telling her that she just doesn't want to deal with this right now. She's in her pajamas. And she's like blah blah blah. I'm going to bed and that dialogue is interspersed with wesleyan. His brother at work talking about women. And you can't trust a rude and mean woman and these conversations just go back and forth like the boys are talking. The girls are talking. The problem is is that one of them is taking place in the middle of the daytime. Other one is taking place at night and they're supposed to be taking place in the same city at the same time. It's fantastic it. It's just fantastic. I'd always provincial. Damn jumping time and space here. I'm sorry about that The bartender from the first scene is also the waiter from the scene where she goes to eat.

"Carolina, Arkansas, Nevada. Oklahoma, Hawaii and Alabama. I just got to tell you, Maybe there's something wrong with me. Maybe I'm just warped. But there are states in the worst 10 states live in that I would much rather live in And the 10 best states to live in. That's just my opinion. Apparently, I don't have all the cool data that wall have does, But But I do follow population growth and to me the areas that have people moving to them the most. The best states to live in because those are the those are the decisions that people make well informed, educated, smart people are making decisions to move to those areas because of the research they've done. So what I want to know is why isn't wallet hubs Data factor in population growth? Because to me That seems like it would be a really important variable here. Yeah, I think that's just that's just cause the showed by the the writers of this article. If you pick certain categories of how you're going to rank something you can almost make anything look any way you want. Don't think that happened. I think they picked their states and then went through and said, Oh, yeah. New Jersey's number one here, here and here, So these are like, I think they picked the areas that they liked. And then they found there that would they found their data to support it. Like I just I think Ashton Kutcher is going to jump out from behind a car right now and tell me I've been pumped because yeah, that list. Look, I'm not hating on those places. I'm not. There's you know, those replaces I travel to. I'm sure there's places that a lot of people love living, too. But to me some of the most obvious states, they're getting drastic population growth right now. Not being on that list is mind boggling to me. There are plenty of those states I think belong on both the best and the worst. That makes some sense. But But some of the states that are not there just doesn't pass the logical smell test to me so anyway. Even if you don't agree with me. I'm sorry, but I wanted to share the wall of article with you guys, because I just thought most people listening to show right now live here in Florida for a reason, And we're not down the best or the worst. We're just right there in the middle somewhere, So we're back into New York conversation after quick breaker on the Duncan do a show. News,.

"I like i know they had that in there because they were talking about her character. Like that's the whole thing but it doesn't make like that's not how companies rebrand. They don't like they're like hey reebok shoes cell and what are we. Call them. Nike sal rebranding. That's just lying. That's not you can't just decide to call it something else. That is not what it is. I mean i am. I missing something there. No it seems we're gonna we're gonna stop covering homer who is going gonna cover lifetime but the titles and the movies themselves might sound like they were on homework but they weren't we trust us. We actually are now called the bubbly. We're the butler publisher ready ready to do this. Let's do it sensors. I liked the name to data. Fan club man. He did or big tub in not hashtag not my homework. So and say not my homer. Hash take Did we do it no matter what the homework. Let's do that voice Panda what rule was her boyfriend was tony. What's what's our remember the actor. He says she said when he meets with her. He says i proposed new. That's going to be heard where there's going to be a new shot clock setting the. Yeah that's it. What what could you possibly possibly be proposing there. They changed the rule in college too. Where on certain dead-balls where you would normally get a re a dead ball. If you miss a shot. If you got your own rebound would re it used to reset all the way to thirty now in college. Only resets to twenty. Oh wow so the shot clock and then it was certain in the nba with certain dead-balls instead of a twenty four second shot clock only resets the twelve. Oh wow so it's a real thing. Yeah that's why i was asking him. What is very curious as to what resetting he's talking about. That's why i want to know because he's in the nba according to them and that's a lot of poll to have to just throw that rule change out. There seems like he's a bigger shot than we've been led to believe. I mean i just want to know how the restaurant and holds up with jeff gordon and bacon now and take over. I think once data retires houses. The restaurant This is survive under the leadership. That's fair to we talk about the van. Just dad lacey's dad has a ban and apparently tyler borrowed the van in highschool and it didn't go well in. He wants to borrow the same van now for bass for girls basketball so to break down a few things. First of all veins twenty years old. Yup so they say it's the same exact van. Yes same van okay. Why is this that big of a deal. They have a pantry in there. Downstairs just sheets. They can afford other vans but second of all what does he need the van four because the game that they played when he borrows the van is at home. Yes it's not a way right. They're great and those are the people that i'm concerned and those are those are the people. Don't sorry just to be honest with ya. They're scoundrels but lisa. Lisa here's the deal. "Or something at home still because they mention him well because they say to him they said you can move into our house while we're moving into the mom and dad's house when they're talking about where the place the kids so clearly he's not around like it someplace only there. I love the guy who played jeff. I love jeff. I thought he was a blast. I don't know what the purpose of was And speaking of the toast. I you know that whole the what happened. Because she bought the toast end and just let it go so either. The last person to bake toast is a monster who likes really burnt. Toast like that or the toaster broke thrown out. Yeah the toast. It's not her fault. Toasters automatic like you don't have to you don't have to pop it up so it's either the last toast toast boys fault or the toasters broken. I don't know man. My parents always told me to watch the toast. Always sit there and they said. Watch the toast. So it doesn't burn. But that was in the thirties and technology timers. That popped the toast up paying back when the toaster-oven was invented it could've been a problem is my point is like yes. She should check settings. So you don't have to watch your host right. I don't have a toaster. i've made toast for my kids. Probably at least once a week every week of their them hanging around toaster. Okay what he pops up on. Its own. I'm just here to say no toast and watch pitch in with the watch the toast bit because my parents had a toaster back in the day when we put the toast in they'd always say watch it so does the bird. I don't know what you want. It can burn. How does watching it help it. Not so that when you're looking at you like oh that's getting a little too crispy clear like is it just a you're starting to see some smugglers so look if you start to see some smoke over now. It's time to late once. I agree with that. And that's why toaster ovens are better because it seems like those take too long to heat. I do a little longer. Take a little longer. Be into if i'm going to have it be clear and if you're not close to instance you get it's quick. It's a fast. Boy you start you start going ahead toaster. You don't have one so act like you want toast quickly is the dumbest thing in the world does quick. I stand by everything. The toast watch host the great depression. You can't run out and get a loaf of bread. You can't at least acknowledge that it might have been the last person's one hundred percent. I'm also acknowledging that you got to watch it. You have to take some of the responsibility of not watching. I think maybe ten percent of the responsibilities on her maybe ten. No i would say less. I would say zero responsibilities on her. Well let's she let it go like once you see the smoke you should have. She's doing other things she's doing anything. Trust the toast right right. Yes but ten percent ten percent back. Toaster max and then yeah i love max mexican guy go ahead. I'm going to probably get pushback from this before. Lacy sister is dead. Lacy has a picture of her sister on her nightstand. I don i guys i. I love my brother jim. You're not listen if you were. I love you. Can you imagine. Can you just imagine if in my bedroom on my bed. Stand was just a picture of my brother by himself. Not with her family. Just him like this like a. That's weird. my pointed that out. To and i said if i say that i'm going to get pushback. No that's weird. It is weird. I don't understand how anyone in their right mind has just a solo shot at their sibling on their nightstand less. They're remembering them like after she's dead short but just while they're just friends weird picture that's different. That's we're friends. We're it's it's not just a picture of just me. Well that's the that's the thing It is just downright. Dan shirtless on the beach. Oh yeah i had one every year. Yeah i have your favorite Saw six sixteen. I thought fifteen was good. But she is my she. She's thirty eight years old. Meet someone. She knows in high school and he goes behind. It's a quarter first of all. That trick gets retired once you turn. What double digits. If i'm being kind do you ever do that. Trick to a grownup ever on know how they can do it escaped. He does the trick. She's kind enough to placate him with still doing the magic tricks and he's like but sorry for your loss. That's how does that make it into the movie that some editing like what. So here's what we're going to have given more jeff baking please. Can we get you to. Do you remember that old magic. You do to four year olds. Can you do that to a grown woman and then offer your condolences for the death of her sister. Could you do that in one take please. That was brutal he The mom zero three says. I was late for school up more times than i can count. Okay awesome like europe homeland. What are you what from like. That's should you should never just brac like i. "Get out of that. It's not like i couldn't finish your mouth just like i quit. I quit stunned. Look timmy to you. Oh my god. I could get him he tidbits. You said timmy. Bits to suck up the second timmy. I just realized this this way. Because hologram kimmy. And then the second time i was like this is a lot and i had to take a breath. I'm not as humming tidbits. Yeah by said hologram. Tommy tidbits can wind it on the last. The second in timmy. You switch to bit to wrap it up too long. Panda what she got pal first of all when she gets the news she runs out of there crying like and no one follows up and checks in his even remotely like. Hey are you okay. All right they're just anything no they mention that they came down from atlanta. It's not but that's just what you say say always called me on that michigan. Yeah i use your nano. Decent told me on their say all the time. That is true. But i usually like this. Is what people in the south say. Come on come on. I don't know man. I whenever i used to say we came up from. That was the thing in michigan would always be like. Hey i'm going up up there instead of like it's reverse so whenever i explain that with your hands like we don't understand the words well because it's up right you just you got to see it. 'cause i believe okay ubers we would always say you gotta go up. Well when i came down to the south. I would say oh. We're going to go up there and everyone would call me on. They'd be like no you go down. You came down from michigan. Because i said yeah. We came up from michigan and people be like you didn't income from michigan came down. This is good stuff. It's just the stuff that i think. People really care about their when it gets it up. I i wanna point out that one of my favorite scenes in this movie. I should have mentioned this. Is they bring in how he day concert. Which is clutch of pinnacle me. Oh five when that song came out was it. I thought it was five. I know this. Because i looked it up during the movie because he says that how day and i said yep and it's a banger the rest of that album's not very good but that songs fire collide said. I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure that kid was not singing the song because i think they really got. How data sing it no not. How day is not remake. I don't think they on the the strings and everything. I just got. No i got no. It was not how day and it was also probably not the kid probably need none of the above. Okay final thing okay. His sister who dies. How long has she had her cell phone for because when they do the flashback. She has that same phone which is a decade earlier. The the flashback. When they're sitting on the couch with kids now there's another one where she has like her or maybe that is the one but she has her purple phone. It's the same phone sitting on the couch with the kids. Was maybe six years old because the kids are in middle school now and in that picture there like ten. Because i did the math on it and i was like because he was like did. They're using the flash. And i was like what came or would that be and so i just did the quick math but have one phone for six years is is bonkers town. Yeah that's just my thing. Same phone case everything now. Lots changing their consent. I'm just concerned in the date. The phone she listens. She's trying to move from that from that little little desk cubicle to the big big times and she's she's budgeting she's holding back she's not spending on what she concerned after. Well some of your app star. Stop work traits. You can't you can't fun you can't do it. It's gonna take up all your memory is gonna take you forever to open facebook. You can't do it. Tyler says hacky a you ever heard of hanging laws. You won't you talk to him as well. You mentioned the hoodies on for practice. I was baffled by that eric kids. There's one girl in a gold necklace with a lock it on it practicing basketball. It's basically just asking to get lacerated owner throat like no one is practicing basketball wearing the things that they're wearing in the movie. They all showed up in gym and did the scene in there just casual like it's cold outside clothes. Well i thought they looked great. I just want to think about that. I thought they looked phenomenal out. Thin thin hacky ran I was relatively baffled at the bracelets relatively baffled. Selma i was relatively ba. Baffled at the bracelet situation when she gave that sweet girl the bracelet. Everybody seemed to know that it was a bad idea. And while i am you the type of person that would've given that gift in private to her every like literally. Everybody seemed like. I cannot believe you just did this. And then the boy was like that was dumb to me. It seemed like a pretty sweet dressed gesture. She's giving something from her. Mom added something of hers a basketball to make it. You know like union mom. You're still kinda incredibly. I thought it was a really sweet. That probably should have been done in private bits but did not at all deserve the response from everyone at the table. It's like. I can't believe like who do you think you. I don't know it like of of the mistakes that she made. That wasn't like that big of a one to me personally but that like maybe i just felt like the response was not equal the jets. Okay but i wonder. I i agree with you. I thought it was. I was just like what's her going and talking to the boy was a problem. That wasn't cool that it all fits with the theme of everyone's incredibly mean till through an very mean to her. Her dad should be like in jail somewhere like he is legitimate. Get out of here. i don't love. He's the worst the the brother her brother is a jeff interesting fellow. Who's the tech world but wakes up every morning and just goes and things to himself. What am i gonna bake today with right. Bakes before work and then goes to sell those baked goods and then goes to work every day and he never been the same thing he just says. I walk into the kitchen. I walk into the kitchen. And i think what am i gonna bake today something different every day. So let's say. He sells out some scones. Tomorrow it's not about the money he's making this comes you imagine. This is the problem with rich people. I i just you know of all of the things they were. They were introducing so many aspects of this story. The thing that was not necessary was the guy who bake something different every morning. How 'bout there's not a more unnecessary character than jeff back up. Yeah it's not just the banking. The character is unnecessary. Yeah i'm confused as to if he lives at home with his parents still because he's there in the morning is in. He goes he goes. He goes fakes. He's goes in south showers at mom and dad and then gives hard time for burned. Toast at some point. You've got things. He's not being efficient with his use of fuel or time.

"Panel on keys. Speaking of keys in the florida keys six were killed. You get there. i don't even know. Now here's wait wait. Don't tell for some fun fun while channel over there an increase in bonded publicly publicly funded Listeners like you. That's exactly right. Suite carolina not takes painda. Take to that hot. Take land that you do so. Well i would love to give you a direct flight there buddy this movies. This movie's good. I really liked it. this is in my opinion lacey's best performance. I've seen her do a hallmark movie performance. I've seen her. I haven't seen all the lacey movies. Dan maybe there's one out there that's hidden hidden gem. You said it. I said do do a perform do perform. I've seen her performance her best performance minutes. It's the best one. I've seen a dip by everything i said. And you know what i think. A lot also has to do with who she's playing opposite of. Tyler is so good he brings out these really great performances pretty much. Everyone he everyone. He's with in my opinion. I think he does a really good job. I think his natural countenance just makes no no he. He does a really good job of playing to the strengths of you know whoever he's with really enjoyed this movie lacy i thought crushed it. I liked the plot. I know if it necessarily also this. I don't know if it necessarily carried the weight that it set itself up for the beginning right like so heavy. These kids have lost their mom and their dad tragically and they kind of the kind of rapid up to meet louis like the healing occurs in my opinion very quickly. These these and i understand why you're still constrained to an hour. You know twenty minute movie. But at the end i still feel like they didn't. They didn't carry that that weight throughout like some of the other movies. We've seen that have have an almost preferred if it didn't get completely wrapped up in a nice bow like if things didn't completely come together so perfectly but that said. I thought that this movie was really solid really good. It's it's one of the best we've seen so far this year thumbs up thumbs up from paying put it on the box not trademarked at all. Tyler hynes is the matthew mcconaughey. Hey of hallmark channel okay. He's wonderful every time he's on screen and he's talking and he's got he's just kind of taking you for a ride with his words and it's a wonderful right to be on. I agree with what pana said. I thought this was a really great performance by lacey For as much as we've may be gotten on her over the past few homework movies for honing it and it's just you know she shows phoning in honing honing in would make it better. Her performances are sharp. Is what i'm trying to say but there's nothing lead. Give her a sharp sharp not shiny he has been shining it. Up is a hard time for honing in. Just say you were wrong. No i invite this type. it's the best. this is the best. I've seen you do. She has performed. She brought a lot of different things to this performance. Which is wonderful camp of. This isn't really what. I what i turn on the hallmark channel four but i also can't say that it's not good like it's it was. It was great and broad homer for trying new things. I don't want forty of these but just like hawley an ivy. I thought you know it's it's really good. I thought this was better than holly ivy. I don't necessarily. I understand what you're saying about the tying it up but to me it was. It wasn't tying up. The relationship was tying up that that i unders- difficult time like there's going to be more difficult times. If she says that you know. I'm gonna make more mistakes is going to happen again so to me. It wasn't didn't feel as rush as hauling ivy. Did at the end still felt a little bit rush. But what can you do over. I thought it was really really good. Tyler lacy wonderful together loved him on to unveil love him here so great times all around For what this has been not necessarily my thing when it comes to homework. Maybe i'm offended as a southerner and a basketball coach Because they don't do either of those things very well and they don't even try to in fact. The only person that tries to be southern in this movie is tyler and he does it pretty. Well i think some of the bigger words he has to say. It doesn't quite work but he has. He has kind of an early. Clint eastwood thing going on here. He he firs his brow and he stares he's giving once again a performance where people can build around him and it's unfortunate that that performance is a movie where he doesn't matter at all like his care the love arc isn't super important. They don't get many scenes together This movie i will say just has powerhouse performances in it lacy i lacey hard time on a regular basis. She's great in this movie. She really gets to stretch and reach. I would say to the movies detriment to cry and gets to be super dramatic instill does the fast talking quirky You know thing that she does as well and it almost seems like we can't find a lane like there's a part in the wait what i'll get to where. They switched to quickly between revelry and just depression. I applaud everyone for trying something new and i think lacey and terro raw three lacy terror three tyler hynes and the girl cassidy. Nugent are all giving really good performances. But it just without those performances. This movie is one of the worst. Probably that. I've seen because they don't pick lane with this stuff. It's very very difficult. It doesn't feel like a cohesive movie at all it just kind of feels like two stars in a movie. That could be a soap opera. Could be a romcom. Could be up. You know and i know that's how life is. Life is like that where it's funny. One minute is heartbreaking next it. Just they don't really smoothly transition between those and it's clearly filmed nowhere near the south bat is tough and the movie you need to be in the south like what about it needs to be southern not a thing so you know what are you gonna do. Not several the field sparta. Show talk about one this gave us those feels and i'll start from. Panda panda feels obviously the scene. Where the the the dad. And the mom or die and lacey gets that call. Lacy reaction is phenomenal. That's really that's striking because you don't see that typically typically it's just you see them get the phone call and then it cuts fades away. Her reaction is so. I thought she did on mazing job with that. That reaction in particular felt like even she knew over the last decade. She's just been playing the same character ryan. Now it's like wait a minute. That wasn't lacy that was hallmark. Yeah you know what i mean. Now you see her act and you go. She knew that wasn't lacey. Chabert doing the only thing she knows how to do that was homework telling her this is the things yes and so i gained a ton of respect for her so good in the movie and in that scene yeah she was great The only other feel i got was this town is just mean. They are unnecessarily mean to josie. Her dad in particular is next level bound. He's a terrible dad.

While i want to start off by saying folks who are out there as promoters and whatnot. You won't add some diversity to your show. Look at the there in the area. Don't pretend that they're not good. Female talents in this part of the world. Because there are and you can add them to your show and you can have that one extra level in terms of being not just new pairs of guys going out there and tried to beat each other up all of that it can be. You can have a ladies match. You can ask them comedy. You can have or whatever it will make it a diverse show that really gives people their money's worth but You can do that by looking at it this list picking this whole group here if you wanted to.
