"So is it possible to do that for yourself. yes that's why i had to look at the definition of like what does admiration mean and a lot of times. It's like when you admire someone. You admire new regard them as worthy and stuff. And i'm like wait. We should be doing that to results on a regular basis. And the reason. I'm passionate about talking about. This is because it's still kind of knows. I mean definitely. There's there's the stigma there's vanity right self admiration. May we were to vain and especially in an age of social media and self presentation expedition. Right like the self-indulgence. So i think it definitely has some negative connotations. And there's definitely a difference between self like just obsession and admiration so i'm gonna kinda let you take the mic as host. And like yes. I keep hijacking. 'cause i'm no i definitely want to deep dive and get your understanding and definition of self admiration and like it's importance for us contractually. Yeah absolutely so. This is to me the specific form of self love dot combines respect acceptance and celebration you regard yourself for all the qualities you truly love and cherish about yourself and what you've done in gone through so there's two types to me. It's actually three three types of like self admiration is what who and how to take what. I've accomplished what i've gone through what i've overcome. Who who. I am a person like my might qualities that i love like who i'm proud to be. And then how is how. I impact other people how i deal with things. I'm i admire how i approach this. And got through this part of my life and so to me self admiration kind of covers the what. How and who. And it's really just like we said a practice an act of celebrating and deeming yourself worthy of respect and being like impressed by yourself and there's nothing wrong with that like why do we. It's funny because when i i felt almost triggered by the word self admiration. Because i'm like oh my gosh. Like that's bad. He shouldn't be bragging about yourself. Stay humble pride comes before the fall and a big part is well. You know going up christian faith. It's almost like oh that's blasphemy like give glory to god give lord. God like don't ever standing for mirror and give yourself admiration. 'cause it's almost like you're taking that away from god and like i realized like those things should not be confused with each other like you can still begin. Glory to to the higher power and admiring yourself. Don't you think absolutely it should not be robbing you of that joy and celebration of what your accomplishments in what you've achieved and learned also not what you've just gained. It's also what like learned. Knowledge gained knowledge. Yeah and i really love how you broke that down into categories. I think that that just feeds into really like a inventory. Checklist that i think is a nice easy way of reflection to kind of really keep you in check in terms of when are we self indulging and when are we really celebrating What's happening here in currently and d. You know like why. Why is it so hard for us like why can we not practice self admiration. I'm humming. I almost cringe at this like why so first of all. We're not condition from a young age to practice in healthy way right. So therefore it's kind of boxed as that's toxic or it's it's prideful arrogant. And so i think that's why it's hard and i see when we asked people to see this at work and i swear like i always compare things to like how the white male does things to to kind of putting carnot's where a lot like i work when we go around and say like say your wins and losses or something and i. I don't like that question but like your windsor celebrations on your your challenges losses like we are so easy to immediately say. Wear any improve where. I'm struggling worm challenge. Where i need help that and then almost when you have someone celebrate like what they've done really well or what they deem as a success. There's this like uncomfortably. Discomfort in the shifting and i kind of lowered tone. Yeah but i mean it was. I did that Like just overlooking. And so. That's what i realize. We've been taught to quickly overlook and not stop and reflect and smaller flowers. And that's why i think it's from a young age were we've overlooked and we haven't stopped and found a healthy way to celebrate ourselves. Yeah and to take space to take space in that moment to in that room in that chair to say loudly i crushed it this week bitches. Yes i know like sales team of guys. They were so confident about celebrating themselves. Like even if they fail adding me mequita last week. But i know. I'm gonna crush it this week because i'm so like i hit last quarter and got this and i'm like kind of cringe. Also that first of all. I also like comparing to that like. Why do we not know how to help the apply this confidence. I can do it and crush it to ourselves you know. Yeah i mean what is it that we tend to do instead themselves at Admire wear not help us. Yeah i mean first of all we're always on mode like what's the next thing like like. Where do we grow like growth mode looking at the next chapter. You know. i think being if you're a first generation immigrant of sore you're kind of condition on survival mode so in survival. No there's no stopping to award in acknowledged yourself. You just go so. I think that gets urban. Would the question was. Why have we not practicing. Yeah like what are we doing side what are you what are you seeing deferring to instead. I mean i think definitely we mere our parents behavior. My mother doing this settling in you know. She used nights universe. She has trouble. Sort of settling in being like i should be doing something or feeling not of just resting. I think guilt is another side of it. That may be at least for me. I'm like am i. Am i over confident. In my worthy of self admiration. That's that's another question on the other side. I mean so. I mean yeah. Yeah and also but we're doing instead is deeming it as wrong like i think we we take operation as like. Oh you don't wanna brag you. Don't wanna come off as arrogant. You don't want to you just don't want make yourself look like you're thinking too highly of yourself. So all these things that demonize like admiring yourself and again like.

Probably, our current ranking system is not perfect. But realizing that there's probably not even an optimum way to accomplish all that needs to be accomplished. So is it? It really was a challenge for sure but You know I think the ATP's priority was always to. Try to continue to have a fair and accurate evaluation of. Dot com website. Health news dot com. They're on critical health, news dot com and really these days. There's no shortage of information about all of the mighty ninety essential nutrients, which includes amino acids, essential fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins. In fact, these things were discovered in probably most most of in the nineteen twenties and nineteen thirties. Nineteen forties and since then the evidence on the health benefits and the health important. So these we call the mighty ninety central nutrients is in disputable, even even mainstream medicine recognizes the importance of vitamins, and minerals and amino acids and fatty acids, so it to me. You know? I'm I am a e-van evangelist for supplementing with the mighty ninety essential nutrients. Yes, you are Wayne's with us in Tacoma, Washington. Hey, Wayne, go ahead. Good evening, sir. George thomas. Yes, I have a nephew that has Bayreuth cancer. He had an operation and had it taken out. It was like three and a half hour operation. I'm wondering what he can do to help reality to do. And he's not alone in this. Hundreds of thousands of these are taken out every year thyroid removed every year. I can't hear you really don't have an option at that point. But a lot of them are taken out just for hyperactive thyroid Royd that is just freaked out. Critical health. News dot com. Jeff is up there in Georgia. Welcome to the program. Hi, jeffrey. Hey, George how you doing? Jeff. Thank you. Then I got a virus that I've had since I was a child. I mean, I remember the first time they broke out on my lip. They just be one. I've had it since I was a child now had some some, you know, some success watching more to eat and putting the right vitamins and minerals and keep in mind noon system, built for you when HPV Ben no, I don't think. So I think it's it's like cold sores, right? Yes. All right. Yes. The herpes virus? And you're you're right on my friend smart. You're very very smart because keeping the immune system. Strong is the key. And you'll notice that when you're immune system is suppressed or when you're under stress, you're not getting enough sleep. Or you're on vacation. You forget your supplements. You don't pay attention to what you're eating. You'll notice that when it comes up. So anybody who's dealing coal sores? These viruses are opportunistic virus, meaning they wait for an opportunity to jump. And what you gotta do to strengthen the immune system by taking selenium. For example, is one of the all time great immune boosters, the ultimate from you in jeopardy, making sure you're doing all your mighty ninety essential nutrients that healthy start back staying away from sugar earlier, how sugar suppresses the immune system and calming the body down noticing when you're under duress and then calming the body down in a way. It's a good thing. Because it's kind of like a a barometer that will tell you when your body is under duress. When you get when you get one of those cold sores, it usually means that you're not paying attention to what you're supposed to be doing or you're under some kind of stress. Tom's got another tweet forest. What do you have Tom? Sure. Do this one from Jerome in Minneapolis convinced? Please explain how the body processes the so-called, bad foods. In other words. What makes them bad? Great question. We talked about the cell earlier. It all boils down to sell George. The cell has a menu from which it likes to eat. And that menu is three point five billion years old. And it includes the basic mighty ninety essential nutrients and a few other things the foods. We eat today have substances in them that do not feed the cell number one. The cell doesn't get sad and number two these waste substances either getting corporated into the cell and create distorted self such as a case of of fat cooked fats and ransacked get incorporated into the. South distorting, the self chemistry and electrical energies, and and ultimately making six south or they have to be dumped out of that to be modified by the poison control sets and then dumped out, and they don't mistake, George. This is one of the most amazing systems in the body lives in the liver, primarily actually has an ability to manipulate poisons and detoxify them so that they're safe, and then eliminate them out of the out of the at the intestines out of the bowel for the most part and many of the foods that we eat contain substances that have to be detoxified and this puts a major load on the nutritional resources as well as taxing the liver. So the foods we eat or bad because they contain components of the cell can't use the self starred or incorporate into the south of the cell becomes distorted sick or that have to be eliminated by the poison control system, which creates more nutritional deficiency and ultimately taxes. Deliver. And and creates a toxic city in this Oregon amazing is if you take care of your body in all kinds of ways will it ever breakdown. You know, say that because it's never we've never lived in an environment. That was one hundred percent conducive to that. Our theoretically, you know, you should go to eighty or ninety hundred hundred and twenty easily a hundred twenty if you take care of self. I know that because there's been people many many people have lived to be a hundred ten or one hundred twenty two this day is a guy I was watching a YouTube videos, I one hundred eleven and he's still walking around and driving a car and he's functioning. Great exactly video yesterday of late ninety four years old doing all kinds of dance moves this is what the human bodies capable of George. Don't you want that? And to listeners don't you want that be ninety four and dancing. I mean, we have so much longer to live life is short enough as it is. But we can we're robbing ourselves at twenty to thirty to forty good years. Let's go to first time. Caller, Justin, and Florida. Welcome to the program. Hi, justin. Justin. How are you? Hey, I know there's all the pollen. I can barely hear you. Justin. Can you get closer to your phone? Yes. Can you hear me? Let's better. That's great. Great. Thank you so much to take my call. Like, I said I have a question for the guy. I can't remember what you apologize pharmacist, Ben. Okay. Fan. Okay. I was actually sick for a lifetime. And I actually. What it was? I always get this inspection everywhere on my body. I would feel too. To the point to our even my job because it was just getting bad, and my mom, and I couldn't figure out what it was. And it's gone on for so many years. And then suddenly, I got a I've had so many doctors at me. They would you say we know what it is. We think. I said surely that can't just see the problem. So then I finally had a one that just looked at me. And he looked at me. And I don't even know how how do you figure this out goes you have can't beat us? And I said what you have fan Fandino a yeast infection. Yeah. Yes. And and I and I said how did you know, if I look at a yeah. Could tell I could tell you. I look at it. Yeah. I could tell. He's fell. And then he goes, you know, why you have it. I go he goes because your body. I don't know. This is why I was going to ask him what he thinks if you he's told me about he needs a balance of eighty percent good back here. Twenty percent bacteria, so bad bacteria is possible. So is that maybe so many people are realizing this Donald's Burger King store, you buy all these donuts store, and you do this. Maybe so many people are realizing that they could be completely making themselves. Sick eating all the food because someone was telling me that those feelings gate. All right.
