Democrats Have Destroyed the Confirmation Process
"And of course the greatest threat we face today Somebody like Rand Paul you see Because canton G Brown Jackson Had to wait 15 minutes for his vote While the rest of the senators had voted and by the way this is fairly typical You do understand there's not a vacancy yet on the Supreme Court Do you realize I had America Judge Jackson doesn't even have a seat to sit on in the U.S. Supreme Court because Stephen Breyer hasn't left yet Yet they confirmed her in record time in the modern period The word days were reminded when these were kind of just easily done without hearings Voice votes and so forth But you know that's like a 120 years ago Not anymore the Democrats have destroyed the entire confirmation process But they want you to know that they've destroyed it but only for Republicans That Democrats And what was done to poor judge Jackson is just unacceptable Unacceptable And of course it was only done to her because she was black

"Canton G Brown Jackson that are hearing today on defending gitmo detainees On defending get detainees I want to address this specifically Cut 7 go After 9 11 there were also lawyers who recognized that our nation's values were under attack that we couldn't let the terrorists win by changing who we were Fundamentally And what that meant was that the people who were being accused by our government of having engaged in actions related to this under our constitutional scheme were entitled to representation We're entitled to be treated fairly That's what makes our system the best in the world Well tell that to all the January 6th political prisoners I didn't say violent attackers I said the political prisoners you know the trespassers and the paraders You were a judge there A district judge before you shortly ago became a circuit court judge And this is very troubling to me the way they are being treated today

I've seen guys i haven't seen in twenty years. How about how. Isaac off the field to the guy he is. We're really i. If i was gonna say anything it would be based on. How how i see him. As a person. Isaac the person is it that you see has nothing to do with all the records. He's got me and him came together. We were just young kids with a dream. And what we're gonna do but at time man i'm talking to the person from day one. It was always a toby. Let's go out and work on some things. Let's do something extra. Let's stay after practice. i guess what. He's the only one that i known will tell you that I think it was three or four days during the week he coming give me a bible scripture. It happened for seven years. And the same person. I've never seen him. Actually get out of whack always been calling composed in his nature. So i talk about isaac bruce. I talk about man just a communist of and he was always determined always doing more a look even know after the game. He's always called me. he's always let me know. Hey what you doing now this. Get out your dugout. Because you don't want a lot of ways. I the stopped on me when these leg stopped you know and and it was tough for me to watch the game on my side but he always came. Brick became closer to the game. I mean i can't say enough about him. The character of isaac bruce. I think the phrase left it on the field you did. Did you not tell me about those early days too. And the honeymoon you guys got coming from. La isaac said when we went to bush stadium. I've never played in front of that. Many people was that like for you. Young guy making that move. It was in real. I mean like. I said we were destined for a good place especially we love we left. We left california on those dire circumstances we were on our way out so it wasn't very many fans and we went to saint. Louis manet embraced as they were there so not in order for us to come man. We were just young kids in the nfl during a lifelong dream and given everything we got everybody behind us it was. It was a goalie tom for us. Saint louis embraced us all the way through. So it's not. I i can't say anything but good about those guys down there. So thank you saint louis for being who you are. This is roland. Williams is this is some of this may not make tv. But at least make the podcast at superbowl champion. Rowland williams continue. Please the most wittiest biggest personality hardworking consistent. That's almost like you've been like the reported that deserves being locker room. You're one of us. Shod was to correct. Correct ish issue this. How about the fact is it can are tight. I'm sure if we were not when he was playing with eating do a lot of media now he comes back the time i do as event. I said we can't shut you up. Now listen this guy. A hall of famer. Oh that's true a. Hall what does it mean to you to be here You know when when you play in a game. I think when you're in it you don't realize The player around and historical context and now having a chance to be away from the game to know that so many hall of famers and some of the best ever play are some of my teammates. I wanna come back and celebrate each and every time isaac is off the football having. I just can't wait to celebrate with him and just happy for man because he worked really hard he deserves it. Come on isaac in the huddle. We hear stories that he was. You know this quiet faith based guy was a little nasty out there right. I lost. I would just say competitive And helpful right competitive and helpful cut those. Dvd's cut master. I think about michael jordan. They said it. Michael was a trash talker on the low but she would never know that isaac was a guy that quiet as kept. We're really tried to cut your head off. Every single time. He played and i just think that his consistency of competition competition his consistency of being a big time player on special moments or something that just rubbed off on. Everybody and i think that was big with us becoming a team that we became Late nineties how fun is it to be here. I know the saint. Louis rams are gone in the la area. You still steve see some of those folks to see these guys that you played with winter life. It's great to come home. Although the rams are in los angeles now the super bowl running us yes. Listen the super bowl. Rams will forever be a part of the saint louis fabric and so. That's a place that i will always call home Isaac and i we were just talking about some of our great times in saint. Louis accidents saint louis proper in addition to being on the field playing in the back then the edwards jones and before that the twa don right all great moments on that led to is getting into the hall of fame. So i'm just so happy for man. I just can't wait. I got my workout done. I'm getting myself ready. Got my throat longitude. So make sure worse. Louder and louder than pittsburgh steelers fans and i'm just ready to go to the big rove the one and only the super bowl champion rowland williams great to see you too are joined by jay zygmunt longtime rams executive. And you were there early on with isaac. What are you remember in ninety. Four of this kid from memphis is unbelievable. I remember seeing all the draft meetings and john math or personnel director. And all the coaches. They're all bragging about this guy. Obviously was very slight. Did not have the typical straight-line speed. But i remember talking about so much. His great acceleration in and out of breaks would never always credit great separation and great competes for the ball. And fortunately very prophetic mean for you. Having been around him so long to see him at this ultimate honor. It's it's just unbelievable. Because he said you know his durability and longevity production ever quite got the credit but as we all know he's not the typical receiver with his personality and all he does is Goes about his business and I mean a true professional. And i think that says it all. I mean elite player and obviously an elite person off the field. And i think it would surprise some. I know it surprised me. He's sort of torchbearer for the st. Louis rams legacy would you have guessed knowing key one. No but it's unbelievable to say well how he's matured and at great smile and all everything he does and just sell personally isn't the best part is just seen him. This happy because Moulavi says you know seeing everybody here. Just an exciting time for for everybody and it's so great that he's letting so many of us sharing his great honor. It's very special and it would be nice to come back. One day of coach for meal could get in. Well yes i think. Torii holton and dick belong here and i What more can you say about both implemented particularly talking about what coach did and now you think the decisions he made and obviously the team took over when i joined us Head a lot of challenges and he overcame them and that's been his trademark you know. He rebelled three teams and it's just incredible what he's done in again Not only as a great coach but as tremendous of.

"In played with. Was isaac bruce until torry holt showed up and now there's two of himself to have those two guys on a hall of fame pace on the same football team. How lucky are you to be that quarterback or to be that team mate so eventually we'll get them all in and hopefully. Someday you'll get london fletcher into and life is good your works working with the rams in. La's yeah the radio still broadcasting. Still having fun on the sideline now. I don't get to sit down anymore. So i have to stand up but still fun having gotten too far away from the game and i i guess this is exactly where i wanna be great to see it. I know i know you're working for them. St louis still loves tomorrow. I still have saint louis to. Yeah and it's what. We're all rooting for the same team. At some point and once all this passes over. I hope that we can all we can mend fences. Hopefully we'll see the one and only rock and roll. Ricky role is with us. It is great to see you and it's great to see all these people. How much is this where you guys is former teams. It's awesome it's Just brings back so many memories fans front office. coaches layers teammates. And it's just a mean. Toby right when i first came in ninety eight hair just a tremendous human being a great player. Probably career cut short Like we just talked about how he played in But it's awesome. It's just a a special day celebration. For isaac and and it's great to see the support and all the people out here about isaac the guy that you knew away from the game It's amazing he's changed he's He's more outgoing. More outspoken He's obviously got a strong belief in e always has but now to see him I wouldn't say he's an extrovert but He was definitely an introvert back in ninety eight and now to see him just as his his leadership mentorship In what he's done as a great player on the field but what he's doing off the field as well and he's just he's he's always been someone. I've looked up to inspected It's just awesome to be here and support him in his long overdue. You know to me. He's a first ballot hall of fame and for him to have to wait You know. I understand that. But it's it's here now but tori. He's knocking on the door to. I mean usually make these guys wait. I guess that's how it works with wide receivers but you look at his body to in a condensed period of time. He's right there number wise absolutely and and you know. I don't want to get started on that. You know i also. I can also campaign for coach for meal you know. I played for dungy coach. Dungy great coach bill cower watching him from you know year some but what did they done. That coach for meal has done you know so. Hopefully tori and coach will get in You know there's no question in my mind that that the toil thank you for saying no question. I was waiting on. That and coach for meal has said. I think i'm the only guy who's ever been hired three times and not fired. How many guys in the nfl get hired three times and not fired. That alone should get him in his body of work. What he did eat stop is unique. It's not a guy who had like twelve year. Run in one spot if they look closely. It's a unique resume. He took three organizations that were dire needs of leadership in Took him from philadelphia to saint louis. Kansas city. I think from worst to first or at least to to championship not super bowl. He's just an amazing man and amazing leader. All talk about the things that we've learned from playing for him the opportunity that things that i use in my business if you know how he ran our football team and his leadership skills and the people he surrounded himself and how he treated people was was was amazing in for me. I looked back and ease especially numidian as well is. It always says his favorite career catch is yours vocab. And i'm like okay. That's weird is like no. That's my favorite catcher my entire career because he knew that year. You didn't get one and he's like you've been there. You deserve it. What does that mean to you when he says that. It's not some bullshit needs a lot. I mean those guys. I could see tell you stories of the things they did for me. i wasn't included in the greatest show on whether it was interviews whether it was cover magazines and Selfless group of guys. I just love playing for You know and i. It was amazing time in my career to be a part of those guys that were just great players. Were great people who just come to work. Every day in we had some special new and it was He's lightning bobby. You know play seventeen years. You don't get that opportunity to play with those group of guys for very long five years to play with toy isaac and oz. Marshall hurt train. You just keep going down. The line orlando timmerman. You know i. It was just an amazing time for me for not for tv purpose. And maybe for the podcast purpose. I have to tell everybody. Ricky paul was my preseason analysts from two thousand six and then our pre-game analyst and then he quits and i. I'm calling to the dome. And he calls his a more forgot. Me what i signed with the cold true or false you side with the colts because kelly said get off your career number of receptive with six six six. Did that play a role. Did you wanna quit me. Did you wanna play with peyton. You know all of the above. All the above. I you know i was going to come back. I wanted to come back and play carolina in they signed keyshawn. Things worked out and You know i thought i was done. And i hate sitting on the six career catches but Opportunity came in october and bill. Polian call me and peyton call me coach. And i went worked out and things worked out. Got another ring and it was a great opportunity to play with peyton. I'm excited for him. Obviously you knew he was just first. Time ballot non. He's a special player as well. I remember the phone call. 'cause you go mark i love. We're doing but it's peyton. Manning i forgive you okay you any other than peyton. I would have stuck with the best. No question toby right. It has been way too long. And i feel standing next toga. Like i'm gonna get run over. I'm going to get plowed. Saint-louis remembers you hard hitting great memories First of all good to see how fun is if you see isaac in this collection rams unexplainable. I mean like the whole time coming up here you know after the game. It's tough even getting back. Emotional spent such a great time together. I'll tell you what man is a. He called me twice and left me a couple emails. And when i be caused man it's gotta be something he just said. Hey better come out to my thing. That's all you had to say to me. So that's what to have a turn out and have everybody around here. You haven't people from all walks in errors that.

"Be i mean he'd probably catch one hundred ten balls of season. You know just an in a nonchalant wages do it in on and he's matured so much as a person when you listen to him talk you remember him as a young kid. I wouldn't talk and now he can't shut them up now. He would say boo he. He's full of warmth and sincerity and great. Faith did a nice job and accept his jacket last night. I couldn't be more proud of it. And you got him at a point where he was just starting to emerge. What are those memories when you got there. Well you know he'd had a big year or so before we got there over one hundred dollars but then he had the hamstring injury. Remember in ninety eight. He only played by games so it was a disaster that year but what happened the next year. We get to'real him. Two first round picks really amounts to Two hall of famers in the offense marshall faulk and the offense kurt warner and the offense orlando pace. Growing now is a hall of fame caliber player and all of a sudden. We're based in. Mike martz adds his genius to it. Now saunders and those guys hell work good football team in your relationship with is. He was a little bumpy there when he was injured. But now you guys are close yellow. No question we have a great relationship. But i had a bumper relationship with a lot of guys the first couple of years. Okay only nine guys off that roster that i took over when the super bowl in three years he was one of them. Yeah nine of them. Okay and i'll tell you this when you're with them now one of the first things they talk about us how hard they work they got there and they also make little jokes about the guy couldn't handle it. How about the expression where you would say he makes the easy catch look difficult and then he explains why all the you know he. He said anyone can practice catching the good pass. But he wanted to practice catching the ball. That was thrown poorly. And most of the time. Your quarterback doesn't purposely throw the ball poorly so aid workers pacelle into a position to make the catch more difficult. And so i'm doing quite. I've never had anybody explain that to me before you know like that. Then obviously it helped him. It helped put him where he is today. And how vivid. The memory. The super bowl. When that play happens they dial it up. It's at ball hanging in the air. What are those emotion vivid. Is that moment in your head. Well first thing. I see off the left side of my is kurt warner. Being knocked on his back and the ball blown up like that. And then isaac sort of slowing down and give them a little shove here and comes back and gets a ball. Nothing and also. Kim comes running across the brush block. You know i. I felt. I shouldn't have but i thought well with the game's over we've won this thing but it wasn't over and life is good right now. Life is really good. You know. I have harold carmichael going in as well. Yeah so i. I've been spending time. I had breakfast with four. My eagle players this morning. I got a couple of coming over the afternoon. So it's a double reunion for me though. I see my eagle guys all the time and eagles rams chiefs lot of success the hall of fame. You've been closed before. What would it mean if it happens. Well it'd be great if i get in. I deserve it. If i don't i don't deserve it as my attitude toward it in. I don't control out and you know you need a good support staff in Hey if i belong in get in not. I'm going to make wine and why business good veteran it's ever been better than have in fact. We're in the playoffs issue. You're in the for the white wines. Isn't the play no capital calls. Were making money unbelievable. Thirteen years you know they would have fired me. Coaching to increase happy trained. Greenlee here while he's happy he's coming by last thought. Torry holt. another guide knocking on the door. He look at his numbers. You would think he's gonna get there. He's he's no one's automatic but he's been in the finals a couple of times now and he has a great attitude toward it. He's handling the disappointment well and he respects the guys who go in ahead of him and he'll go in. I think it'll be this year. Wouldn't i think i would bet on it even this year. Art here with demarco. Far former isaac team and from day. One you guys were team came together. We actually walked in the building the same day. Yeah same day. We looked at pictures and receivers and he would point out the records. He was going to beat some day and day one. I didn't know the guy from adam. He's going to beat this. All this type of stuff and yeah i mean just just to be here amongst all his family all the old teammates. All we've been doing since i've been in this lobby you're talking about is a group stories. Yeah when you fooled me away. We were talking. About isaac bruce talking trash people but in the low key way. So yeah just special day. One teammate My entire career. As a ram. I had isaac bruce as my teammate to lockers away people probably didn't realize it to as quiet and low key as polite as he is he talks some serious smack in the. Oh my god. I i think he might be. The most hall of famer fiercest competitor. I've ever seen in my life but you'd never know it from the outside but on the inside men have you lined up in front of them. I mean it's a peer six role. He wants to win every single match up. No matter what you're doing darts pool ping pong football. He wants to win and he comes to saint louis and things start sort of start happening for him. He and mike march connec at one point. Did you say boy. He's on a hall of fame path. let's see the time when i realized he was actually nine thousand nine hundred ninety four or five when he blocked a punt vs green bay. Ninety five ninety. Five rams saint louis game ever. Yeah and then two plays later. He scores so that special so and just to watch him grow from winning rookie of the year. And then becoming our number one go-to guy during the down years and then being that guy when we actually became pretty good no shock no shock at all at the end of his career. We used to always say five years from the day you retire. You're going to be in the hall of fame. Took a little bit longer. But he's finally and so we're all happy. And how about the guy away from the game in saint louis he keeps coming back is foundation is strong his his recognition in town. It's bigger now. Even his crazy. I would not have said he'd be like the baton holder for the saint. Louis rams legacy well it meant a lot man. I mean we used to sit and talk about what it would be like to make the playoffs. And what is gonna look like in saint louis and sure enough. Did we talked about the parade. Going through saint louis this before it happened. It lived up to expectations. So i mean a lot of the best things happen to us. If athletes happened in saint louis so it does not surprise me that he's still there and he has a big footprint footprint there so we're still talking about that now every union for the guys when we get together for that super bowl team. We want to have back in saint louis because that's where it all happened anyway. How 'bout torry holt. He's knocking on the door. God i mean you look at the numbers and it was all in about a decade. I mean the numbers are there. I know how it is receivers. Just have to wait. You know what look to me. The best receiver i'd ever seen.

"As we continue to clips from canton this particular episode particular. Show people that played with isaac bruce people that he played four. You're gonna from ricky parole rowland williams demarco far toby right about that name jay zygmunt and dick from meal all of that part of our clips from canton as we continue to celebrate the hall of fame induction of isaac bruce. You've heard from isaac a lot. He's been a guest on this show. We've done a number of events together but these particular interviews are with his former teammates coaches executives people who are around him and i think they all sort of agree with my premise. That he is really you know. Sort of come out of his shell in retirement. If you saw the speech you could tell the passion the energy he had in. It's just amazing because of the back story. I don't know how much this has been discussed. But his ipad isaacs ipad was up there for his hall of fame. Speech and chris. Berman leaves the podium and takes the ipad on accident part of presumably with all of his papers. So when is it gets up there if you look back at the speeds the first thing he says. Hey where's my head. And he says it again. Where's my ipad. And he said later he thought somebody would bring it to him if he called attention to it and nobody did so. His speech was from memory and with that in mighty really did a great job. He was funny quoting cool. Modine how you like me now shown a little bit of that swagger that he always had but this particular episode is fun. Because there's some rams folks haven't seen in a while toby right remember. What a hitting machine. He was the rams safety he was just a monster. He literally left it on the field and just an incredible player for handful years hard hitter but get injured get beat up and came into the league with isaac a lot of fun to see him ricky pro one of my all time favorites and i had to bust 'em a little bit coming up on our fifteen year anniversary in two thousand six. He did the rams preseason games with me in the booth then that fall. He was scheduled to be on our pre game. Show every sunday at ten thirty fair park across the street from the dome and i think we had done about six seven shows. And you know it's maybe late october. I don't know and he's calling me on a sunday and he said hey i'm not gonna make it simple what do you what do you mean not gonna make it. I feel like. I've told this story a few times this week. So if you're hearing it for. Third time i apologize. But he said Peyton manning called and you want me to join. The colts needed some help. I receiver so i'm up at indy. I signed with the colts on friday as well. It's great. you probably should've told me before sunday. So we joke about that forever that he left me for peyton manning but he got another ring and his career receptions. At that point he'd been retired. Were six six. Six in for years is wife. Hated it that those were his career numbers reception six six six so i think he called like three more indie or something to get off that number and so we give him a hard time about that. Big rolling williams always fun to catch up with coach for meal or some talking here about whether coach for meal will ever get into the hall of fame. He's on a shortlist now. It's a committee veteran's committee that voting sometime soon here But hopefully you'll enjoy the visit here with these former rams. It was great to see everybody. And isaac invited every single person that had worked at rams park during his career. And so as. I'm sitting in this lobby on sanity in akron. Ohio i look around and i see the former. It guy the groundskeeper equipment guys video people trainers. It was unbelievable marketing. Pr unbelievable gesture. He wanted them all to be there but that they all said yeah. I'll show up. Why Barcelona Legend Messi Is Leaving
"Are finally going to mention what was the biggest sports story on Planet Earth this weekend. It was not anything that happened at the Olympics, and it was not anything that happened in Canton, Ohio, and it was not anything that happened on a baseball diamond near or far from you. It was and I will give new no 30 seconds to explain to everyone who doesn't already know why it's such a big deal. It was Leon l messy the greatest soccer player in the world and his tearful divorce from Barcelona, where he has made himself a legend. And I will admit new. No, I need the education on this. Tell everybody why this happened and why it is the biggest sports story on planet Earth. The simplest thing is Barcelona's finances are so messed up, um, that they can't afford them afford. Afford him. The league wouldn't allow them to sign Messi back even at a 50% discount. Um and I've tried to equate what it would truly be. It would kind of be like with Brady leaving, um, the Patriots. But if Roger Goodell said, Hey, he's not allowed to come back. That's the thing like Sometimes I read about things that happened in international soccer and European soccer in particular, and I am the first to admit, I don't know almost anything about it. I didn't grow up following it. I know enough about it to cover it for television, which I've done for years, but I don't know the ins and outs. And every now and again, things like this happened and I find myself thinking. How do they deal with this? Like what kind of system is this? If this stuff happened in American sports, we'd lose our minds like what's going on right now on the first take in

Baseless 2020 Conspiracies Complicate Ohio Effort To Buy Voting Machines
"President Trump's effort to overturn a Democratic election failed. But the departure from reality at the heart of that effort persists. Ah, favorite conspiracy theory of the president's allies involved voting machines changing votes. The evidence free claim was disproven in places like Georgia that recounted ballots on paper. But the false tale about Dominion voting machines persists affecting politics in a county in Ohio, Here's Nick Costello of Our member station Wcpo an idea stream Stark County is home to Canton, Ohio. It voted twice for Barack Obama and twice in landslides for Donald Trump. Last December, the bipartisan Stark County Board of Elections voted unanimously to replace its aging voting machines with new ones from Dominion voting systems. Since then, the county's three top elected officials, all of whom are Republican, say they've been getting an earful. The board of Commissioners has received hundreds of communications from concerned citizens. This is Commissioner Bill Smith, speaking at a public hearing about the purchase this response from the public as far exceeded the response any of us have ever received on any topic. Come before our board During this two hour hearing In early February, Smith pushed the board of Elections director to address voters fears that Dominion machines are not secure. They just want to make sure that it's valid counted so You're We're going with the one with the cloud right now. Okay over its head, a clouded not based in fact, but created by Trump and allies such as Rudy Giuliani. At least one conservative group has tried to keep stirring the opposition to start counties Dominion purchase. The county's top elections official is Geoff Matthews. He's also the chairman of the local Republican Party. On top of that he runs the board that tests in certifies voting machines statewide. At the meeting, Matthew's defended Dominion. And the integrity of the 2020 election, refusing to recognize that this election was safe, secure inaccurate can be viewed as nothing less than attacking the peaceful transfer of power. Some of the claims made about Dominion voting systems are beyond absurd and require one to suspend all critical thought. In the weeks since that meeting, the county's commissioners have yet to approve the more than $6 million contract, but a decision could come this month. Neither they nor Matthews responded to interview requests. Election officials here want to replace their machines before the fall. The particular Dominion voting machine that the county board wants to buy is a touch screen with a paper audit trail. It was used in 11 Ohio counties last year, according to the Ohio secretary of state's office. Trump won all of those counties. Postelection audits found the results in nine of those counties to be 100% accurate. The minuscule discrepancies in the other two counties were not attributed to the machines. Our hope is that we continue to have a really honest and open conversation about fax. Versus fiction case. Stimpson is a spokeswoman for Dominion voting Systems. She says the company has been available to answer local officials. Questions, sending a sales rep to meetings were showing up to do the hard work of cutting through disinformation and at the most granular levels in Stark County were also Very much supported by the Ohio secretary of State's office. I think in every level at every different level of the game obviously the pace the paces what jumps out to you the the the speed of the game jumps out to you and then as you go up each level whether it's high school college pro obviously the size of the players in skill level. So just you know. We had really good teams really good players when i was at akron knowing how good those guys were good. Our teams were then to see how big and gifted and talented and smart These players in the g. league And nba ours. Just that was the biggest difference is just. Everything's amped up level. You know in every aspect definitely over the last three years to get charge of seeing a bunch of really high level players. Go through the one that stood out to me. I'm gonna have had Kosher ball he would that statement of saddam eight points on the impact. He had for you guys. Obviously as as a defensive player plays both floors i remember saddam dominic point too. Because when i was in middle school i went to saint john's game and he he's the it's the first person who's the first guy i've ever seen dunk on someone else so i kind of have my head but what what was it for forgot camac see him we called up. What was that. What what what did it look like coaching him. And then obviously seen his hardly get rewarded down the prime example of you know he was drafted by the cavaliers. And it didn't work out right away. Played g. league went overseas and he's been back with us In canton for for this is his third year back and just You know it's great to see him get back on an nba bench. I because he dom the same no matter. What whether he's coming off the bench starting Place ten minutes place. Thirty two minutes He just loves to play. He's great teammate. He's coach -able just a great gotta have in your team and obviously like you said you know. He's a home run hitter right. He's going to dump on people he's gonna. He had a block when they on sports. That are up ten twice last year so he can definitely change the game at any point. Yeah no doubt. Just definitely great to see him Just get an opportunity to go back up and the nba court or short last year. It's also thinking about pass guys that have really been able to to to show what could do and get done and get a call to the next level of course guy who can. We expect this fancy on charge this year. Really start making noise. Everybody i mean. And i'd say that no seriousness like we have twelve guys. There could probably all start for g. league. You know the difference. This year is with only seventeen teams being down here. You know there's less there's less roster spots so you know so. These rosters are full of guys that could probably you know all all the nba rosters or You know every roster. I've seen as just loaded with talent loaded with great basketball players. Great guys so yeah i mean honest to god i could see any one of these guys really making a jump Within the next year or two. That's great and i think even further back. It just came to me by the time you spend the g. league kind of there for that transition from dealer to jill. What did you kind of notice being really knew a changes to the league. What what i. When i changed heaven when gateway came in he so my first year. I was as an intern. Here in canton It was still the d. league and then transitioning from my first year second year when it switched to to the g. league the gatorade league and You could just definitely tell the commitment From the league from the nba The owners and the front officers to just provide these g. league teams more resources. Investing them more and really expand and grow the g. league does a mini basically a mini nba and I think every just look around the league throughout the last four years as the gatorade league You've just seen everything improve. Everything is getting better situations for the players. constantly being upgraded. So it just goes to show you the the great job. The league has done investing investing in developing these young players and And and using it as a resource one hundred percent out of casual fans kind of forget how intertwined the to two leagues whether it's an nba teams naturally affiliates. So can you kind of touch on the how how you as a coach. These last years. I've been able to both learn from people in the cavs organization in work hand in hand with them. Yeah i mean it's just like you said we work hand in hand with them. We basically emulate try to simulate everything that the cavaliers do because at the end of the day where we're here for for the cavaliers. So we're on the same system. Same place same defense. We had the same you know team philosophies etcetera you know because not only are the cavaliers you know especially with the two way contracts. Now you've got guys coming down going back up You know again. That's what we're here for to provide a similar environment and atmosphere as to that of what it is in cleveland. So guys from down get experience When they go back up you know really. Nothing changes so Like the end of the day. We're here for the cavaliers and we're here to to help them Develop young players. And so you know in in a year or two three you know. They're producing them. Sports them out there of an exquisite crazy about that when thinking about kind of promotion from jelly to the nba and networking opportunities. You've done a lot of great work with hoops and former. I'm this fiscal channel. That you've started I it's a. It's a great resource that i've learned so much from would have taken in starting that and poverty. It was great information. Yes so just to.
