16 Marines arrested in human smuggling investigation

"He did you see the story about the sixteen marines that were actually arrested in this human smuggling deal I was stunned to learn about all that maybe I should have been done but it was an interesting story I have to say and I wondered if any more Deets on it if you know what I mean I did read that story I mean their stores all over the place about it happens during they were the marines were arrested during what was a typical morning formation at camp Pendleton for alleged involvement in a couple of different things a lot of it had to do with human smuggling and then the wrist drug related things as well according to what the press release from the marine corps said they that's what they do when they find you know when they're investigating this eight other marines were question about their involvement with with drugs and the arrests were somehow related to something that happened this month where two marines from camp Pendleton were charged with transporting undocumented immigrants for financial game yeah like so that's not good and that's the US Mexico border that we're talking about and so once they nailed them they started to look into this what happened was supposedly they were offered someone they were off to pick someone up four thousand Bucks and drive them away from the border and then that would be you know smuggling out of the border that that's what they were question for and that's where the money exchange hands and we'll see if it's any deeper than that but sixteen is a pretty big number so maybe some of them aren't directly involved maybe they are like I said there's a reason why you use the word alleged because we have to see how that plays out but it it it doesn't look good let's put it that way and it was kind of eye

"Southbound Camp Pendleton area, it is. Massive and I'm talking to massive backup. Like now on the southbound five, let's get a free way. Check in with Tom TRAN. That's a live shot of. The literal parking lot at this point on the southbound side of the five traffic stopped about a mile before the the standoff situation, which is right near the Las Palmas road through the Camp Pendleton area and traffic quite literally not moving at all. I'm looking at a mile and a half to two mile delay of just traffic not moving in as you heard from the officer. There's no good option around this. If you're trying to get down to the ocean side, San Diego area traffic is not moving and it's a waiting game at this point. They don't know how long the suspect is going to be in his vehicle. They don't know how long this is gonna take.
