Dogs Can Be Trained to Sniff Out COVID-19, Studies Suggest

"Are now emerging in refugee camps. Why did it take so long for the virus to reach them By Melissa Godin. For a number of months, the world's largest refugee camps appear to have been spared the worst of the coronavirus pandemic but human rights groups now say cove nineteen infection rates are on the rise in the temporary. That house millions of the world's most vulnerable people with alarming consequences both for those vulnerable groups, as well as the world more broadly the United Nations high. Commissioner for Refugees reports that globally twenty one, thousand of the world's thirty million refugees have tested positive for the virus across ninety seven countries at the end of September. Thirty two new cases were reported in the refugee camps. In Cox's Bazar. Bangladesh home. To seven hundred, forty, five, thousand Rohingya an ethnic minority fleeing violence and discrimination in. Myanmar. In Greece, more than two hundred, forty refugees have tested positive for the virus on the island of Lesbos, and in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine. Cova nineteen outbreaks have occurred at several camps over the past month though UNHCR reports the numbers rose sharply in September. The true number of cases remains unknown because of limited testing. Aid agencies had long expressed fears about the potentially devastating impacts of the virus for those living in crowded camps where medical services are sparse yet for the first six months of the pandemic case rates remained far lower than expected while low testing rates in refugee camps could explain why so few cases have been reported experts say camps isolation from host communities, as well as the imposition of strict laws down measures curb the spread of the virus even if refugees have so far been spared the worst of the pandemics immediate health impact, the outbreak has taken a huge toll on refugees lives. The global economic recession has led to major cuts to humanitarian funding for refugee camps, causing food shortages, and. Employment Opportunities for displaced people with the Norwegian Refugee Council estimating three quarters of displaced people have lost income since the pandemic began lockdowns have also further restricted refugees mobility with countries like Greece placing tighter restrictions on refugees than the rest of the population. Moreover, many experts say governments are using the pandemic as an excuse to violate refugees rights. Governments are using covid nineteen as a pretext to block people from the right to seek asylum says bill freely the director of human rights watches. Refugee. And Migrant Rights Division. It runs roughshod over the basic principles of refugee protection. He says now, as the virus begins circulating in camps around the world experts worry that refugees who have already suffered so much from the pandemic may not get the medical support they need. If the disease gets introduced into more refugee camps, it would be a tinderbox says freekick noting that the virus would spread rapidly the low case rates we have seen so far free lick says are just a lucky break. Why have cove nineteen rates been lower than expected in refugee camps? covid nineteen rates in refugee camps or unexpectedly low in part because the camps tend to be isolated from surrounding communities limiting the odds of the virus spreading into the camps camps are situated often in the most desolate unwanted land that a country can find free like says, no one casually goes in and out national lockdowns also help protect refugees from the virus in Jordan, for instance, which hosts seven hundred. Forty seven thousand refugees mostly from Syria the government implemented. One of the world's strictest lockdowns, shutting down airports for several months and jailing people who broke quarantine. There was tight lockdown that was put in place towards the Third Week of March including the shutting down of all the borders and airspace says, Juliet Toomas. UNICEF's Chief of communications for the middle, east, and North Africa, about Jordan this help she says. Additional restrictions placed specifically on refugee camps also helped limit viral spread. Many camps have reduced the number of people entering and exiting. For instance, in Bangladesh's Cox's Bazar only twenty percent of the usual number of humanitarian workers were allowed to enter during the first few months of lockdown and deliveries were made less frequently in order to reduce potential transmission according to Saad Hamady a south. Asia campaigner for Amnesty International many of the operations except the essential ones were carried out remotely Hamadi says, these are the measures that might have reduced or delayed the spread of the virus. There are other factors however, that could explain low case numbers. Half of refugees worldwide are under the age of eighteen according to the UNHCR and their relative young age may make them less susceptible. To having a severe infection with the virus if young people are ACM dramatic or have mild symptoms, they may also be less likely to get tested. It's also possible that there have been cases of course at nineteen that have gone undetected and camps. While some testing is available, it's hindered by shortage of testing supplies and medical personnel to carry out the tests. Some refugees also don't. WanNa get tested for fear that they may have to self isolate and therefore be unable to carry out any income generating activities they rely on for survival in Cox's Bazar the world's largest refugee settlement in Bangladesh less than one percent of the population has been tested. The lower case numbers could therefore be a result of low testing rates. The actual number of cases could be higher. But experts say that despite low testing rates cove in nineteen infection rates in camps still have not been as bad as expected. Even if you carried out a large number of tests, it still likely to be a low number of infections says somebody if Cova Nineteen was spreading through camps undetected camps would witness rising numbers of people requesting medical attention or rising numbers of deaths neither of which have been the case in several camps according to UNHCR data I do think there's a hidden outbreak to an extent, but we're not seeing other indicators showing a massive outbreak says to Jacobson cares country director in Syria were not seeing a host of people falling ill or dying.

"As hard as it can be for most people to maintain social distance consider how much harder it is for refugees packed into makeshift camps that is the reality for one a million Muslim minority rocking guy who fled Myanmar their camps are in neighboring Bangladesh and those camps recorded their first confirmed deaths from covert on June first Michael Sullivan reports two weeks ago Bangladesh declared parts of the Cox's bazaar district where the camps are located a red zone and climb to lock down on those areas as the virus spread I think everybody is very concerned that the numbers are going to increase significantly Louise Donovan is spokesperson for the U. N. H. C. R. in Cox's bazaar if you look at Bangladesh's Utica Cox's bazaar the numbers are increasing very rapidly and we're concerned that the same thing will happen in the camps camps that have some of the highest population density in the world Rahm das runs the roving the relief effort in Cox's bazaar for the NGO care international it is four times the density Arafat New York City eight times the density of Wuhan city about how activities but here you are at and that he says make social distancing in the camps almost impossible your contact the people inside the house thirty four hours they have to go out for food they had to go to the community Charlotte they have to go to the house that does though it thank you photo make sure that all the a million people followed the thunder one million people aid groups are struggling to finish twelve new clinics for COPD patients with a total of nineteen hundred beds by the end of June Robert look what does food for the hungry opened the first a few weeks ago we are using it as a crime I think casting top style because of the need on the ground we had to modify each better faster and to ensure that we are responding to that I did to needs which is called his clinic has fifty beds for isolation and treatment of moderate to severe cases another clinic outside the camp has one hundred and fifty more but critical cases the require intensive care and ventilators we'll have to go to the government hospital in Cox's bazaar and that worries him the number of beds in Cork's Bastos de limited as I talk now I told you there any beds that are blind right now with that being said all I did accident dropping their question Keysight Torah the number of cases another concern Rohingya in the camps are reluctant to come forward for testing and instead self medicating with help from makeshift pharmacies inside the camps so Tom Raheem ola runs one after another not that excited again about it do you fear he's the go to the clinic the doctors will send them to a different team not just them but their whole families so they come here in the state yes me Dara is arriving activist who works for an international aid group to build awareness in the camps my name and the lamb are bad I hope they will guide you right now some deep blue sea yeah I'm afraid to go to the cleaning because they have heard there will be Q. we told them no and explain what isolation and quarantine are and we told them if there are C. will get treatment and Judy are better then they will go home but people are still suspicious the Bangladesh government's ban on internet in the camps isn't helping people get information either and then there's the rainy season which brings a slew of illnesses that present much is cobra does with costs eighty bones and fevers that leads people to self medicate for those elements instead of getting tested combine that with the fear factor and it's little wonder that some aid workers worry the number of cases in the camps is far greater than what's being reported so far

Walk and the kind of music you play so then stuff happens in all of our settings cabins and all that institutions sin college everywhere but there are ways we can address that in Institutional State Park could national park has very hard because have to train the staff to also accommodate different cultural groups. And the simple way. We tried to do that in as like they'll have people from Chinese come Utah for quarter. Five of making speak. Chinese come will simply translate of pamphlet into Chinese US gifted and Japanese German. You know so. We can address in foreign visitor language. Have that that's good. I mean we try to bridge the gap and that sense that's the easiest simplisafe minimal level they can achieve that because in that sense you're presumably. Let's say it's a pamphlet of inflammation pass and the way you presented. This nation is going to be of equal value to be to visitor. So if you just put translation you're giving that person would have given someone your other normal culture you've made culture if nation but just in a different language is good. It's not not bad but you see some minimal level because if we look at the bigger picture the visitor may ask you. You're looking for this the visitor from Japan or the part in this case just took a part of the country in different community wants different kinds of nation which means you'll pass this good but maybe not good enough. You need to read. Write your password in this initial altogether Customer is not just a simple might wish. It is a context very rain. So how do you determine what content is more relevant based on the respective culture in this case? If we're going to use like a Japanese client how do we create content? That's relevant to them. Sure that means you need so from that culture meaning you gain knowledge that culture or you need someone from within your organization. This is the issue of diversity comes into play and how the diversity.

"And then you would. You would watch and you would. You would see them at the wheel. Jack Sparrow Johnny. Depp would appear and the lightning was such. Yeah we're was just like projection on Scrim or something but it was so hd and it was like two or three rooms you'd go into that was just know that the experience all happen in just one room. Well Yeah Yeah but to be because everything was projection like everything else was project it just felt like we have memory of walking into like multiple rows. Then it starts to rain and then we circuiting attacked by by mermaids by five sirens or whatever they were the mermaids really scary but the whole time Jack Sparrow. I mean look like Johnny Depp withstanding. That was really impressive. It never really went anywhere if we went back. Now we probably wouldn't return was really impressive. Really was imagine if you were like kind of going by quickly in a ride vehicle and you saw you wouldn't be able to So anyway that's where we've seen this low. I think you're going. Yeah test subjects so in two thousand twelve. I think when we go to animal kingdom. I think it's worth talking about. Is the borough Deka banned? These are those guys that just tore it up there in in Harambee village in Africa and they were. They were just always. They're always killing it. I mean they were in the joy that get out of the energy that they brought truly is. I think what made me fall in love with animal kingdom? Being my favorite part is just I would walk. Can't just yeah it is look. I mean yeah. You're on your way to the tree of life. Will you just passing through? And it's just like it's just so joyfully full of I don't know also those ladies you can hear it. Sounds like a recording. But if you go down a certain path there's like ladies playing live music singing and they're kind of teaching again. It's it is in their harmonies are like Gorgeous McGuinness. Then feel now if we go over to Epcot then two thousand twelve. What did you tease world? Showcase adventure started going. I would really like to do that. I don't know if it is or not. I don't think it is well my closure list. Maybe it is. That is such a sad day. Okay well let me tell you. Something is which is kind of our first introduction to sourcres now I I. I was Kim possible. That's true Kim possible. They gave out little flip phones. Flip phones flip phones and you go around and you'd be like a hero bump bump on and then you'd like be talking as so crazy. I absolutely loved that. Yeah Yeah Yeah. In Asian P. was so cool because that was a smartphone this so you could actually see video recording so I mean I guess that means said closed this year or the year before. Here's another thing that I don't have in here because it's technically not an opening but test track two point. Oh by the end of two thousand twelve debuted. Wow so that's kind of cool. I love that that was Super Neato. I was amazing for sure. All right guys without brings us. Twin race flirts three she. I feel so welcome to to twenty thirteen years the snake. So how much did a a cost for a cost pan prices for for house? Two hundred eighty nine thousand gallon of gas. Three dollars and eighty cents. A movie ticket jumped up to ten dollars and twenty five cents a dozen eggs a dollar eighty eight. I gotta say I feel like the. The cost of eggs is really stayed pretty level for like the last fifty years. Yeah I mean it hovers around I mean just kind of like that average Gazza eggs. I mean that that's like when you're paying you thirty five dollars in New York City and then you're paying at. That's not how much it really costs. I'm just saying I'm just saying that pulls the average at that. I mean you know at least everywhere that I've lived. Yeah I mean dollar. Sixty-nine more or less I tell you can get a really good deal on eggs. Leinen Easter or all the. If you get chickens you can get farm fresh eggs right in your backyard. We'll talk about that later now. We won't so two thousand thirteen. We end up with townsquare theater. Princes meet and greet. I don't know how this is different than than the other before That is I don't know that's true because I feel like maybe I accidentally plugged in something here. I think because you had the closure in two thousand twelve Adventure no I feel like this is the. This is not the town square. This is the this is a whatever the princess meet and greet is that is there now. The one in fantasy land yes. I'm so sorry I completely messed that up. But that's with that. Is the princess meet and greet and that's change. We won't go into the minutia of that but that has changed over the years you know used to beat who was the. Who's the Tiana And Aurora Yeah Anyway but Senate kind of move. That's kind of churned through different people And then closed a pirates adventure treasurer of the seven seas. Remember that what is fact from this was. I think this one was like A. I think this was like a parade or something like that. They were like a like a small little like celebration parade. That was. I don't know where where was I do? Recall seeing it Banana any sorry. The dog is still causing mischief But anyway I do think that this was like one of those like smaller. Celebration parades in this. Definitely in the zone for You know in the pirate movie zone for sure Let's move over to Hollywood studios in two thousand Thirteen symphony and the stars Galactic Spectacular Man. That is one heck of A. I think I missed the re talk about push. He's in he's in here. Oh go ahead of two thousand thirteen. Yeah sorry I ahead of myself. I've been with close. Oh Cindy in the stars galactic spectacular. That is that is the basically the star wars theme. This were really see a lot of star wars command. I think that I think the purchase of Lucasfilm by Disney was in two thousand twelve two thousand thirteen. We're starting to see it. Come in so this nighttime shows was the nighttime show. This was the nighttime show before they added. I think this morphed into something later with all of the projection and stuff but this was like the music and the fireworks and then the Disney channel rocks like show remember at Hollywood Studios. They they would always have like musical. Acts Little Mini Parades. Kinda just like come out and like circle around. This was one of those Disney channel. Rock this was the one with that. Big Silver kind of stage scaffolding that would come out And it would have the look-alikes in the wannabes for for Disney channel. Joe No none of this would be more like the teenager now. This would have been more like like like Camp Camp Camp Rock kind of stuff. You know what I think my love for clowns came from Gioja. Oh that's nice right. Yeah why else would I like them? Two thousand thirteen. They now have a permanent place in animal kingdom to meet Minnie and Mickey this meet your favorite Disney pals at adventure outpost. That is still going. That is still there and in two thousand thirteen they started wilderness explorers pretty like wilder ninety. Two I love that I still really love to stop and listen to like the different people like the people from different places. Yeah Hawk about whatever it is. That's on that's one thing that I really have started. Appreciating about about our family growing getting older is that we're just not like running in and trying to elbow or way you know this lander that line we just we. Now take time. I remember it occurred to me. I don't know a few flower garden festivals ago where we were out in front of I guess it was kind of in front of the land. Pavilion was over on the other side of the one of those pools. We just go. It's only looking at all the leaking of herbs and we just like Kinda got lost in that. I look down like forty minutes at pass so we were just like looking at all early because we're nerds GOULE HERBS HERB NERD. So in twenty fourteen. No numbers on twenty one. I think that's that's all that I have for twenty and now let me say this. It's twenty thirteen. When did earful tower disappear? When did that go away and win? Did the sourcres hat go away. I did not put that down I guess that was In Two Thousand Sixteen The sourcres hat though this was kind of a big year for us though because it was Leeann thirteenth per thing. Yep there's another big one for sure I think maybe they both went away in twenty six eighteen. That was in two thousand fifteen. So we're not there yet. "Really don't know just kept telling people wall and I mean it was. It was a gray area. I mean we woke up whatever five in the morning I guess. What are we supposed to do when you go hunting? It was dark. I never actually ever saw the view from the truck because we were either waking waking up super early or getting back super late so gorgeous there but I don't know what the view from the Czech looks like. So that's what this place looks. It's like man. I bet that's pretty out from the truck. You mean at Camp Camp on the dark every day which was only two. Today's and yeah so he just got up. I mean it was pretty windy but then once we got down in the valley it was fine at one point. Cows like a hand me your gun and I was like okay. And he's in. It's like dark and he's like figure out how to get up this this cliff and I was like what are you talking about like. I can't even see what we're looking at. And so I'm like feeling around blindly finally finds some sort of like stick thing and I get myself up there and it's like okay now you can get up here with both the guns but yeah we were just you know hiking up and down everywhere. I don't know and that burst day. We saw I mean we. We saw tun of deer first of all like so many deer a lot of bucks a lot of four keys and we were kind of watching this one specific bull that he was on private and I don't know why we it. Just wash them for a while. I'm sorry back. Yeah I don't know why Washington for so long. He was well. Yeah so colleague. Left me to watch these two EUBANKS. He went to go poop and and he was like. Oh my God God go find this guy and I was like okay and so like we go on wash this guy. He's he's like telling me this bucks male mule deer and so we're looking at him. I and the worst part though is calloway cows like okay now you gotta go down there and he got to find a better position to go watch him so like I go and do this and then he follows me like you know ten minutes later. He's like you did that all wrong. Like yeah like I'm horrible at sneaking. Don't understand it it's a non my blood I just like and just kind of like this is really like I feel like this is like role playing right. Now this is not good at it But you know eventually I mean. We ended up calling that Guy Dick had because he just didn't didn't knock it off private land. He was like obsessed with this one. Lady who is just doing whatever she felt like she had her own. "Three seven seven six you win one of these Rams V._I._p.. Training Camp Camp. I guess what we'll call them so real quick before we get to Jerry West Andy Martino of the Joe. Excuse me <hes> one of the New York papers who covers the mets is reporting that the dodgers are in on Noah syndergaard. Where are you on that like you? I feel like when we talked about as purgatory you were not in on that because you feel like it will cost. It's basically a move as they shove out review out the door after a couple of the issue had with it is if if you're going to bring in syndergaard because you just want to cover your bases in all places fine whatever like if you think you know it gives you a better number four starter. I'm good with that. I love the idea of stacking the deck is how would that rotation. Look like right now. It Indefinitely Kershaw Ryan's definitely bueller review and I guess either. I guess you'd move hill out of the rotation. She'd have Kershaw Bueller Review Syndergaard. Yeah I mean you're going to be putting syndergaard in the pen so and richhill chill has done bullpen work before your long reliever right and he's out after the end of this year anyway right and you know he's also really all right. I was going to say rich hills like fifty five years old or whatever he's been. He's been around so he's probably his last year anyway yeah if it's a preemptive move. who've though against reuse exit because you're expecting to have to pay rea- too much like you're already bankin on Ryu being out the door over money before you've even tried something that would bother me like like a particularly if I if I were a dodger fan like the idea of money getting in the way this early on would bother me you know and also to like the idea of okay like what prospects does it cost you to get syndergaard and then does that become a problematic problematic in getting the relief that you the relief pitchers that you actually need more than a starter like syndergaard is more of a luxury as opposed to bringing in like something that you actually need? They need a seventh eighth inning guy more than and they need syndergaard yeah. I just think that Jeff Passan was on with us. Was it earlier this week Mike or was it last week last week last week and I know he was a mason in Ireland today and there's just not that many great bullpen arms available at this particular juncture now that can change in a couple of days right because in a couple of days things can be different teams can look at their own particular rosters differently but I do believe that the guys that you would want you'd have to probably overpay for and we know how much Andrew Friedman and the dodgers value their prospects and yeah. I think that the couple of guys you'd want that are cost control would cost you a lot for just a seventh or eighth inning Guy Yeah but the flipside is though those guys can be really valuable Guy Philippe at Vasquez. He might you know he could end up. Maybe one day your actual closer. I agree. I think that if you can get the deal done for Philippa Vasquez of the pirates I believe that that's that's a move you make because he's cost control and you have he's a lefty you can make the case to Kenley that it could be a situational exactly and you kind of go from there. I agree but everyone in the world wants him. You know what I mean like so that that becomes the challenge challenge and where do the dodgers kind of draw the line. I get the way Andrew Freeman has gone about his business in terms of team building and not giving up too much with prospects but I also feel like sometimes you have to make that exception approves your rule and this to me. He feels like the dump the dump your game plan and just go with your gut go with the gut but also just sometimes you just remember risky business..

"If you are hopefully, we'll get to just hang out a lot. And you know, we're babies around. Yeah. As in the nursery in like, not too bad about it together. Awesome. No. That's a sound good. Yeah. I guess empty. Don't know if these people are are that level. I mean one option obviously is trying to rent houses close together or something or no. Yeah. That's a vacation with friends, but was some place. Nice that you can find out that Dino. If people have who knows strange bathroom habits, they don't want to be I know about the not. What we did. And when we went to the Pacific northwest automate college friends were there the same time. But man that was a little difficult because I will say like it was frustrating because I have my family there. I wanted to hang up college friends, which didn't have kids with them. So it was probably a trip that could have been to suffer chips. But at least it got sue them. Yeah. Yeah. No. That's true. Well, it's gonna be hard. Anyway, when you have a nursing baby vacation could do for twentieth. Not tiredly vacations when you got kids that age. But yes, okay. Other tips we have for for vacation times was was kids. I know what one thing that was was brought up to me recently as the reality of if you are working and your kids are out of school. Now. That's awkward. That's because I mean by the time your kids are in fulltime school, many people don't have the full-time care, right? Becomes a shoe? No gotten used to, you know, having an after care program or set are something. For the post school hours. But, but you know, when the days you're completely off. So those obviously, you know, you gotta plan. Well ahead of time for region. Like, Maxine were we live. There are like fifty different camp type options that have clearly I think has gotten better to or maybe I'm just noticing it more older. But I'm impressed like every time I seem to walk into a museum or place. They'll advertise Cam camp camp. And it'll be for like the days of spring break for the the day that you know, that awkward week before most of them regular camp star in the end of school. Yeah. There are some solutions. A camp gap have to be fairly flexible where they're not gonna freak out going to a group setting where they necessarily know everyone that that might be a great opportunity to band together with your friends in put them in camp together. We definitely have done that. Yeah. He's had an art camp. That is true. So, yeah, if you have to obviously plan that a couple months ahead of time, but you know, your school district by your children are in a public school district. They probably published the calendars for the next. Year or two because they usually have to have those negotiation with their teachers unions and stuff I mean. So it's sad. Like, they know. So there, you know, the dates so I will say like that must vary by district because my sister-in-law was just complaining or that. She does not out there not out yet. RJ's nor Broward Broward has if you look on site. It's like there two possible calendars for twenty nineteen twenty twenty five because they have finished negotiating them. When Rick is the same events, we as a question of what will our spring break will always be the same because it's always gonna be the week between Passover Easter Amana. "Through Friday seven to nine PM everybody here. But I want to get straight to the matter at hand developments in the Georgia governor's race. We heard from Brian camps camp earlier today. Bill crane WSB political analyst live in studio will discuss that a second. But let's join a live press conference call with the democratic challenger Stacey Abrams. Let's go straight to that. Longoria. Joining stand reports senior counsel, she was a lawyer in the voting rights project at the worst committee civil rights under law. Hurt. Other Somerville firm isn't a pellet and supreme court, litigator particular knowledge of constitution. All right, nothing. Great year yet. We'll get back to that. In a second. I don't know what they're doing right now. But so Bill crane joins us in studio dirt while I was sleeping today. A lot of folks listening. We're at work the camp campaign came out and pretty much declared victory. They said this is a rap. They don't have the votes. We've got this thing. Georgia law allows any election where the winner and second-place finisher separated by a percentage point or less the second place finisher can challenge the result and ask for a recount automatic no cost to the campaign or the candidate. They are now separated by one point six percent and about sixty five thousand votes tabulation continues because not all the absentee ballots are and they could be postmarked as late as Tuesday and provisional ballots. Those voters who didn't have their ID or their passport to prove. They were a citizen have three days to come back to the precinct or the county board of elections. It's a. Here's my passport. Here's my ID. That carries you to Friday. So basically until the end of this week, there will still be absentee and provisional ballots being tabulated the universe appears to be around twenty five thousand and most of those absentees that are out are into cab and Clark counties, but that's not a large enough gap to close of the sixty five to seventy thousand margin that they have right now. And it doesn't quite break. The one percent to trigger the automatic recount. So the secretary of state's office and his elections division have told secretary of state camp who is also the Republican nominee. You got this essentially, the governor is also congratulated secretary state campus governor elect, but that does not mean that the result might not change the margins are, narrowing the window is, narrowing and that a recounts not possible. I do think even if we have a recount having been a part of the two campaigns that had statewide recounts, you see a few hundred votes, change collar. Not sixty five or seventy enough outstanding votes not to trigger ricotta. But to trigger secretary Timothy to get less than fifty percent. Plus one vote that would be about forty thousand votes. We were discussing that on on this station on the air last night one what she needs that. She doesn't have now to 'cause there to be a runoff and their own appear to be forty thousand votes out there. Okay. To close that gap to cause him to drop below fifty percent and trigger a run runoff. So the secretary of state's office knows how many ballots are still outstanding that could come in. Do they have now all they know is what the registrars in the counties have told them, which is how many applications they received the way the absentee ballot process works as you ask for a ballot. And that if assuming your application has what it's supposed to have on the registrar sends you a physical manual ballot. Then to you send it back in. And there's no way of knowing who hasn't who hasn't until you've received them all and they can come in late as Thursday Friday because they can be postmarked as latest Tuesday. Okay. So they know how postmark. Yeah, they know. How many they sent out? But they don't know how many are coming back. We have any idea what we might hear from the camp on this conference. Call get based on the snippet. We just heard with lawyers being introduced, my guess is one of two things either. They're going to follow up on the temporary restraining order request. They filed early this morning to halt the secretary of state from certifying the results in the way that works is the individual counties finished their tabulation by Friday or Saturday. They send pouches that are secured usually come in with a sheriff's deputy or state trooper that are delivered the secretary of state's office there lot, they're unlocked retaliated, and then dumped into the total and certified by the secretary of state's office says the final result. Let's let's go back to the conference. Call see if they're making any progress there. I was just ask you what? Approximately how many votes are left to be counted. Thanks for the question. We don't know is the short answer any ship direct that question to the secretary of state and Brian com. All we know is what our teams field and lawyers have been collected from around the state some counties are sharing information openly summer, not the campaign shared earlier this evening that there are twenty two thousand provisional ballots and three thousand off sandy mail ballots. He has offered no proof documentation county data no data overall. And no indication why we should take him at his word when this is around his own election. So we don't know the answer to that. As you all know, we've been running a large-scale voter protection operation that has trained and deployed hundreds of volunteer. Lawyers and has had hundreds of field organizing staff have been working in every single county over the course of this campaign and who have been on the ground today. Collecting that information making those information requests for those public records at the county level. And that is that is really the question. We would ask you to direct to the city and secretary of state who has decided to declare himself the Victor he needs to make that public record and public data available immediately. Otherwise, all this is not credible. And there's no reason to believe any of this data, and we will continue our efforts on the ground to collect that data precinct by precinct voter-by-voter county by county. Listen to live to a Stacey Abrams conference call that is not Stacey Abrams. Bill, that's one of the lawyers. As one of the lawyers are one of her campaign adviser speaking that was not the candidate. Let's go back to the next question correctly. You're accepting or I guess we all can accept that. There's at least twenty five thousand votes that we know of namely, the absentee the twenty two thousand provisional. So are we accepting that there is at least twenty five thousand that you know of. What has been reported in the media and reported by the Kemp campaign Kent, pollster is twenty five thousand we are busy at work putting together what we think the numbers are. But we don't accept or reject what he said we need him to show proof. We need him to show list. This is public data on who cast a ballot and the onus is on him to come forward and be transparent and providing answers to how many ballots exactly where they are to the precinct and individual levels. Listening in on the Stacey Abrams press conference call talking about what seems to be a fight with the election results. So far, let's go back to the conference. For sure can. I was trying to ask kid campaign notify you before they declared that they were going to declare. No, we learned along with all of you. And we have learned along with all of you allege number of outstanding ballots secretary of state and our opponent does not share information with our campaign, and we are learning right along with you all. Nazi sacramento. WMA Z. Start your line is needed. The question came a little bit earlier. You said you're leaving all options open, are you prepared to make a legal requests for a recount, even if as these votes role in the tally doesn't put it within the margin, though, automatically trigger a recount. Our litigation team has taken no options off the table..

She has accused camp of suppressing Georgia's vote, especially in minority communities trying to shut down our right to vote. How can anyone trust someone like Brian camp camp has called those allegations? It's a farce, but even in states with fussy voter ID rules, there is no excuse for eligible citizens not to cast ballot federal law requires that if you are eligible to vote in the federal election, and you show up at your polling place. You cannot be turned away. Even if your name was not on the list, even if your ID is missing hyphen God forbid, you signed a document declaring under oath that you're eligible and you get a provisional ballot. If you're telling the truth, the ballot will count. Now, having said that I should also point out that if you're caught lying, your ballot will be thrown out, and you can be thrown in jail is a felon, meaning your vote could be suppressed forever. But that would be on you..

"The same coach Like he just, had too much responsibility you, know and he didn't have those other good guys on his team I mean you, know running the other parts of this team. So he could just focus on what he needed to focus You can't you can't point to? That at all yet with Peterson you get no I mean it's a concern I worry about losing those. Guys who were so highly thought up but these preseason. Games, I don't I'm not really are you, looking at, a coaching here the players just falls in the offensive line. Of look, dreadful and, they don't have all the players in, I don't think really anything coming into coaching right now yeah Everything that right now is vanilla everything's there's no game? Planning. Everything's just, let's try out. Things we wouldn't we may not want to risk trying for the, first time in the regular season. Let's work on. It now but you can judge how? Your potential starters or at least a backups look based on their performance and it's something that's very vanilla. There's nothing complex about an and they are not performing. Adequately Well they, just don't quite look good enough. To me and well they're not because all those starters are not their starters so. Yeah I mean it's it's, only logical that they don't they wanted a game called the Super Bowl the one that after those starter backups had played for a. While and had time to you know gel a little bit Mike, my concern, I mean it's like You're, you're in. The very, concerned camp Camp. Because he just can't lose the Cleveland I don't care what Everybody in the preseason They're Super Bowl mainland, only scored five points Scored three really, distressing five points we just get a touchdown even just goes. With you, to fifty five yards or something. I mean I wanted that one field goal I mean the the one touchdown. Tell was. Like just slightly out of bounds. All right you've got a, winner or, weasel I, got one of each I guess no one Well. My my my my my loser is is by you cannot go on t. You cannot. Say the things he says in. A team sport you just, cannot let, the opposition The coaches gain planning for this guy now go, get him you, know this guy doesn't wanna play that's what it sounds like to me like he just doesn't you can't say that you can't go and, you can think it you can't say and you can't. Follow, it up, with a performance that you did when, all eyes are on you, in front of of all things a was it a nationally, televised preseason game and was right Bucket yeah Ooh You know what that is in the running that is in the. Running I can't definitive winner, yet but that that is a one eight to Ohio State because of the local. Impact all. Right. Thanks Make a statement like, that usually that's when you come back with the strong game yeah because you know. You put. This This is normally work do I have to give a winner on the spa. You can we change the rules financial oh here's something. That's, that's my front, runner right now We just kind of make. Our, own Runamuck you wing it substitute teachers in okay Solve allow candidates then as opposed to a definitive yes or no for. Weasel yes here's? The thing about what you just said Al. About the about, vitae how are. You You you said John about having. The follow up the bad game in which he acknowledged. It Phillies you look, at the, same situation the night before they, blow to, outs I think. It was two outs one strike away strike away and they blow. The game and then yesterday on I'm sitting I'm listening game and I'm going oh God you cannot do you cannot? Do. This again and they didn't know that impressed me why is the winner. Of the week Got you got the job, done yeah and I've had virtually no faith in them and to me no let's put himself in position now? For the Cy Young I mean it's remarkable, what he's done under. Really huge pressure situations here when you. Look at the games that he's gone. Not allowing this team was supposed, to be the guy was supposed to be and this guy turned in, that then, to the man I'm gonna get to rock Mike Jim everybody else on the other side Tom and.

"I think it's camp champs are awesome those are camp camps sorry are awesome alive following those but it's it's great to see fox in the ufc uh focusing one of the fighter so here's what i think it'll be good if he if he tune in because what he's done with the champ cameras allowed me learn a lot first of all he maintains a very hectic schedule very busy he's always doing stuff filming a movie family time but i was actually pretty moved when he went to i think it was a chevrolet dealer bought four cars rose firmly for the different family members uh and so i thought that was pretty cool i another thing that i really like a row tyron is i know the cameras on but when he goes to a boys and girls club or senior home or wherever he's going despite the fact that the cameras on in my opinion he's there in the moment so even if just before then he got a text it says we gotta talk millions of dollars at stake in his minds on that big deal that could happen or whatever i think he's really good at compartmentalizing insane save it for in an hour i'm busy i liked the way he interacts with the kids with the adults or wherever i haven't heard a bad tyron a woodley story out there about how he's not good with people like i i like seeing that i've learned a lot from his champ camps so hopefully efforts one picks up a little bit of this from in the clinches.
