But I've just been an investment geek, my whole life and side Goethe professionals I. liked it as a kid because I had a teacher that when I was growing up, got me into it and I've just seen a lot of people make a lot of mistakes as seen. They tend to talk and talk and talk inside his talking to my kids and I talked about what I liked, which some dads that might be baseball or football the stocks. So I talked to my kid about money in the markets and stuff and overtime they. They learned more than I expected and they started to say some things that were a little bit profound and thought, wow, they they. They get it and nothing complicated, real simple stuff but. I started to share that with work colleagues. and. Long. Story Short. It turned into the book that I wrote and between publishing that book and everything else said, I've just decided it's my mission to help show people that. Money can't buy you happiness. But not having money can certainly give you a ticket to unhappiness and we can't control the circumstances where we all are born into. We can. Certainly. Control, the circumstances that we make ourselves in terms of how our habits, how we say how we spend. So who am I am I'm a dad that saw how his kids reacted with some lessons decided to not let me see if we can reach some other kids. So obviously on the show, we.

Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall Is Working on Five Areas of Police Reform

"More about policing here in Salt Lake. And thanks for coming back again today. Uh, so it's all it's all been, you know, the policing black lives matter, de phoned the police. You all been up in the air, and I saw a story that you were. You had been talking to Ah Salt Lake police and working with them and talking to them about some things that might be done. To improve policing in our city. What's going on with that? There's a lot going on with that. Right now. We have to put together the commission on racial Equity in policing, which is community members, background experiences across the spectrum. It all wanting to see a reform in Salt Lake City Police Department and generally profit nation. But we've tasked them with looking at Salt Lake City Police Department budget culture and policies and then bringing recommendations over the next months and even up to a year. Back to the City Council on myself to make improvements in Salt Lake City government when it comes to policing, But right now and simultaneously we've been working on some police policy reforms. That includes use of force. We're looking at Camden, New Jersey, on the FBI and mother really progressive policies nationwide around use of force. No knock warrants. Another one. We are numbers are already quite low compared to other departments. And they have decreased in the last few years. But we still want to look at the policy to see how we can improve it to further tighten down on instances where no knock warrants or used our body camera policy is pretty extensive. But we want to improve transparency around. How and rather why officers disabled and increase potentially the consequences for officers who disable their body camera. There's consent to search On. We want to increase our transparency and make that more clear. There's some forms that we give. People were supposed to give people. When a police officer is going to search, we need to make sure those are readable. But they're translated if necessary, that their clear to the public There's several others, but I'll posit there and see what your doctor I wanted to ask about is their eyes there anyway, to deal with the fact that the police are often called upon to do things that they really Shouldn't be doing to deal with mental health issues, for instance. Republicans dismiss Trump's suggestion to postpone November election

"President Trump tweeted on Thursday morning at the presidential election should be late, something that he has no power to do. Election Day can only be changed by both houses of Congress. The top Republican in the House appeared to push back against President Trump Suggestion to delay the November 3rd presidential election. Meanwhile, KOW South Jersey Bureau chief David Madden spoke with a local expert on the president's ability or lack thereof to do so. Rutgers Camden Public policy professor Lorraine Maneaty centers on voting rights and Fraud. She echoes the opinion widely expressed in the wake of the presidential tweet. Federal law sets the date of the election, so the law would have to be changed and also the Constitution set the dates for when the new Congress has sworn in, and the president is sworn in. So there are institutional obstacles to the president trying to change the date of the election, But he has no authority as president. To do that. Many suggest Mr Trump is trying to muddy the waters in advance of the November vote in case he loses. Long term studies have demonstrated few problems with voting by mail, and she believes the president would be better served by pushing for more resources rather than trying to instill doubt among parts of the

Philadelphia Weather: Strong Winds, Heavy Downpours & Hail Wreak Havoc On Region

"Under a flash flood emergency and said over live to NBC 11th alert meteorologist Glenn Hurricane Schwartz for the update, Glenn Yeah, we get these things very rarely, And so it's especially important to pay attention to these things People drown. In weather like this. It don't want this to happen to anybody, you know, so spread the word for those may be stuck in traffic, who have the temptation to try to drive through flooded roadways have already had to have several Water rescues, and that's why the flash flood emergency has been issued. Now. The heaviest rain right now extends along route Tuo to near King of Pressure. And then Up toward perky Yeomin and Phoenixville. Now I've been saying this for the last hour, so about the same area, so it's not moved. Well for 22 is especially bad and that's a bad road to begin with, with traffic, but some of the heaviest rain we've got hail. We've got lightning in that area, and once again it is not moving. So please do not try to drive through these flooded roads. Now in other parts of the area. We're seeing some improvement Conshohocken down to Gladwin. We've just got late rain now. German town when Mohr white marsh pay places that were just getting pounded an hour ago. Are seeing much, much lighter rain. We have one core of heavy rain, though in lower Marion That has broken off from the area. Norbert's out to Ballack, Inwood. That is a new area that has just developed. So what happens here is as these things move they create owe their own wind patterns, which then creates more Additional thunderstorms in different areas. And so it's not like a line of storms that comes down. You get a downpour this half hour rain and then it's gone. This is a very chaotic kind of system where from one hour to the next, it's hard to tell where the heaviest rains going to bay, but we're seeing the general trend. Of weakening From the Philadelphia area and poised to the north. We still have very heavy rain and Camden down toward I 95 near Chester and farther south in New Jersey, but we're not seeing anywhere near the amount of lightning That we were seeing even an hour ago except in this king of Prussia to Phoenixville area right around for 22. Hurricane typically with thes summer storms. The damage comes from From fierce winds from downpours that are pretty quick. This is not what you're seeing with this storm system, right? Right. This is not just a thunderstorm that is stationary. Let's say what is happening is that the one thunderstorm is in effect, creating another thunderstorm by the wind that comes down out of that storm. It moves out from the storm and collides with another area of wind, which then creates that next thunderstorm. So one of the things that we call this is back building so it might seem like the storm has passed you And then the next thing you know, it's on top. If you get it hasn't moved backward. A new storm has developed behind the original storm, and this is what's been happening for the last couple of hours because you don't have a real strong steering current So push these storms in one direction, so that's kind of the chaos that's been going on in the atmosphere here. But it developed so rapidly that gives you an idea of the amount of energy that we're dealing with. To go from. Nothing to severe thunderstorms in less than 1/2 hour is pretty remarkable.

"If you're still living with all of that and has nothing to do with your spouse, but you blame your spouse. You blame your kids. It's not your kids. It's not your spouse is not. Your boss is the fact that still living with memories in your head that you have chosen not to forgive and let go of their, it's. It's going. It's in the past is over, and you're still living based on these things that happened to you instead of saying hey, I am not in control of what another person does to me. I am only in control of decisions and choices that I make and I have to take full responsibility for the choices that I make. I cannot control what he says to me or does. I cannot control that so if he says something means to me, all I can say. Is that hurt my feelings? You hurt me. You really hurt me as a friend. You betrayed me, are you? That really hurt my heart and all you can do is say well. I didn't mean to do that I'm sorry I didn't mean it that way, and if you really mean that, then you'll, you'll be honest about that than say an admit that you're wrong, but if you don't admit that I have to let it go and say okay well, he's not gonNA. Treat me feel he's not a good friend, so we just maybe we shouldn't be friends I can talk to him, but we know other people are not responsible for our happiness. Can we find something else to? Our happiness on. It goes back to the blame game. We cannot blame other people, and that's the first thing I don't matter. It doesn't matter..

"What is it gonNA. Take from me, and that is how we end up in divorce. That is how we ended up with breakups. That's how we end up fired or or companies falling apart. That is how. That's how teams fall apart. That's how groups fall apart. All we need is for one or two people to stop being selfish and everything's GonNa just start falling apart like a domino effect because we have to be unselfish in order to make relationships work. That is the only way that they were my by me. Saying I put you. In, if I don't do that, we got a problem and it's going to bill from there is going GonNa keep building, and until the next thing we know, then we start saying those things well I think I need to be bar. Thank you need to leave. Or I think this company's is not working for me. It's not the company's not working. Is Not the marriage not working? It's the fact that one or both of us are all of us have decided not to be caring about each other, and so all we wanna do is take away from and not. Not Give too, and so now we're suffering. We act like we don't know what it is, but we have to do is admit you know what I've been selfish. I'm sorry, please forgive me I need to change thus in so I need to stop thinking about my partner in the project I need to stop thinking about my what I do around the house, and I need to just understand that we are a team and we give all that we have every day to make sure that the hold functions well, and not just me seeing me winning, but if I. Alone when the whole team loses, so my personal stats mean nothing if the whole team is not winning. How can we recognize selfishness in our own personal lives? Well when we look at our our spouse, and we look at our kids or anybody around us, and I say that because it works again it works in every facet of our lives, if we open our eyes, and look at the People's countenance around us, you can win. The person walks in the room with you. You can tell a lot about how they feel about you and how they see you because when they when you're when you're a positive aspect to their live positive asset, -bility when they walk in the room with you. Beat your boss, your worker, your child, your spouse, your brother, your friend. There's a difference in their eyes when they walk in and see you. If glad to see you and they light up then you're giving you giving positive light to their life, your joy to be around. But when you are, they walk in the room with you in their countenance falls, and they don't look like they're very glad to see you. Then that lets you know that there's something going on that you need to look at and say wait a minute. What am I not doing here? Why is my wife's countenance? Not that because see when we were dating. When why will walk into room? She would light up now. She likes down so I need to look at. Am I treating her right? Am I? Am I? Talking to her right? Am I being a ray of sunshine in her life. I might be in the cloud, and so I need to just look at myself..

"Where we find our happiness, no matter what the other things in life are doing to us. WHAT'S COMMON? Is a problem with those religious. Basically, it still goes to the point of what we're talking about. Now is because if I don't like myself, it's hard for me to love. You is hard for me to be real with us for me to be honest with us. Open because actually inside of my head I'm dealing with the fact that I. don't really know who I really am I. Don't really like myself I don't really I'm not really enjoying the work that I'm doing so when people start dating we always. On the infatuation, we don't talk about real things. We don't ask each other how we really feel about things that are meetings in life. We don't ask we don't talk about. What is it that you will you see? What are you dream about life? What is it that you that really makes you cited? What is it that makes you really sad. What is it that? That really motivates you. What is it that really causes you to be paralyzed, so we don't talk about things that we're by is going to affect US later. If a passion for example, if they just go to college, but they hate what they do in this guy of this this woman, they or they this person they get up everyday in. Don't like what they do. "The faith and I'll keep looking forward. How can we find more happy to join our lives when he suggests? The bottom line is i. think that when people the difference in that's the really major start and I don't think that we talked enough about that. We listen to different people on different. Todd phones in talk about the relationships in life in different things, but nobody ever explains that different and so to get to that place, it really comes from being not forgetting. See when we're a little child. We have this very beautiful, joyful and happy place, and we see unlimited. We see life unlimited. We see everything unlimited, and then someone who has forgotten his parents teaches family members, friends of bullies whoever they begin to tell us otherwise, and so we forget we start forgetting that we were happy. We start forgetting that I would imagine nation was unlimited. We start forgetting that we believed all things. We hope old things. We started doing that and so in order to maintain that you really need parents who understand what happiness enjoy it so that they can teach you about happiness teacher that okay, when a friend at school is into you. You, that makes you sad for a moment, but that doesn't mean you don't have to be happy anymore and so I think that understanding and teaching your children from the beginning that you have to keep your file for yourself burning. You have to believe that that beauty that you saw that. You see now as a child that you never let that go away. No matter what people do, and so no matter what happens in life, no matter how you grow older. How you experienced different things don't ever let people take that that beautiful fire that passion out of YOU and so when we lose our authentic self meaning Camden. We stopped doing those things that bring us the most joy. So if you have a kid for example in like when you're a child, if you like to do the certain in, nobody has to tell you to do it, but you do it automatically. It doesn't matter what's going on and you. You lose yourself in it. The time doesn't matter. Your mother has to remind you that you haven't eaten. You is just your in it. You're happy and so if you take that away from that that child, and you take them out of environments that cultivate what they love, so if If the tile loves building blocks in. And it ended up being a miracle in disguise and ended up making things ten times worse than long run. What I didn't realize. Was that these little painkillers? Even though they were coming from Dr They were addictive as heroin. And I ended up being becoming so physically addicted to these painkillers that just destroyed my life and. In my book, I go into the depths I ended up becoming homeless on the streets of Camden New Jersey on I ended up going from painkillers to heroin. which you know less, it was just an awful situation, and my life had got to the point where everyone had given up on me. My own family everyone and given up and one person refused to give up on me and you know she was really the reason that I got into Rehab while I was there. She sent me as Romeo letter a day telling me that I could do this and that I was loved. Hand that I could beat this and I able to through her and throw some. Smart work ended up getting a clean for my addiction and I mean there's a lot that went into the points, but I'm just trying to sum it up for you. And when I when I got cleaned for my addiction, I saw so many friends around me, that died. In their parents would say, how were you able to get clean? And they weren't, and they wanted answers. They wanted to know why they use drugs. And I had written down a few paragraphs when I was in Rehab and a few of the counselors solid, and they said you're writings amazing like you could really help people if you wrote a book. And so once I got some time clean I decided to sit down and write a book and that's that's why I'm sitting here today I rode a named it such unfortunates, and it's my story of how I became an addict. I was able.

"They kept me on the strong and by the time I was. Literally Fourteen I was addicted to Clinton and taking about four times the adult dose adult normal dose for an adult that didn't it would help the exiled in a short amount of time, but eventually the anxiety would come back, and so then I started drinking at night, so I would take pin during the day and then drink at night to get this anxiety to go away. And it was just the spiral that led through all my my high school years I, was basically under the influence of something, all through high school. and. That led to the point. I really don't know how I graduated high school. By the time I graduated high school I had taken my soul to the emergency room. Think it was about thirty times. Believing I was dying of artists. And you know when it came to my family, you know. They sent me to a couple of psychiatrists and they didn't like with the Sky I had to say so. You know they like the one psychiatrist just gave me drugs, and and that was that was their answer. And, then later on when I became a drug addict they were like. How could you become a drug addict, but? What I didn't when I graduated from High School, we went actually went to see a psychiatrist. A woman about whether I was fit to go to college because I had right after I got. My driver's license ended up being charged with you I I got in a car accident drunk on a Sunday morning. which would have been a huge red flag for seventeen year old? But I went to see the psychiatrist and the psychiatrist told my parents, she said. You know I don't know why you're thinking about college. This kid really needs help. He needs to be in a hospital somewhere getting help, and he does not need to be going to college in my parents, said Lady. You're crazy. That's not what we wanted to hear and lady basically said well, then, why did you come to? He didn't want to spend in. And so off to college I went which even became a worst nightmare, and I failed out of college in actually made it there two years, but it was the same thing I started took more closely than I was drinking every day at this point in college, so between been drinking, my also experimented with cocaine anything to get feeling different. I was failing, and after I saw fell that college I basically I came home and was introduced opiate painkillers. This is when doctors started really prescribing them. Not so much for pain really for profit and so there were a lot of people doing painkillers around him..

"About it. Absolutely now? What is that? because. It seems like it's really cool. It's the combination of a place where people can find the podcast episodes where they can wait to any type of interviewer or recent appearance that I've done. But the main thing is the place for me to share my my experiences and the lessons I've learned from them and West is. I think people can take from them. And of course it's also place for people can connect with you through leaving a comment on a blog post. And I get quite a few comes from people who tell me that that have challenged them to do more because i. take their excuses away so if we're going to look at it from the point of view of a lot of blogging business coaches, it's it's kind of all over the place. There is no one theme to it other than it's all about me, sharing my story or the stories of people that. I liked respect in a way. That hopefully challenges people to take action and move forward. Fits. Take you so much for sharing gardener this. Well I'm so happy to do it. The one thing I like to make sure I remember to do is Camden I know that most people who do these shows are not doing them as as a way of getting rich, they do it out of passion or out of a sense of obligation to help people like me. Give us an opportunity to share our stories in his fire. Other so I. Just WanNa make sure you know how much I appreciate the time effort and money that you put into giving people like me a platform. Course. It's amazing. You talking to people like you like seriously. It makes my day. I can't agree with you more one one of the main reasons. Why do these interviews and why in real the people is conversations because in the more modern electronic world? We don't have conversations as much as we used. It's all texts emails direct messages. But there is an energy that comes from talking to somebody face to face a voice voice, this also a clarity because you didn't misunderstand stuff in a text message or email, and those things can get out of hand, but if you talked to somebody, and you can hear each other's voice, you can figure those things out and avoid the big the big hangouts, the big arguments or fights over will. What did what did you mean with that Smiley face? Serve that particular checks to sent me so i. I. Really enjoyed the energy I tell my clients that if if given the opportunity, always schedule your podcast interviews, the first thing in your day or the first day of your week. Because if you can do conversation, you can talk with people who get you or who at least made the effort understand you? If you can talk with somebody like that for thirty minutes or an hour, and you aren't energized. If your day is a changed in, please stop doing interviews. Is there something wrong with you? And Tony. Having an inner interview on most days right at the beginning of the day making you get hostage. People has been skewness. Better than an alarm clock. That's for sure. Because for me, I get up my my internal clock goes off. You got to emails for me this morning. Wanting to know win, the link was coming. I take my shower. Put on my dress clothes I put on my headphones and is saying..

"Were really great. I ended up having to leave because of schools. Both of them were like retired guys and the nurses h into learn. All dogs in choreography outs else. What an incredible experience man. That's i don't sing like well enough to solo but i could probably hold my own and acquire. You're and i got to sink cadences with a barbershop quartet wants because the the leader of the court set lifted our building and so he brought the quartet they did like a concert for everybody who wanted to come from the building and afterwards we just hung out and cadences and i'd never experienced that overtone thing that happens when you get close harmony. Oh my gosh makes my skin crawl. That's so incredible. How do you even describe that to other people who have experienced it before you know it just it's so it's so wild just depending on the music. It's completely different to if you've heard of voting that stuff it is crazy. It's awesome it. Should it be possible but it's yeah exactly way back in the day radio show on m._p._r. Called oh is it called music from the hearts of space it might still be on. I was listening to that regularly came on at night and they were doing some toobin throat. Stringing a david hikes aches and the harmonic choir and the album is called singing solar winds. This is from the seventy s man so i'm amazed that i can remember but yeah hearing solar winds. It was like that there were four or five singers in this sort of a monastery church in spain somewhere and they sang recorded it at night. It was fascinating. It's just beautiful. Puts me to sleep and i wake up from that sleep so refreshed. It's beautiful music. How do they do that. Our actually ashley. There's tutorials out there may destroy your voice but <hes> they have a really low base tone tone and then you have to rip into it. You have to be like in a perfect vowel shape like between an e okay so once you hit that you also hit the higher pitch overtone yeah and you'd have to end up controlling. It and it's not always easy. Uh doesn't always sound good either yeah. I imagine it's like learning to play the bagpiper something. I mean some of the stuff that you'd hear though like the there are so many different versions of it like some of it can be so bad for your voice ethics. They are built for it but i'd to go and do that something. It's beautiful when it works so beautiful yeah breathe. Yes kept you. Alive is a along user well. I can tell you what happened. I can't really explain the science on it but ah i'll tell you the story and then i'll give you my opinion because it's based on experience that you might share the difficult thing about being musicians is that we feel things things so deeply and we're we have practice in deep emotion but even as musicians even deeper emotions can grab us and when that happens it can get very scary so i was at one of those places in my life where my kids are gone off to school and i didn't have any more pets and now empty nester right. I just felt like i had completed everything that i came here to do and i was. You know actually pretty objective about things like you know what else there isn't too much left to do in life here for me and my music is kind of petering out just like things weren't there wasn't anything to grab onto and really you know find meaning in my purpose was sort of not even there and because i've spent my life as a chronically depressed person. That experience felt like i needed to end it all like there's no reason to live and it wasn't like reaction to anything was just like i'm done. I finished everything i came here to do and i didn't have any plans to take my own life but i realized that i needed to think that through pretty carefully that that i really had to give it some the tension let myself go to that place and so rather than picking up a gun or a rope or anything i sat down and i don't know why put on some music and i'll listen to the song that i love. You know a few more times before i'd lay the world and the song is a to tableau by rachmaninoff. It's actually got a name seagulls but nobody knows the name and i can't remember the office number but it's out there and <hes>. I've learned to play it because it's very important piece of music from you. It's just been there in my life for a long time so i finally <hes> you performed it in the senior recital. That was tough but that night. I sat in my chair. I put on my headphones. I let the rachmaninoff prelude just spin on sorry a tude spin on repeat and sat in the chair and i was just there with music and <hes> i began to weep and i remember crying for a long time it it was early evening and the sun was going down and the next thing i remember is that i woke up. It was completely dark. Music is still playing playing in my headphones and i got myself to bed and went to sleep the next morning and when i woke up i had this crazy sense of some reason to keep living. I don't know what the reason was but i just felt like nope. I'm awake. There's a reason to i'm awake right now. What's going on here and words become became began to run through my mind now. I have were starting going around find a lot. I mean the conversation is always going on up there except when i'm playing the piano when it stops sometimes when i'm listening it'll stop but that morning it wasn't a conversation it was like words words intentional words and i started to write them down and realized i was transcribing my own lyrics. They're limiting make and i wrote them all down. I had like four versus in a bridge and i was like well. This is cool. What am i going to do with these lyrics. 'cause this is obviously a song and the voice said well go the panel because i've got some music for you by noon. The whole thing was done. I had this silly little dorky. Song was all about you know as most music is it was about the frustration of falling in love and i wasn't anywhere near falling in love back down. Now i mean it was just like this was the weirdest experience in my life and so i got music done whatever i headed in some program. The program could play music back even though i wasn't yet proficient with it on myself on the okay. I don't like this boogie shuffle thing and i got all done and i'm like well. This is great now. I've got i've got this whole song. How in the world never performed in the voice right away said bill. You're going to do it and daniel. I've played that thing a couple of times live performances was real audiences and it's like oh man. I'm not a singer songwriter but i get around and i got it done. It's like that that crazy experience. All of a sudden changed my life. Put me back in the game of one and to keep doing what i do and that experience is sort of like the marker for music here. I think i was doing something like it. Before that time i'd even given concerts and called it music air but that was the moment where i just said no. I'm in this this. This is the way to go. People need to know the music. Is this powerful that it will stop you from taking your life provided you allow it to so so that happened man one of these days. Maybe i'll play that song again performed for somebody. It should send it to you. You can do it better than i can't disagree. I don't know why i'm saying having the roots that you see so so yeah it. It does but the reason for it now. I know there's science and all list but i'll give you my reasoning and see if it resonates for you. I've always felt that music has been minding me and allowing to unpack those deep emotions and safety and even though i wasn't playing that evening i was listening and needed the experience of going that deep. I needed to allow myself to feel that stuff so that it could like leave me so flow through sort of cleansing some people have called it like digesting the emotions and i still have suicidal ideas and it's not something that ever goes away but it's like a friend. Now it's like oh yeah. There's that again and has been that way for a long time with me and i'm learning now to do that with fear and anger as well because one of the symptoms of being depressed is that you turn out to be angry stuff so much that it comes up as anger so my practices of fear and anger are improving as well and that's easy to do with big angry music and now i'm learning to do it more or less at the piano and more in real life you know so of anger triggers me. I'll let angry music carry that so that i don't respond reactor break something or somebody and i think that's a good practice practice. I think it's good practice at least it works for me came by it honestly through trial and error and experience. There's now some science that sort of supports it so i'm a early sea music recitals right right right right and we ought to do that more. I mean as musicians don't we have a responsibility to let people know what's happening like when we sing or make music to to let people know hey. You know this might be difficult for you to hear because it can trigger stuff but that's okay. You're safe. You're sitting here in the room. Nothing's going to happen to you so just be without a- and allow the music to let you know what to do how to feel. I think as musicians we we owe it to our listeners to begin to unpack act. That's honestly it's so it's so it works so well on the allows us to just kind of open up up to the world about how we feel allows other people's connect us their emotions artis. You know everyone now feels more open to sharing how they feel about their waste because now you've opened up and they do yes yeah. That's an if you can get somebody in the audience to get that deep man. Keep playing because that's that's what we need people in the world look at the world and we you don't know how to deal with anger. We shop you know there are rappers that are better at anger than most of us you know in in the united states face. It and we wish be listening. Do you know who lizardo is. I just eliza yesterday. Oh my gosh she. She is like this amazing blues singer rapper whatever she i found her because somebody's told me about a tiny desk concert she did on n._p._r. I'll think of it attacked. You also want to talk about time. How we've talked about so much already. That was passed. Oh gosh will have already talked about. What's inspired your business share what howard what. How do you help people go. Oh that's a great question. Music is something we all get but it's not often an awareness that everybody has so. I love my job because i get to help people with awareness awareness of something that they already do. Most people listen to music. I'm now there are people who just don't but most of us have music are aware of it or you know. It's interesting in some way and so when you say to somebody. Do you know what your music is doing to you..
