"Going route to sprint turf to to pita doing a lot of different things dropping of 4000 non winners of Lifetime. Uh, two races for the first time gets the leading jockey Pedro Terrero. You've got to look at that, so he's going route to Sprint. Dropping down to this level and has numbers that could do some damage. So number 10 6 to 1 seems like a good price. That's why we included him at the top call. Number four persistent. He came off a double line lay off, he'd been off for over a year and a half. Came back at the very bottom level $2500 claimers and ran a decent race showed some speed. For Bill Delia was claimed out of that race by same Calvario, who hit the 24% with its first off the claim, So that's a good angle there. First off the claim for the trainer. He put them in this race restricted. The non winners of two lifetime finds a good spot. And I think persistent could be, um, pretty pretty speedy from up front. And hold on there. So 10 4 to 11 was our ninth race plays. But again, that's a grab bag race. You might want to do one of those exact boxes in the big field and hope to get lucky. So, uh, had do a chance to look at any particular race for tomorrow. Labor Day. I do. I'm a best fit for tomorrow and then a value bet for tomorrow. The best right being the night and so in the ninth race tomorrow would be our best bet. That's gonna be 4000 non orders of two to close out the day tomorrow. Those are thrilled and up Phillies and I think cold Brew Kelly for Steve Sherman. Coming in there. She is the morning line favorite, but I think you can build some tickets and really key her here. She's really well met in this spot. She's been running on turf for her last four. She goes back to Topeka, but which she has shown that she likes. And cold brew. Kelly, uh, should be the one there. Um, number number three in the ninth race tomorrow Number three Cold brew Kelly, the best bet over the other Steve Sherman play. Cocoa Sense number four. So I was a number three was the best bet tomorrow and then in the fourth rate We have a mile for starter allowance believe And I like at a price. I like 10 to 1. Lorraine's Legacy Number four. Over a number five torque. A 2 to 1 tomorrow, so value bet of the day. I think it's 10 to 1 on Lorraine's Legacy Number four in the fourth. And the other horse we like in that race is the five Tor case so value play. They're getting from 10 to 1 on Labor Day, and that's about to end the day. So a little bit of Little bit of Little bit of Hopefully, Labour day winning there. All right. Tell us how you can get a hold of, uh, the speed figures dot com We put out a daily sheet with those picks. We also We also love to play the pick Fours and the pick five. So if you're into that, I think that's the best bet at the track. Are the 50 Cent pick fours and pick five were definitely, um, we put out our sheet definitely with that in mind, but we give our top three picks in every race. And that's always available at speed figures dot com. The website and today's We're giving out today's report..

"A man suspected of killing his girlfriend and then abducting their two year old son in Lake Elsinore is ended. The man's been arrested in Las Vegas. The little boy was found just fine and has been reunited with his family right now, let's say good morning to CNBC's Jane Wells. Time for our business buzz. And, of course, you can follow Jane on social Media at Jane Wells or check out her bulletin page. At jane wells dot bulletin dot com which I did last night. Jane, by the way, the picture of you next to your latest piece, Dumb and Dumber is fantastic. Oh, thank you. Yes, that's when I did a zombie apocalypse story. In Las Vegas. There's this place you can go and you can pay and you are trained by some former special forces guys to fight zombies. It's It's quite an event, and I was way in over my head. Fortunately, the zombies did not win. It was it was close. Well, I could tell that you were a little concerned about, uh, you know the the rest of your life. I should say in this picture, but anyway, it's great if you guys haven't checked out Jane's bulletin stuff. You need to do it again. It's jane wells dot bulletin dot com. Such a Thank you everything from WalMart to be easy in there. You got a little bit everything going Thank you. Yeah, It's fun. I'm having fun doing it. It's a place where I can write about the things that they won't let me do on CNBC. That's good. Alright. Only freaking Jeff Bezoza could have a contracts canceled on him. And still, this guy makes money. And well, so the Pentagon camps starting over with its big cloud computing contract. It's been a huge mess trying to do it has everything. Everything being bid by the Defense Department, which only goes to one winner always gets contested now, so it originally gave his cloud computing contract worth about $10 Billion.10 billion dollars to Microsoft. Amazon sued for a few reasons, including saying that then President Trump didn't want Jeff Bezoza company to get because Jeff Bezoza on the Washington Post anyhow, the Pentagon said, alright, we're starting over. We're going to probably pick more than one vendor to do it, which The theory is, this is probably better for cloud computing because in case you get hacked, you have other vendors. Although it does open you have two more security issues. Perhaps, um, and so because of that Microsoft losing that contract and the whole thing's starting over Amazon stock went up over 4% yesterday. Which means the richest man in the world in just one day. Added $8.5 billion to his fortune, and it now talks. This is after he's been divorced after he's been divorced. Okay. He is now worth $211 billion, so every time that his money goes up, does his ex wife's money go up to? I have to ask. How does that work? No, I believe they're now complete. I mean, when Amazon stock goes up, she probably still owns a lot of Amazon stock. So in that sense, yes, but But I believe other than that Their fortunes are now completely separate. So he's not paying her alimony and she's not. He's no longer the CEO he stepped down is that it means still obviously big, you know, on the board and all that. But I love how now there was a story I heard yesterday about Jeff Bezos. And they said, You know, now he's officially stepped down and from Amazon, and now he can fulfill his childhood dream of what was it Something like riding his own spaceship into space or something like that, And I thought only this guy the rest of us dreamed that kind of stuff when we're little kids, and we end up in radio, But this guy dreams it and, oh, he's going to go to space in a couple of weeks. He is on July 20th he's taking. He's going to be on the first passenger, Uh, crude ship. I mean, uh, with the shepherd, his of the new Shepard spacecraft from blue origin, They're going to go up to the edge of the atmosphere out of East Texas and going with him. This is my favorite story as a woman named Wally Funk. I didn't even know this the NASA astronaut program in the sixties while they were preparing men, the Mercury program. They were also preparing 13 women interesting number 13 women who've never, you know, got off the ground, but Wally Funk was the youngest of that group. She's now in her eighties. She's spent a lifetime in aviation has almost 20,000 flight hours, which is a lot And she is going up with Jeff Bezos on the 20th and and couldn't be more excited. So I do like that. But you know, you have to give this is a guy. Who? You know, l r monster as much as I am obsessed with him, and he dreams big, But all of his dreams have been initially financed by subsidies. You know, NASA gave SpaceX 1.6 billion. You know, Tesla has had all kinds of stuff. Jeff Bezels built Amazon from zero with his Own gumption built it to be, you know, a worth over a trillion dollars and stock market value. I mean, it's just what he has done. On his own. It's breathtaking, so I guess he doesn't make your dumb and dumber list. No. He makes my smart and smarter list. Yes, very big. And I wouldn't mind being his ex His ex wife. She's doing just fine. Oh, my gosh. Yes. Me to put me on the list. All right? What are these rumors about Amazon going to Camarillo? Don't know. Uh, it sounds like no for now, So if you this has been all the kerfuffle out here in the end the V. C in the Ventura County, Amazon has two large fulfillment centers there either up and running or there. I don't know right in camera, and they're not far from the airport in the airport's only for general aviation. I think along no Oxnard used to have commercial. What's everything? Calvario has had them. They're not. They're not rated for commercial. And there are these rumors that Amazon wants to start flying. You know, 7, 67 and 7 30 sevens cargo into the airport to go to these fulfillment centers and people are freaking out about the noise and the flight clap path. And the airport is owned by the county in the airport, saying told the camera acorn. No, this is not these are rumors are not true. There's been no discussions with Amazon about planes. Amazon also told the acorn these are just rumors didn't say they were false rumors. But the airport says if Amazon did want the airport rules would have to change and there'd be a lot of public input. Um So that's not happening, at least not yet. But it would kind of make sense. Jennifer, it really would, And I always hesitate when they say No, No, these are just rumors. It's not true. But if it were to happen, I'm like MM, even thinking about it. They've already got this plan in place. Well, or they So the acorn did a freedom of Information Act to get all the emails between the airport and Amazon and got 60 emails and none of them mention using the airport for plane. So take that for what it's worth. All right. All right, Jeanne, when you send me a story followed by something in all caps, this is when I go. Oh, this is going to be good. So the headline is. Hospitals often charge uninsured people, the highest prices. So this is over the people who walk in with an insurance card. I think I always thought, Okay. If you paid cash, you'll get a little bit of a break and they'll stick it to the insurer, not the case. Not at all. In January, hospitals had to start revealing what they're charging. The Wall Street Journal did a deep dive to find out what who's paying what and they found as a headline says Cash patients or uninsured patients are usually charged. The highest prices. Now some hospitals will give you financial aid, but you have to ask for it, and a lot of people don't know. So my own experience. This is what makes me nuts is because, as the journal found Charges between hospitals are all over the map. And after the journal last some of the hospitals why is this so much? The list price sticks came down. Interestingly enough. So I have two stories one a little one. I once went to my dermatologist. And I said, Hey, what if I pinion cast today? You have no overhead? No billing. This will be done right now. He said. I'd have to charge you more than using insurance.

You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah, I have one other comment. That's not related to this. But going back to the post office. Think about this. Put it in perspective. Okay? I've been in business for 45 years. Right. And when you put the United States with its diverse and remote locations and then combine it with the international postal system, I don't know One corporation on the planet that is that fish. I really don't. I mean, it's amazing how it may take longer to get to Europe or whatever it is. And in the United States, they think that you know, in some of the remote areas, maybe 56 days, seven days. And I'll tell you what that is one heck of a system that works like a war oiled machine. The former Republican governor from Ohio, a moderate for sure. Amy Klobuchar for Minnesota. Michelle Obama, Bernie Sanders. And governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan. Speaking tonight, I believe Christine Todd Whitman is speaking to a former Republican governor of New Jersey and Meg. I've forgotten her name. Now. She was the CEO of Maybe Hewlett Packard and ran for governor in California. So they've got three Republican speaking tonight. Is she speaking to? I think so. Yeah, right. "Heart that can be viewed any time you like and can be re watched as well. So program note. Welcome back to our candidates, and again, we are going to Jump in with Ah set of questioning, And I'd like to have Christy, please provide us with that number. Number 12. I know. Number 12. We're going to begin with Audrey. Thank goodness we came back together. Ah, listen, Here's our next question Candidates. You'll have 60 seconds. To reply. For approximately 15 years. We've been involved in the Largest and most expensive public works project, and that would be the rail project. If you're elected mayor. How will you address our rail project? And we're starting with Audrey Key seen Audrey. Well, First of all, we're going to be under a federal audit for the $9.2 billion so the money isn't even coming from the city and county. It's coming from the half percent tax. At the state collects. So if the state has the money, then they will give it to us to consider how to continue this project, but my A problem with this is that nobody planned the bathrooms. Nobody planned the entrances or the exits. It could be a whole crowd of people going to a stadium or the blaze. Dale And I feel that this is the city's responsibility to make sure that bathroom's air 80 accessible And that we've planned. Who's going to be taking care of people, for example, in security on the train when you're traveling with a great group of people? I'm sorry. It got a few seconds left. Well, so so the point being that if I could make the trail, the train happened, then I would take it all the way to U H and I would use higher ground. I would go along the North King in South King Street. And there we have it. Thank you very much, Audrey. Thank you. A TTE this time, I would like to go to Mr Bud Stormbreaker. Thanks for you know, we're about 90% completed two Middle Street, and I believe that we should get up and running, And if everything goes well, we could be running by 2022. Now the fare box recovery is based on a daily ridership of 100,000. But you know, that's always in the bid that looks good in the first. The first price they give is usually just the down payment. And when I voted against this tax increase way back when I was in the Legislature, I said, there's nothing more permanent than a temporary tax increase. And so that has happened, But I believe we need to stop the bleeding. And get people using that rail as soon as possible. And then and only then, can we we guess or do some audits and find out if we can continue further, But we need to stop the hemorrhaging right now. We're not in any place now to look for and spend more money. Right now. We need to finish what we have and make it available to the people so they can start using it and we can get our money back to our bus system and to our roads to repair the roads. Thanks very much, But thank you. Indeed, Mr Movie, Hanneman. People voted for it in 2008 that they want to drill When I left City Hall. It was on time on budget on schedule, and we have a contingency fund. Costs double since I left. This is no time to point fingers. Let's say where we are Now I will go back to the pledge I made in 2005. We will not finance the construction of rail through property taxes. I believe we can do that through public private partnerships, leverage every private sector opportunity to create transitory development and I will use my connections in Washington. I line up with either the Democrats Republicans because I've served both administrations. I believe that we can't get More federal money for this project is going to be a stimulus package that's going to come out and I believe would be very, very important for this funding. And once again if we've done all we can To get as much federal dollars. But probably I will take a pause and stopped the project. Until we have the money to go for it. I will not raise property taxes to finance the construction of rail. Thank you very much movie again. The question. How will you deal with the rail project? If you're elected mayor, and we go to Mr Ernest Car volume. Thank you very much So immediately. There has to be in hot at ministry. We need to stop and pause. We need to relocate renegotiate with the federal government. Then we also need to seriously think Do we still want to go down, dealing him and then down image in Chinatown, and the reason I address this problem is because Kali he into Chinatown is a flood zone. Heart knows this, so they're building and the floods on error. This could be flooded in about 50 years. If not less, if we don't control climate change, so immediate thing is to haul administrate. We've got great buses that can transport from ministry and on review and go over with the federal government on what we need to do. To make a really effective all the way to Alma. Wanna Thank you. Thank you very much, Mr Calvario. Mr Carl Dicks. Rail is And extremely out of control project. Um, when the management caused exceed the construction caused, there's an obvious problem. On DH. We need a forensic audit of the project. We need to stop it at Middle Street. And when we stop it at Middle Street, we need to stop and take a look where all the money went. Where all the money's going, What is really going to cost? What is really going to look like and come up with the comprehensive plan from there on out because the current plan is not working? Obviously, we're not on but we're not on target. We're not on On schedule. We're not on anything and we need to take it to Middle Street. Stop there. And re look it where we're going. Carl Dicks. Thank you very much, sir. Thank you. Indeed. Mr Rick plans already. Well, Rick, this is not the real discussion of 2012. And for that matter, my position now is not the position..

"It was risk of when we started but those data numbers out of five China those trade numbers came out better than expected and then giving some kind of optimism in the markets we have the Chinese CSI three hundred index currently pretty much flat after opening in negative territory we're also keeping a watch on now wants to come into the data out of China because we have a bluemix good suggesting China is deciding whether or not to give a numerical growth target I think I'll coming and PC meeting something has done for decades one economist though they do have a target their fall coughing GDP below two percent for twenty twenty for now although the data given some kind of support for the market it is important for emerging markets which are pretty much I've been taking a cue from China as well taking a look where we are in terms of the P. com does train GDP numbers which came out on it today putting a damper on sentiment there we have growth slowing significantly five point one percent contraction the biggest contraction since nineteen ninety eight and that's of course because of the low down impacting our businesses which were shot impacting consumption as well so that's not boding well for the country the country of course so do to gradually open its economy from may fifteenth on so you know pretty mixed picture when it comes to those sites data from the various countries on yeah and you before was that it was a string of bad data and then China kind of surprises with this positive picture when it comes the export side of things but of course there is some speculation that you know we were hearing from some of our viewers saying that perhaps these are just all the orders that were done maybe back in January or February that perhaps led to that increase in exports of course and my boss's name perhaps also because of the rise and medical supplies as well that may have contributed to that rise as well so a lot of questions of course about that surprise picture that we see because it's the most the data it is looking pretty dire out there of course it is also dated as well so I'll take a look at deal making right now across industries has come to a halt with businesses closing a workers staying home however as more parts of the world re open investors are assessing the outlook for Annonay city institutional clients group chairman Leon Calvario spoke to Bloomberg about what he's calling the interim normal the job has been incredibly busy during this period of time there's no commuting there's nothing that gets in the way sitting around in airports so we have had incredible comic client contact and connectivity here right now and the days are longer you know there's no difference between Monday and Sunday at this point in time they will blend together as I'm sure they do for you and your audience and I've spoken to a lot of folks in your industry who are actually quite enjoying not being on a plane every weekend working from Cape Cod in the Hamptons and I'm wondering you know you've two thousand some bankers if I'm not mistaken under that under your wing that are all working on different types of deals is this going to be more normal for them to just be working from home I think it'll be normal in the interim but to be honest people miss the social and business interaction of being in the office and being with their clients and as you know I travel a lot and there were moments when I could have done less of that but who would have thought that I would say right now I'm dying to get on a plane into a business trip here right now so after eight weeks I think people are tired of working at home but on the other hand it's been very efficient and the interaction amongst all of our partners has been fantastic between do meetings and all the other video interactions people have to really adjusted very well and I think we'll work our way through the central normal and then there will be demand to get back into having you know human interaction both you know flying to places and doing meetings but it'll take awhile for it to get there and then the internet working actually very well so speaking of flying across the world a little earlier this month we spoke to your colleague Manolo Falco over and Europe and one of the things he told my colleagues was that he believed that there will be bigger national champions created in Europe after in light of this crisis but if you look back here in the U. S. the big have already getting gotten bigger right there's some talk about some of the big tech companies potentially looking to deploy more in their dry powder into deals but I what's far at what point does Hart Scott Rodino really start to kick in here right at what point have the big gotten too big in America well I don't think we're at that point here right now and obviously you know HSR ninety trust is alive and vigilant here right now I do think Manolo is corrected you will see you know more European champions and there would be a poor they'll be in for your consolidation and I think you'll see a rising in M. and a activity in the U. S. as some of the large companies consolidate potential weaker players and also depending on the sector take into account this crisis in order to Borden out that business and perhaps be less reliant on any one side that they had so I think that's coming and I think it's going to come in probably three or four months not so early right now but we do believe that you'll start to get a return of this activity as you've seen when you look at the dot com crisis and the eight oh nine there was a gap and then people started to take their heads above the parapet and start to do transactions when they were comfortable with valuations so we'll see it well some of the smaller tech companies were waiting for a public exit with the IPO markets now frozen take Airbnb for example we I know we spoke about it a little before about Airbnb raise money debt and their IPO is now further down the line potentially they also are reportedly considering cutting a lot of staff here the dream that existed for some of the smaller tech companies to enter private markets how much is that died well I think it really depends company by company I don't think the dream is died I think just in some cases the dream is just been put on hold I do believe by the way that the IPO market will start to come back with companies that are suited for this environment you know companies that have done well in this environment or we can project amounts I think you'll see the IPO market coming he Barbie speaking the number of setbacks being issued so I think people going public to specs will increase over the next few months and and going forward here right now and then I think in the cases of the dreams here you know the people that that have formed these companies and one of them are absolutely fantastic entrepreneurs don't manage their way through it and the green will be on hold for six months or a year but it'll come back the people like this hard total optimist and that's what our society is built on Citigroup institutional clients group chairman Leon Calvario speaking to blown back well I want to come including our interview with.

"Book what is going on heroes can also bring some real rhetorical toward the end of the sermon Gabriel internet mentioned the model of Calvario city church their vision is not just to build a great church they say it's about building a great city one life at a time that's the model but what does that really mean what sort of city on a hill to the cell girls have in mind they definitely have a broad sense of what city means here cover your city church is a church with campuses not just in Orlando but also in New York City and in Porter Rico Gabriel has served on White House advisory councils and has led to prayers at the Democratic National Convention Gabriel engine that are also the co founders of the national Latino evangelical coalition which represents the fastest growing group of evangelicals in America the label evangelical is one that the Salguero was fully embrace it's a big part of who they are so when we sit down to talk to them after Sunday service we asked Gabriel for a definition of what evangelicals believe they have a high view of scripture they believe in Christ as the only savior so they have this evangelistic to proselytize they believe in eternal life an evangelical come from one Kelly on the Greek which is to share the good news so we're committed to the gospel of Christ in a way that transform society how do you do with that he did wonderful he foot if you forgot to say that evangelicals are not a monolith Janet is pointing out something crucial here when you start to ask evangelical Christians exactly how they should transform society or where to even begin that's when you hear a lot of different answers here was a telling moment for the cell Garros soon after they arrived in Orlando in June twenty sixteen tragedy hit the city we begin with that horrifying news breaking overnight in Florida what appears to be the deadliest terror attack on American soil since nine eleven it happened only a few miles from the church on Latin night at a gay nightclub called pulse forty nine people were killed in that shooting attack nearly all of them were Hispanic what a memorial service was held in a city park pastor Gabriel did something that most evangelical leaders would not have done he went to the memorial and spoke at the vigil it was in the town square where it was like the day after the Monday after something like that and they and they asked me and cover of the pastors to pray and one of the young man Latino came afterwards he's gay he says to me doing are you watching television it wouldn't do it here I'm here because I think Jesus would be here this all girls say that the Bible does not condone homosexuality or gay marriage and that's pretty common among evangelicals but despite those beliefs Gabriel engine that say they had a Christian duty to support the post victims and their families so when relatives of one of the victims said that they needed a large church to hold a funeral service Kalbarri opened its doors this is something that many evangelicals would have trouble with but Gabriel says no one should be surprised about his decision just because he doesn't agree with people on certain issues doesn't mean they're not welcome at his church he says people who disagree need to talk with each other the challenging in America today is on very delicate issues we collapsed things too simplistic form whereas we assume that LGBT Q. communities don't have evangelical relatives this is these conversations are happening all the time regrettably it's during these crises that they get attention that that finally people feel it is courageous but people should be courageous every day to have these boundary crossing conversations some girl says he hopes that his church is an example ready to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds genet so Guero who's also the chief operating officer at Calvario says working with immigrants and refugees is a top priority even if it's not a popular move with some evangelicals on the religious right we do serve all other huge refugee community here and they are very important to us and we will serve them as if they are our own and that's why I am as a pastor that's who this church is at the church within the community for the so gross the message of the gospel transcends politics even national borders it's something Gabriel preaches about from the pulpit and he tells us that he worries about the rise of nationalism he sees an American Christianity were Christians bibles teaches that Christ died for the world the Brazilian the Venezuelan the Vietnamese the Cambodian the Russian that and so and we have over twenty five twenty twenty five nations here at Calvary city church we recognize that Christ died for us all and resurrected for us all and so yes love your country but no country is better than any other country in the side of caught many Americans live increasingly and social bubbles based on age race gender politics and so on but the cell carriers are trying to do something different I asked Gabriel directly why he thinks his congregation is able to maintain such internal diversity I'm not trying to make everyone me the gospel doesn't homogenized the gospel unifies you while welcoming the diversity and I think that balance of the gospel what we should justice and reconciliation while respecting people.

"There's a a parish in Sharonville the embassy on Cristiano el Calvario and in insurance bill and there's a an affidavit now out a complaint from a detective against says he's our Guerrero who is the pastor of the church involving a claims of sexual misconduct involving a minor involving a someone who's a a member of the church and he has the cleric of that church according this affidavit so more on that coming up in minutes on seven hundred W. out of the first though kind of an update on this is important stuff not just to dwell on this out sick and twisted business so we have gone on the world whether it's that a man shootings but I'm not you caught this that the president is talking about starting on September first which is just a few short weeks away an additional ten percent tariff on three hundred billion dollars of Chinese goods the results so far has been the GDP projections have the the GDP expectations and the outlook has been downgraded to an a question of is this the new Cold War as a something you could now go on for generations let me bring Nathan backtracking from simply money to talk about this to give some perspective on the global trade war between us and China Nathan I kinda get it that the president is using a position of power here because the economy the dollars extremely strong right now in yep you negotiate from a position of power not weakness and so he's doing that right now but is the weakening things in an effort to strengthen things of that make sense it's a mess so the answer so I'm asking you I don't know yeah yeah yeah so the answer to that would be yes well listen there were eight every politician this is not political but every president as he gets up and as I want a strong dollar wonderful then you know what happens they secretly want to cheapen the dollar because that makes our goods better more attractive to other countries and then that stimulates exports and that means you and your friends and neighbors all have more work to do and everybody's happy accepted the hours a little cheaper well everybody else has come up with the same ideas of the rest the world friend cheapen their dollar at the same time we're trying to cheapen hours but look let's be clear about something tariffs are forget forget the word terror of these it's not a terror of Loni it's a tax right all right there in that that makes sense to me yeah we're taxing P. okay to say techno terror because it gets passed on to consumers to buy you doing right now we've taken in about seventy billion dollars in tariffs since we started imposing tariffs on Chinese goods so far we have said we're gonna take all of the the present administration is taking all the money giving it to farmers because the Chinese were very tactical and saying let's see okay you're gonna tech put terms on us than minimum eight no more soybeans okay that's it for you we're not by name more soybeans because we took a look at the electoral map in two you got a lot of electoral votes in full where they make soybeans including by the way state of Ohio Sir so the government is presents a look what we're take the terrace we're gonna give you the farmers well now with another three hundred me a billion dollars worth of goods that will be tactically like your I. phones are we now saying that those of poor pitiful I phone owner will now sort of paying a thousand will pay eleven hundred dollars that's worth ten percent terror of would be a will that slowdown animal and then of course with a slowdown apple production in China and then will that affect the Chinese economy so everybody shooting themselves in the foot hopper I go all out who shall and we believe and I just you know unfortunate America sometimes we believe that because we have the best system gone and because we're in such a position of strength that there's nothing that the other guys who don't have the military where with all the economic where with all that they can keep up with us well couple days ago the Chinese decided to devalue their currency right and when that happened all of a sudden all hell broke loose markets Collette you know to the big dive backwards were my goodness they're not playing nice in the sandbox forty expect them to do I mean we're putting taxes all over and we're slowing down their economic growth and here's a stat that if I'm a Chinese leader and I got a billion people who if they get angry at me I'm in trouble here's a stat that the you are here but all of a sudden graduates are coming out of the universities in China and they don't find jobs whoa what happens when that happens in this country right we start to go with we got we got behind my ticket to being middle class my all those hard war years and you know cheating on the SAT tests and everything else I had to do in China in order to get ahead whoa wait a second maybe things are getting a little shaky so we're starting to see a lot of signs in China that this is going to have a cost them but you know the first thing they said was well we can our currency now they sort of moderate down a little just to let everybody know though yeah we can do this but maybe the next thing they'll do is okay you wanna play play this game orchestra by lots of oil from Iran I would you think that Mr about president trump and so we see the oil markets take a dump oil markets to get dumped but that will market your taking a dump because the rest of the world is slowing down and the real question to ask when you get rid of all the of blue smoke and mirrors here is how long can the United States continue to have good solid growth we just saw unemployment numbers going down again right how can we continue to potter along wrote what will be two percent growth while the rest of the world maybe slowing down substantially and if the trade war keeps going on long enough we will ultimately find that we cannot be the only good look I'm pagan yeah here's some good Americans can only buy so much and we can only export so much in it the exports declined well that impacts jobs it's a trickle of factor yeah I'm not a current localist I'm not a globalist I will tell you it we are all connected world to live on the same planet but here's the good news about a year ago interest rates will just shy of three percent if you want the loan the government money for ten years ago really give you two point nine two percent now today and this is it and and all mortgage rates are based on the ten year treasury this morning I wake up and even the rates have gone up there a one point seven six that's a forty percent decline in what the government has to pay when they borrow money from the rest of the world or from you what does that mean I have a bug in the death and are my friends because it it just so happens that my mortgage is with the credit union Emory credit union which is the first floor my building every time rates go down I go down teleport talk Cain president to go can I drop my rates again because you or do you just go for a couple years ago don't go record something I'm gonna come go when you look at the rates can I get the longer term can I do this can I do that but you should go to your banker and if there's any chance and I don't care for the sick cost a thousand two thousand dollars to refinance your house by by half a point for several thousand year for the next ten years I will treat two thousand now for ten thousand of those ten years every day's Marty take advantage of these rates this is how you turn turmoil into problems and you lock down lower I pro it may they may go lower you do what I do I go back down to say hello time it's Banik you again yeah me again and sunset because it makes two grand every six months off you well it's not thank because he kept the loan which is something else are we going to borrow money Estakhr into the bank if they're gonna hold that loaner they're going to sell it because it's a lot easier to do what I just said if they hold I make I make so we can this stock market continue to grow a killer our economy continued to grow when the rest of the world could be slowing down so if I understand in the middle of a trade war and now it's a trade war by the way and after this if it goes on long enough I will tell you know chairman the federal reserve or anybody else you'd be help able to help it's going to get down right nasty and we will pay a price trade wars I must say take issue with the president yeah they may be worth it and I actually buy it and here's the thing here within the politics forget Republican or Democrat the Chinese cheat the Chinese steal our proprietary information they won't let us into their markets that all the rest of the suffering argue about doesn't matter to me but let us operating your markets and don't steal our stuff and we probably can come up with an agreement the darn fast so unless somebody's piling on here which case we should throw flight let's get those two things salt and I agree those are worth fighting for but like any war and this is economic war be clear on that Saloni like any war if you're gonna ask Americans to go to war give them a good case for it I'm not so sure that we've always articulated why it is that were in this war and what does it mean to you why does it help you to know your job will be securing your company will be secure at the end of the day though forget about your paycheck the president and Congress are working to move the economy forward and that means stocks and half of you we know statistically don't have owned one share of anything in America except your paycheck to stop written yourself out the store some money is economies own politicians go old Amir build the economy you can go yes and my four oh one K. one up in my or anyone up and thank you very much native Bacharach simply money more this tonight six a five over on a fifty five care C. kind of making some sense
