"And i think in both cases these are guys who had really good stretches and showed signs of what they could be like vanna check similarly was good early behind a very good defensive team by the way in washington and a year after not being a very good defensive team. Coaching change made a made a difference. There we'll see whether that's a dead cat bounce long term or not or whether that was just having the attention of your of your players for your first year as sort of quote unquote heart. Ask coach But it was just a big ask right like he was asked to carry the load he did it for a while and then eventually just sort of started to wear down so both guys finished with negative numbers but in both cases they showed you potential for stretches that made you understand the the pick in case and in calkins case make it hard to understand why didn't especially because and correct me if i'm wrong cannon doesn't need waivers yet like he could of been that joy two chord guy that could go back and forth because this this is the challenge for seattle. Is they had to have a third goal or they need to get it in free agency but they needed a third goalie. That could move up. And down to a ahl franchise. They don't actually own this season. But you absolutely need three. And i would argue for because for all the talk about last year. This has the potential and this is where tandems and making sure you have more than one guy is important. This has the potential to be way harder. Physically on goaltenders than last year was the schedule. Still condensed specially if they do go to the olympics. You're adding the all star game in there and guess what no more taxi squad number three goal lead to take the crappy parts of practice for you right like this is going to be a year where you do not get by on one. You're going to need to lean more heavily on to. And i guarantee a more teams are going to end up needing three and even four. Then we've seen in years past. And i think for seattle's case you needed to find a guy in that three hole that could move around without causing you. The risk of losing him on waivers listen teams with insane schedules to i. I think the owners. I don't know the details off the top of my head but there's start in a row on the road and like eighteen back to backs or something. I think i saw. It's yeah it's gonna be it's gonna be a grind. Yeah no you're right i. I was surprised by that. I think.

"Print those letters off the show up. And we're going to deliver them to the government and Have some dialogue around Hunting and the relevance of hunting. And make sure that they understand that. There's a groundswell of people that are tired of being vilified In nbc here and we feel strongly about it so and and this is not. This is outside our borders to we're asking people in the us overseas if you believe in hunting You know we're making a stand here in bc because we need to this kind of the frontline right if you think about the war on hunting. We're fighting in the trenches the front line here in bc. I know the west coast As well california they just went through the The debate the blogger issue. And and that's the thing like if you stand up you make a difference. They won in california right like absolutely california. They stood up and they made a difference. And we need to do the same thing here And we just can't we can't sit there this whole death by thousand cuts has to stop will the it's it's they're not gonna stop bc right. They're going to roll into elbert they get here. Then they're gonna roll in just the statute and they're gonna move eastward. Right like we saw a californian together. I don't think that was. I don't think that was coincidental right. They're they're starting at the left coast and they're going to try and move across we. We know that. So if you if you down for stanford san walls but stand for sound wildlife management. You need to take action. You need to to stand up against this and sign share. Get it out to your networks. Because as i said they're they're gonna come for years as well and if you want to come to bc or anywhere else to enjoy the wildlife you need to stand up and sign this. It's not gonna be Not going to be pretty in ten fifteen years at this goes through i. We're asking you four step process get on the website. This is the most support. Fill out and hits. That's all you need to do. it's gonna take you thirty seconds and it's really important that you share that message talk to your friends I'm challenging. Everyone you to reach out to five friends and get them to do it Anyone that believes what we believe in and get them to do it with five friends. Challenge them as well. Let's start a challenge. Day five people reach out have some dialogue and I think that that's really important to get the messaging out. Once you've done that step two is. There's a letter on their. Take that letter and write your own letter And there's four different individuals you wanna be sending it to plus la. They're listed on our website A physical letter right in your own words. Sign it and physically send it in step three talk to your mla. If you can get a meeting you know your mla has a responsibility to meet with constituents Reach out to them have some dialogue. Ideally have a meeting with them and then step for. If you have the time we'd love to have you volunteer and support what we're doing. We need more volunteers for our government engagement process across the province. We want everybody in every single writing. There's eighty-seven writings and we want. Everyone represented so you know. Four simple steps The first one is gonna take you minute and if you do the other three that's great too but do step one. We want to show up and deliver fifty thousand letters in jude saying that. We're taking a stand it. We're fighting for hunting and our opportunities here in british columbia right. If if there's one hundred ten thousand resident hunters in vc and if each one of us can recruit five people to sign this letter whether or not they hunter not were over half a million immediately immediately and one day and we need this campaign to be something..

"Help fund these organizations and give them a louder voice on your behalf and make sure that the things that are important to us as hunters angers trappers firearms owners get heard loud and clear because the assault is coming And while a lot of this is happening at the provincial level. it's there's there's there's a lot of federal overlap migratory birds fisheries and oceans firearms legislation. the overlap is tremendous. So we're all in this together. We need to take nato article. Five approach one attack on one is an attack on. We gotta stand together with everybody. In the animal use industry whether it's farmers ranchers hunters We all are facing the same Threat from the same forces and We need to work together to To thwart their attacks and communicate in a compassionate way. Why we know we're right why we know we're on the side of the angels on this issue and use our voices and our our time talent and treasure to convince our fellow canadians That the things that we're doing our okay not only are they are k. but they're a net benefit a positive huge net benefit not only to our economy but also to the environment while very well said that's fantastic great message and You know on on behalf of the world society. I can't thank you enough for for taking the time today to talk to us but everything you're doing day in and day out fighting the good fight on the hill and making a difference for You know the things that are near and dear to our hearts. Thank you for everything. You do my pleasure. I've got some great colleagues in british columbia. Specifically mentioned bob zimmer and mel arnold and lots lots of new colleagues ed fast. And of course we just need more conservatives to protect this way of life and Because the the other side just wants to shut us down only thing they do deny us access and shut us down and that's the only management tool. They seem to have in their books and that we know we we know there's another way we know there's a better way and so get involved and kudos to my colleagues across the country for doing this with me. I couldn't do it without their help and support. And like i said. I got some great support from my colleagues. Vc fantastic thanks again and have a great day. Appreciate everything you all right. "Like issue tags people call harvest them right But we see examples of this where the government will have no choice at some point in time but to bring about some type of call mechanism And it'll be very politically charged and it'll be a very unfortunate thing but it'll become If we if we seed any ground is hunters and lose ground on on this front. It's going to create so many more problems in the future while the interesting thing here now is that we're experiencing. Bc's they've shut down management So of course you know the the federal government's had to step in Around caribou concerns in northern bc. And they're trying to manage predators and now that has been shut down by the anti-hunting or i dunno anti killing movement. I'm not sure who they are but It's been shut down so you know another example that they're not even allowing management anymore. They just want a free for all and really no respect or or concern. Forest particular species is just let let nature take its course i guess is the approach to that. So it's amazing it. It's a very naive approaches. It's going to actually do far. More damage than harm to those. Caribou populations than active management actually will and Yeah like i said. The wolf doesn't follow the the no hunting caribou rules. Grizzly bears don't follow the no hunting caribou rules mountain lines. Don't follow the no hunter who rules so We need to manage them. And there's no better way to do that through hunting wh- while we're speaking of emotion. Here's one for you but we hear about it all the time that the rules around hate speech and how the government is cracking down on hate speech. You know where. I'm going with this. I think so. I've got some screen shots here. Just just from somebody. You know how these anti-hunting campaigns like to take screen shots lawful hunt and spin the narrative as we talked about but some of these some of these comments. Are i vote that we make it legal to kill killers. Leave the wolves alone. Go hunting yourselves. If i ever find you. I'm going to kill you things like this..

"And if that's been shut down by the government and thank you just a turtle for basically shutting down all of that for us here especially in burt up but maybe your only opportunity to earn a little bit of money would be out guiding for for an outfit or doing something that you love and making some good money while you do it You know these are these are these job. Opportunities are very very valuable for small remote rural communities. And there's another aspect of this. Nobody's even talking to you. Wanna talk about Providing value a lot of the The protein that's harvested. It's very very difficult to transfer some of this protein. Back esau an american hunter that shoots a moose might be able to take some of the select cuts back maybe able to ship that back but that meet ends up being given to first nations communities near where these guys outfitters operate to the tune of thousands of pounds of this protein given to Even to these communities to make sure that they have food security and of course traditional source of protein that they've always had and they're very very appreciative of this so look th- nobody up. There is complaining about the fact that hunting is going. The only people that are complaining are the people who are thousands of miles away from it and have no skin in the game And it's really unfortunate that Politicians don't seem most politicians don't seem to be able to put up a fight or have the knowledge that they need to put up any resistance to these Basically baseless attacks on this way of life. Yeah absolutely awesome. Point for sure blaine. What are the points you touched on earlier was africa. We you mentioned word trophy and one of the things that's really interesting is Nbc right now. There's a recent campaign that came out Under the guise of biology against hunting. And it's a large carnivore campaign. And they actually specifically talked about trophy hunting and how is a trophy hunt. Elk hunting trophy hunting and bighorn. Sheep is trophy hunting Which you know. We don't really have that doesn't we. Don't identify with that. Such so this whole trophy thing is kind of become. You know the go-to thing right now is certainly And it's not africa thing. It's not putting giraffe on your waller and elephants or like they're talking about elk and the stuff that you and i go out and the next thing you know a mule deer hunt going to be a trophy hunt so you know. How do we get away from this trophy mantra. And what do we do with this. Because it's really creeped. Its way in into the main things that we just. We hunt for sustainability. Yeah i don't know where we go there so like. I say we just call. I'll hunting is conservation hunting. We're doing it for the benefit of conservation because like for the numerous arguments have already made. Before but that million harvested into zone here in alberta is one that is Listed for a chronic wasting disease so the government of bird issued more tags to make sure that the mule deer population because mule deer are more heard oriented than other species are and More likely to find chronic wasting disease in these animals which of course has a impacts when it comes to culture community and many others but You know they can issue more tags in certain zone the tags in certain zone to ensure that we can manage the population. This what is this is what it's all about. Its conservation on. I just happened to find a really nice one. So i gotta amount but i mean i've shot does. I've only shot one elk in my life and it didn't have antlers. I'm conservation hunter Because we need to make sure that these populations remain viable. We want abundance..

"It's actually I you know fairly dangerous thing to even go out for a high cows we had some people get killed here in alberta not too long ago down by kenmore. Those are the kinds of things that are going to happen. If we're not allowed to not only that of course they're gonna put downward pressure on and other game populations or wildlife populations Because they are large predators. And i'm not saying none of us would argue not not a single hunter in the world would say well. We need to get rid of all the walls. We need to get rid of all the lines. When you get rid of all the grizzly bears we would never say that. We just need them to be appropriately. Managed for all of the reasons that i highlighted and could ethically say that your feelings that you shouldn't grizzly bear trump's somebody's ability to protect their family and Live in safety and security In a in a remote rural or in a setting where grizzly bears could totally agree. I spring bear hunt and apron hunt because well that they're everywhere and delicious our favorite protein and last i told kyle last spring in about half a dozen to a dozen trips out. I saw more grizzly bears than i did. Black bears and that is unheard of normally as you know. Grizzly bear knows when somebody's hiking or walking or or driving or whatever riding a quad. And they bugger off. These things didn't care it because they had no reason to care so they're losing quickly. People are going to say stay away but they were losing fear quickly and staying on the road and we we had to stop and turn around and they didn't care and as you say it's a matter of time because of the emotional management for somebody what they see these commercials on. Tv in grizzly bears are magical beings are ice fishing right and they're taking off their their fur coat and throwing it in the washer. And that's how these animals are getting pushed out in someone's going to get hurt or killed because of the emotional spin and it's going to be a website didn't know i thought they were magical mystical beings. Yep i remember years and years ago. I'm thinking a little bit older than you guys but Back in the day when the anti sealing of the anti seal hunting campaigns were running rampant across europe and then we had politicians in other countries actually Using trade and using other types of pressure tactics to actually end the seal harvest that we have here in canada and that has resulted lynn There's i think used to be. Several hundred. Thousand seals was typical population off the east coast of canada. Now up around six million and we're wondering why cod stock The cod stocks are not recovering and And this is where that emotional charged a campaign that political campaign that is well-funded gets into the living rooms of canadians and basically devastated Many small coastal communities on the eastern shores of canada many of them aboriginal communities or anywh communities. That made a few thousand dollars a year to supplement their income which was vital for their families And they lost that because there was no value anymore in a seal harvest. And that's what they're going to try and do with us as well and we're we're seeing it right now. We have a bill in front of the senate that is going to basically impose a certain set of canadian values on hunting in africa and Us you can see the response from the people of africa. Saying how dare you impose your values on us when we know that hunting In africa is perfectly valid perfectly legitimate The proceeds of those hunts go to fund anti poaching activities to reduce human.

"We wanna see all of these things but we know from being out there that these things come in balance and that requires active management hundred percent hundred percent. And that's the frustrating part is Having our motives hunters question to go along that line Because it's simply not true. Nobody cares more for the abundance of wildlife and fish in our in our environment than hunters in english. Do so you know blind your ottawa. There you're advocating and you're kind of seeing you know we've talked before the show here. We talked about Video we've seen steve. You wanna talk about that video briefly touch touch on on that economic already. See blamed getting a little uncomfortable because he knows the video. Dr germ under the gun lobby We chatted real briefly before we went. Live on this to to make sure you heard it and seen it. Because i didn't want to hit you blind side with for those that don't know dr drama is a major part of the gun lobby and trying to take away our our hunting sports shooting black powder you name it. If it's scary or not scary. They want it gone so he went on a rant for a couple of minutes and through everything. I think the quote was hunting is over and vincent is not that great so throwing motion into it and i just love to hear your thoughts on on how that goes down in How that fits into The hunting and angling and sport shooting community look at dr entitled to his opinion. But it's just that it doesn't appear to the doctor. Drummond is well educated or well Has a lot of knowledge about wildlife management When it comes to The the the the city of hunting. And frankly i think it's actually insulting to the aboriginal population of our country who of course Have hunting and fishing rights enshrined in their constitutional rights. And for those of us. Who as i mentioned before value this way of life immensely and there are millions of us in this country like i said there are more people that go fishing and hunting more people fishing alone. Then play golf or hockey combined and Just find the The notion that That he's talking about to be completely absurd. First of all it would be know. I would never speak down on our agricultural community for those of us that Enjoy the taste and the knowledge. That are wild game That we that we hunt and harvest is You know probably hormone free. It's probably non gmo. It's it's a. It's healthy for those of us that do it. We love it. We love the way it tastes. And i don't need dr drama to tell me what suits my palate He he doesn't like it he doesn't have to eat it. And that's that's the difference. I think between a liberal and a conservative when a conservative doesn't like to hunt. We don't go hunting when a liberal doesn't want like hunting. They don't want anybody to go hunting. So that's kinda the The difference in the perspective and i i also think it's actually highly insulting because one of the largest groups of canadians that is joining in hunting. Ranks now is young women. Young urban women primarily and i guess all of their motives. I know that some of those motives are just that. They're seeking a source of protein for their family That is wild in nature and is probably likely to not have genetic modification or You know hormones or antibiotics or anything like that in in that stream.

"It was what we did being in the city. I live in victoria now. And i feel like you know in some ways. Hunters are becoming irrelevant. Really certainly in the urban setting and it's one of the things that that scares me right. And i think that you know the hunting And outdoor community. We need a better job of of sort of staying relevant and making sure. We're not forgotten about right because i think these urban settings that's one of the challenges today is where we're getting. You know kind of becoming irrelevant really well. Look at your highlighting. I think of the urban rural divide. And i don't know if that's necessarily true. Because i think there's lots of people that live in cities that also go hunting and fishing and and they go out john. I mean it's a long weekend. It's folks from the city that had out To the countryside or they go to the lake or go wherever to To get out of the city and Get back in touch and commune with nature. I think the real the real problem. The real frustration. I think most of us have is It's not it's not a question of facts or science or evidence. it's an emotional appeal that is being made against the hunting community and frankly the hunting community itself is a little bit fractured on some of these things as well but the the the frustrating part for me is You know people are like label trophy hunting or you know subsistence or meet hunting. Look i think all hunters are conservation hunters and i think we need to look at it in that lens because we are one of the most important conservation tools that provincial governments have in federal governments have in managing fish and wildlife species and populations. And i don't know of any other population in the country that actually pays through licenses vs takes training courses and then pays for tags and other permits so that we could actually have access to help the government Whether it's.

"Care about where your food comes from and our concern for the future of wildlife and the environment that they need to survive hole up a seat. We have a story to tell welcome to our campfire. Good morning and welcome to the show. Hey kyle to be here then. Great to be here with you to steve. Yeah it's fantastic. So we met with you while chief society. We flew out to l. Berta myself and darren app met with you Back in november. I think at twenty nine thousand nine hundred a visit within the office there and really appreciate you taking the time to meet with us today and delayed a little bit this morning. You had some government business to take care of so i guess you're in alberta. You're not out in ottawa right now. Yeah that's right. I'm i'm Tuning in here from my constituency office in beautiful black vaults burn just north of red deer proud member parliament for the fine folks regular comb which is a north central alberta constituency. That's awesome blame. So you know. I know. You're a huge hunting advocate Angling and you look out for you. Know the rights for us Outdoors people Can you talk a little bit about You know your job and about the Conservative caucus for hunting and angling a little bit about that force. Yeah a number of years ago A number of mp's were enthusiasts about hunting and angling and trapping and all the issues surrounding it formed us with the called the conservative hunting and angling cock is. We're the only party that actually has its own hunting and angling group and That varies between parliaments. Of course with the number of conservative. mp's and senators that we have but we've typically had about thirty to forty conservative members of parliament sender's Every parliament Who are interested in advancing the issues that are important to us as the hunting Fishing trapping and general outdoor enthusiast community so So a lot of these issues of course of provincial jurisdiction but the ones that are federal for sure we We we take these issues very seriously. And we're always advocating a four or defending from attacks from those who would basically threaten our way of life fantastic blaine and we're super grateful for it And i guess the liberals have something similar right. No they don't. We're the only party. I know a strangely enough. There is an party outdoors caucus that deals with this So there is sometimes a collaborative approach to dealing with this. But the reality is there is no There's nobody that Takes apart inside on these issues like the conservative party does so Yeah no you're not going to find a hauntingly caucus in any of the other political entities. Believe yeah yeah. Absolutely and i guess You know the the issue with around this this hunting issue that we're seeing This anti hunting movement It all kinda gets wrapped up into the gun lobby and And everything around that. See twenty one. We're seeing that now and an all kind of infringes on what we do in the outdoors. You know our ability to carry a firearm for you know for harvesting and that sort of thing so you know it's a much bigger issue than just the hunting and angling aspect of it as well. There's a lot of things wrapped up in there that kind of touch on the sides with all this as well so You know before we get into to that aspect of it Let's just keep it. I guess high level. "And if you do nothing there's only one thing you need to do. There's a forum on their filled that form out and it's going to send a letter to the elected government stating our position on this that we believe in science based wildlife management and our opportunity to hunt So that's a big part of it so if you do nothing that's that's what you need to do. Now there's four steps we'll talk about the end of the show on the road but the most important thing is to go to wild sheep society dot com for slash. Act now to fill that for and make sure to share to your friends and your your hunting friends non-hunting friends your shooter friends. Your anglers just just people that are don't want to see extinction of species because we're not gonna we're not gonna see extinction of species immediately but by letting wildlife run unmanaged we're to rate it's it's it's a. It's a pretty myth that lakes that we'd like to see spun by these communities that that says nature will balance self. We know that were. That's not true. We're a part of nature and we need to take action to balance like no hunter wants to see extinction at all. We're the first ones to sound out saying. Hey there's a problem and we know there's a problem right now with the way things are going so as carl said you need to hit the website while chief society dot com forward slash act now. It's thirty seconds of your time to fill these these This auto it auto populates for you type in your name your email address and you figure out what your m. l. a. is and we've even got a link free to do that so yeah can't can't urge it enough. We saw a great rise up years ago and we actually change policy. We can do it again. And we can enact policy and it takes thirty seconds so if if you care about your future as a hunter you need to get on there. this is not a This is a community approach and we said our goal is to get fifty thousand. Letters are thousand members of society. Bbc's not gonna cut it so we're going to be reaching out to other conservation organizations people that. Think like we do asking for their support to get their membership of together. We wanna show up with fifty thousand physical letters and all it takes us thirty seconds of your time and then just take a little bit extra effort and tell your friends If you care about an opportunity to be on the landscape to hot And you believe in science based while they've management. You need to do this. it's important saw. Sure shirt to your networks share to influencers share it to television networks. Get it to your media. We don't characters get that exposure. We can't sit back right on so on that note. We got a really cool yesterday. we have Blaine calkins in episode. Twenty two Blaine is the conservative member of parliament. For red deer lacomb. He's representing that writing on the hill in ottawa. Blaine has pretty fantastic resume. He's been in ottawa for years. He grew up hunting and fishing..

"Good morning mr hamilton house. Thanks well we've already been at this over an hour so it's only eight thirty in the morning so good times. Busy day ahead. Hey yeah it is. It's a big day for us for sure Yeah so you know as the wall street society and our government engagement committee. We've been talking a lot lately about this latest large carnivore program that Our good friends at the anti-hunting community of rolled out and How it's Something that's front and center in the narrative around Our board of directors and also this committee right. Now so yeah. It's sad thing is it doesn't stop. It's if it's not wolves cougars and grizzly bears and it's black bears and in this this new one. There is some key phrasing that i noticed where it says. They're coming after the social license hunting. So that says hunting as a whole but also they specifically name elk and bighorn sheep as trophy so that that definitely got. My attention is As being on the government engagement comedian saying we need to do something. I know it got yours as well. Yeah for sure. And he's done a lot of great work and our board of directors with the society hats off to them You know we've talked to our membership got feedback and our members are telling us we need to do more. We can't just let this go because the thing is yeah they knock off. They've knocked off the grizzly bear. Now they knock off with or or black bears and then it's just.

"To deal with. Stress isn't calcium for building bones. Well, yeah, yeah, it does. Build your teeth. But you e 1% of the calcium actually circulates in your blood. The one that 1% starts to drop. It could affect your heart. Your brain, your kidneys. Your organs in your body shuts down actually dies well. So 1% of the calcium always has to be in your system, And there's two thirds of calcium one is in the diet and to it from the bones themselves. The body will exit will absorb it back from the bones. If it needs it. That's right. I see. And what you just discussed right now leads to one of the major causes of condition that affecting 25 million Americans right now. Which is called osteoporosis, right, which is a weakening of the bone now, and that's due to the body deriving the calcium from the bones instead of front nutrition, OK? And so what we have to do is we have to find a way to put count him back on the diet. You'd think that would be really easy Sewer, Just drink milk, Just drink milk, or, you know, eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and that sort of thing. But first of all, people don't do that right. And second of all the quality of the calcium that comes from our diet. Has been decreasing in the last 50 years. Really? Yeah, because things like pasteurization food there irradiated. The calcium is reached from the soils and people are taking medications that block it. So the actual calcium is not being absorbed in the body. Okay? And then you see people taking comes and calcium supplements, you know they buy at the health food store drugs. But these Calkins don't absorb.

The Rise of V/One

"Be talking about a new player in the Space v one and the rise of e one, right So. They are a new. No Code. Mobile APP. And they boast as erode learning curve. So that's what they've been. You know hyping themselves up to be. But recent hype suggests that V. One is the next big player in the space with investments from notable individuals like Jason Calkins. They have been building momentum through twitter as they seem to be replicating Elliott's Hi Benji. this is not always a good thing as I used Elliott in it really was just hype. So the question is will be one fizzle out and carry the same disappointing launch the Elliott did. I don't believe so in here's my wife. So number one. The founder so Jeremy. Redmon. The founder and CEO v one is one of the most passionate people that I've ever met. Especially, when it comes to his company, so know he would fight tooth and nail for the success of you one and. Really, focused on giving a true experience Paul has users as he is no coder himself. And it is clear that he's passionate about customer service and the success of his users while that doesn't scale on one level I think it will set them apart especially at first and they'll be able to use that as a catalyst to shoot them until competition in the next six months and I. think that's where they differentiate themselves from all the other mowatt builders that are popping up. Number two is I have seen in used the product. So Jeremy sent me a demo of the product. After we first talked in capabilities and it boasts a short user experience an easy to use drag and drop block to build out your APP and part of the. Zero. Learning curve is you can build out it from scratch rate using buttons, texting all of that, or you can build using full screen modules. So not only do I think that it is unique to code space, but they are adding features by the week with the most recent feature actually being released recently in they dropped a thing on twitter about it and it's a canvas integration with images and buttons. So the in-app version of Cambe opens up giving you the ability to Zayn full screens or images or whatever you want at your APP and publish them into your APP with a single click. So that's pretty big considering. To my knowledge there there's nothing like this out there right now. So that's pretty pretty bad ass, and I'm excited to see how people use that. And then number three is too big to fail. With investors like, Jason Cal Kansas from launch and other prominent firms backing be one. It provides us with a sense of assurance and it's clear some of the most influential names in private equity support and believe in the future of this product. So I have to ask myself why should I and I'm not GonNa lie I had very similar thoughts with Elliott as the community rallied around them, even though the majority hadn't even seen or interacted with the product. And but I I would say given the other two pillars I believe the ones legacy will be much greater than theirs So you know while Elliott had also raised a significant amount of money and had a group of supporters like no other, they had a lot of negatives bogging them down with the way they publicly handle things and I think V. One I've I've already seen. They've they've handled things well. So I think V. One, will succeed based on the combination of the three pillars above and I'm really excited to watch them grow and launch with their upcoming Hackworth on August fifteenth which they said is there soft launch? For underrepresented founders and it's a five hundred dollar cash prize you get unlimited access for seventy two hours and then on. August twenty seventh I believe that's like their full launch and that'll be their public launch in their second act thon for anyone who wants to be involved, and that's another seventy two hours with another five hundred or cash prize. So they have some big things coming up, they have some partnerships with no code space and with underrepresented. Groups organizations in Ohio. So yeah I I think that they're that they're really on the right path and I'm excited to see how they end up in two to three months with their customer success that they're focused on customer success, and then also with you know the easy to use builder because they're targeting really no code people compared to you know. People that kind of have technical knowledge rights they're going for those that are too lazy to learn a learning curve.
