The head of the California GOP chairperson Jessica Yellin. Peterson. Patterson, Rather is getting concerned about her Twitter accounts. Yeah, we're actually going on four days now. We've completed four days that I have been locked out of Twitter. On Monday. I went to go into my act like I dont read a multiple times a day and it notified me that there was some Suspicious activity, whatever that means, and that I didn't change my password, and I went to through the process that they listed there to change my product. That password would not let me do that. I got in automated email back saying to send certain bits of information that that information back Went through that process about three times also filed an appeal on D just really have not heard back from Twitter as to what the problem is and how we can remedy that. Patterson has been active about the recall and criticism of Governor Newsome, and she's concerned the issue with her Twitter account may not just be a technical one. Obviously, you know, social media should be a space where ideas from all political perspective, a welcomed and shared and it's been pretty clear over the last several months, especially that some of the social media companies just don't believe that that is the case, and unfortunately, I seem to be on the wrong end of that this week. And in terms of the recall effort of Governor Newsome that we're in the process where we're still waiting on verification of signatures. As you know, we had over 2.1 million signatures almost 2.2 million signatures that went in for this recall petition. Everybody on both sides of the aisle believes that this petition is going to qualify, but we have to wait until April 29th for those final numbers. Once that happens, there's a couple more steps in the process through committees and through other statewide offices to actually call with the election. But we believe that it will be happening in the fall, probably in November, and we're looking forward to holding this governor accountable. We have seen his incompetence. We have seen his hypocrisy. We've seen his desperation and clearly the desperation of his friends in the Silicon Valley. So we are ready to take him on and we're ready to have real change in California and real leadership that can put us back to the golden State that we went for. So, as you noted, there are many who think that the recall will indeed make the ballot. But there's concern about whether or not that would happen on, but there is possibly a lack of a viable candidate. That's strong enough. So I've never started an election or a campaign with a 2.2 million Vote head start s O. I will take that every single day of the week and twice on Sunday And I think that right now we're in the great place where the candidates can get out there and make the case for why they would be better And you know why they would be the best candidate on day. I'm hopeful that the California Republican Party can get behind one candidate. And we can say, you know, this is going to be a true difference in leadership, and we won't just have Gavin Newsom lights. You probably saw that CPR. A poll that was done a few weeks ago were 58% of the people, regardless of how they felt about the recall. Leave that we needed new leadership at the top of the ticket. "For the California Republican Party and the host of all American Radio. What? Jennifer Kearns, That would be her name, Jennifer Currents. Good afternoon. How are you? Hey, great to be with, you know, I noticed your area code doesn't look like a California area code. You're not in California, right? I am all over the country that brought my show's called all American Radio. Both coasts. But I did I often say I did 15 years time in California, as if it was some sort of prison sentence, which toppings as the Republicans felt like, Itwas, but I mostly New York City these days, and now with you in the great State of Ohio. It's fantastic to heavy join us today. Our our first chance to ever converse and I was looking forward to it today. Now as a GOP strategist Self described. I mean, where does the Republican Party go from here? Because it seems that there are at least a handful of people who identify themselves as Republicans. That certainly don't seem very conservative and certainly are In allegiance with the Democrats. As far as their support of this sham impeachment of President Trump just just your thoughts on that alone, since that's going on right now, before our very eyes and ears. Yeah, You know, it's interesting. I wasn't that surprised by the six names that decided to proceed with impeachment, even though clearly it's unconstitutional to impeach a president who's no longer even president. But some things weren't that surprising People like Mitt Romney least Amar Kowski Been fast these air the original anti Trumpers even people like Mitt Romney, who was greatly helped by Donald Trump. Mitt Romney probably wouldn't even be in the U. S Senate today. If it weren't for President Trump says something he gets right. Yeah, Look there. There are far cry from having you know the 17 Republican votes that they need to actually get a conviction. And I think that is that's the real victory for the Republican Party this week. There's not a snowball's chance. That is happening. I think you will not have any more than those six defections from the party. But look, I think we are at a crossroads in the party and the next 18 months. I think it's critical for the Republican Party. Because this is that time where we have this vacuum where Democrats have the tower, Joe Biden has the power of the pen. And Republicans don't have and won't have until 18 months to two years from now. A candidate really for 2024, that person will start to emerge in the summer of 2022. So we is a party have to really figure out who are we? Are we the party? That learned under Donald Trump to have a backbone. Are we that party or we're going to go back to the bush years? Where where we sort of, you know, had to win people's hearts and minds and we had to apologize. And he had, you know, lead from behind in the Barack Obama era. Are we that kind of Republican Party and I think it It's the party of backbone. I think that is the party that will ultimately prevail. I think Republicans of sort of reloading proverbially speaking trying to get their footing after vory bruising election, But I think when we when we re emerge, and we have some good candidates for 2024 people like Senator Josh Holly had Cruz Marco Rubio stepping forward. Those are all people with great backbones. You are not going to bow down to the cancel culture. Well, there are also people that would like the opportunity to run for president in the next cycle in 2024. Yeah, that's true. And look, they might have a candidate Trump to contend with. I actually don't think that President Trump will run again. I'm one of them. Yeah, I just don't think he built. I think he'll he'll go Do something else Assumed assistant teacher in Shan is over with, but looks like we have some great people. In our party. We might even have some national figure step forward that we haven't even dreamed of. I mean, at this point in the 2016 cycle, you know it was. It was 2012 only, and we had no inkling that Donald Trump was going to run, so I think the slate is clean. We can weaken crashed our own party going forward, But we really need to decide what type of party it is. And here's the big mess Still They always say that Republicans are always fighting there. So much infighting. The truth is, there's actually more infighting on the left right now in Nancy Pelosi's caucus, and I'll tell you how. If you look at Joe Biden 53 executive orders that he signed it just the first three weeks in office. They're all far left capitulating Toc and the fraud and the Bernie Sanders Wing of the party. This is Joe Biden pay back and we know that in DC pay back is Upon arrival. They supported him to get to the White House. And those 53 executive orders were his chance to pay it back to the left wing. If he hadn't there would have been held to pay. Trust me. There's more inciting inside the Democratic Party in the SM will tell you, Jennifer Jennifer currents. Let me ask you this. What was Donald Trump's pay back? When he was Well, look, Donald Trump made it very clear that there would be no payback. Why? He said he was going to drain the swamp. And this is you know, this is this is why he was so refreshing. This is why so many people loved him. What? He was very clear on his intentions, getting into the office and he was very clear, and he had a list on a White board inside his office of 100 promises. He had made to the American people. And he crafted that Steve Bannon, I believe was the person who wrote it up on the wall for him, And they actually went through that. And they consider that a checklist and he wanted to deliver on this 100 promises to the American people and not to the special interest and you see what happened, right? This is why the entire swamp the entire establishment so reviled in Washington, D C and those establishment figures that you're talking about. Absolutely every federal bureaucracy hated him because of it. Every worker in the D M v. The Maryland and D C zone, hated him Every every federal paycheck get her in in the Northern Virginia area hated him for it. And even people deep in the F B. I hated him for you saw what came out of that the Russian collusion. Investigation. The Russian witch hunt, which my business partner and I coined the term for the Russian witch hunt on it was all true. And that's because they knew the establishment DC, knew that Donald Trump would be beholden to nobody else except the American people. It's why he kept his Twitter handle all those years. He wanted to talk directly to the American people. And I think the next chapter is going to be Donald Trump. Figuring out a way that he can connect with the American people directly against Jennifer Currency is a woman do you find This is revolting as anything that's been done so far in the Biden administration, the signing of the executive order which reinstates the possibility of trend biological males participating. As transgender athletes in women's sports. The protection of women. It's and girls in Sports Act, introduced last week by Senator Lee out of Utah Rien truce, reintroduce his legislation to protect athletic opportunities for female athletes, Joe Biden's signing and bringing back of the Obama era. Attitude towards not only bathrooms and pronouns but also allowing biological males to compete in women's sports. You know, it's co sponsored by all these Republicans, and I'm glad that they've stepped up to the plate. There's Mike Lee quoted in the news really said. When transgender athletes compete against women, women sports and no longer women's sports, they become unisex athletic events, and I think this is also Some of the most Anti women..

Joe Biden and the new CDC director and Dr Fauci I rolled my eyes. Yeah, um, want now warning of new flames coming, You know, it's getting worse and they're gonna want some more shutdowns. We're gonna have something very interesting come up in the next couple of months, Gavin Newsom last year state, which pushed his shutdowns while others were opened up now that he's facing the recall, will gas induced and go on with openings while other blue states are shutting down. That's what well and what It's going to what it's going to say Tom is that he's gonna if he goes Against what he did last year. It means that all of it was political. It proves that all of it improves it. It proves that everything he did in the Paterson Woz because the otherwise he'd be shutting everything down there, even though he could get booted out of office for it, But now it proves it was political, and my question is again. What Gain did the left have by closing down their state's other than wielding control? Was there something else as a motivator? No and look, it wasn't one settled science on how to do this last April, But you have to look at the fact that Florida has been opening since last July and has the same results for better than the Blue shutdown states. So what? You didn't know in March of April of last year, because it wasn't enough to information you cannot not. You can't now claim you don't have an alternative point of view. And so the answer is the blue states heavy pay him in New York City and a good good friend in New York City not long ago, saying it's you know, it's eerie. Since this coast tomorrow, only theory and the price was huge in lost jobs, businesses moving out to Red states. So they know the penalty now, But will they change their mind? Or they're just gonna raise taxes on people saw Joe Biden's threatening 44 different tax increases. On a weak economy. That's like handing a struggling swimmer. Wait, But that's not the left doesn't care. No, they really don't spend and tax because they're convinced the government can do it better. Which of course runs counter to all of human history, But hat don't look at that. No, I feel bad for Mike. My kids or if you were all you have, son who was gonna and what's interesting is that the Gavin Newsom camp? Started saying this was a partisan effort until they realized Can you give the numbers again tops? And what what's interesting is is what's the percentage of blue versus red? Didn't like, wasn't like 30 40% of Democrats also supported this thing. Yeah. Look more Democrats signed the petition in l a then then my goodness that Z come North sama tale where, uh, Republicans were only 40 something percent of the people who saw him the other 50. Plus, we're not a 30% of Democrats say he shouldn't run again next year with you know, regardless of the recall. So his his fundraising emails say all the time. This is the Trump take over which I think you know. Direct insult to every single Democratic says, eh? I don't like you or me. I don't like your policies. Time for right, To my own opinion. Wonderful. These Democrats finally just want. What the hell was I thinking? Yeah, well, comes together. News from the answer is yes. It turns out that he's not even liked among his own for numerous reasons, but not every politician is good at his job. Gavin Newsom's not, but it hits. So so if you were a betting person at this point Tell me what this State in California. I realize you guys were watching us everywhere and listening to us everywhere. What will this state look like? In one year while we have a new governor in your opinion? If I'm a very American tell you I could better listen. You have predicted successfully or right along with me, the stock market and many other events. I'm not letting you off the hook on this one you think is gonna happen that Rusty only has one jacket over Jew. Number two. I think they're going to veto a fair number of bills. This new governor if it's a Republican, and the war against business will stop. And if you remember the war against business that Trump stopped that Obama was prosecuting. Led you agree there and allowed the economy to come back..

California: GOP deploy "unauthorized" drop boxes
"Voting is now underway in much of the United States. But if you live in California and planning to drop off your ballots at a collection box, you might want to read the fine print controversy in California after the Republican Party installed dozens of their own ballot drop-off boxes at several locations across the state state officials calling them unofficial and illegal though they appear virtually indistinguishable from the boxes sanctioned by the state the California Republican. It should be this easy to vote in. America? This should be drop boxes all over the place. They should be like starbucks. Should be everywhere and they should also let you take a dump if you need to because otherwise the alternative is what we saw happening in Georgia just yesterday where people were waiting in line eleven hours just to vote. "In overtime right? Long after election day when they were still counting ballots. There were all these extra ballots, which these volunteers had collected going door to door and I'm sure they coerced or guided People to fill out their ballots and vote Democratic because it was crazy that all the seats were flipping democratic to Republican guy and remember that when Republican Democrat rather They change the law, also in 2018, so people could sign up register to vote the same day they vote, so they busted a lot of people in to get some who weren't even registered there. So they say, suddenly ended up with long lines at 10 o'clock at night. Pino is very registering to vote. And that was crazy, because that that's that's not normal human behavior not to not sign up to vote until 10 o'clock at night on the last day. No, that was ah, force of volunteers coercing people. And it's really not hard to explain it to the public as to what's going on, but they never did that. They never really rebelled against it. They didn't even see it coming two years ago, took him completely by surprise. There. Just such dumb clucks that run that party. They really are dumb clucks. And so now they think they've got a really funny satire. They're pulling, and it's not All. The only headline you're going to get is it's illegal. That's all you're going to get. Republicans put up illegal voting boxes, that's all. But, you know, maybe a few diehard partisans air getting aroused over this. There. The details and the spoof of ballot harvesting won't get through to people now. Now this is too complicated. What we call our 12th rule, and people don't really care. There's don't care about stuff like that. But they, but but what they'll see is Republicans putting up illegal voting boxes, which gives you a reason not to trust Republicans. And that they're they're up into doctoring votes or misdirecting votes, and what we're going to get is some Democratic operative who put their ballot in that box claiming Oh, my God, I didn't know it was a Republican box. What happened to my balance? You can still track your ballot. You can see whether or not they delivered it to your cash register, but there's going to be plenty of mistakes. And now this is going to be one of the prime explanations for the mistakes. You know that there's there's going to be lost balance. There always are. There's always going to be miscounted ballads or tampered ballots. We'll see what happens tomorrow because the state gave a deadline of tomorrow to remove the boxes. The Republican Party says. I'll have official response, which I believe from what I'm reading will be that they think that this is allowed. This may end up in court. You got more coming up, even if it's a latitude. Democrats complained Republicans could simply throw out ballots from unofficial collection boxes

Inteview with Rusty Hicks, L.A.'s New Labor Boss
"Brand rusty Hicks was elected the new chair of the California Democratic party, the L, A labor leader and navy veteran will succeed, Eric Bouwman Bouwman resigned in November, after he was accused of sexually harassing his staffers Hicks. His election is a big win for the party establishment and they hope he will be able to unite this scandal-plagued party ahead of the twenty twenty elections, and rusty Hicks joins me. Now, welcome. It's good to be here. Thank you for having me. Well, it's great to have you. How divided is your party? There was a fight for the election, and, but you won your main opposition Kimberly, Ellison, she wanted to bring in more diverse younger faces to the party. Is that a serious divide? The campaign is over. We have the opportunity to move forward and unite party. You know, I think that the passion and the energy that was brought to that campaign is important for our party. And now we've got a lot of work to do with the opportunity to death. What is that work? Well, certainly, you know, first and foremost is preparing to remove Donald Trump from the White House. In twenty twenty we certainly have some work to do in twenty nineteen to get our party in a position to put our best foot forward for that campaign. Not the least of which is actually addressing the reason why we had a chairs race to begin with. I think that's the number one issue that we have to face and address and ensure never happens again. You mean the sexual harassment allegations? Yeah. Absolutely. Okay. Absolutely. So there are lawsuits regarding that is that going to take up a fair amount of your time, addressing that well I think I we have to certainly squarely and directly ensure that we address the pain and suffering that victims have experienced but also I think it's important to put in place policies and systems that ensure. That it doesn't happen again that anyone and everyone who engages with the California, Democratic party of feels safe and is safe. And I started some two months ago developing zero tolerance policy for the party in unprepared to implement that new policy within within thirty days, I want to get back to this division during this race for party chair, one of the delegates, who supported Kimberly LS said, if I as a young black woman in this party can't see myself in leadership, and what's the point? And then she pointed out that the Republican party, the California Republican party recently elected, a Latina Toledo. It's party. Do you see that at all as a problem that in this majority minority state white man is leading the Democratic Party will, I talked about actually building a Democratic Party that members of the party help to read my leadership style has never been about one individual at the top and has been about a collective power of all of us in there. Four, I called for democratization of the way in which we select committees, the expansion of the leadership structure at the top statewide levels of our party. And for I think through my work in the labor movement in Los Angeles. And what I hope to do with this party. I hope that every part of our party little see backgrounds and demographics and geographies and ideas that reflect, what is the primary function of the Democratic Party here in California. Is it mainly to raise money for candidates? So I, I believe the role of the party is to engage in our nine billion Democrats to bring the platform of the party to life that actually improves the lives of forty million Californians. The vast majority of Californians are looking for a job that they can rely on. On you want a good education for their kids wanna home if they can actually afford. They wanna healthcare when they're sick. They want clean air clean water, and it's our parties obligation to prioritize and lead on and speak to those important issues to be the core function, the primary role of the party. Well, speaking of one of those issues that you outlined home affordability, there was a, you know, doubt are aware, a major study on homelessness, that came out yesterday that show double digit gains here in Los Angeles. We're in a democratic state you have we have a democratic governor. There's a super majority in the legislature of Democrats, and yet it appears that state government is failing to properly address the housing crisis. There just aren't enough homes at affordable prices for people, which is one of the major reasons for this homelessness epidemic. So why hasn't been able? To really put forth, aggressive measures to solve this problem. Well, I would say it's. Homelessness challenge that our state faces in the housing crisis that we face it are certainly linked. They also think we have a challenge of good quality jobs, and that is linked to really both of those important issues in having been in gauged in both the jobs issues and the housing issues and homelessness issues here in Los Angeles. I can tell you that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. There is no magic one to address these issues. I mean at the end of the day, it's about ensuring this folks have the job that they can provide for themselves, and their families on unemployment. I'm sorry to interrupt. Unemployment is pretty low people do have jobs, but they can't afford to live here. I. I. Just outrageously expensive from us people, and I agree in many ways, the challenges that there simply isn't enough construction, being done, and what is the role of the legislature to change that will, I think it's to ensure that they bring all the parties to the table, keep them at the table until the deal is done that ensures that we are constructing housing at scale and ensuring that those that construct that housing can actually afford to live in what they build and we are preserving and protecting our environment. So I think the, you know, the measures that legislatures put forward prioritizing building density around transit, hubs, well, but that was killed. That's not going to be voted on this year. It has there wasn't enough political will to get that even voted on. So when you have a proposal that can't even be voted on. How do you get anything done? But I do think it speaks to the challenge of this issue. Do you believe in publicly financed elections? I believe that we should ensure that every candidate has a real opportunity to, to have their voice hurt to make their case. And I think to the to the extent that we can move closer to publicly financed, elections all the better. What would then tell would that be would that entail? Limiting corporate donors. There's a variety of different options and in ways about going into a public financing. I think the ultimate goal is to ensure that grassroots candidates have the opportunity to make their case to voters to, to ensure that we get the best ideas in the best candidates elected to public office. Rusty heck's newly elected chair of the California Democratic party. Thank you for

"Is a third hour on Friday. Dennis Prager that combination whatever's on your mind. Return to Brian in Atlanta, Georgia. Hello, brian. Thank you for holding on. Thank you. Dan was asking for a favor with all of your influence and contacts to help the Trump administration or really any Republican administration. 'cause I know George W Bush could use this big time back when he was in the Oval Office when they do these presentations when they do these speeches from the Oval Office. I just never understand why they don't use some simple visuals or analogy, you know, like you do in the Prager university is really just simplifies it makes all of us. You know, simple Americans out here be able to understand these kind of things just one of the many analogies. They could've used with this five billion dollar number that keeps getting around. I did a simple Google search and. You know, the the side billion dollars is something like one third of one percent of the overall budget. If you take that in terms of household, incomes. Equates to something like two hundred and fifty dollars of what about, you know, an actual household budget would be it's it's nothing Brian Brian. I want to tell you something. I don't know. I don't know if this is right for me to fully acknowledge and might not reflect well on me, but it has been I no longer even think about it. But for much of my life. I always have thought, you know, I really know how to make the case for conservative values. Why don't they use me? And. It is. It is just been I've made such peace with it. I don't even think about it anymore. But it's it is a little bizarre. I have to say I'm good at this. And I I would happily have done it for any of these presidents. I offered it to Mitt Romney when he was running and personally, so you know, what for absolutely free. I'll write cell of your speeches and he smiled. It was the smile of. Of don't bother me. And that's fine. I zero we go on this by ego, stroke constantly. So if I needed more ego, I'd be a megalomaniac. But I. I don't know the answer to your question. Well, not to put you on the spot. But have you have the ask anyone in the Trump or have you offered your your your services if you will because it's fruitless it's fruitless it's not like, I'm not known slow like pre-university known her. I you know, we have a billion views a year of Prager university out. If if the people serving the president don't know about Prager you then. Okay. I believe they know. But I'll say let's Allen says they know I believe they know. But if they didn't know, it would only reflect on them, do you know, I was you will you will love this story. This is really illustrative of the Republican party. And this is many years ago. I was thinking of running for Senate in in California. This was my kamikaze period. And I was told to go to century city big, you know, very low. Very wealthy office area in LA, and meet this very very big donor and leader in the California Republican party, the guy did not know who says so so tell me what do you do for a living? Dennis. I had been on LA radio for like fifteen years at that point. How could a big Republican in California, not know of my existence. They live. They live like democ. Both democrats. They live in shells. The politics. It's like politics has nothing to do with real life. I supported John McCain. I have a picture of being John McCain 'cause I spoke at a fundraiser for him. He didn't know who the hell I was. You were one of the greatest Americans. I know. And so I'm just gonna ask you to maybe give it one more shot. Stabbed to reach out to somebody because his country could really use your influence in just even just a thirty second. Well, you know, what the president gave the border wall speech. It always happens to me. I am I so supportive of this president is all of you know, and for which I am attacked the great deal as well. As praised a great deal. I am but I don't do either for attack prayed. But anyway, I was thinking the whole time I could have written such a better speech for him. But he probably doesn't even want somebody to write a speech for him, or or or the speech writers have no interest in having somebody else do it. But I could have written a wall speech for what are they speak fifteen minutes. Not even nine minutes. I could have written nine minutes beats that's twice the length of a pregnant university video on the wall that would have been as persuasive is as the any of the university videos. However, I have made peace, and that's the reason I have I have struck out on my own maybe five to become a speechwriting. Never would have pre-university. And maybe this is more important work. Sixty five percent of the people who view the those videos, and of course, the radio show. This before Prager you. I realized the Brady your show is more important than running for office. I always said I have no interest in having power. I have great interest in having influence. Everybody's made in different ways. That's the way. I am. All righty, everybody. Let's see how we doing on time. Good. Okay. We can do this. All right. Let's change pace here Dearborn. Michigan dale. Hi. Dale Dennis Prager. Again. Quick question actually had another question if I had time at the end, but my question my first one I called in is a week ago. I think maybe it was last week. You're saying that you that you enjoyed different types of music country. Western. Obviously classical one of the things you mentioned was right time. But you don't have any ragtime music, and then your bumper music because I know the bumper if I chose the bumper music, you would have Haydn Beethoven, Scott Joplin, the the jersey boys. And if you stand by your man. If you had to rank ragtime I'd like to recommend solid spice, Scott Joplin, Scott Joplin was giant. I, you know. Thank you for the call. I get. It affects my mood listening to Scott Joplin. It is it is such happy creative music. That I thank God for for his existence. What else can I say we ought to do. I don't understand. Why don't we have one? Why don't we have a Scott Joplin.

"Phillips here until six o'clock in the evening, as I told you before the news break there was a false accusation of sexual harassment that really cost one candidate for office in San Diego County. Joining us with all the details is the author of the book divided era, Tom delbra Caro, Tom. Thanks so much for joining us. Hey, thanks for having me on. And this is this is what ugly politics are like, quite honestly it happens. More to Republican. Then it does to Democrats at this stage. All right. Explain just exactly what happened in this San Diego incident because this happened to a candidate in a race for the state assembly named. Yeah. And this happened in a district, which is historically Republican guy. Full disclosure. I know Graham, I'm a friend of his I have supported him. Remember, I used to be the chairman of the California Republican party, and I still sit on the board. And this is anything, but what like this type of person? And so the accusation goes that in may of of this last year, not Wong. Three weeks before the primary. Phil Gramm is alleged to have been in a bar in NC does. So drunk, according to the person that he couldn't even sign his name co- couldn't sign his credit card statement now. Still, of course is related to. Pete Wilson, the former governor steps on the way did in that regard. He's a very measured person. Once this process starts, interestingly enough, you remember that there was an accusation in Orange County between Democrats, and it was dropped. And the press dropped and Republicans didn't push it very far. But in this particular case the. She made the person maybe after the sheriff's department. She was cleared, but that was only the start of it because what happened from that point on is that mailers came out robo calls came out that were tied to being outside coming from outside the country yet they used a false six one nine number. I I know people your listeners are getting healthcare phone calls from phone numbers all over the country. They use apparently use similar process, and it just kept going on and on and another full disclosure. I had almost seven hundred thousand spent against me when I ran for United States Senate on to mailers that were blatantly false. Okay. Hold on for a second. You set the Dix today. Some of the calls were coming in from outside the country. Where were they coming from? And who was who was orchestrating this suggestion is that, you know? So so the calls came from Ensenada, Mexico based and it's called dot com. The tell network now which things are very different these in the last decade in politics than when I first started my family. I started out years ago today robocalls, became the saying in the late nineties and early two thousands. But they all came from a a regulated single source from the machine. Now, of course, what they do is computers randomly assign numbers to phone calls. And so what happens is that? You can get a computer based somewhere else that can use American soul numbers and make it look like it was from San Diego. But in this particular case is from Ensenada Mexico, which is of course, right across the border. And so was it someone in Mexico that was directing it or was it a political operative here that was doing it where they decided to do it from the foreign countries. So that way it would be harder to trace back. Yeah. I think it's a function of harder to trace back the. They the edge. The sale an FTP CD's or two commissions looked into it and began collecting the evidence that in fact that it was from outside the country, and it's apparently ongoing investigation. We're gonna have to see how far it goes. But of course, what we need to remember about these kind of things is that it's already over fulfill. His name is already been hurt. She already lost. And so the investigation doesn't do much good in that sense. Because this goes on on sink about ROY Moore he was accused. But now, the accusers are gone, and no one cares. You saying was cavenaugh choosers. They were accused now. No, one cares. Okay. So what happened to this woman if the police investigated, and they found out that it was without merit is she being charged with a crime. Not not today. I don't believe. So, but we're gonna have to see in part up to fill. How far he's gonna follow this because. You know it. The reality is that his name is lost and his good family name. So whether or not and you lose by that much. Of course, he lost some four thousand forty four hundred votes at one hundred and ten so right now, I don't believe that she's gonna be charged. Okay. I got some news here from the voice of San Diego. They said that less than two weeks after the primary the San Diego County district attorney charged Bergen with filing a false police report, which is a misdemeanor, but she doesn't go on trial until February. Okay. Good. Well. Thanks. Thanks for that update. We'll have to see whether they they go all the way with this. What is it? Election was held last year. And they they determined that she made it up, but her trial isn't until February. And it's a misdemeanor misdemeanor. Is you pay a fine. And they go away. It's over excited. It was worth it. If what she was trying to do is make sure that one candidate got into the into the runoff in. Another did not. Yes. Remember when Harry Reid said about Romney, who's in the news that he never paid his taxes and asked about after the election. Harry Reid said, well, he didn't win ditty. And that was that was his apology non apology. Right. So if in fact, she does get charged with misdemeanor will it actually stopped this kind of thing. I I hate to tell you that it doesn't. Look, we we need to remember that at the time of Washington through Madison and Jefferson's elections. And and even into the ladies and hundred service Caralis things said anonymously, and they seem to get away with it. This is something that is happening in politics. For a long Time Warner's the difference, though with social media, and with the internet, you can disseminate it in ways and in very quickly that they never could in years past and it sticks with you forever. So this guy may try to go get a job somewhere else and an employer is going to put his name in the Google, and they're going to search it, and they're going to see that he was accused of all of these things, and we're looking at this story about a woman who made up these allegations against him entirely. And the fact that she is being charged with a misdemeanor is on page. I think four or five from a six or seven page article. So no one knows that she made it up, and she might be convicted of making it up. They just know that he's accused of being a pervert and a sex criminal. I want you to know that when I was chairman there was a guy created a website entirely directed against me accusing me of crimes related to women. It'd be website. It took ten years to get to be taken down. There was never an apology. And I had people when I was running for you. What Senate who contacted me say, what am I supposed to tell my friends about these sort of things? There was never a details. There was never obviously it was all false one hundred percent falls. But it's a ten years before the site came out. All right, Tom. We're going to have to leave it there late for a break. But thank you so much for stopping by. We appreciate it. All right. Take care. "My guest is Sean steel former chair, California Republican party. All right, Sean. Let's talk about the voter registration. You say that California Republicans have all but abandoned any semblance of a voter registration program. Well it. The the Democrats have put in two dozen different laws and last five years about changing voting behavior. First of all when you go to the DMV to renew your licence to get your license. Anybody who gets her license accept a non US citizen automatically without even being being coached on it? I have to register to vote. There is an option to say, no, I don't choose to be registered to vote, but you have to make that vocal and clear and obvious. And nobody says, oh, I want to be a democrat or while. I wanna be a Republican they just automatically. Listen, no party preference. So that's changed the rules. So basically most California's get to the DNB sometime in the next few years, and they're they're they're they're being registered to vote unless they're already are part of the problem has been that lots of illegal aliens, not even understanding that to being register. Vote may not have answered the question correctly. So the DNB admitted a few weeks ago, we made a mistake several thousand illegal aliens are now registered to vote, which by the way, they'll never have a chance of becoming a US citizen assist becomes part of their part of their record any because it legal on a federal basis to register to vote in the elections, and and the United States, except of course, in San Francisco, but there's there are a dozen different ways in the rules have changed if you show up on you'd never had you one of those folks you'd never registered on election day, your show up in California, anywhere. You say, hey, I want to register today on election days, it's called a conditional vote. So you can actually legally registered to vote even though you've been apply the rules. We have a fifteen day grace period before the election when you're supposed to register. But the Democrats who really don't mean that there are. By the way. If you're a felon in California, you can vote if you're in a county jails you can vote they actually have programs. So they go to the county jail said you want to register in the democrat party. What do you think the p the prisoners are going to say, heck, yeah? The Democrats are much nicer to me. So we had a lot of votes cast from jails. This is not we're in a brave new world. And most of America doesn't even know about this. But it's coming to your state. If you're not careful, Sean your point behind this article or one of your points is that this is not about Trump. These problems have persisted before Trump, registration drives this youth registration drive the data mining the outsourcing opposition research, none of this has anything to do with Trump. No, this is historic. This is what the Democrats have seized motion. Here's a biggest demographic that folks say it's this minority that minority not true. The middle class is being squeezed to California. Call us the democrat war against the middle class since the year two thousand according to demographer Wendell, Cox, two million Californians have fled California. More than have come weird. Out-migration state have been for nearly twenty years for the first time in our history. That means two thirds of them, according to Greg Abbott of Texas. The governor two-thirds of them are are are Republicans that are fleeing California. These are usually a young folks at are dad have a family that can't afford the house. They they were raised in the can't afford the mortgage because the jobs will pay. So they go to Texas or they get more money bigger house, safer schools in better neighborhoods. The. Looking at a demographic crisis against the middle class. That's why we're the number one in poverty in California, which is a democrat free. That's what they want. They want a lot of poor people in a few wealthy. Elites the articles, call California Republicans lost at all. Even in Orange County hint. It's not Trump by Sean steel up on larryelder dot com. Sean. "That's the majority of the vast majority of people a Project Veritas, James o'keefe's organization showed that Twitter was shadow banning conservatives and just January of this year a few other examples, Google when you Google the California Republican party, I think they've fixed it now when you Google it used to list their ideology as Nazism of that. It was just a mistake though. I'm sure is probably just a mistake. It's who can you know, just whoops whoopsie daisy. Same thing with Google when you would Google a new North Carolina State Senator a Republican state Senator the first photo that would come up a Coulter a bigot lay bigot right across him. And and we've seen all of the band's. So they suspended me for not even telling the joke that they thought I was telling they. Suspended, James woods or making a joke. They suspended who you know, Owen? Gavin all of these other people, but on Facebook, it's not just Twitter conservative commentators. It's not just people who have talk shows or political podcasts or whatever on Facebook. They banned major Catholic pages. So now, we're moving outside the realm of just American conservative. There was one called Jesus and Mary one point seven million followers on Facebook, kicked off a Catholic and proud at six million followers on Facebook, kicked off what with there's a lot of overlap between Catholicism and conservative thought there's a lot of overlap between the Christian internet and conservative internet. I think they might have reinstated one or both of those pages, but the kicked him off for a while conservative activists, grace Johnston, who's known as activist. Mommy on social media, she criticised teen vogue for encouraging its readers young teenagers. For encouraging them to have a very creative sex in places that you shouldn't have sex, and you know, it's a family show. I don't wanna get too into detail here. For for talking about things that twelve year olds shouldn't be talking about thirteen year old shouldn't be talking about she criticised teen vogue. She was thinking off of social media, Marsha Blackburn, running in Tennessee. She a ran a pro-life. Add on Twitter Twitter said no deleted the ad nixed. The kicked it off a Facebook..

"If you Google the California Republican party two weeks before the primary election gets set our ideology was Nazism. If you look at Prager university, the puts out conservative videos, they had one on baseball by George will one on Israel about from Alan Dershowitz, Facebook, didn't let those go forward because I said you to rated him similar to what they would rate pornography. Kevin McCarthy, by the way, he's talking about the. The whole. Issue of censorship with new media. Welcome back to the program. I'm dental lashawn Twitter. Official Dana lash on Facebook. The. And it is it's I mean, it's it's corporate censorship. It's not government censorship. But it's a form of corporate censorship. I just whenever they whenever people try to silence. You I always think it's because they're afraid of what you're gonna say. And. I mean, I'm not even a fan of Alex Jones. And I don't think he did himself any favors, by the way, he handles things, but Twitter isn't consistent. They're using him as to to exemplify all of the right, and that's incredibly disingenuous. They're doing it. Because they believe in suppression of speech because progressives aren't confident enough in their own believes to allow them to be challenged in the public square too few. Progressives are actually they just lack the courage, and they lack the I mean, I really there's so many people that supports the censorship in corporate censorship. I think that they lack the intellectual capacity to be able to clearly and intelligently articulate what it is in which they believe in why they believe in it. That's why so many of them completely embraced the idea of censorship because they don't like to be made look bad. They don't want to be. They don't wanna look bad if they're ever challenged. I mean, that's the whole thing. They don't want to be. They don't want to be. They don't want to appear. They don't wanna look back. And that's what it is. It's an ego thing to them. It's a it's a it's all about saving face. It's optics this ego. That's what it is. And I just it's fascinating to me. Because when you see the people who defend yes, it's totally fine. Yes. Twitter should be able to allow to be allowed to do whatever they want to do. Then. That's those same people don't support bakers being able to allow to do what they wanna do or floors to being able to be allowed to do what they want to do in terms of how they run their business. Twitter should be forced to make the cake. I mean, that's the that's the rule, right? The progressive rule is that they should be forced to make the cake. Forced to make the cake. You know, it's just inconsistent there inconsistent and whenever they don't win at the ballot box. They want to try to go through the courts or they want to try to go through social media or something of that along those lines. And that's what's sad. That's really sad that they just than sun fortunate. See I've never actually called for the suppression of someone speech. Never I like to. I like, I think that speech that I dislike should be met with more speech that I like that's how I've always looked at it. But the left has never viewed it the they've never viewed it that way. It's all about trying to. Shut people down. They just don't want. They don't want there to be any seed planted. They don't they don't want there to be any challenge of of what it is that they believe because then they had they'd have to they have to actually substantiate their beliefs, and they can't because it doesn't make sense when it comes up under scrutiny. I just simply doesn't. And that's the way it is. But this. Banned for life thing. The idea that they are going to. And it's not just see the thing is it's not just Twitter. It's Facebook, and Snapchat and shop fire how you have CitiBank and Bank of America who don't want to allow businesses that use that that that were Bank at Bank of America or CitiBank to engage in any sort of commerce that involves the second amendment, which is why I shut down we had an account with Bank of America. And I close that thing. Now have not I'm not gonna I'll allow them access to my money when they're discriminatory. I think they're bigots if they want to be discriminatory bigots, then by all means be discriminatory bigots, and I don't do boycotts. But I do think that you need to very carefully consider the people with whom you do business, you need to be you need to be very considerate and purposeful. And how you and the people that you patronize because now they're weaponize in the financial sector. They are trying to weaponize business in this is why that whole situation with defense distributed and Cody Wilson. In and the whole blueprints for a completely perfectly, legal and totally detectable. That follows all the laws three D gun where why that's a that's a speech issue. And you you have entities that are trying to suppress speech because they don't like that it has to deal with a perfectly legal item. That's perfectly legal to do. That's never been involved in any kind of. I mean crime is coming from black market guns from prohibited. Possessor? So why is it that law abiding people are being targeted? It's all speech. We're in a battle in this era of information. We're in a battle for control of information. We are in a battle for the freedom to be able to speak. How we want to speak and believe how we want to believe and I've never before Ben at at such an insane. Hysterical level. I mean, there are people who are so triggered if you disagree with them that they get violent like, for instance. I I know I mentioned this very briefly. But there was a a Wyoming Republican office the GOP office in Wyoming were set on fire two days after it opened police say that it was completely intentional. Liz Cheney said the future of our nation depends on our ability to exchange ideas and viewpoints to argue and debate free from violence and intimidation, but what I see consistently is a C left just engaging in violence and intimidation whether it's on college campuses, whether it's an occupy movements, whether it was in Ferguson, whether it was in Portland or Seattle or whether it's an instances like this. There was a North Carolina Republican office that was firebombed a month before the two thousand sixteen election. They said and they spray painted the the adjacent building with quote, Nazi Republicans get out of town or else. It's just weird times. I just I constantly see the left engaging in this sort of suppression. For instance, speaking your suppression, which I don't know why Robert or Rourke again, he calls himself, a, Hispanic nickname. So as to I guess kind of pander to Hispanic voters in Texas. It calls. He calls himself. Beta his campaign why they were doing an event VFW hall because I just normally don't think that that's a natural association. They tried to get a VFW hall to take down their American flags. The Irish American opponent to Ted Cruz who culturally appropriated the name beta to sound Hispanics, my friend, Eric Erikson. He's been he was defending people who take a knee for the national anthem. And then he is he rented out a veterans of VFW hall in Navistar Texas to hold a rally. And according to the F W post four hundred six commander, Carl dry or rooks campaign insisted that the VFW hall take down. It's American flags. Dry said quote, I do not normally attend rental events. But I attended Saturday to make sure things ran smoothly dry noted that there were only two requests he could not allow the VFW post quote. They wanted to open the doors to the flight deck lounge and I couldn't allow that. And they wanted to take the flags down. I didn't only say no, I said, hell, no. You don't take the flags off the wall? I can't believe any American would ask us to do that. And I don't know why he wanted them down or what he was going to put up instead. So he made those veterans mad because he wanted them to take the flags off their walls for his campaign event. I'm not even quite sure why in the world. They would do that. Why would they wouldn't even need them down? Just as weird to me but their habit. I just I feel like there is just a huge. Gap between two different groups of people. And I don't even think that it's necessarily Republican democrat. I think it's far left progressives. And then people who just like America and that are not offended by the flag, and they're not offended by everything under the sun. Like, so many progressive seemed to be, and that's I think that's where that's where it is. I that's. It's it's people like Barack Obama. I think further inflamed that when they give speeches like the speech that he gave today and tried to lame every bit of blame at the at the feet of this administration and all of the people who voted for this administration, which he did. But. Interesting stuff. Interesting stuff. Fascinating. We have more to get into folks. And it is Friday also coming up on deck later on Elizabeth Warren wants to use the twenty fifth amendment to remove Trump from office, which is just I don't get that. Also Democrats at Kavanagh's hearing yesterday reminded everybody of their racist past with regards to previous hearings will have that for you the police union in Saint Louis says don't release these blacklisted officers names, we told you how the the circuit attorney there. Jennifer Gardner said that she wasn't going to accept any any. She wasn't going to prosecute any cases from any from a twenty eight officers, and apparently she didn't even do her homework because some of the officers that she was trying to list don't even work there anymore. We'll have that for you and a whole bunch of other stuff more. In the meantime, as we get moving blink cameras are.

The chairman of the, California. Democratic party he is calling for a boycott of in and out to in and out tens of thousands of dollars. Donated, to, the California Republican party. It's, time to boycott in. And out let Trump and his cronies support these creeps And then this is now become the story as there's this effort to try to boycott the business because the owners. Month, there's this newsletter where he essentially says. If you're a conservative or Republican you're an evil person all right I get that but the fact that an owner of a business would. A boycott Whether you're Republican or democrat now keep in mind we saw a variation of this in, Wisconsin, a few years ago when you had someone the left who wanted to go. Back and, they looked, at, some, of these business people who. Were donating money in their personal capacity to Scott. Walker, and then let's try we want to have.
