Loudoun county schools were already on winter break, but any activities happening on school grounds are now canceled. We have information that leads us to believe that she may have been about 8 months pregnant. She may have been dead up to a month and may have been in a relationship with more. That shooting left two teens and a woman hurt one of the teens critically hurt, but all three are expected to recover. Meanwhile, metro police, metro transit police have released dramatic video this week from two angles we're told showing what happened just before and just after Wednesday, midweek, the Wednesday night shooting at metro center, the footage shows apparently an off duty FBI agent being shoved by a man over a barrier, both men fell about 8 feet during the incident. Moments later, the agent shot and killed the man, 28 year old Troy Bullock below the platform and out of view. Lacey Bullock was fell with a gun. The FBI agent was left with injuries that are not considered life threatening. A train operator meantime, sensing trouble bypass that station and didn't stop in metro was hailing that decision this weekend saying that she kept people safe and alive. Cassandra kofa, the deputy director of the Johns Hopkins center for gun violence prevention and policy, said governor Hogan's new directive makes it so Marilyn lines up with the newest Supreme Court decision on the matter. Applicants for a concealed carry license no longer have to justify why they should get a license. Hogan's directive tells state police to stop the use of the good and substantial reason standard when looking at wear and carry permits. Kyphosis says they still have to pass training and mental health and background screenings, but it does make it easier for people to get that concealed carry license.
