It's like, I don't think anything didn't see WPP documents and people who deployed it said anything about anybody writing software. All the software comes and shrink wrap. You can see WPP growth. Nobody custom writes anything. But synapse lives in the modern world where what a surprise people write software. And they have infrastructure as code. And they have either stuff that's software looking. So maybe that's why I see WPP became at 2010s acronym and not 2020. Is that correct? Because it lives in the bygone era. Yeah, and it's kind of given away by the fact that if you look at the kinds of requirements that people associate with synap, there are often things in there that are like container security or infrastructure as code or sort of patterns that you just didn't have on premise because either we never got that far into automation or they evolved essentially in the cloud just because of the way that things happen. "It just shows support for the wildlife profession, the profession is showing that you're taking the steps to educate yourself and demonstrate that your professional society is recognizing you as a biologist, but the work doesn't necessarily change. The interesting thing there, this could go on for a long while, talking about the ins and outs of this, but it's not like very many employers require that CWB. We have a trademark, so if you look at in my email signature, you'll see I spell it out as a certified wildlife biologist, there's a little trademark R there. But some people just put CWB, but you don't necessarily necessarily guarantee you a job or get you a more pay or it's just not required. It's a really nice thing to have though. I did it for two reasons. One, at the time, well, first of all, just to support my professional society, it's just something offered by the wildlife society and this is the right thing to do. And it's got a nice to be recognized by your peers. But also I was working in the timber industry at the time and any little thing that you can do to demonstrate that you're credible wildlife person and even working in industry. There's perception factors there when you work in industry and because I've had consultants tell me it really helps them sometimes to have that certification behind their name and it certainly helps and professional testimony, those kinds of things. People just may view you a little bit differently if it's promoted, but the work's the same. Yeah. Well, I mean, I could imagine just being recognized as a wildlife biology in a society that was that Aldo Leopold had a big part in, I mean, it's just kind of a cool thing for a wildlife biologist.

"On the CW, innit? You're telling the stories of athletes have overcome incredible laws to maximize the potential as you've tweeted. It's something that you would hope would come about. The better part of a decade and a half. How excited are you that it's finally here? And the dream now is becoming a reality. I'm really grateful man. To be honest, like I think timing is something that you don't understand in real time, but you understand it. You know, as you get older as time goes on, and you know that being a father and husband and all the things that you do in your personal life. And I feel the same way now. I mean, what I saw last week in this country. I think, regardless of whatever line you're on, you'd say it was horrific when you're talking about the nation's capital, and I think that the world needs some inspiration right now, and I think sport Provides that dramatically right? We've always I've always felt like the best quote unquote scripted film is like a football game or a sports game. Our story of somebody competing doesn't get much better than that, and that's what we have. And I think the eight short films It all meet the moment right now, In terms of all of us, I mean, a little bit of an inspiration and for me personally, this journey I've taken the show everywhere. And I've heard things that I'm sure you've heard before. Which is You're not enough big of a celebrity. You don't have a big enough Twitter following or YouTube subscribers and everybody said no up until the CW and the CW carries a show called All American, which is based on Spencer pacing or who, you know, played it. Oregon play in the NFL. ONDAS stories. One that's really powerful. You know, we grew up in East L, A. And Crenshaw. They went to high school in Beverly Hills, and that's what the scripted shows about when I said in front of the CW executives. Give them the pitch about this show about telling stories, and he said, I think we have the home for it. Let's call it all American stories. You go tell eight of the best stories you can with your production team. Go to town on it, And then after they saw the first two, they said, we need to put it on prime time TV. So was like the ultimate example of we got in the door, and then we did the work. We got there, and that's been my life as a walk on right. It was give me one rap coach and then I make a play earned another one and another one. Even as a broadcaster s. Oh, it's very comforting in terms of the environment. On the competitive nature that was necessary for me to, you know, push this along the lines, But I learned throughout time that it can't just be me on my laptop. But when she was six months old, she was burned in a fire and lost her leg. Then her parents dropped her off on the front step of an orphanage in China, and she never saw sunlight. She never saw books never saw TV show until she was eight years old when she was fostered to come to America Now mind you with that being said when she was in this orphanage, she was abused. Nobody built her a prosthetic. She built it herself out of a leather belt, nuts and bolts and masking tape. Talk about grit. She came to America at £22 at eight years old. They've got her first running prosthetic get 14 and in her first race, which she came in dead last, and she said, I felt like the shackles of my life came off me. Now she's the fastest woman in America to ever run in the Paralympic Games in the 100 M dash. But as I sat across from work, it was the same exact day that I was told that the Pac 12 in the big 10 season were canceled. And I sat there saying how was nice, Like humming and see my family like what is my future? I remember having those thoughts in between interviews. And when I sat across river, she looked me straight straight in the eye, and she said, Yogi quote. All you got is all you need. And when shall pass. It told me that someone who lost your leg in a fire at six months old was dropped off on the front step of an orphanage by her parents, and then went back to China as an adult.

Dallas based Constitutional lawyer David Cole, chimes in the police is Roman's been in place since 67. It has ways out a few different ways in which President can be replaced or substituted for that become unable to serve it. Part of it has been invoked before When presidents have had to undergo flask. Easy as part of a medical procedure of the fourth clause of it, though, has never been used in the whole time. It's been on the books, and it's the one that allows the involuntary removal of the president. If they become incapable serving. It requires the consent of vice president Pence and nine Cabinet members. And if those 10 people agree they can then instantly actually remove the president from office, and they kick off a process that takes up to 21 days to resolve which would be Longer than the remaining days of the president's term that would effectively remove him from office. Attorney Cole says the atmosphere is ripe for such discussions. But should the 25th amendment be invoked? Yeah, sort of this perfect storm of conditions have a lot of anger. You have this unprecedented violence of the courthouse. You have the sense of anxiety in the country of all social media traffic, some which is very negative, very violent. So there's this stew out there of very troubling things, so I don't have the answer on God help Vice President Pence because you have to make that decision here.
