NFL: Brady's house call didn't violate league rules

"Tom Brady is not in trouble for going over to his offensive. Coordinator's House Byron Left. Which who? Tom went into the wrong house in. Tampa and I guess some of the Front Office people in the NFL were like. Hey you can't be there with your coaches. You're not allowed to do that and so tom I guess is not in trouble. What about breaking and entering thing that I I don't if you open the door and walk in. Is that breaking and entering if you walk into an unlocked door of a house that you weren't invited to is that breaking you're entering the people didn't see mad but I don't know if you're breaking you're entering. You're not breaking baby trespassing

"Jewelry watches and accessories at Store near you online Swarovski DOT com. Okay back looking at some of the other proposals. They're potentially trying to make. Do you think it's more realistic. And easier for them to execute the final four or having a playing game with nine and ten unseat. Good oh I'm so I'm sorry to analysis this is. This is a part of the proposal. Yeah I I'm sorry for being a pest to make with the situation with this topic I really far and I'm not wanting to be traditionalist. I don't you know I don't. I don't think what happened a hundred years ago. Just because right a hundred years ago means we gotta keep going just. Because I'm not all about that but I am with great great ideas you know. I am with Ideas that makes sense. So let's talk about the reseeding here. Quick CJ. I have a hard time Tom believing that okay. Lack ten fifteen years whatever whatever it has been the western conference has been the the power conference okay so it doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon. I have a real tough time believing that eastern conference owners will vote to rec- to play a Western Conference team. You know the round before reaching the finals. Why would a eastern conference owner approve of that? It makes no this like you WANNA give yourself a chance to get to the finals to play The Lakers the clippers. The Blazers the rockets. You know you wanNA give yourself you know when you get to that point you take your senses but why would you wanNA. Why would they want to you? See and play a Western Conference team the round before the finals. I don't get that I don't understand it. And then we get to the play a game. I Know James Hart said earlier earlier today like this college. What are we talking about here? A play a game. I mean you can make the case that we got too many teams in the playoff off already. Play a game. What what why? Why do they get a play? A game eighty two days. What enough sometimes out could've happened that you know come on now up fair season like at a certain point we got like look? Can we stick to stick to the game of basketball stick to some some of the rules and guidelines that we have instead of implementing all these kind of loophole to get lube. Why do we need to look for a life so bottom let you go but you know in the Eastern Conference you know? There's a lot of people. Don't pay attention to the first couple of rounds of the eastern conference a less it deal is is involving those two teams 'cause usually about two hundred eastern conference who you think have a legitimate shot to win the title and most a lot of times. Only one of these accomplished. So why do we need another team in the playoff field has on business. There's not going to be able to compete for Charleston. It doesn't take me. I don't I don't get it. They're very interested in hearing your thoughts. Yeah my thoughts are along those lines. I would argue one thing go because we know the eastern conference historically hasn't been on par with the Western Conference in terms of record you look at the ACDC. Tim Seed in the East verses. Just eight nine ten in west historically there five sometimes four games under five hundred still having a shot at making the playoffs whereas there's there's teams in in the West who were eight games ten games over five hundred barely getting into the playoffs. If there's a receding chances are some of the eastern conference teams could potentially have a better record than the Western Conference Team Right which means they will be positioned to a host host. I game against the Western Conference team. which would make it interesting for from fan viewership standpoint but your argument is valid Comma Eastern Conference team owner? Her right why would I wanNA play a Western Conference team early when I don't have to like that makes sense in less. You're really confident in your team name or you're really just about your money. Because do you think people would pay more to see east versus West before the finals. That's what you have to kind of decide from ownership standpoint. Do you think fans would be more more eager to see Boston. Hypothetically played the clippers in the semifinals or the Blazers to play Miami. Even though that's a long oh fly with a lot of commuting back and forth. Do you think fans would be more excited about that. That opportunity to see it before the finals. I think they're looking at every angle of it. Which is what you're supposed to do? But then I think like you said before the game is being lost in this discovery. Moment of trying to be creative trying to change things. It's like when you're the relationship sometimes just doing the basics enough. You don't have to be too creative. It's just like on the basketball court. If co I contributed to the left elbow and pull up. Why is he going to do? The three spin moves in and do a heavy crossover. You know what I'm saying. It's just like do what works for your spot. Bang move on I think the NBA is at this point of discovery. Right right now. We're trying to be creative. They're trying to check all the boxes and figure out exactly the pros and cons of adjusting. The game changing the game trying to eight to gain more appealing to the casual fan. We you came on when I interview. Let me see when I interview you and dame a few years back Over dinner. I bought this up to you before this. This this is my proposal off. I feel like it. You know it goes back to what you said. What if Portland Miami play together together and you talked about the logistics the travel situation? That'd be of all route for both teams and I think we're I think there's definitely ways around schedule when that at and trying to make it as quickly as possible both teams. I'm in favor of you. Know this is not being proposed but look I believe that. Look if you want the top eight teams in each conference fine but let's do it and receive from there. You know that way you know so I I think the same way with all star game you know. I'm with with all stuck. Let me go back to that. That's what I was talking about. That is the All Star game less since there's no more East and West. Let's put the top twenty four players you know and regardless of east of West Conference. Just pick the top twenty four players because there's a lot of times when we talked about. The discrepancy in the conference is the star power. There's more star power in the West than the east. Okay the uh-huh let's not let's not limit a CJ mccollum player because he is a star player. Let's not let's not limit him and his chance acid his opportunities because he happens to play in the western conference. Let's not do it if if we really have taken away to East West subplot ah the All Star game with that has been the case over the last few years there okay get meet a top twenty four stars in the NBA. Let it be like I bet it's it's still should be the same. Issue should be eastward cause a bunch of players in the east who are not better than seven or eight players in the list and so you know we. There's just a lot more that brought that up because there was a lot more things that we could be changing That that will actually make sense. And I'm not saying saying that. What I'm doing is not making sense? I'd always been creative in trying to get the opinion of everybody. And a Lotta Times these things leak out to see how the public perception exception is going to go to take it. And so I get it but I don't get it. That makes me sir. Not I hear what you're saying. I think that's something that should be considered since everything's on the table. Will I think they should figure out logistics on what they would like to recede one through sixteen for the playoffs. I think you talk about people. Being able to watch gains people wanted to wager and gamble on Games. Could you imagine a first round matchup of eastern Western Conference. You imagine the excitement around the buzz around that because it's never happened before we've never been able to see that besides in the finals like you think about how fans would perceive that you think about how television networks were perceived that if if a eastern conference team because a chance to to be able to Wash Lebron and a playoff. Think about like when you're on the Western Conference you only child two east once so we're only going to New York once. We're only going to Miami once. We're only playing those teams once for those players star players from the West to be able to come back here and vice versa for East Eastern conference stars. I think a a lot of fans could appreciate that. So that's a good point. Something next should be brought up and then the receding in research strategizing of the All Star game. That's a that's a brilliant point point figuring out how to get the best players in the All Star game instead of instead of the equal equal value of amount of players from each conference offers. They've already strategized the draft aspect of televising the draft figuring out ways to make fans feel more included but now being able to just picked top twenty four players. I think you I think you might be onto something with that one. I think that would be cool. I'm just saying I'm not just saying that because that makes my chances better. I'm saying because I think it's all in good. You didn't agree with me a couple of years. If I recall correctly was chasing career I did it. Maturity People Change Times Change. And.

And you start to get a better understanding of what you're seeing and not just the all-star stuff but I just came off a road trip where I was going for thirteen or fourteen days and I just flew from Chicago to Portland. I landed at one thirty five. Am I got home at two. Fifteen A M and I'm off today. This is considered in an off day and I play a game tomorrow. That was a long flight. But when you're in the playoffs the Games are spread out like you're not playing every day you know what I mean. There's a break in between Depending on how far you gonNA play some days. There's too sometimes. There's two games two days in between each game so there are technically ways to structure To where there's proper amount of rest in between games in the event there's travel from east to West and I think the furthest flights are obviously if you have to go to Miami from the West S. Coast. That's a long flight. You have to go to New York from the West Coast. That's a long flight but as it as it stands right now. There's only one team in New York that has a chance at making the playoffs. This season so would necessarily have to worry about that long trip right I see and I want to add this point. Cj to the receding of the the playoffs. And you said it would be good to see you know fans and see the heath versus the West and opening-round series. The problem I have with that the the only downside to that would be the quality of basketball because then you have a scenario where allied eastern teams are eliminated it quick fashion. So you're saying it would just be it'd be the West versus the West Toys R. APA has you know TV viewing problem now because now the east they like all our teams on in there. Why are we looking like who wants to see? La Oh la Oh Houston oh that's what happens. Cj I'm sorry we you do the repeating the team but joining him on are gone early.

"What would it make a difference. The answer was was really know. I do think that you're going to see other states now. Start to be aggressive and make the same push. That governor didn't governor newsom in California have. Would you be surprised if let's say within a year or two years that most states did not try to create eight similar legislation. I think the NCW is pushing to get rid of this. They don't like the thought of this This is like their worst nightmare so I think they'll discourage universities around the country to to put this type of practice in place but I think the Ohio states of the World Old Middle America will definitely relish the opportunity to kind of create an even playing field with the California schools. You look at football. Football is most prevalent in the south. You got you got the Ohio states of the world. The I was the big ten and then you have the south with Clemson with Alabama MMA with all those types of schools so they're looking obviously at this twenty twenty three year this is going to be enforced and how many great football players could really take advantage of this deal and then how many maybe lower level division one players. Could maybe get a local endorsement deal or just be able to you. You know. Maybe it's a car dealership. Maybe it's a sneaker sneaker deal because the universities are already sponsored by the Nikes the UNDERARM CDs anyway so why not be able to get a little bit more. cash will decide from that as well. I totally agree and you know people smarter than me. I'll leave it to these these folks to figure out the distribution solution from let's say football and basketball to tennis and baseball or softball but I I don't know I didn't play Major College basketball but I spent my first two years at Seattle which was a scholarship school and I remember guys struggling like middle of the semester late semester to get money for food food because the scholarship money was only so much and it bothered me then it bothers me more now now that I've become more educated on it and and you mentioned Zion. I mean you know if he if he had I wonder for players like Zion's caliber of Zionists caliber and RJ Barrett. If these guys were getting paid. I wonder if it would impact them or maybe other players to stay in school longer. perhaps in football basketball because they felt more comfortable about their financial situation and that was maybe more induces to graduating or at least staying at school in the year two. What do you think I think guys would still gopro regardless of circumstances because it's still pennies on the dollar you know even if they're able to. Let's say they get a six-figure Cardo which is high end so the six figure sneaker deal which is on the high side of what a lot of these college athletes will be offered as amateurs if you go to the NBA or NFL You're being paid top dollar. You're making millions of dollars in their Garin in its guaranteed dollars over three years over two years over four years depending on the structure of the contract so you're not. GonNa turn down to fifteen million for three hundred thousand. Stay stay an extra year to stay an extra two years to make six figures when you're going to be making seven figures with a potential to make eight draymond and Lebron have obviously been very outspoken on this issue have you talked to any players though CJ that don't agree with this new law that are maybe saying you know what let me you push back on this besides Tim. Tebow going on TV saying that he did. He didn't want people accept money. He didn't agree with it. I haven't heard any current current players of Jek this mainly because you should be compensated for your work like if you're good at something and you have an opportunity to sell pants you look at their house state. Michigan rivalry get gold pans have these awards and rewards that are given out for victories. If you WANNA sell it this year item you can sell. If you WANNA sell your a big ten championship ring. It's your ring. You should be allowed to sell it and make money off of it because you worked for exactly and there's no other job in the world where you you perform. Moore paid in our paid for it. No one's no one's doing free labor exactly end and if you're if you're a regular student not a student athlete you're just at at Duke or you're at Washington. You're at Michigan. You're at Ohio state. You can do any of these things and not have to worry about it but if you're an athlete you do so if like if Coca Cola or Pepsi wanted to sponsors I on. Why couldn't he said let me let me take this deal? I mean not not all the senior companies as in soft drink. Makers are going to want to make deals like this. There's GonNa be a select group of players in both football and men's basketball that are going to have this opportunity. Andy and hoop far for us to say you know what you can't do that and the NCAA CJ I have been probably as critical as the of the NCAA as anyone It's President Mark Emmer. It used to be the president of U. Dub. We got to know him a little bit in Seattle. I thought he had good intentions. He's been very very clear that if you abide by this law for instance California schools there will be a punishment if they're the reason I asked if other states would get involved with this this legislation because the more states and more schools that do so the harder it is for Mark Emerton the NCAA to penalize a few select group of schools right and these schools are we're making so much money they can afford whatever bill is. GonNa throw at them. They want to try to find universities or whatever the case may be. They can afford it. I think people are getting so all caught up in the kids should be paid or kids shooting me paid. I think they should have the opportunity to explore it. If that's what they want to explore to to just take awaited opportunity completely is unfair especially when these universities are making millions of dollars and when these sponsors are generating millions and millions of dollars. I think think it's important that respective student athletes have an opportunity to benefit on their name and likeness. That's all they don't have to but they should have the opportunity to to decide if they want to. WHO ARE NOT IT'S UN-AMERICAN. It really is in the bedrock of college. Sports has been not paying athletes but this is just un-american to me. I I don't know how else to put. That's the simplest way let's not. Let's not pay the athletes but let's pay their coaches eight million dollars a year like come on yeah. I really I listen listen I will we'll be monitoring this. No question about it but I I'm. I'm happy to hear that we're on the same page I think most people most reasonable humans especially anybody that played sports in college could understand how how how much good this bill could do do okay so it's been a fascinating week for Blazer fans for the blazers because a camp but also because your teammate in all. He's going to challenge shack in a disk as a response was what it's what emcees in artists and like do and I think it was very competitive. obviously there's no real malice or beef towards one another but I think they really win at each other and and when a dame's funny bars all the money in the world trade issue for Penny and I think I think they both you know has some pretty solid lines but the funny part is that Dame ame really wraps. I think obviously shacks on platinum. He has a history of avenues hand in lots of different pots. He's an entrepreneur is an analyst on TV. He's a hall of Famer. He's one of the greatest players ever played the game and I think there was just confusion or maybe a mix up in you know how shack perceive an answer from Damon. I'm an initial button interview dame basically said I don't think people look at him as an artist people look at him shack. That's how I look at him as shocked a global figure and I think Jack took offence to the end. intern made a disown so I think it's it's good for the culture is it's good for both of them to be able to get back in the Bukit back in the studio and and and make art and I think it's good for fans to be able to listen to it in common judging Integra what they like better for what it's worth who who's distracted you think was better ed thought. Dame's we don't even think it was close but but I also don't think there's any malice shack he. He's not he's just a big lovable will guy like this is how he operates. I I met Jack. Cj when I was in must've been sixth grade and this is a crazy story that I've never actually told I must have been. Let's say eleven years old and I'm doing my homework in my bed or on my bed. I didn't even have it. I don't even think I had a desk and I'm basically let Sam reading writing and all of a sudden I hear footsteps right and I'm like what is going on. 'cause sound like it was almost felt like it was an earthquake and in. Seattle we had earthquake so us. That's what I thought and then out of the corner of my eyes see this massive human being walking to my room duck under the the door and and just kinda stroll role in and sit down on the bed to which almost broke and it was Shaquille O'Neal he and my dad had a had a good relationship and he would would come over whenever the Lakers were in town from time to time and have dinner he used to just eat loads of food and cake and he was so good to me as a kid that I just loved him for it but even then I will say I thought dame got the better of him and dames dames in his prime as a rafter shacks basically retired tired so I I am not surprised yeah I agree I think I think dame's wordplay was better. I think his punch lines bars better but I liked. The animation. Shack Shack. Put the little puppet there. He had some intimations he say he's a showman. He's he's definitely a showman and I look forward to seeing. There's a response. I'm not sure if she kill will responds. I'm not sure of Dane with a back to back drake style but either way. I look forward to seeing what happens and we don't have a game until Oh the twenty third so there's plenty of time for them to get into studio if need be they got about twenty one days until I first game. The real question is why do people feel feel the need to come at dame. Now I know that he went on Joe Biden's podcast and said he's a better rapper than shack but guys feel like they want to get the best of Dame and I'm not sure anyone has yet yeah. I don't know I think we live in a world now. Where people were very sensitive. People are very sensitive especially usually when when it comes to comparisons people don't like to be compared to others. They don't like for people to express their opinions on themselves. When it involves putting someone else down I think the last last time somewhat distant was Marvin and I think he was upset with something. Dame's interview or another and intern put out distracting they went back and forth for a while but it was more so in in play playful attacks jabs bars and in this this next case it was another instance insa where someone felt disrespected responded. We live in an era now where people are quick to respond to be angered. Quick the two one two one up the next. It's kind of funny to me that under the world has come to that but news to say I enjoy it and I hope he will continue to diss each other and make song so that I can have some entertainment in my spare time. CJ mccollum ever consider getting on creating attract. I'm not a rapper. I I have been boop loop before..

"But would you. You be on the sideline clowning like that you probably would. But I'm not Drake. So I don't act like Drake. I will be in a suite somewhere, celebrating high five in my friends. Okay. On Twitter on Twitter, so happy that he's throwing interceptions. I mean like no offence to the, you know, my fellow athletes out there. But you like who you like and in this case you like your team when you're playing against someone else, they are the enemy for that day. So if you happen to be quarterback or, or if you play an NBA Jordan, we were friends and I was watching your game and you air ball, but we were playing against you. I would laugh at you. I'm gonna go go spend ten grand with Brickley and spent a month working my ass off with this dude. And then you're gonna come into the gym, and you're going to be like, oh, okay. And I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna beat you gonna get trained with Brickley for ten years and you still. Oh, there it is. I just wanted to exercise the CJ McCollum competitiveness. There's a coli in dine, choline basically sign on fifty three restaurants. They said during the broadcast recently, it was announced that there was a free multi-million dollar penthouse offered if he stays in Toronto, so he can live there. He can party there, whatever. How how much do you like this up Toronto? I mean how great is that? The city that has never really add a superstar, Vince. But they've never been to the finals. Warriors first to 5 Finals in row since 1966 Celtics

"Because for the fifth straight time, first time since the Boston Celtics of the nineteen six. With a couple of caveats there, the Golden State Warriors are in the finals for the fifth straight year. Factually, correct. No team has done it since the Boston Celtics of the sixties when the only eight teams in the NBA and it was a much easier path. Although you and I both believe had Michael Jordan been on a baseball sabbatical years. The bulls might have made it eight straight nonetheless, by the way, LeBron went to eighth straight. Four teams that he went to before and after they were pretty bad before he got there. So that's another impressive accomplishment. But this one is true. They've been there. They're doing it again and Mike, how they did it in the final three games of the Western Conference finals against the port trailblazers might be the most important point of this. I mean three games in a row now begin to seventeen down game three eighteen down game four last night in third quarter. Seventeen down come back all three times yesterday when they're down seventeen they go on a twelve run. Put it within five and, and the rest is history and a one nineteen one seventeen overtime win to me. It's been kind of two groups that have stepped up because we talked about this year, and we said this year if they didn't win the whole thing. Maybe we wouldn't be asked the prize because there was a little bit of dysfunction there early on, and they were losing big at home in games. And so we're wondering, okay is, is this the last year of it? Are they going to be end up breaking up? Is it not gonna go? While this year. And they've pretty much shut us all up, once Kevin Durant said, I'm Kevin Durant. He's been Kevin Durant. And then when he's been injured. Steph curry has taken over as looking like a league MVP right when he was winning that award in what he had done. So I think there were two groups the group of stars like Draymond like staff like a clay like Dahl Andrei dollar who didn't play last night who when, when Durant went out and everybody said oh, now they're not gonna win these guys all were like, wait a minute. We've done this before. We've won before and they're showing everybody that they've done that. And the other group, I think the role players now when they did it without Kevin Durant. There was a different group of role players that we talked about, and how well good they did. And we thought, oh man this now they're gonna be able to go to the benches thin team. I think those role players took it amongst themselves to say, wait a minute. You know what we get our opportunity we can get the job done. And I think CJ McCollum for the Portland set it best when he said their role players are star. Ars at being role players, which I think that line says it all they went eleven deep in an overtime game in a close game. They were trusting highs even if they were on the court for three minutes, they were trusting these bench guys to get the job done in these guys doing it. Listen, that's the amazing thing about this, and we can talk about staff, and we can talk about training, who by the way. I as been absolutely fantastic. Playing incredible since Kevin Durant went down again. Kevin Durant went down before game six of the Western Conference semis. Against the Houston Rockets and they have won five straight. They've won five straight games since arguably the best basketball player on the planet right now because we'll Broncos nicked up. This wasn't as full force. Kevin durant. Is that guy as he said, I'm Kevin Durant? I'm Kevin Durant. They lose him. And they're like, so, and they go on and take down five straight games and sweep the Portland trailblazers out of it in

Portland wins Game 1 against the Thunder 104-99

"Okay, CNN Portland Portland wins this game one zero four to ninety nine. And when you look at this game you look at Paul George eight of twenty four four fifteen from three. And remember Paul George is somebody that was dealing with a shoulder injury for the majority of the season or the majority of the second half of the season and cities come back from that shoulder injury. He has not been the same player. But this is going to be a serious problem for okay? See if Paul George is going four fifteen from three point zero, Tori. This has been your best player all season long. You need Paul George to show up in these critical moments. And if you look at okay, see, it's more of the same for Russell Westbrook. Billy Donovan, Nepal, George in the postseason ever since Kevin Durant left. Russell Westbrook has been able to win in the postseason. We saw last year they lost to jazz team that they had more talent than right? They lost. Series four to one. And now you look at it. Maybe this is just one of those teams that puts up good regular season numbers puts the regular season record. And then they get to the postseason and they don't come through because for years. Everybody had bought into Russell Westbrook being the beloved superstar because Russell Westbrook was the guy that stayed and Kevin Durant was the guy that left, but Russell Westbrook at some points to start back in this stuff up because in the postseason loses in the first round two years ago. And I get that year. He didn't have any other running mate. But last year they lose to jazz. Now if that happens again now, you have serious trouble. If you're okay see because this is your team going forward. This is the team that the thunder will be this is the team. You sunk all the money into Westbrook all the money into Paul George you paid Stephen Adams at ton of money. Like, you can't go out in the open market like max free agent. You this is your team. These are the guys that you're rolling with long-term. So if this gets ugly for okay, see, it's going to be Billy of it. Right. Because we know Sam Prestia loves Billy Donovan. But if you lose again for the. Third consecutive year in the first round when you have a former MVP and Russell Westbrook. Paul George who was in the MVP conversation this year, he'll probably finished in the top five. He was in the conversation for the defensive player of the year. If this team loses in the first round to the Portland trailblazers or what's going to happen? Those guys are gonna look at a coach and the coach is going to be the one that gets fired. It's not going to be something with the players. You're not gonna trade Paul George. You're not gonna trade. Russell westbrook. It's going to be the coaches eventually gonna lose his job. I was surprised to see them go down to a Portland team. Which by the way is playing with its second. Best player all season long. Not out. There Yousef nourish was better than CJ McCollum this year and use of nourishes implying, and then you have a guy in cancer on Portland who was bought out by the next. They say, yeah, we don't watch any more. You couldn't trade cancer. Nobody wanted him. He's on the blazers a guy that the thunder got rid of because they didn't think he could play. Okay. Cancer is somebody that during playoff series a couple of years ago against the warriors when Kevin Durant was still there. And it was Russell Westbrook Durant. And they blew that three one lead against the warriors. Billy Donovan literally mouth can't play cancer. He was saying I can't play Kanter. And Kanter for Portland goes out there any beats okay, see going for. Twenty points and eighteen rebounds out their center, Stephen Adams who has seventeen points and six rebounds in that game. So you thought coming into this series, the glaring issue for Portland, they don't have their set or anymore and cancer is a horrible defender. And Kanter is going to be exposed, right? You've thought that clearly okay. See has a big advantage because Portland is without its second best player. And Kanter is now they're starting center who you didn't want your because you noticed he couldn't play in a postseason series in the past when he was with you. And this guy exposes you in game one of the series. Unbelievable. The way that this changed for okay? See now down a one you look at these teams. How many teams are facing as much pressure as we know the pressure. The warriors face they have to winner. It's an epic failure. Right. Philadelphia's in a similar situation with their coach long-term but outside of Philadelphia. You look at the teams that have the pressure on them. Okay. Sees right up there in terms of the top of the food chain. Because at what point is Russell Westbrook gonna do. Do something without Kevin Durant. That's my question at what point is Russell Westbrook actually gonna have success in the postseason without Kevin Durant. The first year, you can say, okay mulligan, because he didn't have any with buddy with them last year at Paul George. This year has Paul George if you don't get out in the first round of the playoffs against an undermanned team a team that is without its second. Best player that is a major issue for us a Westbrook, and that's a major negative on his legacy. If you will. And I hated the way that Russell Westbrook acted after this game. Did you see Russel Westbrook with the media? And I'm not saying you have to be the nicest guy in the world to the media. But after the game, you're up there doing a press conference, and you're acting like a child Russell Westbrook. Every time somebody asked him a question. He just said next question didn't answer any of the questions just sitting there next question next question next question like come on, man. Grow up like Russell Westbrook. Grow up at some point. You have to face the music when you underperform it's not the media's fault when you perform poorly in the postseason.

"Relaxing at my desk. Just watch the the ending of the Indiana Pacers raucous game as Monday night, great finish the deal some big shots once again, but apparently play the Milwaukee Bucks. Tomorrow. We got a long stretch of games here. We play four and six nights for the second consecutive week. A lot of great teams were facing this week bucks clippers box clipper, Celtics, Celtics. Yeah. So we got a nice drink a games here. A nice three games here. I'm really looking forward to plan. Without further ado, obviously, Jordan is on as always you've got a special guest who will be calling in a little bit later big Knicks fan as a spoiler alert. There's some movement around the NBA Tyson Chandler signing with the Lakers lady on bells tweeting he's leaving Miami. And hope so potentially returning to the Steelers at some point recast be show. Cam God of the week with one of the nastiest sham God's I've seen of to this point. And my Brown's lose again. Great week great week. Honestly, I like how you just kinda subtly got that in their Browns lose again. But don't worry. Everything's fine. Yeah. Everything's fine. We we don't have the worst record in the NFL. We've already Elazig I went total from last season, and we're competing and we lost to the chiefs. So it's almost like it doesn't even count. I mean, it doesn't count. But you know, what does count that Shammgod from Mr. Caspi that was disgusting completely unexpected. I did not know that he he had that at all. I mean, mostly this guy is, you know, a reserve score makes them threes dribble pulled up, but that Shammgod was legit any finish. What we were thought. I was surprised when I see it on Twitter. Honestly, I didn't know who was I was thinking like who is this sham guiding and noticed noticing that it was on Caspian then the finish as well. Just made it so much better and thought process behind this is. Has he been practicing this sham God? And did he let his teammates know that? I'm gonna be breaking this sham. Got out at some point. Was it just totally unexpected and just a natural reaction to account or to the defense. Yeah. Well, how hard is a sham got to execute. Because personally, I've never even tried it out of fear of embarrassment. What's the CJ McCollum sham? Got in have you ever executed in a game? I do have a sham guy. But I haven't done it in recent memory, maybe a couple years ago and accident, you know, kind of coming up the court, but right if you're able to change direction fast, or you have your defender leaning or committing to one way you can't pull it off. You know, allow Russell Westbrook did a nasty sham guide on Zeller last week to finish the week off for the game to each sham. Got him to put the put them up four or five which was impressive that he had the guts. Obviously, he's a fearless player who doesn't fear anything in general, but to see him sham got at the end of a game and finished a layup. Just kind of shows you how policy is under under pressure. Well, I mean the. Mr. Shammgod himself was legitimately one of the best ball handler is ever providence. Obviously was somebody that worked with Kobe Bryant on his handle. He's just an incredible ball. Handler. It's a beautiful move in. There are different interrelations of it. My biggest thing for usage as if you can find a way to incorporate the sham got into your arsenal. One time this year. I would be remiss if I didn't say, thank you. All right. I will think about adding got in if it's necessary if I can pull it off in a timely manner and not turn the ball over make a play out of it. I will consciously think about it's such a dope move though. Like, it's it really it. Just looks awesome. It is. But you have to execute it properly. I think that's the biggest thing forcing it forcing it. It doesn't turn out as well. You have to make sure you execute it timely needs to be a necessary counter move based on the defensive reaction. And if it's offense and you pull it off. Well, then chances. All your breaking defender's ankles. Well, you said last week with Kemba that when you get a big switched on you..

"And what are you feel like the team is is not doing because you're giving up? I think about one hundred seventeen a game. And I know that that's been a point of emphasis for you guys. All summer. Yeah. We'll just continue to figure out ways to tighten up our show. We played three different types of teams. Obviously, the Lakers are fast-break oriented push the ball in transition the bras gonna get a lot of free throw attempts because he knows how to get to the line. He knows how to manipulate and use his body and you play a Spurs team who plays completely different. So figuring out. How games are being called? Standing are shell getting back in transition playing the wizards. It was a lot of transition and actually turned out to be an overtime game. So extra minutes. But overall, I think even though we've been giving up one hundred seventeen points the pace of the NBA has speeded up. A lot of teams are shooting more free throws and more three point tips. So we just have to continue to figure out ways the tighten things up in other. We given up one hundred seventeen on average. We're still top ten defense team in. "Pull up at checkout, give it a try in. Thank me later. We have to discuss the fact that you're in hall of fame. Congratulations once again on make it to the hall of fame, it's congrats man. Thank you. I appreciate it. As Katie says, it's basketball heaven, it's basketball, heaven, man. So. What were your thoughts when he first got the call that you're going to be in a hall of fame in at one point? I think I think we all go through this face. At what point did you think in your career? Like I have hall of fame numbers of could have gun. I'm a hall of Famer because you are a hall of Famer. I would say semi early on to your career like it was kind of written like, all right, he's going to be a hall of Famer his numbers or crazy. He's winning. He's been MVP. Multi all-star, like list kept going on and on. So kind of walk me through your mindset and then just, you know how it feels now when you heal your name, Steve Nash hall of Famer. The weirdest thing I hope this doesn't sound like arrogant at all. Not like I'm incur honor. It's unfathomable to be a kid from the west coast of Canada. You know that basketball's last one I play. I started playing eighth grade thirteen years old that you know that I that I'm in the hall of fame incredibly critically honored because of all the great great players influenced me not only as as my idols, but influenced me indirectly because they influence the ones that came after them and someone else so forth until my era of. No, and respecting the history of the fabric of our score and what a beautiful sport in history is. So having said that he knew and you can probably relate in some respects that everything's like a natural progression innocence even though like you're fighting tooth and nail every day. Like I like that freshman year to go from Cancun them all of our court conference from maybe like I didn't have time in the moment to like really sit down and be like, wow, look when I did. You know what I mean? I was like back in the gym because I knew I also like, you know, we went on Arizona's beat them the next week. I wasn't a fully formed product. I, I think I made. I was like one of five or six from the field and made six free throws of eight and a last minute kinda seal it. Yeah, it was probably a past and a pain in the ass and the creative player about, you know, playing against those pros and Arizona. We probably have five or six pros and the team you. I still knew. I had some ground to make up. You know what I mean? I knew I could get there, but I had some ground to make up and similarly, Kansas experience. And so I was right back in the gym. There was. Like I still, I'm like on floor one. I need to get too far six, you know, kind of thing. So that was my mentality that underdog mentality every day stay with me my entire career. But the reality is you go from, you know, can't get the ball over half car to playing a lot more to starting to prospect being drafted to, you know, becoming a starter becoming all star to, you know, the playing. I for me, never got to the finals a player in the conference finals. I don't know four or five times and playing a ton of playoff teams, your rack up numbers, and we play a long time and all these accolades and it just because one of those things where. Everyone tells you right? Like I never thought like I might making off, but just never crossing mind like sacrilege. Just even think in those terms was I'm gonna underdog, get up, get there early, get your work done to shut up and play, and so, but everyone starts to you're going in the hall of fame on the elephant. So after after a while, you know people reference to you in articles or whatever our interviews of sitting here with future hall of Famer. And so after awhile, you become a little bit numb to like like, that's just that's your that's reality. You know what I mean? So I know I know exactly what you mean. Yeah, and I, it's like you when someone says you like CJ McCollum averages twenty two points a game when the NBA you don't like hear that stop and go, wow, right..

"Got all the nice shoes. All the nice stuff. So you think that's the life that's that's the best route for you. So being able to girls who loves right, that's what you look. You look up to the Barbara's and the people that's that's out here getting it. And I think it's important that we explain to the kids, there's different avenues of different ways to to be successful and don't have to be sports, don't have to be on the block and this other ways to to be involved in pharmaceutical sales without without pushing wait on this on the corner. So I think that you know storytelling, his great being able to tell kids that look, I was the best player in my hood wasn't even close. Like, you know how many like, you know how many Michael Jordan's out there that just didn't make it like how many CJ McCollum is out there that just. Didn't make it like there's a lot of it was nicer to me like. Well, so you can. You can go to jail and have an NBA trial. You can go to right now. One hundred people out of prison and bring them to the NBA Tom vegetarian three. I'm to make anything on God. Don't like hundred percents. This is crazy. And when you tell those stories, like unless you grew up in the hood closer to hurt, you don't believe it, but like us being there, hoping the playgrounds being like, you know, he's way nicer to me, but I got a full ride scholarship. You know what I'm saying is crazy how life works, but it's been able to share those stories. Man is it can change in all it. All it takes to change. One kid's like went for me. Eric snow came Eric's how to camp he brought by. So maybe being see each no come from my hood and make Keith McLennan. All those people, you know, six, three guard. Then he brings a I camp, but I see. Look, I write in his is a is a good six foot and a half life. I can get this six foot. And I get that like, like you able to realize dream just off seeing somebody like up closely. It humanize AI to me like, hey, I was a mythical creature until I got to see him in person. I'm like, okay, he's six foot. He skinning on sand like what he had dog. And I'm like, if I'm a dog, so I if I can get to six foot like I can get to the league. So I think it's, I think it's important man. We continue to share these stories with kids and just let them know that there's a different way we don't have to will all have to take this row in hoop. We'll have to take this route on the blonde in. It's just different stuff we can accomplish, and I break down. I want to keep you longer. I break it down home when I go, you know, even like, okay, me. I don't have no about coat. You're gonna get up to. But I, I said he did the drug them to up to the fact that he was feeling hurt. I look guys think his spammy. Okay, so bad. We think cans for him. So what can I be to take my family without selling drugs? You know what I'm saying? So it's something good. It's something good in everything you don't you. So when I look at when you look at them, you know, Georgia's, that's, that's. That's what I got out of up about his on 'em, put their families, all of them live nicer. That's what I, I wouldn't even think about the selling jobs for because the first time I tried that my friends civil from coded went for me when I was seeing that young again kids, so I never really sold drugs. I was always around, but. When you explain it to these kids and break it down like that on the stand that you know what I'm saying? Because a lot of drugs when drug just be thug by themselves, those are the better life, you know..

"Some of the things I've heard play. Some of the things I've said to a referee compared to Serena said it's not even close. Just looking at other male tennis players, how they talked the referees, how they slam rackets, how it's perceived when they take their shirt off versus how a woman does it and she gets points. I, I think it's all sex, and I think this is the first time I've seen teammates openly speak out of another guy's contract situation. Literally comment on his pockets that's golden. I think for them to criticize him, a guy who's trying to do what's best for him fit for himself and his family, you have to support that shelter. The Cleveland Browns credible atmosphere. First game of the year. It was a roller coaster. Ride of emotion. Defense was great. Myles Garrett looked also things that war was great year. We turn his franchise around. Welcome to the Kobe Bryant edition of pull up. That's right. Number twenty four. I'm currently in west linn Oregon back out of the crib for a few days of working out or should I say a few weeks until training camp feels good to be back at the house? A lot of boxes and a lot of packages we just passed up are we just had our first football Sunday in the books. I was at the Cleveland Browns game. It was super, super dope experience. Jordan's been hating on me about the says. It's very Brown's, like of us. So without further do we have to welcome Jordan on as always discuss this Browns game fives must mytalk mytalk with the team. Actually, it didn't talk to the team. I loved how you were parading around the stadium, like you're a flanker receiver. I mean your your passion for that team is is remarkable. However, as our producer Matt pointed out before the segment, if you just watched the CJ McCollum Instagram, not only would you thought the Browns won, you would've thought they won by thirty. So it will point. I mean, 'cause it was. It was a crazy game. There are a ton of turnovers and then they had a misfield goal late. So it will point. Did you realize that this thing was actually going to be close and and then a point, I guess, did you realize that that you come to the realization that you know you're not gonna win? You're not gonna lose. It's a tie like what? What was your feeling on that? Because to me, that's almost more disappointing, but I, I don't know. Yeah, honestly, first of all, show to the Cleveland Browns shout the juice Josh on under squad, man. I appreciate the Browns hospitality allow me to come on the field Jumbotron action. On the social media, you Salata love in general, and I'm a loyal fan, true fan bene- fan for a long time. So this is no bandwagon talk. I've been. I've been here just want to start off by saying that the vibes were incredible. It was incredible atmosphere. First game of the year little bit rainy. Walked about a mile is a lot of stories I can tell from behind the scenes that I'll share later, but long story short got the Dabbagh juice before to gain talked to him. I told him handle his business and we, we shared a conversation in Miami during my friends Bassa party. I told him, I got his number and everything. I said, this is our year bro. This year we turn his franchise around. I say, we like I was playing because that's how I feel about my Browns, and I told him I was going to be there opening night. I said, if I don't have workout into like that, I'll be there opening night. I'm bringing home. I'll be in the field pre-game. I told him. I said, my word is everything. My word is bomb here on the show. He sent him a bless him. He did just that he blessed him bless them over one hundred yards. I think he has six, seven catches you. Look great out there. I was on social media, heavy man. I was excited. I have my my dad, my brother with me all my home needs from a home..

"Guests they'll be on the shell Pennzoil performance line so I I saw this. From CJ McCollum CJ McCollum by the way this is this'll be the second story that we've. Mentioned about him this summer he's got his, podcast and he him and Kevin Durant with chopping up going back and forth that was a story line in the. Summer but also Ryan the story here where CJ McCollum Portland trailblazers guard was talking about these teams that are super teams some, people said that in the future of the warriors would become that everybody When he becomes. A free agent he thinks that he's some, people think that he's going to join that team CJ McCollum McCollum says that I would never do anything of that. Nature being part of a super team I think that's disgusting is to stay You heard is disgusting it's is it really. Disgusting to be part of a super team that when he says disgusting he's talking about DeMarcus cousins he's. About Kevin Durant someone all those guys I can't, think of a more hit. Hypocrisy how can I. Let's hit hypocritical statement Are you kidding me listen to understand. This from CJ up in. Portland every single free. Agency year he's doing out. Tweets he's the one phone. Calls he thought out messages he's trying to recruit mellow. He's trying to. Recruit Katie he's trying to get these guys come up to Portland ain't nobody go ain't nobody going sort of fact that he has a problem with this. Just because it's not happening in Portland just because it's not happening where. He is I, am a KOMO CJ Let me come on bro you can like you. Gotta kill this because? Everybody knows if you had the opportunity you will, go out and you want to get the best. Players on your team to. Play with and especially. Now because that's the only. Chance and opportunity you have. To win so I it's almost like I'm taking my, ball I'm going. Home I'm gonna I'm gonna cry a fuss essentially just because I couldn't get it my way but every single geared guys wanna get guys at the Portland. And they're just not going CJ McCollum says on Twitter you says that y'all stay bringing up old. Stuff y'all got here looking like a bitter x one of the best teams. Ever assembled with two players you could argue are. The two top. Fifteen greatest. To lace them up four hall, of famers with another one on the way, I'm happy stop making me look like a scorned man Sheesh from CJ McCollum on Twitter Well here's the thing CJ that you've got gotta understand in. This era in two thousand. Eighteen your era of two thousand eighteen you know the difference between the nineties, and now this era Ryan the difference. Is is that in the nineties. Jews would get on the on the on rich and famous and beyond MTV cribs, and like look. How much money I gotta look all of my car is looking, all my women and I'll to look at me you're in two thousand eighteen there are guys that want to be able to not only have generational wealth but also they, care about their legacy they want to be a. Champion this is a no shot at at. Reggie, Miller, or those stay with a. Franchise their entire career but in two thousand eighteen? Whoever. Reggie Miller would be the, equivalent then twenty eighteen day where you're moving someplace. Else too because they want to increase their. Chances to win back in the day players would trust. General managers and trust ownership or I know you're gonna build me a championship I know you're gonna give me. A championship I oh I. Know I'm staying here I'm loyal now now. Now it's about you it yes You. Have the money but now you wanna be able to get a, championship want to be in a position to win if you're in ization does not have the commitment to winning you have the right to leave when you're free agent the, under the under word in free agency is free. You can be free to go wherever you. Want, to, and that's what some of. These guys are. Doing I can't blame them for? That Jay everybody looks. Up and says I don't want to be the. Next? Call Malone I don't want to be the next Charles Barkley the next John Stockton great players amazing players, I mean. EMMY top talents that we. We can argue down to this day but the. One, thing missing like you just brought out a ring as an athlete. A guy at that? Type of stature you've got ten to twelve years, well let's just even, chop it down you got, ten years of playing on? High level why wait until your body is dead and. Beat up to not, go get the most out of your career Kevin Durant this. Move for him going Golden. State has been nothing but success for him obviously he took a little bit of a hit in the public public, I but guess what when you look back down in down the line ten years from now are. You going to say, is that katie's a champion all you're. Going to say that Katie is a winner CJ McCollum don't beat like you said dopey that bitter ex dopey. That do that just because you didn't win you didn't, get a chance to play with the best unit. Get to see what the NBA Finals, hadn't store because it's going to Golden State it. Goes to LeBron it goes to those other guys other than yourself that it's a, bad deal. For what, they did so I almost, feel like dude I'll just like like, straight up CJ like I feel like he's playing to the crowd I feel like, he's playing to the fans it's a, hot take I get it I. Like, it but like do don't be. That guy he's he's that guy right now he's. Really? Thinking that the Dickerson and hood on ESPN radio on the ESPN app Brian Hyland's infra JD I'll go, was the. Further by saying that if. Don't be like some fans that will say well. Why, is why is DeMarcus cousins and why is Kevin Durant or why. Are these players going? To gravitate to one team because they will increase, their chances of winning, don't be that guy I, mean this is a brotherhood? In the NBA don't don't diss other guys themselves in. A position to win that's all I'm saying just like procedure McCollum here's the thing. If you're going to be. That guy you're gonna speak speak that way then stay with Portland your entire career and see What's it gonna be like to be a bridesmaid every single, year, Portland leases in the mix at? Least get to the playoffs? And I think that there that's a step in the right direction but Portland's opposition to be anywhere in? The stratosphere of how. The Lakers, are looking right now how they look in a couple of years gone cedar Houston Portland's a good. Team but they're not a championship team and. So I don't. Think you should throw shade at all, unless you're going, to be a. A trailblazer for life or good luck with that So so straight up so let's analyze Portland last year front runners. Yup, third seed in the west. Made a lot of noise good regular season team. Got into the playoffs and got. Eaten alive they got. Exposed they look like a one man team Damian Lillard was getting trapped in Preston and had, to play through a crowd embodies all series, long, and he was not willing to. Or he couldn't trust whatever that whatever, dilemma was the rest of the players on his team against the pelicans without DeMarcus cousins might I add with aging regime Rondo who hadn't had. A really successful season since the Celtics put out okay and that's, that's my guy but all they did is play hard against them all they did is expose, them so now you're fussing now if CJ, was fussing, after this was a team, that went to the Western Conference. Finals or if this was the Houston Rockets saying oh we don't respect what they did I might have a chance to listen but you got knocked out in the first round you going out like front runners and now you got more excuses that's why more like komo c._j. come on dog you need to be an elaborate now yeah just don't worry about everybody else you don't want to be able to go to a championship team that's fine you think you'd build one portland that's fine too i mean you gotta try understand that but as you try don't try to set aside the compliments of boogie cousins or kevin durant whoever else wants to be part of a championship team i just think that's that's unfair and it's really really petty don't don't do that you try and get headlines tool but it's just petty the university of maryland took full responsibility for the death of jordan mcnair we will discuss that also want hear ryan starts on the maryland situation as well dickerson hood on e._s._p._n. radio.

"And our my said was like, man, he's not being not being again, and that's what are my said was like we had young guys who can really play and we didn't back down from nobody know. And a lot of teams did you know a lot of teams got caught up into this caught up into that, and we just came out and play basketball. And that's what we do at the end of the day, doesn't matter if we are to favorite in the east over predicted to win ten games and he's you. Gotta come out and play simple. It's like it's okay Ray. Nobody. Cares. But at the same time, you know, expectation levels are there and we have expectation levels for ourselves. So it's important for us to stay grounded. You could just continue to play ball, continue to play the way we play this past season, sharing the ball on everybody to get off and everything. Take care of yourself. Like we got a lot of we got a lot of, we got a lot a lot of talent on his team, and we have some real good my says, and it's a pleasure plan with them. All you have to be on one one page. If we want to be successful, how competitive do you think practices will be the season with understanding that only five people can be on the court at once and how how that training camp goes with determine literally who's playing thirty five minutes and who's playing twenty six, very competitive expert, be super competitive and the same time we all get along. So, well, we still like are very competitive innocence. You know what I mean? So it'd be fun to see what training camp. You know, it's it's guys that are more competitive than others guys that love plan went on, win against each other. And his guys that you know little, talk trash to each other with Saint times. Do we all family in in a sense like we all get along very well, and it was so different from my first year 'cause we was cool my first year, but it's like a whole 'nother level to now like we all like really get along. So I can't wait for training camp. I got. I got people checked off. I'm ready to disclose those names. I mean, everybody, you know what I mean? We all competitive. We all going to play ones all ready. Know we already talking about it, but you're going to get after each other. But you know, we not going to beat up on these other two months. 'cause we, we're not competing against each other. We can beating his your so we're gonna save it. We're going to save it from. We got to CJ McCollum matchups in etc. Matchups and we will come after you. They go see j. I liked have been tallied. I hope you guys beat up on each other and practice where each other down in our exhausted moving. That trip from the Pacific northwest to Boston. I hope you guys are worn out from all those one on one games and competitive practices. We'll be Jordan. I think he he has his very popular. 'cause he's a very popular cousin. I'll let you answer your question and then I'll have to ask him about his as popular cousin. Yeah. Well, I'm just curious for you Jalen with was AJ boy in and what's your relationship and then also specifically taking it a little bit further, how, how important you know or how significant has it been for the NFL in terms of their health concerns concussion? The fact that they haven't to see point earlier, they haven't been able to adjust to maybe their personnel and their players as well as the NBA has a relating to fans, etc. And so for you, are you a football fan, and do you worry about the health of of players in that sport? Like I said. CJ said, actually, NFL NBA are in two different places in terms of the union in terms of leading concerns of everything..

"Appreciate andre drummond coming on as cj said rising star in the league cj with houston and golden state this obviously was a series a lot of people thought would come in for wishing what did you take away from game one if you're houston if anything that you can take solace in and say we can do this better or if we do this differently we have a chance i think one of the things they did was they attacked what they what they seen as perceived mismatches and they put steph curry and a lot of pick and rolls you know trying to make him work and figuring out how healthy he is right now obviously he's recovering from injury so it just kind of tested is lateral quickness in just trying to make him as tired as possible because he's such a threat offensively and able to kind of sway game i think they tried to get certain people out of the they try to stay away from pick and rolls with your mind dream on stayed away from pick and rolls with clay and say the way from pick roles okay d because those are like size matchups were they're able to guard essentially one through five so i think they were success at that but now they have to figure out ways to still get production from other guys while playing you know one on one basketball which is what they've done all season you know fight insert matchups i think james was very successful in scoring and distributing but he had a few turnovers down the stretch to game the kind of swayed the momentum and then obviously the fact that the words were able to get fifty one percent of their shots you know open or wide open which means there's no one within sixty nine feet wide open and no one within four to six feet for open and i think you can't beat a warriors team when you're allowing them to shoot wide open shots you have to make it as difficult as possible which is tough but i think going forward they'll be a lot more locked in and communicate better in some of those switches a lot of those likes screens they didn't switch properly and they left nick young open they left klay thompson wide open to where he was able to take a set dribble as if he was in warmups.

"Why had the dog out out like like that stat about i feel like there's an interesting connection with cj mccollum coming from the trailblazers you have aldridge leaves the trailblazers to come to the spurs to join up with coli and he may get left holding the bag and all this yeah that is actually quite possible that that that totally gay it happen if you are lavar exalted you look around you see that the one thing though they always said about markets in portland no was he was not comfortable with the way that the franchise promoted damian lillard is being kind of the face of those things and yellow markets has managed to make some sort of peace but they bite said out of their lorries argest like finally i get the ball first every time i don't see what the big deal is then squad there in portland before he left manila that they were not the thing that's going to have to hurt for the spurs too long as is and will never know what was going to happen in a seven game series right like we'll never know the full extent of it but they were like twenty five points kuwa got hurt in that game at golden state and they look like they had a chance to win that series they did like they looked to be that good with kuwa now again it's only like a half what what three quarters of basketball a two and a half quarters the basketball that we had so you can't extrapolate bus so much but that never stops you win is what if right they were definitely in a what if situation there and who knows if he does not get hurt their do they possibly win a championship what does that mean for what the rest of the roster is.

"Something of them this would be numb number five five straight years at a files no this'll be number four finals and this would be katie katie's been defined with multiple times desperate in the finals multiple times during remind like they've all been there so many times and chris paul has never been to the western conference finals so there's a lot of unknowns out there a lot of unknowns and i think that it's not likely the rockets loser to jazz i'm not saying that you're saying it's more likely to happen than the warriors losing to the new orleans pelicans okay so then i could say that james harden is the next joe ingles how boy joe eagles against paul george though oh my i mean come on lefty dynamic journey ingles joining a good player in his own right he shoots the ball shrimp i know i'm can't hold up to james harden he can't hold a candle though if james harden is a ten was cj mccollum what do you mean of harness at ten i don't think anybody's nobody's perfect ballet ballplayer if hardens and nine on a one day go what is cj but here's the also have to realize we're in two different positions two different roles james harden went from went from being the third option in oklahoma city to being the first option in houston was able to learn grow get used to having his own team played through mistakes take lots of shots take take the most threes anybody's ever seen in the history of the nba in terms of of the office they run in houston and i'm on a team where i have another allstar kabir player on a team who was drafted there before me who's.

"Can you just talk a little bit too about how he is underrated as a passer cj because he's such a good playmaker but he also he he's on he's unselfish two degrees sees the floor really well i mean everybody talks while his scoring but i mean this guy makes everybody better whether it's the lob to capella some of his ability to create in the lane and find just make the right decision just just give me a sense of maybe how underrated he is as a passer and facilitator in general i think that's one the things that was very very underrated about him when he was in oklahoma city i think the thunder's best lineup when he was in oklahoma city was him at the one russell at the two jeff green and katie i think that was one of their most yeah i the line is because it allowed russell westbrook to attack from the wing getting downhill still being able to play one because essentially if they get the rebound outlet james and james pass ahead to to russ he's coming down he'll just as he would as the point guard catching the ball around around the half court area and being able to attack downhill before the defense gets set and i think also the james ability to play in a pick and roll and one of the things that's so underrated about him is his skip past he's able to get passed on a dime going left or going right creditably pressure going left and then they can set that flare screen on the backside so trevor rees us either in the corner or rising up and pj tucker's the corner king of threes he you know he lives in that corner he understands the percentages there and he's able to knock that down at a high clip but trevor rees on the weak side you've got chris paul and reeks.
