"And he's not particularly like the most fleet of foot, especially at this point of his career. But because of his footwork because of his reach because of his smarts and experience, he uses, he makes the most of what he's working with, right? And so he can handle speed in terms of rush defense. But he can also box out in front of the net. He can kill cycles. He can do a lot of the stuff that some of the other defensemen have struggled with. I think he's not necessarily the profile of the most prolific puck mover up the ice. That's part of my appeal for trying to speak Carlson oilers into existence was I want to see him head Manning the puck up the ice to McDavid and getting like the cleanest exits possible. That's not really at combs game where he thrives is a much more underrated part of the breakout and it's the first step, right? It's going back, retrieving the puck, absorbing an oncoming for checker, taking a hit most times, and still making effective play. And that's something this blue line really struggle with in the postseason last year has continued to struggle with again this year. It's handling that speed, right? It's like when a four tracker is coming at you, they have a lot of guys who all of a sudden panic make a mistake leads to a turnover and it prevents you from breaking out cleanly. And I quote might not be always making that first pass out of the zone, but he'll get it to McDavid in a way that he can skate it out then, right? He'll get it to Bouchard, who can then make the pass up. That's something he excels at. And so I think that combination of skills is actually the exactly what they needed. Now I know I would have loved to see them go out and add another right shot defenseman because if you look that's kind of the weakness of their depth chart now. But I think there is that trickle down effect here where, okay, you use at home with Bouchard. All of a sudden the CCN and nurse who have been kind of like thrown into the deep end and have been drowning for a lot of the year, all of a sudden have less to do. They're not necessarily eating up all the tough minutes. Kulak, who we know thrives in sort of tertiary shelter admit or kind of like a lesser responsibility, gets the bump down to a third pairing role where he can all of a sudden do what he excels at. And so I think the depth chart, even though echo and does play the left side allows everything to kind of fall into a more natural place. For sure, and I'm also really curious to see the impact this has on Bouchard, all of a sudden in terms of he's an X Factor in such a key piece now, especially because you didn't add. Another right side defender, you look at how impressive he was last season, I think losing Duncan Keith, you could tell that he wasn't quite finding his fit. It's been a tough year for him. And so having an experienced partner like at home, someone who can clean up a lot of defensive mistakes, someone who's reliable in his own end, that frees up Bouchard, I think, and I'm really curious to see if he can sort of regain some of the form that he showed. Last season, which then gives you an internal boost as well.

The one that I submitted, Paul, one of the things that characterized Paul one of the greatest soul winners was he had on CCN anguish in great sorrow for the souls of men. He woke up in the morning. He went to bed at night and he had angst and we don't see that today. Very, very few people have unceasing anguish and great sorrow over the source of men. And truly love them enough where they're willing to be accursed, why is it that we don't see it pervasively within the body of Christ? That's one question. Second one is, how do we get it? Well, I'll answer it this way and then I'll let everyone else correct me. I will actually say, I think some of the reason we don't see the angst for the lost souls is because we have so many programs. We have evangelism explosion or name it. You know, lifestyle evangelism. Whatever you want, there's a program for how to do evangelism. And very few of them are anything more than follow what we do. Do exactly this. When we talked about earlier an outlined versus wrote, most of them are just wrote. This is what you say. This is what you do. It's a presentation. And one of the things you'll hear ray comfort say all the time is let them hear in your voice the passion. I mean, there should be some compassion for the person. And that's the thing that's missing. I mean, that's why it's driving fraternity are evangelism style is what we call ambassador evangelism. It's not just what you say. It's how you say it. It's what you're thinking. You're an ambassador for Christ. And when you're evangelizing, the most important thing is not winning a debate. It's the lost soul. That's standing in front of you. And I think that I know this is sounds bad because so many of the programs are good and helpful. And so many of the programs are designed to help people overcome the fear, but what I think Dan would it does as well, unfortunately, the negative to all of these is, I think what it does is it

"Program has not been a flash in pan. It's been successful because there's been a direct tie in to the skills that employers in tennessee are looking for duh. i mean that's why. Germany has been such an economic and industrial powerhouse. Because they've always design their education around the needs of the workplace and so they have a big emphasis on apprenticeships and training and education for the jobs that need to be filled with skilled individuals various levels of skilled from high-skilled to what's called middle skilled now a lot of what the tennessee program does follows the spirit of that. There's another program in south carolina which has a huge concentration of german employers. That does a similar kind of thing for free for students and their technical college state supported technical colleges where they get the skills that they employers need in the state of south carolina. Four th the manufacturing jobs that are so heavily available in the areas of greenville and part of charleston south carolina. And so this is this is specifically not a welfare kind of thing it is. I guess you could call it workfare. It gets people trained so they can be well paid highly productive citizens and land Productivity support to the us economy. Now there's this idea floating around now out of washington there's one from the administration there's others on capitol hill about just making education free. There's some european countries that do that that college colleges free. You're basically almost free. And old-timers will know that in new york used to be able to go to what was called. Ccn y city college of new york and it was free and a lot of people. Miss that that opportunity was available for low. Income new yorkers well. The state of georgia has something known as the hope. Scholarship that has been ultra successful in ultra popular and it is free tuition for georgia high schoolers going to state college who maintain a great point average of higher than i think three point two five i think is what it is and then you have to maintain that while you're in college. So we have these. Three contiguous states tennessee south carolina and georgia all with extremely strong fast growing economies that have all specifically invested.
