He only played eleven games. He's been injury pro throughout his nba career and four times. he has missed either. The entire postseason or significant chunks of the playoffs including of course last year. Secondly the reason he's not as reliable is his quirkiness. He took weeks off at a turn last year for undisclosed personal reasons now. I'm told that he's talked over with the nets. They've kind of settled on things. He's been understanding unapologetic into some degree. At least with the nets brass. Nave worked that out. However that is a part of the package that comes with qadri irving so sure out. The trend to have multi uses for rooms bank sense at particularly the cost of construction right but things have changed like it's flipped. Well i've seen the open. more open. concept is a lot more popular Whereas mr town it everyone was segment now. A c. trend somewhat moving to new homes not being totally opened where there some semi division to where you don't feel like you're just in one big gymnasium with all of your public spaces put together that there's a sense of separation but a sense of openness and that's a fine line right i'll be running out of space and lafayette to build as i traveled through. Yun's bill and bussard and just see subdivision after subdivision after subdivision pop up it doesn't look like it and you see also a trend guards which is a phenomenal neighborhood. I would love to live there myself. You see a trend of people buying homes tearing down starting over. I think you're gonna see more of that or putting a lot of money into an existing though a caution clients however if you have an older home and you're doing a lot to if you if you aren't happy with pretty much how it is. Just want to embellish it. You can spend more money remodeling trying to make that existing home. Something that it wasn't in at the end of the day you spent more money than just tearing tearing it daily because a major renovations more costly than new construction. And if you're trying to reinvent a house like razor roof brains a roof or move kitchens and adding all twenty percent more.

"Look i've picked the sons to win this series. Because i think they're the better team and they possess a matchup problems for milwaukee but to write the bucks off if they're down to that would just be wrong We in the media and a lot of times fans we do right teams off early in the series and usually it's for these abstract reasons like momentum. Who are you know. You don't think they can bounce back from a bad loss but to the players there's different each game as an individual game and obviously they step out there. Figured they're not worried about. They lost the last game. They believe they can win. This one and milwaukee has proven that they are resilient midst elite tough team. They wanted miami in the first round. They wanted the team that everybody said game match problems and that last year in the bubble beaten in five embarrassed them they wanted them to get over that mental hurdle then they go to brooklyn which was laden with stocks. They lose the first two games there down forty nine in game two and they come back and win the net four of the next five games. I understand the injury to kyri but still they won for the next five games including a tough game seven in brooklyn so the bucks can bounce back. There's no doubt about into beat them. You just have to beat them physically. They're not going to be shook they're not going to lose heart. They're not going to give up so yes they can come back. From an ode to deficit. I totally agree with you. Bussard and brandon's been hammering a good point when it comes to the clippers. Actually which was how rare though to deficits have been to come back from those stat. Brandon's had thinks what it's less than seven percent chance to come back from two down and that is true over the course of nba history. It's also true in this postseason teams down. Oh two and a series are three and five. That's like thirty eight percent. So i'm a big baffled by having driven in the fact is they have. Let's have this philosophical conversation. I've had with marcellus before. I think outside of addressing groom. Washington and the obamas have bought pies from maya forbes even featured her bourbon pecan pie as one of the best order for thanksgiving. If my only goal was to make great pies that would be enough but the title of her bakery. Justice of the pies tells you that her business does so much more in fact like so. Many women owned businesses justice up. The pies has purpose at the center of its strategy. In her case it's a transform the lives of people in her chicago community. We talked to my about her mission with justice up the pies. Here's what she had to say. Thanks so much for joining us. Thank you for happening. So justice at the pies is nationally famous for its incredible pies but you also have a social mission tells about that. Sure suggest is is is an l. Three seat what this means is we are social mission based company and our goal is a positive impact. The lives of will work with us. We consider ourselves to be stores for fairness and equality. So what inspired you to do this. So i actually created the bakery in two thousand and fourteen in memory of me. Authors the bussard. My dad was a criminal defense attorney in his robbie was making is in issues but as an attorney he could have very well it shows to go to any other specialty infield that is more lucrative such as contract law maybe even as a divorce attorney something where he could have made a a largest atler he but he really decided to a criminal defense attorney because he wanted to be able to help people who go up in the same of maitland. His that he grew up in a daegu up in a projects on the west side of chicago in office saw out the criminal. Now the issue is it didn't always pay as much you know. We had some financial difficulties when i was gone up as a kid when he was willing to be passionate about using his knowledge in his position to help others. In so justice at the pie not only celebrates his love pies the also honest belief that people deserve second chances so you achieve your mission by question. We went to be used wherever we see. You know. I want to have the flexibility to take up causes that i feel that i can contribute to that amenable to us. So one of our standing initiatives is doing are fighting food insecurities so we activate a workshop. i need love like kneading dough. I need love. Were shot in the workshop. The buys kids who with either lower incomes communities with culinary instruction and nutritional development and teaching them about creativity in the kitchen. The kids are in eight grade in. They are at that point in their lives when they could become a little bit more self sufficient in beating themselves the kiss live in neighborhoods that are typically affected by food apartheid. So that means that there is a fresh grocery store within two of where they live or they've never been to restore before so as part of the workshop. We will take the kids to grocery stores and give them a dollar gift certificate to buy ingredients that will be using in the class but to also teach them about budgeting this is all about. How do we embrace this life skill. How do we cultivate this slice. Feel that is needed in order to be more successful in other areas to be more successful in school so that you could be more successful in life you may be eating food but it's not the healthiest food. It could just be. You know have takis an pop band honey. Bahn's from the corner store or from the data is not something that can really sustain you and keep your energy up throughout the day especially when you're in class in. You're supposed to be very alert in ready to learn.
