Milk Crates and Turntables. A Music Discussion Podcast
A highlight from Time Travel to 1994: A Journey into the Music and Movies of that year.
"Well, here we are, episode 119. And on this episode, myself in the wrecking tube, Mark Smith and Lou Colicchio from the Music Relish Show. We'll be talking about the year 1994, in music and movies I think, it's always interesting. So sit back, relax, break out your flannel shirt, your grungy jeans, and enjoy 1994 music. It was an interesting year, so I think you'll enjoy it. More interesting than what Todd Zauchman thinks it is. He thinks it's nothing, so we'll see. The KLFB studio presents Milk Crate and Turntables, a music discussion podcast hosted by Scott McLean. Now, let's talk music, enjoy the show. Thank you, Amanda, for that wonderful introduction, as usual. Welcome back, my friends, to the show that never ends, and welcome to the podcast. You know the name, I'm not gonna say it. We're streaming live right now over Facebook, YouTube, Dlive, Twitch, and X, formerly known as Twitter, and I don't know how many other live platforms. Well, it's gonna be a good show tonight. It's gonna be an interesting show tonight. Yeah, 1994. As I said in the intro, my friend Todd Zauchman just absolutely sent me a text destroying the year 1994. Oh, I just looked up 1994, I don't know what you're gonna talk about, there's a few things and I don't know how you're gonna make a whole show out of it, and good luck with that, because that's how he talks. That's exactly how he talks. I'm just gonna do this, and you know, it's not gonna be a good, blah, blah, blah, blah. That's how he talks. Now, he'll deny that, and you'll never know if that's the way he talks or not. He'll just have to take my word for it. I'm Todd Zauchman, and I don't know about 1994. Well, enough about him. He'll probably be piping in pretty soon, but yeah, 1994, it's a good year. It was a good year for Mark Smith from the Music Rellers Show and Luke Colicchio from the Music Rellers Show. That's for damn sure. It was. What's up, gentlemen? It was a really good year. How you doing? I was just guessing. I figured for 94, listen, we were all younger, so it was better. It was a big year. Hey. So I have to stop right here. Dave Phillips, who's been watching the podcast from pretty much day one, Patty Yossi. Hi, Patty. Good evening. I love you. Dave Phillips, for the last couple of weeks, he's piped in at the end, and he's like, I missed it. Like something's changed. Ah, Tiffany Van Hill. That's my buddy. That's my buddy, Tiffany. She's one of the people that teaches me how to work with horses. Oh. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So. And she knows what she's talking about. She's modest, but she's very good at what she does. As are all of my friends and teachers, trainers, mentors from The Herd Foundation in Delray Beach, Florida. It's a nonprofit if you're in the mood to donate today. Look them up. Herd Foundation. Give us some money. Nah, I'm not going like that. No. No, we do. We help veterans. We help veterans, and so it's a good cause. But back to Tiffany. Yep. That's my buddy. Good evening. The Herd Foundation teaches us so much. That's right. That's right. Maybe I'll do a Herd Foundation podcast. You should. Since I'm pretty good at it. You're going to have horses on? What's the horse named after the cookie? Huh? Isn't there a horse named after a cookie? What are some of the horses' names? Oh, Fig Newton. Fig Newton. Yeah. Fig Newton. That's my boy. That's my boy. Good looking horse. Yes. Yes, he is. And we have Stitch. Fig Newton is a retired dressage horse, dancing horse, right? Echoes of Echo and the Bunny Men bring on the dancing horses. We have Stitch. He's a retired racehorse. We have Miss America. She's a retired jumper. Then we have two mini horses. We have Cinnamon. She was a cot horse. You know, pulls the kids around. As would be Sammy. Sammy's the one that looks like Kaja Gugu for you people from the 80s. Looks like Lamal. It looks like Lamal from Kaja Gugu. Gotta do. And he was saved from a kill pen. Yeah. But he's a mini, but he thinks he's a Clydesdale. What do they do with horses after that? Is that the proverbial glue factory? All right. You know what? Right away. Penalty box. Oh. He's raining on my parade. I'm in a good mood. Now I'm all bummed out. Thanks. You feel sad for the drummer now. This is going to be a horrible show now. Leave it to the drummer. Right, Mark? Leave it to the drummer. Get out. It's always the drummer's fault. That's right. See, Tiffany says, that does not exist past our gates, Lou. Because nobody wants to talk. Back to the penalty box. Great start to the show. Lou is just in a mood tonight. I think he's been hitting the whistle. What's going to happen? You're going to come back and it's going to be an empty chair. He's very ornery tonight. Right away. He's very ornery. All right. He's filling his oats, as they would say. Yeah. All right. Lou's back. I'm all right. I'm all right. Okay. Enough about horses, although I could now, at this point, talk about horses for two hours. I love it. I love it. But instead, gentlemen, first of all, how's things on the music relish show? You. Take it away, Lou. Sure. It's fine. It was such an awful show. I thought I said the wrong show for a second there. It's been nothing short of amazing. Don't jump over each other to answer that question. It's always fun. Last week was fun. We got knocked down a bit by Warner Brothers because we played a clip of an America song featuring Dan Peake. Yeah. You're going to watch that. Yeah. We talked through the whole thing, but Spotify is much cooler than YouTube. YouTube sucks like that. YouTube, they have a very strong algorithm. They can kiss my rosy red ass over that. That's right. You tell them, Lou. Fuckers. That's right. Get me kicked off YouTube. That's right. Let me see. John Morris, he was our shift commander. When I met him, I was, I think, a two striper, and he was what they called a butterbot. He was a second lieutenant, I believe. He said, tell them stories from the Nipah Hut in the Philippines. That's a big no. That's a whole other podcast, but they would never make it on the air. Just leave it at that. It's like a chain of Nipah Huts? No. It was a bar slash club called the Nipah Hut. Tell one story. No. They had a giant spaceship that would come down from the top. It's kind of like George Clinton in parliament. At the end of the show, this big spaceship came down from the top. Smoke. Like you said, parliament fucking pelican. Then the thing went open, and everyone would walk up and get up on stage, all those drunk GIs. Like, yeah, I'm going in the spaceship, and you go down these stairs, and you're in a fucking basement. I don't think it was a basement. It's like something from a fucking horror movie. How do you get out? And then somebody goes, this way, this way, go, go, go, go. That's the cleanest story I can tell you. It's the cleanest story I can tell you. Sounds like fun. It was a lot of fun. It was a lot of fun. I got a story for you off the air one of these days. So okay, music relish show's going good. Excellent. I just wanted to say, Lou brought up, he made the show. His segment on bad love songs. That will go down in history as some of the best podcasting ever. Bad love songs? Really bad love songs. The worst love songs of all time, like in rock. It's a deep vein. Is that something, is that like content I could probably like borrow with Perry Mind? Because I'd love to hear that list someday. We voted him off the board. We're no longer a false triumvirate democracy. Wait a minute. We toppled the AI monarchy. There's three of us on this one. Are you two going to overthrow me too? Are you like rebels? None of those stories you're told, no. They're wrecking too. Instead I'll start calling you the Sandinistas. The hostile takeovers. You go on podcasts just to take them over? Like Amiens took over the White House. Really, yeah. Yeah, we could do that. I would love to. Maybe next week we'll do, we'll take a break from the years and we'll do like a, kind of a jambalaya, you know, of stuff. Like throw some music news in there. We'll do some trivia. Maybe I'll come up with some questions for you guys. You could give us that deep vein of worst love songs ever. And it's funny, we noticed that several of them made everyone's list of worst love songs. So it's got to be universally bad. Okay. If everyone said that, that fucking song. Then there were a couple where I said I liked the song, but Lou and Perry were like, what? I'm always, you know, on the one side. Yeah, the one. When it falls into like that kind of metal, metal category, you have a soft spot. Air metal. Metal ballads. Oh my God. How I grew up. Yeah, yeah. As young as Ron Mark, you didn't have to deal with those 70s ones. Yeah, that's true. I did. This fucking guy. Blah. See what I mean? He's setting the bar high. Remember, this is how he talks. I don't think there's anything good about 1994. Blah. So he talks like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Yeah, well, an American Arnold Schwarzenegger. He talks like Arnold Schwarzenegger without the accent. We're going to pass the bar on this one. I am here. Let me see if you can entertain me. 1994. Blah. All right. So let's actually get right into 1994. Yeah. So we'll start on January 19th, 1994. Bryan Adams becomes the first major Western music star to perform in Vietnam since the end of the Vietnam War. Oh, shit. Bryan Adams. Bryan Adams, yeah. Wow. On January 21st to February, as it's spelled, the Big Day Out Festival takes place, again, expanding from those previous years. Blah, blah, blah. Auckland, New Zealand. The festival is headlined by Soundgarden, Ramones, and Bjork. Nice. That's an interesting... Probably each night there were headlines. I would love to see Bjork. Me too. I would never want to see the Ramones. They'll never get back together again. Unless they perform in the Pet Sematary. Yeah. Hey, Lou, can you put him in the green room? No, I'd like that one. That's a good one. Come on, there's a little crossover. Put him in the green room. Put him in the green room. Okay, yeah, yeah. Oh, it's going to be a long show. It's going to be a long one tonight. I feel better about myself now. Got a little redemption? The redemption song? Yes. I got a Buffett story for you. Oh, yeah? His one song was The Pirate Looks at 40. He would segue into Bob Marley's redemption song. Oh, jeez. And it didn't quite... Wait a minute. Buddy, that is the quickest way to get to the penalty box. I'm not playing it, though. I know you're not. You're poking the rhino right now. I'm a guitarist. You're poking the rhino right now. You're not a rhino, you're a nice guy. Come on, we went through that last week. And so, as I've been saying each week, I'm just going to say right now, where's Jack? Okay, and we'll move on from that. Hey, Jack. Hey, Jack, please come back. He didn't listen before, so I don't think he's listening now. Let's see. January 25th, Alice in Chains released their Jar of Flies album, which makes its U .S. chart debut at number one on the Billboard 200, becoming the first ever EP to do that. Right? But they still are always talked about as like number three or number four out of the big four. Big four being? Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden. And Alice in Chains. Alice in Chains is never getting that kind of... Whereas... That first album, the record company made them sound like another band. Yeah. And that's not their fault. They were produced that way. Dirt was a great album. Yes, yes. And Layne Staley was one of the greatest frontmen ever. Just as cool as the other side of the pillow, as they say. Yeah. voice Very unique also. Today we were talking about what we were going to talk about in the show. And he goes, when I saw the videos, he goes, I didn't match his face with the way he looked. Right? He said he was expecting like a grungy, more... No, he was slick. He was slick. In the Man in the Box video, he's got the kind of long... But then he changed it up. He slicked the hair back, he wore the shades, you know. Just turned into a... Suzanne McPhail. Another one of my horse people. She's the one that introduced me to that whole thing. And she said, who's Jack? That's right, I guess. At this point. On January 29th, The Supremes' Mary Wilson is injured when her Jeep hits a freeway median and flips over just outside of LA. Wilson's 14 -year -old son is killed in the accident. What a good day. Ah, this fucking... I saw this and I was like... Dead horses was a bummer. I know, I know. I saw this and I'm like, there's no way around this. February 1st, Green Day releases their breakthrough album, Dookie. Ushering in the mid -1990s punk revival. Dookie eventually achieves diamond certification. Now, I did like them back then. I actually did. I was stationed in Southern California in Riverside. And I decided to get like a side job. You know, I was in the Air Force. But I was like, I want to make a little more money. I want to do something. So I got a job at a record store. Cool. Was it Spencer's or something? Forget the name of it. Oh, Spencer's. They sold all the trinkets, too. No, no, it wasn't Spencer's then. It was something like that. It was a chain. Hot topic. They sold DVDs, too. FYE. No, it wasn't that. I'll remember it. I was working there when Dookie came out and the fucking whole wall was covered with Dookie CDs and they were flying off the shelves. It had a pretty fresh sound. It was fresh then. And coming off the 80s were kind of slick in a lot of ways, except for some of the real heavy alternative. But to hear a song like that on the radio, that was like hearing Smells Like Teen Spirit on mainstream rock radio. Good drummer, too. As a band, whether you like him or not, I think he's really good. Billy Joe Armstrong. Oh, Trey Cool. Trey Cool, yeah. February 7th, Blind Melons lead singer is Shannon Poon forced to leave the American Music Awards ceremony because he is loud and disruptive behavior. Poon is later charged with battery assault, resisting arrest, and destroying a police station telephone. Now, this is the dude that sang, you know, And I don't really care if I sleep all day And he's in the daisy field, so you think he's like this really, like, chill dude. And like, you know, me and the B -girl, man, you know. The B -girl, yes. And the tap -dancing B -girl, and like, I'm just this dude's a fucking lunatic. He was taking substances that made him. Oh, yeah. That was a short career. Was it him that did a duet with Guns N' Roses? What was the video, a song from Guns N' Roses with a video where they're up on like a water tower and they jump into the water or something. I forget what it was called. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe they did it with him.

You can learn all kinds of fascinating things from what people are for searching on Google especially at this busy time of year. We spoke a little earlier with Google search trends expert Candace Bryant who says the early part of this month of November was filled with searches for Veterans Day and people who have served our military. We saw a lot of people searching for information about the origins of Veterans Day wanting to know you know why it's 11th on November and what the day commemorates and we also saw that people looking were for how they could give back to veterans so we saw a lot of search interest in veterans charities including clothing donation and car donation programs. Candace you can't help but notice what time of year it is here what kind of holiday shopping searches are going on. We saw people searching for the ps5 the oculus headset the ipad just a number of different devices that they could pick up and we also saw thousands fashions trending again so everything that's old is new again we saw people looking denim for skirts cargo pants and trucker hats and we also saw people asking questions like our ballet flats and ugg minis back in style. We're now a globally listened to podcast with guests from all around the world. Join us for insightful conversations about living with dyslexia and other neurodivergences across all walks of life. Our special focus is on adult education, employment, social and emotional wellbeing, and entrepreneurship. We're excited to be bringing you this episode and invite you to like and follow us, or even better, why not leave us a review on your favorite podcast platform? So let's get started. Today, I am speaking to Bill, who is a PhD colleague of mine. And when I say colleague, we met through our PhD support group that we run through the foundation. And Bill is a peer, I should say, rather than a colleague. And I'd like to welcome him onto the show today where we'll be talking about everything to do with research and being dyslexic and trying to do a PhD. So welcome to the show, Bill. Thanks. Good to be here. Thanks for asking me. Thanks for coming along, especially because we've just spent the last half an hour chatting instead of doing our podcast. So, yeah, dyslexics get distracted. Yeah, we do very much, which I think is one of the good things about having our PhD group, because we get to talk about trying to do our PhDs, but also all the all the different facets of life that come with studying and being dyslexic. And you are studying a very interesting topic, one that blows my mind, because I can't do numbers at all. So how did you end up doing your PhD? What led you on this crazy journey of academia? Oh, wow. How do you sum it up? For those listening, I'm a mature aged student, but I'm like 50, over 50. In the summer. Yeah, thanks. And so I had I had decades of life in between. And school was horrible. And I have very few good memories of it. So, but I always loved learning. And I felt I was good at it. And I don't know, as I got older, I did little things through TAFE, because I wanted to do human resources. So I did the TAFE Diploma and I started doing the Advanced Diploma. And I topped the year. And this was like, late 20s. So suddenly, I was sort of in a situation where I wanted something, I applied to get into it. And it's all sort of like surprising how I sort of got into it. Because half of me is thinking, yeah, like, I'm gonna be able to do this. But I did. And yeah, I totally topped the year. suddenly And which opened a door that I didn't really believe was there for me in the past. And then I sort of thought, I can do this. And it wasn't until recently, I suppose, in my recent life, that I got into a situation where I could choose what I wanted to do. So in kind of an odd kind of a way, it's like going back in time. And I was fascinated by, I do a PhD in marine biology. So I was fascinated by animals and, you know, the marine life and stuff like that. And suddenly, when I went to university, I was looking at applying, it quickly became a reality that I could almost or pretty well apply for any degree I wanted. you And, know, from someone who like failed, you know, year 12 and dropped out, dropped out because they were failing it and failed grade two and stuff like this and hated school. This was like, one of those epiphanies of, oh my God, I can do my dreamers. So I turned into a kid again and picked marine biology and at every, I didn't really think I could do a PhD in it. I didn't even know what a PhD was, to be honest, even though my dad's a doctor, I didn't know. So as I went through it, I figured, oh my God, I could do this and I'm really good at it. And then I got into the honours and then the dyslexia thing started hitting a bit. And then I wasn't sure that I could do a PhD, but everyone else thought I could. And so I was like, that's good enough for me. Let's give it a go. And here I am. I've got lots of questions to ask you, but going back in time, you said school was horrible for you. So we're of an elk where diagnosis just did not exist. So were you diagnosed as an adult as well when you were doing university? Yeah, so my dad is a retired doctor, psychiatrist. So there's a bit of understanding in terms of neuro differences. And, you know, my mum was just like, my child is smarter than failing grade two, except by grade two. So I forgot the question, Shay. This is me. This is a very dyslexic me thing of like getting totally sidetracked. I'm so sorry. No, now what was the question? I think the question was around diagnosis. Were you diagnosed like I was because we're older and there wasn't such a thing. I don't think I'll just see a diagnosis back on the room. So I'm so random. I was so random. Anyway, so, so, so, yeah, look, so, so there's something wrong with what the school thought I was like because they just thought I was dumb and stupid and lazy and that type of thing. And I what could do, because I could say or tell them all of my parents, all about animals and my mum would be in the car going, oh, what's this plus this? You know, and there'd be big numbers and stuff and none of the adults could do it. And I just pop and go and say it. And they'd be like, this there's a disconnect there. So so my mum sort of could pick this. There's something different about me. So so they got me tested in a time where I know someone could qualify this. But, you know, I reckon half the people as described to me didn't even realise dyslexia existed. And some of the teachers, like half teachers would be like, no, it doesn't. That's rubbish. But she got me assessed then. But I lost that assessment at university. They asked for an assessment and I'm not even sure they would accept assessment from me since I was like late forties at that stage. And the assessment's 12. So I tried uni the first semester because when I did that course in the past, I told you about I never told anyone I was dyslexic. And I tried it, but after the first semester, it became very clear that you could pretty well wipe off maybe 20 to 30 percent of my grades off of every single subject just before I started it because of my disability. And it became obvious in second semester that to give me a chance to actually do well in it, I needed to say, hey, I've got a disability and to get acknowledged, I needed another testing. So I got tested twice and hey, the assessments align very neatly, which is interesting over 30 years later. That is interesting. I've always wondered if I should get reassessed because at the time I was going through my divorce, so I was in really bad state. So I wonder if there'd be any improvements now or and trying to do my PhD. Surely I've improved somewhat with my writing, but it would be interesting to see. And it's interesting that you say 30 years difference that they still pretty much aligned. Yeah, well, that's that's a really interesting point, because they aligned in terms of the the how the different psychologists, one was done by one. The other one was assessed by two. And the two reports align in the sense that they talk about how, you know, the deficits you have and they sort of value it. And those values were basically the same. What was fascinating about it, I found that in these two reports, this is kind of one of those things. And I'm happy to, you know, share them with you, because I think that I just think that's fascinating is is that I read better, you know, and so I had improved, which is a really it was brilliant. And that was just like, you know, that was like that. That was that was amazing. And, you know, you know, and it sticks in. It's one of those things that I think we're talking about before the podcast out of memory and stuff. It sticks in my head that I was told I'm read like a 15 year old. And I was just like, that is better than I'd ever been assessed or, you know, thought I was ever doesn't mean I comprehend the same way. I can read as fast as 15 year old. I won't recall most of what I read if I read that fast, though, to be to be blunt. But I still when you test that basic thing and time it, I can still regurgitate the words without sort of really soaking it in when I'm reading. And this is complicated. I don't get it myself. But but yeah, so that was interesting is is the progression you make in that and things that they pointed out when I was young, which which I think is is frustrating. And the problem with testing people so young is that they pointed out that they couldn't really tell if I was trying or if I wasn't trying when I was reading. You know, I mean, because by 12, I suppose I had a lot of hang ups, you know, bullying and harassment, reading out loud stuff like this. So they put that we're not sure whether this is a true assessment of certain certain things. And so it's great having that one later, which basically said, no, no, these are these are exactly the same. And they hadn't read my old report because I couldn't find it. So it's interesting to see an independent assessment over 30 years later, just saying, yep, you are this, this, this, this, this. These are your deficits and going, wow. You know, that's they are there's no denying it. It's interesting. There's two two points, hopefully, that don't drop out of my head. As I'm saying, it's starting to drop out of my head is, you know, we can improve, even though we our brains are predisposed to difficulties in reading, that we can improve and the importance of early assessments and interventions so that children have the best opportunity they can to manage their disability and to build skills around it. But also and we're getting way off topic. Sorry. No, no, don't apologize, because it's important. And it's the conversation around assessments, particularly when you go into higher ed and you have to have that assessment. But the like how they couldn't decide whether it really was your dyslexia that was impacting you or whether part of it was this is in my terms of baggage that you brought, because by the time you were 12, you'd gone through all those difficulties. And that's why I had. Yeah. And for me, it was such anxiety to think I was being diagnosed at 27 with this disability and how was my life going to change it? I'd taken all this back. I knew I had all this baggage in. And every time I did the testing, because it was over a few weeks, I'd go and sit in the car and I cry before I went home. Because it's like, oh, my God, there's something wrong with me. And so it's interesting. I wonder, you know, again, the importance of having an assessment when we're younger, like even before we hit preteens, because we're not carrying so much baggage and maybe it is a true reflection or maybe it doesn't matter, because like yours demonstrated, regardless of the age difference, you still those primary challenges were still there. Yeah, yeah. Look, it's I mean, I found a lot of benefit from doing it. I but you know, obviously it's a novel thing. I mean, you can't go back in time. But I mean, now now I think I mean, you'd be better positioned, of course, to tell me me actually what they're doing. But, you know, they're assessing kids a bit better now. And it isn't a part of the part of what happens in school in grade one or two or something that they are they are assessed for reading and writing skills, you know, potentially which would show up us. But it's not a formal assessment. So it's not something you can compare it to. Some some states, I think, are bringing in phonics checking in grade one. Yeah. Which starts to give an early indication that children might be starting to struggle. But I mean, normally dyslexia typically shows up in grade two onwards when we're starting to put sentences together and to read whole words and bigger words. Yeah. So whether grade one, I'm not I mean, yeah, I know that some states are looking at bringing in or they already are. Whether it's too early, I'm not sure. I wouldn't want to comment on phonics. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Look, look, you explain things so much better than regarding this. Oh, well, it's it's an area I don't like to step into very often. But you got I don't want to sidetrack the conversation because it is around how we get into doing our PhDs. But the assessment process is really important. And you had to demonstrate by the time you got into higher ed that you did have dyslexia and disability. And so there's two I guess there's two questions. One is around how do you self advocate once you get through to a PhD level? Because what I've found is that supervisors, there's an there's a misconception that if you're dyslexic, you're never going to get to that level. And I don't know that from that I hated my speech degree and wasn't until I did my masters that I actually started to really love learning and see I could learn. And I just had in my head, I just had to do a PhD. And I don't know whether it was because I wanted to prove to people that I wasn't dumb and that I was succeeding in academia because I'd struggled in my life. It was just in my head I had to do it. I didn't know what I was going to do it in. Originally, it was going to be on Aboriginal communities and that space I love working in. And then finally, it ended up being in dyslexia. But how do you like everyone told you you could do it? So you said I was going to do it. Is that what drove you? Is it to see what's behind the desire to do your PhD, I guess? It's a long window. Yeah, look, look, it's really holistic. And I mean that in, you know, holistic and holistic, you know, both. There's there are a whole lot of things here. I mean, I, I love learning about this stuff. It's like an addiction. it's, It's, it's, it's something which I mean, even without doing study, I'm still, I still do it anyway. You know, I'll still sit there for hours and watch a bug climb up a tree and see how it does and why it does. And, you know, I can't get those out of my head. So, so to me, it was a really natural progression in that sense. The barrier was always dyslexia. I see it as, or dyslexia or something which, which indirectly came from the dyslexia. You know, so having everyone say, so me really wanting to do it because it was just, it's just a continuation of what I do. So it's like, it's like getting the opportunity for someone to pay you to do what you just love doing anyway, even though they make you do certain things like write a lot that you hate. You know, they also make you read like all this research on it, which you love, you know, it's just like you, you, you imagine it and you see what they're doing in your head. Like, yeah, you can really, you can see it and feel it. And you relate it to all those experiences you've had. And it's just, it's just a really, it was just a really sort of like joyful thing for my brain to do in that sense. And it makes the struggle of reading worthwhile. So before I was getting a whole lot of, you know, you know, assistance and, you know, before I was really tapping into the text to speech programs like that, the pain was so worth the benefits. And that's just because it's like an addiction. And that's probably a good way to describe it, because, you know, you know, addiction might not just be the chemicals, it can be the process, the your environment and the whole of other things. And to me, it's just me. And this is the cool thing about sort of like the way I see it as I became a kid again, because these were, this was my escape. One of the escapes I did from the torture of school. It was, you know, and home. And it was, it was, it was really, it was, I only have good, strong, good and wonderful memories from learning about bugs and animals and fish and stuff like that. And and so the PhD basically was somebody just said, hey, look, you know what you you want to do as a dream? You know, you can do that. Here you go. And then which made it when it felt like it was getting taken away from me at some stage because the supports really aren't there at PhD. It made me fight to the death, you know, and I hate using that word. That was really how strongly I felt about it. I wasn't going to give up once, once somebody gave me that carrot. It's that's my carrot, you know, this bunny is angry. And I would like, I want to come back to self -advocacy. But it's interesting you say it's like an addiction, because originally when I wanted to do a PhD, I was like, yeah, that's just something in my head I have to do. But I completely resonate with you when you're it's like you're in your flow and your purpose, like for me. And like even when my mum was dying, I was still writing my papers, still doing my thesis and people say to me, why are you doing it? And you kept saying, take a break. And I said, but that for me, that is where I find my purpose and my passion. And I know the work I'm doing is is going to make change for people. And 100 percent. And I really resonate with that addiction word, because it does feel like it, because you're constant. Like, I just love it. And I keep saying to people, I'm going to do go on and do my prof doc or do another PhD and everyone, because I don't get paid like you. It's all voluntary, six years of voluntary PhD. That's dedication. And but I just love it. And I can't explain it because it's so hard. Writing is so hard. I'm terrible at it. But the concepts and being able to go out and talk to people about what I'm finding in Australian first research, that's the stuff that just drives me to keep going. Yeah. Oh, look, a quick example. We'll get back on track. But this when I was doing what was it? It was it was my undergrad and I was falling behind in stuff. It was my third year, I think I was falling behind and stuff. And I just asked for an extension for my now supervisor. I think it was undergrad or it was undergrad, whether it was honours or not, I'm not sure. Anyway, so my supervisor, my to be supervisor and she said and I was I was volunteering for another scientist. I'm doing all this work, all this work. And she came and goes, What are you doing here? You've asked for an extension, you know, for this work, because you don't have enough time to do it. And here I come in and you're doing volunteering work for somebody else on some other non -related project. Bloody bloody bloody blah. And my response to her was, this is how I relax. Don't take this from me. Don't take this away from me. And and I was so like scared of it being taken from me that she felt it like she's amazing. My supervisor is amazing that she was like, OK, and left me to it. And that's that's it is it's it's it was my she was taking my hobby, you know, and I needed that. I need that to distress. And I needed that to to get my head back in track and to try and so I could get back on the horse and punch it again and sit there for hours trying to write this thing and doing my head in and reading, blah, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, it's funny that our self -care is doing something that is so hard for us. I know, I know. But isn't it great? I mean, haven't we just picked the best careers ever? You know, you know what I mean? It's it's it's a funny life just moves you in funny ways. Well, because I've been meaning to do do a Facebook live in our Facebook group, the other one and our community. And it's about my husband says that I've got an addiction of buying books. And I do every time I go to the post office like, what are you going to the post office for? It's another book, but I really do need it. So chapters out of different things.

Game of Crimes
A highlight from 115: Part 1: Ric Prado Hunts Osama bin Laden and Leads the CIA Response after 9/11
"Ola, ola, ola, amigos, amigos, players, playwrights, dudettes, everybody in between, welcome. This is a special edition of Game of Crimes. We're going to dispense with a couple of things that we normally do, small town police water, things like that, because number one, it's the 22nd anniversary of 9 -11, never forget. And this episode and the following episode that you'll find, too, that we'll be talking about the issues of terrorism. So nothing funny about terrorism, nothing funny about all these people dying. But our next guest, we'll talk about him in a minute, but we just kind of want to set that stage real quickly, though. Thank you guys for joining us. Morgan here, joined by my partner in crime. Hey, it's Murph, everybody. Yeah, hey, guys, head on over to Apple, Spotify, hit those five stars, really means a lot. And after this episode, I think you'll realize why hearing stories like this are so important. So head on over there, head on over to our website, GameOfCrimesPodcast .com. The link to our next guest book, what we'll be talking about, you're going to find that there are all sorts of good stuff there. Follow us on that thing they call social media at Game of Crimes on Twitter, at Game of Crimes Podcast on Facebook and the Instagram. But look, join us over on Patreon, Patreon .com slash Game of Crimes. We just got through recording. You can't make this shit up. Had some fun there. We did our Q &A, which is one of the funnest things we do. I think it's the most fun we have because it's driven by you, our players, right? It's a blast. It's a blast. And we've got good stuff. We got some good comments on our previous episode, 911, what's your emergency? Which was actually recommended to us by one of our guests out there, Bunny, if she's listening. That was her asking about that. So we did that. So hey, good stuff. But yeah, guys, just head on over to Patreon .com. A lot of good stuff. We've got 911, what's your emergency? We've got our Narcometer review, our monthly Q &A, case of the month, you know, and so we have a lot of fun. So join us there. Patreon .com slash Game of Crimes. Now, this is a show about crime. We talk about bad people doing bad things and bad people doing bad things to good people. But in this case, we take the story seriously, you know, we don't take ourselves seriously. Exactly. But in this case, we wanted to just take out some of this because our next guest, Murph came to us by way of a friend of the show again, good friend of the show, Patrick O 'Donnell. Yes, sir. And thank you, Patrick, again, for introducing us to Rick. This guy is a true American patriot and hero. Rick Prado is our guest today, worked as an ops officer for the Central Intelligence Agency. Now, if you've heard me talk in the past, I make jokes about what CIA stands for. But if you've ever seen our presentation, I explained that it's not an indictment of the entire agency. It was one particular person we had problems with while we worked in Colombia. The agency, in my opinion, is one of the best in the world. Everybody dogs them out because they can't publicly defend themselves because everything they do is secret, which goes to protecting our country. So, you know, I know a lot of you probably want to agree to that and you've had bad experiences or you just believe with crap you see on TV or in the movies. But Rick's going to straighten out a lot of that stuff today. You're going to hear stories that you're not going to hear anywhere else. And let me tell you, too, the great thing about Rick is we knew some of the same people and actually one of our guests we had on, Tracy Walder, previously, had just come on the agency at that time. But Rick was in charge of the Counterterrorism Center, CTC, for CIA. When you talk about the tip of the spear, they were the tip of the spear before the tip of the spear got in there, before the Green Berets got in there, before the first military boots were on the ground. It was CIA, their paramilitary officers. Guys, this is a story, you know, and I know people say, we dispel a lot of stuff. But here's the important thing, Rick gets into, we actually have some very candid discussions around 9 -11, the current threat of terrorism, what's going on in the world. We dispel and disabuse people to some of these notions about enhanced interrogation techniques. It's not torture. I know some people disagree with that. It's not torture. Not when we put our folks through the same thing. He'll talk about seer training. But I think the biggest thing that I got out of this, Murph, was just listening. Here's another guy like Jack Garcia, came out of Cuba, fled Castro. These people know what communism looks like. They know how bad this stuff is. And they came to this country. His first firefight was at seven years old. He's going to tell you about that. First time, not that he was actually directly involved, but he was in the middle of a firefight at seven years old with automatic weapons. Again, it's just what an American, you know what the American story is, Murph? Here's somebody who comes to America, loves America, wants to do everything they can to defend and protect America against all enemies and foreign and domestic. And here's another guy that's living proof of the thing you always say, just because we retire doesn't mean our oaths expire. What he's currently doing is great. So hey, look, we're going to, like I said, we're going to dispense with a lot of stuff. We just want to get right into the episode. So before we can talk about this episode, Murph, there is one thing we do have to do. Before we talk about this, I need to ask you, are you ready to play? And you guys will realize this. In honor of 9 -11, the biggest, baddest, most dangerous game of all, the game of crimes. Everybody get in, sit down, shut up and hold on. Bring Rick on a true American patriot. Unbelievable what you're getting ready to hear.

The Bitboy Crypto Podcast
A highlight from This Altcoin Just WON BIG! (Huge SEC Loss)
"What's up, crypto fam? Welcome back to the most talked about show on the entire interweb. Today, you're gonna be joined by Joshua Jake, who is myself. I'm going to be coming from TikTok. A lot of you in the chat already know who I am. And I'm excited to be here. We have a lot to break down with these markets. We had some huge announcements come from some lawsuits with Uniswap, which are going to impact Gary Gensler and his entire motion in attacking the crypto sector. And of course, today, I am joined by Deezy himself. So thank you for having me here today. Deezy's in the corner today, folks. Deezy's in the corner. How are we all doing today? Hit that like button, everybody. Hit the like button, hit the like button. So they're jumping straight into markets here today. Bitcoin coming back down a little bit off this initial pump up to the 28 ,000 levels. We had a massive spike, right? Everybody was talking about we're going back down. We're going back down to 23 .8. We're gonna go back down to 22 .7. We're sitting in panels all this last week, people trying to figure out where prices were gonna go. And we had some pretty bullish opportunity this week with the Grayscale announcement. So ,661 27 right now for Bitcoin. We have Ethereum sitting at a 1 ,700 level. And in terms of markets, we're gonna click on this 24 % right here. We're seeing some pretty big gains. Bitcoin Cash, TON, XDC, which I was watching yesterday's show. And Deezy actually pointed this out. XDC does always seem to be with Stacks in that top moving section. It's always pumping. Yeah, then you got Phantom and Injective. I don't know what it is. They just like to move a lot. Is it no liquidity for these coins? What's going on? I mean, don't tell that to their communities. They're gonna believe that liquidity is sitting there very well. My order book is the thickest order book in all the order books. Yeah, there's nothing going on the inside there. But yeah, seeing some good price action once again today. Stacks obviously is gonna be moving with the Bitcoin announcement. That's gonna be your direct layer one that's building those smart contract protocols and bringing those smart contracts to Bitcoin's network. So it makes sense that it's moving with this price action. But we're gonna jump into the first article because this is gonna spark a massive discussion lawsuit with Uniswap dismissed, DeFi crypto exchange not liable for scam tokens. This is huge. There is going to be a claim coming out from these judge once we get down the article just a little bit more. I'm gonna go through all the highlights here with you guys. But a class action lawsuit brought against Uniswap was tossed out by a district judge on Tuesday who found those associated with the decentralized exchange were not liable for so -called scam tokens that purportedly burn traders. So this is big. This is a big news, especially for decentralized exchanges. I think a lot of people in this industry are scared of the phrase DeFi is dead. And what I mean by that is this is a huge conversation that people don't really know where compliance is, KYC, and the way that the United States is not only lagging behind on regulations, but they are worried about in terms of what does that mean for a lot of these decentralized exchanges and the tokens that they're gonna be trading on these platforms. So I don't know if you've used Uniswap a lot, so if you're gonna be looking from pancakes, I don't know where your fan base token is gonna be for your DEXs, but what have you seen coming out of these centralized or decentralized exchanges with these lawsuits? What does this mean for you? Well, it's always funny. It's like, all right, where are we serving these subpoenas? Who are we suing? Are we suing the guy that pays the light bill? Are we suing the guy that has the domain? Are we suing the guy that has a Twitter account? There's varying degrees of decentralization. I'm more excited about disclosure. We could kind of peek behind the curtain and actually see, are you really a decentralized exchange or you've just been centralized this whole time. It's like Scooby -Doo. What are we gonna see when we rip the mask off? That's so true. You run in between the door. I feel like that's how our regulators work. They're just running into doors that they don't know and they just keep popping out in the hallway back and forth, and it's never ending. But so some of these tokens that were included in this lawsuit were Matrix Samurai. I don't hold any of these, but it's Rocket Bunny, Alpha Wolf Finance, and Southern District of New York judge Kathryn Falia, Polk and I might be mispronouncing that one, who dismissed the case, said the plaintiff's dilemma is the pseudo -anonymous nature of those token issuers. So again, huge win for this industry, huge win for crypto. And if I scroll down right here, this is probably the most important phrase. I'm actually looking for it as I scroll down here. Here it is, the lack of clarity. So the lack of clarity surrounding how securities laws apply to DeFi was noted by the judge. Reference a warning from Securities and Exchange Commission chair Gary Gensler in September 2021. That class of projects were under increased scrutiny. Now Gary's really not, I don't think anybody in this chats, I know everybody on the stage, who may not be the most ambitious people towards, you know, we're not the biggest fans, but I'm trying to find, I don't think we highlighted it here, is going to be the fact that out of this lawsuit, the judge did say that both Ethereum and Bitcoin were commodities, and that is a massive breakthrough for the entire crypto sector. If you guys come from the XRP community, you would know that Bill Hinman and the entire things that went on over the summer, we needed that clarity. We don't have those security laws and everything implemented. We don't know where the regulation is for the future of these tokens. But as a commodity, this is a very interesting topic because they didn't say digital currency. They clearly didn't say, you know, a security. And if this means a commodity, what is the outlook for this? Because this brings in the questions. This brings in, okay, now is there gonna be more compliance measures from a commodity -based token? If you're gonna be looking at Ethereum, now there's gonna be market manipulation laws and everything that they have to address that we're now gonna have to see in court. So very interesting, at least from the terms of Ethereum, and comparing that to Bitcoin, because they're completely different functionalities. Yeah, and just kind of what I was saying earlier, we get to peek underneath the hood, see what's going on. Have they been doing those oil changes? What is up with the gas? So it'll be interesting. It definitely will, it definitely will. I'm excited for it though, guys. This is a huge moment for the industry. It's coming off the grayscale when the SEC's losing back -to -back lawsuits. Uniswap taking this beautiful, beautiful victory lap, and that leads us perfectly into the next article right here with SEC Chair Gary Gensler to testify before Congress twice this September. Now, out of this, we're looking at the Securities and Exchange Commission, guys, to testify twice, we're reading that twice, but in front of the House Financial Services Committee on September 27th. So the hot seat here is gonna be Gensler has been under fire for his comments about firms they need to register with the SEC. The House Committee on Financial Services asserted that Gensler's push for registration is a willful misrepresentation of non -existent registration process. So, and we all know this, we all know this, we've seen the regulatory by -enforcement, we've seen them come out and battle not only the CFTC, Congress, our politicians, our government, the United States has no idea what they're doing. You have Jerome Powell with the Federal Reserve now coming out and obviously stepping on Congress's toes by issuing new advisory boards that are gonna be advising and supervising stablecoins, which is a direct threat and competition to the policies Congress is pushing in. And then on top of this, you have the people supposed to be protecting investors from the CFTC and the SEC just clashing heads nonstop. And so this is just, again, another moment we're gonna be seeing Gary Gensler in the hotspot, especially as he just lost, again, multiple lawsuits back to back, and yeah, I mean, I'd be scared to be in his position. Is he gonna get the grilled treatment by the House subcommittee, the Fauci treatment, as some people call it? Yeah, I mean, look at this. He's what, a year away from proving that he deserves this position. And it's not only just the people that are saying, hey, we need to fire Gary Gensler. You've seen the hashtags trend on Twitter. This is more than that. This is committee members, this is people of Congress, this is, I think, even Elizabeth Warren has said things now as well. These are things that are putting him, again, in that hot seat. Moving on to our next article here, though, this is probably gonna be one of the most favorite announcements today, but it's gonna be, XRP may have just become one of the biggest threats to big banks following Ripple's historic SEC win.

"This is an Animal Radio news update. I'm Tammy Trujillo. The battle to save Zeus appears to have been won. Authorities in the Louisiana village of Moroville appear to have backed off on their demands that Zeus be gotten rid of or be destroyed. In October, Moroville passed a law banning pit bulls or rottweilers. When they targeted Zeus, the whole thing blew up on national television and on the internet. Zeus is a pit bull and he helps the Owen's daughter O'Hara who uses a wheelchair and has spasms which Zeus can monitor and gets her help when she needs it. An online petition to save Zeus garnered nearly 80,000 signatures. There was a Facebook page that simply exploded and the story ended up all over the national news including CNN. Now the Moroville city board says no pets of any breed will be seized and that they will work to properly enforce the village's leash law rather than banning certain breeds of dogs. Yay! Well here's another one of those stories to remind all of us never to give up on a missing dog. A woman in the Philippines has her dog back a year after Super Typhoon hit. Here's what happened. The family had to leave their three dogs when they evacuated their home ahead of the typhoon. Two of them drowned but Bunny was there when they returned a few days later. Well the house was nearly destroyed so they left Bunny with relatives. Somehow she went missing again in the chaos after the storm. Well last month, a year later, they saw a dirty stray dog rooting through a trash bin on the streets. They called her name and yes it was Bunny. She's now safely back home. I'm Tammy Trujillo. Did Your Parents Crush Your Santa Dreams at a Young Age?
"What age did you learn Santa Claus might not exist? I think 7 or 8. And I was devastated. I was there with my man. Devastated. How about you learn it from a kid at school? No, this is going to make my dad look so bad. He is my dad is the best. He did the most to try to make me believe in Santa Claus. I heard him say it to my older sister. I heard him say something like when are we going to tell Julie that the Easter Bunny in Santa aren't real and I was so sad. And then he went, no, no, no, I was just kidding. I was just kidding. Whatever back of the barn. That's interesting. I would think that parents would just allow it to evolve. Why did they have to sit down your child and say, listen, I just want you to know there's really no Santa. Really, what is the answer to that? I don't know. I think I agree. I mean, I guess if you're 13 and still believe in Santa, it's a little odd. But yeah, just let it just let it evolve. I agree. Kevin McCullough: Dedicating a Book Chapter to Mike Gallagher
"I've often joked at some point in time because I've been around a lot of the greats in the talk radio business. I've joked that I'm going to write a book, a tell all book about the whole industry. And everybody's going to have their own chapter. And Mike Gallagher will have the chapter that is dedicated to the guy that gets up the earliest works the latest does the most amount of prep. This guy is he's almost like the energizer bunny from the standpoint. You just can't get him to be fatigued. And I remember in Eric Hansen, you'd probably don't even remember this, but on my very first visit to your studios in the Empire State Building, the very first time I met Mike, you had scheduled me to use the studio and I was going to follow his use of it for that afternoon for the local Salem station here in New York, a.m. 5 70 WMCA. And when I got to the door, you said, hey, just have a seat out here for a second. Mike's not quite done yet. And I said, what's he doing? You said he's cutting his cutting custom promos. For all of the affiliates. And I mean, he's on hundreds and hundreds of stations. And I said, does he do that every day? Yeah. And I will guarantee you at that time there was no one in the business that did that, but that's why Mike for the Salem broadcast company who had never brag about himself this way. He's too humble of a guy he's too wonderful of a person, but I feel like he deserves it. He's been the most profitable, the most successful and the most listened to talk show host for Salem media for the entirety that he's been here. That drives Hewitt nuts, some of the podcasters like gorka and Kirk don't even understand what that means. But to me, as a longtime radio geek growing up in radio world, I find that to be very, very cool. So to get to sit in form today is nothing but respect and just great appreciation.

Resurrection Sunday Is Not About Easter Eggs and Bunnies
"Want to just make this statement and then I'm going to move on, but resurrection Sunday is not about Easter eggs and Easter bunnies. I just want people to understand that. There's an entire history of the pagan connection between Easter and the connection that they try to make with the resurrection of Jesus Christ. I understand it's fun. You know, my wife has some little eggs in the backyard. I just want people to understand that it came from a pagan origin. It's just the same way as Christmas. Christmas came from a pagan origin. Christians should be aware of the historical context of some of these things. Now, if you want to celebrate it and with your own motives behind it, then so be it, but just understand that these things have come from a pagan perspective.

In Trump probe, key witness returns, no indictment vote yet
"The New York grand jury hearing the hush bunny case against Donald Trump is not expected to meet today as the case continues with still no word of when any indictment might come. It's another day of tight security here at the courthouse and in front of the DA's office. The ex-president is being investigated by the Manhattan DA over payments during his 2016 campaign to two women who allege affairs or sexual encounters with him, something Trump denies pecker's company paid one woman for her story, but never ran it. A journalism practice known as catch and kill. Last night on Sean Hannity's show, Trump called the investigation election interference. In Lower Manhattan, Julie Walker, New York.

The price of eggs have gone up so rapidly in the last month or two. A lot of people decided to not go for the Easter egg hunt kind of thing and will not do the hard boiled eggs. Of course that gets me thinking back to things that changed over the years. And for me, that's the little chocolate bunnies because I remember back in my younger days when those little bunnies weren't so little and weren't always hollow. I guess it's that way for any kind of hollow chocolate treat versus any kind of solid chocolate treat. But today as I reflect on Easter's past, not thinking about Easter eggs, not thinking about the chocolate bunnies. Remembering, wishing you could find them. I'm sure you can somewhere find a solid chocolate bunny, but I can't imagine the cost. Easter bunnies, Easter eggs. I know it has nothing to do with Easter, but it does for so many people.

You wouldn't know that when beyond the beaten path a great restaurant that the neighborhood restaurant they could go to or a garden that you might wanna go see so you learn a lot from people. And if you don't know anybody in the city and you go and go into a store antique shop or something and tell them you're designers. Start talking to them. You often learn about things that you would not necessarily find in a guidebook. Do you find that you know with the with the proliferation of the of the internet that it's harder to find and it's harder when you're traveling that it's harder to find things that that that traditional locations where you might have found things before have been fairly picked clean out totally on the and i was in. I don't know where we were. I think we're insists delay in this little town and we came upon this potter. That was making these wonderful dinner plates and stuff and we ordered him. I still have him here and about a year later. He was on the internet and had his own website. You could order directly from him so yes but on the other i will say thank heavens for that. Because he's in a little town insist that not many people go to any wouldn't be able to survive if he didn't get orders from the internet so it it keeps people in business and makes it harder to find something. Yeah well it's interesting too because you know in two thousand nine hundred you were already talking about specifying online and doing research online and now you know. Prior to last year you had many companies who had shifted away from the physical catalogs entirely and many designers and architects who who had stopped using physical catalogs in a library in order to get everything digitally. And i'm curious without being able to predict a lockdown. Did you did you think you had what you needed or do you think that we now understand that. We need a little bit more. I think there are two things you know. I have my furniture company. Bunny williams home. When i started bunny williams home ten years ago. I very much wanted online from the beginning. And i wanted that because i wanted to be accessible to people across the country who wouldn't come to showroom and i knew that from my own career that it's fine if you can go into a showroom but not everybody lives in the city where there's a showroom so bunny williams home went online it from the very beginning and because of that we survived very well during covert. We had inventory number one and number two. It was already geared up to be online. I think that company said that were ahead of the game. That way really. It paid off from the interior design standpoint for me. One of the things that i had to do. Is bill more of my library here. Dolly Parton Poses in Playboy Outfit for Husband’s Birthday

I'm sorry, not a memorial birthday present a memorable birthday present by recreating the iconic 1978 Playboy cover picture that she was a part of it The time she did an original photo shoot in. 78 became the first country singer to pose for the magazine. So she didn't show too much because it wasn't about Nudity. It was really about promoting her brand, and so I think we have a little audio of her talking about it on instagram. Today is July. 20 is my husband Carl's birthday and you're probably wondering why I'm dressed like this one is for my husband's birthday. Remember sometime back I said I was going to pose on the Playboy magazine 75. Well, I'm 75. They don't have a magazine anymore. My husband always loved the original cover. Fire. Oy. So I was trying to think of something to do to make him happy. He still thinks I'm hot chick every 37 years and I'm not gonna try to talk him out of that. And I hope he agreed. What do you think, anyway? What I did for his birthday? I did a little photo shoot in just all outfit, and, uh, I had a cover made. Of the new Dolly, the old new darling, and in the first one say, Remember this. I was kind of a little butter ball in that one about extreme cheese. Now he'll probably think I'm cream cheese. I hope

Conspiracy Theories
Life on Mars
"Mars the red planet barren and inhospitable. It shines brightly in the night sky so much so that it can be seen by the naked eye and well mars appears dead. It shares a surprising amount of similarities with earth. Some believe it may have even contained intelligent life. Mars came into existence with the rest of our solar system approximately four point five billion years ago. Scientists are still unsure exactly how it was formed but they suspect that gravitational forces. 'cause gas and dust swirl together and a process the can take tens of millions of years almost like a giant dust bunny gathering debris over time both earth and mars exist in an area of the solar system known as the habitable zone. Meaning they're neither too close nor too far away from the sun and are able to have liquid water on their surface if other conditions were right on mars like proper atmosphere. It could be more conducive to sustaining life today. While the sun doesn't overheat earth or mars. it's still bombarding them with deadly radiation. Fortunately thanks to inner cores made up of varying degrees of iron and nickel both planets developed magnetic fields that shielded them from the sun's damage ultimately this invisible cover allowed life to develop on earth and at one point might have been the case for mars as well one thing is for sure. There was definitely water on the red planet. Three point five billion years ago meaning this would have been right around the time life could have started to originate. Mars is only about half the size of earth so it has less mass densities also significantly smaller as a result. Some scientists have speculated that its core cooled off much faster causing mars to lose its magnetic field

"Think we should start out with true or false ellen. It is about peeing in the garden to keep critters away. I have very mixed feelings about this. I have used predator urine in my garden in pennsylvania. I don't know if did a darn bit of good. I really don't but i'll tell you it smelled pretty darn bad. So if i were a bunny or a deer. I would not have gone near that stuff. It's interesting that We're starting with predator urine. Because i have very strong feelings about this and that is i cannot believe that this is collected in a humane way new. And you can't find any. They will not tell you how it's like. Well how it has to be as collected is they have to keep the coyotes or these fox in little pens with wire floors so that when they urinate goes down into a trough or something so it can't possibly be a humane thing so i am not in favor of using predator urine in the garden. Unless you're encouraging the coyotes and the to hang out and peeing your garden. Naturally that i'm all in favor of. I use the fox here in once i started looking into says this can't be good. This cannot be good but there are also people who will. Pd the borders of their garden in hopes of keeping deer and bunnies away. And i've read mixed things about this but well. i think i wouldn't encourage anybody to urinate too close to their vegetable garden or or things that you're going to eat that just kinda makes good sense that you don't want to bring you know harm on yourself in terms of bacteria tetra. That's why we carry waste away both either down into septic systems or sewage treatment plants.

You're supposed to be managing that you to give me the full list of stuff every i get stuck with this idea. I'm sorry baby me. Well let's just a couple of other things you want to get out of the way. I like the deny fight in columbus. Ohio where the cop shot one girls get about the stabbing another girl. He shot one of them. Yes and so. It was a became a big. The big stink was made about that in giving Everyone getting in on the action including Everybody on james and your your your next so accountability. But there's other stuff that is There's a couple of other people that joined in on this. And i thought this was district columbus ohio knife fight report comes from the epoch. Times guy in that footage. A police officer approaches a driveway. Where a group of people are standing very soon afterwards. A young woman who can be seen holding a knife appears to try to either hit or stab. Another girl who falls to the ground this knife-wielding girl then turns around and appears to try to another girl. That girl right there. The one in the pink. At which point the police officer fires gun and the knife wielding girl unfortunately falls to the ground later now by the way that girl has been identified now by her family members a sixteen year old mci of bryant and according to the columbus police chief investigators will now be working to determine whether this killing complies with the ohio state law which says that deadly force can be used to protect yourself or for the protection of third person. Furthermore the head of the department told reporters this. We have never been able to release video this fast but we thought it was important to share with the community to be transparent about this incident to let them have some answers that we can provide tonight. We know we can't provide every answer but it's important that we can answer some questions tonight now as of right now there have not been any new developments in the case and as you just read. The investigation is ongoing. But there's one thing. I would like to reiterate. The current political climate in this country has people giving you can say very interesting takes on this tragedy for instance maker over on twitter who has a verified. Blue checkmark road this heartache. Teenagers have been having fights including fights involving knives for eons. We do not need police to address these situations by showing up to the scene and using a weapon against one of the teenagers. Y'all need help. I mean that seriously. Furthermore valerie jarrett who was a senior advisor to president barack obama shiro. This on twitter a black teenage girl. Kaya bryant was killed. A police officer immediately decided to shoot her multiple times in order to break up a knife fight. Demand accountability fight for justice accountability. There it is again kind. Abilities are keyword knife-fights. If you you start watching the morning shows and all this discussion while they had a social worker they would shot the girl and the social work with a broken up the fight some they see the video at all to the even watch it i i did and i said it looks like a bunch of people out of control in this one girl the knife he's gonna stab this other woman. She was mid swing man and another guy was kicking. The girl that went in the head in head also called nine one one and literally said get someone here now. There's these other people who are here. They're trying to stab us and kill my grandmother. Call so you know there's a night valerie. Jarrett people coming out and say well knife-fights that's normal. This is they're they're they're speaking for the black community. This is is the image that they're trying to portrayed at improve the situation. What's that knife fight at. Everyone does these. What's interesting is that is you know knives are completely outlawed in the uk for this very reason because young children young people were killing each other with knives knives. Our big problems still in the uk but not in america. Just kid play just kidding just because it's normal. It's normal on stabby. Well let's do a little bit of black lives matter stuff than while we're at it just quickly. A couple articles Tokyo olympics According to this is interesting according to the ioc the international olympic committee taking the need for black lives matter will not be permitted which i thought was the stop them. Well you don't wanna mess with the ioc. The you know you they are. This is their show he. You don't do that okay. You know what you're right. we'll see. it'll be very much. Probably like the a a callback to the was it the ninety seventy four olympics. When did we have the the black power fist raise but though is sixty eight olympics. Gosh dayton's awhile ago the longtime ago Patrisse cullors colors. Cu l. o. arse who is One of the founders of black lives matter who moved onto a new Truly a sponsored by chinese communist party to documents not bashful about. She has a new nonprofit. She's moved on from black lives matter which she also was was good and timely as we found out she owned several homes Some in the multi million dollars at least more than a million dollars by very uncomfortable. A little higher every year due to climate change water levels near the nation's capital are rising faster than almost anywhere else on the east coast title vase in his hit hard because the land here is also sinking every day twice a day the tidal basin now floods at high tide and this walkway alongside the water disappears as the water starts to roll in where the sidewalk ends becomes. Its own tourists distraction. What's been the impact on the cherry trees themselves so in some areas. We've lost cherry trees. They've been flooded out if nothing is done. Floodwaters could also inundate the memorials to jefferson and martin luther king junior. Dr memorial could end up submerged in nine feet of water by the end of this line. Only going to get worse. Catherine malone france is with the national trust for historic preservation. Hit named the title based in one of america's most endangered historic places and recently asked several landscape architecture firms to reimagine the area. Some ideas call for long elevated. Walkways others would relocate entire monuments and let nature take its status. Quo is not acceptable here for a place this beloved and this significant place devoted to history facing an uncertain future now in that report they give it away washington. Dc being built on a swamp. They say the ground is sinking. Yeah that's not the same as water rising the groundless sinking yes. There's a couple of things in that report that bother me one. Is this notion that we've heard this before. And they've re i heard it. We did it. You did a whole bunch of clips on this where parts of the world and we have global warming but parts of the world are the temperatures are rising faster year than play sells the tampa the temperature rising faster here. Why is anyone. Spot have these anomalies rising faster and the other one. We've started to notice now. The now we have this report were the sea waters rising faster in the washington. Dc area then. They mentioned they're sinking. But it's rising fash wife. Would it be rising faster. The oceans the ocean. It's it doesn't have spot where it's rising faster and we have the same thing in the earlier report on the same show all of a sudden now in india they're having all these cases that nobody else is having this is. He's localized bullshit. Is an unbelievable. Here's an example from twenty nineteen about canada and climate watch. Canada is warming up twice as fast as the rest of the world. We had a whole bunch of those. Yeah we yes. A lot of were in the in the special put together But it's that this is not the way this big believers in sciences. What scientific about these ideas that all candidates doubling the and there's other places are tripling the going up going crazy in these things that should be dead like the mystery spot in santa cruz is very weird to go there. As a pet peeve thing. no you're right. The watermelon head was out doing pr and stuff. It's his job and he's going to be the one shepherding at all. And he's he's the money he's the bag man. By the way. John kerry the bag man. Careful he's you think. Oh that's an interesting idea. Oh he's the bag man. Yeah cash sure. So he did a zoom call. Because you know we hate him from such a great quickstart. You said twice gang the net zero. That'd be hard really hard. And i just remind everybody that that will depend on whether or not we have some breakthrough technologies and make for innovations of one. But even if we can't the net zero we still have to get out of the atmosphere. Closest is a science on science. Hey trees screw ya. Science all the plants in the world. What he's an idiot that's climate czar. Of course he's an idiot. Gotta get carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. Get it out. Get it out. 'cause it's deadly it's gonna kill ya oh my oh. Okay clipper today how well. I wasn't even expecting that but you should. I should have been on the ready for that one. I appreciate it. I'll take two more to wrap up my bitter. The climate change This is just a throwback thursday of course it was earth day on this earth day president biden at a climate summit pledged to slash america's greenhouse gas emissions in half within just nine years. Yeah to save us from the apocalypse that aoc warned us about hoops started me to that. Isn't that weird. I mean he. Just that's just like to retz man just throwing that stuff out there The the nine years half and half no problem get carbon dioxide of the air meant they truly want to kill people to take the carbon dioxide atmosphere human.

"D- italian for one thing you. There's a there's a couple of things in there as to what she says. The afghan afghans like these things that are taliban wouldn't do. The taliban are afghanis. They've start with that premise. Right to they're the ones that are tearing the place up and so they don't have that much respect for these artifacts. Okay maybe there's something up you're right thirty three. Yeah but let's go to with biden knock conduct a hasty rush to the exit. We'll do it. we'll do it responsibly. Deliberately and safely and we will do it. In full coordination with our allies and partners who now have more forces in afghanistan than we do. And it's all yvonne should know they attack us as we draw down. We'll defend ourselves and our partners with all the tools at our disposal. Our allies and partners have stood beside his shoulder to shoulder afghantistan for almost twenty years. And we're deeply grateful for the contributions they have made to our shared mission for the sacrifices they've born. The plan has long been in together out together. Us troops as well as forces deployed by our nato allies and operational partners will be out of ghanistan before we mark the twentieth anniversary of that heinous attack on september. Eleven while he's kinda back to kind of back to september eleventh there. Yeah so we starts in may and then we'll be done. You know the other thing is i. I i i have to say during the entire I don't care if a hated trump but there was no terrorism from the middle east. We didn't talk about september eleventh constantly. Like bush did and we just is just was a different world and then you know in our back to normal this is the new normal the normal old normal the all normal. And it's just it's like a head shays disappointing disappointing. And it's it's very distant repetitive. It's boring it's boring part. Three the main argument for staying longer as what each of my three predecessors have grappled with no one wants to say that we should be in afghanistan forever but then insists now is not the right moment to leave in two thousand fourteen. Nato issued a declaration affirming that afghan security forces would from that point on have full responsibility for this country's security by the end of that year was seven years ago so when will be the right moment to leave one more year two more years ten more years. Ten twenty thirty billion dollars more. A truly. We've already spent not now. That's how we got here in this moment. There's downside risks the same beyond may i without a clear timetable for departure. Did he say thirty three years and say did he no. I don't think so again by ten more years. Ten twenty thirty billion dollars more. But surely we've already spent thirty now. How we got here. And this thing is in this little spiel. He goes on about his predecessors and had not had the guts to get out except for him. Trump made the may first deadline. It was trump to said. We're getting out on. May i did. He gets no credit for leaving. Biden's gonna take you know. We got. I got i got us out. There's begin downside. Risk to same. Beyond may i without a clear timetable for departure if we instead pursue the approach were america. Us exit is tied to conditions on the ground. We have to have clear answers to the following quenches. Just what conditions require to be required to allow us to depart by what means and how long would it take to achieve them if they could be cheese at all and what additional cost in lives and treasure. I'm not hurting any good answers these questions. Why is the president asking the american public these questions. Give us answers joe. We don't want to. I don't know why. I don't know what the answer is. That's why you were elected. Give us some answers to take some action so talking us so annoying now. He did do something very interesting. Which trump did not do. But i think this may have been an error on his part biden said he recognizes the the armenian genocide. Yes now this is a big deal. And and i concur that that was genocide trump if you recall never said genocide but he did say very specifically that the ottoman empire killed over a million and a half people The armenians but he he would not call it genocide. And i think that's probably because of what's happening now is air to one and turkey are pissed off. Don't know if do we knew this was going to happen. That's why nobody had the guts to do it. I think joe just be thinking. Just i just think it was a mistake. Well it's not. He's not gonna do much. That's a that's this level of mistake. He had to either be told to do this or somebody or he always wanted to do it ever since he was a little kid. I don't know but he definitely did it. And so now okay turkey. Now we're gonna see what happens because turkey does not like this. This accusation te. Now what do you think they'll do about it. I mean where are we vulnerable right now. Who were they in bed with in bed with russia. So maybe it's trying to poke the russian bear. I it's weird man. Yeah i thought it was all year. It's weird i have another another clip biden clip. If you want to move on or do you okay. do you have any anymore. Biden's i have one but it's an old one thousand nine hundred or so well. Let's play that it's always fun is. I've been waiting for the right moment to play but here it is. This is biden around nine hundred. Nineteen ninety talking about packing. The court's president roosevelt clearly had the right to send to the united states senate in the united states congress a proposal to pack the court. It was totally within his right to do that. Tv violated no law. He was legalistically absolutely correct. But it was a bonehead idea. Yeah twenty actually could talk with fluidity. Well he i guess there was a couple of things going on. There was the global climate leadership conference which was hilarious as the ultimate put a picture. I don't know if you saw the picture. He has a newsletter course. The world leader with a mask on the yes. Everyone does all these world leaders in this in this zoom meeting. Whatever it was and one of them is wearing a mask. And that is you know who also Everybody had their flag in the background. We didn't there was no. Us flag behind blow johnson. Yes somebody else spent. Wizard is hours very annoying. So i'm not sure if this was before or after but i happen to know that this is a lie and i don't think anyone clued in the president or maybe even the white house doesn't even know what's going on in new york. I mean there's a lot of or i've traveled eight hundred thousand miles distance being vice president. He's not traveling millions of miles around the world of almost to every country in the world. If i blindfolded someone and took them at two o'clock in the morning into the airport in hong kong and said where do you think you are. This must be america's a modern airport. If i took him blindfolded you took to the laguardia airport in new york. You must think. I must be in some third world country john joking apologies for the one channel. Laguardia airport just got a multibillion dollar.

One of our producers did a big commercial for for the forthcoming Vegas reopening of a hotel there and our producer gave me little. Rundown of the bonanza when it comes to covid in entertainment and production till this. You'll like this because men again were missing out on an exit strategy. Here's an example of how much money is being made in the covert. Bonanza commercially did had a three million dollar budget so in order to do this not only. Is there testing every two days. We have a covert compliance officer. Covert coordinator a. P. p. e. kits for every crew member which are twenty dollars per kit. Which is a face mask gloves and small sanitizer of thirty dollars. Mandatory pcr tests. They won't accept any other kind of testing has to be pcr. And there's a hall monitor. Who walks around set tells you to put your mask on. And he's not six feet apart long story short three million dollar budget. Three hundred thousand dollars spent on cova testing and personnel. No one got sick. Ten percent of the budget. Manza to waste money. Bonanza nuts and while in central london saturday have thousands of course once again took to the streets protesting the lockdown in northern ireland. They tightened it up a little bit and Have added some additional issues. No dancing or live. Music will be allowed when pubs reopen outdoor areas dancing. like footloose. can't dance because the rona road. We know singing either. By the way when you dance the rona jumps off the onto other people. Oh jeez the troll says it was almost a million nocturnal run. A program says it was almost a million people in london. Yeah you know. It's not like that was reported anywhere. Just a couple of youtube videos. Were twitter style. This stuff gets reported. It's really pathetic it is it is G and i think that's about all that i've got for the rona today. They have one leftover. We have vaccine hesitancy that we know and It's the republicans fault so that's why the logical conclusion is when we're going to start seeing people die as they do and it'll be blamed on republicans and they'll be calls for the governor's to say stuff and it's just going to continue with this Idiocy they have no shame to j. and j. as back national public radio report on the return of the vaccine. If it's anything that we haven't discussed shortlist taking a look. It's race started distribution of the johnson and johnson vaccine federal health authorities gave it the green light julie chang for member station k. q. e. d. has more from san francisco on friday the fda the-they lifted the recommended pause on the use of the j. vaccine but bay area counties have yet to restart distribution of the single dose shot. Meanwhile down south los angeles county told vaccine providers they may resume administering j. and j. doses if they provide updated factsheet to recipients julie chang from member station k. q. e. d. What do you think is going to happen now. Is now that the vaccine hesitancy spell has been broken and people do not want to get it anymore. There worry screwed up they screwed up this yes. So what are they going to panic. Been in what are they going to do. Besides tell us they're going to do some sort of a reset a great a great reset and not the great one. Do some sort of a reset debt means a vaccine. They gotta get somebody it. Take this stuff I think the report. I saw this morning that clip because it was too late but the one. I saw this morning where they're starting to soft pedal. Everything always a mistake. You're going start to back pedal on well. We shouldn't have taken on the market off. The market was just too cautious. That's the way this'll be the messaging ideas or employ us. You employ I would say we screwed up. When we took the johnson and johnson vaccine off the market. It turns out to be the safest of the group we. It was an abundance. They have to use the term and they've already used it abundance of caution. That's how much we care about the public and and these vaccines if there's one little thing we'll take it off the market but now it turns out that we should have taken that one off. We should've taken it can't ticket. They're unbelievably safe. These things. it was a screw up. And they're going to have to go with that and it just pound at home for a couple of days and get people back on track. Maybe already too late. I mean isn't isn't the typical way to shame people into it. Isn't that what they're much better at. And to say you know. First of all. I think that it would be best to shame the red states. Jeff shame it doesn't matter. What the numbers are you already you pay. You've already played the clip showing that. That's what they're doing already right. So but wouldn't they just continue with that. I mean i don't think they can go back and say we all. We were too cautious. Nah i think something because this this this bad message that went out there is poisoned. Well well the pump the water out and put some new water in if i know these These folks and they are old school and they are behind the times on marketing. I think they'll try some some shit at the oscars tonight. Maybe they'll vaccinate. Robert deniro on.

You got to rent a car if you're doing this. She's now she's getting paid to do it. That's why it's horrible. And she's not disclosing it which is an f. T. f. t. c. Fdic violation but okay that we remember the we remember the spokes whole t by the way because this has been going on on tiktok incessantly for at least a month or what month. What am i saying. Why don't you call jim jordan. I'm sure he'll talk about it. In congress for hours jen psaki glenn greenwald of congress right. That's a bad one. Jen psaki Lifted a bit of the veil of the three billion dollars that the federal government is making available to promote vaccination for those who were vac who have high visibility Here's a reminder of what she said investing three billion dollars to states and community based organizations to strengthen vaccine confidence in the highest risk and hardest hit communities and often people Think of that as just black and brown communities and that is not as you've noted that is also conservative communities white evangelicals. it's a range of communities around the country We're also looking for we've run. Psa's on the deadliest catch. We're engage with nascar and country music tv. Okay so let's go checkout nascar. You recall that that. Nbc got a lot of this money. Nbc has a big celebrity star studded gala. Either coming or we missed it. i don't know so what. What else would you expect for them to continue with their spend their ad by they bought off Nascar a allama superstar dale jarrett. They put him on the track next to a nas car with a big nbc logo on it racetrax like this are mary special place especially for competitive ultra much. Though for the last year we've seen these stands be empty at these racists. We gotta get back to something. That's a lot more of our normal situation to where we have thousands of thousands watching these racists from the grandstands there with your friends with your family enjoying this time. I don't we go about getting back to that situation. Getting the vaccine. I've done my part. I did the research. I talked with my family. It was some very tough conversations that i had with my family but i had done. I know this is the way to get back to a much more normal life enjoying it where we can have fans in the stands once again enjoying what these drivers do as they perform a show and try to win the race kid. Sure you can't hear it as a driver when you're inside of there but when you make that pass for the lead and you're trying to win the race you know what's going on the net grandstand and there's not a better feeling at the end of a long day to get out as the winner and have those fans cheering he's gonna wind won the daytona five hundred of my family and friends. There wasn't a better feeling in my life super job there. They'll tell you rain it proud of you just exactly. What you have told your. I told me all along that. So do your part is safe is effective. And it's easy to get Do the work. But he whoever wrote dead made a mistake a mistake in their script by think and of course he's got. This thing is a very thick north carolina accent but he says this the greatest when he won the daytona five hundred greatest feeling in my life until i got the show. S that would. Why don't these people ever hire professionals beyond me. Why don't they hire pros. Like message has been going out. As i feel so great because i got shot or got to shot so i feel like a million dollars. I just got the nuts. Made me feel better than getting the shot. There is a wide open. it was like his size. It was you know a ten lane highway wide open. That line in now dropped it. Yeah i know. I know it by the way. Is this the best they can do fail. Jerry hasn't raced for twenty five. You well who else guy was gonna take that money and go against pretty much every nascar fan. There is whether they get the vaccine or not nascar fans don't like that they can take that shit next to nbc car please. I'm sure they have the they have the rights to the race. But come on and it doesn't really matter people because you know when you're in the seats you know you're going to be muzzled and now there's a clear divide over who is is in vaccinated at dodger stadium this weekend fans with proof can sit in fully vaccinated section but they have to wear masks on game day and it's not just the east coast west coast a what i had. Somebody argues be well. I think they should have have to have a a a one of these passports to get on an airplane because i don't want unvaccinated people sitting in the airplane with me and the response to that is a vaccine is so great. What you give a shit who sits next to you. You're vaccinated. why do you care unbeliev. Nobody has an answer for that. Well they certainly don't have an answer at oracle park. Either oracle park is starting to welcome back even more fans. And there's a special perk for those who are fully vaccinated their own seating sections. Dr peter jinhong is a professor of medicine and infectious disease at ucsf. He says even though all the people in the section will be vaccinated. There's still a risk. People may feel a little bit more than simple which is not the case The more civil you bring together even though they are vaccinated. It's not the same as being in a small group of that. Listen que- also have Think we also have the los angeles and now there's a clear divide over who is in is in vaccinate dodge them. Sorry i just did that. One it's everywhere you everywhere you're going to be in a special section with your mask with the matter. Which is ludicrous. ludicrous. Pictures all vaccinated. But you're and your weight your biscuit. This read together vaccinated. You're even go. You're the fourteen days out your vaccinated..

Hey i think there was an error and it was a weird one. Because i saw it. I didn't register. And then i check with my sister and then like oh my goodness did. We mistakenly put italy in in the newsletter instead of india regarding the covert outbreak. Now are you sure. I'm pretty sure. I go back and check. But i'm pretty sure i pulled this down from italy and then the stuff showed up on wires possible that original report was bad. Maybe i i screwed up. Let me say india's out of control. Let me just see what it says here. says italy in the newsletter. I knew was a mistake. Because i called willow unlike what the hell what's going on over there. Yeah no of course. I didn't understand it. You got to italy. Reference from anyway did call willow tusk and she said no. It's exactly the opposite. Were were doing great here however She works for a company that has outsources in india and she said Lots of her colleagues have tested positive. some May or may not be sick but they are staying home. Their chief technology officer was briefly hospitalized. But i have two other reports from clips about indian from italy. But i will say this when i pulled down the italy thing and then went to look for photos. Loaded with photos from italy. There's dipoto in the newseum venice venice and look for all that and could not find it anyway so this is from From one of our we'll to those clips you just short notes. Part of my job requires working closely with our india teams another producer this week. One of the guys are work with us. Telling about how corona things are where he is. that's why he says very similar curfews in place places of worship schools closed. Nobody wants to go back to the office. Everyone's getting a pet because they're staying at home. I mean this could be any more like us. Everyone's getting pets but this report let's see updated my experience working with indian dudes named ben. Our company outsource some of programmers to feel free to share on the show. I manage a team of programmers and qa analysts work from india since the start of covert. I was waiting for something bad to happen with the guys working overseas since everything so close together over there and they take their religious festivals. Very seriously for some reason. None of the guys on my team got cobra throat. Any of twenty nineteen twenty twenty. They would tell me how they're stuck in their homes and had curfews and only allowed to go out on certain days to get groceries at the worst of the pandemic in the past three months. I've watched five our team members. Go down with covid. They would be out for at least two to three weeks and some just never came back. One of the guys who got quote covid miraculously ended up with a new job after getting better. My point is simply that sing. Things seemed totally fine for a while but the last few months the virus was ripping through india. One of the guy said he was feeling sick. Got tested in the meantime he called the hospital spoke to manage told him if he had to be admitted they would have no beds for him or his family. The funny thing is this guy had a doctor living in his house who gave him some medicine and said his felt much better. He said it was the ready pack. It's the two cent ready. Pack that we've been talking about you bucks to bash. So what do we think. The way i see this It's very possible that this is a a strain people testing positive to me though. Just looking at the pictures looking at the store looking at the videos of people you know wailing away. I just feel so manhattan to me. You know with the with the video. I i feel very much the same and i want to mention something else before we go onto this forget i did. I do too little look at the tv. In the morning even assigned there's mostly just the Face the nation three by three. It was a very interesting report on on this stepping off the show. Some guy came wearing a detroit tigers. Had i don't know that was all well. Detroit is detroit is trying to get everyone to vaccinate. There's a lot of hesitancy there. So ooh yeah i feel it seems it seems as if the current hesitancy which is broad-based all across the country stuff. And if they're actually beginning to document and it turns out because of the dates and every once they they. They took the johnson and johnson vaccine off the market. That's when it began. What what. I think is that it. If you would there've been brainwashing the public at large thing all the vaccines are the same. Just get what. You can't get what you can get where you can get. We can get what you can. And so when they pull the johnson and johnson vaccine to this audience it said. Oh my god. This one's no good. They must all be good because of the connection between the three as yes. Can't get what you can. well did you hear. Did you hear the news report. That i think really turned everybody off of the vaccines. I mean. this was unbelievable. You when you when you do something like this on the news having you should be fired and you should have to sit in the pfizer dungeon now. This is indirect.
