Why Do We Sing in the Shower?
"I think we can all admit that we've pulled a Paris bueller once or twice while lathered up in the shower. Everyone sometimes grabs a handy bottle of shampoo was an Improv. Microphone and busts out a tune or two. There's just something completely satisfying about singing in the shower even celebrities do it. According to People magazine after Jack Black likes to belt out led Zeppelin and Wycliffe. Sean digs a little bruce springsteen everyone's a rockstar in the bathroom whether you have a voice like aretha Franklin or couldn't carry a melody if it had a handle but have you ever wondered about this phenomenon. Some of US wouldn't see in public if someone paid us. We'll sing in the shower without embarrassment. Believe it or not there is a scientific explanation behind our soapy. Musical stylings first. Let's look at why we're relaxed enough in the shower to bust into song. I think about it. You don't sing when you're sad unless you're singing the blues. Maybe for many people shower times the only time they're alone all day. You're in a warm small safe environment. You're comfortable enough to be in the buff stress literally washes off of you when you relax your brain releases dopamine which can give your creative juices a jump start. Warm waters rushing over you and now you're relaxed and feeling good. It turns out that singing makes you feel even better singing because of the breathing that you put into. It gets more oxygen to the blood. This gives you better circulation. Which in turn improves your body and mood. And because you have to breathe a little deeper to belt out a song you get some of the same relaxation and mind clearing benefits as meditation. Another neat thing. Is that when you're singing? You can't really think about your problems. More stress relief. But the best thing about sending in the shower the acoustics. You couldn't ask for a better sound system than a bathroom because bathroom tiles. Don't absorb sound. Your Voice bounces back and forth around the room before fading away and because the shower is a small space it boosts your voice and even adds a little base making your singing sound more powerful sound bouncing also gives your vocal styling a reverse effect which makes voice hang in the air longer and evens out variations in your singing. I think of it as a primitive auto tune. It makes you sound better than you normally would. Which is a confidence boost? We don't sing in the shower simply because we have that song stuck in our heads. You know the one it turns out. We do it for many reasons. Stress Relief happiness great acoustics or maybe just because we like to hear our own voices no matter what the reason keep it up. It's good for you and if you've never tried it pick a song and put on your own private concert.
"So why is featuring Stevie Wonder he announced on Saturday night and a concert in London that he's taking some time off to get into he's got a big three concerts left and then he's taking some time off because he's having a kidney transplant in September I saw that you did not provide any other information about the nature of his ailments but he was trying to quell rumors he said I'm good I had this surgery scheduled some think it's fine so that's that's encouraging some say simply I'm good I'm good I'm good like don't worry and affected me also say he's got a donor lined up yes I didn't know that I did know kidneys were like it makes it sound like a hair appointment I thought that like if you need a kidney or a list and then all my god they've got a kidney and then I get a kidney I didn't know don't worry in September I'll go get my kidney I'm happy for him but a lot of people too who would say this is a topic that I don't have time for right now but if you said Hey I'm Stevie Wonder I could sure use a kidney all somebody would give somebody would say Stevie I love you here's my kidney I would guess that's why it's actually lined up you know someone probably offered that's what I was thinking I thought wills STDs got it could be put on the first you have to be a match obviously it's a famous line from Ferris Bueller's day off when rumors about Faris's elements of are spreading around the school one girl says I heard that a Ferris dies he's giving his eyes to Stevie Wonder I do remember that he doesn't need your eyes he needs a

You can never get too much starting pitching. You have on your team right now. You have starting pitchers with Kershaw Kershaw. Bueller? Would stripling Denby ru it would then be Kayla? Ferguson. We bring him in he fills in for those starts. I don't think they like to spend money in this department, and they do it with pitchers and some of those guys you said are going to be relievers not starters at at least some they're going to be. Yeah. Like, Ferguson, we'll go down either be a reliever or go back down to AAA get some work there when you need him when they will need him. He's ready to come back up for the most part. And when it was time for him to hand off the ball. They guys took it out of the bullpen. And they ran with it. Dodgers pitching. Did not issue. A walk tonight. Wait with a home run Bellinger with a home run. Just enough hitting to get by a great defensive play by Taylor. A roster that needed help from just about everybody who was on the roster in order to win this series? Indeed. And you know, you talk about that play. Chris Taylor made a shot off of the bat of Christian. Let's go to the left centerfield gap at that point had the that ball gotten down would have tied up the game in when you talk about a momentum shift. It looked like it was heading in the way the brewers and Taylor's catch just really against silence. The crowd here and shut it down. And that would be it for the brewers offensively for the rest of the night. It was really a series of moments to very evenly matched teams could have gone either way in a number of games. Whether it was bellinger's hit in the thirteenth inning of game. Four Taylor's catch here tonight. It's just the dodgers appeared to come up big in those moments just slightly more often than the brewers did. Yeah. And you know with the brewers taking a two one lead in the series taking that first game in Los Angeles. You're thinking, oh, this could be that team of destiny that continues to move through. But in that thirteen inning game. There was a huge shift going for Monday night, a comfortable win for the brewers to extra innings thirteen and less than twelve hours. He was into it to me, that's how was supposed to be. But his first start will be on the road, and I think I will know more about Walker bueller when he gets on the road in Atlanta playing against a team that look, I don't know how the first two games going to go, but he's going to have to play in at third game to a point where you want to feel comfortable when he goes back out there because he's going to have to go for another game. He'd be your your game six starter or if you need to go in a seventh game. So that's why I think that game for him. I'll know more about him when he plays on the road at Atlantic. Yes, because every team is built to get six innings out of your starter, five innings out of your starter and turned over to eleven relievers and go from that. I think this is what's going to be the most interesting part about what the dodgers do between now and the trading deadline, which is coming up here in just a little bit more than a week, and that is, what do you do to get the ball to kenley Jansen because Janssen has been good this year. I, it's similar to Kershaw in the sense that he's still a good player. And if he comes out of the bullpen, you're not like, oh boy, we're doomed, but it's not a hurry dot and get over. I don't feel great about him even last. Neither do I and we saw what happened at the end of last year. He was on fumes. He was just he was done. He just wasn't able to to deliver a performance like he was early in the year, and I think you need to pitch him less moving forward, not more and who's gonna pitch that six, seventh and eighth inning to get to Janssen. That's what they gotta figure out between now and the managing. Maybe he'll go in there. There would could end back in the bullpen they're going to have arms, but then the problem is like which guy like you want by the time you get to the playoffs. You wanna have the blueprint there where you say, okay, we're going to use the starter here and then the left is going to be Alexander you. You have the plane, then sin ground, whatever it is and as good as the dodgers are. I can't figure out exactly what that blood pressure's gonna look like in the World Series. I don't know if you need that blueprint that's kind of benefit of being the dodgers when you have this much money in this money arms and that Ye other team doesn't necessarily have the program. This is our something guy. This gonna win it. They're not whinging they, they have people in that office that know what they're doing. The dodgers biggest advantage with their pitching is their offense. They're gonna score on runs the, they may do what we've seen. A handful of teams do the last year. Jock counting on that in the playoffs and then but like what you're talking about, Mike is a little bit like with the Lakers have with the rotation. It's too many, it's a lie. It's too many guys who are kind of the same..

Time get in the way What do I mean by that is this is kinda my this is a financial planner on the radio who's been. On the radio for eighteen years Talking about planning getting in the way. This depends on how you go about planning last week I talked a little bit about this and how people often times hold themselves back in life Based upon a plan or a preoccupation with some goal that in many respects might be obsolete Funny personalities can change dramatically throughout one's life study after study so here a very different person at.
