So Mina were too a struggles on him or was it something that chargers defense was doing that really got him out of sorts? What happened? Come on. Well, I would say it was his inability to respond to what the Chargers were doing. Mike Lee Daniel as well. But I want to focus on the charger side of this because it was a brilliant game plan. So well executed. And notably, it was actually different from what San Francisco did last week. So you guys remember I talked about last week how the niners corners did press a little bit to disrupt the timing of those dolphins wide receivers. But even though they press and got some pressure, guys were still open. Actually, about two thirds of two targets were to wide open receivers last week, meaning three yards or more of separation. This week, the Chargers quarterbacks pressed even more and they took away the middle of the field through a combination of leverage from their quarterbacks and then the linebackers and safeties. And as a result, only a third of to his targets were to open receivers. That does not happen with this dolphins offense. Guys are usually wide open. So I just wanted to give flowers to Brandon staley and then to this secondary that was banged up coming into this game just putting on quite a performance last minute. MK, I think last night is the blueprint to stop this Miami defense, not the two weeks ago from San Francisco. You talked about the leverage. The reality was, there was no one opened last night, and you could watch how tua because he has so much confidence and trust in the scheme in the offense was throwing to cover guys. This is the leverage that Mina's talking about. Look how both those defenders are higher inside. Two is thrown it because he realizes that it has been open so many times this year. What wasn't yesterday because the leverage of their plane. There's a leverage again. The coach is so good. I hit my back foot completion that when it doesn't happen, you can get impatient and that's when you started to see some of those forces from tua when guys were open. Yeah, that's fascinating because it almost gives credit to what the offense was doing before. But that's why I think it could be a blueprint for other teams to copy it. You're playing pop warner for something where you had any kind of excitement where you weren't world-weary where you weren't cynical. You were genuinely enthusiastic like naive enthusiastic. Was there ever that kishan all the time you get excited when big moments come man i this is. This is an exciting time in terms of football thursday. Night cowboys bucks. Everybody's watching the. I'm i'm excited. Be honest with you for football regular season the so we could actually have real football talk about not all of this. Oh he did this in the preseason or he was great at doing this preseason or did you see him in college no now we get ready to see live. Bullets go to flying in your reactions. So i'm excited to be able to walk in here friday and break all that down for everybody so they can really understand. There's a difference. These are different levels here. Max from the preseason all of it to the regular season to the season and into the super bowl is here. But i'm preseason doesn't do much for me other than because it makes the job a little easier more fun regular season especially y'all this is the dallas cowboys against the defending champion. You brought that up the other day, the coaching staff intact to their at home. Dallas is missing Zack Martin. All of this right back is coming off the shoulder and the beating the whole thing. To me. All the pressures on Tampa is this is like all upside for Dallas. All potential downside for Tampa unless they Winky Yeah. I mean, it is it. Dallas is playing with house money, right? It's one of those situations where they have really nothing to lose. For the most part. But when you talk about a loaded team like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home, they're not going to get caught up in the ring celebration of dropping of the dropping of the banter all then that's not going to happen. You know it's like one of those things and it's it's you're expecting that kind of liam niessen hero or jason bourne for that matter to come in and and you know kick some ass and have the have the skill set to kind of solve all the problems. This is decidedly. Not that movie. It's a movie about a real dude. A real like a roughneck. Who's in that situation. What was said but the greatest dissemination of this information throughout the media was kamala harris. And that's because she had the biggest largest bully pulpit and she said and i'm paraphrasing. i would not take the vaccine of donald trump. who's advocating or promoting it. Now this is the same vaccine. That biden is now swearing. By and i would think since she was able to get wall to wall media coverage without that sound bite that probably three hundred million people in the united states but she said out of those we know at least seventy five seventy seven million people voted for her and joe biden so she got to influence half the population of the united states to at least the doubtful or in some way have some suspicion about that vaccine because what she i clicked tom. You're making thank you so much for calling in from connecticut. You're making a clay. He's an excellent point here. The origins really in at least american political discourse a vaccine hesitancy came from democrats like vitamin harris themselves. Who were saying. I mean you know. But i don't understand how anybody out there who has listened to everything. You're working on a book. Boy how do you. How do you put the shannon life into one book. That's that'll be a fascinating read. While there's there's certain s there's different aspects of his great career as a high school athlete here. Maybe among the top four or five best high school athletes we've ever had for around athleticism. You know football baseball basketball player to And then there's his playing career in the big leagues and and what is playing might have been at mizzou with eddie actually played other than freshman football and then as fifty years of broadcasting which is the centerpiece of the book and a lot of broadcasters have agreed to talk to me about him. Just haven't got them all lined up yet but that'll be the primary focus and and The key is that. Mike remembers a lot of stories. And there's that over the years he kind of slipped his mind little bit and these other guys need to remind him of those stores. Then we'll get some more information. Maybe some have grown over the years to embellish. That could well be. I could welby and some probably could not be in the book. Maybe you know when you were young reporter. What do you use this for so you can just on a very simple version. You can look at One of these. Ut log p charts and see where the temperature and dew point converge and diverge. And what that will tell you is. Where's the level of the clouds where to the clouds. Start where the bases where the tops you know you when you start really looking into these things. They become A predictor where you can start looking at Where the potential is four thunderstorms tornadoes. Hail all sorts of weather phenomena that are important us as as pilots.
