"To your calls dot Connor is on the line in Wisconsin listening he says for the first time Connor how are you tuning us in here tonight yeah hi I actually I've never heard of this British own soul a Derek from any page views on your one earlier today show interconnection the founder and CEO Trudy's rear which is integrated with unpaid chill out we were simply a blockchain based review system you are you big on blockchain the currency blockchain to validate refused by organizing proof of purchase and tying that sure yeah Derek Jake called earlier and told us about the system and it seems like it's available right now in alpha form true reviews that I was was it was at the site yeah and and I think you know the more important thing really is you know I was listening zero first of all I mean during the conversation under function and more thoughtful conversations really interesting you know I I want to say one thing is that your you guys have a conversation about the free market insulation company then you know there is a big opportunity to build alternatives to the existing tech companies that are doing things the way that we wanted to I I think you know the bitcoin blockchain the blockchain allows us to build new technologies to really compete with existing technology companies and and I I really am excited about I think that for example of you know what we're doing is leveraging the concoction of the database and using that option open distributed system to validate reviews right but I think ultimately the key I'm sorry does he said just to to what you're saying the bit coin S. V. blockchain has really shown some some promise in recent months there is another website called twitch that Derek J. has promoted here on free talk live I signed up for that it's also S. V. based and it is essentially a competitor to Twitter I accept your writing your posts you you pay a small amount like two or three cents worth of bitcoin SP and you can post imminently to the big point US be blockchain there's nobody who can not not you know but if there's no one else who can go in and remove your posts so that someone sensible if effectively the same thing is true about these reviews that people are posting through truth uses americana exactly and and reported thing really is that you know this is a new one to Tushar Komodo create the coin ten years ago this is what we should have been working on and years ago storms now talk about what still gives you centralized platforms and compete with all these platforms well it is right there to build on on the record as the blockchain I'm just a suggestion Aucklanders in ten years ago so I really think the decline is the blockchain allows us to build these competitors that everyone so desperately want and need and therefore we don't need regulation that like trump is proposing the right all the Twitter call because it's not going to solve the problem I'd like to just point out to anybody out there and you guys didn't support what trump was saying just volunteer yes I'm not proposing any legislation or regulation right I'm saying that there's a real problem here and I don't know what to do about well I agree with what Connor saying you have to out compete these people that's the only answer because if you turn to the state you're going to find that they're not going to solve this problem for you or they're only going to make things worse and they're only going to destroy more freedom of speech well this is likely get involved I mean let's take a look at what happened with bit coin originally this is a call about crypto currencies and I don't know what happened but if I was the conspiratorial sort I might say that the government somehow got involved in big goin to the point that they looked around in the original decor a cap to the the transaction a mountain so you know made big coin a useless is the block size is what you're talking about right exactly is capped and yes I've always thought that dives that blockstream which was the company that came in it brought a bunch of developers and it was in many cases as I understand it the blockstream developers who were insistent that the block size must not grow and I've always thought that they were influenced somehow by government to damage our bitcoin and the reason is because as an IT professional once you have a system deployed in production I believe that you it's not absolutely necessary to do what ever it takes to keep that system up and functioning in meeting customers needs and that's exactly what the BTC people refused to do when blockchain with or when bitcoin was at its height in what should have been our shining hour they dropped the ball they refused to implement the obvious solution and which is what because Richard feared a half to four hundred B. C. R. yeah Roger veer to have to thirty what do you think about that real quick go ahead well I I think the important thing is is look there's been a lot of cryptocurrency infighting for the past ten years and and I think the court has lost the battle of digital payments to the financial systems like PayPal open all these things but the important thing to remember is that the big corn issue we don't need to argue anymore because the blockchain work is recorded as originally intended you can now build really innovative technologies during our case for example three now partner with any and now we can do is you can go into a store you can pay with cryptocurrency that purchase can be tokenized on the blockchain but when you go to make a real review later on we actually validate your not some person just ask for certain reviews we actually solve the astro turf problem by balloting things onto this distribute boxing the important thing really is that like we don't need to fight anymore there's a blockchain that does everything that everyone wants me there it works right now and you can build even though really useful blockchain and I've seen some pretty cool tools there's for whatever reason people love their little teams they loved their they're fighting and they love their disagreements so it's like what we can tell all sorts of sorry is your system open source systems or use a wallet that is open source is that what you're well okay obviously the the blockchain itself is is open source I guess the question is how difficult would it be for other sites to say well you can leave your review here instead because for example the true review site is down R. how do you cope with yes a good question I mean that's why honestly we're not trying to be a competitor to tripadvisor we're building technology that supervisor can you start alright so the important thing to do is no one understands this blockchain thing let's build these technologies are actually into that aren't possible without a global blockchain would build a technology and allow other companies to use it and that's how you get knocked option of crypto don't get master document cryptocurrency by going and telling your friends and family Hey we have this new monetary system is going to be the chaos system and by the way digital payments record people don't care about that anymore right yeah and they definitely don't tell me you got to pay five dollars to send a transaction like you do on the coin BTC blockchain great hearing from you thanks for sharing your techniques with us tonight I'd appreciate what you guys are doing out there and I'm it'll be interesting to see how that grows in the future and if you know people actually start to adopt it because it sounds pretty useful we're out of time for tonight don't forget elect nobody dot com he's get ready to kick off his campaign next week the out so if you want to help them out you can get on over there and there are ways to do that nobody dot com and we will see you tomorrow night actually the Marianas addition of free talk live is live from the Northern Mariana Islands money once upon a time there was even a little Molly two years later just me and my life doesn't always go as planned fortunately Steve's plan for the unexpected they were taken care of the United of Omaha there for us United of Omaha we serve families with care and compassion in their time of need the majority of.

"What about pch? Well it would cost. A fair cost a lot of money to implement bitcoin. It probably wouldn't cost as much to implement other coins Into that system but it will likely cost quite a bit and almost. No one uses Well of course. Bitcoin expensive to you so that could be why. But we don't have like a bunch of people banging down the door saying hey can I use pch? Or can I use Dasher. Can I use BITCOIN S V? It's not like there's a large demand for it. Unfortunately there's hardly anybody this source for that system. Yes I believe. It was an open source system provided by. I'll have to have to do a little digging. I think it was my silly and I think they have a open source system that you can use for website donations. I'd be interested in having look at that sometime just to see if there's an easy route to maybe upgrade that software and get other coins in there because BTC is so expensive to you that it's basically sting B. C. H. B. S. V Dash anything but the original. Yeah unfortunately the programs of very small program I mean we're a nationally syndicated talk show and we've been around for a couple of decades. Now we don't even quite have two hundred amplifiers so it's an exclusive group than we appreciate all of them including Keenan freetalklive silver amplifier. You join him over at amp dot freetalklive dot com so we go back to your calls and thoughts. Connor is on the line in Wisconsin Listening he says for the first time Connor. How are you tuning us in here tonight? I am I actually. I've never heard of this radio and so Derek from any pay. He was on your wine earlier today. Show actually the founder and CEO your which is integrated with any paid show out We are essentially a blockchain based review system to Bitcoin blockchain because see botching To valley reviews by tokenism purchase and then tying it to Derek J. called earlier and told us about the system and it seems like it's available Right now Alpha true reviews dot. Io was was it was at the site. And I think you know the more important thing really is you know I was listening to your first of all have joined the conversation. I mean. I'm definitely going to tune in this more flu conversations and really interesting You know I I want to say one thing is that you know you guys have a whole conversation about the free market and social media companies and you know. There is a big opportunity to build alternatives to these existing companies. That aren't doing things the way that we want them to I think you know the bitcoin. Blockchain specifically the claims you blockchain Allows us to build new technologies to really compete with the existing like you see technology companies I really am excited about. I think that for example You know we're doing is leveraging bitcoin blockchain database and using that to have some open distributed system to validate reviews. But I think ultimately the key upstart does just to to what you were saying. the BITCOIN. Sv blockchain has really shown some some promise in recent months There's another website called twitch that Derek J. has promoted here on free talk live. I signed up for that. It's also. Sv based and it is essentially a competitor to twitter. Except you're writing your posts you you pay a small amount like two or three cents worth of Bitcoin v and you can post permanently to the BITCOIN blockchain. There's nobody who can no not you know but but there's no one else who can go in and remove your posts so it's uncensored able effectively in the same thing's true about these reviews that people are posting through of us. Isn't that right? Connor exactly and important thing really is that you know this isn't new Wants to Toshiaki. Modo created bitcoin ten years ago. This is what we should have been working on and years ago So everyone is now talking about. Let's still decentralize platforms and compete with all these platforms. Well it's it's right there to build on on the. Bitcoin is blockchain just as a Toshiaki modal invasion ten years ago so I really think the Bitcoin blockchain allows us to to build these competitors that everyone so desperately wants and needs and therefore we don't need regulation that trump is proposing to solve the twitter problem. Because that's not going to solve the problem. I'd like to just point out to anybody out there and you guys didn't support what trump was saying just here. I'm not proposing any legislation or regulation. I'm saying that there's a real problem here and I don't know what to do about well. I agree with what Connor saying. You have to out compete these people. That's the only answer. Because if you turn to the state you're GONNA find that they're not going to solve this problem for your. They're only going to make things worse in their only GonNa destroy more freedom of speech. Well get involved. I mean let's take a look at what happened with Bitcoin. Originally this is a call about crypto currency and. I don't know what happened but if I was the conspiratorial sort I might say that. The government somehow got involved in Bitcoin to the point that they to ruin the original decor cap. The the transaction amount and made bitcoin a useless. It's the blocksize is what you're talking about right. Cap and es I've always thought that that block stream which was the company that came in brought a bunch of developers and it was in many cases as I understand it. The block stream developers who were insistent that the block size must not grow. And I've always thought that they were influenced somehow by government to damage. Bitcoin and reason is because as an IT professional once. You have a system deployed in production. I believe you. It's absolutely necessary to do whatever it takes to keep that system up and functioning and meeting customers needs and that's exactly what to. Btc People refused to do when blockchain was or when Bitcoin was at its height in what should have been our shining hour. They dropped the ball. They refuse to implement the obvious solution. And which is what caused Richard Vere to have to four hundred BC. Roger Veer have to go ahead. What do you think about earthquake? Go ahead. Well I think the important thing is is..

"Welcome to a another episode of marketing school. I'm Eric SU and I'm meal. And today, we're gonna talk about what to expect for marketing school life, which is our live event. That's happening in six days now, June twenty nine that's a Saturday, by the way, we actually haven't even that's happening to prevent that's happening June twenty eight th which is Friday so kneel before I even go to new you Neil, this live event, just to give you guys a recap those of you that are just hearing of it. Now it is. Because we love our audience first and foremost, we love our community, and we promise that, once we broke a million dollars in a one month period that we would do a live event, which is what's happening. So there is going to be a lot of amazing things. Happy neil. You can start it off first and I'll add to it. Yes. So one of the things expect from our green school is going to be some, awesome new fresh content. Eric, and I give doses small doses all the content that we have a marketing school won't be short. It will be a bit longer than our five six. Minute podcast episodes. But the information is still going to be concise compact. And it's going to be impacting in which it's going to give you points that if you follow him, you'll do. Well, right. So the key is to give you action will take aways versus fluff information. Yeah. So the other thing I'll say is this, we've got two hundred people coming from companies averaging let's say ten million dollars a year in revenue. You got BTC people beat people. But the point is going to be amazing marketers amazing entrepreneurs and it's gonna be great. I don't even wanna say networking. It's going to be great relationship building, which is part of the reason Neil, and we'd like to do things online, but we also understand the power of face to face. We know that goes a long way, you know, some of the people that you're gonna meet you end up becoming lifelong friends with you're going to do business with but it's just amazing things happen, where people get together so really excited about that. Eric, and I will be there, we're going to be networking with all the guys getting to know you, helping you answering your questions. This isn't going to be a pitch for we try to sell you on anything the goals, just to educate and help you out. And we are going. To be providing food and stuff like that. You don't have to worry about being hungry or anything, what we're gonna have mushroom coffee. I worked out a deal with four six Matic they're shipping out, three hundred mushroom coffee. So we're gonna have that too, and mushroom coffee. I'm pretty sure Eric means no drugs, no drugs. Yes. No drugs guys. I I'm not into I don't even like mushrooms. I mean, the drug or like the regular mushroom yet. In addition to that Eric, and I are going to be doing a live version of marketing school during the event, it's going to be much longer than five minute episode. I don't know how long it's going to be. I think we have a template for thirty minutes or hours, something like something like that. But the idea is people are going to be asking questions, and then we're going to be answering them live. So you can ask questions to we can kind of pre see them ahead of time. In addition, we're going to be recording. Everything we're gonna livestream it, we also have a mazing list of speakers. For example, one of them is unique from next. Eva, he's going to be speaking. He has one of the biggest phone services funny enough. My company uses them. I. Dis as well. I use them to I it's a great company before that he created I power web and not got rolled up into during international, which is publicly traded, then he created. I think it's called site lock site lockup site law, which is was a big company as while you're talking about well into the eight figures than his company exterior. There will rebound employees there. Well into the nine figures of the give numbers publicly a hundred seventy million a year. There you go. An my guess, is in the next two to three years. They'll be valued at over a billion dollars. Best of all, he's done this without taking any investor money. It's amazing. We can, you know, we got some amazing other speakers to God. We've got people from g two, which was formerly G to crowd often monster people that founded word stream and the co founder of healthy kabuki, which does over one hundred million dollars a year. She's going to be speaking to a really stacked list for our very first event. So we're really proud of that. So what else is going on? We are also. Speaking as well. Right from Delhi, TB owner. Yes. I also speaking WB are often monster. He's one of the most powerful people in the WordPress, ecosystem, yet I love about this. I is he always comes with cutting edge tactics that no one else is talking about, you know, there's some speakers who come on stage they're super polish, their smooth talkers and site is a good talker. And he is smooth and polished, as well. But that's not what I love him for what I love him for. Is he super technical, and he's able to break down crazy, cool effective marketing tactics at knowns doing and in a way that easy to understand in Berlin for anyone, even if you're just getting started in marketing. Yup. And the other thing I'll say to the night before Friday just to get people kind of get people acquainted with each other. We're doing a my friends Japanese restaurant nearby and downtown LA, where we're doing the opening night, happy are where people, you can meet people in a head of time, build relationships and then before the. Today where we start on the vent. So what else do we got going on? Oh, by the way, you mentioned the recording, so we are the live stream that's going to be free. So when you watch it live. It's going to be free, but just a heads up just nobody gets angry de actual recordings itself. Some people have paid for it. So the recording the recordings after those are going to be paid for. But if you wanna watch it live as it's happening that is going to be free, so we look forward to seeing you there. Hopefully, if not hopefully, it'll be live. And yet, thank you guys very much for supporting us and coming to our free event. This is huge amazing thing that Eric and I are doing we love it to death were not doing it to make any money or anything like that. Our goal is to just Kate and provide. And that's why we ended up doing this. Thank you for getting us. Two million dollars without you'd. This would not be possible hundred percent. And one more thing. We are. Also in coming up. We're gonna talk about what's going to happen. Aftermarket school live. We do have Neilan have discussing another person that we have coming down the pipeline that people have expressed interest in so stay tuned for secret announcement that is going to be coming. But the vendors happening you could still apply. There's still time to apply right now. Segal rain dot com slash DT LA to put in your application. We, we do need proof of California, residents or proof of hotel, or proof of travel that we can show that you have proven that you, you put some skin in the game because if you don't put skin in the game, unfortunately, we cannot make the ticket happy because there's over a thousand people thousands of people actually that have applied, and we can only let in two hundred people so we need to make sure that there is some skin in the game. So the attendance rate will be high single grain dot com slash detail. We hope to see you at the event, and with that being said, we'll see you tomorrow. This.

"Yeah. There's a big fight between, you know, the BTC people PCH people as to who's who. It's not a big fight. Yeah. That's a big four. World war. Geek, and I don't feel like I overstated. That's not too far off. Now, I try to be coin agnostic. I'm like, the ones soul. I'm not I'm not a bitcoin maximalist. But I do think it has a lot of a lot of history and a lot of potential, and I I like the direction of it. I liked the technical direction. It's going in. I did not agree with the bitcoin cash. Fork? I didn't think it was good idea. But that doesn't mean that I'm going to quit being friends with people PCH inevitable rarely last what three or four years before it happened, right? Right. Three years, and basically one group of people was telling another group of people your opinions sucks, and you're not getting what you want sit down and shut up, right? Forecast. We know what they were saying things like forecast. Also once you four cough, and well when they did. And I've got to say that the of I I don't know anything about the tech. I hope the best for all all these coins tidy too. But I know how human beings work, and I know what an a whole, Liz. I saw lots and lots of holes. Honestly, I saw them on both both sides high certainly have more of them on the BTC side that I saw on the D C H side because you're coming from the BBC H point of view. And and if you talked to BTC people they will say exact the exact same thing in reverse. What are they they complain about Roger vir, specifically Rogers? Garnered a lot of higher and definitely had some very public. What I would call misteps Irina absolutely things that if you know if you Roger that he didn't have a lot of training, and how to be the spokesperson for this stuff. Bitcoin Jesus pushing bitcoin itself, he, you know, he did it sort of behind the scenes. Yes, did some TV interviews those kind of things. But as these sort of bitcoin cash guy like the only guy out there. There was talking to anybody. That's what he was previously. And then became the bitcoin cash guy a lot of people felt betrayed and be Roger felt like he was against the world and people who feel like they're against the world often take things a bit too far. You know and need to be reined back. And I think that if you ask him about any specific thing that made you upset about his behavior likely. He would say, yeah, I did that. And I'm sorry because I've seen a lot of videos where he's walked back some things if we have a world where you can't make a mistake. Then you don't have much of a world. I can tell you the mistakes are all over there on the BTC side. But you know, these these people that are very very partisan one side of the other. They don't want to acknowledge that their side is as made mistakes. Yeah, it's interesting, and I don't want to make this a whole Roger veer show. But I will say this the thing that upsets me the most about the BTC people that that love to criticize. Roger they'll come out and say, you know, what Rogers just a status he's just you know, he's just one of those guys that he wants to he wants to eat. He's offer you know, centralized. Oh, man. Because he wants control of the bitcoin cash not just that. But that he's a flat out status. He's not a real libertarian. And and you know, I've spoken with Roger more than a couple of times. And this is one guy who literally went to jail defying the government. And I don't doubt we can disagree on coins. And we can disagree on all this stuff. But he's he's somebody. I look up to certainly from a liberty point of view. And I know what he's he's been a friend of the show for an awfully awfully long time. I think that should be a relevant. I know. No. I I don't I don't because there are not that many ways for the message of liberty to get out there in mainstream media. He's shown his dedication to the the message of liberty. Yes that and he has done that by being a friend to freetalklive y'all ever. I don't think that the fact that he's supported free talk live for five years if he comes out. And so I mean, those those of you who are these big coin core supporters out there, you need to understand that Ian has had conversations with Roger that if that he has had with other crypto people, and you know. Communication skills. When talking about what he wants to get in the crypto world can sound very adamant, right? Roger immediately saw the value in what he would say and would implement it changed the way he's doing fix, right? We've had other people be like, well, I quit advertising. And I'm not paying my Bill. Right. Because we said, hey, you know, something about your software is not working, right? Right. So I. Yeah. I know a good conduct is anyway. Bad-conduct here. All right. Let's go back to the story from the Atlantic about well. Junior high school students telling us how they should be educated. I think is what it comes down to. Nobody should be forced to do something. That makes them uncomfortable says all now a fourteen year old and eighth grade who like all students quoted asked to be referred to only by her first name. Even even though speaking in front of class supposed to build your confidence Sparta schoolwork. I think if students really unsettled and anxious because of. If you should probably make it something less stressful school isn't supposed to something students should feel okay. How can I know as teacher whether somebody is really unsettled an anxious or just saying they are gonna. They pass out. That's fine. If you pass out you're done for the rest of the speech. Guard go up and give blood kits. I the if you make it out an easy out an out like. I have a I self identify as a person with a mental health issue. Well, then what am I gonna do here? Let's just move this remove this from curriculum. I mean, do you self identify as somebody who's not gonna make money in this world to do you self identify as somebody who's unsuccessful and going to live in their parent's garage. Is that what you do maybe some of them do that happens? There have been there are people living in their parents.

"You know, people in crypto are all like tiger pas and people like be k. there's people. All right. Thanks. Papa Sanni at the NYSE. Well, bitcoin may have outperformed all coins, but our next guest doesn't think it's the cream of the crypto world because tonight's documentary is such a momentous event that explores the highs and lows of bitcoin. We thought we kick off our own bitcoin special with none other than bitcoin Jesus himself Roger veer. He joins us now on the phone from South Korea, Roger, good morning to you. Good morning. Good afternoon to you in New York, good afternoon to you. Let's kick it off right with bitcoin cash because that's that's where you're putting your all your eggs in in terms of the crypto basket. It's down about thirty five percent this month. Does the price tell us the story bitcoin cash in terms of the adoption in the use of bitcoin cash for transactions? Do you think who moment ago the announcer talk about the reasons why the Mark down, but I think he left out the most important reason that BTC coin is no longer, or at least last December wasn't usable for commerce at all. These became high transactions became slow and unreliable and people like myself and everybody else that was trying to actually use it for commerce stopped and switch to something else. And that's something else looks most likely to be bitcoin cash for the most number of people. And yet it's down a lot this year. But I remember when I bought my first bitcoins at about a dollar and they went all the way up to thirty dollars that summer in two thousand eleven and then dropped all the way back down to two dollars a more than ninety percent drop over the next year there. But in investing or in hockey, you don't skate to where the puck is currently you skate to where it's going to be in the future. And it's very clear that all the adoption in the merchants and all sorts of businesses I've been built on top of bitcoin cash at this point. So for the future, I think the coin cash is the best investment standpoint and but I don't recommend anybody Bill put all of your investments in crypto currency and don't put all your cryptocurrency and then into one single cryptocurrency, diversify, diversify, ever. Suffice name of the game comes to investing. So what does your, what does your crypto portfolio look like right now? Roger. I hope more bitcoin cash than anything else, but I have some either. I have some z. cash, the coin, the minero, some Basha and it's all to be as well. So a little bit of everything is that idea. Of course, a some ripple and stellar. Your take your pick diversified ever. Five diversifies singly game. Are you more diversified in your portfolio than you were say a year ago. So was maybe two, maybe even three years ago. Now I saw the writing on the wall in regards to the BTC people not wanting bitcoin to be able to scale to the used for money. They had this just absolutely insane idea in the mind that high fees and slow transactions, and that were congestion was a good thing. And they literally top about popping the champagne when hit fifty dollars per transaction on the BTC network. And I saw that coming down the line and that's what spied at that point. I owned like ninety nine percent by cryptocurrency holdings for in bitcoin DC, and it was when I saw this just crazy economic, talk for these people talk about how high seas or a good thing that that inspired me to buy a bunch of other crypto currencies. At the time I did that bitcoins market share was like ninety nine percent of all the crypto currencies today. It's a somewhere south of fifty percents, and I think it's gonna continue to go lower because they're openly cheering for high fees and slow active of client BTC network, which is. Just insane. Anybody realizes the crypto currencies are supposed to be usable as a currency, and currencies don't have high fees and slow transactions. Just, hey, Roger, it's case on curious on bitcoin cash..
