I never feel like I have to defend the powerful mean Lebron and Tom Brady your don't have to defend them but I do there is something in my genetic makeup, my dna where it bothers me when I think somebody's way better than he's given credit for maybe I feel like sometimes you know maybe that's a personal thing I don't know but it does bother me when there's an athlete and I'm like, can you give them a little of here? He's not getting respect. Derek Carr cracks me up. So. There's an article out today about the five or six quarterbacks that have a lot to gain and lose in the NFL and there they talk about Derek Carr. And I'm like they're talking about Derek Carr is gonNA get replaced by Marcus Mariota. Okay. Derek Carr is way better than Marcus Mariota now nick foles and trubisky. I would go with Foale's. Derek Carr is good. Let let me give you an example. Derek Carr is largely been carrying. This s show for about five years. Later he's been carrying them last year. He had a rookie running back in a rookie wide receiver and a new wide receiver and a new tight end four thousand yard passer rating over one hundred. Seventy percent completion percentage are you kidding me yet? He's going to get replaced. Those are great numbers on a terrible defensive team where he has to pass usually because they trail by the third quarter by double digits Derek cars the only quarterback left in a league that's good and we'll get any love. It's very Tony Romo. Let me talk about Tony Romo over a second. So Tony Romo was classic because Tony Romo played the cow and the raiders are a big brand by the way but Tony Romo made some really big gaffes in some big television games and then he'd drop the snap Tony Romo dropped a snap against Seattle and a playoff game it's like. We thought Tony Romo's not clutch. Hell, if that's true Tony Romo. Was Unbelievably Clutch. He's the fourth highest passer rating in the history of the NFL in the fourth quarter Tony Romo was totally clutch I- argument for years but because he had a couple of big gaffes in big cowboy massive rating, TV? Games he's not clutched. Tony Romo's twenty-nine. Career fourth quarter come from behind drives. That's more than Joe Montana Okay Tony Romo was clutch. Clutch Really Clutch all-time Clutch. Fourth old time passer rating fourth. And this is Derek Carr. Instability of the raiders on his fourth coach because the stadiums of mass the owners, the poorest owner that I think the raiders bring down his brand I think, Derek Carr is better than the organization he plays for. Last year, we had the second highest completion percentage to drew brees. He had he was eighth in yards with a bunch of rookies. He was a new receiver, a new tied end, the rookie wide receiver. He was ninth in passer rating above Aaron, Rodgers into Shawn Watson and by the way he doesn't only picks. Don't we give Aaron Rodgers all this credit. We're always like, Aaron never throws picks all the good and never the bad Derek Carr doesn't it only picks And so I thought today I'll do my. My. Blind resume game with Derek. Carr that. The raiders. pull his brand down there. Now, I don't think Derek top five quarterback. I have him about eleven or twelve but this idea that mark, Bruce Grad Caskey was on our show yesterday senior analyst pro football focused analyst analyst analytics. Here's what he said about the Mario to Derek Carr comparison. I don't think Mariota holds cars jockstrap to be honest with you. I think car the way he is a passer the do can sling it I, mean he can make plays in. He's lucky. He's a top ten passing grade I last year he's been in the top ten. You know two times out of his career Mariota's never been there. Mariota's never sniff more than a semi to passing grade and chorus had a seventy seven passing grade three seasons already. So I just I just think as a passer car is above and beyond listen Derek Carr had a year in two thousand sixteen where he was a borderline MVP. If. You remember that year he was twelve and three. He had seven fourth quarter game winning drives. Now again, I'm not putting him in the elite category of the the the the you know the Lamar's Russell's in the Rogers I'm not but good God folks. He's the only really good top twelve quarterback in the league that gets no love from anybody coach doesn't like you. So let's do blind resume. So here are the stats that matter what your completion percentage, what's your passer rating and what you're teed interception ratio. So for our listeners on radio, he completes sixty percent of his throws his passer ratings and ninety one any throws two point, three touchdowns for every interception. So blind resume. The guy next to him has the same completion percentage, slightly higher passer rating and less of a TD interception ratio. So who is at? Philip rivers in Philip Rivers. By the way last three years has had unbelievable weapons has a great GM and Oh, by the way many of you say he's better than ally manning. You voted into the hall of fame. So Derek Carr career numbers. Are, and by the way, the best GM and the NFL is arguably Chris. Ballard. Indianapolis. He went and signed no good Philip rivers. Okay give me another one. Okay this quarterback blind resume has a lower completion percentage then car slightly higher passer rating and much lower teed interception ratio much lower who is at. Joe. Montana okay. Okay okay. Okay. The Go. All right. Yeah. Okay. See WHO's one of this game? Okay and by the way. Ownership Raiders not good coaching stability not good defense always playing from behind that hurts not good. All right. Let's do resume. Because you could say, well, that one Colin is kind of a generation thing. It was a different game. Okay. So this radio listeners completion percentage is lower than car passer rating is slightly lower than car and the td to interception ratio is. Lower than car who's this? Man Staffer. Okay. Number One pick, Matt, staffer. Well. I mean it's the lions. Excuse me it's the raiders. And Matt Stafford by the way had Calvin Johnson who in.

"Bruce Grad caskey eleven years in the NFL played Tampa Brown Raiders Bengals steelers. And he knows this league now pro football focus and he is joining us now pro football focus senior analyst via the global satellite network. So it's funny. We got a couple. We've got a couple of teams this year. Raiders are one of them where. We think Derek. Cars. Are Starter. Marcus Mariota's right behind him and they're paying marcus a lot of money to be a backup. Could that could there be friction there I mean you've been in camps before where you don't have a superstar quarterback there be friction within the raiders. If they let it. But look I think Jon Gruden was Jus- compliment. Mariota. What he brings to the team and to be honest Colin I don't think Mariota holds cars jockstrap to be honest with you. I think are the way he is is a passer the do can sling it Yummy. He can make plays in. He's lucky he's a top ten. Passing, grade I last year, he's been in the top ten. You know two times out of his career Mariota's never been. Mariota's never sniff more than a seventy two passing grade and chorus had a seventy seven passing grade three seasons already. So I just I just think as a passer core is above and beyond but also car only has seventeen big time throws to twelve turnover worthy plays for us. So that's work car needs to. Get better pushed the envelope, hold the bone of pocketed tad longer. Wait for that receiver to get open because you can feel it don't get your check down too soon I wanNA see more big time throws from him and also use your legs on third down and five scrambled for that I. I think that's what Gruden wants and that's why Mariota excites them a little bit. You know there's two ways to look at Baker Mayfield. A bad coach last year right it off or you can say listen his accuracy was bad like he he hit a ceiling. The League is figured him out. He's not. He's not a number one pick he's a franchise quarterback but closer to a case keenum than Patrick mahomes where do you land on Baker after a messy year? While tell you caller last year, there's this a ton of lack details and I think that her Baker Mayfield and that offense whether it is ob J. going a step or two too far down field. The timing of rhythm was off. That's what hurt bakers accuracy offense line having a tight end block of three defensive end and pass protection may Baker. Mayfield. Get the ball out Tattoo soon there goes the accuracy there. So I think Mayfield has it I think in this system was too fancy is GonNa help them even more with that play action pass. So I to give up on them calm call and I think he's going to have a good year and I think this offense I think chemists. Defense fancies really gonNA help them. You know it's interesting. Tom. Brady. Has got a lot of weapons you played in Tampa but here's the thing Erin System Bruce is much more push it down the field and I think Tom's is fine but he they did lose their right tackle or left tackle who opted out and Tom doesn't like to get hit I noticed that New England so to get Mike Evans or Chris Godwin you stay in the pocket longer you gotTa hold the ball longer you just lost your left tackle. Do you think there's any potential potholes for TOM IN TAMPA? That this offense is not hike get rid of it it is a sit in the pocket let them play develop offense Well and that's the difference between Bruce Arians offense in Josh mcdaniels mcdaniel foods very strategic on mismatches running backs, verse linebackers. He's had a specific plan every game plan every game. But I, think Tom Brady don't forget I mean him in rhythm as a passer if you give him time, he grades for us over ninety. So he still can do it. Now the other side pointed alcohol verse pressure. He's not the greatest his grades in a forty, four us that's not that good but I think Tom Brady. The way he is offense line around on the Weapons He has around that coaching staff. It's a more free environment and Brady's going to elevate his game and his teammates. Around him I think he's GonNa play on I think he does still have stuff left in the tank but is GonNa be used to also he's learning new offense. That's a whole nother language he has to get used to pro football focus where you're a senior analyst, Cam Newton I was told by two different executives last year GM's in the league that said he just doesn't look right not throwing the ball the same. So now he goes shares snaps doesn't have a preseason no ta in New England. House going GonNa work. I mean, what's what's the great on what you expect from him? Is this a tough situation because I think Cam Newton's electrifying? What he can bring didn't offense if he's healthy, he strong, he's big physical. He's he's a guy you would build on madden if you're planning on playstation. Just physique man to dude looks great. But you know I talked about the last two years him as a passer very inaccurate. But would he can bring a is pretty special. You know if he's healthy and I think he's better than Hoyer instead on there I think he is the guy but you know Bella check he's going to make him work. Is going to be interesting to see how this plays out just like Tom Brady and Tampa. These guys are learning a new system calling call it. Same thing with you know rookies Jonesboro to a, it's a new language. So you can learn at all you went through zoom, but now you get in front of defense you call the plane, the huddle trips right? Three dead Algo special cannon with three fifty eight can alert the clap on stomach out ready Greg. Break the huddle, get the line, and now how fast can you process that information how? Fast. Can you get two different offense align call you know Brady might be used to go and you know Louis Louis in. New England, get his offense line to go last and now might be Larry Larry. So there's just different terminology. So with Cam Newton I, worry how fast he can pick that up and how fast he's able to process it in that will allow him to play faster. All right eleven seasons is going to be interesting we got to Joe Borough a couple of young guys may early Bruce Grad caskey pro football focus senior analyst. We hope you have and are having a great summer and we will talk soon Say Hi to the guys PF. Thanks calling when you want to water ski come up to the lake here. Brother we got it. Devil's Lake. Michigan. Right. Around Corner. I know my mid West Lakes goodstuff Bruce Thank you. Hanging at home, do it yourself projects? Of course you're doing that there's.

"Satellite network. So let's start what we don't have to get into the data and rankings. Let's just start though. PF upgrades every quarterback every guard in every tackle. But what I like what you guys doing. You're grading system. Interception isn't always the quarterbacks fault there are throws rose then there are tough throws you watch every place so based on your rankings. All in what's your top five at. PF well right now calling especially coming off this last week. Right our top quarterbacks look at it trubisky is Ta. He's number two This past week so a lot of things got wow this past weekend in the NFL but overall look Russell Wilson Number One. He's our guy he's our man. twenty-seven big time throws this year. The only six turnover worthy plays two hundred two hundred perceptions on the year. I mean as can be as lowest total he's embarking on the guys played out of this World World Lamar Jackson coming in at number two. We see what he's doing with his legs with his arms command. The how what he's bringing to the Baltimore Ravens Carson. Wentz is even up there number three and this is talking overall all year so for Aaron Rodgers and then it rounds out the top five drew brees and as we know drew brees that you know the that shore level passing game. Just how accurate he is. That's why he grace so well for us because his accuracy is just so much better than than we we see. Now I thought Dak Prescott played his best game as a cowboy thought. He moved. Well I thought he was accurate. You know it's funny Bruce. I don't feel Oh. He's a natural thrower. He often feels like a pitcher. Who doesn't get good until the fifth or sixth inning? I think he ends up throwing his best balls later in the game. He gets into a motion. I don't think he's a natural literal. Throw or like an Aaron Rodgers way. What are you see not only with the analytics? What you see on film with decked alike and make concern you see the thing I love the most about deck right now is his poise? His confidence his commanded the offense. You seem out there. Audible ing to his is offense. LIOTTA's wide receivers getting the offense into the right plate correct time and the right down a distance third down these executing. Well you know this past last week he he played he plays so well this whole year. That we've graded so far for Dak in a clean pocket. The Dude is playing out of this world. So he's very good from McLean pocket. I have some concerns late in the ballgame that fourth down at five. He took his match up with Zeke running back on a linebacker. We'd like that matchup. Not Quite sure though Zeke. He's not the the best pass catcher type receiver where he had Randall Cobb in the slot. He could work work on that fort down at five. That situational football those are big plays a key moments. I want to continue to elevate his game in those moments. But I'll tell you what a clean pocket playing well in the best thing I love about like. I said his poise his composure. His command of the offense. I love of seeing his growth. Now Cowboy Games are on nationally every week Arizona's or not the kid. I'm watching that. I've been really blown away with rookie. Head coach below average offensive. Line is Tyler Murray again. What are you seeing when you look at the twenty two film in the game? What are you seeing? I love his competitiveness. Look we'd like Collor Murray coming out of college. PFM High we knew he'd be playing basically the way he's playing mouse. We're not surprised but the thing I love about Colin Murray. I think he's game is more sustainable than a Lamar Jackson. You see how accurate he is with the football bowl the way he can add limit make place when he's running the football he looks like Barry Sanders out there. He's not taking these nasty hits his body. And I I love the competitiveness every game Kala Murray's in it's going to be a close game. Yeah he's always playing from behind. You seem in that two minute office so I think he's doing a terrific the job. So do I and I think this this needs to be said. He's playing from behind a lot. It's much tougher for these quarterbacks Lamar when he had to play behind against Cleveland did not looked. Looked like the same quarterback. So I I agree with you. I think I think keiler is not getting the love because he plays for the fourth best team in his division. I WanNa talk about Lamar because I do think he adds a dynamic I don't think GM's look at that and go get me Lamar. I don't think he exists on the market. I do think to a is. Tyler is Russell Wilson. I've seen that Lamar's just unique. I don't think there's I don't think there's another Lamar on the market. Are there things you like and are there things you don't love. I'll tell you what Lamar Jackson had me sewed in Seattle the game. He played not because of the statistics. You no he can run for third down. He can make those plays but his competitiveness. I watch him out there when he went to John. Harbaugh aside Ceylon fourth down and say let's let's go forward when I saw him be competitive out there trying to get first downs. He crosses the defense on Third Dow's when he dropped back to pass. Nothing's nothing there. He takes off to get the first down. The Guy I'm seeing a make plays to from the pocket. He's been accurate with the football. Can he come from behind win. Some big games throughout throughout their stress. Save some tough games that they're going to play the rest of the season. How can you come from behind it? Play well Lamar. I love what he's doing but more importantly what John Hardball On that Coaching Staff is doing is very impressive to me. It makes me realize there are coaches out there. That put their egos to the side and say look so. Let's build the offense around players. We have the talent we have in this building. And that's what the Baltimore Ravens are doing. And that's why they're playing so well. I think the surprise of the League Bruce Grad Caskey over a decade in the NFL PF DOT COM by the way go there a premium analysis the Promo Code Qb twenty-five Twenty uh-huh five percent off. I go there I love it. The raiders have shocked me and Derek Carr who I always feel is the COMP is. He's a little Tony Romo. Oh good on his feet lively arm not a great arm. Little bit of a playmaker with his feet It willing to take some risks throws the ball downfield but not ideal size not the ideal deal cannon. But I'm not sure if Derek Carr leads this team you look at the film Bruce who does you. You have to look at the quarterback position I dare cars leading. PF in a clean pocket series. Play very well. He's making the necessary place he has to. I think Jon Bruno do a great job with this scheme. Their cars hitting the big time throws down here when he's getting them. But you have to look at Josh. Jacobs what he's doing highest greater rookie so for for this year. He's explosive he's efficient. He has great vision and his balance. When he gets hit to break tackles is praise second We have right now. outbreaking tackles so you have to look at that offense and not just their car. But what Josh Jacobs. A young rookie has really brought to this Oakland Raiders. There's football team. Yeah it's funny Bruce. I watched the raiders thus Thursday night and all three running backs. They're they're all a little Josh Jacobs. He's the best of them they're very they're small their the power they bounce off. It's so Jon Gruden who you know. Well it such a gruden running back position now I WANNA shift to this. I've said this before I watch New England. I lived in Connecticut for a decade and its efficiency. There's no question but they have no vertical threat. Ab and Josh Gordon. I'm gone they don't really have a tight end threat. They're on their third left. Tackle and their third kicker that I'm not trying to be hyperbolic after losing to Baltimore Two more but Bruce I do not see in this league right now. The kind of offensive players that forced defensive coordinators to make choices choices. I think they're an easier team to defend the red zone. Numbers show it. I don't buy New England's offense it doesn't feel like a super bowl winning offense to me. What are the numbers say? What's the tape? Say to you well call. And you're right. They don't have the weapons that are used to round Tom. Brady I love the addition edition of Muhammed Sununu. I played with him in Cincinnati. I feel like deck is Brady a big target in the middle of the field that he can work. They don't have tied that can win and make plays like rock did I. I look at Mohammed so new Julian Edelman of the tight end versions of a wide receiver. Let them work the middle of the field. Let them bring you. The plays is that they can make. But you have to look at the defense and what Bill Belichick does every week there's a little nuance to the defense. And how to stop teams. They're very talented. Defensively I believe so for that. That's why they could possibly make a super bowl. Run in you know Josh mcdaniels and Tom Brady go find a way they always do. But I'm very very eager to watch what happens. Could you write. Call it with the weapons around Brady. How far can this patriots offense go by the way? Finally the Rams everybody's bailing on Jared Gov okay and Sean mcvay the genius cards expired. What do you see as a ten eleven year? NFL quarterback what is the tape. Say Well this year you know Goth number one is not playing as WHOA. He's as he did last year from a clean pocket. And you have to understand. He's not playing with a clean pocket often. That offensive line's struggling now. They're dealing with some injuries losing allen for the year the right tackles out prey. Oh week or so. Oh so now. They have to supplement new guys in their last year. They had a lot of continuity with the offensive line. Todd Gurley was playing good early on in the year. They they just. They can't find the rhythm look Cooper Cup. Two hundred yards against the bengals last week against the steelers zero catches only four targets. So I just really think this offense needs to come together and figure out what their identity is and I think Sean mcvay Hogan back in that laboratory. He's like a mad scientist. Ho figure figure it out. I think Whitworth I played with him in Cincinnati. He's a good team leader. They have to figure it out. They have to protect quarterback. First and foremost and Sean McVeigh Gin. That lab dow some because you have to scheme better and make more plays offensively. Yeah they had a little crisis guard center guard right now with injuries spruce Grad cousy eleven years the league. PF DOT com. Thanks Bruce good talking to you fast calling you to..

"Sunday we've got a huge double header on fox in the early games he can the cowboys battle the redskins redskins than in america's game of the week drew brees the saints face jared goff and the rams and a rematch of last year's NFC championship it all happens on fox in the fox sports at check your local listings you know what's interesting the bears in the broncos joy so the rams saints i think is going to be the game i wanna watch but right next door the bears in the broncos coz is very interesting the bears have had ten days to prep for that and the broncos come off a late monday night game so that's a tough place it's their old cornet a fascinating game so vic fangio the denver coach was chicago's coordinator knows all trubisky's limitations but trubisky has ten days days 'cause they played on thursday denver played a short week but denver's virtually impossible to beat in denver in september like the numbers don't even make any sense so that bears broncos game is fascinating game that is a really interesting game with the relationships and the coaching staff stuff here's joy with news this is the third line news so gronk announced his retirement back on march twenty fourth but a lot a lot of people are convinced that that is not set in stone not one of them yesterday the patriots veteran wide receiver the marias thomas was cut or traded traded to the to the jets and gronk responded shortly afterwards with a cryptic tweets just some to eyeball modi's i love what we're doing this now with with retired players and like some some current players to do with the NBA during a free agency anything that anyone posts is just as breadcrumbs to the inside of their mind was about literally this could be about anything it's really really funny but yes congrats knows what he's doing he loves to mess with people and this is do you think that's all he is yes i don't i honestly do not believe the gronk wants to come out and you just having fun yes and why why why wouldn't he what what is wrong i don't come back and you see him now he looks like a completely different version not training the way that he was training when he was playing i think he's probably enjoying not getting tackled and dragged to the ground and rehabbing and pain and he's clearly using CB oil l. and other products that is that the stuff that gets you that CD oil is ii cannabis oil yes but it doesn't it doesn't get you high it's it's four recovery in pain management pain treatment but it doesn't get you you're not you're not high now now because i don't like olives i can't eat it all of i can't swallow in all of it just i can't but i love volatile oil so if i want to see oil would i be considered a cannabis taker can not at all it's it's it's there's no THC goulet was on cannabis oil right now he wouldn't be on i'm saying you wouldn't be any goofy or than you normally are it doesn't screw up with anything other than it makes z creams and rubs lights and yeah it does not affect so yes it's not like it's like a little different products oils are found suspicious CD treats for dogs that having tidy and stuff yeah whole industry and it's legal like tile turley talked about in our show yes and gronk is part of their the company okay he was he announced announced that's where you announced when he was like crying about how much pain he was in and how upset football is making him because of all the time now like all the time it's good for helping you sleep it is it's yeah it's not it's it's not drugs would you take industry would you take yes would like br inbetween breaks because it doesn't do anything i mean i don't i don't but like it doesn't do what you like you're crazy and look at how you're acting it's not it's not just doing research it's not it's not necessarily delicious coffee and i put a few CBD drops in there that's why you're much more calm today and chip kelly he was opposed to give UCLA's program a boost the bruins are owen to this season lost the cincinnati and san diego states that was see i lost to san diego state university in program history and chip is defending his team's slow start tear up in root of the tree to see if it's just keep watering it you keep calling what you're supposed to and that's what happens over the course of time i think in a society where we want to fix instituted take them exist never missed him so you just can't say hey let's run an entirely new defensive entirely thousands well we definitely don't i want them losing my a thousand i i will say this is that chips offense is very dependent on quarterback play and they may not have the right quarterback and it should be noted he makes that's a good point here UCLA's not a football power clemson is it took four years for dabo sweeney to build the program and that at a football i school UCLA's a business school it's international to basketball school i i would argue sometimes on their football stadiums and our from their campus this is not like a powerhouse house no but it is chip kelly and when you go out and make a big flashy expensive higher like bad there are some pressures and expectations that come with it they were three and nine last season and they lost cincinnati which you know you can kind of defend okay but the san diego state loss is indefensible i mean even when you are developing a program if you come into a program with a reputation like chip kelly you got to deliver a better performance in that and i'm not saying they're gonna fire him right now this is all a disaster and yes i do think it takes a lot more time to develop an entire program i am especially the college level you have to not only implement your program your culture your system but you have players sometimes you didn't recruit like there's a lot going on here but i i understand sandra the pressures are coming from that said they play oklahoma this week and UCLA is giving away four tickets for the game to each season ticket holder who endured last weekend's loss well san diego state so they're trying to get people talking probably not high expectations for how games go so finally the lack of star power our team USA's fiba world cup rosser gypsum criticism head of the tournaments with good reason at a barely turkey and overtime during group stage and today today they lost to france eighty nine seventy nine they were without the help of anthony davis james harden and damian lillard and then they lost jason tatum to an ankle injury did he suffered against turkey nobody the players don't care about this term you know it's it's weird spot team USA because i feel like after what happened to paul george urge players like yeah like bowl games in college football if you're not plan in the rose bowl like what's the point is something to representing your country but i wonder if you haven't already been on the team any any player that's like lebron lebron doesn't need to be on team USA anymore like he's he's he's done it we're like a i think if you already if you're a high level player and you've already participated i'm cool with you not doing it there is something to plan your country but i mean you're risking your career in years off your career i don't like marginalizing analyzing any athlete because they don't play in them olympic year for an olympic team and the problem with the player not doing like do it or don doesn't it doesn't affect the but i hear a lot of this i've heard this before well you don't you don't care about the country look with the country's given to you that's baloney bottom line i don't i've never been in the military not love america the bottom line is players have late eighty two games with the go to the play offs it's a hundred games adding taking the off season away hey don't we all like doing the summer like let's take some weeks off and go enjoy our family like your off season to rest manner you in so i mean i oh i think all these players if given the opportunity the highest level should experience at once but i i don't like the idea that you're anti american or anti patriot if you if you want an off season and rest your body i i also feel like we you know we find the loss of france like okay that's disappointing and you know they won fifty eight straight and international competitions their first world cup blossoms two thousand six but we know the best players for team USA are not there so it's kind of this feeling of the back of your mind okay we lost but do we have our best team out there like no we don't so i can't really get too crazy about it goodstuff joy with the news well that's the news thanks for stopping the bruce grad caskey played in this league for a long time with a series of teams i'm interested because he's seen different cultures we talked about the young coaches struggling this weekend one six and one the old guys andy bella chac harbaugh did great i'm gonna ask bruce it's about as he had younger coaches older coaches i i tend to think this is very complex it's a very difficult sport to coach there's a lot of bureaucracy there's crazy owners there's young on players that need massaging i think i think older coaches can work in this league although i do like the ideas that young people bring the sports or bruce breakout caskey bratkowski i've got it he'll be joining us i remember his tampa years very well hiring can be a challenge we all know that right there's you have a job opening got a hire a couple people where do you get the people from as co-founder gretchen havener discovered she needed to hire a game artist for education and tech company she's like it's not going to be easy she went to ziprecruiter dot com now they don't depend on candidates finding you it finds them for you it's technology GS ziprecruiter identifies people with the experience and invites them to apply to your job so gretchen post jobs on ziprecruiter impressed with how quickly quickly she found qualified applicants so she used to screening questions at ziprecruiter find candidates filter them found the best one now gretchen has found the new game artist in less than two weeks four out of five employers who post jobs on.

"Tradition. All right. This is what we have been waiting for. And we have been counting the days since those two days in August to get to the big game. It's now just hours away. But the historic aspects of today is the fact that you can go to rivers casino. You can go to mountaineer race track casino and gaming resort. You can go to Harris casino in Philadelphia, and you can place a legal sportsbook bet. And right now, the patriots are a two and a half point favorite in Super Bowl fifty three. Just some of the things to be thinking about you've got a young quarterback the youngest ever in the big game for the Rams. You got gotta coach in Sean McVay for the Rams who. Yes, turned thirty three on January twenty fourth. And then you gotta season veteran by the name of Tom Brady who actually was in his first Super Bowl at the age of twenty four seventeen years ago against the greatest show on turf, dick Bermeo, the Rams Kurt Warner. And they. One that one. And as he was kind of hugging Drew Bledsoe. The torch was passed and at has been burning bright ever since and Tom Brady just continues to shock the world. So why should we have any doubt to think that he won't do the same today there in the shadow ready to go? This is a cavalcade of stars lining up so much. So that Mr. Dallas actually is wearing a suit. So, ladies and gentlemen, let's get to it. And welcome the crew he is Greg dilemmas, of course, vantage management group dialers law, and of course, Jon Benazech, truly one of the best men to talk about the game. Been there done that three times a ring wearing Vince Lombardi trophy carrying member of your Pittsburgh Steelers in Joe Butler on the metro index line, of course today because he's joining us on the phone line. And we're going to talk to one of the greatest guys to breakdown talent anywhere in the state. And of course, I believe in the country. He'll join us and then Jim render now retired from sunny, Florida poolside, the winningest coach in high school football. And then Ted are no walking the line picking his winner as we all will against the spread again, two and a half. Favorite of New England. So guys before we break it down talk. Brady talk X knows it is historic Greg. As far as the ability to be able to bet on this game. And they are really pouring into the rivers casino, and I've had friends betting on everything and anything just a few dollars here and there, but it is pretty exciting to think that you're able to do that today. Good morning. Go ahead folks, get down to the rivers and just spend like crazy. I mean, don't don't don't hold back. Anything just play some big dollar bets out there. This is what it's all about. Don't worry about hard earned money get out there and throw some shackles around and get some. But before you make your bets get a whole bunch of beer and stuff like that. And you because then you make a lot more logical decisions. Gee, I thought he was going to be a lot there. The voice of reason. Manny, there's no reason at all in Greg's opening statement. Wow. I don't know where to go from there. I'm I'm I'm not a guy. Protect my what I earn. Can. I say one thing if if they would find a way to give the NFL some sort of slice legally, and I would be all for it. If we could do something to help out the former players of the game, stroke them, a check and make sure that they're good for the rest of their natural life. I don't think it will ever happen. But I'm always looking at both sides of the line of scrimmage. Well, that is definitely looking at my sideline scrimmage, and I hope something would happen in that situation. But I don't hold my breath waiting for that to occur. But anyway, you know, they have those disclaimers at the end of commercial time about one eight hundred gambling. I got it on the street. We have people that can help you. Okay. If you do have that problem. Not listen. Let's be honest. People have been doing this long before they said it was legal on the street corners. You bet. With you know, did Alley's gone. Yeah. But you know, what I and what the casinos done have done. That is really smart is these other little prop bets in the in game best that you can do because that'll never been what you could do with the local bookstore. Then it really doesn't matter who who wins the game. If you're in, you know, working with prop bets and who's going to win, you know, other. The coin toss is going to be heads or tails, and how many first downs are gonna be in in the game. And you know, I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday who said that he he really loves to go down in place, all the prop debts, and and he had like fifteen prop bats. And he didn't think he won any of them. But then when he cashes tickets in they handed him upon the money and said, he says what's this for? He says, well, you won the first down prop not knowing that when you score touch on a National Football League I count as a first down. And so he he was not aware of that. But ended up collecting a few shackled. See if he's me I wanna turn a ticket. Thought I didn't win. I wouldn't have even turn that over say. He's fortunate to go ahead and put that in the machine and make sure you got it. Got it got dollars. Read your man, Bruce, Greg hausky on yesterday this Pittsburgh life with Nick Fazakas from FinCEN collaborative system. Great show once a month every Saturday noon to one and we talked about him growing up here. And who he is is a man and what he's doing now and just incredible his wife, a former nurse. They on a hospice company. Just a a bright light talked about his Catholic education, which really went a long way in time in Toledo and backup for many years in the NFL also playing for the Steelers, and we mentioned your name on the broadcast because of your relationship. He, of course, his brother Gino, still playing. So I just had to give you a moment to talk about Mr. grad Kelsey, Greg. Are you talking about his Catholic background on stuff? You could hit a golf ball to his church. Saint Margaret's is right. Church church. Yeah. Nice. Debbie's eucharistic minister, his mom. Debbie's eucharistic minister there. Yeah. That's that's a great family. Yeah. You talk about some of the routes that go back, you know, all the way to the seat LaSalle high school. And I think until recently Brucie was a record holder as far as yards passing in the WPA L, and he is going into the WPA hall of fame this summer in June. So yeah, he's he's all about it. He's he's a Pittsburgh. I and it was a really neat neat way to to wrap up his career to be able to come back and and kinda hold the clipboard for Fru. Ben for a number of years there at the end in really be a guy that was essential to to the the success of that offense. Because you know, you need that guy. That's in the room that is the kind of the brains behind the operation to be able to set up game plans and things like that. And he did a a real nice job. With regard to that. Bruce. Good guy. All right. Let's show. Welcome. Another good guy. Listen, we all know Joe Butler when it comes. To really analyzing talent. I mean guys is a really anybody any better. He's good. Joe Joe breaks it down like like, nobody's business. I know. What would you say about that? Mr. tell you Joe is there's no question about it. He stocked the Pittsburgh Steelers. Very well over all the years. Yeah. Good stuff. Hey, joe. Great to have you here. How are you? Thank you for joining us today. Great. Thank you, rob. Hey, so what made Bruce grad Cal ski the able to take that giant leap from Toledo, very small in stature good arm. But he had an amazing speed ran a four five forty and I still look at that time and think how's it possible? But I'm sure his footwork had something to do with him lasting as long as he did in the NFL. Hey, rob, ironically, he he was a point guard and high school, and he he was looking to go that winning basketball, but he falls into a really good quarterback. He's real smart hard working guy puts a great spin on the ball, and he really developed as you got into college. And one thing about Bruce grad Caskey is a tough hard nosed guy that knew how to take care of the football. And you know, ironically in the NFL one of the most important positions as the backup quarterback because when the starter goes down the backups has to be ready and he in one game against Oakland. I think he threw three touchdown pass. Excuse me. The Steelers versus Oakland when he was playing for Oakland three touchdown passes against the Steelers in my last seven and a half minutes it again, that's real hard. Hey, Joe for you. Remember what what put Brucie on on the map really was the the game in his sophomore season at Toledo. I went pit went to Toledo. And and they pulled a stunning upset. So that was really up until that time everybody kind of knew who Bruce was. But was there any kind of, you know, no thoughts of of going to the NFL. But that one kind of made him, you know, put him on a map and everybody started paying attention. That's a great point. I mean, he had a great game there. I know pit people wish they would've signed him. But sometimes when you're a high high school guy, if you go down down a notch and don't worry about big time football you've all develop your game a lot better. But that that really turned the corner for him that game as we go to break. We'll come back Joe Butler. It's the big game addition Koo's market black and gold Sunday show. Lots still to come including Jim render Ted are no for the full check. And our picking his weekly winner as we all will against the spread right now. New English L A, two and a half point favorite. Let's go full circle though. Real quick Joe final minute before the break. Lou. Is the reason why he got on the launching pad during his time at Seton LaSalle. Would you agree with that? Lou, health dot and his development, but they implemented him as a quarterback. He had all the skills. He was able to take care of the football. He grew into that position. And I I would have to agree with Lou Lou. And that guy named Greg Perry. It was lose assistant whose the head coach at keystone oaks is a real quarterback guru, and he helped Bruce out a lot. Also, how's he know all this stuff, man? I mean, he he just I mean, he's a sponge. Listen to this guy. It's like poverty singing. I could just listen love it. We're gonna come back. This guy to turned out to be a pretty good quarterback. Coach check Josh mcdaniels who have worked with for so long, and I just didn't advance from his young player to learn so much and then try to carry that on twenty four years of age he wins the I seventeen years ago, and he's still doing it today at high level. How can you not absolutely admire Tom Brady all of that? Coming up next on the Kuhn's market black goals on my show, your source for everything that's near Sierra on NewsRadio. Katie k juicy.

"You're listening to the pony express. Here's Andrew Phillip pony across North America. And siriusxm channel two. Oh, six happy to have you here today. And I'm really happy to be joined right now by one of my best friends. He played in the NFL as a quarterback scored some big wins in his career went into Pittsburgh with the raiders knocked off the defending Super Bowl champion Steelers. He played in a Jon Gruden offense it down in Tampa. And that's relevant right now. Because the Rams are in the NFC championship game. Mcveigh took a lot of gruden's offense and put it into this Rams Al fence that we're gonna see in about an hour and twenty minutes New Orleans, Bruce, thanks for joining me. I want to start with with this observation on my part. And you tell me if you think I'm way off base with this. If if McVeigh can go into the Superdome with Jared Goff, who let's face. It has been awful on the road this year, if he can go in there and beat not only beat the saints, but beat them because golf has a huge game and outplays breeze. You might as well get the bust ready for canton for this coach if he can do that today. Well, my man, it's always a pleasure to join you. And look that's what the this weekend is all about. That's what championship Sunday's about. I mean, you're talking about not only the old school the old the old. Oh, jeez. With Tom Brady and drew Brees. But also now the future of the NFL and Patrick Mahomes, and then some head coach, Sean McVeigh. Hey, coach of the ring on it becomes interesting because you have those better quarterbacks playing today, better coaches. So you look at Sean McVay if he can't go to the Superdome and pull up pull off a huge victory to go the Super Bowl. I mean, man 'cause I continues to do more things. Yeah. This is the next step. Right. And what I was saying what I meant. By that comment was I don't have a lot of confidence Gough today. Ethnic vacant coach it out of him. Then all of the hype that surrounds, Sean McVay will be justified. Well in Goths started struggling after their by. I mean, you know after the bye he finished with six touchdowns six interceptions in the regular season. But he was two touchdowns. Two to six interceptions is to the last week of the season. When he threw four touchdown. So he's been struggle bit lasts. What are you seeing with him, Bruce? What's what's going on with him? What's wrong? Well, you know, what it like last week? The Rams did a good job of surrounding him with a good running attack in that they have to try to gain today. Running the football. But this the saints have been greatest stopping the run this exactly for what watch for McVeigh to utilize the short passing game girly out of the backfield. Screens check downs over the football to replace that that running game and try to get Goff into a little rhythm because it's a poor for gossip play. Well, now, he started out slow last time they played in the Superdome actually finished pretty strong. So hopefully, he brings that in for some confidence today. He you know, he had big numbers in that game the same way rivers numbers. Look pretty good against the patriots. By the time. The game was over last week. There were mostly cosmetic touchdowns in that. Saints Rams game. They got New Orleans got a big lead back in week eight and and got finished with almost four hundred passing yards. Which is I think what you're alluding to. I would be. Go ahead. I was just gonna say the thing that impressed me adorn at first matchup with the saints totally out of control that first half. It was the same score with not much time left in the first half and Goth actually made a few key passes to get a field goal before the end of the half. And I hope that in a lot of consideration of the mentality of Jared Goff that okay, he didn't lay down. He continues to fight back. And then the second half they made it a football game. So they just can't get behind too early in the Superdome because especially you know, a championship weekend game. The crowd noise is going to be unbelievable, right? We're talking to Bruce grad Cousy former NFL quarterback played with for Jon Gruden played for Mike Tomlin has a sense of the quarterbacks that are going to be playing in these games today. So the most rushing yards by a running back against the saints. This year was seventy five yards. And that was that Thursday night game that they lost to the Cowboys earlier this year. I would be shocked. If C J Anderson had another big game today. Would you agree with that? Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked really because the Rams offensive line. And and I played with Andrew Whitworth. They're left tackle I played with him at Cincinnati. And the guy is a key leader. The one main thing McVay do well is not only did he Ceram himself with rates soaps on the defensive side of the ball. But he brought in veteran leadership on offense aside with young quarterback Jared Goff because that's where Andrew Whitworth brought to Cincinnati when any dome was a young quarterback. He's the leader that offense lie in that offensive feeding, bro. So watch for them to take pride in this. If they took private last week. So I really think if the Rams chance or win windows football game, they have to have a big rushing attack by seeking Anderson and girly who gets more snaps today. Earlier anderson. I think early. I mean, I think is championship weekend that you know, you gotta lay it all on the line. So I to see girly not only in the running tax running attack. But also in the past and yet when these two teams played in week nine the Rams didn't sack drew Brees. If that happens again today. Who wins the game? They have no chance. I mean, you have to get off his market. Everyone says that I know but breezes a timing rhythm type quarterback. He he's taken his drop that correlates with the depths of the receivers route. He's throwing it on time. He's in. Dissipating? So if you can get to breathe and just make him move off that Mark if you can jam the wide receivers at the line and get them off their timing and rhythm just a little bit. So the pass rush could get there. Now. That's when you get breeze and that offense feel a little bit uncomfortable. But that's what the Rams have to do. Look, they have very high profile defense a front Aaron Donald has to come out today and happy game of the year in dominate because that's what he's able to the same. Didn't. He did not have. He did not have a huge game against the Cowboys. No need your your main. God is step up, and especially the saints. Her little feet up front. Donna watch for them to move him around the find the right mismatches to try to get some pressure on breathing. So a keep to leave the Rams corner. Missed the first game. He's obviously healthy for this game. Do you think that makes a big difference or not or no? Yeah. I think so I think it's really a big difference. Because I think it helps also with the pass rusher pressure on breeze. I don't mean blitz him because he knows how to take advantage of Europe. You blitz them and give them one on one match ups outside. You have to get pressure with your four down front with keep Toledo back that y also helping coverage on the back dam which gives it d- lineup from more time to get get to the quarterback. If the Rams double Thomas, they don't turn this into a pride thing where they just put Peters on him and say, this is your guy travel with them if they give either one of their corners help on him. He can limit Thomas who is the guy in the saints passing game. Who beats the Rams if that happens, Bruce. Well, you look at Ted junior. I mean, he's got to have a big game. Someone has to tack this Rams defense downfield. But with that to Alvin Kamara I mean coming out of the backfield and him bass up on linebackers or safety. It's a mismatch. But that's what Sean Payton does he understand? And does how to get mismatches? He's played against the Rams already this year. So watch for that how they how they set up out of the backfield either motioned up getting lined up on linebacker safety out one to one and breezy exploit that all day long. We're talking to Bruce grad Caskey, former NFL quarterback drafted by the bucks play with the Bengals and Steelers. And he's given us his thoughts here. CBS sports radio. I'm gonna play a rapid fire game with you. All right. I'm going to give you a question, and you can just give me a short. Yes. Or no answer. Okay. Yeah. Well, Jared Goff throw more than two touchdown passes today. Yes. We'll Todd Gurley. Go over one hundred rushing yards will Aaron Donald have more than one sack. No. We'll drew Brees throw for more than three hundred passing yards. Yes. Well, Michael Thomas, go for more than one hundred receiving yards. Yes. So you think high scoring? I think high scoring it's gonna be exciting exciting match. I actually think this game is going to be more exciting than the chiefs patriots just because it's plane indoors, and you have to high profile coaches that really know how to design offensive schemes. And the patriots game. It's going to be more fall controlled by the patriots. I kinda just slicing and dicing that defense apart. If you had your druthers, and you could have your pick of the quarterback leading your offense today in your two choices were Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes. Who would you want man, I think Patrick Mahomes because the way the listen to weigh the NFL is if you have Patrick Mahomes, and we've seen it all year the guy's able to extend plays outside the pocket and nowadays in the NFL, you need someone like that to win football games. Unless you do have Josh mcdaniels and Bill Belichick as your coaches. I mean, they know how to schematically beat you. But the one thing Bill Belichick, we'll struggle with does is quarterback that can extend and just make plays naturally. And that's Mahomes is able to bring so schematically realpolitik might be to read it has offense, but you can never account for what kind of plays. Patrick Mahomes is going to bring you fair enough on on a day to day basic, who do you think we'll throw more interceptions today? Tom brady. Patrick mahomes. Man. I don't know. I I honestly think both of them will play clean game. But I think Mahomes my throat more. Now, the thing is too. I'm I'm picking the chase in this game. I think the chiefs beat the patriots. It's really hard for me to go against the patriots and Bill Belichick. But I just think in Kansas City Brady has been the best on the road in the playoffs. No, this really think the chiefs can can pull it out at home. Yeah. And the reason why I asked that question about the turnovers is because that was the difference in the first matchup in week six Mahomes threw two interceptions. And I think if you told me right now that the patriots are going to have to more possessions than Kansas City. I pick New England to win the game. Yeah. I think you're right. I mean, the thing the patriots have to do is eliminate eliminate those big plays the explosive plays in the last time they played they let Mahomes exploited him by that. And that's one thing that kinda makes me nervous picking that. She because it happened already to the patriots. With with those big plays downfield. So that's one thing that really gonna key on his time to keep a home in that pocket. Don't let them get outside and extend plays make him make those plays from within the pocket who do you think has a better chance in this game of establishing the run the chiefs or the patriots. I think the patriots. I think the patriots like we saw last week this or game plan. Look the patriots always defer to the second half when they win the coin toss last week against the chargers at home they received the ball. And they went right down the field and scored and to me I kept waiting for them to go three and out or just stopped on third down. Because I wanted to rub it in fella checks face. I see you got you were going to score right off the bat and took all but he actually fourteen plays. You know? So it's unbelievable. When I see the plan Bella check has a place like he knows what he's trying to do going into the football game. If they execute that they win and they did it last week like nothing so watch for Josh mcdaniels to have a really good strategic game plan against the chiefs. And I can see a lot of that methodical type drive today in Kansas City for the patriots. All right last one. If you're Bella check who are you trying to take away first, Kelsey or hill? Hill all day long. I mean, you just can't have those explosive plays. Now, Kelsey Yuki give give give up the Dinkins thinking dunk this six-yard out rows, but you have to eliminate those big plays. And tyreek hill the first time. They play it was just some bombs down. You let that guy give some open space. There's no one that's going to catch up. So you like the home team's today. I do I think the saints will pull it out. I really wanna see drew breeze. I'm just a big fan of his he has owned abilities. But he has the coast behind him in pain, and those guys have had such a terrific marriage ever since they went to New Orleans and what they've done to for that city, and I think the young gun and Patrick Mahomes. I just think he's just too talented is really hard to go against the patriots with the things I've said, but I just think today, I think Kansas City's to high power to and I think they'll end up beating New England especially New England on the road. Great analysis for more.

Goths started struggling after their by. I mean, you know after the fi he finished with six touchdowns six interceptions in the regular season. But he was two touchdowns two to six interceptions to the last week of the season. When he grew four touchdown. So he's been struggling little bit last. What are you seeing with him, Bruce? What's what's going on with him? What's wrong? You know what? Like last week. The Rams did a good job of surrounding him with a good running attack. Would they have to try to do again today? Running the football. But this the saints have been greatest stopping the run. This exactly what watch for McVeigh to utilize the short passing game. Girly out of the backfield. Screens check downs over the football to replace that that running game and try to get into a little rhythm because it's a poor for gossip play. Well, now, he started out slow last time they played in the Superdome actually finished pretty strong. So hopefully, he brings that. In for some confidence today. He you know, he had big numbers in that game the same way rivers numbers. Look pretty good against the patriots. By the time. The game was over last week. They were mostly cosmetic touchdowns in that. Saints Rams game. They New Orleans got a big lead back in week eight and and got finished with almost four hundred passing yards. Which is I think what you're alluding to. I would be go ahead. No, I was just gonna say the thing that impressed me Bert Doorn at first matchup with the saints. Totally I control that first half. It was the same score with not much time left in the first half. And actually made a few key passes to get a field goal before the end of the half. And I'm hope that in a lot of consideration of the mentality of Jared Goff that okay, he didn't lay down. He continues to fight back. And then that second half they made it a football game. So they just can't get behind too early in the Superdome because especially you know, a championship weekend game. The crowd noise is going to be unbelievable, right? We're talking to Bruce grad Cousy former NFL quarterback played with for Jon Gruden played for Mike Tomlin has a sense of the quarterbacks that are going to be playing these games today. So the most rushing yards by a running back against the saints. This year was seventy five yards. And that was that Thursday night game that they lost to the Cowboys earlier this year. I would be shocked. If C J Anderson had another big game today. Would you agree with that? I honestly I wouldn't be shocked really the Rams offensive line. And and I played with Andrew Whitworth. They're left tackle I played with him in Cincinnati. And the guy is a key leader. The one main things I saw McVeigh do well is not only did he surrounded himself with Wade Phillips on the defensive side of the ball. Pretty brought in veteran leadership on offense aside with young quarterback Jared Goff because that's where Andrew Whitworth brought to Cincinnati when Andy dome was young quarterback. He's the leader that offense lie in that offensive feeding so watch for them to take pride in this. But they took private last week. So I really think if the Rams want a chance to win the football game they have to have a big rushing attack by seeking Anderson and girly who gets more snaps today. Earlier Anderson, I think early I mean, I think it's championship weekend that you know, you gotta lay it all on the line. So I look to see girly not only in the running tax. Running attack. But also in the past again when these two teams played in week nine the Rams didn't sack drew Brees. If that happens again today. Who wins the game? They have no chance. I mean, you have to get off his market. Everyone says that I know but breezes a timing rhythm type quarterback. He he's taken his drop that correlates with the depths of the receivers route. He's throwing it on time. He's in painting. So if you can get to breathe and just make him move off that Mark if you can Dan the wide receivers at the line and get them off their timing and rhythm just a little bit. So the pass rush could get there. Now. That's when you get breeze in that offense feel a little bit. Uncomfortable. But that's what the Rams have to do look ever. A very high profile defense a front Aaron Donald has to come out today and happy game of the year in dominate because that's what he's able to the same. He didn't. He did not have. He did not have a huge game against the Cowboys. No, I need your your main. God is step up. And especially the saints are a little beat up. Upfront. You have to get pressure with your four down front and with keep Toledo back that also helping coverage on the back game which gives it the D line from a little more time to get get to the quarterback. If the Rams double Thomas, and they don't turn this into a pride thing where they just put Peters on him and say, this is your guy travel with them if they if they give either one of their corners help on him. He can limit Thomas. Who is the guy in the saints passing game? Who beats the Rams if that happens, Bruce. Well, you look at Ted Ginn junior. I mean, he's got to have a big game someone has to attack this Rams defense downfield. But with that too. It's Alvin Kamara I mean coming out of the backfield and him bass up on linebackers or safety. It's a mismatch. But that's what Sean Payton does he understand? And does how to get mismatches? He's played against the Rams already this year. So watch for that how they how they set come up out of the backfield either motioned up getting lined up on linebacker safety out one one and breezy exploited that all day long. We're talking to Bruce grad Caskey, former NFL quarterback drafted by the bucks play with the Bengals and Steelers. And he's given us his thoughts here. CBS sports radio. I'm going to play a rapid fire game with the all right? I'm gonna give you a question, and you can just give me a short. Yes. Or no answer. Okay. Yeah. Well, Jared Goff throw more than two touchdown passes today. Yeah. Yes. We'll Todd Gurley. Go over one hundred rushing yards. Yes. Will Aaron Donald have more than one sack. No. We'll drew Brees throw for more than three hundred passing yards. Yes. Well, Michael Thomas, go for more than one hundred receiving yards. Yes. So you think high scoring? I think high scoring it's gonna be exciting exciting match. I actually think this game is going to be more exciting than the chiefs patriots just because his plane doors, and you have to high profile coaches that really know how to design offense schemes. And and the patriots game. It's going to be more fall controlled by the patriots. I in kinda just slicing and dicing that defense apart. If you had your druthers, and you could have your pick of the quarterback leading your offense today in your two choices were Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes. Who would you want man, I think Patrick Mahomes because the wh- the listen to weigh the NFL is if you have Patrick Mahomes, and we've seen it all year the guy's able to extend plays outside the pocket and nowadays in the NFL, you need someone like that to win football games. Unless you do have Josh mcdaniels and Bill Belichick as your coaches. I mean, they know how to schematically beat you. But the one thing Bill Belichick will struggle with and does is quarterback that can extend and just make plays naturally. And that's what Mahomes is able to bring so schematically ballot. Check might be a reset Danny read it has offense, but you can never account for what kind of plays. Patrick Mahomes is going to bring your fair enough on a on a day-to-day basis. Who do you think we'll throw more interceptions today? Tom brady. Patrick mahomes. I don't know. I I honestly think both of them will play clean game. But I think Mahomes my throat more. Now, the thing is too. I'm I'm picking the Chason this game. Like, I think the chiefs beat the patriots. And it's really hard for me to go against the patriots and Bill check. But I just think in Kansas City Brady has been the best on the road in the playoff. No, just really think the chiefs can pull it out at home. Yeah..

"I think it's like twenty four seventeen. Eagles win. What about the Green Bay Packers and the Washington Redskins. Kinda hard to take the Redskins to win after the letdown they were for me last week against the colts. I still can't believe that. I mean, they got handled by the colts in that game cell. No, I'll be taking the Packers Packers have gotten off to a pretty good start. You know, Aaron Rodgers playing pretty well. The lines playing pretty well. The young corners are playing pretty well. So I like the Packers. Get this one done on the roadway. The Packers will end up being a playoff team. I think this ends up being twenty seven to twenty twenty seven twenty twenty seven twenty Packers. Battle Los Angeles chargers at the Rams you're going to be there right, bright. I am looking forward to it. So I still have never been to the Coliseum. And I wanna go. I just want to say that I was there was that was in the Coliseum ones. I don't picture them having. Exceptional, press box, food Bri. If I remember correctly from last year it was okay. Just okay by the by the way, speaking of food last night I went to Bruce grad Caskey's restaurant here until Lido and I retweeted a Bruce took a picture all of the food I had in front of me at every tweeted, a picture of it. Bruce grad ski eleven year NFL quarterback bucks raiders Bengals Steelers. He had these may first of all the wings at the place where awesome. They like fell off the bone number one number two. I this awesome. Like strawberry spinach salad with salmon and the number three fish tacos. I love me some fish taco. So if you're ever in north west Ohio, Bruce didn't even asked me to do this, but I'm doing it for him anyway. Northeast northwest, Ohio between like bowling green university Toledo university, who man get you some kitchen, some social gastro pub. He also had a great beer menu. I'd two different drafts a resin something double. I ahead a blood orange, delicious. Thank you, Bruce, Greg, hausky as for this game, I talked to Anthony Lynn yesterday. He seemed pretty. He seemed pretty confident in in the chargers. He's, you know what? I don't think they've seen an offense like ours either. He got a little chip on his shoulder. I thought that was nice. I like Anthony, Lynn, talking him on Thursdays on serious. I'm still gonna take the Rams to win the game. They're the ones playing a home. I guess they're both playing at home. That would be interesting to go and see how many people are Rams fans, how many are chargers fans? I curious to see that at any rate. I think the Rams are rolling right now and with no Bosa. That's a difference maker for me. Gimme the Rams in relatively higher scoring game. I think ends up like twenty seven twenty four ramps. The Chicago Bears at the Zona cardinals. I don't know how you could pick the cardinals to win a game right now. I mean, they might the Browns just won a game, bad teams, win games all the time. But after that performance, you know, the only way I think the cardinals win this game is if a Bradford has a really good game in be. If Trubisky turns the ball over multiple times. But even so he did that against the Seahawks and Seattle still weren't able to win. So I like the bears getting this done. I don't picture the cardinals scoring very many points. They haven't been able to move the ball at all, and now they're going up against a very good bears defense. Now I'll say it's twenty to ten bears. Dallas Cowboys at the Seattle Seahawks. So this is another one that I've kind of gone back and forth on Bry you know, I don't think the Cowboys are a great team. I think they did pretty well the other night. So I think that that's a good sign for them. And the Seahawks were obviously dreadful Monday night, but this Yorkshire back home, they still have Russell Wilson. I think they'll do a better job with their protection issues. And I think somehow they're able to stop the cowboy. The Cowboys running game Dax not able to make plays and the Seahawks find a way to gut this one out. I think it's a lower. It's like twenty two, sixteen the Seahawks get their first win in the season in home. Sunday night, we have the patriots at the Detroit Lions love games like this. I mean, how many times I'd love to see what the bed online dot AG over under is on how many times they show map Patricia and Bill Belichick Sunday night because that's a huge story line. Right. And. Part of television. I think people forget is you wanna have storylines because you wanna give people that aren't diehards a reason to stay tuned like an intriguing, human interest story or Ohio. So this guy used to work for this guy. Patricia used to work for bell check and now they're going against each other. Because if you're listening to this podcast, you're probably die hard football fan and you're probably gonna watch anyway, but now it's more about. You know, okay, that addle intrigue to this. I'm going to watch this. So keep that in mind, the patriots almost never lose two games in a row. I mean, almost never. I'm not about to predict that to happen here. So I will take the patriots to win this football game. I think it'll be a good game and I would not be shocked if the lions won it at home, get their first win for Patricia against Bella check, but I'm not a met through dictating that to happen. I'll take the patriots lines defense now been good. How 'bout about twenty seven, twenty four patriots. You know, maybe Patricia can slow you down a little bit twenty seven twenty four patriots. And a final game of the week, Monday night football. The Pittsburgh Steelers at the Tampa Bay bucks what an awesome Monday night game really, really looking forward to it should be an awesome Monday night or distillers or like desperate for a win. And this is totally totally a spot where the Steelers would break out. Come out, have a tremendous performance in Tokyo Brown goes nuts. Ben plays, well, meanwhile, the bucks and Fitzpatrick would crash back to earth, and that's probably what's going to happen. But I'm not personally a tab. I'm going by what I've seen. What I've seen is the Steelers defense is really, really bad Fitzpatrick's playing well, the bucks have a lot of confidence. I think it's critically important. They get off to a good start, really, really important to that. They keep that positive vibe going, but I'm taking the bucks. I don't think they'll. Scores, many as Mahomes did. I don't think he'll be that high scoring, but I think it ends up being thirty one twenty seven the bucks get another win two three. And now I am rolling with my dude fits magic and unbelievable, isn't it? That given how they played this year? That's still an underdog Bri. Underdog odu.

I expect him to play well, and I expect to eagles to win the game. I think it'll be a decently close game. I think it's like twenty four seventeen. Eagles win.
