But since we. To make the deal on. I don't understand that type of thinking that you got to enforce something. That's not true. Just to make your point. So I, I listen to him and I said, get it here and now a veteran and seeing what's going on in Iran. No, they're not a small country enough to trouble, this and enough that we have to do something in the president. Not not mistaken doesn't need comes mission to respond. Unless you can you can respond. Okay. And he should. He does he get congressman mission. We turn it into a war and go all out. Well, of course, it's a fine line in front of me. "Post it right there. As I've just posted a fraction of a second ago. It is so rewarding to get listening Email with the courage messages. And then there's this one. This is Joseph and it's posted. You can comment on it by going to the Bruce Elliott show page on Facebook from Joseph, please Bruce, stop saying three hours compelling radio. You're obtuse ity. Sometimes drives me insane with all this going on in the world question, Mark and unfolding on an hourly basis. You got me listening to my classical music station. And when the commercials aren't on I know why opinion doesn't add up to a hill beans. No, we value your opinion, as value all opinions that I think that it's, it's well stay, but I wasn't quite sure of the use of the word of two city, which is kind of archaic foreign of to snus, or being obtuse, and obtuse, ity means essence of insensitivity or. Human density. It's a very polite way of saying, I'm an idiot. All right. You know what can I say it is from the Latin of, of to SaaS? If you go to exit, one of the best definitions, but I found was on Wikipedia or Wicca dictionary, I guess, which says, in addition to being a particular kind of an angle geometry. It means to being insensitive not intellectually very bright and. Fix. So my obtuse city is is driving him. Crazy. I just want to say thank you very much for Email. It has posted on the Brazilian show page on Facebook and others. Also, if your problem with my obtuse ity, which probably obesity, I mean, that would be worse, because I've been doing best to cut that down, but being obtuse being, you know, basically intellectual Dullard of I take pleasure in that this, this is what the show's all about, you know, the complete lack of intellectual curiosity. The insistence that we do things I look at facts. A rather than simply raw emotions. That kind of Dullard behavior is not going to get anywhere this business. I know that except of course nine to twelve on a fifty thousand radio station, and one of the top twenty five markets in the country other than that nowhere at all. So for those of you who wished to please, add your comments to particular post, it is currently up on the Bruce Elliott show page, by the way, we're most of the way to five thousand two hundred members of the page right now. Which is very encouraging news. Think we added roughly twenty five to twenty seven members so far this week. And that seems to be the trend is we add between twenty and forty members every single week. And I'm truly grateful for that. That this kind of response thinking about this. We started with zero members around three years ago. We're just almost coming up on a third year anniversary. Right. It'd be a July third year anniversary here. There were zero members then, so we know have almost five thousand two hundred members of the show, and that is, that's very encouraging something, by the way in while you're on the page which is mentioned. I think you should take advantage of that, as a ticket glance at the information about the cruise we have coming up so far we have roughly two thirds of the cabins that we originally have set aside at this incredibly low price, an honor oversell it. But when you're when you're looking at prices at all in a couple of hundred dollars less than you would get if you went directly to the cruise line, that's an exceptional price. We will surely Edmore cabins as we need between now and the, the sailing. Eight which is next April. But if you wanna take advantage of these awesome prices, plus you get a fifty dollar gift onboard..

"My driving skills that if you can make a move like that, you should do it around, somebody who is a world class driver just as you are. Because my driving skills, don't give me the ability to respond quickly to somebody's zooming pass me and cutting me off going eighty five or ninety miles an hour. I feel better, and I'm quite sure that the mind, reader, and the car in front of me as Kurt everything that I said. Andrew was in his car. He starts us off this morning on talk radio six eighty WCBS for our number two. Good morning, Andrew. Good morning. Well. Just the one comment about the God is that. Yup. Jefferson road we hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal, right? And therefore he continues. The bare phrase entitled to life, liberty and happiness. Well, if you don't hold people if you don't believe people are created, then you don't believe people are equal. So therefore, it would read we hold these truths to be self evident that all people are free. You therefore, it's the job of the government to provide that people are free, according to that for life to government imposed in equality, and pursuit of whatever happened. That results. That's a, that's a good analysis of this, one of the problems of western civilization in, in the past fifty years, particularly, but I suppose you're going to send it out to the past seventy five one hundred going back from the roaring twenties is the emergence of materialism above all else. So that we have begun as a culture to put aside things of faith. Instead, we value not. Oh, who we are as individuals? But what we have as individuals. I mean think about this. If you go to your typical gathering go to some bar on the weekend, and you're single guy, and you sit down into chat with some gal. If she finds out of that, basically, you, you don't have a really cool car. You don't live in a really cool place and you don't have the funds to take her to really fancy restaurants for an awful lot of individuals. You'll find the interest in talking with you is going to drop way off. When I was in DC for a while. I remember being at a party. This is a classic Washington, DC party. I just met Vivienne. So this is a while back, and we're at this party and a guy came up to me and introduced himself as well. Hi, how are you? My name is Bruce Elliott tell me about yourself. There's GS whatever it is at the department of what McCullough and I'm thinking I didn't ask how much you make a year. I didn't ask what your status was tell me about you. Who are you? What are you like what do you do? I didn't say anything and he says, well, what about you? I said, well, I'm, I'm doing at that time a talk show for teens on channel nine and a lot of freelance work and some radio work and just looked at me and walked away on those. I have nothing to offer him of material worth. So it was not even worth discussing anything with me. The time of the day, the weather how the Orioles were doing nothing. And that's that is a common thread through much of western civilization. And here's the problem with this because materialism eventually fails. Then what we see is people people turning to alternative spirituality, the turn to. Let's have let's sit down and meditate together home or let's do yoga, make sure we always say, NAMA stay at the end or let's, you know, let's subscribe to something else, we'll all the others tend to be vehemently anti Christian, so you're ending up with people who decide if they're looking for faith somewhere. Gee, we should look at Islam because they're really passionate about what they believe in unlike those Christians who just care about money. People you have, you know, not surprising, people are fed up with the shallowness. Opioid epidemic and then you're huge recovery movement. Because after all this reality isn't good enough. So you have to alter your reality. In some way to make it more acceptable. How do you do that? Take drugs. That's that's where we are in the culture and it all speaks to a lack of a of a core. A core set of beliefs to, which one will Hugh, which is understandable. If you live in a world where moral relativism is primary. And thanks for your call. Four one zero WCBS eighty two Harford county and Terry, Terry. Good morning. Thank you so much for hanging on welcome to the Bruce Elliott show. Just make one comment about. Issues in Baltimore City my family grew up in east Baltimore in their shadow of Johns Hopkins, I'm sixty one years old, and even though I live in Harford county. I still consider Baltimore City and every other year. My family has a family reunion. And we members come from Colorado, Minnesota and other places during our last reunion. My nephew and his wife, they're both in their thirties. They went to one of the downtown attractions, and when they got back to their car. We're surrounded by a group of us. We're not allowed to call themselves but to me they were. And once they got into their car. These kids started rocking their car. They wouldn't let them leave. They were petrified and you know, one day told me the story and I recovered from considering the possibilities of what could have happened. I was super premium barrister for my city. I just was mortified that. You know in broad daylight something like this could happen. You know, we don't we don't always think about the ripple effects of an issue like this, you know, I mean, I'm quite certain. I know for a fact they'll never go back to Baltimore City. And when they went back to Colorado, I'm sure other people heard about this incident, and it just goes on and on and on. And I, I honestly I'm just sick about it because I grew up in Baltimore. And I knew what a beautiful place. It was to live. And I'm just heartache for what happened. Interesting. What did you tell them to do the next time that happened to them? Or do you have a c I know what I would have done in that circumstance which may not be socially acceptable. But what would what would your advice be to them if they're going to go down and face exactly that same situation again? Well, first of all, I know they never will. But I didn't have advice. I mean, they, they tried to leave, they, you know, my nephew tried pulling it was a rental car tried pulling out of the parking space. And finally, he just laid on the horn. And I think made enough noise that, you know, they just decided it wasn't worth it and they left. So honestly, Bruce, I didn't know what? Well, what would you have told them? I would have told them that your own life is worth more, and that the very first reality, we have to face is that it is immoral thing to do to protect yourself and your family. And if threatened in that particular fashion, where I surrounded by a group of people rocking on the car, I to put the car in gear and move forward. Sorry. If you're gonna insist on standing there, you're gonna get run over because what count on, is people saying, well, gosh, I would never do that. No. I don't. That's socially acceptable or non saying that we're I in that situation and actually felt threatened in the way they seem to have felt threatened out of said, hey, I'm going. And you can go and beaten the car, all you want to, but I'm going, and if you stand in front of the car, you're going to go to the hospital, and just, I think that is the reasonable thing to do because, you know, discipline that the you'd have is some other we are civilized, and we would not do that. I'm sorry. At that point, if I'm there with my wife, I'm less civilized, if I'm just there me I might take a slightly different approach to it, but not much. But if I'm there with my wife, sorry, sport, I will protect her with my life, and there's no way in hell that you're gonna put her at risk. Simply driven through them. Sorry. That's a horrible thing to say some people try. But look he's civilized. So sweet he tried, but he stopped because after all something in his brain, the saying all gosh, but I could hurt somebody, they don't have that particular compulsion. I mean they they understand they can hurt you. They can hurt your wife. They can hurt your, your son your friend, your, his wife and that's perfectly acceptable in that particular culture. That's fine. So I if I have to interact with that, in a situation where I m at risk, and my wife is at risk. We're moving on. And if you get injured fine so Sumi, and we'll take it to court and see what the court has decide Terry. Thanks for your call. I appreciate it. Four one zero WCBS Sadie donnas in his car. Don, good morning. Morning, bruce. Yeah. Just want to make comments. I mean many many years ago, probably I'd say, twenty five thirty years ago, my wife and I used to get a false more all the time, I'd take her to dinner. We'd go to show and I mean, nowadays, I it just think of I mean I wouldn't even consider driving my car through Baltimore. The only time I drive to Baltimore's when I'm in a tractor trailer. And that's when I pretty much feel somewhat safe up here. I don't expect it never is going to be trying to wash my windshield. And this. You know, but it's unfortunate and I mean, the economic repercussions must be just I mean, they're going to have to be devastating at some point Poltimore. Somebody's going to have to, you know, get the message but you were mentioning that movie swimming immediately made me think of a movie I was thinking, maybe Will Smith if they are do they are the sequel, I am legend with the zombie apocalypse and. The way he used to. He's with a fortress, that he had to create for his home down there kind of reminds me of what residents in Baltimore gonna have to start doing now. Unfortunately, I think you may be right. It is. It's funny because we used to look those movies, as pure science fiction escape from New York, or that whole genre. I see it less as science fiction out of prophecy. I see the somebody understood the direction of the culture and thought that that's where we were going that you'd have to have an armored vehicle and be willing to take whatever steps necessary to keep you and yours safe. No, it's tribalism at its worst. But that seems to be the direction which the culture's going. Yes, sir. Well be safe. All right. Appreciate it. Thanks for the call for ones. We currently have of the Bruce Elliott show page on Facebook, and we're moving towards five thousand two hundred now has grown significantly in the last year. I had steady growth prior to that. But during the last twelve months, I guess it's like a snowball rolling downhill kind of thing where we know have, you know, significant groups of individuals on a weekly basis, adding their names to the show page. And I appreciate that. If you've not done. So, by the way, it's pretty straightforward next time you're online to go to Facebook and do a sir. But yes, once again, it is time for us to choose Joe Biden's campaign theme songs. Just two. With even candy. Even more.

"Only one that feels this way. My thing is let the Democrats continue what they're doing. Because what they're doing is that they're destroying their party. Let it happen. When there's only a handful of them in office in twenty twenty. I mean, you're not going to change the people in California. You're not going to change the people in New England. You know, they they've got a stake got an agenda, and they've made it very clear what they wanna do. They don't care about votes. They don't win the vote, then they want to change the electoral college win electoral child college. They want to change it and say, well, it's got to be a popular vote. You can't have those sides. And that's what they're trying to do. They're trying to eat the sandwich from both ends. It doesn't work. But they've been fairly successful convince people that does and that is part of my concern is that they're gonna be enough sheep. All who look at this song dance that they've been doing and decide stare. Turn that's proof of how many idiots are in the country. So what what's the point? It's time. It's time to it's time to say, okay. This is enough. And when you voted out, and you're looking from the outside, go ahead and cry all you want. They're the ones that need to be made accountable of the BS that they've been doing for the last fifty years. This is nothing new Bruce been saying, you know, they they're the ones. All the ones that are run by the Democratic Party. What kind of what kind of shape are they in? Let's talk about my hometown shamed. The being from Baltimore. Well, there's a great piece, by the way. He's talkradio six eighty WCBS. By the way on this. And then you have the radical left like Alexandria. Out there, saying capitalism is irredeemable. And she has exactly bass ackward capitalism is the one instrument that has raised more people out of poverty in the history of man than any other form of commerce or government ever historically ever. So Natalie's at redeemable. It is the key to a level of success and comfort for every single human being on this planet that. Observable historically, look at the facts, what has happened with the industrial revolution. What has happened with? What has happened since then with capitalism? Millions and millions of people have enlisted out of poverty. Desperate poverty are lifespans have been extended due to capitalism. All right. Bill. Emails him Bruce heck member way back when when a liberal was one who is generous with his own money that is way back when? Not liberal somebody who's generous with your money, and Chuck is an elegant city. Chuck good morning. Thank you so much for hanging on good morning. And looking at the legislative history of the Bill of rights. I think it was Jefferson who said the primary purpose for the second amendment was. So that the citizen and protect themselves against the tyranny of the government. Yes. I think it was tyranny of a despotic government, actually. But yeah, you're right. That is precisely right. And that's probably no doubt by the left. Really wouldn't want to explore the background of the second amendment. Well, they're not particularly fond of the idea that the government's will would be thwarted in any fashion. Once they take over and move us toward a socialist. Frankly, democratic socialism is socialism with balloons in a party hat and socialism, basically is communism light. So if we want to have collectivism, and a central government that determines everything for the common citizen. Then you wanna go that way? That's the way to go. The problem is again, historically, those systems of government. Don't work pretty practical guy and somebody could say look Bruce onto those systems of government, historically, these were all the successes, but I can't find any truly I can't find any. So it's hard to make that case with me. Chuck, thanks for your call. Appreciate it. Bruce Elliott show. "Welcome back to the Bruce Elliott show. Our two time is just flying. Which is what you want to have happened on a Monday to be perfectly honest with you. I've never heard anybody say, you know, what we go for another Monday unless it's a holiday. I'm Derek hunter sitting in for Bruce Elliott on the host of the daily caller podcast, which you can subscribe to for free wherever fine podcasts or salt. And I would appreciate it immensely if you did also the author of the book outrage Inc. How the liberal mob rule science journalism and Hollywood available now, and it's a big big discount upon Amazon so talking about a o c three oh, Cossio Cortez and how she is fundamentally ignorant on the issues of history. I think I proof that pretty thoroughly when it comes to Ronald Reagan in the concept of welfare, queens. She was racist. And talking about a white lady never said the term welfare Queen that was a media created term that they just described to Ronald Reagan. Maybe they looked at themselves and thought I'm hearing a dog whistle. Every time I say that. So we must blame somebody else. I know Reagan, and it became part of the myth, the myth became the truth. When it was repeated enough, but it took until the liberal slate to looked into it in two thousand thirteen to devote the whole thing there was actually one particular woman that Ronald Reagan was talking about and she did bilk the system for hundreds of thousands of dollars may well have committed kidnapping and murder. She has since disappeared through a series of false identities and name changes. So she's really add by now and the world would likely be a better place if she were, but that wasn't the only issue on which a OTC said some. Incredibly stupid things. There are a lot of people in this world who have low skilled jobs. I I am one of them, right? You know, I was the podcast for a living. Take a whole lot of skills. I've held more jobs in most families have to be perfectly honest with you somewhere in the neighborhood of seventy jobs. I could pull up the list, but that would be the entire show with your my jobs. Most of them were manual, labor, jobs roofing, concrete work, construction, destruction you name it. And I've done it maintenance at a trailer park. The idea of automation sounds neat. And when you've got these people across the country these liberals across the country, and they're making headway in Maryland every day, the so-called fight for fifteen for example, the minimum wage to be fifteen dollars an hour. All the democratic field says the minimum wage should be fifteen dollars an hour. Running for president. It's scary scary proposition. Well, what happens to the guy who works McDonald's? If suddenly they're not. They're not paid minimum wage most people in fast food or not paid minimum wage, but the guy who's making ten dollars an hour. Suddenly the government mandates that they have to be paid fifteen dollars an hour. Well, there reaches a certain point where it's not worth employing that person anymore. You can't make up that kind of money. No business exists to employ people. Nobody ever says, you know, what I'm gonna risk everything I'm gonna throw all my my hard-earned money, and I'm gonna work my butt off for years trying to build something. But no, I'm not really gonna do it. For those reasons I'm not to try and make money at it. What I really want to do is start a business to employ people that doesn't happen. So of course, making money matters. So when you artificially, and that's exactly what the minimum wage is art officially increasing the cost of labor, you artificially inflate the cost of labor businesses. Try to find ways to make up that money. It's either raising prices or it is firing people or in the case of fast food. It is automation you go to more McDonald's. More and more McDonald's these days, and you see those touch screen ordering kiosks. Yes, there are still people behind the counter just not as many. And you don't have to actually talk to a human being until the point that they call your number, and sometimes that's just put up on a screen once they find a way to assemble. Sandwiches with machines. And then put them on a conveyor belt to point where there's a gathering area and the number is called. You can remove human beings from this equation completely. They will do that. Because the government is deciding that they want to artificially inflate the cost of labor this story from fast company, Amazon Amazon owns whole foods. They raised their Amazon announced that there are minimum wage now because of pressure and societal pressure, and they're good liberals like to pretend that they're good liberals. Jeff Bezos, also owns the Washington Post richest man in the world. He's out said we're gonna pay everybody. Minimum fifteen dollars an hour. Everybody thought oh how so progressive very very progressive. Then it turns out that the implementation of this was a little bit different. The employee's at whole foods started noticing that their hours were being cut. Well, why the all raise and now you're working less hours? And so many of them are actually worse off as far as their take home pay is by the end of the day because they've gone from thirty hours to twenty hours and had gone from ten dollars an hour or twelve dollars an hour to fifteen dollars an hour, but they're working hours. So Amazon gets to say, we're good progressive company. We are paying people a fifteen dollars minimum wage, and we believe that should be standard across the country. And then they're systematically, cutting people's work hours, probably to a total less work hours than before. Which means that their payroll was cut yet, they're celebrated as a very progressive company. Well, Alexandria, Cossio Cortez thinks that when people who have these low skilled jobs start losing those jobs. That's nothing to fear. That's nothing to worry about. That's that's actually something to celebrate. It's a good thing. Really? I'm not making this up. Take her word for it. Not mine. Cut thirteen. Go ahead. We should not be haunted by the spectre of being automated out of work. Right. We should we should not feel nervous about the toll booth collector not having to collect tolls anymore. We should be excited by that. We should be excited by that. Hey, congratulations. I hear you lost your job to a robot. I heard you know, everybody in the fast food industry could essentially be replaced with a credit card machine and the honor system. So maybe that job isn't worth fifteen dollars an hour. Maybe that job is not designed to raise a family offer. Maybe that job is designed to teach people valuable economic lessens, the value of hard work, you go out there, and you bust your butt, and you get a paycheck, and then you have a little bit of spending money when you're fifteen sixteen seventeen years old high school. That's what those jobs should be for. But the left they are now ways of life. And if you lose a manual labor Chavan, let's let's be honest people who work like the the the tunnels the harbor town in the toba they're making a pretty good living. I bet they wouldn't be happy. If they lost their jobs would be happy for them. She is the figurehead of the Democratic Party these days, she sets the tone. And she said, we should be happy. Then she goes on anything. Well, that's absolutely crazy. She continues and says something laughable and insane. It's laughable based on what she says. It's insane. Because you know, she believes it cut fourteen. Go ahead. The reason we're not excited by head is because we live in a society where you don't have a job you are left to die. And that is at its core. A problem. She really despises this country. She doesn't understand this country. At all, I'm not even sure she's ever actually lived in this country. Brooklyn. I guess it's the Bronx. And queens must not be this country. We live in a country where if you don't have a job, you're left to die. That's true. I suppose except that. It's not true in any way, shape or form. First of all. I mean, that's absurd. Even if we had no social safety net, which we which we spent hundreds of billions of dollars every year. But even if that were true, you have no friends, you have no family that really nobody ever. The Obama administration was a God awful economy. The economy was terrible. It was dragging. There was high unemployment there was term unemployment you. Remember the first few years of the Obama administration? They were constantly debates about should we extend unemployment benefits even further where I think you could spend a year or two what collecting unemployment. Were there potties piled up in the street was ever idol walking down the street with a wheelbarrow and a bell Saint bring out your dead. I don't think he was firearm remember correctly. Now, I might be mistaken. But I don't think there were huge piles of dead people in the streets in this country during the Obama administration when we had high unemployment and high long-term on employment. So where she gets her information from I imagine is some sort of magic code that whispers into her ear while she sleeps, and it's one of those toads that if you lick you hallucinate. And it probably sleeps in her mouth because she seems to be hallucinating constantly. But I just I can't believe it. Well, you know, unemployed are are left to die. So the concept of automation is an economic reality in part in large part because of the economic policies of the left mandating high taxes mandating high wages for menial jobs. Some jobs simply aren't worth fifteen dollars an hour. Some jobs aren't worth seven fifty an hour the minimum wage, but. AOC? She. Talks about the corporate tax rate and taxing robots. You can't make this stuff up. She blames it on Bill Gates, but she takes it to a new level. Cut fifteen. Go ahead and still there are a lot of different solutions were a lot of different proposed ideas about how we go about that. Bill Gates has talked about taxing robots at ninety percent. And what that means. He's really talking about is taxing corporations at ninety percents. But it's easier to say tax a robot. So she is advocating a tax rate on corporations at ninety percent. Does anybody out there really honestly believe that corporations pay taxes? Do you really think that is just like the fifteen dollar minimum wage, you think a company sits back and says, well, we're gonna take a hit on the bottom line? And that's just what we're going to have to deal with or do you think they say, you know, what we're going to have to charge more for our product or service. Of course, the ladder is true. And if it's a ninety percent corporate tax rate, first of all who would dare bother open a business in this country, and what existing company in this country would say, you know, what? Yeah. Well, what are you gonna do? We gotta take one for the team here. So we'll take a ninety percent hit on our bottom line. So that some entitled liberal can impose their fever dream on the American people that will not happen. You will see massive inflation. Because again, it will be the government interfering with the market. It doesn't do. So without consequence. And it never does it with good consequences. Effort and leftists are convinced that all of these examples all throughout history and happening right now in Venezuela are threes in that it didn't work as they weren't doing it pure enough. They weren't doing it. Right. I wasn't implementing it. I need to be the people. Everybody thinks that they're the smarter people smarter than everybody else who's ever tried to implement these crazy ideas. And so they're under deterred..

If she is made an outcast in Annapolis than those who elected her to represent them have innocence. No representation. Well, and and she has been arguing I'd say that all the people they won't re they will not put another delegate in her place, and that now because if she resigned Harford county league underrepresented, and I take exception to that. I thought it was a good speech, and I interrupted a hundred and two times would applause quite a lot an hour and twenty three minutes. That's quite a long thereabouts. Yep. Well, but what got me was the rebuttal. And I the pundits after the speech tall a rising star in the Democratic Party. How are you going to get her off the ground? I mean to use to Cavs together on one screen, but that's what she did. I don't think. At the tough actor follow. I don't I didn't much care for her or or her way she handled it Virginia. I'm sorry. The Georgia loss refused to concede, but that's a tough act to follow. And I don't think I think he enunciates quite well, but I don't think they're going to get much through congress with the did tempo of her re bottle speech and your comments. I think you're right. I thought it was an odd choice if they truly believe I think that what actually happened is. They know truly believe that she is a rising star. And she is tomorrow's democrat yada, yada. I think you have so many people on the democrat side who wanted to give the speech as a springboard for their presidential run. They were faced with a situation of. Okay. None of you guys. Do it. If you would next time, you're online, go in to check it out, so far it's overwhelming, we from this audience, at least overwhelmingly focusing was an outstanding speech, we start to end, which was not the opinion oddly enough of David Zurich of the Baltimore Sun. He says that it was one of Donald Trump's worst speeches ever. I read the column, and I'm I'm unclear. As to why he thinks technically it was a bad speech. I thought it was a soundly written speech, very well written actually. And I think that the the the women in white were the dominant image of the night a powerful Greek chorus or an army of visiting angels come to bear witness against the aging patriarch who has the power to keep them out of the castle. There reportedly of Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton with her and black face in him. Address like yoga. But if you take a look closely at the picture is actually not Bill and Hillary. So we've been fooled on that to a degree here. Here's the deal. Contemporaneous. Pictures of Bill and this guy in the pick show significant differences. All right. William Jefferson Clinton's face at that time was much much rounder than the face that the guy the picture has on Hillary. She has blue eyes. The woman of the picture has Brown eyes. We can't tell what else the woman's features because of the black fix. But there is every indication that it's not it's not the Clintons. Now, there's enough to be critical on the Clintons for I just don't want us to get caught in a trap where we're criticizing them for being in this picture when it is not them because of de-legitimize is some of the other arguments were making and this has to do with the Northrop stuff. But of course, we go out and watch a football game with the same weather. You said that it's important to make sure that we're actually quoting people correctly. What you're quoting is to ends of a sentence the middle of which I said, certainly we need to err on the side of safety. So yeah, the middle which you have to err on the side of safety. Nobody says than in a fifty minus fifty re wind chill. It's a good idea to go sit outside and watch a high school football game or the player she's playing in that kind of temperature. However. Bevin did make the make the point. This is on the story with Martha maccallum last night. Just an indication that the society's changing and some fashions it's getting a whole lot softer than it used to be. It's not just it's not just come on. Let's go to use your Ville. We're times we're tough we made it through. But he says observable the culture is getting softer now than it has been in the past. I didn't say it as it related to closing the schools specifically for children, I'm saying that in general in America in a society where we have safe rooms for college students with Plato and lollipops and pictures of puppies because they feel traumatized by ideas. They don't like in a society where we're closing churches on Wednesday nights. But not bars where people would be offended if at the same temperature we cancelled a football game. But we don't think twice about cancelling other things where the government is in charge. I'm just saying in general in America, we are getting soft. I think he's right on that. I mean, I do I think that look at happens here all the time, of course, err on the side of safety. But I know that we're going to have during the course of the next handful of weeks a number of times where schools will be closed early or will open late because of weather, and we don't see the weather. They don't care about time. Now when I wanted to make you listen to Trump's plan. I listen to it on Saturday. And the thing that struck me was it was an all points approach to solving the problem really solving the problem attacking all the different points that need to be addressed. And you know, when you think about it this has been going on for decades, and these people many most have been there the whole time. And if there's supposed to be the best of the best, and they're just so perfect, wonderful and smart, they haven't fixed. The problem answer is because they don't want to they want to be able to keep using it. They want to keep family use it to you as a as a reason for forgetting both as a reason four point fingers at the other person calling names, and they've they've I think the ultimate we want to hold out until they get to a point where they can get all all the whole thing. Just like they did with ObamaCare right ram it down our throat, and it's amazing. When you talk about it that the average. Person can't see that who they vote for. And what those policies are and those programs they want to implement it has a direct correlation to how much you pay. Absolutely. You know, it's funny that you mentioned it. You know, we hear Democrats talk about all these different resources that you want to give to this that and the other. It's like the government doesn't make any money all the money that the government all those resources that they're speaking of come from your paychecks like you, our paychecks not theirs because they make so much, and they probably offshore a lot of their money and not the people who are on government assistance. It's our paychecks that pay for it. Right. But even if you think you're not going to pay for because you don't have an income or because you're not wealthier Hyun on property. They will get you another way. That's the reason cigarettes or six dollars, a pack. Well, higher tax on liquor sales. And there is another items as far as the sales taxes, right? We'll find a way to get it sooner or later, you will pay. For it. Absolutely. Thank you for calling. I really appreciate that. I mean, that's the thing. Like, we have to be more mindful. I mean every single time you go to vote every single time you run for office. There is a reason why we have the government we have, you know, it's our fault. If you will. Ultimately speaking, we're going to take a hard break, and we'll be back in a moment..
