The are not allowed to check it under the hood. You're you're you're not allowed to sample a taste. You are just literally you get fifteen minutes there now and we're gonna take all of your money that you're not coming back closing. I'm think about the absurdity of of what that is and understand that if we're able to selling the listing side because that's ultimately all interested in right so you know l. the farming we're not soliciting buyers are literally trying to get you know create relationships with sellers but think of if you have a really comprehensive package where the buyer has all of the extra information. They're going to make a decision when they make a decision. Based on more veteran information they're more likely to offer better. It's the same as if you were buying occurrence got carfax and it's got a clean 'em v. i and then you got a little mechanical Added onto it as well. I if you walk in and you see that seller right and and look. There's some candidate and give them a call. Look at last week. You can bring your own through if you want to know problems years the fbi. Which is you know. Do basically check the boxes. You know. Add score and how are now that was based on a may during a door knocking. An peter brouwer have been sending these cards for the last couple of years. I just thought maybe it would make sense for me to put a name by face lincoln. "To read their to your images should be clear If someone's on a big twenty eight inch desktop screen the images should be stretched or or ugly looking in another. i'd say And yeah just make sure you add image all texan and descriptions which are kind of the back end. Coding that also help your site get index more by google. They can instead of trying to figure out. What your images you just tell google. So it's a lot of that kind of site design best practices. You wanna make sure you you implement re what do you think of these Website building websites. That offer templates. That's a fantastic question and it's super relevant my life because my husband actually works. Good eddie So we talk about this. Yeah we talk about this a lot. website template builders are fantastic start for small businesses. That don't have a ton of resources or even like time to throw a big lake website project at The only thing is with website. Builders you definitely want to make sure that when you go to them they not only have the ability to customize to show your brand But also some sort of way for google to find that site and continual continually index it. i know that for example like my husband works like i said he worked at good. Eddie i go. Daddy's website builder. They readjusted a couple of years back. And now it's it. Lets you do a lot more customization and then i know squarespace super-popular and like they They've got really nice. Easy on the eyes smooth looking template. So there's really no problem with those. They are a fantastic option for small businesses in particular So yeah i would i. If you feel overwhelmed by the prospect of setting up a website then start there for sure. I love it. I love it okay. What's number five number five. I have already mentioned multiple times. A google wants to index and recognize your digital presence for your website. The way you do this is by using key words and key phrases related to your business These should be base. And if i'm sure some listeners are going to be like oh she's talking about seo search engine optimization. That's exactly what i'm talking about. You wanna use any sort of related topics and words related to your business. And you wanna use these in headers and sub headers across your site in your basic taxed And again like i said you can even put image alt- text and descriptions With an images to so put it in there Crazy enough Google also reads the file. Names that you use when you upload images so if you could put like for example on my website i call myself a content strategist a content marketer. A pretty much all my image is a my personal website say bree brower content marketing strategist and it's just with with dashes between each word so it's brower content strategist dot j. peg for example so there's tons of places on your site you could keywords and key phrases is again partially why it's important have a website to help tell google who you are. Yeah that's i do. I do use that trick. Sometimes i get a lot of google image search does show up at the bottom. The normal search sometimes and sometimes i'll have a like. I'll just have a podcast image of brower at the top of the podcast page. And it says bree brower and then they might click on that. And they'll have a link to the podcast. It's a great way of getting show up right. Yeah and it's really not like.

We're GONNA dive into what this very fascinating entrepreneur and health leaders up to but while want to do is open up the microphone to our amazing Sam to fill in any of the gaps of the answer that I may have missed SAM. Welcome to the PODCAST. Thank you so very very happy to beauty scorning and nearly centers a. It's a pleasure to have you Sam anything that you WANNA share that. Maybe I left that in your intro. Nothing that seats you know I it just. That's as being just baby that I'm being an interpreter in tech and science for the last twenty five years I moved to the US. I seen two thousand eleven two thousand twelve to specifically moving to healthcare before that I've always been in science I originally from Iraq Iraq was speaking from from France. I'm French fascinating and wonderful company. That's pretty far ahead in health effort so it's always great to have the international touch on the healthcare system and Sam. It's folks like you that that help us see things from a different light so wondering during what is it that got you into the medical sector to begin with Sam. Yeah well that's A. That's a great question. That's also very personal for me so I have to keep two boys. He's in a pretty grown now but back in two thousand five our youngest son as hard a very severe illness very very severe brain. I'm from our brain injury so it wasn't come out. We spend a year the hospice tall hand. That was crazy so back then we entered a journey. That's so many people enter. which was we were so scared? We were powerless. We did not understand what was happening. I didn't to know anything about health care. So the machines resolve the language and arrows coming from taking science. That will so I felt so. Powerless is because I had no information. No data I had nothing and so I think what happened there for years with my husband between up cope with the situation and survived by. I becoming very analogy whole about the situation. Yes and that was. That's how it started really and so I think the rise of the smartphone than you know were very much following what was happening. You know we sensors becoming cheaper and smaller and the rise of a again. My husband Walter. Who's also Michael Founder? "We went blues the Great Brett Hull bringing this back? And let's talk about a former blue former teammate. And just kind of pick them at random but I I wanted to get your thought on Gary Younger who was a great blue great goalscorer. I didn't realize four hundred thirteen career goals and known for the iron man streak playing in nine fourteen. He was sort sort of towards the end of his career. While you got here but you were you were together for a couple of years. Give me your blink. When I say the name Gary Younger you could not lift his stick? He was so strong on stick when he wanted to score a goal Good luck if you ever gonNA lift his stake because I mean he his mindset was was was was so sold hold on scored goals all the time that I've never seen anybody play that way and for nine fourteen in a row and I think it was a coach's decision eventually later where they said him in this league. As you know that that's tough to do it really is and I'm he played hurt a mean he again was one of those guys that There were nights that that he wasn't hundred percent but he just felt that he was better than than a lot of the guys there at fifty percent. Then if someone else would have been at one hundred percent so He played hard and yeah. It was a coach decision. In in fact it was a it was for the Atlanta flames. That he was playing after got traded from us and it was actually against us that he actually broke that Ironman Streak Rica here in our own building when when they didn't play him that one night here in Saint. Louis I didn't realize it actually happened in Saint Louis and from the NHL headlines recent development. Mike Babcock out in Toronto. It tells me the leafs such a legendary franchise they haven't won since nineteen sixty seven. How about around the league former players guys? Who grew up in Canada? Is it stunning when you think about how. Toronto that great franchise hasn't been able to break through yet again. Well it's just a hard thing to do Martin. I think we saw it with the blues. Took let me talk to lose fifty one years I mean the blues. Were the only team that was was was was less than the Toronto Maple leaves because the leaves won the Cup and sixty seven before the blues came in so It's it's hard. It's very difficult and yeah. I mean being when you consider that it's the Mecca of hockey in Toronto. It is really kind of mind boggling That the leaves have not WanNa Cup. I mean I think it's harder harder nowadays in the CAP era To try to win the Cup but you know they've got a really good club so They felt that they had to be coaching change. They spend a lot of money on that franchise. I mean they spend a lot of money on babcock so I get in the that experiment is over and I guess they're going to try to go with the younger coach and and try to put everything together. But we've always we said this is the hardest trophy in the League to win. And sometimes you it's. It's the players falls and sometimes they believe it's. The coach is also whatever happens in Toronto. I'm glad we've already got a couple here in Saint Louis. What's a realistic expectation for? A guy like Troy Brouwer who comes in hadn't been playing for a while with skating a ton but knows the organization knows. Oh some of the guys I guess. So that's a little bit more of a natural transition what do you what do you think he can bring to the table. I think he just brings veteran leadership He's the guy he's a good guy in the locker room. He's as he's a really solid player on the ice Is Not going to back down from everybody and I think with Blues. Losing a guy like edmunds and I think you need a little more size and strengthen lineup the blues has got some some young you know light wingers and all of a sudden now you bring in a guy. That's that's been around a long time that's over two hundred ten pounds and Is Very experienced. He can score and he's still proved that he can score twelve goals last year in Florida. So I think this is a really kind of almost an insurance policy If anybody else goes down you need to have those veteran guys and and certainly Troy A good guy and he fills that role very well and once he saw the visa issues cleared to play to solve the number issue. He was debating what number to wear. Ended ended up back with his thirty-six which he wore in Saint. Louis superstitious about A. You're twenty four f forgetting it when you went to Detroit. Did You keep the twenty four and I went to forty two appropriate head. Twenty four jail but He was going to get out of jail eventually and I did not want to have his number because I knew when he got wouldn't look good if I was wearing his number so I waited with forty two. How great is that store? You haven't he was in jail at do they even say if you want Bernie you could. You could take until he gets back. No I'm good. I'm good well. You actually they. They they offered me to see you. You know because they weren't sure what what Bob Status of it I mean they mentioned and I said forget that right from the start. So it'd be the last thing that I would want to do with probably around would've and that would mean totally foolish that has to be a career. I say your number's available. But it's only because the other guy is twenty four all along as a kid all the way up. No no I wore. I wore fifteen in junior With the blades. And when I came I mean we didn't really get to request what numbers that we wore for Blue I in fact when I first got called up the first time we got called up Just before Christmas of seventy six I actually wore number fourteen For a couple boy games but I played and then when I came back the second time I got twenty four and that's the one I wore so yeah so yeah but I would love to have fifty but Floyd Thompson was wearing fifteen and I wasn't GonNa make request any any sweater. They gave me with any number on. It was gonna be fine with me and I think we've established you're not unlike a lot of hockey guys. You're not real superstitious superstitious. You don't worry about a lot of weird stuff that some of the guys do. No no I mean there were certain things I did. I mean but it was mostly because of the comfort of my writes. Kate was always. I felt got looser quicker so I always tied. It lasts but it was more of a of a comfort Other than a superstitious Bernie. Great to talk with you have a great Thanksgiving living in. We'll talk to you again soon. Thanks do you have a great Thanksgiving as well. That's the hall of Famer Burqa with us. It's pucks with Bernie Hanger presented by Triad Bank. "We went blues. Let's go paying her here. F O P friend. I believe our last visit you were in walking the streets the Vancouver. The Pot was in the air but on that same road swing. You caught up with the former Bleu chicken parm one of the great nicknames Ray Ferraro Give us a tangere update on what chicken Parm is up to these days. Well chicken parm retired as a Saint Louis Blueberry number thirteen if you remember Toyota's ACL and He's he's married The hall of Famer and the Gold Medal winner in Cammi Granato They've got two kids And both their kids are incredible athletes soccer players and I've I did. I just love the guy. I go on golf trips with them. Every summer He's a competitive. Hazardous Guy always always has been He's fun to be around our nickname when we get on the road or it's not. It's not that you know it's not that slick of nickname name but we seem to get dumber as we as we get together on the road. So we are Harry and Lloyd. We're on these big golf trips and Yeah so he he does a great job. He's one of my favorite if not my favorite analysts to listen to on the television side. He works full time for. TSN Does all the National Games. And I think he's just got such a quick tongue and a quick. What about him? He always had that as a player and now is the broadcast You can't put anything by him and he's he's a sharp was get dumb and dumber. I liked it Harry and Lloyd the chicken Parm and Panger. I should mention it. Is it sorta homecoming week for kids. That grew up in Saint. Louis Got Matthew could chuck Thursday night. Calgary granted there in town more often than in Tampa Bay but boy matthew seems to have elevated his game up there and we saw that when he played against the blues he scored some of the most magnificent goals. I've seen this year and it's getting better and better for this kid. He's you know what he's he's he's the whole package I if I'm goaltender playing against Matthew Ca Chuck he drives you crazy crazy because he'll always stick around the blue paint and he's got great hands And he's he never stops talking and if you're a defensive he's GonNa be crazy 'cause it's gonNA keep through. I didn't do it at the net and you're gonNA keep pounding away as well and And then if you're a a a right winger because he plays left-winger you're going to be constantly on the face up that he's he's just just the remarkable kids they've been talked to gain the right way and And I'm I'm glad too risky. NHL because there's there's hope for the young kids here Martin when you've got good kids like this that take traitors out of you know by the Voice of beer handle it the right way. They're just they've just been taught wealth by their mom and dad and I love watching them imply how about the fact big wall. We talked him once a week. He's out on the road and I'm like where are easy Hold on a second. I think I'm in Duluth and what I said. What the Hell is this guy doing but he loves it? He's out scouting he's looking at college kids. And it's gotTa be pretty cool when you're a scout for you know some other team and you walk into billion you're sitting next to again scored over five hundred goals. I mean I think people would be surprised that he's out there grinding. I would agree with you and I'm glad you said that because people people just assume that these great players yeah. They're just front office guys. They come in whenever they want. They don't know that he's putting in the work and You know and also like going out there and scouting a college. Let's play that hasn't been drafted or or clear that you could maybe get in the sixth or seventh round or something like that. He's he's put it on the line he's going into Doug Armstrong and he's going into the Bill Armstrong and say no this is. This is the guy this is why I like them and you know so. I mean he's being tested every single day with his with his knowledge and his hockey accurate. And we'll kind of players that but he likes it and and He's put into work. So that's that's again. That's that's speaks volumes about the work ethic he hands out the weekly Panger brought to you by the good folks turban chestnut one of our sponsors here. As well. As Fast Eddie's Air Greenville University Triad Bank and Marie Davila senior living panger enjoy. We'll be looking free. You might start a trend here where you're wearing jerseys during the broadcast I've told destroy many times. Marshall faulk great rams running back. I was still relatively really new in town. We did a Sunday night show and he said Martin. I got an idea man. You'll become huge with this every Sunday. Just where Jersey and I said God that it just doesn't seem professional enough. He said don't worry you're not that professional so you may you may stumble into something here. People may be sending New Jersey's aware. Who does that a lot? Is Jon. Butcher grass does on. ESPN A lot he. He likes to put in the college hockey. So the Random College hockey I love that part of it and he calls it college hockey and Yeah you know what that's it. This is a unique thing so I actually sent a text to all three of the players. All the Sassy boys and I said does anyone of you tree. We have a schedule and rock writer sweater that I can wear tomorrow. So Schwartz says I got kinda breaking news here on Fox with Barney and paying a great week..

"Do. You know any and then caught the attention of his own bench and now his own benches kind of percolating. Now now we got something going here Last year at the beginning of the year when the blues were really struggling I found that even taproom I found Pat Maroon Lionel Riley in the new players that they had tyler Bosak they. They were all very quiet. They didn't want to step on anybody's toes. And then as they started growing in January and February March and Pat. MAROONS game started. You know improving proving and he was playing on that line with Bosak and Thomas mckean. More confidence He was able to go to the other teams bench. You able to talent. Mark Cycling Winnipeg series. He was able able to challenge. I remember challenging the Toronto Police Coach. WE'RE IN TORONTO. And it just kind of the whole bench went. Whoa what is going on over there? And it's having Maroon. You know stirring things up it's Dole Edmonson would do the same thing and so you know who those two personalities. Well what do you have. You have to fewer guys that are that are our guys with energy and the guys conserve and the guys that don't wind up gloves biting so I I always liked Troy Brouwer. When he was with this team that he also had that timing that he could also step up and say something at the right time you could also go up to another teams you know player And and challenge. That player didn't have to fight. He's gotta get his grill a little bit so I think that's AH needed component. I think Doug I'm on You know I think he saw that as well and we'll know soon enough for hours gonNA stick. What do you think he can still bring at? This point is part of it that that sort of edge that you just talked about. Is that something that appeals. You still got to be able to skate. Still gotTa have something left the tank but is that part of the appeal for Doug Armstrong. Right now I I think it is. I think the conditions North Roy hours impressed. Everybody and He's I mean so. That's that's one number two I think he's he's Energized energized if to finish his career on his own terms not the way that it was going to end which was he goes to Florida's training camp walk on. He has a really good really good training. Camp should've made the team and at the last minute they pull the plug because younger player that they were afraid. They'RE GONNA lose on waivers so so he gets. Let go. So that's disappointing feeling when you're a player that That you know that you're not in control of when it's going to go so I think he wants to give it everything he's got. So what's he gets into the lineup. Or Doug Armstrong chooses you know Troy Brouwer And signed him to a deal. And I believe Wednesday's the deadline for him today is the deadline for Mcginn But I see I see brower having the edge in that department and I think the You know the familiarity and the history of what he's done to the Saint Louis Blues. I could see Doug Armstrong leaning towards toy our friend panger update when we come back great to have urban chestnut on board you know about their great fear and the Great Beer Garden hanging out in the Grove they've expanded there's just been the explosion of craft. FBI's but boy it goes way beyond that urban chestnut the become part of the Saint Louis scene. I love that Bourbon Underdog. You haven't had it. It's great American lager. Beer snobs out there. I get it. My wife is a perfect example. Not a huge beer fan. I rolled out a little urban underdog. She absolutely loves it. So whatever your palate is they've got a taste for you. You know about the Panger award presented by the good folks at urban chestnut every single week. Huge hockey fans confined their product. Now all around town whether you got snuck grocery store if you're at MM sporting event blues game how about at the zoo. That's right. I had the Grizzly Ridge Koelsch the other day they have expanded. It's not just the great product great people behind. It's more than just this fear that you're enjoying the part of the movement in Saint Louis getting things done and changing the whole area there the grove. And if you talk about the connection with the MLS. I think we had the big celebration with the MLS. For the Lou that was at urban chestnut in the grove location. You can find them all around town. I started with the wingnut still love that moved into this wickel title currently just hooked on urban underdog. Check them out neighborhood. Grocery store liquor store guaranteed all around town. I was just told some friends about a fast daddy's pawn era and I just didn't have the worst describe it Brett another same problems for years. The words I use. Are you know a lot of fun. It's huge it's an adventure. Yeah that's what I was trying to say. This is more than a bar. I mean the coldest beer the best live entertainment. Everyone knows about the great food but fast. Daddy's is far more than that. I'll tell you what it's kind of like I've only been to heaven but I bet you that hard to describe to. I sure hope I get that telling me. Studies experiences tough to describe ascribed on all I know is it is fun. Man I tell you what better thirty five years. And it explains itself. Don't know if it's good as heaven but it might be on earth. Why would write it down in your notes and your full because because when you get home in the experiences can be hard to remember? I've been all over the world and there's only one fast Eddie's bon air so if you're twenty one head over to clerk bridge too fast Eddie's bond air in Alton Alton aren't you just heard the commercial that's fast Eddie hanging with Brett Hull. That's a party I need to be invited to and joining us on the line. The one and only fast Eddie from Fast Eddie's Bon on air in Alton where they're always serving up a lot of fun great food you gotTa tell us hanging with Brett Hull. You got an idea what that might be like. What was it actually like in person? I'd say imagine it and then multiply it because it's it's real. That's that's that's who it is and it's that much fun but your who likes to have fun but unlike bread red hot takes it to another level for a living and I keep people out of and I'd like to keep up with the Best I party for a living and I teach teach people out of party. That's it man. You know what I've said about Fast Eddie's it's a mood changing experience. I've never been in there and looked around and seeing anybody in a bad mood and you might see him walking in with a frown but boy once they and there's always groups of people they could be mad at their boss or their dog and all of a sudden. They're going too fast. Eddie's nobody's having a bad time forget forget about your troubles. There's no windows for a reason. And you leave the world when you walk in and it's it's a definitely a coming in about twelve hours. Awesome all twelve of them and I know you love baseball. And you're hanging with Mike Shannon. You're down at Cardinal Games. But I think I've sensed this and I've seen down there in recent years certainly with the cup run. It's been fun but you've gravitated towards hockey and there was a night. They were fighting back. I was at the TV job and we text in and you send man. I like this team. Because they've got some they've got a little bit of balls they'll push back. Take care of each other to. It's fun to watch man. They're really on a work team at the very spirit in the team attitude. You guys are good man really good and it's fun for the city. You know I mean I've I grew up here. You grew up here. Everybody's got like three cardinals shirts in their closet. Maybe more go and now all of a sudden you go to the store you gotta fast. Eddie's everybody's wearing blues gear. It's amazing man. I tell you go places where you have always been Kendall one and now lets you know. Now it's tend to three you know anything count. Whatever the whatever? The ratio is popping up. And coming up we're getting into it more and more new people watching it. It's cool. You know it took from wanting to do it. But that's what gets to learn. Everybody loves a winner. Here's what people ask me. I always they say what are you going when you go to fast. Eddie's I'm like I'm going to probably work my way through the menu if I hang for a couple of hours but what about eighty if you're there all the time. What are you ordered you have? "The lead up for all the action. Center here at sunrise for tonight's match up the Panthers and the Washington Capitals is the Panthers begin a three game homestand here. The Panthers look free three game season series. Sweep of the Washington Capitals. The Panthers have won back to back games coming off that four one win in Boston on Saturday afternoon. They're thirty five thirty two and twelve nineteen thirteen and six at home all the capitals, come in forty seven twenty four eight the defending Stanley Cup champions or twenty four fourteen and two on the road. Doug, play games. Billy Lindsay Kevin Rogers with you high above rinkside first, let's get into hearing from the head coach of the Panthers Babu cnor. And the first thing I asked him is hit the shorthanded goal. Troy Brouwer scored on Saturday. But the Panthers up three one in Boston at that was the turning point in hockey game. When they scored the first one, and they sorta you could see the title little bit turning. And then then we took a penalty right after you know, it was it was important that we not only killed it up. And when we get a short handed goal, which is. Only in a second short Andrew goal here. We heard many chances, but it's a veteran play by trade brower pump fake and a little bit. And throwing Rask often. Make it three one sort of gives a chance to sort of breathe a little bit and get out of that period. And. You know, it was it was a good turning point in the game. And then here looking down the stretch just important are these few games, especially for some of the the young guys the guys like Dryden on Josh Brown. Those kind of guys you're going in these last few games. Yeah. You know, I think that you could see guys taking advantage of the situation and see for example has been one of our better players in the last couple of games, and you know, brownies but dependent on in certain situations. And you know, how we for that matter and Borghese some second unit power plant seeing some sometimes so great for these young guys. I think what they're going through. Now what they've gone through in the last two months..

"And he gets Boston on the board here. Six forty eight to go in the second. Nola Chari with his sixth goal of the season. Joe Kim Nordstrom, Tori crew with the assist the thirteen twelve Mark. And the Bruins on the board trailing two-to-one the Panthers shorthanded a minute later and Troy Brouwer out and open ice able to give the Panthers of three one lead gay comes posture. Knock Matheson took it away from him a nice play with the stick. And he's able to rip it out. The seminar reached out of all right our surplus. Shorthanded goal from our top shelf beats in the Panthers. Once again by two browsers eleventh of the season. He's played well of latest shorthanded, bike, Matheson, the assists. He's back in Boston fourteen nineteen the time of that goal. And it gives the Panthers the three to one lead shots on goal. Twenty four four the Bruins twenty three saves for Roberta Longo and to fourteen Panthers shots. He's made eleven saves. So far back to Jameson of Florida Panthers dot com. So after the Bruins responded Jameson good to see brower. They're short handed to give the pampers back to go lead brower deserves a hotline. I mean, he leads the team ahead. Thirty three years old. He's brought a lot of veteran leadership to this team and a sort of the Panthers late addition, you didn't seem until August after gaining begin had back surgery. So a late addition. And he's been producing like you said a eleven goals for him. Really can't ask that. Echo, which is beautiful time coming in. He kinda fake like different power out kept the puck skated, and I think that old rapper gonna beat a beautiful snipe. So great goal Fram well-deserved and guide when you look at the Panthers short guys tripping on the falcons got find their sceviour when he's healthy park off Tortuga. And been there and you had five hundred dollars. But the Panthers struggled to Corby dangerous were handed down and kind of really nice. Finally, even though these guys know they don't wanna talk about throw numbers. Johnson. Hoover picks up his sixtieth assist of the season. The dad Nov goal. Just impressive season for Heuberger. We've seen Hoffman at bark off get a lot of the accolades this year. But who over the last few months that he's been really terrific one hundred percent. You do not mind. Practically guys having career. Eighty seven point as well. So we were talking to how the never had or even now it looks like goober does points to twenty ninety point club potentially with regenerating after this one here tonight. So. On twitter. He kinda feel like. In the playoffs. But I don't see it that way I kind of guys really entering their primes. I think when we come back five this now numbers these records at the start of something really great as sort of a really good five six year stretch for these guys act around for these guys individually. So.
