"Write down everything that drives you nuts. And remember the journals for you. So you're supposed to be very honest. Aggravated honest, like I hate my roommate don't like my boyfriend hate my job. I don't like my commute. And then after that time, you really sit in assess it, and it's kind of nasty to really like. Wow. Oh my gosh. And what you might come to is like turns out, I only complain about my commute when I'm on the way to work. So maybe it's not my commute. Maybe it's my job. I don't like or what are some things I can do to make my commute better. Can I wake up a little earlier? Can I plan my outfit? Can I you know, and that's sort of for me goes into the apex of my brand of wellness, which is bio- individuality. Bio individuality? Yeah. So bio individuality is that what works for me might not work for Lou. But might work for sue, right? Like, not everything is going to work for you. You've got to find what works best for you. And the best way to do that is right. Your own stress journal your own food journal, you know, and even the way that I suggest food journaling. It's not about just writing down what you ate day threatening about how you slept that day. How you felt after you ate a certain thing. How many times do you get do you have you been asked in your life? What do you think you might feel like for dinner? So when people ask me the question, how our food and feelings connected. I'm like, how aren't they connected like wins last time you thought like you just you just eat to eat. Of course, your feelings are connected and there tied into that. And so it's the same with the food journals to same with the stress, and let's getting down to the bottom of where something's coming to. I'm all about solutions and getting to the bottom of things, and I feel like in a world of comparison eating. Let's talk about what's for you. And I think that when. I work with people. Now, I really try to get to the I'm working with them on them on how to get to the bottom of that. Then I feel like that to me is hopefully the future of wellness not like juice cleanses and like weird fifty dollars, yoga classes, hopefully. We're going to take a little break for a word from handsome brook farm, organic pasteurized eggs, then we'll be back with more wisdom from Sofia. And the return of our speed round. Handsome brook farm believes that organic and pastured is the way to go. When it comes to eggs pasture-raised means better lives for hens better lives for small farmers and better eggs for you. "Store is plenty of tape there. He is. He reminds me of case. I mean, he's a grinder in a bad place. Don't bother him. He has a good arm. He's got a quick release. He's a feisty player. So it's going to be a challenge to get him a contain. I said last week. And I said it here on this show. I certainly set it on my show and orange and blue seven sixty that you can't lose to Jeff Driscoll in the Bengals if so all the Broncos players should retire. Well, they didn't lose. I'm not going to say that about Nick Mullins. He does have four starts in the NFL. But you shouldn't lose to throw for four hundred yards last week nonetheless, it's still Nick Mullins third string quarterback. I don't think he's the second coming. He's not the future for the forty Niners. And if you can limit his favorite target, George Kitto, then you really should have an easy day. He's got a four string running back and Jeff Wilson junior and beyond that their receivers have been a bit of a disappointment. Or they're young guys that you just haven't really heard of that have been that productive Dante Pettis in recent weeks is found the. Endzone a bunch and seems to be on the same page with Nick Mullins. But George Chipotle is really the focal point here is Broncos defensive coordinator. Joe woods on what it'll take to stop. The second year tight end at Iowa. I remember when Chelsea I came out, and I was like who's this guy? But I learned real quick he's pretty good player. And I feel the same way about him. Obviously, we have some things in place to take care of maybe a few tweaks to make a messiah line, but he is their leading receiver by over thirty receptions, which is unheard of. But he's really good player. We can't spend a lot of time honestly, and I read Brooke farms game management focusing on the Niners offense because there's not much to focus on semester. Nick Mullins did throw for four hundred yards last week. But it was in a losing effort in Seattle. And he just kind of hugging it around the yard. You can't let Mullins beat you. The kind of goes without saying the Broncos should be able to get to them as the Broncos are fifth in the NFL in sacks the Niners. They don't get to the quarterback very well at all their twentieth insect. Solomon Thomas, the number three overall pick a year ago out of Stanford has been a disappointment. And he has admitted that he needs to play better deforest Buckner who was a first round pick a couple of years ago. He's actually looked really good and has nine sacks from a interior pass rush position. But you should still be able to. Neutralized him. And do what you need to do running the ball. So let's start with case keenum, and as we look at the Broncos offense. Here is the Broncos signal caller with his reaction to the news that Emmanuel Sanders is no longer going to be his top target is tough. Obviously..

Nick Mullins Broncos NFL Niners George Kitto Emmanuel Sanders Jeff Driscoll Dante Pettis Joe woods Solomon Thomas deforest Buckner George Chipotle Seattle Jeff Wilson defensive coordinator Iowa Chelsea Bengals Stanford

"There the body's just for a few minutes of my own gastronomic satisfaction they're just it didn't make sense when there were perfectly good alternatives that didn't require anyone's suffering so that's when i decided that i would become league have become i've been vegan since psprimorac has has a new book it's called pig pork archaeology sooalog and at ability and i think a lot of us can relate to what you just said when you really started thinking about meat and the animals then you start feeling a certain discomfort every time i'm in the grocery store and i'm looking at all the packages of chicken beef and pork i'm reminded of a story that a famous chef told me years ago his name as thomaskeller from the frenchlaundrythis is a very expensive michelin star restaurant in california and he said that 1 point in his career he realized that he was ordering meet like a mob boss orders a hit he'd make a phone call and pay his money and then pouf everything got delivered to his kitchen neatly trimmed and packaged no blood on his hands so one day he decided that he should really know how to butcher an animal he tried rabbits forest but once he was face to face with a twitchybunny knows he couldn't do it he almost had a nervous breakdown and the story has stuck with me for a long time because i think a lot of us have trouble thinking about consuming meat we don't want animals to suffer i could never kill a pig i know that but i can eat a pork roasts so where do we go with that a lot of meat eaters ease their conscience by purchasing meet that issue mainly raised and slaughtered but what exactly does that look like let's take a trip to double brooke farm in newjersey they raise sheep pigs turkeys and chickens from the moment they are born to the moment of slaughter owner johnmcconnell he takes us inside what he hopes is a kinder kill.
