"For hosting me for today's remarks and in particular to recognize America first, policy institute president Brooke Rollins. Fantastic woman, another fantastic woman is Linda McMahon. Chairwoman. And my friend Larry kudlow, when I want to learn about the markets I call Larry. Thank you, Larry. Thank you very much. We're honored to be joined as well by House Republican leader and a friend of mine and a good man, Kevin, McCarthy. Kevin, thank you. Thank you. And I see your friend Steve, you don't leave without Kevin. Two great people, and thank you very much. And also to the many members I'd introduce you, but you have so many would be all day. Many members of House and Senate, former members of my cabinet and administration and state local leaders and countless other distinguished guests, thank you all for being here. A real pleasure to be with you. Just two years ago, with the help of many people in this room, we had a booming economic recovery, like nobody's seen before, the strongest and most secure border in U.S. history. Energy independence and even energy dominance, historically low gas prices. As you know, no inflation, a fully rebuilt military and a country that was highly respected all over the world by other leaders by other countries highly respected. Very simply we had made America great again. We made it great again and we did it by putting workers first by putting families first and above all by putting America first

"Now, Here's Christie doll. I'll just say off the top today. We're having a little fun with the fact that we're having some phone hiccups on This. Tucker Carlson s a day of all days having some critically key interviews, and our phone keeps Cutting out every other minute or so in the middle of conversations. I am sure it's completely unrelated folks. But nonetheless just wanted to let you know we're aware we're sorry. We know it's frustrating. We're trying to rectify it as we bring in Katie Sullivan. She's the executive director, Constitutional litigation Partnership general counsel of the American First America First Policy. Institute. You saw President Trump yesterday out of discourse in Bedminster. I appreciate that. Thank you. Everybody. I just want to say that I stand before you this morning, too. Announce a very important And very beautiful. I think development for Our freedom and our freedom of speech. That goes to all Americans today in conjunction with the America first. Policy Institute. I'm filing As the lead class representative, a major class action lawsuit against Big tech giants, including Facebook, Google and Twitter. So we bring in again. Katie Sullivan, who is the executive director there at the organization. You just heard the former president mentioned America First Policy Institute, Ms Sullivan. First of all, Thanks a lot for your time this morning. Hi. Good morning. It's great to be here, Chris. Thank you. So here was the snark MSNBC gave up this morning, for instance, I heard one of their anchors say very indignantly before signing off for the morning. Well, Of course, these are private companies, and they can do whatever they would so choose. This isn't a government censorship issue at all. And you know, and you know, indignantly went to break like she really said something profound. So what is the legal standing you believe you have? And what would you answer to somebody who says these are private companies? They can silence the president if they want to. Well, that's great, and that's exactly The pushback that we're hearing and and social media seems as if it already kind of banded up. And and those are the comments that you're seeing all over the Internet big shock. And we're expecting that the Supreme Court has held under certain under certain other tests. If you will, that the that social media uh in the Internet pursuant to section 2 30, which was an immunity granted to them in 1996 makes them private companies, private companies. Supposedly not responsible for your constitutional rights, except as it's regulated by other statutes. Um, in this particular case, Chris, we think that the fact And the behavior and the decisions of these big social media companies has changed significantly, particularly between 2000 and 19 and 2000 and 21. That they just can't argue that they are private companies anymore. Is it that section 2 30, giving them what Dennis Prager I steal from Dennis Prager? Is Prager u video from a while back as sort of my frame of reference. I think he did very well and sort of summarizing It wasn't him but his attorneys at the time who are representing Prager U as far as YouTube and taking down their videos. I think they used a similar line of argument, which was you're either a publisher or or you're a if you want a billboard of sorts. You're either sort of your legal protections exist from Congress because You were said to be a billboard for all the public and all the world to post whatever they so chose, And you were not going to edit it or monkey with it in any way, But now you're acting like an editor. And because of that. Different laws should apply to you. Is that the thinking here with the micromanaging of of accounts, it's similar. Yes, that is a similar thing. But we were we go two steps further. So number one. We look at the coercion. And really between 2000 and 19 particular hearing in October of 2000 and 19 through March of 2000 and 21. You have, particularly house and Democrats members who are pretty blatant about the collusion, um, to these big tech companies, the three names in particular Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey. And send our Shea and they basically are saying, if you don't believe this type of Content. We will take your immunity away and they're using section 2 30 other Um uh, and their freedom in a sense, and they they hold it out as a stick. And what you see that follows that coercion is basically that there's action taken, um and and right now it's being taken against I I don't believe it. Just conservatives. Although that is a large group. It's also being taken against all these doctors, scientists. Um, school teachers, for instance, who believe that lockdowns were not good for the Children that Children perhaps didn't need to wear masks. The guidelines are very confusing, so when you go on, it says I think it's Twitter's terms of services say and their rules around Covid, Um so we will take anything down. That doesn't follow. Uh, CDC guidelines or local government rules, which gives them the wiggle room room to say, Oh, Governor, Whitmer say, for instance, has stricter lockdown rules. Then say, uh than the C D. C. And so we'll go with government Governor Whitmer strolls over here. That was the case of Gen. Horton, who was with the president yesterday during the announcement. As one of our everyday censored Americans, a schoolteacher who posts that I don't really think the kids need to wear the masks at school. There's other dangers, and they took it down at a very unfortunate time in her life, which is what makes her story. Just incredibly compelling. And you say, Why can't she make that statement? Um and who Who's deciding factor who's deciding what hate speech that typically does rest with the Supreme Court. So, but I really, um as you get into this, and I've obviously talked to a lot of people and preparing for the case. I think we're in a very different world right now. Yes, and Katie Sullivan, who is the executive director, Constitutional Litigation Partnership general Counsel of the America First Policy Institute, part of the group, part of the effort. The President President Trump announced yesterday as a class action lawsuit. That's notable. This isn't just about the president is about many other people, as you just described. It's funny as you and I talk. I'm looking at CNN. Here's what they're Chiron says Trump's history of suing or threatening to sue anyone or anything. They're making this sound already, like. Oh, this is just another frivolous lawsuit from Trump. No, You're very specifically. Uh And you just illustrated one with that teacher You brought in many other people here. This is a class action. Why is that important? Well, I think it's important because I mean, sure the president was without any questions kind of the example of what happens when these companies are just completely out of control Hamas. Still has a still has the site up. Um, we have a dictator government that makes special deals with Twitter and Facebook and so that they do not take down content and and really helped them perpetuate their dictatorship. And they take President Trump down. They don't take down Maxine Waters, or rather, her video that was reposted over and over and over where she tells people to go to the streets and fight. And so, yes, he is an excellent example. But just like always, this president is leading for the American people. Brooke Rollins, our CEO and president of the American First Policy Institute, she Uh, spoke yesterday at the event and she said, you know, usually after you know you're finished being president. You write your memoirs. You relax a little bit, not this president. He fights and fights for this country all the time. Yes, He is the lead plaintiff and and and he's doing this for for everyday Americans. And so I think it's and it's Oh, gosh, Chris, when you start talking to these people, and I've talked to Just dozens and dozens at this point and have now thousands of emails to go through and and it's heart wrenching. When you hear the stories, I am really affected by the doctors who have and scientists who have their Their reputations, completely maligned people who have never been sued, which is really, really a feat for a doctor. I say that as a lawyer, um that's a really that's that's tough. Yeah, that's a wonderful for them, and they're and they're getting anonymous. You know, anonymous complaints on their medical license, which it takes a lot to address. It takes time. It takes money..

"Big ticket dot com. Thank you, Sean. Find Frank. You're quite welcome. Thanks. So much for the call Luigi in the east end. Good morning. Good morning, Sean. I'm going to tell you all this. I've been I don't know how many times they knocked me out of Facebook. 30 day suspension. I didn't do anything bad. You know what I mean? Right? And, uh And then on top of that, What I've got now I got another. I got a couple of workplaces on Facebook. Huge, different names, you know for my roses. With my you know, I'm not and I got back in that way. But any of the other thing want to tell you about this thing handled dirty too, which was on Newsmax yesterday? Here's averted, man, right? And, uh, He comes on there and say about all this and they're you know they're wrong doing this and doing that. And then he turned around. Says he voted for Biden. Is he crazy? Yeah, he is crazy. I mean, let's face it. This is a guy that you know that it's written a book all about this stuff and you know, and and, uh to go ahead and look at that. Joe Biden is gone. He's long gone. He's no longer the So called moderate centrist guy that made sense. He has now been hijacked. I think the body snatchers got him. He's uh He's a progressive now, just taking orders from Barack Hussein Obama. Do you want to know the real thing? Here's the body's been always like. He's a liar. A cheat sheet. I raised this and a traitor. That's what he is. Besides that. He's a pretty good guy. Yeah, uh, would sure Louise, you have a great day. Appreciate the call. Always appreciate you listening here again. That's the American first policy. Institute is the one Brooke Rollins was the woman that introduced President Trump yesterday. Pam Bondi's part of this campaign, John Cole. We heard from one of our one of the attorneys there, but this is this is big news and again. We don't know where it's going to go. Depends on they filed a suit in Florida. So that might be a key there, although they announced it in New Jersey was actually filed in the state of Florida and that other laws that we told you was filed In California yesterday as well. For 10 Wcbm succeeding are number 1 800 Wcbm six City folk swing, and already got the ghost gun story Coming up at the top of the hour, Dan says Regarding the ghost guns. I believe that Senator Booker, who just said something about recovering ghost guns in the hands of criminals, but can't track the guns they caught. The criminals is a really important word came from well, that was a commissioner Michael Harrison at the top of the hour that we played here in Baltimore that they have big bus yesterday. We'll get into that a little bit more because guns Basically these are our gun kits. You can make a A bike it on the Internet or wherever and you can make a gun out of it. And federal Ali's tell us said that these are untraceable because they don't contain any serial numbers or Are things of that nature, But it is something that, uh Again. I think that they're saying they're increasingly finding more and more of these kinds of guns on the streets because of the gangbangers, But again, most of them look, there's an illegal and illicit gun trafficking operation in this country. The tri coms are part of it. The cartels Are part of it. It's getting so bad out and our southwestern border pretty soon you can see bodies hanging from overpasses because that's what cartels due to mark their territory and to send a message to people that get in their way. And I find it very fascinating yesterday that Chairman Jo He knows this is a political loser for him. He's lost the public on immigration. He's lost the public on on the crime spike in the crime wave in America. So what does he afternoon He has to schedule of photo op. So he flies the Chicago or he meets Mayor Lori Lightweight. And and while he's there on the tarmac, they go in the airport to discuss their He never makes it to City Hall never makes it to tour any of the stricken neighborhoods. That's because the secret Service where we said that's even too dangerous for us. We don't we don't. We don't want to go into Chicago 100 people shot over the weekend proximately with about 20 deaths about the half of those are a little more more than I have Children. And then last night we had to a T F agents and a Chicago cop that was shot. On the very day. The chairman of this is nothing more than a photo op for Joe Biden because clearly he has no policies that will stop the rising crime. 6 43 traffic.

"The last woman standing at the whisky priest once a very legitimate magazine that we definitely didn't make up named her the Michael Jordan of Radio. Why don't you think we're laying it on a little thick? Your Grace, Just stick to the script, okay? Live from the Veba Trattoria studio. It's the grace Curly Show. Hello, everyone. Welcome back to the Grace. Carly show. First of all, I cannot believe this Thursday. I mean, I have the best job in the world, but it really does fly by and I can't believe it's all ready to fuck old I want to talk about in this last hour. This just came to me is that there was a big portion of Biden's speech that had to do with taxes, and that's really where my ears perked up. Because I don't know. Maybe I'm alone in this, but I like to keep most of my money. And when I see how much of it I give away to the government I want to scream. Not as much as I want to scream when I see Joe Biden picking a dandy line outdoors with a mask on his face, but definitely Sometimes I'm allergic to Daniel. I don't even wear masks around them. Yeah, You guys have heard how much Jared hates his allergies, so that means something there. But what? What I noticed Woz. That he talked about how the trickle down theory doesn't work. How Trump's tax cuts didn't really work and it was bold of him. I said that to Brooke Rollins we had on in the second hour. I said that was bold of him because people that's a concrete thing that people saw. You know, it's a concrete thing that you see in your paycheck that you see in your 41 K and it's It's strange to try to change that history. Now a new story is out in Axios today, it says, which I've been hearing the story from a cup a couple different outlets for a few months now. But it says Biden's $400,000 tax cap for individual earnings, not joint filers. Now most of us expected this, but I do think it is important if you happen to be listening, and you're on the fence about anything, and you're wondering why all of us conservatives are so skeptical of all of these great ideas that Joe Biden has President Biden's promise not to raise taxes on Americans who make less than $400,000 on Lee applies to individuals not married couples filing jointly why it matters. I love how they do that. Why it matters. The declaration means a hypothetical couple with each 1000 making $399,999 would not escape the tax increase, even though the individually earn less than 404 $100,000. Because together they make more than that. Biden plans to raise the top tax rate, too. From 37% 39.6% for families with taxable income above $509,000 in for individuals above $452,700 to help fund his $1.8 trillion American families plant. I'm not a fan of taxes for anyone. I know there's a lot of talk about these big corporations don't pay enough taxes. I don't like the idea of Anyone paying an exorbitant amount of taxes? I just think it hampers growth. It hampers the economy and I'm not a fan of it. But I'm especially not a fan, and I'm not in the $400,000 bracket. But I think those people For the most part. Tend to give a lot of money in taxes, as is Tend to usually be like Middle Middle America. You know, definitely. It's a lot of money. Why? I think they're the people who already take on a lot of the tax burden in this country. And I think writers were coming out of a pandemic to say Oh, no, we're gonna tax you guys Is the big talking point is, Oh, it's the billion dollar corporations and it's Jeff Bezos, and it's even on musk. Well, $400,000. I'm not saying it's not a good amount of money, but It's not a it's a billion dollar company. It's a family that makes over $400,000 when you really get down to the nitty gritty of that. They probably don't take that much of it home anyway. And s. So what I wanted to talk about here. This is why I bring this up. It's because Jennifer Rubin you guys now I'm big, big fan of Jennifer Rubin. I always say if you want to see What side of an issue you should be on. You look at Jennifer Rubin's tweets and whatever she's saying, do the opposite. She's got instincts like George Costanza. It's really amazing. She thought Andrew Cuomo was the best thing she'd ever seen. She thought the Lincoln Project was, you know, just absolute American heroes. She's wrong on everything. She's like Joe Biden on foreign policy. Who was it? Robert Gates, who said he's been wrong on every single thing for the last four decades. Well, Jennifer Rubin's Twitter is just like that. Now, This is the level of delusion because I asked this a lot people. I say people waking up are people buying this? Our kids, especially people my age. Like if you're listening in your 28 or 29, you're hearing this You're hearing this talk about the tax brackets and you know, we we got a tax people right now to pay for this trillion dollar human infrastructure plan. There's a red flag go up in your head. Because this is what I'm reading. From Jennifer Rubin, who is a grown woman. In politics. She says. Maybe Biden in the end will say, Hey, revenue is pouring from the economic boom so we don't need all these tax hikes. Have to ask people. 844 542 42, please. You know if you're gonna call in and tell me Grace, this is the reality. This is what liberals actually think. Then that's fine. But I would love some people to call in and say. You know my son or daughter's waking up. They get it. They regret voting for Joe, or they're they're gonna vote 2022, you know, turn this thing red. I need something, because when I read something like that, I'm just thinking, Wow, We're in trouble. That is not good on. But there's other things I do want to talk about, But I think that's a good question for people is do you think That the average American and I know people don't want to talk politics as much when they're together right now. When you see people have you had noticed anyone who's had a shift. And they're thinking lately, John, You're next with Grace in the grease, curly show. Go ahead, John. Good afternoon, Grace. Thank you for taking my call, of course. I am a Z. You're discussing all these different things. The light bulb went off my head. I work outside. I'm getting soaking Leadsom sitting my truck right now, but to him Joe Biden and also said he wants to spend $80 billion. Remember to build up the I arrested tax to catch tax cheats. Remember that? Oh, well, Sharpton watch out. You know, I know there's there was no shortage of money being spent, John No, but it's interesting because show Biden it penny taxes in 2017, 18 and 19. I wonder if he'll be one of the people on the list? Well, my whole issue with so much of what he laid out which I don't think people my age really care about. Is that everything At some point, someone's gotta pay for it. I mean, who was it? Who said The problem with socialism is eventually run out of those Margaret Thatcher eventually run out of other people's money. It's absolutely true, um And another point person pointed out last night. After you listen to that speech and all the highlights. Someone said Tonight is a great night to remember this quote from Ronald Reagan, the most terrifying words in the English language are we all know them. I'm from the government and I'm here to help. That's exactly what buying was trying to convince you. He's got his family Bible in one hand, and a chocolate chip ice cream in the other in a dandy lion in his pocket, and he's here to help the family nearby. Mm hmm. Oh, God, the.

"We can really really make this work. And here's the other thing. I think is exciting eric. One of the things that af. Pi is going to be doing a little bit differently as we're really going to focus in the states as well so it really is sort of a marriage of tps the trump presidency and then a national concern new conservative organization but the real battle while it is in washington no doubt especially with nancy pelosi etc but the battle for the country is out in the states. It's in it's in texas. it's in georgia. It's in florida pennsylvania. It's a nevada. It's in california. It's an oregon and so taking these concepts and building them out. Not just for a washington focused group. But frankly for every state focus group and working alongside these organizations. There's plenty of resources in the movement. We just have to do a better job of working together and my goal is that the america policy institute can lead the way win the new approach but then everyone will come alongside and help us for the for the sake of the country. Like i'm glad. I asked that that's will set and best of luck to you if i can ever do anything to help. Please don't hesitate to reach out you know i. I'm a big fan. And i'm just excited that you're going to be leading something like this. Oh eric while the feeling is mutual. Thank you thanks to all your listeners and we will definitely stay in touch. I'd love to have a more regular Voice on your show. We continue to figure this out. Glad to have you. It's always good to talk to you. Brooke take care thank there. That's brooke. I'm a friend. Think the world of her but the texas public policy foundation in austin texas has been a remarkable trendsetter for other think tanks conservative think tanks around the country the ideas they've come up with in texas Extrapolated out to other states modified to those state concerns. Have really. you've seen a lot of other states. Embraced the ideas and remarkably. It was brooke rollins who took this organization that had gotten kinda sclerotic and it around and really helped grow and now around the country there are other groups that are kind of taking what. Tv f did for their states for conservatives and now she's going to the next level and building a national one that actually understands the idea of federalism in has to reach out to the state level. So i'm look. I've got a number of friends. I know. mike pence is involved in organization. My dear friend russ vote is involved in organization now.
