"Monday morning, good morning. Something brimmer would say. Bearish truck is coming. It should pick up on that no doubt. Good morning, good morning, for our audience worldwide. This is Bloomberg surveillance on TV and radio alongside Tom Keane. I'm Jonathan Ferro, futures positive at half of 1% on the S&P 500. Last week, dreadful term. Biggest weekly loss of the year so far on the S&P 500. The dreadful continues, my phrase for today is the vectors of March. It looks like the ides of March. Nice that works. Julius Caesar salad. Great. So we're doing that. And the answer is it's a vectors of March of the vectors of last week continue in this week, but John, I'm going to call it with an accelerating tendency. You get twos tens out to 89 basis points, which is basically a new load. Did you see that headline two hours ago on German tenure? I'm sorry. If you're in the U.S. folks, you're at a point now where you have to really pay attention to European yields, which is why our guests coming up here is someone people need to lean forward. It's a month. Two year in America just punching everyone in the face who's longer equity risk. Four 83, that's a problem for a lot of people. And it's been a problem over the last month. You know, we scoping out I got to get this up here. I'm sorry I failed, John, I don't have it up here. Right now. But you know, you had pending home sales today's case shiller tomorrow. There's some confidence data. John, important for you, March 1. You care about ISM. Does the fed care about that first look of March? Oh, without a doubt, the first look on February. We want to work out whether the January gator was a head fake or not, and was it confirmed by what we see in February. And that's what we're going to see from that is just a sneak peek of that, but ultimately you've got to wait for payrolls. That's not this Friday. That's next Friday. And you've got to wait for the next CPI read, so I'm going into the Federal Reserve when they meet, and they give us a new set of projections. And you'd have to imagine that that dot for 23 is going to shift higher in that set of projections they put out that meeting. The simplistic idea for those keeping score. I want one number. It's this terminal rate Derby we're in. I really didn't pay attention to it when we were altered comedy and all that brand on its phone to see every 5 minutes. Just sort of like that. But now it matters because we've gone from ultra accommodative to accommodative to now some form of restricted and then what in this week this screen is telling me we're going to model out and ever more restrictive terminals. I set this in the last 12 months ago the fed was doing QE and rates for its zero. So that just gives you an idea of how offside they were going into 2022. Equity futures right now are positive by half of 1% on the S&P 500. As I said last week, dreadful biggest weekly loss of the year so fast three straight weeks of losses on the S&P, the longest losing streak of 23 as well. Yield to now unchanged, there were a little bit higher. Still close to three 95 on a ten year, let's call it three 94, three 95 ish. Any FX market Euro dollar trying to find a firmer footing after declining every single session of last week on Euro dollar. Now, part of a tenth of 1% at one O 5, 64. We've got a special guest in the room Tom in a studio. I was from London. Let's get straight to it. Alberto Gallup, the cofounder, and CIO of Andromeda capital management. Alberto, welcome sir. Good morning. It's got to catch up. It's been too long. I know that you're up on the year. Single digits is that right? In the fund. And I know that's because partly of what's been happening in a race market. You were short. You were looking for higher rates. You've been thinking about high terminal rate as well. What's been guiding that view through the year so far? Look, the interest rate was zero, just a couple of years ago, as you said. And everyone thought monetary policy was the only game in town. This is now about fiscal policy. We're entering the fiscal policy decade. There's one war that you never hear about. And that's austerity. No government in the world is talking about austerity. We're in a wartime economy and governments are spending at 5%. And that's the inflation generator. So the moment you see fiscal policy waning, the moment you see governments stopped in spending, then you'll see lower inflation. But today, even with very high debt levels, we still see government spending of four or 5%. And that's going to the bottom 50% of the distribution and that's driving inflation up. So we see the fed still not doing enough. The fed needs to go towards 6%, perhaps even higher than that. And the yield curve is too complacent in pricing this temporary high interest rate environment. We're really here for longer. So higher for longer is where we're going. So you think that view at the front end should be pushed further out along the curve. How much further out? That's right. And in the last few over the last few weeks, we've seen the two year and the three year starting to lead the widening. So we need to see the three year and four year part. So the belly on the front end pricing higher here. It's not just the one year to two year. We're not going to necessarily get cuts in 2024. Who knows? But we definitely not getting cuts this year. Is now a time for safety and quality or are you comfortable buying distress? So the consensus has been yields are high. They might not be here. Why don't you buy investment grade

Brandi Brimmer, Spelman College Black Union Widows and the Battle for Survivors Benefits in Post-Civil War America

"In college week black union widows had trouble claiming their benefits after the civil war. I'm dr lynn. Pascarella president of the association of american colleges and universities and today on the academic minute brandy brimmer associate professor in the department of history discusses their postwar battle after the american civil war. Newly freed black women made up one of the largest groups of union widows across the south yet their struggle for recognition by the federal pension bureau remains an understudy dimension of the war and its aftermath. My research analyzes the processes by which black women in eastern north carolina their views a citizenship in worthiness to the us pincher bureau their petitions for survivors benefits and the first person testimony of those who supported them painting vivid picture of their survival strategies free labor society in claiming the pensions to which they were in principle entitled. These women challenge the bureau's definition of union widowhood and expand the boundaries of us citizenship. The pension bureau distributed monetary resources to widows children and other dependent relatives of soldiers through a legal structure that required proof of marriage in evidence of war related that since marriages of enslaved people were neither authorized nor effectuation through legal routes. It was nearly impossible for formerly enslaved women to secure pension benefits federal lawmakers eventually address this problem through the supplementary pension act of july fourth eighteen sixty four which retroactively recognize the marriages formulates lay people within the pension system still a tedious and complicated application limited economic resources and competing definitions of what constituted. A legal marriage made security pension difficult. Maintaining they're standing on the pension roster could be just as intense scrutiny over how a widow earn wages notions of what constituted a proper family and sexual respectability became central points of contention at the end of the war. Freed women across the south said about filing petitions for survivors benefits with great frequency. They rested their claims on their contributions. To slavery's demise and their loved ones military service shining the light on their struggle for recognition underscores black women's legal acumen and understanding of the pension bureau as an arena of activism and redress. So what would give us some happy thoughts from courtesy of producer Mark Since one of my Mr Sunshine, Okay, well, so we're gonna pretend for today because you know, it's a tough time out there. That was just just checking. I usually I'm doom and gloom. It's this fair point. I mean, I feel like even you've got to see there's good things out there. Yeah. Hockey starts tomorrow. There we go. Who's going to be who's good at hockey? Uh ah. Lot of NHL players pretty much all I mean, what teams? Come on. I mean, what teams are gonna be good. I would say it was gonna look out for the lightning. They won the cup last year. But then you know, I don't even know there's a team called the Lightning Tampa Bay Lightning. Wow. Really good. Oh, yeah. Do you know there's a team in Las Vegas now? No what they called the Golden Knights. A golden night. Why are the wire the Golden Knights? How did that come? I believe the owner was air Force or army and wanted them to be called the Knights. But Army had its army won't add that trademark. So they went with gold Golden Knights. Uh, they have awesome jerseys. If you google it, they probably have the nice sisters in the NHL honestly. I've never had never even heard of this before. Something very interest. Oh, that's a really cool logo. Yeah. Like that would be like a good shields. I logo. I kind of like it. I'm a fan. Um okay. Interesting. Very interesting. All right. You know what, Mark A soon as they open up the hockey man. I still I still owe you a hockey game, So we're allowed to go in person in any word on when that's actually gonna happen. In New York. Yeah, Good luck. You know idea, right, No club. There are a couple of teams in all the leagues that are letting fans in. But it's only in the areas you know. Like Florida. I think Nashville's allowing, but I'm not sure if the team is yet, you know. Teams in the areas in the red states that are allowing fans and limited capacities. But up here now, people just getting so stir crazy. You know, my my sister. He's got a beautiful little baby boy that you know she's she's obviously doing the mom thing. But I wanted to have some time to catch up with my little sister. And she heard that I went out to dinner. And she likes this idea. So now I'm gonna do this again. I told her I said we were You gotta dress for indoor dining in New York City. Right now, you gotta dress like you're going on a polar expedition. I mean, you need to show up. You know when you have so many layers on that, like your arms are a little stiff. Remember your Katie you sometimes, But like your parents put you in one of those little zip up snowsuit things. You basically have to dress like that. And then you could be comfortable eating outside in New York City right now, That's what with those of the lengths that we're willing to go through to feel a little bit of normalcy and a little bit of freedom. And somebody found your sister sounded interested in doing this. She wants to do it. I said okay. But I did it with the snow princess and she liked it. I like it barely feel my feet By the time the check came, but, you know It's a thing. I don't think you could pay me enough money to do that. Like I would support the business. I would order take out because I want to support you. But I'm not. I would never sure that's you know, my my waistline is proof of the take out of been ordering. Man. It's amazing. I don't know how they do it. But, you know, take out like Thai food in this stuff. It just tastes so good. You know, this is what happens. We always That's the end of the show, and I'm hungry. I always want to talk about food. Just the end of the show. It always somehow gets the food. They don't get anything. And it'll get the food. Well, during during lockdown to me, What else can you really, um You know what else can you really These days. Get off! Get all that excited about. S o. It is. You know, his food and food is something that gets it gets it going. All right, let's get into the roll Call here. I know we got a lot of it. I wanna hear from all your facebook dot com slash Buck Sexton as long as they don't kick us off of Facebook, which we're hoping they won't And then team bucket. I heart media calm If you want to email us, and we got other things to let's get to it. Uh, Dan. Evening, Sir. I'm enjoying Listen to your show today and agree with your take. I've spent 16 years in special operations forces, and I believe you and I have probably been in closer proximity to each other than either of us realize the damage. Very possibly true. I spent some time with the SF folks out in in western Iraq in 2000 and seven Also had some time with SF folks in Afghanistan in 2000 and nine fire. You know, 89 I forget. Honestly, I forget. Now it's In Iraq a couple times in Afghanistan wants So, Yeah, I guess that folks were awesome. Huge, huge fan of all our special operations forces. What they do is amazing. All right, let me get back into your message here. My question is simple. I agree that what happened the capital last week was not appropriate and accomplishes nothing positive. The question. I keep asking, and no one will give me an answer. What line will need to be cross for it to become a whatever it takes scenario. That's conservative Americans. We've always maintained the reason the Second Amendment is in places to overthrow an oppressive government. But it seems like even though we say that what we really mean is if China is literally invading our shores. That's why we have guns never to overthrow our government. I mean, Dan, So So let me let me work at this going backwards on Thank you for your service, sir. And thank you for writing in Yes, The Second Amendment is a check against an ultimate check against government tyranny. And it is true that for a lot of people, and I'm always reminded of that line attributed to I believe it's Admiral. Uh, Yemma Moto. That you could never invade America because there's a rifle behind every blade of grass, right? You could ever meet. Invade successfully Mainland America, the Japanese as as a interesting Just an interesting point of history did just to show they could Invade the 50 50 states and hold territory. There's some some anecdotes. I think Charlton Heston actually told the anecdote once that People were asking him if they could borrow guns during the Los Angeles riots as bad as those God because I wanted to defend their homes and their in their businesses. So you know, A lot of people are anti gun until all of a sudden there's a massive mob burning down stores and businesses near them, and then they want to defend themselves. "They're only scratching the surface of what the connected car of the future will look like. The applications on yourself out. For instance, they're rather limited in nature. Your cellphone knows where it is. But it's data that it's able to collect is rather limited. The sort of connected vehicles that we're talking about, talk to more of a system that's directly connected to the automobile itself. That's Andrew Brimmer, managing director of local affairs for Dr Ohio, which has established the largest ever research project into connected vehicle technology on a 35 mile stretch of US 33 near Columbus, Ohio, using 1200 cars outfitted with upgraded Electron IX, the road will Shuttle information to cars and cars themselves can talk back. That system is able to pull a lot more data points from the internal systems that go on in your automobile, for instance. Such as direction, speed the status of the braking system, where the brakes or engaged or not. And even some basic information about the vehicle itself, such as length and width. That's very useful information when you start talking about safety applications, So when you come across an intersection, for instance, in the City Street that information is being sent directly to the intersection and then processed and then broadcast out to other vehicles around the corner, for instance, but also to other vehicles themselves. The vehicles will be able to receive the data coming from Vehicles in close proximity to itself so that it can see pretty much in a digital fashion What the environment looks like around the vehicle itself so that it can avoid other vehicles. So that it can make the driver's job of driving the vehicle a lot safer. And if there's something wrong with road itself, Bremer says, information sent from cars can given early and immediate warning. For instance, your traction control system engages Us 33 as you're driving along this stretch of roadway. Information about that traction control system can be sent from the car itself to the roadside units back to our traffic management center, indicating that there is the possibility of black ice occurring out there on the roadway. In which case we can't dispatch a snow Nice crew to take care of that situation isn't it's possible other warnings could go directly to drivers. For example, if somebody several cars ahead of you slams on the brakes, traffic signals could also be outfitted to send out alerts so that if a pedestrian is in the intersection, or about to cross into the intersection and a crosswalk that it sends out a signal to other cars, not on Lee in the pedestrians direct path but also around the corner from the bar. Austrian so that the car can receive that warning pop up the warning to the driver itself, saying, you know, look out for pedestrians in the area so you can avoid pedestrian car. Conflict there. But when does all this information become a driving distraction? That's one thing researchers want to find out. Eventually, self driving cars will take care of it automatically. That's when the big benefits will come. But by then, cars may also be getting information from or than just other cars passed along through a central computer. The road itself may also be truly smart. It may gather information to and put it into the mix. We'll start with the modular pretest paving system. And then we make it touch sensitive by incorporating a fiber optics sensing technology that has been in used in oil and gas pipelines, airframes for airplanes and even the space shuttle used this kind of fiber optics sensing technologies. It's a very sensitive sensing technology that makes the road the big concrete roadway into a touch pad, much like you would have on your laptop. That's Tim Sylvester, founder and CEO of Integrated Roadways affirm that manufacturers smart roads. They're operating a research project along us to 85 southwest of Denver. We start with a Technology that's been proven worldwide over the last 80 years. It's called pre cast concrete pavement, and this is a concrete pavement system. It's still in modular units in a factory and then assembled on site like a giant Lego system and because of factory built that enables us to put a lot of new technologies directly into the roadway that.

"This is fresh air. This Thursday, NBC premieres Mr Mayor, the latest sitcom from the creators of 30 Rock It stars Ted Danson is the newly elected mayor of Los Angeles. Our TV critic David Bianculli is impressed both by the Syriza and by Ted Danson's ongoing comedy career. Here's his review. The creators of NBC's 30 Rock, Tina Fey and Robert Car lock. We're deep into the run of that clever sitcom when they came up with a promising idea for a spin off. How about taking Jack Donaghy, the corporate exec played by Alec Baldwin and have him run for mayor and win? That didn't happen. And Baldwin ended up playing a much more powerful politician repeatedly and hilariously on Tina Fey's old stomping grounds Saturday night Live. But that comic concept of a celebrity mayor surrounded and often defended by an eager yet weary staff was too good to let go. After all, it worked for years on ABC Spin City, with Michael J. Fox, playing the political assistant of a clueless mayor. And Mayor Jack Donaghy wouldn't have been clueless, just arrogant and very, very vocal. But with Donaghy out Faye in car lock, the creators of Mr Mayer dumped the spin off idea and reshaped it where 30 Rock was set in and perfectly captured New York This new sitcom is set in Los Angeles and the newly elected mayor isn't a corporate executive or even a TV celebrity. The character Neil Brimmer, is a retired millionaire who made his fortune plastering billboards all along Southern California streets and highways. He's not clueless or arrogant, but he does come to the job without credentials or experience. The actor. Playing him is the exact opposite. With so many credentials and so much experience at starring in TV sitcoms, it's almost ridiculous. Ted Danson is playing the title role in Mr Mayor. And with NBC launching this series in 2021, it extends dancing's astounding streak of starring in TV sitcoms to five consecutive decades. In the 19 eighties, He had an 11 year run, starring a Sam Malone on NBC's cheers In the nineties. He was still starring and cheers, then began a six season run as the star of Becker on CBS. In the 2000. He finished up Becker and started playing an exaggerated version of himself as a recurring character on Larry David's HBO series. Curb Your Enthusiasm. He's still doing that and in the decade just ended. He also starred for four years on another brilliant sitcom. NBC's The Good Place, and now, Mr Mayor. I'm in all of that run not only for its quantity and longevity, but also for its quality. And in Mr Mayor, he takes the spotlight and shines once again. Playing a character who's clearly delighted by the job he ran for and won on a whim. The last time I saw anyone having this much fun sparring with the media at an introductory press conference, it was when the Beatles had just landed in America. All.

Experiencing Bad Dreams

"Welcome to kiss myths and Mysteries. I'm your host kit Crump today bad dreams nightmares night terrors. Have you ever had a nightmare or night terror the kind of dream where you wake up in a cold sweat and can remember every detail. What was it that scared you and how scared were you really? It's called parasympathetic rebirth parasympathetic rebound is the delayed reaction of the parasympathetic nervous system during intense and or prolonged stress to the opposed sympathetic nervous system. Now, let's take a look at dreams most of us dream every night. Even if we don't remember doing so sometimes dreams feel super short. No one really knows exactly why we dreamed though. There are a lot of theories out there according to some researchers dreams exist to process intense emotions or facilitate consolidation of emotional memories some believe that dreams help show us daytime threats so that we can learn how to avoid them. Or show us counterfactual simulations to daytime events so that we can learn lessons. There are also researchers who don't think dreams exist for any reason at all. Oh really? They they're just there and what are nightmares nightmares are scary or terrifying dreams of typically occur in REM sleep and leave the dreamers shaken or disturbed to some extent upon Awakening some researchers maintain that for a dream to be a nightmare. And what is the parasympathetic rebound but a delayed reaction of the parasympathetic nervous system. To overstimulation perhaps if you dream you die, but wake up shaking and in a cold sweat there simply wasn't enough extreme long term stress to cause parasympathetic rebound, but could you be scared to death by a nightmare? The Evansdale Murders

"Longtime listeners of this fine program. We'll know that one of the tactics I would certainly use in any of these investigations is what I like to call the old pervert roundup and that is exactly what law enforcement did. Investigators tracked down approximately ten registered sex offenders living in Evansdale and all were cleared by police but according to CNN there were two hundred registered sex offenders in a ten mile radius is scary stuff now the town of Waterloo has did. He make sure that there wasn't a prison I I did. The town of Waterloo has one registered sex offender for every two hundred and thirty six residents for comparison purposes. Evansdale has a registered sex offender for every four hundred and eighty four residents over all the DCI says. It looked into over three hundred sex offenders to date throughout the investigation. Investigators had a hard time figuring out. Exactly how the girls were abducted. Where the bikes were left was quite far from their house and was not in an area. Cars could travel further. The girl sense had seem to lead into the woods. How a Predator or predators managed to get control of two girls silently and sight unseen in broad daylight. But we've we've talked about this many times normally. I'M GONNA guess that it's by threat of violence. I show you a gun. I show you a knife. You're a little kid is not gonna be that hard for me to You know most little kids are not going to think. Hey I could take off running right now or maybe I can scream or I could do something. You're going to see that gun and once that threat is made now that perpetrators in control. Yeah and what you have to wonder about two is do you take that a step further and say were they lured to a vehicle perhaps by someone they knew and trusted and there was no reason for them to scream and run away right. That's your second option. The other thought to had they been grab from another location. Perhaps a long road alongside a road. Which would make sense. And then the bikes left by their doctor on the trail and the dogs are just mistaken or confused while we talked about this a little off the record was the idea that what if the perpetrator had a truck or had A truck with maybe a cap on it where he got the girls got control the girls there now in his vehicle a he has the their bikes but now he's afraid that once he takes off that maybe somebody sees the bikes in the back of his truck. Here's the other thing to consider as well staying along the idea that it was a stranger abduction. Could we have a situation where they were somewhat targeted meaning? Had someone been watching the two girls as we said? This bike ride was pretty routine. They were out riding together often and I would imagine it would be roughly about the same time of day so somebody put together a carefully planned attack a snatch and grab of these two girls especially if they were following him and then followed them all the way to the lake that might have presented the opportunity. The perpetrator was looking for there. Were a rash of child. Abduction attempts throughout Iowa in two thousand twelve the following reports appeared in various media publications. And I'll kind of go through these one at a time. Captain you just kind of jump in where you see fit may nineteenth two thousand twelve th authorities say they were looking for a man suspected in the attempted abduction of three girls on the west side of Perry Iowa. Perry police say the man stopped his car about eight. Pm Friday and asked the Girls Ages. Eight and nine for directions to a convenience store he then tried to get the girls into the car asking for them to show him the way. Show him the directions. Police say the girls ran to a neighbor's house thankfully on June sixth of that same year. Metro police are teaming up with following a string of attempted child abductions in the Des Moines Iowa area. No this is like one hundred and twenty five miles away from Evansdale but I wanna go through some of these as we as we can hear the most recent of these attempts happened in Pleasant Hill on May twenty third of that year. Police say a man in A. Suv tried to lure a young girl into his vehicle in the same article. They're talking about walkie. Police were investigating an incident. That happened around the same date. There were two girls. They say they were followed by an SUV. In June parents and four city Iowa were notified of two abduction attempts and one of them. The driver of a Tan panel work style van stopped three children on bicycles on North Eighth Street and told them he was going to get them. The children ran away and the driver drove off. Seems like we need another stranger danger campaign through this country. I mean with all these creeps and all these pieces of shit to teach these kids one. Stay away run away. Run to the nearest house yell for help. Well what I find interesting in these situations is when you do have some a child or children who actually go missing and then the thought is abduction. You'll see these little stories in the newspapers in the local newspapers and they are just that they are little tiny stories because they don't know much about the offender they don't really fully know what the offender was attempting to do the actual crimes. They were attempting to carry ow. But it's scary stuff and they're really just delivering a little short warning to the community and to the parents in the area. What happens once you have a child who actually goes missing these stories all start to cycle back through the news because now you have people making connections and you're going alright. There's a shark in the water and he's over here swimming around in this area and look try to get somebody here and try to get somebody there In the same article captain there are going all the way back to march of that year. Where say the Police Department investigated a possible attempt to abduct a ten year? Old Boy. The boy who was in front of his home said he was approached by an Asian male roximately fifty years old with a thin face. The suspect was driving an older grey van possibly with I'll license plates. The man reportedly tried to lure the boy into his van after asking for directions to a church whether these attempts could have been the same person who took Elizabeth and lyric is almost certainly something that police in evansdale would have been. Considering at the time on the four month anniversary of the disappearance a letter appeared in the newspaper and it read to whom it may concern. We would use your name but we don't know who you are or maybe we do. Maybe you are someone who knows the girls. Maybe you're someone who just acted upon impulse. Maybe you had planned to take them. We don't know because we don't know who you are but we can sort of imagine that you must not have had the things you needed to grow up feeling safe and loved because only someone who hurts inside would hurt another person in their family. We've all heard the saying hurt. People hurt people. We believe this to be true. We are so sorry for what happened to you when you were growing up. Certainly all children do not receive all the love and care they deserve. Some are even abused by those who are supposed to have taken care of them. When that happens it is very wrong. Taking the girls from us has caused much pain pain for them pain for us and our families since the time you took them. Maybe you've wondered more than a few times how you could ever make it right how to be a hero. Not a monster. Things probably look pretty hopeless for a good outcome. We want you to know that we are praying for you to do the right thing by releasing the girls everyone wins even you the person who took them imagine how it will feel to? Have everyone remember that you were the one person and all the missing children cases the one person who cared enough to let the girls go you will not be remembered as the one who took the girls but as the one who let them come home? Our lives have not been the same since July thirteenth. Please let our girls come home to us. Do the right thing be a hero sincerely and signed by both of the families Wa- and then we're going to learn that that's not an option anymore to return the girls because the girls would be found. Yeah this takes place. On December fifth of that same year two thousand and twelve the family. They get the phone call that they were really hoping not to get. The family was told that two bodies had been found and at that time they believe them to be. The girl's three hunters found two small corpses in seven bridges. Wildlife Park and brimmer county north of Evansdale. This was a totally off the grid. One hundred sixty six acre wildlife area about twenty two miles from Myers Lake twenty two miles from where the bikes were found The area was not one that someone would just stumble upon. It was frequented mostly by hunters. Atv riders fishermen. You know outdoor people. This was a the type of park that you just take your kids for a hike and this was you said more for hunters and fishermen. Atv riders into kind of clue. Everybody in that's not from that area. When I see these types of statements it really really puts it into perspective for me. What kind of place? What kind of area we're talking about. This is also an area where people would drive and dump appliances. You know how you see. Things that are just dumped that are unwanted wanted. They have no other idea of how to get rid of them right. They just dump these appliances out in the middle of nowhere so and this is also a place that pretty much only the locals dough about you want to know about it. If you weren't from the area I mean you could find it on a map. But as I said it's it's very much like you just described it's only going to be frequented by people that are specifically intending to go to that area for the purpose of hunting or fishing
