"There Deputy Chief Ed Bright Brady, explaining that three people died today in Arvada police officer a suspect and one other person, But we have no identities. Just we're going to go back to the news conference momentarily right now, you guys, I'll get you information as soon as we get it. We expect a bulk of information to come in a briefing or a press release tonight. But look for us again tomorrow morning and we will have more information for you. I appreciate everybody's time and patience in this again, a lieutenant with the Arvada Police department being questioned by reporters on the scene in old town, Arvada, but obviously providing no other information. We really had no idea Jo Jo if you wanted to comment here, or Alfred that more than one person was killed until this very moment. Three people dead on the scene in our Vata one police officer. That person has not been identified other than to say it's a veteran officer with the Arvada Police Department. One other person shot and killed a suspect killed this all happening in the town square if you will in old town are valued at about 1 15 this afternoon. And the the situation is obviously fluid as they are still gathering up information as to exactly what happened. What took place and this usually is what happens, Uh, when you do have Any sort of, uh, folks that have been killed in an incident like this, and it's been Little over almost four hours since this happened, and Are you surprised? We don't have more information and they have lifted the they did have a shelter in place order that they have lifted. I'm somewhat surprised in that We really had no indication early on that more than one person was critically injured in this situation. And so the fact that we had three people shot and killed The fact that a suspect was shot and killed and we really had no witnesses to. That is also fairly interesting to me. We didn't have indications that there was some sort of gun fight or police response to a scene where more gunfire was hurt. So you almost take some, um you know questions in your head about whether or not it was one on one gunfight between an officer and a suspect. Okay, So when we do have more information, we will. We will pass that along. Um, you wanted to new? Sure I can finish.

Jo Jo tomorrow morning Three people Ed Bright Brady today three people tonight Arvada Police Department Alfred Arvada Police department more than one person Arvada one police officer 1 15 this afternoon Vata one other four hours One other person one police

"Fox Nations special. The attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan hosted by Bret Bear. I think people don't fully understand how close we were to as successful assassination, Of course. Brett's also host of special report weeknights at six P.m. Eastern, on the Fox News Channel in this hour. Like never before we stitched together audio of of Police and Secret Service interviews for people who were there on D was touch and go. Actually, at first, the president didn't know he had been shot. The Secret Service didn't know he had been shot they thought when they pushed him in The limo that perhaps he just hit his ribs on the hump in the liberal limo. But then the agents reached down and I saw blood when he reached around his his torso and then change directions directly to the George Washington University Hospital. Let's go back just before it happens. Where is President Reagan? So he is heading to the Washington Hilton? And he is, uh, Giving a speech. At the same time there is the would be assassin, John Hinckley Jr. Who has pledged his love for Jodie Foster, a young actress who obviously went on toe further stardom, but in his mind the assassination Is what is going to get him attention and focus to win. Jodie Foster's heart. Hey, actually doesn't trial run against Jimmy Carter? Doesn't do it, but then Tries to pull it off President Reagan as he pulls up to the Washington Hilton. And so he presidents there, he's waving to people and he goes, you know, direction right toward Hinckley, and, frankly, I mean, it's It's right in front of them, right. It's just a matter of a few feet and had it not been. For the Secret Service, pushing him out of the way. And obviously, for James Brady taking the bullet that he took, It could have been a lot worse on Daz. Itwas the surgery was very difficult and one Reagan is rushed to the GW hospital. He gets out of the limo. Azi. People are watching and he walks into the hospital. But then kind of collapses in the wheelchair on the other side of the door, and they rushed him into surgery, right? They didn't really even know And he didn't even know it the time just how badly injured he was. The bullet didn't Missed his heart by much. No, no, just a few inches and um and they could have done a lot of damage, lungs and other other organs. But it didn't and he was very fortunate and usually uses that moment to kind of change. His perspective on things and the American public rallies around him after that assassination attempt, and people look at that moment as kind of a hinge point in history. You look back at the J. F. Kennedy assassination, JFK. Assassination and Dallas and all that transpired after that, on the darkness that kind of followed in America. You talk about JFK. That assassination attempt is in late 1963 even off in office. 2.5 years, Reagan had been in office, not even 2.5 months. It would be like the assassination of President Garfield were barely had any time in office at all. That's exactly right. And you know the moment in for JFK that assassination Was a dark moment in our history. That moment kind of kicked off a lot of darkness. This moment would be assassination, and his recovery is actually turns around and becomes an optimistic tone for Reagan to hit on every time he talks about was he opened. Over the years about what happened and his feelings about it all. Not much. You didn't talk about it a lot in public a couple of times. Not much, though. I think he didn't want to give John Hinckley Jr. The Credit that he so wanted, and the famous line that he so wanted and the focus of the president. But in this hour we stitched together all kinds of reactions, including what the president thought. Was there ever a time that Vice President George H. W. Bush was close to taking over is in an acting role. Well, yes, you know, the 25th amendment. It instills the power of the presidency. Bush is out of town He flies back in and choose is in a very George H. W bush way not to Land Marine one. On the South Lawn. Um remember during this time, there's a big power grab kind of in the White House is Al Haig, Secretary of State says I'm in charge, and that's a Legendary now infamous line. And I think you know how that transpires in the White House is another part of this story that's really fascinating and becomes a key part of this hour. President Reagan lost a lot of love the hospital. How long did it take for him to get out of the emergency department to get back to the White House and then to be working. It was only a matter of days. It was very, very short time. And, uh, it was a miraculous kind of recovery, considering what potentially could have happened. Back to the gunman. Right, had mentioned John Hinckley Jr his obsession with the actress Jodie Foster that started when she was a child star in a movie Hinckley loved Taxi driver in which the main character one point plots to assassinate a presidential candidate. Hinkley tried many times to contact Jodie Foster, calling her repeatedly writing her poems and letters, but ultimately, he decided the only way to get her interests has become famous. Thinking the Reagan assassination attempt would impress her now right after firing the shots, Hinckley was tackled and taken into custody later sent to a psychiatric facility and then put on trial in 1982. Found not guilty by reason of insanity. Hinckley was then how's that a psychiatric hospital? By the late 19 nineties, he was allowed to leave to make supervised visits to his parents house then in 2016. John Hinckley Jr was released allowed to live with his mother under tight restrictions after a federal judge ruled he was no longer a danger to himself or others and by 2018. Some restrictions were lifted, and he was allowed to move out. So now Hinckley is a free man. Yeah, which is fascinating in the big picture of things, a guy that tried to assassinate one of our presidents. But it was all about being famous and Now he lives in infamy. You had referenced earlier press secretary James Brady. He was shot in the head and very badly wounded, and in all of this on, it's that shooting that led to a lot of gun control. He was a big advocate after that. He was and a lot of people point back to that moment on his advocacy for gun control issues. Remember the White House briefing room is named James Bright Brady White House press briefing room and in honor in honor of him, you know, Had he not been there? That bullet definitely could have hit President Reagan in a split second. You know, America could have changed. Yeah. You had said that a lot might have been different. You've done a lot of research on Reagan. Your book three days in Moscow, Reagan in the fall of the Soviet Empire. Who knows what would have happened under President Bush if he No. He took the presidency eight years later. But who knows what would have happened if he was the president? Starting in March of 1981. Yeah, and then listen. There's a whole syriza of events that ah lot of people say wouldn't have transpired if it wasn't Reagan and Reagan's personality and his anti Communist push and what he truly believed was, you know, at the heart of pushing back on On the Soviet Union. So Guy Reagan's not there A lot changes. Potentially Obviously, George H. W. Bush picks up is as Reagan leaves. And the wall comes down under George Bush. But history you don't know you don't know. And actually this moment and this bouncing back from an assassination. Potentially changed how Reagan looked at some things on just from a policy perspective, and we get into some of that in the hour. We Ball. We thought about JFK and you talked about Hinkley might have gone after Carter. There were attempts on President Ford's life. We haven't really heard after this attempt on Reagan's life of many other assassination attempt. Certainly there hasn't been a shooting like what happened on this day in 1981, but we haven't heard of many of these kinds of events since. The Secret Service has kept a lot of this secret. There are real threats every day against the President, United States threats that they follow up on and sometimes take action on..

"'cause we'll get a note tomorrow you know my died. Yeah you know. And they go on and this is the same with my sisters. You know i've got Willow in influenza near florence italy. And you know they are. They've been locked down. They got out that lockdown again And so they had a like a nine page obituary in the newspaper and that really freaked her out and i think one of their friends who was sixty and had lung issues died. And you can't have when that happens to someone who was a close friend and to actually texting with just ten days before everything seemed fine. Then then what happens is people go on. I two killer. It's killer without really understanding Particularly looking at the excess death numbers that no actually it could have happened in any other any other number of ways with that person again. Not a doctor. But we can read cracks cracks quack. Cracks cracks quacks. Yes quacks. And i think that's i think that's all we have on the on the on the on the ronan. Yeah i think that's it for now. I would like to discuss some of the things going on with this election. Oh goody yes. I saw that you had Some series of clips. And i think. I have not listened to them. I have not seen. But i know what it's about are you. Are you gonna launch into that. Because i'm interested. Yes i'm going to launch into the crackpot side of trump's gonna be in stay in office and do i get to interject after i want you to hear checked anytime you want. Just don't want you to to to hijack the no notice. I will not hijack the presentation. Let's go with this start with a group of people and it turns out a lot of them aren't is low on this website. You want to hear the great great great great crackpots. They're all on bright on. Bright on is a A video channel. That has all these different podcasts of some video some not and It has people like and bright on his own by an run by mike. Adams is it brady. I think it's bright. Neon right could be blake. Yana bright bright on. Okay mike adams is that national news guy and we always are skeptical of natural news stories. The health ranger is the health health. Ranger yes. I love listening to the health ranger well. I've got a bunch of mike adams clips. I wanna listen to. Because he's really the de is the real kingpin amongst this group. And there's a whole group of those gary. He even got something from him. Steve quayle there's this woman Sheila's alinsky there's this one guy do. I'm really fascinated with which is when i got. I got a sheet of stuff from him. You can find it. This guy is. I tried to get clips from this character. he's got a bunch of pot guessing. He's always on bright brady on. Also his is jeffrey. Prater bio okay. he does. he's really out there. But if you read his bio you start to scratch your head. A little bit. Jeffrey pray. There is a retired army officer x and this is from his own website and he's got pictures of himself all this in military garb on the back of horse is choking out some guy. That's chokhin guy out. Jeffrey paraders retired army officer ex. D da special agent former g. a. intelligence officer turned a whistle blower and then targeted by the government. Of course you so targeted. I never heard of in addition to hosting his own. Call in weekly talk show. The prater point is also a martial arts master and teacher apache wisdom teacher connecticut quotient creator and trainer firearms and horsemanship instructor published author. Sag film actor speaker father husband and chaplain and in his spare time. So that's kind of his background. So i looked into this guy's best i couldn't if he does have a lincoln page as you're gonna play clinton this guy. We're just going to read his. I can't i've done introducing because i'm introducing him as part of this cult. I said and i've tried it. I believe me. I wanted to clip. This guy is this bio and the rest of is more entertaining than he is. He is just impossible the clip. He's one of those guys who never gets to the point. Okay is impossible. I tried and tried. But most of it is summarized by. Mike and mike adams has the same. They're all the same all these guys. Melissa listen to mike adams and this is about the election where we're at all this coming all that's coming down. This is the mike adams zero. You get a flu for zero zero intro. No joke full on. Bolshevik kinetic revolution to mass murder trump supporters in the streets. Which is something the actor robert deniro just basically called for. I don't have the exact quote but paraphrasing what he said today. Robert deniro is calling for ethnic cleansing against white christian people who are trump supporters in america. So here we have. Hollywood losing their minds again now. Some of these statements are coming from leftist because they think biden has one and they think they're in power now so now they're they're true darkness is coming out whether like. Kill all the trump people you know. Just kill them. All and criminalize trump prosecute him. You've heard this from other democrats as well. They want to prosecute the entire trump family. Throw them all in. Jail sees all their assets and so on. I think it's awesome that they're saying this because number one. I know that trump is very likely going to win this. Okay so it sounds like yeah was true. Deniro did come out with some stupidity. But he's an idiot and scott adams has gone odd. They're gonna try to kill the trump in seventy million people voted for trump. I mean this. It's okay it's interesting kind of paranoia and make some sense as entertaining. It just gets a little more interesting when when atoms goes into some of the things he's heard that is dead are going to happen any minute now and this is one of my favorite ones is right here. This is mike games. One reparations Hold on a second something that i hold on. I can't see one okay yes. I'm sorry i got enough. Nestle my clouded up the the democrats they want. Joe biden in power but the globalist. They don't the globalist. Want to take down america and by globalist george soros and other international all the enemies of america such as china for example. They don't want america to exist at all as founded so they're actually competing interests among the enemies of trump. And this is. This is why this is important. See the democrats. They love the idea of stealing the election and putting joe biden in the white house so they can push all of their crazy insane left wing agendas and one of those that just surfaced today. Was this new idea pushed by some biden people. I think some democrats who say once biden's in the white house. They want to seize farmland from farmers across america using eminent domain. And then give out that land to black people and then have the. Usda provide grant money to train. Those reno referee recipients to train them how to farm okay so where to begin with how bad this idea is number one. Why are they assuming that the farmland that they're going to be seizing isn't being seized from black farmers who are trying to make a living on their farmland. Why are they assuming it. All farmers or white.

"A 12 41. The New York Times has some new reporting now on President Trump's finances, the paper says. Donald Trump's television career netted him about $197 million and CBS News. White House correspondent Paula Read tells us that he made additional millions from television related products following the success of his reality show, The Apprentice. According to the Times, Mr Trump cashed in on a $500,000 deal to sell a double stuff Oreos and another half million dollar contract from Domino's Pizza. There were also seven figure licensing deals with hotel builders, some in the former Soviet Republics. Meantime, the first debate between President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden unfolds tonight in Cleveland, and it will offer a platform for each toe outline his starkly different visions for the country. The debate will be moderated by Chris Wallace of Fox News as the country faces multiple crises, including racial justice protests and a pandemic that has killed more than 200,000. Americans. CBS NEWS Chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett talked to us and took a deeper look at what each candidate has to do tonight. For the president Tonight is all about energy Alfa male moments and essentially exposing Joe Biden from the Trump campaign's perspective is two things over the hill, meaning not vigorous enough, not intellectually up to the challenge being president states and a captive of what the Trump campaign characterizes as the socialist left. That's the big picture set of goals for the president for Joe Biden. There's a kind of Laura among those who've been around Vice President Biden for a long, long time and one of the things they talk about in preparation for this debate. Something he went through in 1990 heads what he thought might be a tough re election for Senate campaign against a woman named Jane Brady, who later became attorney general of Delaware. They thought it was formidable, so they had a couple of debates. There was Libertarian candidate in the debate also be Rosenbaum and what Joe Biden did was he never talked unengaged game bright Brady In that debate, he only talked to the Libertarian candidate, and it drove his Republican rival, James Brady. Crazy because you could never get him to engage. Keep an eye on Vice President Biden tonight. My guess is he's going to look straight into the camera. Talk to Chris Wallace talk to the questions being asked and do very little direct engagement with President Trump. Well, I wonder if that will be the case. If, as expected, the president goes after Joe Biden son Hunter, I wonder if that could be a pivotal moment and that might ruffle Joe Biden's feathers. It's certainly going to be one of the things the president is going to try to do. And my guess is the president will jump straight, hotter bite if he gets any questions about the revelations of the New York Times about his taxes, not paying very much, or zero amount in federal taxes and having all these mountainous losses and what he has spent years and years telling Americans persuasively to their mind that he was this massively successful businessman And Brander and hotel executive. I think he'll spend very little time on those specifics and try to get straight under by clearly the Biden campaign is prepared for that. They know what they're going to deal with. They know what they're going to try to deal with on the fax and they're probably going to use that moment. If they can in the moment is right. You rehearse the things you've got to make a judgment call in the Moment of the debate to do something emotional about his love for his son and has so how some things in politics should be beyond criticism or reproach. And people probably turn something the president say you might not know anything about that..

"For the country. A debate moderated by first Wallace of Fox News comes as the nation is facing multiple crises, including racial injustice, protests and a pandemic that has killed more than 200,000. Americans costing millions of jobs as well. Joining us live now with a preview, CBS News chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett Major. Nice to have you with us on this day where we are anticipating the debate tonight so much ground to cover in the time that the two candidates will have on stage What do you feel Each candidate needs to do tonight, Tio, impress voters and tryto lure in some undecideds. What crosses the line? Do you think that we will get the president to go deeper than his response of fake news about his Ah tax returns, as reported by The New York Times? In 2016, he said. I was smart. That was something that was persuasive for Trump supporters. I use the system. There's nothing wrong with that. The problem for that is When you pay less taxes in real terms, and Richard Nixon did in 1972, And it was the revelations about his taxes that let every presidential candidate was serious about this pursuit of the presidency to reveal their attacks. Income is income tax information. President Trump with the first not to do that, when you pay less now than Richard Nixon did middle class voters say, Wait a minute. There's got to be something wrong, and it also gives the Biden campaign something. It's been desperate for a way to change the subject from their proposed $4 trillion tax increases, which the Trump campaign tries to pound on aggressively. And so, Yeah, we're going to raise taxes on the wit rich. We're going to take away deductions like Donald Trump used. That's a populist rejoinder. I expect fighting campaign to try to deploy..

"Were non-existent. Bright Brady was all this talk about who always puts it in the same spot and so you can catch and run. Yeah No, that's that's not what I saw and I'm not saying you can't do it. You know when? Of course, a lot harder with live. But I thought depots very impressive. His arm strength at all. After game I am not all right. I am not worried about his arm strength is you know is that drew brees couldn't throw a ball past fifteen yards unless it was a skittles logo. To Rainbow by the way. Yeah. So they also put in taste he'll take a shot deep they played taste hill a lot in this game. You this. Did. You think that it was uncouth to do a pitch pass up like three scores with less than two minutes to go to Kamara and then when near the end of the game instead of just like okay like you have to stop us right that's doing but we're just going to run the ball up the middle and if you stop you stop us we already won the game. But instead of doing that they do like this flair jet sweep pitch took like like I get. I'm totally with the hey, it's not my job to stop my offense. But calling a trick play with like three minutes left to go in the fourth when you're up by two scores like I'm like I get what you're saying and my answer is, yes, it's uncouth and honestly I love that kind of an attitude I just do I. It's it's that put your foot on their throat and stomp when you have them down. You don't let up you keep going when you're playing sports I, get what you're saying yes of the time it's a hey, let up. That's where you get the whole garbage time thing you know trying to keep things in front of us and all that kind of stuff and I'm are three times up the middle on a punt. Yeah like. Like I hate that I hate that y you know and we've seen that come back to bite us as bugs fans. We've seen that Ren. We've got a phone call. Let's find out who is on the line with us here. Tonight at the Pierre Cast Live who do we got here hello caller I have no caller they hung up on us..

"That's that newsworthy dot. com. Your I'm upset like, I'm not like doom and gloom. It's just like some of those things like like as bucks fans, we really needed Donovan Smith to step up this year bring. He thought he was going to Andy didn't and he didn't know Donnelley's tops by disappointing list this and we really thought we were GONNA be able to run the ball and we couldn't we ran it better than they did. We did we we ran it for eighty six yards. They ran it for eighty two. Carries we we did twenty-six attempts they did thirty four. Yards three, point three and. That's good to both of US crappy. Right, but I just said, we did it better. That's all I'm saying we did it. By I gotTA. Tell you read this is. Such a bucks thing you look down the list and there's plenty of categories where we one there's. Really. Well, the defense played wow. They did part for the most defenceless. Because they got in the first half to get been putting crappy situation it was less I wasn't even the first thought. It was the second quarter like the first the first quarter they were fine first quarter they were great. I was like, okay. They're coming back right where they left off and then the second quarter hit and it's like they couldn't do anything well I mean. But that was on the that was the pick like they went down scored tied it up and Brady threw a pick, and then they're on their and they so now and it was it was only like ninety seconds. So we went from winning seven nothing ninety seconds. On, the game clock later were down seven and neither like you know same took there there are top three roster you know they might be the best team then fell the cheese west something to say about that and the Ravens. Seok. Like they're definitely in the conversation. So they're gonNA score you know and then you look at the end of the third quarter have less in two hundred years. So offense like I. Don't. I'm not hanging this on the defense I know it's like if they're not completely dominant and you're like, well, they didn't have a good game but like Micheal Thomas didn't do anything and they didn't run the ball well now again. They gotTA figure some way to be able to guard Kamara in screen game like I don't. You know. I Don I just I don't get it. It's like. There's two guys they throw to like. There's Thomas and there's Kamara and the yeah, you know. So but occasionally to cook cooks occasionally will the all teams are like that you know but I'm not putting cook on my fantasy team because he's GonNa get like four targets a game. Right. The problem is Mike. Evans can get four targets game instill crack one hundred, which by the way I really needed like I'm glad for my Kevin's to have had a few you know defensive passing interference calls gone his way because it's effectively a catch, right? Yeah. Except he doesn't get credited with the yards and I've got him on my fantasy team and I need them to get the yards and I would like to see him crack that thousand yard mark this. Year and take that record. That's so far down the list of priorities though but I'd still like to see it of course, but I've got my Kevin's on my impressive list for this game. While we're talking about by the way, everybody wants to call in phone lines open eight, six, four, seven to nine bucks that's eight, six, four, seven to nine, two, eight, two, seven or go to the link in the chat room and you guys can join us here on the video chat. Your choice but Mike Evans. And it was more of a caveat of in light of his injury coming out. I. Was impressed with how with how well he seemed to be playing. I just wish that his has the penalties calls that were for him. I should say it we're actually just catches. Because that's more personal. Personal personal selfish reasons but you know Mike did a good job he and Lattimore I mean my God they were getting into it all and just can't be on and I don't know if lattimore could just knows how to get into Mike Evans head. If Mac, Evans knows how to get into lattimore 's head or they do it to each other you know. But it just to watch my Evans. Grab. Lattimore by the throat and I don't know that he was aiming his throat as much as just trying to push them back and that's where his hand landed. And then lattimore around and pushing him in the back I. mean that's the stuff that might Evans got a suspended for a game a couple of years ago. It was a bit harder so Complete blindside right. Right. So anyway but I got my Kevin on on my my. I think my presence did his job and I thought I saw a long time ago and anybody who asked me and I had a few people wasn't like you know tons but I had a few people asking me like a few have my Kevin's you starting am I might know 'cause Lattimore is the only guy that cancels mike out. Now, if you look at it, you know Mike as far as the offense didn't hurt it like he only had one catch, but it was. A touchdown and both pass interference penalties or over twenty yards. Right. So you know as far as him helping the team, it was great and we talked about this. You know a couple of days ago having Mike Evans in the field takes lattimore away from everybody else. So but if he was hurt, we would be down one more weapon. So having this Mike Evans out there like you know helps out Godwin helped Scotty Miller helps out OJ helps out Gronk I was what? It's the ripple effect you talked about on her show on the news I. Think it was this past week of if my Evans not there, and then that puts a lot of moreover Godwin and then shuffles everybody around. Kevin's was there the ripple effect helped everybody else out? Yeah. Yeah. Whoa I think shut me most about the offense was that they did not use the middle of field until the fourth quarter until they are way behind, you know everything was the outside and the titans were non-existent. Bright Brady was all this talk about who always puts it in the same spot and so you can catch and run..

"Welcome back everyone a lot of somebody's going to get warm today close to seventy we're joined now as always at this time on a Monday the big W. himself Warner wolf Warner good morning we finally got some TV sports a little bit yesterday to watch anyway yeah I didn't watch any of it books click to hear what happened in the south Korean soccer game you know that that I having fans there so they the the soccer to local soccer team ordered these blow up fans and that they had a little luck well at the end that the companies are shipped them sex dolls by mistake and they they actually put it in the stands of their dad had to apologize and said it was a little distribution error so no social distancing I guess whatever so I was so wasn't let's float your boat today big W. well above the boe's those of the week if it's true not really let me it's two thousand nineteen number one pick defensive back D. Andre Baker and this marks the phones back when Dunbar who two days after losing seventy thousand dollars at a gambling party rob some of those same people two days later seventy thousand worth the watch is in cash at another party charged with four counts of armed robbery I'm I'm thinking like the victims wouldn't know who they were but they might as well have been wearing a giant and see all Kellman well above where they might have had a coronavirus mask on this will play come I couldn't you know he could lose ten million dollars Dunbar six million their NFL careers over and by the way a great job on the giants scouting system wasting a number one pick no wonder you know the other side of this is their lawyers are making the claim that the the case might be falling apart a little bit and then they're citing the fact that bond was given to these guys that maybe is an indication that the cases isn't all that solid you know we'll see I mean we can't jump to total conclusions here obviously in approving guilty but that if it's true they are the bozos the week on questionable man and wait a minute stop the music among baseball's new proposed restrictions yeah there's a see if there's a season no spending you can't have baseball spitting spitting and baseball also banned would be the chewing of sunflower seeds the space that does that yeah all other one manager in baseball who has not been seen on television chewing or spinning out sunflower seeds wait does forgive me if I'm wrong but once upon a time wasn't chewing tobacco that everybody spit out at the end on baseball yes and they they expanded in the minor leagues and I I've five figure sooner or later the band at the ill be gone major yeah I would think you know you really I I just I for the life for me it's just even even the NASCAR yesterday yes the engines made a lot of noise you know they come around the turn and you see the empty stands as just just missing so I just can't imagine a baseball game you know the pop foul foul territory into the stands there's no one there I just can't see that happening well for TV yeah I'm sure they you know they'll make arrangements there and they they won't show a wide shot only you'll see many wide shots the bleachers no I don't think they will and also the fan at home I'm sure they'll have to use canned applause talking about whether it's the the only one who committed it out right was the hockey commissioner Bettman said they would type in some crowd noise I know if you remember when we were doing sports back in the day the New Jersey nets would do that the battle lads and it was hilarious because they were busted once because they took they took a shot of of some fans eating popcorn another one just bored as hell and here this crowd going wild it was still looking about Blake Snell the two thousand eighteen cy young winner he says if baseball coach my salary in half I'm not going to play because of the corona virus the baby all my salary all playing the risk of catching the virus is the same well this guy makes careful all right the argument they're making a you know Scott Boras the the big player agent the organ is making is that why should we have to cut salaries if there's a problem here because when the owners make a lot more money than they expect to make they don't give us bonuses so that's that's his argument there well gosh not a strong arguments nearby that now the you know who says Tom Brady is not a good businessman you know besides his new twenty five million dollar plus incentive deal with the box also he gets a percentage of this is tee shirts and jerseys at that hour and that the stadium for example you can buy a Buccaneers black and red tee shirt that will read the big Tom borough for example who thought that one up real what is the number one the Brady box the Brady bunch yes that's lame that is labeling su a question for you water a question for you about Brady I mean is he still going to be a superstar isn't Brady you know that linking up with New England the patriots that's what made him famous there was the you know in showbiz we say there's a chemistry with the cast was there not a chemistry there with that team and could that chemistry not be there with Tampa and could you just fall flat on his face I don't think it fall flat on his face but they do have good players down there and the fact that he got going to college you to come back I don't think of you know you'll be forty three I don't think I'll suddenly pulled all he's terrible it's interesting they've blade odds on the MVPs the Las Vegas odds to win the MVP yeah besides Patrick Mahomes for one favorite and Lamar Jackson runner up bright Brady is only sixteen to one now do you know this guy was always favorite and the other side of the patriots new guy Jarrett Stidham taking Brady's place he's seventy five to one that he would win the and that's and I was told it would be five hundred to one so you're right a Warner got a run I I know you said get a feel good story once you hold it for next week we could use some feel good stories are I. pal okay got it Warner wolf reporting from the west coast of Florida thanks water talk to next week now thank you coming up next some sage advice well speaking of sports about touching other people's balls on us we really do and then when I'm making this up this is the official government policy and it's coming up next you're free I heart radio app along with some of the most influential voices the world are making sure the graduating class of twenty "With girly it wasn't about an efficiency play. It was about a usage play and rarely do people think about usage. They're usually thinking about efficiency. And I think you gotta think about both the more advanced point total players and I'm not one of those they look pace of the game name and number of possessions. More than how a fit when you think of a total all. Kansas City's offense is going to match up so well against that team okay. That's one part of the equation. It's the more obvious part. How many possessions? The fact that Kansas City game last week went down to you know last score on the total wasn't about Kansas City's efficiency. It was about Tennessee being pretty effective. Keeping the ball in the first half half right yeah exactly right so the grounding and pounding certainly kept Kansas City off the field for a while but then soon as you know I'll I still go back to that total. Rj they easily could have scored more than fifty nine game ended with Kansas City in the red zone and Tennessee was Tennessee was faking from their own. Twenty on fourth and long long there was a lot going on that could've contributed even more scoring but it was enough easily enough. So in general. Be Leery of battle to win a lot. Be Leery of one-sided props you can't bet yes nowhere both sides that your general advice yes and so if we put that together what about the proper. There's only two sides but there's a whole lot of vic so you've got something where the straddle the book is is saying yellow. We're going to go ahead and give a six to one at the game goes over time but if you wanna bet no overtime got a risk tend to win a dollar. In general it is almost never correct to try to find a winner on the six to one side of that two-way prop and oftentimes. You will be able to find value lane the big lumber risk and ten dollars to make a dollar now one of these. He's perhaps I would. Avoid is the no seance. I can too many too many things here. That's GONNA time. So we're shifting gears now. And now we're saying okay the one-sided props especially the needle in the haystack big payoffs stay fear. Fear Red Hot okay. Not Hot good hot bat. Burn yourself herself now if you look at when there is a two sided prop but there's still a jumbo Peiyao so an unlikely event so pre changed the Longer extra point missed. Pat was a good example. Of what was the prices like minus two thousand or something. Yeah and now. It's like no I'm not asking about now asking about what the old prices were. Like my thousand there. You go so it was I mean as you would. You're over under on. Bats is what in a super bowl. Typically the number you make thirty five lot of products and and one in there's a whole kind of portfolio of I'm laying minus two thousand when I think it's minus three thousand kind of thing exactly may give one example. Yes yes you don't have to ask permission. Just ask we answer questions I ask you can jump in with. That doesn't even seem possible. But back at the Old Millennium Book Doc they put up a prop. Will there be two or more onside kicks in the Super Bowl now for there to be onside kick. It's almost always in the final. A couple of minutes of a game to have to onside kicks that seemed to me to be like a two hundred to one type of proposition. And I believe I had thirty to win the dollar just obscene value value. Sometimes on on these two way props on really large longshots because no one wants to risk thirty dollars to make a crummy dollar especially on the Super Bowl set sub. You Save me if you got it now. Here's the thing didn't Millennium Shutdown. Pretty much we have. Yeah that was an unfortunate situation. was that the same year it was just. I mean this is off subject but you always gotta gotTa be careful when the offers get a little too sweet right like You know we're going to give you. Were you GonNa lay twenty two one that no aliens GONNA in Atlanta Halftime. It's a I bet no alien lands but I bet you're going to be an alien because we don't know where you are so yeah but that's you. You know offshore old school more. A lot of you are thinking no sharp person is ever GonNa lay twenty to win one. That's not good odds. That's on an overlay a what. What does the House do when they book a Roulette Table so fast they pay thirty five to one number right? Yes and the odds. Czar if it's what single zero. Yeah one thirty eighth one thirty eight that single zeros the normal right singles here on double zero two zero two zero Zeros normally and then there's a now there's actually some casinos putting a third right. Yes it's not enough so the thirty eight versus dirt. You know thirty five total wine and it's thirty eight four one crack. Yes okay in the two difference in that case because it's thirty seven to one effectively right. Is that the desire on the Double Zero Right. Okay now. Why don't you go to a casino? I I if you want this to be an exercise. Go to casinos casinos. Say Hey can I take the concession. On that rule that we owe and Lovely minus thirty five hundred. But I'll do it for for a couple of weeks You guys let me see if the Oh yeah come on in you WANNA book this. No no no. That's why they built the freaking place right. So Oh now. Here's the danger. It's easy to say what I just said. The danger is and that's why Kellie is a theory. Why half Kelly or quarter Kelly is what most serious people that have a true bankroll do you can't predict exactly what the odds are? We could sit at safety and for a long time fans and let's talk safety because for a long time you're leading the charge here. It was like well if you go if you go back and and look over seven thousand four hundred and fifty two games. There's a safety in whatever ever eight percent of games now. Statistically I'm Bob Papa and then there was a safety one year right and then there was a safety in the next year or the year at now. What was your refrain? Your refrain was a short sample. That was exactly right now l.. My refrain is we have to ask ourselves. Is there a fundamental difference. Are you got the accolades for this. Is Fundamental Difference in a super bowl. Game versus is a regular season game. Cost you think so these two teams you think they're used to being in super bowls. Do you think they're used to the pressure. The Bright Brady remember you throughout the end zone and had the Intentional grounding for one of the safety is a great example and Peyton Manning. Look into the sideline. I don't know if he's looking for John. Candy to come back from the dead dad and the ball gets hyped right past realize it was Joe Montana. John Ken I so I said back from the dead. Yeah but why would pagan we can and be interested in John Candy. He was like it looked like he was looking to the crowd instead of at Center Looking For Dad Guy. Well the only time I could remember quarterback like looking around the John Gannon. So macy's unmet stretch unpredictable. Contingent events seemed to be more more likely to occur in the super bowl like safeties. I no longer that no safety even though overall like you said it's like six to eight percent of regular season Games have safeties fifties. That's great. I'll bet they'll be no safety in a regular season game. Not a super bowl running at ninety six kilohertz with inputs outputs agency of less than point seven of the minute second. That's the fabric. I agree now what other that will be. Good little homework assignment for you for Friday. Steve is what others Batch that's you think are fat. You don't trust the database that someone comes up and says three straight scores are this and all that because really a lot of this is who's got the best database who can come up with the right number and especially if the public is by a certain way right. So let's I have a list and maybe it's only a couple. Maybe it's one we now got one. At least the safety a warning saying in the Super Bowl there's a fundamental difference and we think it shows itself here so don't just trust the ten thousand games or whatever and the database sounds. Good one I will. Research is the fourth down conversion prop. Because it sure seems to me when I'm watching Super Bowls and even the AFC EMC conference championships teams. Know the game is of the utmost importance and they will go for it on Ford Down in times that they would never go for. During the regular season I look at that variable fake punt which is just so unusual team has basically beaten down eighteen to go ahead in the fourth quarter gopher a fake punt fourth and long midway through the fourth quarter but again it's back to our theory is they're not accepting a loss that any any embarrassment any whatever doesn't matter we're not even if we go from a half a percent to a one percent chance to win that matters now right Mckenzie you actually came up with a little work that interested me and if you have it right now great if you don't we can talk about in a minute which was the idea of in super super bowls with the spread of less than three. The total went under a good bit. So he'll get the exact numbers you got it. Yep I got it go ahead so there's been One two three four five six seven super bowls five win under the average ten points under the total I so seventy revolted with the spread below three three and it's to over five under yes to me. This makes a Lotta sense because if the teams feel like it's going to be a close post game then they're going to play conservatively. If you have a clear favourite then the favorites going to be confident and a little little looser and the Dogs Nagara Aspirin. The dogs are GonNa be desperate and look at Philadelphia against New England with all phillies special. All all the risks they took it was like we got to got to. We got a role. Hit the seven ten split to win baby with that leads the scoring it strikes me. This is a game now. This one might not be the same cause. San Francisco is gonNA feel pressure to keep up. I mean if Casey gets up ten a San Francisco going to be hand the ball off. I don't know it would take God's you would think it'd be better if they dead but you gotta wonder they're going to be afraid. It's going to be like that racehorse. You don't want secretary to have too big of a lead agreed and I think so. What do you agree with? I agree that San Francisco might well abandoned the running game and say just start passing the ball to kick keep keep up with Kansas City. Should Kansas City to get the lead. And because of that I'd make the case. If you like dishonor idea with the the the pick type of game I think it should look to the first half under I mean now. Let's we're going to get to Brian and second. I'm Jay talking to see fantastic Brad powers sitting by silently any anything you find particularly interesting so far map particularly just just boring not boring and all inciteful so far. Well here's the thing that I'm noticing and I think a majority of the people that are GonNa WanNa bet the super bowl can't take like this advice seriously enough. You certainly want avoid because everybody wants to bet that little to win a lot. I think if you could just avoid those bats you could save Dave yourself in the long-term maybe ten twenty fifty bucks on the Super Bowl and you when you add it all up rj. Maybe it's obvious to those that are doing it professionally but when you add up all our listeners. We're talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars so I think taking if it's ten dollars each we're talking millions and millions. Imagine.

K. I'm is B. K. man every Wednesday forever be K. was on the show over Steiner spa but of course you know he's hit the big time now over there on V. soon so every now and then he stops by you know says a low as a as a cold with Katie over its diners but but that's it but be K. he's gonna come on talks about a full football our number two so we're gonna get bright Brady cannon on but our number one one of my faves and you know there's two guys well there's about four five guys I've got college football that are top of the line when it comes the SEC Southeastern Conference there is nobody that knows the SEC like somebody that played in the SEC for those Georgia Bulldogs back in the day wide receiver first overtime touchdown SEC history Cory Allen my guest looking for to talking some playoff know this guy and I'm telling him right now I see Corey Allen you need to just you know first of all you have to do is show SEC network your resume that you were on Thompson show you're in I mean the end of the day this guy should be on the south Eastern Conference network over there you got all these Ellis you guys in Bama guys back or I mean come on man the end of the day we need some representation from then valves and we know we're gonna be represented again third year in a row in the SEC championship game the Georgia Bulldogs gonna go head to head with the LSU Tigers coming up Georgia dome should just be you one of the greatest games of the entire season and we bring Corey Allen and follow him on Twitter by the way at U. G. A. I W. R. eighty or a I think this is a W. R. eighty or eighty W. R. I. adult U. G. A. W. or eighty I'm pretty sure Corey on hill confirm that right now see a great to have you as always my man Hey I appreciate you can really thanks a lot for having me you definitely got the handle right all the Twitter it's U. G. A. W. R. eighty and we really excited to be a part of this weekend here in Bordeaux nation of the dogs of finally made it to the point that each team in this conference really wants to get to and it's a chance to play for at all down here in Atlanta so we've got an opponent that you couldn't ask for a better chance to play against this is the thing this really fully loaded especially on the offices a deep it is completely full with talent a great challenge for the Bulldogs only look at what it was you bring to the table all right so let's let's first talk about Alabama going down a look I know you know to a goes out but you know mac Jones is there in that your number two guy so you know Jake from goes down there nobody from Bama going to worry about it for Georgia you know Joe Berle goes down for issue there nobody from Bama going to worry about that so you know is what it is I respect to think he's a very solid player Ellis you beat him up a little bit last year physically and you know he goes down a couple weeks ago look it's tough man I mean he stayed in there maybe a little too long hindsight's twenty twenty Mississippi state got to him and he is out Jones didn't do a bad job the end of the day you know there's just some teams when two was not there at the helm that are probably going to be better than that band the team even in Tuscaloosa AL issues one of them I could easily I see Auburn going in there and and given the game like C. Georgia taken out maybe even Florida as well but you know when you don't have your starting quarterback it hurts but nobody gonna feel sorry for George if they lose their quarterback especially from Tuscaloosa so Bama is out but there's part of me that feels like in an SEC title game if George you can reach the pinnacle would have been just a little bit sweeter if it was Bama they were able to take out in that SEC title game because the last couple years let's face it should be in those boys at other a few times there's no doubt about it you out played them in a couple of those games and then a couple of them slip away including one for all the enchiladas in overtime so just maybe a little bit taken away but none the less of you can take care of business when the whole thing that's what it's all about their in Athens and throughout the state of Georgia a lot of dogs fans talk to me a little bit about Bama going out I know you took that game in against Auburn I thought a very entertaining game but I never thought there'd be that many points especially from the Auburn side okay so you would be eating Alabama has been the water more for the program for the last few years since I haven't been in town and the Georgia thank you you're slightly disappointed that you don't get that opportunity to knock the champion also but we take it how it comes in this is still a great opportunity still we have one of our goals right in front of the so this is a chance for the smaller the dog nation to really step up and take this by the traditional regardless of the opponent because the hardware is still the same so it's a great chance for Georgia to really go ahead and and show that they're ready for this type of moment you've got a jig from a guy who's been here this will be his third time in the U. gonna depressed is really ready to compete at a high level and they'll be tested to a high degree so this is a great chance for Georgia to really again step up at the moment with the term calls board is not Alabama but still you have really issue and the team that doesn't really take a backseat to anyone right now let me before we get into this big game at the Georgia dome with our Mercedes Benz though it should say Georgia LSU when you go back to you know you're playing days in the nineties and and just what it's like on a home coming when you go back to Athens Georgia after you played there when you see the likes of Herschel Walker was very fortunate to meet at the gridiron greats out here in Vegas guy that still looks like you could play I mean that's that's Herschel man just the way that guy is and I I just gotta think so many awesome ball players including Mister Davis from those Denver Broncos I mean that that made it big time and go back there and they're just very proud to be part of that Athens nasu nation over there that dog nation tell me a little bit about what it's like going back for home coming in the festivities and what it's like being a former bulldog and I should say former because you're a wonderful dog always a bulldog as far as their for George but tell me a little bit about that and how you look forward to that every year okay are you working to be honest when I look at the opportunity I get to mingle with bulldog family and friends it's a bit of nostalgia you get a chance to speak this was to real Davis and then had a chance to play with them as a freshman I had a chance to play with a guy like an air dryer you know guys like your Robert it was in Hines ward so we really cherish the opportunity to hang out with one another because we we we we develop those relationships as young man but we also had a chance to or call our towards goals together he nine compete at the highest level on the field those bonds are hard to break in to see the guys you played with or the guys who came before you even got the got the came after you it's still a great feeling to see goes and kills the same path who fought those same barrows who lived in those changes just like you did in you guys you went to battle with a some for four years are a great opportunity to really share time with family and that nostalgia never leaves you Korea a lot of people outside of Georgia and maybe that didn't watch you know I see see is closely is I did I may not have realized that Hines were was a pretty darn good quarterback and you see guys like war transition to be an outstanding receiver you see it now with the New England Patriots with Julian Edelman I mean it is kind of cool to where you have that one position you think that your your build for that position lo and behold you end up making your living at another position and then of course winning the dancing with the stars I mean is there a doorway big enough to get Hines ward and although he seems like a very humble man of faith football players really want to get on the field and a guy like this will really work hard to make sure he gave his team a chance to win games I had a chance to one side go from an also ran into an edge to to an advantage she was really a young man we played together since we were twelve years old on the baseball diamond and all the way in Athens roommates at that point so really enjoyed his development but when you consider what got him to do point would where he played so long in the NFL the was just do you work at the he was always a hard worker but continue to be that and he's always had a television type focus so I've had a chance to be alongside a lot of great athletes he being one of them was just noticing what it takes to get to a certain point the dedication to work at the stick to witness that you have to have to stick to a goal and make sure you cheer that's really admirable he just one of the many guys I enjoy doing continue to still supported room for to this day all right the Georgia Bulldogs man I mean how frustrating the last couple seasons I mean great seasons but so close I mean within an eyelash of winning a title and possibly laying for another one so you know as great as it is to have that season to get as far as the dogs have gotten that's one thing but when you get there you feel like all right as long as we can give our chat ourselves a chance to win the game that'll be great not only have they given themselves a chance to win but they've had these games including that title game against damages snatched from their grasp talk to me about the mindset of the Georgia Bulldogs now Kirby smart seems to be that coach that he expects to get there now added the eastern half of the SEC and it was evident when I watch that game against Florida in Jacksonville I'm watching this game and I'm saying man Georgian they've been here in the naysayers after the Notre Dame game the beer in the naysayers after the South Carolina game and lo and behold they are just going in there they're expecting to be Florida and it was a like that in that rivalry for a long time was the other way around Korean that was very frustrating for Georgia bulldog fans how cool is it now as a former Georgia player to look and say finally they have the mindset to where they're not going in hoping they win they're going into that game now with Florida expecting to win Georgia Bulldogs income also close to the title but we can almost taste it but we don't get any credit for that you don't get a participation chose for will be for almost winning the championship we really need to go ahead of the business on the field so as close as we can but it is good it feels we want more and we've got to demand more and and this was her be smart continues to do each and every day so is the building he doesn't count unfortunately candid been great to compete for but it you know it doesn't matter until you win one and that's what we're striving for we're trying to maintain that focus that.

"Something is worth getting rebooted it we do a little revote or re boot get the boot you guys I know it was going to tell you about one thing the but I gotta tell you about some breaking reboot hello all tell us the reboot news lifetime reunites facts of life stars for how they move Kim fields I would like to think listener and friend needs for alerting me to this immediately the facts of life stars Kim fields Mindy Cohn Lisa Whelchel N. Nancy McKeon are reuniting for a light up my Christmas hearing December first on the lifetime channel I can't now that Lisa Whelchel didn't tell us about this when we hung out with each how dare she will send a tersely worded tweet to her later but in the meantime let me tell you about this because according to people which exclusively announced the noon Kim fields is gonna be the executive producer now this is not the facts of life okay this is a movie with the stars the facts of life but not in the characters that they played on the facts of life exactly so these are some officers really based on a true story in the RAF okay go ahead based on a true story the movie tells the story of Emma Kim fields a woman who helps remind her home town about the importance of embracing the holiday spirit can now is a bunch of stuff we don't care about okay I don't know what this movie is going to be about but they're all going to be in the movie and I couldn't be happier I said to my friend name I wonder if they're gonna do like a CG I Charlotte rae because you know Mrs gearing no longer with us even better okay they are literally going to rename here who can a name and a skating rink in the town Charlotte Rainey's reacts queue so in the movie will be a nice all hat tip to shore okay I like that that's better than the CG I Charlotte rae because of the little weird right yeah no word on if George Clooney is going to be in it these are gonna be at their that's the word anyway I don't really know what about now and while I would love them to do an actual facts of life you know actually reunion I'm fine with this because I don't care and I'm gonna see them all in the same place and Mindy Cohn I have not seen on the big or little screen for a thousand years so this is what I like about this I I I I mean I don't know jury still out however this is what I appreciate about this structure of a reboot is that it's not like they're trying to shoehorn their old characters into a new story here in a way to be some like yeah it just gives them the opportunity to all work together again and gives us sort of did it scratches that nostalgic itch for us but it'll be I'll be curious to see how it's received and and if it's any good because I think this could be again a way that other shows kind of get around that reboot thing yeah without having to reboot can I just pick you back on that this completely unplanned segment that did you hear what they're doing with the Brady family no okay hold on let me look it up so I can actually give you the facts but of life because yes look at that because of the success of the Brady renovation on the H. T. T. HGTV they are going to do a Christmas special with the actual Brady bunch in the actual house that's all I know is that cool now here's what I don't know when when I'm looking up right now is how they're going to like what that's going to mean but they are confirm ng of bread very Brady renovation holiday edition special a under the six Brady bunch siblings will join ree Drummond who you love she is your favorite with her you want nothing more than to watch the pioneer woman on repeat I hope it doesn't end well your terrible hi she but is she a jasmine Roth who's the star of hidden potential will be creating seventies inspired treats and festive decorations I with the Brady family in the newly renovated Brady house I love this yeah because I I don't think I ever got to tell you about minus three Drummond I you know I don't have a truck with her but I know that you and social media Hannah love to hate her we don't hate her hate is either not I'm sorry you're right I should say love poking her coke at her but when they say hate when I mean it's like heat on in the poke fun at cents okay thank you for clarifying anyway but you know what I never got I want to double back to that we I never really like brought this through thread all the way through on the Colleen Bradley show because they did watch the Brady renovation series from beginning all the way to end and I just have to say like that show delivered on every level in a way that I didn't anticipate it like I thought it was going to be neat I thought I was going to appreciate it a very bright Brady ran a renovation but what I didn't anticipate was like how moved I would be by watching this like they really did it meticulously make this dream a reality of making the inside of this house look like the show's soundstage home and it seems like the impossible thing to do but they pulled it off and to see all of those the the living members of the Brady bunch of their and involved in it it really was touching but you also kind of like how you know things about your siblings that sort of drive you crazy there are things that you may notice about each of the Brady bunch stars like for example berry Williams is like a vaudevillian like he's always trying to get like weird attention he's always performing kind of thing yeah I'd like Jeter eve plumb who played Janet she doesn't even want to be there and like if you watch it with that lens of realizing kind of then you pre how they really for all it was so but just I love that show just to to tie this up light up my Christmas airs on lifetime December first and again that's going to bring together all of your favorites facts of life people wild I mean the ones that you can appreciate that on this planet Kim fields Mindy Cohn Lisa Whelchel Nancy McKeon okay so quickly the read the story I was gonna bring you during the segment is about another reboot that we need to discuss and that is news that there will be a Barney live action movie like Barney Miller Barney and friends no cool like you mean the purple dinosaur yeah I love no I don't want this is a live action film will be produced by Mattel films in there too teaming up with Daniel Kalu your who's the star of get out he's gonna be perfect producing this film and the question I have is what is a live action Barney film because wasn't Barney live action yeah like it was a guy in a costume yeah a weird C. GI I am guessing yes because I was going to but even that's not live address in a live action now he does say it was the party was ubiquitous figure in many of our childhoods then he disappeared into the shadows we're excited to explore this compelling modern day hero to see if his message can stand the test of time ochre also I kind of wanted to see like a horror story but it's not what it sounds like sounds bizarre right maybe it's about the real life story of the actor who played Barney who's a.

"My name's Mike Keller. That's John Kuhn talking about the NBA playoffs or the NBA all star break, which is coming up after games tonight and tomorrow, there's a full schedule tonight. Just a couple of games tomorrow night before the all-star break, if you're forced John Kuhn to watch the full all star weekend of any of our three major sports. I'll put hockey in there too. So you've got to watch the NBA all star weekend. Whatever goes around with the Pro Bowl major league baseball futures game and all star game or the NHL all star break, and I'm tired you to the recliner, and you've got to take in all of it on TV not in person which of the four all star festivities. Are. You're going to spend your time with. Man. That's a tough question any of them. I don't think any of them really draw me to the television. So you're definitely going to have to tie me into that chair, man. That's a struggle. I'll go with baseball. I really do. Enjoy home run the homerun competition, and futures and all that other stuff that goes along with that. There are some aspects to that that I enjoy the actual game itself can be fun at times. And they do a lot of changes with the pitchers and stuff like that. So that makes it interesting as well seeing the different matchup. I'll probably go baseball. Baseball's. The only game that's actually played with with a comp- competitive nature that is similar to what we see in the regular in the regular games because the pitcher is absolutely trying to get the hitter out in the hitter is trying to do something special at the plate. We don't see that in the NBA because they won't play defense in the NHL they've gone to a far different format now for the all star game. And the Pro Bowl. This is the first time I've watched football at the Pro Bowl. I only watched a couple of minutes of it. But they just backed off on hits. I mean, they just pulled away which is great from a player perspective risk versus reward. We've been there. We've talked about this. And the Pro Bowl to me is it's fun. It's enjoyable. I've been to a few of them. It's a great time. You love being out there with the other stars around the league, and and kind of clamming it up and and and having a good time. But the actual game itself for a fan is it's brutal to watch. It really is. And that's because we want the hits we want the big hits. And we want the at least the risk of a big hit coming, and that's what makes it so enjoyable, but also there is an interesting. I if you wanna really talk about watching a Pro Bowl, you gotta you gotta look there's there's a couple of outliers there. There are some guys that just don't quit like J JJ watt and Anna von Miller lay their Motors just don't slow down, and we call them tempo violators because they'll go out and put licks on guys when they think it's just the all star game. You know, I've done this show in the past. With Brady Pinga. You you've been on violator temporal right in practice. Automatic tempo. Violator Brady panga. And then are those guys laughed at or is there actual real anger? Like, hey knock it off. Well with Brady I it was Brady he needed to knock it off. He was violating tempos and practice. We had a couple of Malay fights at training camp because he was just he would clean of running backs clock coming out on a flat route, and he was sitting out there in the in the curl flat zone. So bright Brady was a habitual tempo. Violator, but but these other guys in the all star game. They're just going hard. Just because that's what they know. What to do and the other guys know how to protect themselves pretty well. Yeah. It's it's it's fun stuff. I don't think anybody's telling JJ to shut it down j watch Brawley on JJ's team. I wanted him to keep going. I wanted him to win that defensive MVP and win the car because that meant we won the game and got more money. Yeah. Well, then that's that's what JJ watt is. All he. Oh, he only lost. Well, and and so you didn't get the extra money. So one comma in what's going on there and JJ watt is he is he's going to be on his programming. Only knows one speed. But I'm pretty sure that he's not a temple. Violator were hitting quarterbacks are running backs in the flat in practice is concerned. No, no. He's just going to drive that that that guard or that tackle all the way back in into the quarterback. Then let up at the last minute know, the quarterbacks don't mind the running backs don't mind, but what those offense of lime insured do mine who's the most physical freak you've ever played with or against somebody just stand out. And goes that guy. There's no question. Julius peppers in his prime. Boy, we we we had a game against him when he was playing in Chicago. And we went into the game. I play is is going to be a pass play. And we're going to slide the line Adam, and John you're going to chip the outside, which is which is helping. So we basically put three guys on them just to set a tone for the first play. And he came screaming off the edge. I gave him everything I had right into his chest. And it knocked me backwards and knocked me out of my route. And I thought to myself. Wow, I gave him everything and he sent me flying. He was an absolute freak of nature for a long time. And and just announced his retirement a few weeks ago. So there's a lot of people around the league thanking them for that one. Well, one of the most famous plays you're involved with and maybe the one that most Packers fans will remember in Green Bay is you getting Julius peppers on a throw you notice. I did I didn't hit in the chest on that one. I took the easy way out and that ended up in a touchdown passes. Mr put. In the postseason and business decision. But then he he came to Green Bay was that did you have that conversation with him after. No, we didn't talk about that a whole we kinda left that one on the back burner. I was very appreciative that he came to Green Bay. I think he was too because he wanted a good shot at winning a Super Bowl. We he never. He never quite got that. He only went to that one in Carolina. So that's one thing. That's a bummer for joyous. Because to be such a great tremendous player and and not really get his shot at the Super Bowl. That's that's one thing that that you wished for some of these guys to get and and Julius peppers it. Yeah. Talking about an athletic free playing in the NFL in a league that spilled with athletic freaks. He was just one that that stood out in his career comes to let me ask you, Mike, who's the one guy in in the studio that you've just been and you've just been mesmerized by and you just thought man, his his his vocals are just his vocals just on point his setup his greatest delivery is perfect. Always on time. Who's that one guy that you've always kind of said, wow, that's the stud so a four years four years ago right about now, I was guest hosting the Dan Patrick show actually on the at their set in Milford, Connecticut. So I'm sitting so they did put you on TV. They did. And I'm sitting in Dan's chair makeup. Know, there's no makeup should have been boy should have been. But there wasn't some sitting in dance chair and Dan Patrick was covering the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi. Russia and one of our first guests as I'm guest hosting the Dan Patrick show is Dan from Sochi Russia covering the Olympics sitting in his chair. And I'm sitting in his chair interviewee to get mad about that on his show. He just reminded me to not touch anything or move anything. Because he knows where everything is he spoke to he he puts them intimidation, right? From the Joe like that fear out of the gate, but he is he is the best. We're doing the rich Eisen show. I've not had rich as a guest on the show. It would be appropriate for me to say to answer your question that the best in the business of doing what you just talked about setups, vocals and everything else is rich Eisen. So it is the best in this business and doing what we do is rich Eisen. Heard it here. First folks coming from my collar is in the voice of all voices. Yeah. I took care of that properly, and and alongside of John Kuhn. I'm Mike Keller, and we're guest hosting. You're listening to the rich Eisen show. The rich Eisen show, Fox Sports..

"Tell my team win and understanding that. When it's all said and done, you know, you'll be evaluated based upon a lot of different things, you know? And is that the most important thing to me? No, you know, I'm I'm just trying to enjoy the moment as much as I can understanding that. You know, I'm I'm closer to the end and I am the beginning of my career and I just want to enjoy every second of it and accomplish all that there is to be accomplished. You know, in this chapter in my life and then move onto the next one. And then we can reflect, you know, when it's all said and done, but. You know, drawing those comparisons or having you know, people sit around and compare, you know, who's better at this or who's better at that. That's not. That's not really what I think about. Because if you ask me, do I think I'm better than you started naming sportscasters like, I'm that competitive that I like I want to, I would say, yes. In certain cases, I would say yes. Or in certain cases, I would say no. But I mean, your list is so small of who is considered better than you that you know being around you? I would just think you'd be like, well, you know, I hold my own with though. I'm as good as bright Brady, and you know, I could do what Brady does. Look at this. So would you look at other people in your industry and and say, you know, I respect that about them. I appreciate that about them. I have Myers about that or, you know, hey, maybe there's something that they're better at than I am and yet maybe there's some things that I'm better out than they are. Yes, that makes sense. Yeah. What are you better at the than Brady. Well, no. No, I I think my point is that there's a very high level of appreciation for what the what the quarterback position does. And so as I sit there and I watched the tape every week of my opponents and of other games and other quarterbacks around the league, I'm I'm constantly kind of making note, you know, and then there's things that I look at when I watch in Rogers play and just say, it's the best I've ever seen. Right. Like I, there's certain things that he does that I have never been able to, nor will ever be right. And so there's a level of respect and appreciation when it comes to that. But then I also recognize, okay, well, if I if I wanna play though, with the level that competes with that, then. These are the things that I can't control. You know, these are the things that I can be the best at. And so I'm going to focus on those things. What advice would you give the twenty two year old version of you? Well, here's the thing. I feel like the the best teacher in life is is experience. And in many cases it's failure. Right? And so I'd wanna I think on the surface, you'd say, well, I want to go back and tell myself don't do that. Don't make that mistake. Don't don't be an idiot, you know. And yet having gone through those things has made me the person that I am now in the player that I am. I've of that's I gained the experience. Right. And so you know failures too tough teacher. It's hard to have gone through that at time. You know, the hardest thing is like to watch your kids go through something right to struggle with like you want to just give them, you want to just give them all the answers or or or make it easy for him. And yet you all stand that that's not the best teacher I, that's not how they learn. Just like that's not how you learned were made it part of who you are. So I wouldn't send anything. No, we didn't change anything. I was looking at the schedule Khalil Mack being traded to the bears. You don't run into the bear so good for you..
