"I you really gotta know yourself. And what tends to help you stay in a more positive or accurate frame of mind. Some people Have those brain codes as. I like to call them. That are more chill right. They they are have more laid back. Approach they may go for Possibly even a more emotive type of Instruction in their head like you got this. You can do this. Keep going refuse to give up. It's more of a cheerleader. Or emotional focused overall feeling or belief and self. And there's people that prefer more of an instructional type of thinking so they're going to focus more on like technique or tactic. They want some step by step instruction and so it might be something like elbow. High tight streamline. Finish your kick if you're a swimmer so you're you're focusing and its positive and as accurate right and you're not in your but you're focusing on the instruction or the technique. Yeah we'll you said you've got to when we when we first started talking you said about this. You said that we need to know ourselves and my question to you is how do you. How do you get to know yourself. How do you know your your yourself. And also i wanted to. I wanted to share that. My brain code is the same as tom. Brady's junior my hero. Oh gosh and so. So let's talk about brain codes and my personality. What is what is mine. And brian Tom brady's brain code. I know know keep. You're the one that told me what it was. We did that that questionnaire many years ago with on the air. What right i there. It's based on the myers briggs type indicator uh-huh and yours is e. n. f. p. which actually is what we believe. Simone biles is the nfc. Nice night though. So yeah you have to know yourself. You can take assessments like that to know yourself and not looking at for mental processes or preferences that a person has it creates what i call a brain coat And based on neuroscience we know that it has certain ties to physical aptitudes or abilities And so you gotta know yourself and you are more of an emotive hype of person. So it's probably more positive are accurate to keep you more like an a cheerleader mindframe versus giving you a step-by-step multiple instruction mind rain right so you need to be honest with that no yourself in terms of what would be most helpful to keep you in not right frame of mind. Yeah junior have you ever done the brain code thing where you figured out what your brain coat is no. I'm i'm guessing. Junior is an eye. Which is an introvert right instead of an extrovert like me. You're an introvert. What's what's the second one. Kith it is how you take information where sensors are more based on their senses. The literal real a little more detailed impractical or an intuitive which is more visionary big picture They see that connections that they brainstorm really well but they tend to not do so well with the detail Which is me. And i think and i think you might be the opposite junior. I don't know are you. Which one are you know. I i i feel like i at first i was like. Oh i'm definitely the first one. And then when he's over in the second one. I was like well maybe a little bit of that. I don't know that that's a tough one mixed breed and the f. A feeler right. So i'm a feeler and what's the other one right or is that a wedding thinker thinker thinker. It's how people make decisions. They make it more based on task or do they make it more relationship based on relationships. I'm a thinker indistinct with the last one. So i'm a p what's the stand for peace stands for perceiving which The described this mental process is..

"Ninety four now why coming up Monday capital area metropolitan planning organization that's the local transportation route planning organization here in town well they're gonna vote on now you know why some re appropriation of funding for a from a variety of projects for the I. thirty five revision project it's a big deal I mean this affects many neighborhoods many businesses especially in the you know six twenty loop three sixty area and up and down I thirty five as well our economy absolutely people be complaining especially about six twenty for years I mean it was only designed to handle about twenty thousand commuters a day and and I can either with the numbers today but it's it's it ten times that problem yeah I don't I mean it's just this may still be just blows my mind when I go out six twenty that the growth out there I still can't get my head around it after all these years and the road cannot accommodate what's going on Williston Brian tanto he's the president and founder of both the six twenty coalition for safety and mobility as well as the Steiner ranch neighborhood association not to be confused with the H. away by the way he's on the live news line right now Brian good morning and welcome to the time to don show catch us up to date a lot of people one of our audiences in that area they work in that area they live in that area catches up today what candles up to Hey I thank black grab me on your Sir yeah I mean it's been a tough road here because that we were really excited last year when six twenty in Anderson mill that's probably the next most congested spot per share compared to twenty two twenty two twenty two which is already got the night projects going on at the Anderson mill road in six twenty was actually you know voted by canceled actually do an overpass so we're really excited to see that that was going to be a draft and prioritize and ironically that actually that funding for that project to get approved at the same time is four hundred million dollars toward I thirty five since then the state came back and said Hey give us six six hundred million Bucks help pay off the rest of I. thirty five and this Anderson militants twenty product which is really critical for our quarter out here along with a number of other product is now up in the air right that million to get funded or they gonna have to use it to paper price thirty five and so we had some discussion of the Campo Campo de a debate among themselves the last couple months instead which projects are gonna get prioritized in light of having to cut all this money out and we were really excited at the last camp all needing to hear that even though Anderson ville six twenty was initially cut out they were gonna go back and use you know value based scoring to decide what product to keep not detail let's spread the love around and we'll keep a little products over here in a little over there let's go look at which ones are the most important to keep and they decided to do that and last week we heard eighth turns out no surprise maybe Andersonville on six twenty that intersection that project it scored super hot we're thinking like man this is good news right yeah well decided use you know value based scoring they're gonna keep this project lone behold you know three days ago you look on their website example popped up a new set of alternative plans and none of them have Anderson mill six twenty in the mix pretty concerned about this yeah and this is more than just you know congestion in getting people to and from point a and point B. easily this is a this is a matter of life and death no doubt I mean we're talking about you well twenty eleven the Steiner ranch wildfires we learned very quickly how how bad six twenty can be what people are trying to get out of there you you know it I mean if you think about that you know if you just look at a map right you look at all the greenery out here along this corridor and he went on to Texas a and M. on wildfire Cecil tool and what we found is that the brightest orange risk for wildfires right up and down the six twenty corridor and so it affected the impact that even sadness this road is an evacuation route if something happens and the traffic's not moving it's Claudette jammed up you know that is life and death for tens of thousands who live out here not to mention on a daily basis the inability of emergency responders be able to get ready to go that's happening right now and and it's hurting people's lines it's hurting people's lives on a daily basis is if it's affecting the quality of lives productivity commerce it's got tough far reaching effects similar it really does affect each individual that lives and works along that corridor and I listen I thirty five each approach to let's let's don't let's don't overlook that there's a lot of roads in the area but six twenty has been a problem for generations oh my gosh you know it I mean you know no one I don't see in here to work and I thirty five let's do a thirty five we've got a jacket you can't ignore it forever but I think exactly and that means we can't ignore arm six twenty right it would be very irresponsible to take this road it's already super congested we're already looking at waiting till twenty twenty four for that Anderson mill road intersection over past and now what do you need to push it out even further yeah I mean we're thankful today you know I have to I have to disagree that it actually has not been a problem for generations the problem is is that it became such a problem so fast that stroke rose happen so I mean in my generation I remember very clearly when it was nothing but a quiet country road and the explosion of of businesses and residence is out there it just it was is like the road was a complete afterthought yeah Brian Brian Tom co president and founder of both the six twenty coalition for safety mobility the Steiner ranch neighborhood association right when you want folks to do how to get their voice heard you know you can go to temple Texas dot thing is that a word chance and reach out to the folks on the campus I mean it is can reach out to camp I mean this is critical guys that we actually use you know that that ranking but reporting and we don't fix it first right I mean yeah yeah there's tons of growth happening across much of Texas we got to deal with all the projects we don't handle the ones that are already super far behind the ones that are causing the pain and strife in daily life and risking life and limb I mean that's what we gotta do we got a decent card as they can because you know there's limited funds to go around and if more money becomes available go tackle the other ones right but for now we gotta get this one we got hit in the morning we got to give it a little jolt of injection because that we're still we're five without here yeah good point Brian Tom go thank you man I appreciate you hang in there thanks for calling in look at all that so we get a store in the front page of our website and news radio que L. "It's done by the people who believe in god not who leave the government is god and I just saw the title of the story tonight the headline from the Cincinnati Enquirer crossroads church leverages donations to wipe out forty six point five million dollars in medical debt and that's not just in Ohio although a lot of debt no high was wiped out by crossroads church Brian Tom their donations of the people who worship in the inside the campuses and who also donate online streaming people in Kentucky people in Tennessee people in Indiana all had their debts medical debts forgiven because of the kindness and because of the hand of god on those making donations through crossroads church's websites and in their collection plates and according to the FTC debt collectors have a certain number of years they can sue you and went to collect the debt whether it's medical deck or anything else it's called the statue limitations and it's six years no higher that means that for any type of data creditor cannot sue a debtor for debt collection purposes after six years the time frame begins when someone fails to make a payment on the debt so was already out I've always been told Hey Kim twenty five Bucks they can't come after illegally long as you're paying something every month whatever but again Brian Jones and his fellowship and the people that are part of crossroads church in his you know or you don't know church is not a building it's people who come together to worship god that's what a church is at least in the Christian faith and they did this through something called RIP medical debt I just think it's fantastic thing so I wanted to start with the positives tonight before we get into the other things in there are other things Xavier victory tonight even though Travis Steele didn't sound like they want anything I'm still Reno's travel steel no matter what the musketeers do on any given night sounds like he is ready to cash in the chips and throw in the towel he's never happy I told the blander friend Karen is it was Travis still talking about what she's so upset about I said well Xavier won the physical battle of the basketball game but they lost the metaphorical war between good and evil no idea what I'm talking about which is par for the course I do have a lot of people who do know what they're talking about on the show this evening going to just have the news at ten o'clock retired judge and now Hamilton County recorder Norbert Nadel will join us to talk about the bus tax maybe the millennial hotel we may get into that and there's certain Cincinnati city council person who's in the news and wishes she wasn't and add more to that subject Jason Williams from Cincinnati Enquirer's politics extra will join us also next hour to talk about to my Denard no I've I've trumped rich and god bless Donald Trump but lately I've had a large syndrome we're just can't stop saying her name nothing associated with your name just so I can learn I wake up in the middle of the night it really really upsets my wife when I start screaming to mired in ards name in the middle of the night at like three fifteen in the morning I don't know what the deal is but maybe I just sensed something was awry J. Reynolds seven hundred WLW aviation expert will be with us past ten thirty we've got tons to talk about with the market plummeting another of three something percent today after the thousand pine point drop in the Dow yesterday because of the news of the growing corona virus threat as a pandemic spreading to other countries Iran and Italy namely the two biggest stories of the last forty eight hours in the story of corona but god bless Donald Trump who is in India by the way with First Lady in just concluded his visit there a state visit to India where they low the trump stir absolutely love Donald Trump god I wish we were more like India that way I mean I'll I'll settle for not having the cholera bathing in other people sewage but in every other respect god I wish your name and it was funny some of the people who find every reason in the world to pick at the president to hate Donald Trump we're talking about him never never seen him eating a vegetable before because he was in India and there was no B. for burger they're available in that country seems like he did just fine on the subject of president trump doing just fine Curtis Ellis who is the director of the policy director for America's first policies which is a truck packed assisting the president in his reelection will talk to him and also Dr John Huber forensic psychologist out of Austin Texas mainstream mental health that'll work but what about my friend to my ads in art I've never met the woman I've only heard about her and her reputation preceded her in Cincinnati in local political circles in till today when the feds decided to make it official she is of a well known person now by federal agents not just locally and she was arrested on charges of bribery and extortion or whatever the heck she is alleged to have done I had a discussion with my friend website Jim Keefer and he was like putting every last nail in her coffin with glee by the way doesn't seem like he likes you that much I've not heard a whole lot to like about her in general but I don't really have an opinion again not having met her not knowing her and not living in the city of Cincinnati so why do I really care if you're suffering because you're stupid enough to vote for somebody like that so anyway but I was letting him know that she wasn't guilty of these crimes yet but he does agree he says that in America you're guilty until proven innocent I don't think that's the way that the law reads of the constitution reads but he's in and the example here's was if you could stop for a speeding ticket and you don't show up in court then you're automatically get no you're guilty of not showing up to court you're stupid if you're going to not pay the ticket and not show up at court but it does mean you're guilty of speeding but that was his analogy in the same way I would want the president to be adjudicated fairly with due process the same way I wanted Brett Kavanaugh to be judged fairly with due process not having to prove his innocence but those who accused him having to prove his guilt that's the way it's supposed to work so well to my Denard maybe caught up in a lot of things right now that aren't necessarily positive there's no proof I mean the fed's obviously have something or they would have arrested her but there's no proof that she's actually committed a crime Intel it's proven in a court of law and then we can dance all night long we can party like it's nineteen ninety nine that but not quite yet it'll be interesting to see how that all plays out more going on today most of it revolving around the cove it nineteen virus corona virus that has consumed American and global markets that has consumed our attention after being convinced initially that it was no worse than the sars virus and maybe it's not I don't know but it certainly is getting the attention of the people with the money and does some ideas coming up on how if this spreads to the United States as it looks like inevitably it's going to just because of the nature of the global community we can shut off all the flights from China we want to people are still going to find a way to bring this very contagious virus to our shores and Dan it's already here not obviously to the extent it is in Wuhan China or in Japan or South Korea or Iran or Italy where the store shelves have been emptied today because of people panicking over the spread of the corona virus but things that you can do that I can do to maybe protect ourselves and there I mean there's gonna be a whole list of these admonishments out over the next week or so they're already there talking about instead of shaking hands with somebody the first bumper the knuckle bump or the elbow bumps keeping your hands away from your face I was thinking about this the other day how many times do I meet someone or do I come into contact we say money I mean think about all the germs that are in currency that we handle every single day and then I am touching my cheek putting my finger in my mouth I figure my nose whatever you do it too and that's a good way to transfer bad stuff into your system the washing their hands keeping the mask on all the other things that we're going to have to start thinking about perhaps.

"Get into the Christmas spirit so they have they got everybody got everybody mad at him phone numbers eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred Brian and Lynchburg hello Brian Tom hurried to doing good what are you thinking about the what what I'm I'm saying I don't have you seen the commercial or not I mean yeah I have I think the problem that's the sort of offensive as the United so in your face you know their their kitchen kiss an exceptionally passionately in there and it's you know I think that's the thing that may be a fence folks that don't necessarily agree with the gay marriage thing it's I'm gotten accustomed to see and you know gay couples makes you know all those and everything else on television they've made it is mainstream as they possibly can but I don't think you need to go so far as to have one necessarily kissing passionately in the commercial I think you can get the message across you know just having the two of them standing there you know in their wedding downs or what have you but it's I think that's the point the defense funk's so I I I hear you I also I I think the standard operating procedure for couples getting married as you may now kiss the bride that I I I don't know if you're married but I if you are I presume you'll end your brand new wife locked lips big time when you when you got married so the question isn't about that's what people do when they get married you may now kiss the bride you may now kiss the grow but it's the the fact that it's just more in your face than what you think makes people comfortable uncomfortable that's that's what I I I just feel like it's not necessary well be that in your face and hands on making everything mainstream so why did they do it because obviously this was you know that this was a highly produced and there's a there's a director and producer standing right there right off camera going okay let's do that again and make let's let's have let's make of that the kiss longer don't just don't no no no don't know little packed love come on you know they did that they wanted to do that they could have done it a different I like they wanted yeah I think they they did it to get the reaction if they're gathering I mean I think that's part of it is that you they want everybody to to you know to change their views or to to you know see things the way they see him and and if you don't I mean you're you know you're labeled and this and that and it's so I just think it was in your face to get the reaction that thank god and hallmark is traditionally thought of as a family finally kid friendly you know right elevation station were well we it's good wholesome stuff and I guess we have to believe today that you know gay marriage and everything else is wholesome and that's that's the message they're trying to get across the nothing for those that don't necessarily agree with it it can be offensive particularly when it's done in the in the fashion that was done in this commercial you know completely in your face and so once said the message could have been but got no yeah for one so the question then is you it's a family friendly channel no question about it so the you're you're sitting there with your family and you're watching the hallmark channel you're on your phone or some water what you're but it's on and and your daughter turns to you and says Daddy why are those two women kissing so now you are going to have to explain that but it's also because gays and lesbians are a minority and I mean a you know single digits minority it would be the same outrage if a black and white couple African American Caucasian did the same thing maybe I don't know I think it's become your are over over time I like your views change your opinions change you know you you look at things differently and you know and and I think that's become so common that you don't even really think about it anymore but it seems to me that you know Madison Avenue marketing folks are you know every commercial you watch you know it's got to be Asians and Hispanics and in mixed race couples and apples and all this stuff everything that is not traditionally mainstream they'll laminate down your throat to make you are trying to convince folks that that should be mainstream in you know in certain things that you know your time your views.

"At UTF what a cutting in the great American coming up in about one Greg pence of Indiana about what's happening in Washington with impeachment removal to prev president more but until then thanksgiving week many say is the favorite time of the year for them may include including the later Brian term across roads and Brian tone welcome again to the bill Cunningham show Brian Tom how are you William I am I am thankful end of thankful for you it's thanksgiving weekend manner my favorite week of the year and I just wanna go record any ma'am thank you can bring on the on the show you can treat me with respect and love me softball what kind of stuff thanks how come every time don't I have you on I laugh first one I don't know I don't know you left me all I have for you but couple issues are percolating I wanna get your perspective on the lower level Kerr or journal did a nine month study about where does cocaine methamphetamine found all come from the headline is a ruthless Mexican drug lords empire is devastating families with his grip on small town USA and they have the name and the address of this guy worry how much money he makes but but the essence of this is that we're kind of powerless to stop drugs from coming into America but once they come here he knows how to market its products to have maximum affect the maximum money any does it by fear intimidation profit and so much more but I I made the I made the point repeatedly that unless someone's willing to buy a product at a certain price no matter how induce of the offers may be it's not going to occur so this story is written it as an a as a excuse in a sense for small town America to be so addicted to drugs and therefore were not real active participants in our own destruction I read the article I'm thinkin acid baths and rapes and people hang from underneath bridges and is seventy thousand Americans a year are killed or killed themselves because about because of addictions the cocaine and methamphetamine so where is the word of what is the fault lies with them or us explain what's happening in small town America if anything well I'm not added motorcyclists as you may know and that means I've got to get into small towns because only get were people aren't so I like getting on my motor cycle of people aren't and when you go into small towns across our country and we gonna stop for fuel stop whatever it is that it there's some of them it's like wall night of the Living Dead people walk around it and you see people getting three cases of I don't know who they're going to be doing some kind of product with it's a problem that I've seen again and again and again and I swing nobody has a life is going well and then they say hello again today zero two so much like that new day right get on the truck that way now in fact in fact I just said a news report we might say a prayer for this Jack from lane sandy came in and said that there's a building on fourth right by the Enquirer building that that is collapsed and so we're gonna have more on it at one thirty but I building in Cincinnati downtown Cincinnati has has collapsed so we want to say a prayer for those who may be affected we don't know if there's injuries if their stats we have no idea but there's been a confirm news reports that a building in downtown Cincinnati has collapsed and as many many on the way to assist in that regard but that's that's a terrible event but getting back that right now okay you got to pass a live record god I thank you for the safety personnel you have are sitting for firefighters for please give them a speedy speedy ability to rescue right now with great for reckless healing of people who were hurt and racked with rescue of people right now need to pull the wreckage got we want you to love the city would believe you love the city and we don't need to show it to us right now by bringing relief your name and that and Jack Crumley said it's a partial collapses we're gonna have more at one thirty and two o'clock but that's a one of the situation you know I said earlier today that they're saying things you plan in life and as life proceeds things happen in your life that completely changes the plan and so when when I speak to young people as there's always going to have a plan now the plan is always destructive those who want to fifth third bank and there were three killed and two wounded they had a plan you people that want to that building in downtown Cincinnati partially collapsed they had a plan and so how do you react to those who say this is the plan and all of a sudden the plane is destroyed by things of which you have no control and sometimes things that you have control over and all of a sudden the plan means nothing and so one plan has got to be Brian tome do not get involved in such an alcohol and drugs over which you can't control yourself so it's not just the drug cartels making billions of dollars the end is there something in America today that causes the products to be sold in a small town America disproportionate to urban areas what is that I was American very tired and very loudly that aims in the halls of corporate America and that is in the unemployment lines in a small town the average American he hired and lonely that one that one so he's all kind of their industry is not so long we don't have a lot going for them and they're looking for something to get me to pick up a pick me up and unfortunately that's wrong they turn to our culture though bill is June unless up and spitting themselves with men the manor banner addicted a higher degree than women men are four times more likely to commit suicide not culture three times more likely to have mental illnesses four times more likely to have alcohol instances and because we are not being a life it's working and we turned it wrong and it's it's really sad then you can have money you can't have a job you can't have a family but there have a person is hollowed out in in the middle of that person man or women if you're hollowed out you and I both known very successful Americans on the surface that are hollowed out and they seek relief from drugs or suicide one of the worst things happening is the epidemic all over the place of individuals committing suicide that from the outside looking in are very good at what they do but they kill themselves why right inside all the ladies Pascal said in subtle called on the great French mathematician it's a it's a vacuum there's a hole that only god can fill in when we live lives that push god out of our lives we're going to have the benefit actually the curses of god not being like we're not going to have a quiet confidence well if you have anything to reach back for we're not going to believe that there's any rescue plan that someone might come to me because that would just be alone and we don't function well as human beings what we think we're our own studies and drug addiction studies are showing this again again again so I think they're getting to a sense the transcendent the sent of god of important which is why I love this weekend it's thanksgiving what is the whole point of thanksgiving thanksgiving is telling somebody thank you thanksgiving doesn't make any sense and less is that god somebody I can be thankful for and I love this holiday because it does that the random amalgamation of protein and god there was no god I just accidentally became only ever going to be thankful for anything and everything that we had the chance but if I can believe they're the personal entity that is for me done things for me I couldn't call myself that beginning of spiritual sanity after beginning we have a thankful attitude killed today and the other thing that we try to do in the Cunningham plan is to invite nomads there are many individuals that don't have somewhere to go and if you can reach out and around you and say what are you doing for thanksgiving I have no plans how about inviting that person in your home to share of family life for four five or six hours watching football shares in good times hello what is what is crossroads doing later this week because I know you of touch hundreds of thousands of lives with the food drops and other things what special events we have planned across her well we have we we have done our our annual thanksgiving driver but the boxes back yesterday file I haven't heard the final numbers of how many millions I think it's a hundred thousand family circle or such this weekend the work that we're helping out or something some crazy number so we have that but then we're also doing is on Wednesday evening at Miller course right correct that thanksgiving eve service yeah okay Christmas as Christmas and Christmas Eve thank you for the great quality bill I really believe that it's it's all it's a holiday the holiday Hollywood has been collected yet it's not commercialized its owner like that like Christmas can be so I can't make two days this oversight we have a special service they even for thanksgiving to get people on the mountain and help people bill Kristol hopefully get a touch from god and that's kind of our our plant now lastly Brian tone this little bit controversy course we live and die on controversy but energy secretary Rick Parry former governor of taxes I think for about ten or eleven years he did an interview a couple days ago and what she said to the interviewer from New York times hi he told president Donald Trump that he was god's chosen one to leave the United States at this time just as he chose the kings to late Israel in the Old Testament Harry would soon be leaving the cabin explain that nothing in the universe is accidental and that god is still very active in the details of the day to day lives a government code Barack Obama did not get to the presidency the United States without being ordained by god neither did Donald Trump he said in the fox interview and cetera so do you think in a sense that Rick Perry is correct the god himself picked trump to be the president just as he picked Obama I read that about Rick I thought that was a pretty impressive what he said and what I like we said was he will use the equol radiology with Donald Trump as rock Obama and that was important for me to see in here because of that book and the personal element in there he's referring to does say that god is the one that sets up the.

"Well, Mark Wallace. They wanna get tested. He was the last guy to be tested. He refused to do it for a long time. Finally, we did it. Yeah. But there's little bit. You know, it's twenty years. So even my you forget things, you know, like. So what does he do now out city? I mean, I was shocked when Brennan found him three or four years ago because honestly, if if that was my daughter, and she was trying to be positive because I will kill the guy, but he's still alive, and we find him in Vegas as he still like around the adult business though. I don't know why he does. I don't think. So. Yeah. Even like zero famous mill talent, Tom Brian, Matt. Matt sorry, Thom Brian Tom Byron, Tom what does he known for? I mean this guy. He. It's he's been tons of movies since he was eighteen and he's he was in the business thirty years. And you know, I think it's driving Uber. There's nothing wrong with it. But. If you don't take care of your personal finance? It's not like, I could judge them. I mean the bashing too. But. There are people who they're having a hard time making transition from performing the business Bologne time in like you guys have very successful comedians. But you know, there's other comedians, you know, over the years, you know, they're struggling or mental. Yeah. Yeah. There's a time limit on everything in every form of entertainment. You know, you need kind of an exit strategy. Sure. So that makes sense. I'm actually going to go from I'm planning from comedy into the adult business. Oh opposite as a performance, but I'm gonna get into that. Like that dad older. Dad porn is that a genre? Yet. It's very popular. Actually, dad stuff will like I'm saying like, I'm I'm probably going to stand up. I'm hoping another ten to twenty years. And then it'll be like why tend to you you could do it for forty more years common. But it's he's physically it breaks down to tour. So it's better to segue. There's a joke in Syria serious. I think I think about I'm thirty. I'm gonna be forty right? So if I do stand up for twenty years, I'll be sixty right? That's that's a perfect time to kinda like wind down the touring and be like, I'm gonna get into some hardcore scenes. I'll be fully gray by and I'll just be like, I'll I'll play older, you know, I'll be like. I got it. Go to the bathroom, and then like get like the nurse. That's interesting. Yeah. There was this really old Japanese guy. He he had one of his speech stays porn. He was having problem with it. And no one at the retail store in Japan with help him. So he actually traveled to that your company when he showed up this is like ten fifteen years his tape. Yeah. Having trouble with my tape. Yeah. Literally complaint. I'm gonna travel. So he just happened to show up and you're making porno. So he started watching and whoever's the male talent was having problem. So they asked the old guy. He must be sixty some years old. Do you want to try it? So he's been fucking ever since. Then why? Yeah. This is a dream. Tell me more inspiring stories like this awesome. You could do that. Or I was thinking we could franchise Morton's BA franchise owners. Good idea or whatever. Whenever you want laughter. Instead of going more traditional like we have the studio space. I start shooting like content here, and then put it up on my own site and people have to subscribe or buy directly from me. "That's what he does is show up pound is drum chance certain things hoping to get a reaction. And all the boy wanted to do was get the bus and go back home. When when you watch that video the long one I'm talking about the. Thirty minutes to an hour long. Which which I have when you watch that. It's really amazing. That was the amount of restraint. There was I'll tell you. What if I was there? In high school. My high school was fifty of my friends that is not what have happened. We would've utterly lost control. I said to my shame shame. We would've lost control. That was that was just continually poking the chest and a bunch of young males and seeing through interactions, which they wanted to fight. They wanted these white teenage to attack him. That's what and that's why they had the cameras there. What should their narrative of the narrative of the media? They're also relies told by this Nathan Phillips shouting build that wall build that wall, which was a lie. There were the ones saying go back to Europe go back to Europe. You've seen the tape. Did you ever hear any chant from those boys about build that wall, which Nathan Phillips said occurred? I did not hear if it was there. Maybe that'll come out in the future with other videos, but I didn't hear any of the footage. I saw. Brian, Tom, where do we go from here? Do you have a sense, we're heading towards some sort of civil war. Davis sense that you can't compromise with people that do this to other people have a sense that we're in trouble civil war right now. The only thing we don't have as muskets and bloodshed yet. But I'll tell you what if we keep cranking up the vitriol, we keep cranking up the disrespect for people think different than us. Not just look different us and think different than us. It's gonna get bad. It already is bad. It's it's just not a good place in American history now, and I'm not again just talking about people who look differently than one. Another people have different religions from one another not getting along. I'm talking about people who just have different beliefs in one another different secondary opinions about issues. It seems like if we can't find somebody who is exactly like us. We ate that. I we can't stand that person. And we need the real men in our country. The real men to stand up and say, you know, what I'm not. Threatened. If you disagree with me. I'm not threatened. If you look different than me. I'm not threatened. If you pray to a different God than me. I'm not threatening. In fact, I'm going to protect you and your right to live the way you want in this country. And I'm not gonna smear campaign on your the country are doing that. All I see is a bunch of people who sit back and like stealing thrown throwing stones. And that's not a good thing. Lastly, I'll say this the statement of Nick Samna conclude by saying the following. This is a seventeen year old boy says this in a statement, I'm being called every name in the book, including a racist. I will not stand for this mob like character assassination of my family's name. One person threatened to harm me at school and one person claims to live in my neighborhood. My parents are receiving death and professional threats because of the social media mob. That is formed over this issue, unquote. Think about that families going through today. What's it going to go through all week think about what that school's gonna go through? And you got the mayor of Covington and Bishop Ford's in Covington. Diocese standing with the individuals, assuming these boys acted in racist horrible ways when the opposite is true. So they got the principal of their school. They got the mayor. They got the Bishop they got the mainstream media, and you got and then you got on one side on the other side. You have the truth you have the truth. Well, it's going to be an awful week for those boys. I think we should all be praying for those boys and everybody involved is going to be incredibly stressful. But here's the good news. The good news is this is gonna pass in a week because the media's gonna find some other ports poor sap to go after. And then everyone's going to hate that person. This this eventually is not going to be newsworthy. And we're gonna have to find something else to the work. Everybody up into a rather into into into just a foam of hatred. And that's what happens let's move on to a new fresh fresh vitriolic senior. And it's just not good, man. It's it's it's getting worse. This is not an isolated incident. These kind of just. Just contain Chris interactions. We're having one another's American tie. If we don't we don't write our attitude really really quickly. This is not going to be a place is going to be a good place to live. This has to change the author of five marks of a man and Brian Thome. You're a great American and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham show. Thank you, very much pleasure Bill. Let's continue. Let's go back to the calls. "The guidelines are more stringent the reserve requirements are more rigid than they are in a conventional. So it's more. You get you. Get more more. Not more fewer buyers more qualification requirements or just more money needed requirements. Okay. Why? If as a loan is a loan. Alone. Why would it be more qualification? So it's a riskier they look at it as a risk year loan to making. Here's why it is a more difficult property to sell because you have less buyers in the Marco when you if you had to foreclose on it, you could have a problem. Okay. It would seem to me though, if the loan to value is outrageous, four million dollar property seven hundred thousand dollar loan. I take that any. Mark it. I mean like Brennan says you stop to sell it. If you foreclose on it. Yeah. Okay. Another quick question. Then give me an idea of what an additional requirement would be that. You don't have with a convention. So six months reserves, six months. Oh my God. You to have payments in the Bank for six months. Okay. Wow. Desharnais, what's one? Desert. Hi, what's happening? I have a quick comment on that CPAP diesel. Yes. Okay. That CPP's stands for coming performance parts. Now, why couldn't you guys? Call coming. How did you know? How did you know what it meant? I looked it up on Facebook. Oh now that just means they know no because Cummins doesn't run the place. Here's what I I get that. But it's still one of their suppliers. Really hoping they come. I think this is why they don't use the name comments is because of trademark I think that's why they use EP unless unless C P P, of course, is the common name for Cummins performance parts. Mark when you talk to the owner. What feeling do you get? What was your initial feel? I think okay. We're really right now. I'm hoping this guy gets a check. So let's talk about that after they agree to a check. Okay. I get you Brian. Go ahead. What's going on? With you. Brian. Tom pi I'm doing good. What's happening? I wanted to call it, you know, just. Observation inspector is that these these people are top dollar for doing a very poor job them. You mean at selling them or at fixing them? Fixing them. So they basically just put lipstick on a on a sow. Yep. They sell they're putting lipstick on a pig. And you're saying underneath it's not so good. Exactly we run into probably ninety five to ninety eight percent of the clippers. But sometimes medium issues to major. Well, thank you for that survey. She what were you gonna say Stephanie, the guys that I work with actually make it a point to go through and check the mechanics of the house, not just the cosmetics. So we have a turn for that lips the bones. Checking heating systems things like that a lot of times and a lot of flips that we show in see in the market a lot of times, they are quite that just you know, paint carpet make it a little pretty and go for top dollar. So that that is kind of common is she still on whole is she's talking to them right now. She's I don't know. That's a long conversation. Are you can you tell grant if she's talking to them at CPI? 'cause I see she's pretty animated. She must be. I don't think I've seen her arm. Swing like that. Lately. I have three zero three seven one three talk seven one three eight five five so getting back to jumbo. This says a lot about the higher market. So these guys to get a big loan. They have to do they have to jump through some hoops. And that's why the houses will sit longer. So offer a million dollars. If you see houses listing they have way fewer buyers. Definitely I would say is a generality. Yes, we do see that. And then the other thing too. If you want competitive rates on jumbo you're going to have to put thirty percent down you can get away with twenty. But there's a much better option. If you can put that thirty percent that like does it get to be a good price at thirty percent, Dan. It's not it's not much over the current conventional rate. Typically, see it run a quarter higher. Suzanne. Did you just got off the phone with CPI shirted? Okay. Do you want to know? Now. Are we going? No, let's do it. Okay. So first off he wants to know that he insists that the business is not conducted that way out there that he apologizes. Good. They he's feels very bad. He gave me a tracking number. There's going to be a signature required for this refund. Check this is wonderful tomorrow. So I'm going to give that all to Jesse who's on the line right now on line three, Tom. Yes. See this is great news. If we get this money. We will reserve judgment on CPP and asked people not to keep calling. Now. Let's see what happens he insisted. He is going to be listening to those phone calls of his, ladies or employees being rude and handle accordingly. Well, that's that's our listeners to know. They don't do business that way. This is. Here's what we have. We have an example of media with a purpose thinking about that think about it. If he did have let's let's say this. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Let's say he didn't know this was going on. And he didn't know this was being delayed, and he didn't know people are being wise ass or whatever Jesse. So you never really talked to the owner. Did you? Yeah. I talked to him about all the problems that were wrong with motor. No, that's okay. And he's the one that said he would help pay for it. Right. Yes. I I want to throw a maybe. No. Maybe he did make the promises and the other people didn't follow up that's possible. But there was another monkey wrench. Should I do understand is when Jesse went to discover dispute the charges that kind of held the checkup too because they didn't know what discover was gonna do. Okay. Listen, right or wrong. Here's what we will. Do we will reserve judgment and not talk about this until we hear from you again tomorrow or the next day is it an overnight or what I don't think so Tom, but possibly I will find out from the inner, and we can wait a few days. Hopefully, it's not pony express. We wait a few days. But then Jesse as far as this would be we can add to our total the fourteen hundred or fifteen hundred plus the eight the repair which were like eight hundred if you get it all that would be wonderful. That'd be twenty three hundred dollars and you would the traditional chocolate chip cookie. But here's the deal. You don't even have to pay. I think he's just getting the fifteen though. Okay. We'll see even that would be good. Jesse would be happy. We've asked for chocolate chip cookies in the past. We don't hold you to it. Okay. So I don't want you to say you're being blackmailed for chocolate chip cookie. Although I do like the double chip kind. Maybe if mains listening, he could send you some more Mingo Rita. Remember that guy that brought the what did he make the Mingo Rita out of? It was like homemade, I don't remember. I remember that Mingo Rita. Okay. Three zero three seven one three talk..
