"Miss out. This stream will only be available on Odyssey starting very soon. Download the free Odyssey app today. Greg wakes up at 5. Gets the coffee going for his wife and goes for a run. He showers and puts on dove men plus care dry spray antiperspirant. By 7, he's doing school drop off. And headed to work. Later, as he grows dinner for the family, he thinks. Another great day taking care of them and taking care of me. And I still feel fresh and dry. Thanks to doveman dry spray. Dove mint plus care dry spray for 48 hour freshness. Goes on instantly dry. Clean feel all day. Add 6 15, it's time for the AccuWeather 5 day forecast sponsored by advent. Here's meteorologist Brian Thompson. It is going to be still a warm day today although we are going to see a lot more clouds. There will be a couple of showers around as well, get to a high close to 70°, not much of a climb from where we are right now, which is already in the loaded bit 60s. Rather cloudy tonight, increasingly windy and warm, really nothing more than a straight shower, this evening much of the time is going to be dry, but there will be some rain moving in late to low down to 59, and rain tapers off by about midday tomorrow. It's going to be a very windy and cooler day. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph. I 62 early temperatures wind up in the 50s by the afternoon. Look at really nice for the bears game on Sunday, and mostly sunny sky, a little bit of a breeze, not as windy as tomorrow, though. Kick-off temperature at noon, about 60°, and then an afternoon high of 65, plenty of sunshine Monday, a cooler day, high 58, and looking pretty nice at a Tuesday, partly sunny high near 60. 63° right now at O'Hare 65, a midway, 64 new Lennox and 63 at the lakefront were going up to near 70 today. We had a check of the roads in about 90 seconds

"He has a serious problem. It needs to see. It'll make you understand what drugs are for in hospitals. Make you believe that misogyny was a rife in the 70s? That's what I'll make you do. Yeah, I've got to give it to mordred. I think the characters are a bit more rounded or a bit more interesting. Jeffrey combs, again, is not great. He's still better than Peter Houghton, if we compare him directly. I think the, again, I think it's the writing that's letting the mustache was a better actor. Add more characters. More depth. But yeah, and like, yeah, I think it's the writing that directly affects the acting. And I think, you know, unless you are like top tier talent, you're even going to struggle. And I think Jeffrey cans again does his best, and I think I can't write the actress his name is gone. We've talked about so much I remember the actress's name, but she's, I think she's good as well. I think she's very capable. And she's done quite a bit since as well, yeah, I think she does a lot of TV, I think, which makes sense, I think. I think she was in a werewolf show or something and I think she was in some sort of procedural police drama. If it's past 1995, you won't know. You've been asleep. And sleeping through the ages. But yeah, she's in stuff. She's in stuff. And I think she works a lot and you can see she does work and you can see why she would work. And Brian Thompson is fine. Brian Thompson's Brian Thompson. Yeah, it's what he does. It's what he does. He's the big buff villainous looking guy. Yeah, so mordred and one to Doctor Strange. So it's exciting. It's exciting. So next up is music. So this is a bit of a tougher one, I think. Do you know what? I'm gonna go with Doctor Strange. By a long shot, I think. I think so too. I do like some of the doctor mordred score. I think I like the dramatic kind of main theme for doctor mordred, but it's used really inappropriately. When it's used, it's like it's a very dull scene. And I think the thing with obviously strange is TV. And you notice the music more because there's a lot of scenes where there's no yeah, there's no music. Exactly. So when it comes back, it's very those dry hospital scenes when you actually hear that. You know and all that. You notice the music more. Yeah, definitely. It sticks with you. And again, with mordred. Obviously, Richard band is the composer whose Charles brand's brother, and obviously he's just gone. Come on, come on. You just do it. And again, it's not bad, but the way it's used and the way it's placed in the film is just wrong. Again, it's almost like fitting into the full moon stuff. Rather than film itself. Yeah, it's like, who can do that? I honestly probably think the music was probably for another film. It's probably for another film. They just went right stick here, stick it, we'll use that one news piece of music from puppet master. We'll use here. I think it's stuff like that. So yeah, I definitely give it to Doctor Strange. I love the 70s vibe. I love the synth. Michael giacchino likes it. So he's a great composer. Yeah, so very, very 70s, very kitsch, but it's fun. Yeah, it's fun. Cinematography..

"That's okay bad day not feeling good how to shitty sleep. Maybe there is something technical. I can't wrap my head around that needs to be solved. There's something there's some work thing needs to be done requires lots of mental energy. I didn't have a good sleep and rundown scott of this other stuff. It needs to be attended to life. Hats emotions happened because of but the more that we let go of the stories then it becomes much more like okay. Chop wood carry water. Can't do both at the same time. I'm going to chop wood. I carry walk. And i'm not going to be disappointed that i can't carry water on show at the same time in it really. Is that simple. i wish it will. I wish the simple but it's not easy. It's yeah exactly and that's the thing you know like but that's again that's another thing i've had to let go of because i constantly try to think like how can i explain this to people so it'll be easier for them to understand right because that's the problem that's really what it comes down to. It's not your responsibility. I mean that's the ryan's that you can never make someone do something you can never make someone understand you. Rather they do or they don't again. Everyone's biological conditioning has an effect on how people understand you. Italy the the intellect and the emotional iq vocabulary and just the mental capacity where we all have different all spectrum so we need to just meet with people where they're at and if someone isn't at where you're out that's cool it's just where there doesn't mean that's where there will always be out right because all that there is is change in this world of appearance it's all change all impermanent every thought every emotion every body. It's all nothing but change. So what is the point. In trying to grasp onto what is imminently going to change dissolve disappear wither and die..

They never on fire. I actually will definitely check that out. I mean there's i mean there's so many popular spiritual teachers that people can. Google go to youtube and spent many many many many hours. It's every different teachers for different people. I mean We need to see for ourselves what resonates best and ultimately. i think. That's teaching that. I think a lot of people is that When you find someone that really resonates with you. Try to stick with them is if he start bouncing around from this guy to that guy. This girl And all of a sudden they all have different. Let the us language differently. They might all use the word awareness but they might mean something a little different. They might have different practices. That might actually interfere with another teacher's practice and i think teacher bouncing around can be Lead to even more confusion it on the same hand like i explained earlier. It was very much a part of my path by bounced around a hundred times a day in through bouncing around. I was able to find a common thread and weave it into my own fabric so to speak. Yeah me too It's it's just so my life had gone from playing roles. I mean. I guess i'm still playing a role but i went from being the gi joe to a bodybuilder. In now this ego personality. That i was pretending to be in nowadays like i'm Like my my intent is to reduce myself to nothing. And i don't mean that in like a existential way but i mean literally like by reducing yourself to nothing then. There's nothing to be angry about. There's nothing to get sad about. There is nothing. I mean nothing to get excited about either. But that's okay like.

They'll just be braced with love and compassion. The dreamland everyone's is that is a story that you have become chasing. And yes we've all seen people like that and i'm not even going to try to claim whether it's authentic or not. I'm just saying new seen something. And you've decided that is the ideal for you to pursue and that you have decided that is your objective that becomes a pursuit of the ego with all of these things that you need to do and doing is an energy of ego because that right within the whole ideology of doing is duality. There is an eye that is doing and that's another thing that when talking with people to connect them back into the small is realizing that there is no i. There is no me and this moment. They call rise together as the nondugl awareness that i am. There's just this moment. And i am that there is not me and this. There's not me and this experience. There's just this and i am that for the majority of people believe that i m separate and that's you know for that language confused me for actually quite a long time. That's one of the things that people who you believe that your separate. And i didn't really know what they were pointing to and they talked about being separate like but yeah relatively speaking of course some separate. I'm separate from his desk separate from camera on clearly separate from you who are thousands of kilometers away probably But that is not the reality. That isn't an appearance of duality. Duality all duality is an appearance arising within the non dual awareness. That we each are so i saw going back to zand what would carrying water. There is no i that chops wood. There's just chopping wood. I am that there is no i that is carrying water just carrying water and i am that there is no me being interviewed. There's just an interview and that's what's happening in this moment. And that's what i talked about is coming back into the moment recognizing what is happening right. "Because they're uncomfortable with silence. They're uncomfortable with emptiness. They're uncomfortable with just cynic. They're uncomfortable being that. Capped so meditation kinda wakes us up to these these really energetic beliefs and just things that are behaviors. We you know people say oh. I'm not good at meditating. it's like there is another story of meditating. it's not a sport it's It is just a way to look at your own self. And the thing is is for people to ask or talk to about meditation which is most people and usually responses. Why can't do it just like as you said. And i asked him why can't you. Why can't sit still for that long. And the reason why you yes it. Yes as a if you took up. I'm like that but that's what that's forward. That's why i'm like do not notice the subtle anxiety. You have your so uncomfortable in your own skin. You can't sit down for five minutes. It should that should be so revealing to you in for some. Obviously it is but from us. It's not they won't even try because it's like. Oh my god. I gotta sit and be quiet and to thoughts and a lot of people say well. Yeah i notice. I notice all that stuff but i don't know what to do about it. It's like well good point. You don't know what to do because there's nothing to do except for noticing it and recognize and accept it and what you accept becomes more apparent the next time it's encountered sudden blinders. Start come off and you start to see things more regularly and that reactivity starts to die down and there starts to be more more space around things more space around emotions more space even around beliefs even like i still catch myself. Almost daily like saying things other condition behavior all. I always do that. Almost the second. It's coming out of my mouth. I can now almost laugh out so much of what i say. It's like don't believe a word i say. This is all just entertainment. this is i mean. That's honestly this is all just entertainment for us now. Anything comes out of the mouth is just like it's it's not essential what is essential.
