Trump campaign goes on offensive with barrage of lawsuits
"Has filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Nevada. They've demanded vote counting stop so they can obtain access to watch the vote processing process or they've demanded the ballots received in the mail after Election day be separated out pending decisions on whether they should count it all. That was especially the concern in Pennsylvania before the election started. I said that I was going to be looking at three particular states through the election, and that was Nevada, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Jonathan Turley is a constitutional scholar and law professor at Georgetown. The reason I isolated those states was that their states where the vote was expected to be close. They're states where changes have been made relatively close to the election in either their laws, their practices and finally their states that they're dealing with either new systems or unprecedented numbers of ballots coming in from various sources, it turns out, those three states will likely Determine the outcome of this election. You know, we also keep in mind that things like recounts are good toe identify. Regularities. They're not is great in terms of changing the load count. It's very common in recounts to have just a few 100 votes nullified or changed. The exception to that was 2000 and I was doing that coverage for CBS, and we saw a great deal of Ah nullification because of badly designed ballots and also the infamous hanging, Chad. Determinations. We don't have anything like that in 2020.

Wisconsin's elections commission said they're not aware of any irregularities, the mention Of some giant ballot dump in Michigan turned out to be a county data error that was quickly corrected. Joe
Joe Biden's team grows more confident about Michigan and Wisconsin
"This morning. It's not my place or Donald Trump's place to declare who's won this election. That's the decision of the American people. But I'm optimistic about this outcome, but it was just after midnight Now. A short time ago, a Biden campaign official told Fox News. They believe Wisconsin and Michigan will go their way today. Democratic nominee now has a slight lead in both those states and in Nevada. And if all three end up buying blue, he would have the 270 electoral votes he needs. This is a fraud.
Millions of Americans genuinely love Donald Trump
"Millions of Americans sincerely love Donald Trump. They love him. In spite of everything they've heard, they love him, often in spite of himself. They're not deluded. They know exactly who Trump is. They love him anyway. They love Donald Trump, because no one else loves them. The country they built the country their ancestors fought for over hundreds of years has left them to die in their unfashionable little towns, mocked and despised by the sneering half wits with finance degrees, but no actual skills who seem to run everything all of a sudden. Whatever Donald Trump's fault he is better than the rest of the people in charge. At least he doesn't hate them for their weakness. That's Tucker Carlson, trying to explain the trump phenomenon. I don't know if he saw the 95 Mile Long Trump parade in Arizona over the weekend, and then that crowd that looked like Pope John Paul. The second had landed in Buenos Aires. It was absolutely incredible. There's never been a politician that has this sort of Ah Base backing similar examples all over America, too. I mean, just astounding. He just can't be that whole crowd out there. That has talked to that way all the time off. They couldn't be more enthusiastic about voting for Trump. Whether that's enough people to show up today and get him over the top. I have no idea. And if he didn't have the personality he had he would win. Oh, yeah, he would win in a landslide. Is the entire media against him? Yes. Was the Russian collusion hoax? Something close to an attempted coup? Yeah. MIA when you consider that Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer knew all along that what they were saying was untrue. All those things are true. But Trump could have won in a walk if he wasn't so, Trumpy, But you know, life is like that being Trumpy is what got him. Worry. Worry is Yeah, it's often difficult to tease out those variables. Breonna Taylor’s Case and Protests
"To ah handful of cops about the raid in Louisville in which Briana Taylor was shot and killed. A story that was brutally miss reported by the media for a very long time, a lot of just utterly untrue narratives repeated over and over again and still going on today. By the way, there's a Yahoo news, which is unforgivably biased in an accurate is out with a story that is just It is the half truth. That is a lie, but a couple of things complicating the situation. The Briana Taylor thing was that there are multiple warrants being served simultaneously. Because it had to do with a drug gang selling all sorts of narcotics narcotics, including fentanyl, and there have been hundreds of overdoses and and it was seen as a very urgent thing in Louisville. And the situation Wass. They did not want to do the slower kind of search warrant you, Khun do if and this is the way the law enforcement officer put it to me if the evidence is too big to flush You do what's called a surround and call out. You can't flush a gun. You can't flush is safe, full of something or other or a person, right? You surround the house. You call him out. You say Listen, we're coming in. But why don't you come out and talk to us? We have a warrant. That sort of thing. There are dynamic search warrants where you have to go and quickly because evidence could be destroyed and this appears to be the sort that they were serving there. Because it was all about money and records and that sort of thing. Um It's incredibly unfortunate that that boyfriend the new boyfriend was there and he was armed and didn't know it was the cops, he says. A couple of criticisms. With all due respect from this law enforcement officer number one were they in plain clothes? That's not good. Now there is certainly a role for plainclothes officers, and you might have plainclothes lookouts toe have your back. Is your going in to do your stuff, But he said his agency, which is a large one, it is flaming Lee obvious. Who's a cop? So I looked out the window and I see somebody in Khakis and a shirt. With a gun yelling open the door, I guess is the police. Yes, I'll just hope it's the police. Yeah, he said. Now He's got to believe they're wearing bulletproof vests and whatever in something that identified them is police. But that's not been clear from the coverage. So he said That is something his agency would never do. And I brought him. I said, You know, we've been in the Housing developments, their apartment complexes or whatever the minute a cop is within a quarter mile year. Well, everybody, let's everybody else know that the cops were coming, he said. Yeah, that's just part of it, he said, but we always clearly identified himself. Ourselves. The other thing, he said, is that the one really out of bounds thing, and it violates every law of firearm safety. Whether you're kompromat is firing blindly through walls and or doors. You just You don't do that, particularly in an apartment complex. That's just an egregious violation of training and protocol. So that's why the one guy's getting Prosecutors on the one guy that did get charged. Got charged with that. Yeah, Yeah. Um, let's see him trying to, you know, the only Other thing I would throw in and it's funny. This is the third Ah! Large police department. I've heard this from directly in the last month or so. Morale is terrible, terrible, and they are losing officers by the dozens. Some big city police departments are down 101 150 officers. And there's a our particular equipment place that you go to get equipment or turn in equipment when you are resigning. And the officer. I spoke to said every time he's in the equipment place, there's a guy standing there turning in his gear, which never used to be the truth. There's an

Remember, Chris watts? Chris watts was the guy who claims in Colorado. Oh, gosh. I don't know where my wife and children are I'm so upset. It's just cash Honey if you're listening, I mean, please just like just show up. Please. I'm so worried. I mean, you just got back from the business trip late last night. And then all the sudden this morning. I mean, I I don't know where I don't know. What's going on what happened? Anyway, this guy's on ports. This is a couple of months ago. Talking to the cameras and Katie and are watching this ticket. There is something wrong with this picture, right? As it turns out. We were right? The guy. He's a murderer from the abrasions on his neck. There were little abrasions on his neck, ka, Katie picked up almost immediately. And I I didn't notice that the rest of the media had commented on that. I guess there's this said she wanted to believe the guy you don't want to jump to conclusions. But we couldn't well we heard this. We thought no way take a listen. She came home from the airport to AM, and I left around five fifteen here and about twelve ten and that afternoon friend showed up at the door. I texted day called her say, but she never got back to me. But she wasn't going back to any number people as well. And that's what really concerned a lot of people's like she's not getting back to me back to me. That's fine. Like she gets busy during the day. Pushing people which was very concerning Nicole called me when she was at the door. And that's where I came home. And then walked in the house and nothing vanished. Nothing was here. She wasn't. She wasn't carrying the kid here. Nobody's here..

"Brian Sussman and Katie green starts now. There is a story this morning that it's it's crazy. This guy's he's a tremendous journalist Jerome Corsi. And he's written some books. He goes where people just don't want to go. So he was the guy that wrote the book about Obama and the birth certificate, and even those who thought okay, come on Obama was born in Hawaii. If you just read the book just seriously just read the book the way he connects dots is so compelling and convincing. And he's like that with all of his work. He goes into these areas of investigation where everyone fears to tread, and as such you'll never see this guy at Fox News because he's a cook. But I mean, his his writing then it's investigations are so compelling and convincing. Anyway, he's he's gotten caught up into the Miller probe Russia. Russia Trump investigation. I'll tell you. What's happened in this guy? Just a moment. He he may be he may be going going away for a long time. And we'll talk all about that. The fires in northern California. Katie's got a couple of headlines on that. We'll talk more about as well. We'll open up the lines talk to you forward. Five eight zero eight fifty six hundred K as a morning show. Second-half begins right now, three minutes past seven here. She is Katie green forty two people have now been confirmed dead in the campfire and Butte county making it the deadliest wildfire in California history. "Brian Sussman and Katie green starts now though the department of homeland security saying the migrant caravan includes gang members. Individuals with significant criminal histories. Why won't you even doubt that for a moment? Of course, if you're a bad guy, and you had to slip into this country. Hey, let's do it with fourteen thousand people. Let's just go. I mean, if you go with the word criminal it is a criminal act to go somewhere illegally. So they're already kind of criminals off the bat. You know, when you go by the numbers when you go by the numbers, Katie. I mean, you look at last year's numbers, which I'll get to it. Just a moment. Illegal immigration has surged it was surging during Obama's last year as president. There's no question about that. But you look at how many people were napped at the border. And then how many were led across if you're a bad guy? You're thinking what do I have to lose? If they stop at the border. I just go back home. No big deal. If I make it in. That's it. That's it. That's the big. That's it is once they make it in. Then what nothing? It's. Yeah. It's like, okay. If they turn me, wait the borders. Throw me in jail. They just tell me to get out of here. There's no consequence. I could deal with that. If they let me in. Oh, buffalo, right? That's the deal you're spot on. Yeah. And I don't know what Bob below is. But it just sounds good. That's it. Bob low. There was Bobby from an old cartoon, it was quick draw McGraw, blah, blah, blah. I think I think there's a Barnes for him. I think there's this from somewhere I was thinking like Desi arnez like Bob blue. Maybe maybe that's it. Maybe I'm doing blue. But I did above below. Well, we'll get into these numbers. And then Brigitte Gabriel is going to be with us. Brigitte? Gabriel to hear our interview with Brigitte. She is. She's a woman who knows about terrorism because she suffered through terrorism as a kid you'll hear the whole story. But she believes there are terrorists amongst this group is well, we got it all for you here on ks if oh good morning six. Oh, four and away we go, Katie green. Well, more troubles for the problem plagued millennium tower in San Francisco. You're listening to live and local headlines on talk radio five sixty K SFO a second cracked window has been discovered on the tower this one between the ninth and tenth floors on. What is being described as decorative glass expected to be repaired later today. The city is issued another violation to the tower with this latest discovery the last cracked window. They found was on the thirty sixth floor last month. And just in case anyone needs a reminder, this high rise has sunk eighteen inches and is leaning but officials claim they don't believe that is the reason. For the cracked window and a massive fire and a large residential construction site early yesterday morning in west Oakland has renewed concerns about a serial arsonist this suspicion was fueled. By a second discovery yesterday morning being a gas can a rag a match a hammer and the remnants of an intentionally set fire that had burned itself out about ten blocks away at an under construction apartment complex near the Oakland Emeryville border. "Continues now with Brian Sussman on talk radio five sixty K SF. Oh, Trump's tweet and this morning. We'll get to it. Trump. Well, Trump Trump's talking about here and get off my lawn. Donald Trump here. Okay. Here we go. Here we go Trumpy. Trump. He's a tweeden. K jobless record record jobless record low stocks record high. Okay, nicely done that was that was just done. The radical left lawyers want the FBI to get involved. Now, why didn't someone call the FBI thirty six years ago? So this is involving Christina ablazing Ford. Well to to be fair thirty five thirty six years ago. You didn't call the FBI or even the police oftentimes for things like this. This is the different world. Now. I will I will cheer the United Nations Security council meeting in Iran next week. Okay. What else is he saying? I have no doubt that if the attack Dr Ford was as bad as she says charges would have been immediately filed with local law enforcement authorities by either her loving parents. I asked that she bring those filings forward. So we can learn daytime place. Well, we mentioned that. Yes. Right. There was never a police record is. There was never a report filed with the police. So that I mean that brings up a whole nother cousin. Did she did? She mention this to our parents exactly did she mentioned it to anybody. If she didn't mention it to her parents, then that would imply that she was shamed. Which I can understand if there was a real sexual assault or or something of that sort. I can understand why people are sharing right? But might there have been drinking involved. And if if she was there, certainly was, but so if she was ashamed, and, you know, you've been hearing her talk about how this has ruined her life, and I it's scarred. Her from the moment it took place. Then how can she not remember where when I mean, I feel like something that that's monumental in your life. You remember things like the date time and the place. And that seems to be three of the big things that are just missing from the story when alcohol's involved, and it's party and right now. Now. I mean, this really strange thing is we're looking at photographs of the guy who's house. This was supposedly added than photographs of Kavanagh's. It's like the same guy. Right. And you can't really tell who this is this is the Nita hill. Redo folks, Anita hill redo where she famously said that judge Clarence Thomas asked who has put a pubic hair on my coke that was that was the quote from that show trial. Do you ever that one cherry? I remember hearing about it. Yes. Who has put a pubic hair on my coke? That's which she said Clarence Thomas said to her and others. Okay. Judge breyer. Kevin has a fine man with an impeccable reputation who is under assault with a radical left wing politicians who don't want to know the answers. They just want to destroy delay. Factual matter I go through this with them every single day DC. That's what Trump said. How Donald Trump think about this? If there were ever anybody with a perfect temperament for the job. He is literally what are the most hated people in the world. Think about that. He's one of the most hated people in the world. Yeah. Absurdly the United States. I would say the world, I agree. And it doesn't seem to bother him. Personally. He's got the perfect temperament for this. Right. A guy like, you know, Ben, Ben Carson who I thought would have been a great president. I don't think he would have the temperament to withstand this kind of hatred because he would have been hater too. Yeah. I don't know that anybody could. And that's maybe why our presidents have been so ineffective in the past is because they're so worried about their poll numbers and their reputations. That is really interesting. Yeah. Because and then you look at the people that they have around other presidents have around them Barack Obama and Bill Clinton and even to some degree of George W Bush. They're senior advisors were marketing people political marketing people. Car rose, a marketing guy political marketing, that's what he does. Right. I don't think Kellyanne Conway is sort of like as she was a pollster. But for the most part, he's surrounded himself with people who are are very knowledgeable about certain sectors. That's the kind of people that he's surrounded himself with leaders. Yeah. He's manager. Right. He's earned about. He doesn't care isn't care. Bowling. Bowling. I don't care people like me or not. Probably like an Elon Musk made people if it gets back to this radio station in San Francisco this so critical Leland Busquets say boneheaded, go to YouTube. Just to take you back to the cavenaugh situation. Really quick that little Twinsies photo that I posted up at our website has been removed by Twitter. I just wanna let you know. So I just updated. Whoa. Whoa. So our Twitter account was it was well, okay. So I had found where someone had tweeted out to the side by side image of Cavanaugh on Chris Garrett to show that they looked alike. So I grabbed that tweet night embedded at indicate dot com. So our listeners would just have to click the Lincoln and the photo would pop up. Oh, so sudden that image doesn't exist anymore because Twitter has deleted it for security purposes. Oh, there you go. For security purposes, proving that they've got their own bias this. But I mean, it was there when I put it up on the website what thirty minutes ago. So I just updated at CPAC sodas, Google, geez, man. Our listeners are all telling me online the length doesn't work. It's an absolutely the pictures gone. Unbelievable. Never never. It's like all the monuments. They're taking down take them down that didn't happen in history. Guys. Here's the deal. I mean Twitter Google now that you're listening to us. But if you really want to be fair and balanced, and you really want to uphold our first amendment. It. Don't censor anything. Right. Let people figure it out for themselves. Gee, I mean, that's that's what we do in this country. That's what we're supposed to do took them. Thirty minutes from us bringing attention to it for them to pull it. Okay. Next next enough. My lawn. We got more stupid laws in California, folks. More stupi laws passed the straws. Oh, yeah. Here we we're going. We're no state has ever gone before. So we've banned the straw now. The Strasbourg man, but that really kind of it's kind of a partial ban. This is so dumb. So governor Brown okayed this plant this ban on plastic straws. Statewide. The law takes effect January first,.
