"We'll look we'll look here is twenty three twenty three. I knew it was something like he was born. Eleven days after i was there you know about that. How about that. There's your financial fact for the day so it's a twenty three year old. That had a lot of pressure on him last year. It pressure on the year before that. Now don't get me wrong. This baller he. That's all he knows is basketball but that's still hot but now he's getting some experience under both he's starting to starting to grow up a little bit. I think that we do see that. "It's official. Now we've gone. The denver broncos playing. We've got the colorado avalanche plan and now the denver nuggets get underway. And how about those nuggets last night. fantastic game. Here's a look back what it sounded like yokich at the other end debasing up against eight down and gets the lefty lael wonder. The shot graders on two men game with yoga ticket off at the end up the second quarter not able to take an abnormal or abrupt unusual launch angles. To trump vowed. Y'all gets ninety four feeds for the rating. Mvp denver pulled within two your order. Two years into the paint touted salute tip off the turnover porter. Jr. bought about it. Reload did nothing but bottom will hand off to go through gets it back working against agent. John walk them down here. Top fade away. But that's just what he does and defense was a big thing joke with another shot. Manning's giving a hip picks work right and rebounded by crowding quickly to cook and the been corden. Oh man game. With yoga martin louis vuitton bag and david and that's it. Yokich twenty-seven points thirteen rebounds. And that's how. The denver nuggets began the season. One know against the phoenix suns The sun's obviously the team that everybody Wanted to crown last year and As as the oh maybe the new powerhouse in the west not so fast says the reigning. Mvp with twenty. Seven points thirteen rebounds. That's a huge double double. Here's what i liked right The nuggets last year struggle a lot in the in that second. Half of the game That third quarter was a bugaboo for them consistently well. They just flat out dominated in the second. Half of this game against phoenix They didn't allow anything to get going for. Phoenix for chris. Paul you know. He ends up with ten ten assists on the night. But you get this right. You get the twenty-seven from yokich get the nine for monte morris you get the fifteen for michael porter junior and to go along with that with michael porter. Jr. six rebounds five assists will barton twenty points. Six rebounds five assists aaron gordon. Twelve points eight rebounds four assists. This is a team. That's moving the ball and moving the ball really well. Jeff green coming off the bench thirteen points. Bj dosier ten points five rebounds. It's a team that knows their roles in knows their job. And when you can get a team like that you know some noise can be made. Some noise can be made angel. Would you take away from that first game. Oh you mentioned it. Just the second. Half performance i thought they were trailing going into half by like seven. I think which could have been worse. But they showed a lot of effort in that second half. The defense stepped up. I know i was a little worried about the second unit coming in in that second half but they looked pretty good jeff green. pj getting points off. The bench is huge. So just keep it up. Keep the momentum. Going until a komo murray gets back. Yeah and it's gonna be a long time before that does happen. But they've got the depth and it's not like they're deep with A number of all stars or superstars things like that. They've got depth with guys know the role and that's that's a critical thing to have in the nba and the denver nuggets. Certainly have it and we've got a guy like the joker out there. You just gotta have one or two you know. Do you call them running mates. They don't even need to go. Put up twenty. It's nice when they do but forget it can put up twenty seven points thirteen boards. He's so diverse with what he does. I think the disrespect is getting to him. A little bit mean i know. He's a the joker. He messes around lighthearted. Dude says he doesn't care about that stuff he's gotta be feeling that disrespect a little bit right. I think he would just. They were mentioning in on the broadcast last night with the these european basketball players. They it's so important for them to win like everything is basketball for them. So it's so important for yokich and that's why he works so hard to be the best that he can be and yeah he won the mvp but he doesn't doesn't feel like you want it because no one ever talks about it. Yeah ones that know our people in colorado and it's not i mean the. Mvp is one thing. But i think that they also year saw a switch flip with him a little bit y in that loss to phoenix like he hated every second of it i mean he hated every second of that deluding and i get it. I get it that everybody should have hated that but it was a difference. It was a different fire. Felt like and for him to end the last season by getting tossed out of the game. That was the last time we saw nicole yokich. He's a dad. Now that changes people. Do you put that that kid. Elementary there get a little extra performed for. Where does this team stack up in the western conference. I think that's the big thing to look at. We know this is a playoff team right. I anybody has any any doubts about that. That this is a playoff team. But how far can they go. Is this a championship contender. The way that sits right here on. October twenty i. You think it is there one in. Oh so fees ended today wall if you know in the first one another eighty one games to go. I know it's early but you look at what they did. In the off season off season it was. They didn't do anything. Jeff green. that's it. I love jeff. Green i have always liked jeff green but it's it was. It was replacing. Paul millsap with a better shooting paul millsap. That's what they ended up doing. I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm just saying it's got to be that progression again. The joker is going to do what the joke is going to do. You know i heard. I heard brady talking about this on the good afternoon. Guy yesterday with brian gary talking about michael porter jr. has to be a score not just a shooter. He's exactly right. And i was very happy here. He's exactly right. There's a lot of great shooters in the nba. There's not a lot of great scores. A the differences. I mean anybody can knock down that wide open three. Not everybody can go in. Create the contact power through it. Put up the lab. Get the two points not everybody can create space with that step back and knock it down to create that bucket when you need it. That's where michael porter jr. has to go and i think he's got it. I do think he's got it. He is just absurdly. Young hold is michael porter. Jr. do you know at all. He's got to be like twenty two twenty three..

"You go down to the younger ages it's like so much worse. There is so much depression. Everyone is identifying off of their disorders. People are like i've said before a million times there's a profound lack of identity in it was in our our generation. And it's it's gonna be worse than the one underneath ours unless we do something about it. Aki give you an example of this manifesting in an even worse way this is from the wall street journal today. They had a big long expose about these teen girls around the world. Who have started developing ticks during the pandemic since the start of the pandemic the lord more teen girls have been showing up at doctors offices with ticks physical jerking movements like dribble. Yes a lot like threats. Exactly like tarez actually verbal outbursts and according to the ajc. This is rare among teenage girls. Usually so that's why doctors were stumped when these numbers started to increase however after months of studying the phenomenon experts at top pediatric hospitals in the us canada australia and the uk discovered that most of these girls had one thing in common to talk tech. Talk you got it. You got it. Because i was about to say if you if you scroll to talk long enough i've gotten out of that because either different sides of talk. Where if you like something kind of the algorithm pushes it towards you and for a while i was seeing all these. Girls clearly faking. Adhd terrell. It's different syndromes ticks. And it's like you can tell when they're not real and so that doesn't surprise me whatsoever. They bring that up in this article cds girls. This is what they discovered and this is a bunch of medical journals that were recently published. The doctors say they had been watching. Tick tock videos of influencers who claimed whether truthfully or not they talk about some of them appear to not actually haven't but claimed to have threats and showing their threats ticks very visual showing them prominently as a feature of their channel. And there's these girls will tech's if you ever get onto trying to find uncle ticks. He has his whole thing is doing different things while trying not to do have a meltdown. Z. thank you really has to read. Or is he faking. He'd he does. But i do think that he sets up situations to show it off. And then there's this other one. I think her name's like sweet anita or something and she's this she's very cute girl and she says the weirdest stuff she has. She'll she'll do the just randomly she'll do the show like if she sees a guy that's apparently attractive she'll go alot sailor and like all this different stuff and so it's it's like this doesn't surprise me because she is getting she's a streamer and she's getting likes off of this stuff likes they will keep doing it exactly. So the views for hashtag garrett's had one point two five billion views. This was in january and that has grown to four point. Eight billion since january. Yeah it's novel and it's it's weird and it's interesting and people can say whatever the hell they want to say. What's interesting about. Is the doctors. Talk about how these teens. They did have previous symptoms of anxiety or depression..

"Her heart is in trying to write what she perceives us. A wrong and if indeed these things are backed up if indeed these things are true they are wrong and it needs to be righted. "Long term investments when something forces of the stock down and it technically goes on sale. The prices forced down by in this case. Bad news okay. So what does that spell for the longer term a. I'm talking at least a year out or more long term. You have to look at what the stock does and once again. Facebook is is one of the most powerful advertising vehicles on the planet it's global in nature. It has little competition with what it does and it's the largest a lobbyist in washington. So you put all those things together and say is it a long term investment now granted. Some of the things that are being talked about in what's going on right now and if you saw sixty minutes at or pay attention to the testimony today before the congress are very nasty Potentially i worked through Sixty minutes after they did. That interview had actually released that Indictment herb the filing. Excuse me the filing That was a result of this Whistleblower francis algan spending. Just oh my gosh. She was made at the access that she had two internal facebook records. And to say it's damning is more than a bit of an understatement when it comes to teen and mental health. They were well aware of how instagram and facebook affects a girls. You had thirteen point. Five percent teen girls on instagram. Saying that platform makes thoughts of suicide and self injury worse. They make body image issues worse for girl. Seventeen percent of the user say That it exacerbates eating issues. But it doesn't stop there when you look at the human trafficking implications the algorithms the actual promotion of misinformation and hate speech. I mean the list goes global division ethnic violence. They're well aware of the impact. And i would argue that If you go way back when that sal this platform was designed we are talking simple brain science here well and if it's determined that that is indeed the case that that those things Any or all of those things are true. They must be addressed absolutely in one way. Or another meaningfully address dot papering it over and saying well you know. We'll launch an internal group. That will take a look a closer look at all these serious things that are being bandied about. We refuse to take any responsibility for but yeah we'll we'll have a panel. Take a look at it. Well is it possible to go through the process to to shed light on on all of the things you mentioned and to have them addressed in an effective way that will be taken the high. I'll see there's that they have any other choice. Unfortunately you know the emperor has no clothes. It's kind of out there for all to see. And as ms howkins said it's it all comes down to the documentation which she has and she's impressive. She truly error impress. And you watched it as well. Yeah do you think she's a disgruntled employees. Do you think she wants to take facebook down. She professes not to. She wants to save it from itself. I agree. "That ladies francis hogan yeah and that came out and what she was saying and how they manipulate their product to impact people and they were well aware of the very negative impacts particularly on young girls. that This entire deal is having. They were totally aware of it once again as she said. I think the sums it up and quite well that facebook prioritized prophets over public. Good facebook was being used for a sex trafficking and exploitation and they just turned a blind eye to all of it. Hate speech proliferating. Yeah well we're going to hear more about it but long run. I think facebook's going anywhere. No i seriously seriously doubt it. Yeah but i had laughed. Because i actually posted that question. Do you think that outage was a diversion. I actually posted that question on. Yes my facebook page. So i'm going to check in and see if i've been canceled. Asked him the question. There you go. You're talking about your facebook with all of this and i have to say. Facebook is of the thirty five stocks that i'm recommending for long term investors instill. Yeah yeah long term. Is there yesterday j. P. morgan's chief. Global strategist i. Follow these guys that worked for the giants you know. Mark novick is his name he said and this is a quote he said. We don't believe the recent bout in the markets will lead to a sustained fall and we will keep buying into any weakness and there was ample weakness to buy into yesterday. The dow dropped one percent but the the big weakness was in the nasdaq. Were with the big tech stocks. It was down two point. One percent to a mark that was seven and a half percent below. Its record high. The snp dropped one point three percent to five and a half percent below. Its record high now. Just something for you to remember. History defines a correction in an upward moving market beginning at ten percent below the most recent record high and a reversal or a bear market beginning at twenty percents below the most recent record high and that mark for the nasdaq yesterday again. was seven was seven percent and the snp was five and a half percent below the record high so they're not even at correction level yet and i say yet. I'm not saying that going there. But i don't know they might and keep in mind. A correction is is healthy. So what's going on this morning. The investors are beginning to cautiously by the weakness down. Industrial average is up ninety points. One quarter of a percentage point at thirty four thousand ninety. Two s&p five hundred is up twelve points. That's again a little bit over a quarter of a percent to four thousand three hundred twelve. The nasdaq at fourteen three. Oh eight is up fifty four..

I don't think she has any extra grind. I'm not hearing it inner voice. I watched that sixty minutes special. But it's interesting this as you have that global shutdown of facebook and the grand and what's out and messenger yesterday are there any accidents That global shutdown since facebook was losing like over one hundred and fifty thousand dollars a minute. Yeah what a sucker bird. Seven billion on paper. Yeah agreed and the stock was down five percent. It's up one and a half percent this morning and many summer saying that facebook is going to face legislation. New laws regulation from the government. Keep in mind And this is just the way the system works. Facebook is probably the largest contributor to congressional. Campaigns is the largest lobbyist in the nation and moneywise so not going to slow any regulation that would severely curtail the growth of facebook. And then add to that. The fact that facebook is probably the most efficient and most effective and most impactful advertising vehicle that exists today and that came out in that that what. What's her name again..

"It's eight minutes but let's just click through a real quick so we've got the drone shot of the van. Looks pretty professional. Gabby and brian beginning our van. Life journey gabby. He'd never goes outside. Can very pretty i. I would also say just on a superficial level This guy is punching above his weight in the days. Put like a middle aged man. Yeah i'd ugly ugly. But i think one of the reasons this stories gain a lot of traction does that. She's very attractive and she seems like she's very good natured person. That's the impression that i get minus the scratches on the guy's face seems like i have an asshole like he's always yelling at people to pick up the garbage. He's like talking to the cops and they're offering lauderdale's i don't drink. Elliot's bragged plastic water. Like i'm not going to get that water. Did he say that. I don't remember that barred of like that. Doubling listened to a podcast women just towards shit for like an hour. It seems like this video is just law. It's like a montage just them. There were just playing air hockey. Eating boutin appears jumping around some canyons. Doing some playground tricks. It's a nice music video though but it seems like it's just a music video that we've got going on here you know. They're hugging kissing swim. Shoot shoot shot soon. I'm assuming these are all by the beach trip all the well. yeah remember. this is all oh. She started uk and sunny today in the morning rain all afternoon yesterday this video. Wow they just need turner. Mike coming in spas for a second. That's the second zay on national park shirt. I've seen her wearing membranes. Got up and got writing. "Good morning jeff. Good morning to you. Yeah the fbi is now asking for the public health and finding twenty-three-year-old brian lingerie considered the sole person of interest. In this case of twenty. Two old gabby petito This is a corner in wyoming. Yesterday officially identified the body found. Sunday in the eastern edge should a grantee national park adds potatoes and the fbi The denver office of the fbi. Say that that Her death was listed homicide specific cause of death. And it's going to have to wait until they full autopsy results Comes in but that really intensifies the search for laundry whose parents left his left his home on the fourteenth Three days after petito was reported missing by our parents after laundry arrived back home on in florida. September first without her from the couple's cross country road trip. Jeff do we know anything at all and and think we were talking about yesterday saying it's a tough story to report because the fbi is notorious for not releasing any information that that is not useful to them in their investigation. So we have so many questions that are unanswerable at this point. But do you know anything at all about any conversation. The parents might have had with brian laundry before he disappeared again up on his arrival. Well we know that the family bryan laundry and his his family. He's talking about his parents. They lawyered up collectively And they weren't saying anything Until a on or about the fourteenth In that is when we know that. Brian laundry going to his parents left his home. His car was found at the carlton nature reserve but thirteen miles away from the family's home vast vast nature reserve about twenty five thousand acres. It's woody it's it's mostly. Underwater is parents picked up. The car brought it home In when they were contacted by the fbi. They said he took his backpack. And they believe us there. So the focus on this. This reserve really was in the western side of the north side of this reserve The last couple of days now. It's shifted towards the eastern side of the reserve where state police are now. Joining the search for him about sixty officers are now in this church. Many new using gators and snakes website. They're using a gators to those those all-terrain vehicle type things and and And dogs because it's really it's really. It's tough it's tough terrain Because they're snakes and well. I guess caters to because it's florida and and And so the parks close to the public until further notice governor onto santa's Also having state polices system is search and the fbi is also asking for for for information. They're asking for help. They're asking people anyone who may have come into contact with petito or laundry or who visited that. The spread creek dispersed camping area The granting national park between august twenty seventh and thirtieth or who may have seen the vehicle we've had somebody Tampa family that came forward and said we had our gopro rolling as we were going through. The grand teton national park. We went through it. We saw van obama's part white year gabby potatoes body was found. There's also a witness who may have picked up laundry while he was hitch-hiking not far from potatoes remains this via the i really starts piecing together. I guess a case against brian laundry again. Consider the only person of interest in this case right now all right jeff. Thanks so much for the fda we do appreciate it fox news jeff. Monosso time for scott's thoughts on a lot of times. I'll come in here with a new study. That says blah blah blah blah blah blah. With this whole gabby petito thing. I just asked you guys a question off the air. Like thirty forty five minutes ago and it spurred a conversation. That question is if you're brian. Laundries parents How would you handle this situation. And i'm not apparent right. I don't have a kid. So i feel weird answering the question myself but it just feels like a very tough ethical situation to being as apparent who was always going to look out for your own But it is also watching another set of parents struggle with the loss of their own. I think if you and most parents love their children. And i think you would do the right thing and the right thing would be turn your son in as hard as it is to do something like that part part of a big part of being a parent for me is even at the my. My son is forty four years old. And i still try to put forth a good be a good role model for him. You know do the right thing and show you know you do. What's right and in this case. I think first of all out after talking with jeff monosso a couple of minutes ago now. We've got other questions about. Shouldn't his parents be facing charges would be. That's where my mind. When i think that's because i don't have the emotional attachment to a child like you guys. Do my mind went. Go to okay. Can i be charged for obstruction or anything. Like this. if i if i know something and don't tell police i guess the question is how much do they actually know. Right you know versus like did he come home and say just. I'm leaving ryan leave. But didn't they say we'll wears your girlfriend or where's your fiance. Come home with. Well he gave the he gave some. They said that he said that She didn't come home. She wasn't she was on her own or something. You know just not answer. Maybe i don't know. But that's it's always fishy when a lawyer gets involved because you know the lawyer saying do not talk. Don't a thing and that just makes everybody look guilty in the whole matter. But it's the me you mentioned tough love when we were talking. All right here. Amy that like you would. It's not necessarily about just doing the right thing. It's about tough love in a situation. Where like that's something. No one wants to turn their kate in. No one wants to do that. Besides tough love and besides doing the right thing..

We'll be back at it again before out in the streets age forty perfect thirty white. That'd be great for his kids to the data again okay. Let's take it through. Croatia for a story from an absolute liar from an absolute dog. Shit paper the new york. Daily news is reporting a mystery woman in her sixties has been discovered by croatian fishermen on tuesday and the woman who doesn't remember how she got there or who she is was reportedly sitting on an outcrop of rocks off the island of kirk. Missing a vowel yeah. The woman is reportedly speaking perfect english and has no memory of how she got there why. She was sitting on a rock in the croatian. See a fourteen. Members of corporations croatia's apparently very busy mountain rescue service were able to reach her after driving and then hiking a mile to where she was officials told the outlet Here's a photo of the woman Yeah whoa she kind of bloody. They're pretty bloody. Looks like she took a knock on the no's plot of overboard. Injuries are minor She was dehydrated and she does not remember her identity as i said Or how she got there but looking at the bright side at least she won't have anything to compare croatia to she could be a millionaire man. She has no idea she's not speaking english. Yeah perfect english fucking lie. I bet you talk. I bet it's going to come out next week. She's got a fucking time. All right guys. Finally pope francis has acknowledged his increasingly vocal conservative. Critics saying that they're nasty. Comments were the work of the devil adding that some wanted to be dead and this is after his recent intestinal surgery that removed thirty three centimeters of his large intestine or one centimeter for every thousand children that were molested. By authority figures in his organization and then shifted between parishes systematically confuse and subvert justice for their child victims amen. But seriously who gives a fuck with this guy says or does if you're the pope for longer than it takes to say no thanks. I don't want to be the president of those folks. Then you've been the pope for that. Many seconds too long still alive quipped francis i personally might merit attacks and insults because i'm a sinner but the church doesn't deserve this. It's the work of the devil he said and to that. I say really frank. That's the work of the devil. You're gonna make this about you right now and that's going to do it. The hard factor. Thank you so much for listening. Have a great fucking day. Pope scratch scratch again. Please god soap. You didn't hear that..

"Dan help us walk through some of this. What were you seeing out there. I guess it's in my opinion sort of the unsung love story of the arab. Because i think that there's a lot of attention paid to how it has affected marriages and you know at the beginning of the pandemic. It seemed like things were not going well and then later in the pandemic it said oh maybe things are going well and those seem to be the stories that i was seeing over and over again a lot of things pieces on that front and i think everybody just kind of assumed if they want single that single people were just hanging out by themselves but in fact the dating apps were getting more play than ever. There was a huge uptick and people were dating but people didn't want to date multiple people because it was unsafe. And i think for a lot of reasons. It was appealing to many people to just hunker down in a monogamous relationship and so people rushed in and things got serious very quickly bars restaurants cafes those things were all closed so things became intimate very fast dates at home meeting people's families right away. Because you would just join the pod things like that so it would go for maybe like a first or second date to like now. We kind of live together. You know i'm lifting a line from your article. I just think it kind of makes sense so much. Many single scrambled to find a seat and when they did they just sat there. You found something something that you really could hold onto. And then boom. I'm not letting this go because it's working for me right now and a lot of the whatever you can call maybe traditional rules of dating unspoken rules of dating kind of go out the window when things are like this. You know you don't have that time to go out to the bars and restaurants and get to know somebody you know if it clicks right away. A lot of people just kept it. That's right and i think there's something beautiful about that too because a lot of the sort of rules that you learn as somebody on the dating scene are kind of gamy kind of manipulative and for those to go out. The window isn't necessarily a bad thing. don't get physical right away or don't call him until he calls you. Don't text back to quickly those kinds of things. I think those were just sort of non issues. What happened after the vaccine started happening. What happened after these relationships started getting vaccinated because you mentioned at least two or three of them right away things change. They felt like they wanted to be free. They didn't have to be shackled up anymore. I think actually they followed the trajectory of any relationship but just had outside influences or had other factors affecting them so you know for one of my subjects for example who has historically had issues with intimacy and closeness. Those started cropping up for him more than ever because his relationship had gotten so serious so quickly. So that was one example Another one of my subjects. Her partner copen boyfriend had donated a kidney early in the pandemic and so he was being super super careful because he was immuno-compromised and so their relationship was very insular and then as soon as he got vaccinated. It was like party time. Those actually a funny one because he had ghosted that girl at the very beginning and when he finally reconnect while i was given a kidney to my sister and she made him show him the scar just to kind of prove it so that was a funny example there but and along with this whole thing to write is some of the bad habits or bad attitudes things. Also you couldn't notice with maybe the more traditional dating pattern you profiled a couple who once things started happening out in public. He was a little more moody socially anxious and because those things weren't happening during pandemic and lockdowns. She didn't get to see that about with my subject samantha. Who had such an intense kkob at romance. The guy actually moved in with her. You know and got a new job in her city and totally left his life to be with her. And it's interesting because he has had severe social anxiety probably many many years but she had no way of knowing that because it was just the two of them in a house for so long so as soon as they got vaccinated she's very extroverted and social and was excited to go out and connect with people and live life again and he said you know this just isn't of interest to me so and he left her one last thing. I want to mention all of these kovic. Romances is you also had a covert romance that you said ended within two months of vaccination but one of the things that you made a point in the article which i thought makes total sense as you spend a lot of time with this person throughout pandemic lockdowns all of that and you may be joined their pods their friend groups but when the relationship over now you of don't have anybody to go and remember you know some of those good times with because that person is gone now. This just an interesting aside to all those. And i don't know if it's necessarily that i wanna reminisce about the good times but it was a pretty dark time and you know i felt that throughout the pandemic that was who i was most regularly commiserating with because we were sending all our time together and now i don't know him or the people in his life anymore and it's just really interesting to think that this era of our lives sort of darkest time in history for me. There's there's the only people i can talk about it with our people who weren't with me. There's a little bit of a loss in that. I guess diana specter contributed to the guardian. Come back for more because if you haven't heard me before it's a first time i tried to deliver bigger and better with each episode and you know give you something that may not be in the news feed you know maybe a little nugget something to chew on and think about when it comes to true crime whether it's close cases something learn about it or an open case which i'm starting to do more and more of and a lot of the stuff that i've been doing lately is gone. Girl stuff you know girl goes missing and in. Today's podcast episode. I'm doing kind of a follow up because there's a lot of news out there right now And that's regarding. Brian laundry and gabby petito You know i've said before on this podcast Because of my author. Mind the way. I think about stuff in kind of go with stories and try to pen the fiction you know. Maybe it's reality. But i talk about art life. Life and art does art imitate life or does life imitate art. And as i always say. I think it's dead. Life imitates art far more than the way the other way round. You know like oscar. Wilde had one said and i believe that and when i'm looking at this stuff and thinking about who done it Is gabby petito still alive. Hopefully she is But what's the real story here. I start to look at the seventy six gas station Van live commercials. They're kinda funny they've been around for awhile. It features the fictitious couple. Jean j. e. a. n. Gene the guy g any so gene gene van ly fien. They're all about you. Know i think one of the original commercials. I remembered gene. The guy saying hey branch are gonna pass post. You know that's the reason to be out bam lifing but in this case of Brian and with with gabby they were doing that. In real life they were doing the van. Life thing documented everything. They have a youtube channel with subscribers. And you know in the commercials. I just remember the latest one actually is where gene the girlfriend or the wife locked gene out at the previous gas station. I guess and was gone for like three hours. And he's all nervous. You know there's a in the on my youtube channel right now in this episode. There's a link to that and that's just what happened here. I mean with the body cam footage with the cops He locked the door on her. She was having what they said like a mental breakdown. The cops decided not to pursue it from like domestic violence standpoint. But just just kind of let it You know as. Brian was seen in the video to take a breath and step back so there was an explosive moment. Outside of A co-op there In moab with the grocery store and somebody was outside apparently saw it and called the cops. I don't think they alerted the people that were inside the co-op then the cops eventually showed up but brian and Gabby had taken off. And they pulled him over. And that's the body camps footage that we see now all over the internet. But you know that's what happened in the van live commercials because people are together in a van and they're supposed to be experiencing the outside world and all these awesome places but it takes a while to get to those places in the ended up spending so much time in a confined space. And as i said before on the previous episode Is that you know. did he. experience cabin fever. You know where the walls closing in and then it just made them think about their relationship. You know where they meant to be together. And i think that had something to do with what were going through right now is the question is is where she is she live and if so where is she so. I've got a theory that i'm going to drop her an idea and the only way that i can kind of spin this right now is just an idea from author mind. Meaning how. I would pen the fiction if i was taking this story and wanted to write. Write the book Right the write the script. And where would i go with it because the question is you know. Whereas she but was brian. Also the creepy man that was You know basically the there's a couple unit probably know about it. That was murdered in their bodies were found in august eighteenth female couple and they had said that. There's a creepy man who intimidated them and or they felt intimidated by. And that's pretty much. What what it was before. Their bodies were found and we know that on august twelfth. That is the time where they had left. The co-op brian and gabby and that's where the body cam footage that you're seeing with the cops. We also know about two days later. That female couple near moab at a campsite like a remote Place was Was killed and it was later revealed that it was multiple gunshots to the back to the side and their bodies. Of course we're found agassi eighteenth but there is record of one of them saying At least one of them saying that there was a creepy man quotes and that they felt intimidated quotes by that at now. The question is what cops are even saying. Right now is they're they're not eliminating that. Brian is a suspect not. He's a person of interest in the disappearance in the mercy missing persons cases of Gabby right now. but they're not saying That these two cases aren't you know possibly linked and my idea from the fiction Fish inside and not what. I'm actually saying that he did. But if i were to pen the fiction it would be that yeah. He is the creepy man near that campsite that he and the girlfriend made it to a campsite close by and when this guy started to rage and basically his relationship is unraveling is becoming not what it is seen on video but really unhappy that that the girlfriend is the one person for him and she feels the same way. There's a break-up something like that. But when he goes off wandering he sees a happy couple he sees a happy couple and these were newlyweds to female couple and he just rages over that fact because that's something that he can't get he wants and he can't convince the girl who's been his girlfriend for a couple years and now when they're enclosed quarters in the van things are different than what they are in the wide open space any rages. So that's how. I penned the fiction. I'm not saying that's what happened. But if the police do figure out that these two cases are linked. We could see something like that. That would be pretty. Darn wild Neil the truth stranger than fiction. But that's simply just an idea. I mean a positive. I'm podcast her an author and No that's kind of what i would do with that fiction but we shall see it is very odd to me that the one of the ladies who is in the newlywed couple had worked or actively worked. Currently i believe during that time at the co-op which is called the moon flower. Co-op i believe in have like a grocery store co-op and that's very strange as she worked there. Now how strangers that if they live there and there's a co-op in it employs people and there's a lot of activity there maybe not too strange because maybe there's not a whole lot of places to work if you're in the area so that could be. Yeah it's kind of a coincidence. But it could be just a random random kind of thing. But when you're talking about linking cases and the way this is plain out especially with the revealed body cam footage is a pretty damning stuff when you look at it and isn't it different from all the video that you see on the on their youtube all the exciting stuff there because it goes from that fantasy to reality in the reality is that when you are banning when you're doing the van life thing like jean and gene you're spending a lotta time crossing the country and you're spending a lot of time together in like a what hundred fifty square foot space and you're trying to make it work because you're trying to get to is the wide open spaces to enjoy together but most of that time is spent in in a confined space. And that's not the stuff to to put on video because for some people it can just drive them. Drive them crazy. It can make them rage. It can make them intimidate others and obviously they say it was a violent argument. That's how it stated Which was enough to disturb people that were at that coop or at least one person at that coop to call please now for one person to call police because there's a disturbance at means that something bad was about to happen that they saw either somebody get hit or was about to get hit and they made a call to police because people don't normally do that they normally waited out. They look the other way or they freeze other people that are around and everybody thinks everybody else is gonna do something and then it goes away that sort of that sort of deal but something bad happened there enough to call the police and then police arrived. Where are they well. They're up the road so they tail him. Probably hit the lights Brian is record on video saying that gabby had grabbed the wheel. And that's where that you know that video evidence that we're seeing so it was bad enough for somebody to call. It was bad enough for the cops to really feel that they need to ask. Gabby and be very clear with her about her words about what she was going to say next as the police officers there. So yeah on a scale of one to ten as far as as far as creepy nece and strangeness Yeah it's it's like a seven or eight it's You know kinda makes the hairs go up. And so that's what we have today obviously Just like in the case of sars heslop. The boyfriend lawyered up and isn't saying anything which is really strange. And i mentioned in the other podcast episode that it's always convenient when you have a missing persons case and last time that there were seeing was in a wide open space where there's not a lot of people hence You know the dark night Out on the ocean where there's nobody around and you can follow overboard and never be seen again or big national park. Big national park. Like there is in wyoming. So it's convenient. They don't just disappear somewhere else. It somewhere dad. Not a lot of people can find you and it's hard to find you. Just kind of like a dot on a map needle in haystack. So that's where. I am with this on the van. Life does art imitate life. Does life imitate art. Well if you look at the Youtube channel for the The couple here. Then you see. Probably the all the fun stuff and the instagram worthy stuff. But the real video is what the cops have. And that's the video that is real life and that's the stuff that happens inside the van that they don't wanna put on a youtube video because it's you know not what you're supposed to do and then we have the couple gene who you know. It's fun it's funny to see in those thirty second spots but what they're hanging out is the real real life. That brands aren't going to pay you to post. Unless you're have millions of followers and they probably got a few thousand on that show of their followers and end up spend their time together and then they start bickering and yeah one of them locks him out and drives away for three hours comes back and they're talking about that and the other one is nervous because It just gets you know in close quarters. It just gets kind of crazy so did they. make it up to the area of the camp campsite area where the Newlywed girls were Did brian do something there. And you know what. When i expand on that fiction and i write the book i could put it where you know. He did rage. Something happened and then the girlfriend found out about it and said that she was going to go to the cops or was not on his side. You know to cover it up and that she has to disappear. That would be wild in this situation. And i think you would make. Unfortunately i think it would make for good fiction. You know for true crime stories. Something for novel for the screen. What do you think about it. Does art imitates life or does life imitate art. Does gene gene. Does that ring. True for you is the body cam footage the real version of the relationship and everything else on liner and instagram is just that fantasy trying to recreate that. Fantasy takes a lot of time to do instagram stuff to do. The youtube stuff takes a lot of time and effort to make it look good but it only takes the cops show up. Put on body camp to get the real story. So we'll see what happens going forward. This chip honey sign off drown verdict. Thanks for hanging with me Appreciate i probably have more on this coming soon. And i will talk to you later. Have good one i'm out..
Was Brian Laundrie The "Creepy Man" In The Van?
"So. But when he goes off wandering he sees a happy couple he sees a happy couple and these were newlyweds to female couple and he just rages over that fact because that's something that he can't get he wants and he can't convince the girl who's been his girlfriend for a couple years and now when they're enclosed quarters in the van things are different than what they are in the wide open space any
