Right. The number of people that want to classify all the major satellites is planets in their own right is not trivial. And that fight was basically started by the Voyager missions, and I don't know what will end the fight. But it is different. Like when you think about the voyagers, they've been shutting those instruments down one by one. And I think it's like when you care for somebody in your family, someone who is getting older and you're sort of seeing this constant decline and it's happening in real time for you. As opposed to an accidental loss, the feelings of grief are different. And it definitely feels very similar to me. Obviously, just a robot. But you feel you're like, oh, it doesn't have now it only has this many watts. Oh, it doesn't have the power to run that anymore, and that the last thing that we'll hear, like the last instrument shut down, will be its ability to transmit home. Communicate. Yeah. And it'll all just be declining power. If you could replace its nuclear battery, it would be back up in operational, probably. I mean, who knows how much damage is happening, but you could then send it to another planet and have it observe some more. But obviously there's no more other places for it to see. There's no interesting places for it to pass in the future. It's just going to run out of power and go silent. And then drift in the Milky Way for another few billion years until cosmic radiation and space dust grinded away to nothing. And it's estimated they will live to the 2030s and beyond that they just won't have the power to go on. Yeah, we're within a decade of think about it. "Learned the show where you can learn from our mistakes and with me for the first time in a very long time. Is brian kilby. It's like i haven't seen you actually. I really haven't because of cova stay. It's it's as if there's something going on globally that stopping people from seeing each other but oh wait there is yeah we. We did socially distance once like two months ago. Then like six months before that. But it's been well over a year otherwise it's been extremely wounded. I'm i'm vaccinated you're vaccinated. I'm looking forward to getting together in person soon. Yes but it's also been a while since we've put out an episode of the podcast. I kinda stopped doing vampire In the middle. How how what have you been up to you brian. What's been going on in the world of brian. I mean work kids. Kids take up most of my free time now at i regret ever judging any parent that i ever worked with for any complaints about their time or schedule or anything like that I honestly used to judge people. Kids can't be that much time. Oh dear god they are. Is it okay to talk about the fact that that you've adopted them now like we talked before about you being a foster parent. But now you are a parent parent gets to of three or adopted the youngest. They're all siblings. The youngest That's still process but Yeah we're we're almost all the way there. I can like say their names their pictures online and everything. It's pretty cool. That's awesome and i have to say bryan of all my friends. You're the one that makes me feel the worst about like you actually contributing to society versus me. You know chilling out on the weekends. You know i'll take. I'll take that as a compliment. Thank you you. You should take that as a compliment. I for me it really hasn't been coded that stopped us from or stop me. Frankly from editing these vampire podcasts. It's been work. I talked about getting sick project a couple of years ago and that project has stayed with me and my work life balance has been upside down because of it and it was standing up a new business model at a fortune fifty company. That was my project. I've done that and now we have thirteen different lines of business on that business model. Wow and it still takes all of my time so While cova did happen in the middle of this delay. I have to say cova does not responsible for this delay. My work life balances. But i've taken on like fifty new projects on top of that artery. Had it's crazy. It work for me too. Is that but i finished recording. Absolutely everything vampire is recorded.
