"Five eighteen Brian combs in here. So we got a police, captain in trouble with the feds here. There's going to be an announcement later today that this police captain is facing some kind of federal charges. We don't know the nature of it, though, there has been a great deal of speculation about the activities of captain Mike Savard, who has been on leave for a while. Now it sounds like since we know that there are going to be a agent from the IRS at the news conference that he's got some kind of tax trouble. Or maybe it's something related to overtime the police officers have worked and tips that were paid. Then went unreported. So it sounds like there may have been a some type of scheme to avoid having to report extra income. To the IRS and pay the taxes on that now that he may have been involved in. We don't know if any other officers are involved, but since he was in charge of the program, you'd have to think that maybe some others benefited as well. Perhaps, the feds have turned them on their captain typically how this works when the federal government puts together a case they've pretty much got it wrapped up the time that they come the present the news conference, so we'll see it all plays out a little bit later this afternoon. In the newsroom album. Talk about this serial killer that has confess apparently to murders in the tri-state FBI says he may be the most prolific killer ever in the US. "Five forty five and Brian comb here. All right, Columbia Parkway is messy again, and it didn't even rain this time. Right. The hillside continues to slip because of all the rain. We've had the last several weeks and today is Cincinnati city hall council is expected to approve an emergency declaration. That would pretty much instruct the administration to find the money and make a permanent solution. We know that the repairs would be somewhere in the neighborhood of ten million dollars. The problem isn't so much with the wall itself. The wall they say a stable now, the problem is over the wall along time ago, the slope of the hillside was cut too steep. And now we're seeing the land shift in the mud slides and the pores over the side of the retaining wall. And that's why traffic on Columbia Parkway gets closed. What's a bigger concern? To city leaders are all the homes at the top of the hill side of the hill. We're talking from mount Adams I wanted hills parts of Hyde Park mount lookout Columbia Tuscaloosa. Now, you're talking billions of dollars worth of development that at some point could potentially be threatened. The facts are said to be somewhere in the neighborhood of ten million dollars and given all the repairs at the city's had to make on an emergency basis. It's probably money. Well, spent to save them the money of of having to come in and spend, you know, one hundred and fifty thousand here one hundred and fifty thousand there every time they have to get out there and clean it up. Do we know what the fix is? It has to do with trying to change the great of of the slope of. The hill. I guess and then stabilizing that so they say it costs what ten thousand dollars a foot to do this work. They know at this point at least at they've got about ten million dollars worth of repairs to make well, go find the money where. Diverted from somewhere else in the city budget. They're saying that this is the city's one of the city priorities and find the money if you have to cut somewhere else or postpone another project city council today is expected to tell the administration that they just want the job done. Okay. Coming up. Our news at six o'clock. Two thousand and two thousand fifteen at least suited up to play for saints Seahawks. Bills seahawks. Wow. That's a double Panthers. Bengals ravens giants. Patriots. Redskins. Cowboys dolphins. Ravens texans. Browns Steelers saints and falcons in two thousand fifteen Shayne Graham. And made some good money over time. And he was he was. I'm pretty sure it was Jane Graham who missed a field goal to end the Bengals season dodge the media left on his own. And like never never showed up in Cincinnati again. It was just one of the weirder. Departures because he had been here for several years. Let's see oh three to own nine. He was here for a long time.
