"You hit the nail on the head with this yes less than twenty people have died from essays in the last five years where what you are not here. Is that the products these these poor unfortunate souls were using. I vape juice mas where either out in underground market other country or the model was tweaked beyond the manufacturer's recommended Komo Reckon Recommendations Big Tobacco was not on the ground floor vaping the first lobby attempt was regulated by the FDA this was hard in the small business vaping so some small businesses combined to meet this standard that the FDA required because this is not cheap process. This was not enough for big tobacco because they announced the popular they are and one in now they have to shut it down and take all other business competition so they they had the corner to to the corner market much like they do cigarettes. We we all know what kind of chemicals are put into cigarettes now. The question is what are they going to put in a vape use the they gonNa make this addictive as well most likely the and the fact that Cadet Bone Spurs Feigns Concern tells me that he's being bought and paid by Big Tobacco they must've spent a small fortune as the edges country to get this Mars and quit smoking using east as invades and it works like a champ for him but he researched the fuck out of it before giving it a go and this whole oh man hasn't worked up because people no longer take the time to research information themselves. They just run with the latest headlines as you are all aware of anyway. I just wanted to let you know the candidate day care and couldn't have been more correct assessment always followed that money girl. Thank you for another wonderful. production have beautiful week so silly Rebecca. Thank Q. Baby. five pilot says just a note to say hey ride. Just take some time out to say happy. Man can't wait for the next pre-game Bazi Sports Nigga only hours. Thanks our may you always come through with a good word and you always email in to leave communist pre-game Voice of Bosnia's forces and I don't want you to know oh the debt that really is important to us and stuff 'cause they'll show gonNA pay walls. You know it's all about the real fast so we respond and let us not listening enjoying it just noted we on the right track man so I know you always riding appreciate you. Megan the capitalist episode 1963 Rod and Karen this episode was so good to me. I write email. You are quoted that statistic about the first stakes being molest station for many women unfortunately mainly I fall into that as well as I was sexually molested. The first time at five and over subsequent years was used as a child prostitute my mother until I had to have my first period at eleven. Wow this happened in the seventies. When all the laws that now exist unspoken I can't that's out never fucking yield to the like the Metoo a two movement to powerful into too much days? Japan are like to me to move back. That's why abortion is getting the l'egalite like I like that Kinda Shit like we can't go back on these things and I know that there's a lot of people that will tell you like everybody should get get out the vote. If you're black you. It should be okay if you don't feel like voting and all this shit or if you I'm like what that's telling person has drowned and it's okay. If you don't feel like swimming you know like us. All the tools use all the tools. If it's not gonNA make any difference then why are they keeping you from trying to keep us from doing it you know and and that and I can say that the same breath hold two thoughts and be like it ain't I fall trump at one we ain't trying are doing our best but it is weird to see people well who advocated for that. She didn't turn around and be like but I'm GONNA just make why won't why people vote and I'm GonNa be I'M GONNA use shame on white people but never own black people and white right Nigga if it doesn't work in our so my whole point is like we can't go backwards and a lot of the tools used a push backwards our political political tools and a lot of those times we put it into the hands of people that we know are against us. Brett Caviar is a supreme court justice because occurs we relaxed in twenty six never got that fucking fast because people you know because People WanNa do shit like be upset about the metoo movement or women finally having a voice voice or solid victims finally saw survivor is finally being able to speak for themselves. Now we WANNA Puerto Bullshit yeah and it was you know and Stan and people like to say is no never been worse than the other dancer but no it was worse. It was worse. I don't think people understand it was fucking worse and they can always always go back. I carried horrible secret until she died. Then found therapists talk to when I did I was introduced to other women who live through similarly horrible situations against the freedom to speak truth about yourself when I cherish and we'll fight to reserve for all thank you for providing a place to be hired as well as to listen love you too from Los Angeles Sister Lola the police blessings enjoy. Shitty is is so common enough like sometimes I worry about covering on the show because I know that you know the super woke. Liberal shows always like you know trigger. Warning people can't handle talking like this. I mean we put it in this show knows and stuff but at the same time there's always somebody out there to just can't wait to be like upset about some shit but I mean it was upsetting is upsetting right like the shit needs to be talked about and we talk about so it's either this or ignore it or put so much fucking bubble wrap around it that is that it becomes pointless talking about it and so we just talk about it like real people would talk about this yet but you know I hope that's one of the vestiges of this show so when it's like people look at it when it's all said and done we like Yoda really talk a lot about how common sexual assault was and why we need the debate the narrative and reframe the idea that you know the women trying to trap dues or you know women complaining because they regret stakes later and shit and talk about stuff like people's for and we're just getting some of this research we never had people's first sexual experience being sexual assault and what numbers that were right. We now have that so it needs to be out there. We need to talk about it needed. A De. Que recognize tastes okay okay. I know over twitter actor says fatal attraction greeting to my fellow favorite Negros to stop this email at work because I am laughing so hard at y'all. I'll of course he was the only suspect right they they try to sell you. It's not like snap snap and some of these true crime. They'll try to throw you off with the Beatles Person. Maybe it was that person would this one is like the even when they introduced the other people could be like it ain't down. There was a man walking down the street. They wondered if it was him it. "Auditee? You wanna we got seven to ten thousand people arriving by bus by car. My foot. I don't know they're coming and watch cable news going to say now. Maybe it's a little bit. Like what they're not saying about Michael avenue. Tucker Carlson, dubbed him the creepy. Porn lawyer. You probably follow that story. Michael Abernathy went to jail yesterday. He was incarcerated charged with felony abuse felony assault of a woman reports. Allege that her face was swollen and bruised and battered, she was crying reports allege that eyewitnesses claim that a very angry avenue dotty. He's the stormy Daniels lawyer, and the guy who's been mentioned as a possible presidential candidate reports say that he angrily screamed kept screaming she hit me. I she hit me. I. Wow. Not much of a defense for battery to woman if you're a lawyer who is supposed champion. Of women. CNN created this guy MSNBC created this guy. You know, how many times this guy has been featured on CNN and MSNBC. They absolutely created him. Now. What are they going to say about it? Now, what do they do? This guy is facing felony assault. Charges allegedly battery the woman now, you know, what I love about the Michael Evan ATI story. Conservatives of the airwaves all of us are reminding everybody that he gets the presumption of innocence. Buddhist. We will I said allegedly in every way I described it. I always say allegedly in a story like this because who knows? If it falls down to a she said, he said, you'd never know if she's lying, maybe she's lying. But at the end of the day that was not a standard that he applied to Brad Kavanagh. He went after bread cabin with veges and attack Brett caviar as if he was indeed a sexual predator. So now, Michael avid Audie expects the world to give him. The presumption of innocence that our country is supposed to present. And that he didn't give a bread capital. Wow. What a turn. So we've got a lot of things to cover today. We're in Florida. You know, there's a lot of news here in Florida, all kinds of breaking news. As this election recount Dros on a federal judge is giving Florida voters until Saturday to correct. The signal the voting the precincts rather until Saturday to correct signature problems that are you know, roiling these close races. Pam Bondi says there's plenty of reasonable suspicion for criminal activity. In Atlanta, Georgia Hillary, screaming Stacey Abrams, didn't get a fair election. She's been cheated. The Democrats are already going down that path. It's a mess here in Florida. It is a mess. We're in Tampa and the studios of AM eight sixty the answer in beautiful, Tampa, Florida kind of checking out what's happening on the scene here. And what people are saying and doing about this crazy Florida recount. So we've got a lot to cover, but let's start with a couple of star with Michael avenue. And let's start with the presumption of innocence. And let's start with this caravan the caravan that they said wasn't here the caravan that they said hadn't arrived the caravan that that basically CNN and MSNBC and other pundits claimed was a figment of our badge nation. Turns out it's not a thing. But if anybody's imagination it is real there is an invasion. There are thousands of people from Central America coming here to the United States probably a lot of the California Mexican border, and they are expecting. United states..

"Eight four thirty one ten so here's the Democrats got control of the house of representatives. And that's a win for the Democrats. The Republicans gained seats in the United States Senate could be as many as fifty five that is also a win for the Republicans and a win for the president because he ultimate firewall in. Any of these issues is the United States Senate? That's the cooling off point. They used to call it. And that's how I view it. So the Democrats won the house the state wide races tended to go to the Republicans. The Democrats picked up some governorships as well. And the twenty twenty campaign starts, that's how I view, but I'm gonna I'm gonna go right around the horn here and kind of get everybody's you'll start with. What is your takeaway from last night number one? The Republicans gained seats in the Senate. What does that mean, it means that judicial? Appointments will move forward under this administration. In other words, the president will be able to appoint and confirm judges who believe in the rule of law believe in the constitution that will indeed be his enduring legacy. Number two. There's a challenge that awaits democratic leadership in the house will they work with the president on bipartisan issues, which advance the interest of working and middle class Americans. Or will they focus on opposition? And investigations that question is yet to be answered. Well, and also Jay you're going around the horn, if a president and the president can can issue executive orders, and they can be changed by the next president legislation enacted by congress can also be changed. But judges have lifetime influence over the United States of America. He already has eighty four judges that have been approved during his first two years. A lot more needs to be approved. If you had to have one chamber of the congress that you have control over it needs to be the Senate. He did that and the Republicans have actually increased their majority in the Senate that will be the most significant thing to ensure an effective presidency of the next two years. So Jordan Republicans beat Bill Nelson. Republicans beat Joe Donnelly, they beat Claire mccaskill they beat Heidi. Heitkamp might be Jon tester. That race is still ten percent out tester has a thousand volt leader. So I mean, so again, those four all voted against Brett caviar all four try to play to the middle and try to act like moderates. She votes always against always against everything that would be considered even moderately conservative. So I think again, it was a great night's statewide for governor a for a lot of governors races. Well, Democrats did well and some other governors racist. But I will say that there's still more Republican governors in the country twenty-seven, then there are democrat governors. So you have a state advantage there of who is leading or states. It is Republican governors. I think the house. Yes, it could it could have gone better for Republicans. I think the president's right? There are a lot of Republicans that are going home that never fully embraced President Trump. And the kind of cleared them out of the house, and these are all up for real unlike the Senate these are all up for reelection in twenty twenty when President Trump is back on the fan Bennett. So legislation. It was always going to be partisan like the tax cuts. It was important to get that done in the first two years. They did it. Now, they're going to have to shift on legislation to things that are more bipartisan. I think the president's well positioned to do that the two additional items think about how much easier it would be to fill a supreme court vacancy with fifty four or fifty five Senate seats than with fifty one in the final point. I would make the most important power for continuing your draw down the regulatory burden on US companies that exist.

"By their editors to go. See what really happened with Dianne Feinstein Feinstein and her stats it the sort of questions that would have happened. If the Republican party had done the same thing, not one. And I challenged New York Times reporters this morning, not reporters editors I challenge. Washington Post editors I challenge Wall Street Journal editors I challenge editors across America. Right. That story. What happened with Dr Forbes agreement with a congresswoman with Dianne Feinstein. Why did they leave that story? And more importantly, look at yourself and ask yourself the question. Why didn't we report on this in real time? When you sure as hell would have reported on it if Grassley and his office had done the same thing. X Ray it's really refreshing to hear him say these things, and it's been interesting throughout the story to get glimpses or to get sort of gulps of refreshment from different people Mary Katharine ham at one point was very. Was was reticent to sort of go up against Brett caviar or was it least providing some pushback, you know, it's just been any. Yeah. And so. It's not because like I want. Bright Cavanaugh be vindicated or anything. I don't really have any whatever it's more that this becomes such a one sided thing going on with. With support for democratic views and opposition to Republican views. And when it gets to be that one sided, it feels like jeez. It just feels like you're you're up against it. When suddenly you're not allowed to question things and push back on certain things. It's like hold on a second. This is ridiculous. E it doesn't seem it's first of all the whole thing is just unfair and smacks me is unfair. And that's why I really appreciate what he's saying here because I absolutely agree. The feinstein. The Feinstein situation is is interesting for so many reasons one the first one being how did that leak? The other one being that basically she admitted that they spoke, and she suggested a lawyer that is huge. So she didn't release this until the time she released it. But there was talking and sorta strategizing basically before back in July. Before the story drop, right at least two months before the story dropped and an issue. I had to is that professor Ford. I went to her congresswoman, and there was a three or four day gap before it got to Dianne Feinstein, or at least that's where we were told. Right. Like what happened in that three to four days? There was absolutely no concern for professor Ford this. They just looked at this. As a reason that they could potentially bring down a supreme court Justice nominee. That's it. They didn't care about whatever happened to professor Ford. Thirty six years ago may not have happened and go that far. But you're right. I mean, there's an just saw this this shiny object. Armed like, let's take this. And now we can use it. It's it's going to be part of the process. Right. So and that's a turn off. And then if you had any questions about professor Ford during her hearing a couple of weeks ago, then you were painted as sexist or and not supportive her. But I think there's a lot of room for new. Johnson this and right now people don't wanna hear nuance. They give Joe Scarborough a lot of credit for for saying what he said. Yeah. Because where's the questioning of Dianne Feinstein like why aren't people when she got this? Why she held it for so long. What exactly was their endgame all kind of fell back on everyone else? But her and she's at the forefront of this. And this this poor woman, professor Ford who didn't want this didn't need this. Right. Was just kinda thrown out as a shield for everyone else. And and I feel bad for her. And then of course, win she does have to come forward. It's it's the media's fault. She has to come forward. I mean, she's she's in her statement when she's talking about. When she was explaining how the situation unfolded. It was media coming to class and media going to her house that was the reason she felt she had to finally give her name. It's like. That is the result. That is the, you know, but but that's the effect. Exactly. But it's not the reason why your name was was you know, eventually or originally outed, right? I mean. They're not the ones to blame. The media didn't just at a whole cloth come up with your name. Now where they're supposed to do sit on the story and not reported course, not. That's their job is to report it. Yeah. And gave it to the reporters knew exactly what the reporters would do. But listen, I mean. People victims, basically people who get wrapped up in these politic- political games, and who in general end up dealing with the media. You know, what they're not that responsibility. To know how something like this works. I always when you're dealing with a private citizen. You give them the benefit of the doubt very much far more than you. Give a politician because a politician knows how this stuff works. They're the ones who. I know exactly what's going to happen for the most part up for this. Right. Exactly. Where reporter and you covered the state house for while yet. So if you had to go to divall, Patrick and ask questions he planned on you being there wasn't a surprise. If you just John Q public in your home and all of a sudden reported banging on your door with some allegations. You you don't know how to handle that you're not trained to do that. That's why I can always I cannot believe how tough it is for reporters that are covering like fires and tragedies that they have to show up to someone's home after a loved one just died in a fire or shooting. And I'm like, I can't even comprehend what that would be like to try to ask those questions. Yeah. To get people to come forward and actually spill their guts in their hideout to you. But it's not as I I mean, honestly, it's it's very hard. But it's not a people. Sometimes people surprise you. Probably get my I actually was everyone started with that. Right. I mean, that's like, okay. Go cover the fires or whatever. Get your your and really what you do is you you say, what can you share about them that you want people to know? And usually they want to talk about that because they love them, and they want to they want people to know about healing process. They need to be around people. I think when you have any tragedy if you've lost a loved one, whatever the circumstances. Maybe it's better to have people around you then be by yourself. It's reporters asking questions, maybe it's cathartic that they get all of that out. And explain it. And maybe they feel better about it too. So yeah, that's a great point Hillary, obviously, you know, more than I from experience because I never had to one time. I covered a fire when I was doing cable TV when I was a young person. They stuck me on that. I was always doing sports and I wish them good luck. At the end. Like, I was doing an interview luck with the rest of your story. I just like, okay. What about the next opponent? No, no. It's not. Yes. I think I was I think I was fire chief in Somerville after a fire. I was like eighteen years old. I said we've run out of reporters you're here. Can you just run out and cover the fire story? And like, I got the interview with them because I never been afraid to ask questions and at the end of it. I said, good luck. I was talking to the local football coach. At least it wasn't a person whose house had burned down the fire. Luckily, good luck. You can feel better that it's you'll never do worse than Hillary about with plenty of years of reporting under her belt for whatever reason saying give a Frank you duck boats, right? Wow. That leads to. Yeah. There has been a duck boat and drowning that's what it led to do. You. Remember, just the summer. Yes. The worst thing ever John chapter. Did you hear about this? I didn't hear about you in my in my horrific. No, I didn't Christians gotta have it ready to go. It was so bad. I don't know what I was thinking. But. Are you a are? You a duck goat enthusiast. I.

"And welcome back. Final segment would Steve gorham, Steve when you're out of what seems to be the question that most people want answered. Well, there are many. You know, I speak a lot to businesses and one of the things I I run across is they tell me you're preaching to the choir. But the funny thing is though, they don't realize that the majority of US business thinks that the climate laws and the energy laws are foolish in many ways. The headlines are grabbed by a lot of the big companies like apple and Google and the political leaders, but but the kind of the rank and file of of American business. Thanks a little bit different. But they don't realize that they're in a majority. So it's a little bit of a strange situation. Let's see what are some of the other major questions. Why why are all the climate models? Wrong is is something that people come up with and it has to do with some of the assumptions are they concerned about anything. Well, they've, you know, back in nineteen ninety the United Nations in the intergovernmental panel on climate change predicted that temperatures would rise three tenths of a degree celsius per decade with a mix of five tenths and a low of two tenths. And if you plot those chart, those rice pretty fast, but over the last thirty years, we've we've had much less than that. So we're we're below the estimates of the United Nations that they made in nineteen ninety. We're not seeing the the rice that was forecasted which basically says the assumptions of the climate models are wrong and natural factors dominate global temperatures. Let's go to Joe in Long Island New York, east of the Rockies. Hey, joe. Go ahead. Steve interesting show. Actually, I walked climate change wanted to be warmer, but. At a comment. Got a quick my first question would be we just had a. Fanton and donation, unfortunately. And they said that they weren't really warned that there was supposed to be a beacon that was working with the people could have. This thing. So I relate this to ocean temperatures how well monitored all ocean temperatures and the satellites come into play with anything to do with that. My second question would be the political climate. You know, all they talk about the last couple of weeks. Twenty four seven is the. You know, Brett caviar and his issues and does make me think that the senators. I don't have time to study science never or the interest and really don't have a good grasp of science. Maybe they took one course thirty forty fifty years ago and science and never really updated themselves on their own. And you know, I don't wanna pick on Trump. He's already gotten blamed for the recent hurricane in the Washington Post. And then my comment would be you said the nuclear industry was traditional and I think it's like a lot of people a potential disaster waiting to happen. I know it doesn't contribute to climate increased CO two. But if you look at channel that's still only buried, it's still active. It's never been contained. Nobody can go within fifty miles of the place all these years later. So you take New York, for example. Got Indian point right near them this big metro area or something of a happened with that then what happens to New York City. So you got a whole bunch of things. I think there were three of them one was what are we doing with ocean temperature measurements, the the national Shattuck and Atmospheric Administration has I think they are the ones who put out these diving measuring devices, I forget the name of them again. But they have thousands of them out there now, but they've only been deployed for about twelve to fifteen years. So we really only have data on ocean. Temperatures from measurements over the last twelve to fifteen years before that it was just, you know, people take them on ships and kinda measurements are going around. And those weren't very accurate. The. Then you said about what's let's see the third one was a nuclear plants. I think one of the big issues with nuclear plants that they need to solve this need to be able to shut down automatically. We still have plants. Most of the ones around the world that are relying on cooling systems, and if the cooling systems Fe fail like this and Japan, then we have a chance for a big meltdown. So that problem needs to be solved. The other big problem with nuclear is is just frankly natural gas is so darn cheap right now. Nobody will build a nuclear plant, and I think the third one was satellites while you said something about governments, and what's your question? John. I think. Defeated about five times in the US congress. I think the majority of arguably more than half of the United States. So members of congress right now do not think logo warming is a dangerous problem. Most of those round the Republican side, of course. And as I mentioned, we have we have we now have climate revolts if you will in Australian Ontario. So I think I think political leaders are starting to get it. This has been a disaster crisis for more than twenty years now, and we're really not seeing the disaster. So hopefully, I've covered most of your issues. I think the biggest problem we've got is an ex flare from the sun that could wipe out our power grid in render us useless forever. That's possible. Probably a big explosion there. Again, if the if all those volcanoes go off, and they had Arctic and melt a bunch of south of the peninsula down there that could be an issue. This many many things that could occur. Again, we need to adapt as well. We can in the biggest one is an ice age. I like this warm weather folks, I do not want to see the start of the stage. We've got we've got a guest Robert Felix who believes were in early stage of an ice age. Who knows Walter in Pennsylvania taken away while go ahead. Georgia needless to say, great to talk to you once again, George. Thank you, Walter. Job with all due respect. Mr. gorham sounds a lot like. Dr Tim ball. George with all due respect, Mr. gorham. I don't think that Dr Bala they'll has been discredited at all. I think George I think it's just common sense. The human population of this planet tonight increased side in some item. Now, George we show this planet with other species. In modern agriculture may have. The ancient bane of common, but modern agriculture consumes much natural hot. And Africa the human population. Eat driving the elephants to extinction. They'll says in this country. You know, we have largely erotic aided. The great heard so buffalo bisons. So, you know, not so you you couldn't have twenty million. Great bison hers that used to be twenty million in a heard you couldn't have done. It would be compatible with our culture with a bias informally wronged. We have expansion fields of corn and soybeans and wheat. So. You know? I just think it's common sense that the human population fanatic crease ad infinitum. There comes a point. Steve is there not that? You know, you can't have a population of twenty billion people on the planet. No. You can't. And and you make good points. But the the the predictions are now that we're going to level off about ten and a half billion. There is no doubt that we've radically transformed the surface of the earth. We are certainly have done that and taking over large portions of it. And I think we had sixty million bison at one time estimates those days are gone. There are some good news. There are some good news, by the way. Dr like once said if he was a betting man, he predicted that by the year two thousand England with no longer exist because of population growth is but one of the guys that's maybe been wrong. The most times publicly in history. Good. There are some good news things. One is we actually reached peak agricultural land. According to United nation state of the total amount of land being cultivated or as pasture land peaked in the year two thousand and is now slowly declining even with the population growth farmers can grow so much. There's so productive that they don't need to put so much land into a cultivation second by the year. Twenty fifty we're going to have global forest re-growth nets global forestry growth on the planet force are still shrinking. But in two thirds of the world's Nations United States, western Europe. Russia China, we have forest growth or stable for us. So there are some good signs. The trends are good. But yeah, we're not going to go back to the days. When most of the world was uninhabited. We had all forests. And we had all the bison that just won't happen. What's happening with rising sea levels? So sea levels have been rising for the last twenty thousand years, you can go to to NASA their website and see that data. They've risen a three hundred ninety feet a hundred and twenty meters since the last age. You know, scientists can tell you when natural sea level rise stopped and man made sea level rise began right now the rice is about seven inches per century. That's been going for the last couple of hundred years any politician hotels. You he knows how to stop sea level rise. I'd hold onto your wallet. We need to adapt to rising oceans, we're not going to be able to stop that. And that is largely driven by natural factors. Well, it obviously has happened in the past because there were discovering ancient cities that are under water. There have been some. Well. Yeah, there if you look at I think it's emphasis in Turkey. If you look at PISA both of those cities are about there are some some indications that the seas were higher at one point in time as well. Those are about five miles from the coast. But the storm accounts PISA used to be a big core. A big port. In in north west Italy. And this used to be a port as well. So there was some times when the oceans were higher. But again, this is something we need to adapt to we're not gonna stop the sea level rise. So matter what they what they think in California. Bruce in Woodland Hills. California is with us eyebrows. Go ahead. Hi, george. Thank you for taking my call. Hi, Steve, Bruce before I I wanna talk about the war climate change. But before I get into I kinda liked to the mentioned, perhaps a lot of listeners that aren't aware is the global elites that run. This country are masters at keeping us completely oblivious. And dumped what's really going on the word climate change is a narrative we hear all the time. The weather stations a news article scientists that is not the proper word the word is abrupt climate collapse. And we never hear about the word climate engineering. These are programs now that have been in effect for over seventy years, and they've been ramped up over the last twenty years. This is the aerosol injections. They're spraying God. No. How many millions of parasols anyone could just look up into sky. If they don't doubt this chemistry. Heart technology is and you know, if anyone wants to prove this to himself, I can tell you how to do it. First of all anytime, you watch the news you are watching at a manufactured. Why you're not seeing the real Noah weather, satellite mats, that we used to see many years ago, we're seeing animated cartoon, but there's a site. I it's a YouTube one Pacific Redwood that this guy is obviously a former meteorologist he keeps it automates his name, but he is showing actual weather. Satellite maps. But here's the thing. That's interesting. You can see storm fronts hurricanes tropical storms, low pressure zones coming directly in the California and they're being blocked, and it's being blocked by harp technology, which are ground-based atmospheric heaters. Anyone could look this up. They're very powerful. I believe they can put out as much as three billion watts of power and can heat the upper atmosphere. Fifteen hundred degrees. They can steer hurricanes..

"NewsRadio. Ten thirty where the news never stops. WBZ? News time, twelve o'clock. Good afternoon. Everyone have sixty five degrees in Boston temperature going up to a high of sixty nine today. Traffic and weather together coming up, I'm Trump Sherman. WBZ news. Our top story at noon, the FBI investigation at the supreme court nominee. Brett caviar is underway. As expected there's partisan debate over accusations against him CBS news update as the FBI investigates sex assault allegations facing supreme court nominee Brett Cavanaugh, Democrats and Republicans hit the Sunday morning talk shows, Arkansas Republican Senator Tom cotton spoke CBS's face the nation for three months. The Democrats have turned the advise and consent process into a search and destroy. Roy mission. These allegations are completely unsupported by any evidence. What evidence there is to a thirty six year old claim all support judge Kavanagh's denial? Democrats say Friday Senate committee hearing featuring testimony from cavenaugh and one of his accusers, Dr Christine Blasi Ford was necessary. What this was about was the dignity of the court the dignity of the Senate that we get to the bottom of facts. Minnesota democratic Senator Amy klobuchar spoke on CNN about Ford's credibility. I haven't been able to interview the witnesses that are there. But what I did find was that. She seemed very compelling CBS news update. I'm Wendy Gillette. President Trump's highly anticipated meeting with deputy attorney general rod Rosenstein could be delayed. Again, the two were expected to meet this week. But White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, speaking on Fox News Sunday said she could see the meeting being pushed back another week. Given the continued focus on the Brett cavenaugh supreme court nomination, Rosenstein. Job. Maybe in question following reports he discussed possibly secret recording of President Trump and invoking the constitution's twenty-fifth amendment to remove him from office, President Trump and Rosenstein spoke by phone last week when the president was in New York, the president said then that Rosenstein denied the reports and that he'd certainly prefer not to fire Rosenstein, Senator Elizabeth Warren finally admits she might run for president..

"Watching this testimony. Could possibly Brett caviar after what she says her. Honesty, integrity, her truth. It's obvious. I just don't know how a Republican. Right cabinet after hearing her and I'll she's really nutty. I'll say this again, I would take the argument much more. Seriously that argument that she just made right there. If it hadn't been for the fact that Democrats have been bending over backwards to try to stop this guy from the get-go, they never gave this guy a fair shot. No, there were color forms stop and their name was left off until he announced it, and then it was Kevin. I would seriously. Yeah. The number names put up you have a guy on this committee who compared himself to Spartacus for crying out loud. Yes. So give me a break with this. I don't know how any Republican could vote for him because regardless of what and blahsy Ford says today or any other time. Democrats were dug in and decided on this guy long before these allegations came out. And so I mean, look, I think the Republicans are doing the right thing by giving her a forum, and allowing her to speak and trying to move forward with this the best way they can. That's what we do. We borough for the truth, and we find the truth, or at least a facsimile of the truth. And then we make our own decisions based on what we've heard from both parties and Kirsten, and despite what you. Christon gets Kirstin come on get right, Scott. Now, again, I don't think it's unfair to bring up the fact that there have been inconsistencies in the story because that all the credibility of the witness doesn't it dude? I mean when you bring that up when I bring that up and say, isn't it fair that we hear this out? Is it fair that we turn over every stone we can possibly turnover during this process isn't that fair? Then I'm labeled some massage NIST, ignorant, sexist jerk and fingers are pointed my way, and then then you all of a sudden you're back on your heels going. Well, you know, I mean this. Here. People out base your decision on the facts that are presented to you. That's not how we do things here. Now, apparently also Republicans are not asking any questions today because they don't want those optics because you know, what exactly that anytime you ask a critical question. Hey, come out. Oh, well, this is somebody just beating up on this woman. And you hear that you've heard that. Tossup districts, tossup states. They don't wanna side on any. They want to sit in the middle and waffle away. Now fear of offending somebody on somebody side that that could cost them an election that being said the hypocritic that being said there was run one Republican who opened his mouth and well placed his foot in there. Have you seen what Orrin Hatch said, maybe for God's sakes, fairly cater be with McClatchy DC. Said Orrin Hatch called Ford, quote, an attractive witness bay said, hey, Orrin, what do you mean by that? He says she's pleasing which is also probably not the best thing that you could come out and say right now, he's maybe just keep walking. Go get yourself a Cup of coffee gets lunch to Jimmy Johns or something or in you had seventy two hours, plus to think about your role, your response would be after this testimony. And that's all you got right seriously. That's apparently all this is that something man. Yeah. Headline by that'll be the takeaway. Takeaway, right? You're nobody's gonna talk about the fact that Leland Kaiser was allegedly. They're not according to at this party believing. Kaiser says no I wasn't there. No one's going to bring up the fact that she also says she doesn't know how she got to the house. You know, where the house at wh- where the house was whose house. It was can't remember how she got home nothing else. But she is one hundred percent certain. But it was Brett cavenaugh there in that nothing. There's zero certainty surrounding everything else. Everything outright. So do want to go back to that press conference that President Trump had yesterday's related. I mean, and it was a long long press conference, and he was asking basically answering every question he was asked went on and on and on and one thing that came up that was related to this is he was asked, and I don't know. I don't know you tell me if you think this is a fair question because I've been going back and forth on this for the last several hours. But whether or not this is a fair question because he was asked a couple of different ways. What message are you sending to people when you defend cavenaugh and part of me thinks that okay fair enough question. Except I would think it was a fair question. If I thought that they were going to treat the answer fairly people in the media, and they don't of course, now because unless you come out and say, I one hundred percent believe these allegations against Brad Kavanagh, if you don't say that then you hate women. It's war on women, Republicans, bad, Democrats good and all of that stuff. So here's the first instance, and this has to do with what message are you sending to women when you defend Brett Cavin? I've used it much worse language in my life than John John. That's like probably the nicest phrase I've ever used it. Conju confidence confidence yet, but they should conjure by the Democrats. They know what about the message? That's being the same thing with the Russian. They can try to convince people that I had something to do with Russia. There was no collision. I'm in Wisconsin. Michigan. We're not doing. Well. I won both those states. We're not doing. Well. Let me call the Russians to help. Does anybody really believe that it's a con John? So it gets off the point a little bit. But because he was asked about I guess, I should clarify. You know? What should women here when you call this whole thing at Khan job and one I think it's a little bit disrespectful to say that all women think exactly the same or should interpret things exactly the same. Because I know not all men interpret things the same the nature of being humid. But he was talking more about the phrase Khanjani. Yeah, I've called people worse than the con- job. And there have been times right now in this whole Brett cavenaugh panic that has felt kind of like it con you saw this. Did you see the breaking news all last night? Now, there's a fourth accuser a fifth accuser. And you hear the story you hear the details of it. And it's like there was an accusation of rape on a boat in Rhode Island. Red cabinet comes out and says I've never been on a boat in Rhode Island in my life. That has never happened. And it was all based on anonymous letters that were written to different members of congress. There was another incident where he allegedly shoved someone up against a wall. Oh anonymous and yet every media outlet in America runs with it as the new accusations new credible accusations against Brett cavenaugh. So when he's talking about con job. That's what he's referenced. Well, yeah. I mean, I know what he's talking about when he says it, and I think he he really didn't trust him aditorial common in there too. Of course, which is fine, which is very him. And then he drills down a little bit more on this. Because he's asked men what messenger. He's sending two men of the men of America. When you defend Brad Kavanagh is a very big moment for our country. Because you have a man who's very outstanding. But he's got very strong charges against him probably charges that nobody's going to be able to be to prove when you are guilty. Until proven innocent. Just not supposed to.

"I'm Sam clover exam kit. What do we news time? Six thirty four today is the day supreme court nominee Brett, caviar and the woman accusing him of sexual assault testify about what happened back in the summer of nineteen eighty two from the president. I look forward to hearing from her. We could have heard from her last week. We could have heard firm her for a long time. It'll be interesting to hear what she has to say now in prepared testimony already released Christine Blasi Ford says quote, I am here today. Not because I want to be I am terrified I'm here. Because I believe it is my civic duty to tell you what happened to me while Brad Kavanagh, and I were in high school the hearing will focus on allegations made by Dr Christine Blasi Ford who says judge Brad Kavanagh sexually assaulted her when both were teenagers. It's time Mr President for Sanders to hear from both Dr Ford and George Cavanagh under Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell, speaking on the Senate floor Wednesday about the hearing of the Senate Judiciary committee while the public. Hearing centers only on Dr Ford's allegations about the supreme court nominee. Other women have come forward with allegations as well. One of the most recent involving a woman who claims Cavanaugh was at parties where women were drugged and gang raped and that she was one of the victims. "I'll get to Schumer said he doesn't believe that that Brett Cavanaugh enjoys the presumption of innocence in America because the left is here and the left everywhere in the world denies the presumption of innocence. Denies due process. Does centuries of western jurisprudence western law common law forward, and they are barbarians NFL Unicom barbarians. They're Barbaria these people would drag us back centuries or a move us forward into a nightmarish and dark dystopia, which is of course, what they're building. And what they're shooting for her and one of their flying monkeys as a creepy lawyer by the name of Michael Abernathy, Michael Abernathy came up. The news media was very excited because all all it's raining accusers. Now, they had this one woman in the New Yorker thing who doesn't even believe her own story. And nobody believes her story if you believe her story, your Azzam be North Korea's zombie because there's nothing to believe they're even the New York Times, which would be happy to hang Trump or cavenaugh with the thinnest of ropes thought that there was just no there there and they concluded after an. Exhaustive investigation of that least several dozen people that they spoke to the New York Times found that the accuser in that case Ramirez had told her own friends that she didn't know whether it was him that wagged awaiting her interface decades ago, but she was going to go ahead and tell the New Yorker that anyway, so she did then Michael creepy Abernathy came out. And he said, oh, he's got a new person who's coming further. All lion sack joyous. And he said that this new accuser has going to say that that the meek mill toast, mild-mannered, private Catholic school. Boy Brett Cavanaugh would drug women and gang rape them pull the train. And and this is the most outrageous and scurrilous claim. I've heard made in public in Washington maybe ever by this sleazy scum covered lawyer who represents the. Porn person. And and now the politico, which is a left-wing blog side in Washington Natasha corect typing on behalf of the democrat party. Evan atty. Colon now that's a properly placed colon there. I wasn't scammed. That's he's claiming he wasn't scared, Michael. Evan atty. On Tuesday, lashed out at reports that a client who was preparing to level allegations against supreme court nominee Brett Cavanaugh. Let me just pause there for a second. Sleazy porn lawyer has a client. He calls the person a client. I guess that means the person is paying Michael Evans, right? And the his prepared. They she I guess is preparing to level allegations. How do you prepare to level allegations? Let's just think about that. From also how did Dr Ford? No, did she know how on her own to scrub the entire internet of all mentions of. Her of her Facebook Twitter for whatever else out there. There is no evidence of her on the internet. And I assume that by Hillary Clinton's team with bleach bid, and what were the cloth or something was brought in to scrub all presence of her. So we couldn't see what her politics were. And how she cheered Steve Scalise being shot. I'm not saying she did cheer Steve Scalise being shot. But we don't know whether she did or not because she scrubbed the internet of all of this stuff. We know she despises Trump. We know that and that she is putting yourself on the line to some degree after having been betrayed by Dianne Feinstein, and the Democrats betrayed by Dianne Feinstein, and the Democrats putting yourself on the line. She is hell bent on destroying Brett Kavanagh's chances of growing in on the supreme court. Now, she apparently didn't come to the conclusion that it was Brett Kavanagh until two thousand twelve. Two thousand something in therapy. And I really I'm I'm very interested to know, whether this was repressed memory recovery therapy. Because if it is it would explain everything explain it all away like that. I snap my fingers like that just did it all go away because totally discredited realm of psychotherapy is repressed memory therapy. And so, but in any case, Michael Abernathy claims to have a client has another slaves ball whose preparing how long does that take say? This is about the timing. They're waiting to see. Well, if this one fails, then they've got another one they're going to trot out. This is the Dan they got creepy porn lawyer doing the stuff I made the determination. She was one hundred percent credible. Well before Sunday night avenue. The attorney who also represents adult film. Actress stormy Daniels. In her lawsuit against President Trump told the politico, that's a really long sentence. They're referring it continues. Referring to the first time. He disclosed the allegations involving Kevin on we've received over three thousand inquiries pre. Creepy porn lawyer has had three thousand creepy porn Democrats. Call him. He says I have no reason to believe anything that he says we've received over three thousand inquiries in the last six months, six months from people with all kinds of crazy, stories and fabrications. I've heard it at all I've seen it. All. Yeah. I bet you have like like we don't vet clients. Give me a break. Yeah. Creepy porn vetting over here. But in any case an online post on Tuesday claimed that avenue had been scammed by the online forum four Chan four Chan this this people online, they're the ones that started this white power hand signal thing that led to this fake news story out of the Brett caviar hearing, remember where the the Hispanic woman with the holocaust surviving Jewish. Grandparents was accused of being a white power supporter. I remember that that was the news media. The news media did that because they're very very filthy, filthy and dishonest and dishonesty. Yeah. So unlike post said that fortune place for online users delight in trolling public figures. Set off a firestorm on social media purportedly jamming up avenue Twitter account. He had to suspend or freeze or lock his Twitter account. The attorney said he temporarily shut down the account because of online threats so he's the online threats has done. It's it's the standard fallback prowl. This just crazy that somebody can tweet something out like this posted just take it as truth. He said it's crazy at any case. They it's not clear where this started. He says that he still has a client. That's legit. But the the story was flying around yesterday. I don't know where it started came from. Nobody does that avenue. Client so-called is fake a fraud doesn't exist wouldn't be at all surprising. And honestly, Kevin. Name has been out there for quite some time. Now, here's one woman in California, Dr Christine Ford, sent a letter to of first member of the house of representatives who got to what was her name issue or something and who got it to Diane Feinstein who sat on it for six or seven weeks are now how long as you said sat on it for. And then when I saw that the cavenaugh confirmation was going forward a pace, then this thing fell through the ceiling tiles and crashed onto the table in the middle of the room. And we're still waiting on pins and needles here to find out whether Dr Christine Ford will show up tomorrow and say, whatever it is. She has to say and the prosecutor being brought in from Arizona to deal with the the questioning because of Democrats cries of sexism, kind of ironic coming from the party of Ted Kennedy who killed that girl in a car Mary Jo Kopechne he and Bill Clinton who clearly raped while. Anita broddrick. She must be believed. I believe survivors and wag does weenie in the face of Paula Jones. Now that's just scratching the surface on Bill Clinton. The party of all of these sexual miscreants. And they pretend now that they represent the interests of women when what they mean as bimbos say that the Democrats the bimbos must be believed, we believe the bimbos, it's a little change from last time around because last time around they were bimbos, and they were smeared. They were slaughtered. They were ruined. They were wrecked. They still can't show their faces in public because the Democrats did such a job on them. Now. Let's go to speaking of creepy porn lawyer. Let's go to creepy. Senate lawyer Chuck Schumer Chuck Schumer yesterday, the daily caller, you know, the the Washington Post. They don't care goes. I don't believe in a presumption of innocence. And they don't believe him due process at the Washington Post either except for Democrats in which case, they believe an endless process process that never ever ends suggest goes on. And on Chuck Schumer was asked at a press thing in the capital yesterday about Brett Kevin and reporter asked him. Said well, listen, you know, there's a couple of Republican senators crazy, though, they might be like Mitch McConnell, and Chuck Grassley who were saying that Brett Cavanaugh is entitled to the presumption of innocence, which is not just an American standard in jurisprudence and law, but a western standard, and it has been I I like to start in the year twelve fifteen with the signing of the Magna Carta the grand charter where citizens begin to have rights where you're not presumed guilty where you're presumed innocent until you are proven guilty. But Chuck Schumer doesn't believe that there's no presumption of innocence or guilt, when you have a nominee before, you know, actually, there is a presumption of innocence. When an accused person is brought before a government tribunal. There is absolutely it has for centuries. And let me just say the man is scum. The man is filth. The man is a danger to civilisation itself. He's a danger to law and order, and these Democrats would dismantle western civilization just to keep Brett cavenaugh from sitting on the supreme court because in their demented fantasy worlds that means that they won't be able to wipe out forty percent of the black population anymore because they love to wipe out forty percent of the black population. Although in New York City at sixty percent. So they're they're doing better there. They're going to have to look at their organizational programs in New York. See why it is that they're coming up short and the rest of the country in exterminating sixty percent of the black race in New York City, but only forty percent of the black race nationwide. Ask liberal about that in a quiet setting. And you know, they'll tell you. I've had this happened at least twice at least twice. He ask a liberal about this this abortion thing, and the extermination that black genocide, you know, they say they whisper it's how we keep the crime down. Tally keep the crime. That's what they say. Had that happened at least twice possibly more than twice. Yep. And I just my phone is sitting in front of me. I'm reminded of another liberal thing here, my telephone it's an iphone, and it has this black otter case on it. And I met a police officer from Fairfax county police department, and he was he had these little silver stickers that are police badges. Right. And you give them to the kids, and it says junior officer on it says junior officer Fairfax county place, and it stuck on my phone right now. It's on my phone case. I'm showing it to Michael peercy. Like he hasn't seen it. And and I was sitting at a tavern as you might imagine. Swedish your place minding my own business at with my best girl, and we're sitting at a at the bar ordering some food and because that way you're waiters always standing right there. I like sitting at the bar 'cause you're waiters always standing right there. And there's a guy behind the bar and his hipster with a beard and a a gauge in his ear and nose dot or something and tattoos all over his hipster. And he sees the the stick on badge on my phone says the state. On badge on my phone, and it looks I guess he assumes that I'm a a police officer because I have junior officer sticker on my phone. You know, liberals had very bright much of the time and he leaned over. And he had a joke to tell me because he thinks I'm a police officer now, right? And you know, what he said to me job? He says okay cars driving down the road in the back seat. There's a black guy and Hispanic guy who's driving. And I said, I don't know he says the police officer. That's his joke. That's a joke. So liberal joke when you know when nobody's looking and he thought he was getting in good with me there. He thought that was going to work for them real good. That was that was his funny. His funny thing, I let's go to let's go to the phones. What when you say go to the phones, let's go to the phones. The phones in just a little bit Bill Cosby with vanilla pudding in jail. If the chicken gravy, and mashed potatoes. Importing going have some pudding better eat it before he gets back to his cell. I think for Bill Cosby terrible Bill Cosby found guilty. Oh, speaking rich CNN CNN thing from yesterday of the comparing there was a pundit on CNN that compared Brett Cavanaugh to Bill. Cosby what's the woman's name again? Evil. Yeah. Iota T bolt. Yeah. Iota T-ball rose on CNN. What Calix is she from T bolt was on Gordon Klatt to brought a Nikko. She was on CNN yesterday. And was asked about Bill Cosby was just sentenced to between three years and ten years in the state penitentiary for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman drug passed out sexually violated in the fashion that you might imagine. Unlike Brad Kavanagh, who's accused of pushing girl bed jumping on her. She LD put his hand over mouth. I'd was that six seconds. I I really we still don't have a lot of details. Tried to magically Paul out for one piece bathing suit from beneath her clothing, which would be a magic trick. And and that's it..

"Was a temporary employee and showed up for work at a normal time at the facility near Aberdeen. She shot people inside the building and on the warehouse floor. The woman died at a nearby hospital for shooting yourself in the head. Defied by the sheriff's office, quite try to pronounce the name chino Chea S C H A, mostly twenty six years old from Baltimore County. Police are still searching for a motive according to the sheriff. Suspect used a nine millimeter Glock pistol. Brought several magazines for the gun. The gun was hers. He said and legally purchased the sheriff wouldn't release any details about the six victims or the shooter saying that their next to Kanter still being notified. Killed three people wounded three other before fatally shooting herself, very rare for. I think this would fit the description of a mass shooting very rare for a mass shooting to be done by a woman does happen. But it's very very rare. As I mentioned, no law enforcement officers fired shots during the response. And at the press conference, the hospital's trauma, medical director, set two of the victims were stable and doing well to remain seriously injured so the count for fatalities could go up all of the victims are out of surgery. Now. I mentioned this article in gateway pundit, I put it up on larryelder dot com. Take a look at the picture on the left. If Brett caviar on the right? Well, he's classmate his name Chris Garrett, and they look like twins. They certainly my brothers. Now, the gateway pundit article does not say that Dr Ford mistook cavenaugh for Garrett just suggesting the possibility especially given that he lives in suburban Maryland suburban home, the kind of home that was described by the alleged sexual assault victim. And he and Kevin our friends. I don't know whether this was one of the persons to whom Kevin refer when he gave that speech at Georgetown prep in two thousand fifteen but let's play it again. I by coincidence. Three classmates of mine at Georgetown prep were graduates of this law school in one thousand nine hundred ninety and are really really good friends of mine. Mike did well done or go going so Markle, and they were good friends of mine, then and our did not mention GARRETT'S name. So good friends of mine is weak as recently as this weekend when we're all on Email together. But fortunately, we had we had a good saying that we've we've held firm to to this day as the team was reminding me before before the talk, which is what happens at Georgetown prep stays, Georgetown crap. That's been a good thing for all of us. The dean reminded him of that slogan. What happens at Georgetown prep stays, Georgetown prep. Anyway, he did not mention Garrett is one of the three friends. I by coincidence. Three classmates of mine at Georgetown prep or graduates this law school in one thousand nine hundred ninety and are really really good friends of mine. Mike did well, Don or go and fill Markle, and they were good friends of mine, then and are still good friends of mine as we can as recently as this weekend. So he did not include Mr. Garrett has being one of his friends. So I have no idea whether or not this is true. All I'm suggesting is they sure do look alike. And she the alleged victim is admitting that she was drinking that they were all drinking. She doesn't remember the house doesn't member. How she got there. She got home. It seems to me it's not implausible that she could have confused. Garrett with cavenaugh because they really do look alike could have confused cavenaugh with Garrett radio look alike. Chris is in Bentonville, Illinois. Chris you're on the Larry elder show. Chris are you there, sir? Darren criss you're on. Hello. You're on the air. Chris. Oh, hi there. Yeah. Larry, I'm a democrat. Stormy Daniels who has how shall I say gotten out of the house once or twice? "Seven forty San Antonio first news, Mr. T, infra Charlie Parker. Plus he came in as a hurricane was a tropical storm now. She's a tropical depression, but the worst is not over we bring in national news correspondent bills for more flooding on the way, right Bill. You got it Tim. There are a number of streams in north and South Carolina that have still not reached their peak, and they are not expected to crest until later today, or in some cases tomorrow and some of these rivers are substantially over there flood stage. So things will get worse before they get better. And now we're in a situation where their areas of North Carolina Wilmington North Carolina for one that is cut off eight is basically an island with all roads inaccessible around the area. So this creates a problem for first responders or supply cruise or power crews or we're trying to help in the recovery efforts here, and this is a place. Out at various locations in North Carolina. And also the northeast corner of South Carolina, spill aways to go here before we can say we're starting to get back on track. They'll get morning charity here. President Trump is set to tour affected areas of Florence once. The coast is clear as the president getting high marks for his timely response to this deadly storm. Well, I think in general yes, but still that response has been a little bit delayed because of the flooding here. Fema had various staging points throughout north to North Carolina where they had truckloads of food and water that were ready to be dispensed and distributed. Also with the power crews were staged and ready to go as well to respond, but again in some of these areas that response is delayed until they can get access to the areas other than by boat, or by helicopter, in some cases. Also number of rescues had to be made as well to get people out of areas that maybe flooded, and they could be trapped inside their home. So I think we still. I'll have an incomplete great here. I think the preparation has getting has gotten high grades. But the overall response until we know exactly how we respond to this. As yet to be determined. We'll give him an incomplete on that. But I'll tell you what there is going to be a substantial amount of people here that will never recover from this. According to the latest statistics that I have seen as little as ten percent of the people in the flooded areas had flood insurance so they'll be coming. Back to homes have been totally destroyed or devastated by floodwaters and probably will not be able to rebuild. And that's why the national weather service is calling Florence a storm of a lifetime. Exactly right there. All right now. Move onto Brett caviar judge Brett Cavanaugh there won't be about this week. Correct. Well, there could be a vote this week Chuck Grassley. The judiciary committee chairman has said he wants to keep things on schedule. He is going to be speaking with capital today about this situation. He will also be speaking with the woman involved Christine blazey Ford whose identity was revealed over the weekend. Also, her attorney said just this morning that she is willing to testify before the Senate Judiciary committee as well on this incident. So I'm not so sure that we're going to delay a committee vote as of yet Chuck Grassley wants to try to keep it on schedule. Now, keep in mind that the committee boat is not necessarily a no vote on cavenaugh. It is a recommendation to the full Senate. There have been instances in the past where Senate committee vote has failed. And it still is forwarded onto the Senate for confirmation. Clarence Thomas is a prime example. Although his committee vote was a tie at seven seven. He was forwarded without recommendation ended up being confirmed. Robert Bork was one who was forwarded to the full Senate with an unfavorable recommendation. And of course, he was defeated in the Senate. So this is only a recommendation that comes from the committee. Chuck Grassley is going to try to keep it on track. They'll have we heard from Kavanagh's high school buddy that allegedly intervened to prevent this alleged sexual assault from happening as Christine Ford is claimed he says that he really doesn't remember the incident. Of course, there was involved initially. Well, you know, I it brings up the overall question as well, Tim and charity that the overriding issue here is can a person be held responsible for something decades ago when they were a very young person as an adult now, I mean, even at this point this is an allegation against him. Now that there's no. Validity to it. It appears to be a valid at this point. But again, maybe not instances like this. But there's a lot of us that did stupid things as a young person. Can we be held accountable for that as an adult? Let's hope not. Saying. But you know, what? I question the timing of this whole thing. But that's just me. That's just me Bill. We appreciate the update that San Antonio. I news national correspondent bills emperor up next a correction.
