Biden Court Pick Says Brett Kavanaugh Is ‘Morally Bankrupt’
"Welcome back america. I'm hugh hewitt. Thank you for joining me. On this thursday morning senator. Tom cotton from arkansas. Is my guest. Good morning senator. Thank you for joining me. Good morning to you. It's good to be on with you as always. I've got a lot of things to covering begin. Perhaps counter intuitively with your on the senate judiciary committee. I played part of your questioning of the nominee jennifer sung the night circuit. I would not vote to confirm anyone who signs such a letter. Will you know of course not huge. Jennifer song is a far left lawyer who signed a letter the day after brett cabinet. I was nominated. I think she called him intellectually and morally bankrupt and predicted that people will die if he's confirmed Look i'm saying disagreeing with kavanagh's rulings. When he was a judge now justice. I disagreed with the here and there as well Disagreed much. every justice's rulings here and there. So i'm a lot more than others. Obviously but i'm not aware why you probably morally bankrupt and it is sung obviously couldn't predict the person or the person who has died in the last three years we vertibrak break capping off to the court. I gotta say no. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The by the ministration has nominated dozens. Maybe hundreds of people whose twitter feed. Show them to be totally unhinged. I i mean they really went off the deep end in the trump or some people that i genuinely respected from the obama era. Maybe i didn't agree with them all the time. But i thought especially in the world of national security. They were responsible sensible sober-minded professionals even if we had our disagreements here and there about say how to confront isis or What our policy iraq was. And then you look at me. Twitter speeds. When i come back in front of us to be confirmed this time around. And they sound like crazy people ranting in the

"From the vox media podcast network. I'm kara swisher. Scott galloway is off again today because all he does is take vacations. We're lucky to be joined by attorney contributing columnists at the washington. Post george conway. Hello george doing. Thank you for having me no problem. We're trying to do all these different co hosts this week. We had stephanie rule. We've got a lot of people coming up But i wanted to bring you in. There's lots of news to talk about and that you know sort of the idea the way the show goes but i really wanted to talk about lille things you obviously but anything else you wanna talk about. People are surprised me in terms of what they're interested in but let's start a little bit about air travel. I just interviewed the head of american airlines Doug parker and he was talking about the bailout and all kinds of things. But one thing that flight cancellations. It's a rough summer for the airline industry. Even though it got fifty six billion dollars from the federal government because a pandemic disruptions and because of a wide range of things including unruly people on the airlines. I just wanted to get some sense from you. there's all kinds of things going american in spirit airlines canceled hundreds of flights due to weather and staffing issues. Not enough people. The staffer dealing with major passenger incidents frontier airlines crew duct tape and unruly passenger seat in the miami bound flight after he groped to attendance this past weekend a few hours earlier in american eagle crew had to break up a brawl between two men and the association of flight attendants is calling for criminal penalties for unruly passengers. What do you think about all this. How would you handle. What lawyer george. How would i handle it. I i you know. I don't know how. I would handle it in the sense that i don't know there's anything different to do. Other than the people off the plane and you arrest them and you prosecute tickly that guy. What does cuomo no. No no on friday. Yeah at the frontier airlines andrew andrew and receive twenty. No i just have to get them off. I think the thing the interesting thing to me is what the f. is going on all these people behaving like this and i just i i hate to. I don't want to politicize. It would say that this is just part of the political round that we're in but i think there's some kind of a crisis going on in this country where people are no longer adhering to basic social norms or wanting to define them now. This guy was probably trunk off. They've cut the head of american airlines. Tell them they don't have liquor on the planes. Now yeah they gotta cut back on the alcohol. But there's there's something going on. I mean i don't obviously haven't run the numbers on a statistician but this does seem to be something statistically significant going on here and it's some kind of a societal behavioral thing and i'd be love to hear a social social sciences has sociologist. What are you what what you imagined to do. Anything about it the politicization of everything that instant. I like all the dogs in the background. We're gonna leave them in the in the thing. Don't want their unruly probably had their dog nap for the day. I'm sorry for that but you know it adds a little rock. This is this. Is this idea of institutional decline. That has been going on for years and years helped by the pandemic and then people then getting out and then having the pandemic return essentially and i think it's it's data but i also think there's just something there's trust with a lot of people now. It's like i don't care what anybody says. I'm gonna do what i think and i'm gonna live in my own reality and everyone go fuck themselves and i don't know if that it's hard for me to say that it doesn't have something to do what we've been through the last four years. So is there a solution. Do you imagine that it would just change people. Calm down i. i don't know. I honestly don't. Is that a permissible answering now. I honestly don't know. I would love to know i'd love to know what it is. That's causing all this and you know because it is it just seemed like it's statistically you can see the uptick it's real number. They are real numbers. The the faa reported more than three thousand cases of unruly behavior by passengers in the first half of twenty twenty one. This included some nearly twenty five hundred instances where passengers refuse to comply with federal facemask mandate. I think the mask stuff began at right. This fight over the mask and but the mass stuff didn't begin with the mask. The stuff is just if it weren't the masks. It would be something outright like oxygenation. He's just it's just people are just you know there are people wanting to reverting to behaving five year old behavior where it's like. Oh you're telling me to do something. I'm not going to do it. One of the things that's also happening. Is that congress is not getting along with mass mandates or whatever and there was a big fight over The cdc extending its eviction moratorium through october third. Which a move. That might be on shaky. Ground the move only applies to areas quote experiencing substantial and high levels of community transmission levels. Chuck schumer claims. That's ninety percent of the country. In june supreme court justice brett cabinet warned that the cdc's eviction ban was overstepping. Its authority and i think joe biden seems to know this but the white house wants states wants to distribute forty six billion dollars in emergency rent relief so far. Only three billion has been dispersed. an estimated eleven million adults or behind the rental payments. It's a really difficult question. And obviously corey. Bush slept on the steps of the capitol to call attention to it. Even if it's illegal what. What do you think it's going to happen here. I think it was struck down by the courts. The the problem is i mean. I think there was a moratorium that congress actually enacted into law. Which is the right way to do it right. And then that expired and now the cdc is relying on its general authority to to protect the public health which would include lockdowns if necessary. Closing the border thing. You normal types of things that historically governments have done to stop pandemics spreads of communicable diseases and addiction. Tara moratorium does not fall within right. Okay so there's nothing to believe that you know vixen. Eviction is more likely to spread covert nineteen than you going to the supermarket right. In fact it's probably less so because you're not going into a public place with a lot of people and this is really just an economic. And that's not within the purview of the cdc. The proper the proper way to do this is again to pass a law..

"All right. We're gonna have to skip through some of this audio. I think care of Joe Biden. They pulled out the old good people, fine people on both sides again, and I could play the long version of the sound byte proving that he's lying again because they loved the lie. And the news media covers up their lives because they lie all the time to lunch bucket. Jo is there is there Is there guy You know what I'd like to do, Michael. I'd like to have because she deserves her Do and she's not getting it. Tara Reid was a Capitol Hill's staffer worked on Joe Biden's United States Senate staff while he was A United States senator from the Great State of Delaware. And she has come out and explain that Joe Biden sexually assaulted her while he was a senator, and she was a staffer on the news media buried her because that whole pound me two things just for Republicans. And the news media is an organ of the Democratic Party. I won't specify which Oregon at this point, but you can use your imagination. And Tara Reid has not gotten her do And you know he had like Debra Ramirez that Brett Kavanaugh hearings making stuff up crazy, wild eyed stuff. Most of which have been completely has proven in the fake news media while they're carrying the Russian collusion, conspiracy theory. Now they're peddling the vanishing blue mailbox conspiracy theory. This is our media. This is not the dark recesses of the Internet. This is ABC News and CNN and The New York Times, The Washington Post. But Tara Reid did an interview with Fox News Online, not even on television, but online and it's funny because I don't think I've seen it appear anywhere on the Fox television, the cable part of it. But Tara Reid, I have several soundbites for you. Six them of car read because the man that she says sexually assaulted her, and some are calling it rape with the hands on, and she is not like There is no relationship between the two of them, as was the case with everybody that accused Brett Cabin I was like, no no evidence that they ever met. Brett Cabinet ever met any of these three crazy women? And including Dr Christine Blowsy Ford with her crazy glasses. Two front doors and no flying and all this loony stuff. Even her family wouldn't come out and support it because everybody knows she's a nut. But never mind that the news media they heap that on and Tara Reid pound me to my rumpus. They buried her. They kicked her to the curb. Save maligned and slandered her Fox News has this interview whether hasn't even aired on their cable shows. Here's Let's go, Tara Ried talking to Fox News and nobody else. I'm a sexual assault survivor. So to me, what the speaker line up, you know, showed is kind of a summons. You know all our faces. It was really draconian and really disappointing. Come in the eye Tio survivors of sexual assault, and Joe Biden is the man that sexually assaulted her. And, ironically, comma law, said 94 last she knows a predator when she sees one She should. Tara Reid rape culture in the United States is thriving under the Democratic Party. I feel like they're not only enabling, but they're allowing that behaviour to continue just by virtue of who they lined up as speakers who who have a credible sexual assault and harassment allegations against them. Yeah, You got Bill Clinton to name one. And then, of course, there's there headliner, and that's lunch bucket. Joe Biden. Here's Tara Reid remains that you know, I am a survivor of someone who is going to the highest power. You know, in the Western world, the powerful office and I've been virtually erased in a large Yeah, she has been erased and ignored. She's 100% correct about that is the Democrat party and they do excuse it. And it is just a political weapon to use against their political enemies. Who are Americans that Support the bill of rights and the Constitution and founding principles are principles of any kind. Tara Reid, when I find really astounding has been the hypocrisy around the sexual assault.

I will admit to you that i'm i'm big sincere. I do not get the appeal of this guy at all. I really don't is so perplexing to have no idea what people find interesting about bernie sanders. It's all right. This is some troubling video that moving on i know i spent a lot of time but it's important and the and the reason i said the beginning still matters. The left would lurch to this party. You can largely tribute to this guy and if we don't start to dismantle the nonsense he's gas lighting people with it's going to go farther left in the future ladies and gentlemen. We're going to be dealing with a really big problem. Okay so we were told. During the bread cavanaugh hearings for the supreme court remember joe when christine team blasi for the professor came up and put out this story with no evidence to back it up at all matter of fact counter-evidence she had made all these claims inbred cavenaugh had sexually assaulted her produce zero evidence at all. The story fell apart. She couldn't even get the details of her own. Story correctly people the post cited as witnesses came back later and gave different accounts of what happened bottom line is there's no evidence what she accused brad kavanagh that actually happened well a lot of us at the time when christine blasi ford came out and said what she said that hearing to try and get brad kavanagh not confirmed to try to put put throw an obstacle in front of his supreme court confirmation a lot of us fairly question this and said we story doesn't make any sense there appears to be a different motivation nation again though folks speaking to the liberals absolute inability to keep their mouths quiet on this stuff they can never ever do this. I wanna play video second year. This blasi ford's lawyer deborah katz actually admitting one of the real motivating factors for blasi ford speaking out against brett cabinet what this reminds me liberals do this all the time. The examples are legion. Remember jonathan gruber the obamacare. He comes out with their video. You basically a really too stupid to figure it out on your own so that's what obamacare was about. We were all liberals can net the fatal conceit to quote. It is the vision of the anointed. The anointed ones to quote soul. They believe they're so smart that it do you understand like they talk and they say say these things afterwards and they admit their own malfeasance because they don't think it's malfeasance they think they're doing this and the public good and folks to quote many great thinkers in the past and paraphrase him who said the similar lines along these lines there is nothing more dangerous than the tyrant who's motivated by the fact that he believes. He's helping you in your personal personal good. There's nothing more dangerous than nothing. These people believe they're helping you gruber cats. Here's the video of blasi ford's lawyer christine blasi for basically admitting what the real motivation behind the disingenuous attack on cavanaugh when i was play the cut aftermath of these hearings i believe that christine's testimony brought about more good than harm misogynous republicans caused by allowing cabinet on court. We were going to have a conservative. Elections have consequences but he will always have an asterisk next to his name..
Citing racial bias, U.S. high court tosses black man's murder conviction
"The US supreme court has thrown out the murder conviction of a Mississippi man on death row. Paving the way for an unprecedented potential seventh trial. Curtis flowers has already been tried six times after prosecutors attempts to convict him fail due to prosecutorial misconduct allegations of racism and deadlocked. Juries ABC's Stevenson Saami has more Justice. Brett cabinet writing for the seven to majority accusing the state of. Discrimination, and allowing seven trial his words were a slap to the prosecutor saying that Mississippi's relentless determined effort to rid the jury of black individuals strongly suggests that the state wanted to try flowers before a jury with this few black jurors as possible. "What he did? With ObamaCare was disgraceful Roberts was the fifth and decisive vote to uphold the Affordable Care Act, and he wrote the opinion the statue. Here may be upheld as a tax increase on those without health insurance, which is within Congress's power to tax today's hero. Chief Justice John Roberts, liberals cheat to the forefront of history and said yesterday progress and no to the role prescribed for him by the right? He would mafia Joan biskupic tells a complicated tale of how Roberts arrived at the healthcare decision. How to the consternation of fellow conservatives on the court? He changed his initial vote something that's unusual. But hardly unheard of it, certainly baffled. Many of the justices to his left angered many of the justices to his right and produced a lingering sense of distrust, certainly Roberts was concerned about the legitimacy of the court the appearance of striking down a huge law enacted by congress. And thus putting the court front and center in the election campaign that year, but Bisky pick also points to a more practical reason for his decision in the end. I think his moves were born of a concern for this important law and the business of healthcare, which he knew well from his days representing the industry. There would not be a similar defection again Roberts stayed true to his long-held and very conservative views on issues from race to abortion. There's a straight line from what he wrote as a young Lieutenant in the Reagan years to what he writes now from the center chair of the supreme court. Indeed, she reports that in the Reagan years properties was at the forefront of efforts to get the supreme court to overturn Roe versus Wade and on the court while he has never explicitly called for reversing Roe. He's never cast a vote to invalidate an abortion restriction. His Reagan era memos on race questions. Similarly, show a young man infuriated by what he saw then and still sees now as racial preferences in variety is fears. I have the opinion of the court this morning as chief Justice Roberts has reiterated those views case twelve ninety six Shelby county versus holder in twenty thirteen in a case from Alabama Roberts wrote the five to four decision striking down the centerpiece of the landmark nineteen sixty five Voting Rights Act, which mandated federal oversight of any voting rule changes in places that had a long history of discriminating against minority voters in our country has changed in the past fifty years. I think that the consequences of Shelby county have been rather stark as biscuit observes immediately after the court's decision state and local jurisdictions across the south now freed from federal oversight began enacting new rules making it more difficult for African Americans and other minorities. To vote. The voting rights decision may be a harbinger of things to come Roberts. For example, did not prevail in the same sex marriage case, I have no choice, but to descent it was the only time in fourteen years that the chief Justice has read a dissent from the bench from the dawn of human history until a few years ago. Marriage was defined as the union of a man and a woman at a time. When American social attitudes were changing rapidly John Roberts was not changing the retirement of Justice, Anthony Kennedy last summer and the appointment of Brett cabinet to replace him means that as biscuit puts it Roberts has the court. He's always wanted. He was no longer yoked to a centrist conservative pulling him to the left. He no longer had to woo Kennedy a piece Kennedy deal with Kennedy, he's leading a court much more in his own image. And the law will likely be what he says it is probably for a long time at sixty four. He could serve another. Twenty years. John Bisky picks book is the chief the life and turbulent.

"John Ziegler one of our one of our favorites. What am I one of my favorite hosts because he tells it like he sees it and the hell with the consequences. And he is a guy who has been out on the edge of stories like what's happening in Chicago before. And I think he's right. And this one. This story in Chicago had no one willing to do the work. At least in the national media. And he has been it looks like as of last night. Looks like he's right about this. John welcome to the program. How are you? All right. Always good to talk to you. Glenn? Yeah. So so John tell everybody the story if anybody has been it hasn't been following it. Well, a couple of weeks ago empire actor adjusting small ad claimed that he was the victim of a heinous hate crime at two AM in Chicago where the the show is filmed that was directed at him because of his race his celebrity and his homosexuality and this occurred in the middle of a polar vortex, which totally normal for two people who apparently were Donald Trump supporters who yelled at him misses maga- country because again, that's totally normal because everyone knows how well Trump did in Chicago. And and and how big how big mega countries Chicago really is. And and this story also came to the police in a in a rather odd way. There was a delay in calling nine one one. There were details added after the original version of the story like like the MAG part, right? That wasn't initially reported, right? Which is important as I think we'll get into later on his ten interpreting what really did happen here because there's really two stories whether what he said is true. And if it's not true what really happened, and to me Glen debunking, these super PC stories as you've already suggested I've done numerous times before is really a pretty simple mathematical equation. I mean, it's really it's totally Matt what I do is. I take the plausibility of the story on its face. Which in this case is probably about a ten on a scale you add to that the amount of evidence. Corroborating it in comparison to what the evidence should exist. Which? Was in this case. I don't know maybe twenty out of ten and then you divide it by how has it in the media? And the authorities are due to political correctness to debunk the story. And in this case that's a hundred because this guy has a political correction force field impenetrable. Okay. So so hang on. I just wanna make sure that I understand because. The what the what the claim is is that he was targeted. Right. Right. Okay. So so he goes out of his apartment at two o'clock in the morning. And I don't think he sent out a press release that he was going to walk to go to subway. So we have to I believe that to people in what ten below zero temperatures something something along those lines. Yes. Ten below zero temperatures were waiting for him to cross their path on the way to getting this subway sandwich at two o'clock in the morning with bleach and a rope. Right. Because he got the rope hung around his neck which bizarrely kept around his neck for like forty five minutes afterwards. We this row from what I understand is is barely can a rope. But I sure would be correct to call it a row. But but yeah, you're exactly right. I mean this and of course, to me, it's it's obviously it's two AM. It's it's dark. He's not a real celebrity. I would not have recognized him and. By the way. How many Trump supporters are big empire fan? I mean, the whole thing is absurd on its face. And and there's no evidence to back it up and the first time that I well, I wasn't the first time. But the first time I thought this thing might fall apart was when the police who do not have any incentive to debunk this because of the political correctness. Oh my gosh. Especially in Chicago, when they started to leak things like, for instance, we've gone through hundreds of hours of surveillance tape, which all this area. It has a video cameras everywhere. And they couldn't find anything to support the story. And I'm like, wait a minute. Hold on. There's no way that the police would be even leaking that on background last. There was some real strong suspicions about what happened. And then I and I have to say even though I believe I'm right in the big picture here. I was wrong in in interpreting one piece of of avance that I think the the police may have schnookered small at on at least that's my current interpretation that is they released a few days after this the a photograph of to quote, unquote persons of interest. And when they got a lot of hype because oh, they found the person some injuries the story is real. And of course, then they released this photo. And it's basically two blobs who are not even close this thing happened and supposedly they were walking away from it before it even. Occurred. And I thought that was laughable. I thought there's no way these do people have anything to do with this. Well, I I now believe from my media sources, and it's important to point out the part of the reason I got involved in this, Glenn is because the media in Chicago doesn't believe the story. The police don't believe the story, but they're censorship going on because no one wants to be the first to debunk it because they will be vulnerable to attack. Sure. And so they've been basically saying to me zig. Here's what's really going on. And what I now believe it happened is that through using incredible modern technology. The authorities have known who these two guys were from very early on in the investigation and not telling us that. And it was only after small at one on good good. Good Morning, America. And actually, I did those two people laughably is. Yep. I know they're the ones that did this. Well, we find out low and ball, guess what? The authorities know who they are. They're questioning. Them, and they have been extras on the TV show empire bump bump, and and now we know that the small lead story, we don't know what for sure I have a couple of theories that are being the police, I think are debating about two different theories about what happened here. But we now know this small at new his attackers. And that destroys the whole story. There's no way this was a Trump related hate crime. And then you go from there is it possible that they that a did these people who worked on the set of empire have a beef with him and want to take them on. Or is it possible that maybe the attackers wanted to make this happen to make Trump supporters, look bad, and and and Jesse is not actually involved in this. Well, that's the in my opinion. And they bring in my sources though that is the the debate that's going on in the police department right now. And that's why last night the police department put out a statement that of course, the media latched onto was oh, see this isn't necessarily a hope. No, no, no, read that statement carefully. Don't really like a kindergartner we read it like really like somebody who's lived life. And and the and the reality is they didn't deny that the there's a major problem with small lead story. Here's what it breaks down to was the story a premeditated hoax, or was it a domestic dispute gone bad that got host made a meditated into a hate crime. The I will ABC the local ABC reporter who's been on this from the beginning has done. Great work. He reported that broke the story opened last night that that it was a premeditated hoax. And that's what police were believing. I have never believed that because there are certain details in this adult make sense if this was premeditated hoax. It was incredibly poorly done like who decided to do this to AM in the middle of a polar vortex. There's a lot of different ways you could do this. Plus the details they not not putting forward the maga- detail right off the bat. To me eliminates the idea. This was a premeditated hoax the draw to create a hate crime. Because why would you withhold that from police? So I personally believe in the domestic dispute gone bad post, meditated, let's create a hate crime. And that may have been planted in small let's head because there was this threatening letter that was sent to the show about a week beforehand. And it got it spun out of control. That's when you say a domestic dispute, are you saying that this is the these are two lovers of his or one lover who somebody else there is a segment of the police who have been telling their media sources from the beginning that they believe that that one of the two guys that are in that photograph and being spoken to by police right now was in a relationship with small ad that small latte cheated on him. And that this was a revenge attack on him for what I'm referring to as politely as possible as a domestic dispute and that small let in a panic. Started to go down a different path. It's spun out of control. He added the Trump thing because he's the very anti Trump person. And he knew the media would lap that up. And of course, they did. And now it's much bigger than he ever expected. Now, he's trapped and now the story is falling apart because it turns out he knows his attackers. And here's here's the key part. This is part of why the police are confused. I am told that those two guys are changing their story. Their story is evolving. And that's why there is a conflict within the police department of Chicago as to whether this was premeditated hoax or post Bennett dated panicked hate crime. And so that's why I think we're seeing a hesitation right now as to where the police are going on this. But the bottom line is the story is not true. He was not attacked by the by Donald Trump supporters in a hate crime. That did not happen. Do we know the race of these two guys they're Jamaicans, which of course, Trump is very big in Jamaica and. I'm sure I'm sure that I mean, and of course, you would never recognize the Jamaican accent either at two AM in Chicago. No, not if they're talking to you. It's it's it's like a cicada in accent. Right. Exactly. So I mean, the whole the whole story makes perfect sense. Right. I mean, I think the most important part of this whole thing folks is that this is a perfect example of how the news media, the entertainment industry any and sometimes even the thirties. Become so politically, correct. They're so willing to buy into these Bs stories whether it's Brett cabinet or Jim, Jordan, or you. Remember the story that we talked about a couple of years ago with the Santa who faked the boy's death. The air force academy had one of these stories last year that I called him on turned out to be fake hate crime. And you and I've talked many times about the Penn State Joe Paterno. Jerry Sandusky case. The more politically correct story is the more likely. It is not to be true. Because there's no incentive for anyone to debunk it because the media is not about the truth. It's about protecting the gig. All right. That's the most important thing. The truth gets lost. It all this because popularity is. The coin of the realm, and no one wants to do anything that's unpopular because you might get fired especially in a case like this. So John tell me what you think is going to happen. We are you are you claiming that this story is absolutely not true. And the police are going to come out with. It's not true. This was not a hate crime. This is one of these two things. I think they had to pick a lane. And I also think there's gonna be a lot of pushback politically. And so I still think this may end up going down the memory hole..

"And it got it spun out of control. That's when you say a domestic dispute, are you saying that this is the these are two lovers of his or one lover who somebody else there is a segment of the police who've been telling their media sources from the beginning that they believe that that one of the two guys that are in that photograph and being spoken to by police right now was in a relationship was small ad that small latte cheated on him. And that this was a revenge attack on him for what I'm referring to is politely as possible as a domestic dispute and that that small latte in a panic. Started to go down a different path. It's spun out of control. He added the Trump thing because he's very anti Trump person. And he knew the media would lap that up. And of course, they did. And now it's much bigger than he ever expected. Now, he's trapped. And now the story is falling apart because it turns out he knows his attackers. And here's here's the key part. This is part of why the police are confused. I am told that those two guys are changing their story. Their story is evolving. And that's why there is a conflict within the police department of Chicago as to whether this was premeditated hoax or post meditated panic hate crime. "On what's right now happening with the governor. Folks, a lot of things right now. But right now, my focus is on can calling for the governor step down. Multi-tasking, you know, get you in trouble. You know, you can't you can't drink and drive. You can't text and drive. You know, you gotta focus in focused on the governor. I mean, I'd love to talk to you about my friend, the Lieutenant governor. Because as I said in the doctor Ford hearing shining a light on the way, we handle this is really really important and she's a hero for a shining a light on what a horrible human being Brett cabinet is. And I'm sure to some degree maybe down the road. We might find out that this woman that said this about Justin Fairfax's, speaking her truth, but I can't focus on that. I'm focused on the governor and black fakes. So I can't do two things at once. That's when you get in trouble. So is the ending his bid for the president United States. The nomination of the democrat party don't know, I'm focusing focused on that laser focused, but he's focusing on the governor of Virginia. But now, he's got two things. He's doing third is just too much. Listen easier is he stepping down. Then as a Senator. So he could focus on running for president and announcing the governor of Virginia has got to do the work of the American people in the Senate. He can't. Give that up to three things he can handle but four correct too much, correct laser focused. So his primary job is the Senator and and leading the American people in his state and representing them. Secondly, would be representing the American people as president. But then in his free time, he's focused on the governor. So are you can't take up more your free time with other things like sexual assault as heroic is. That would be he's gonna let someone else be the hero. This time around get it makes sense makes perfect sense doesn't it? So if you don't if you believe that that's quite possibly the most hypocritical and dumb thing. You've heard today. It gets better. It gets much better. John Berman CNN. Now, this is I mentioned before I love political spin. When I hear it there is there are people that are so good at the spin. They could give you whiplash with their words, John Berman and the spin on this situation, you've got the governor in black face. You've got the Lieutenant governor accused of sexual assault. You've got the attorney general in black face. You've got a member of congress from the state of Virginia who was told of the sexual assault allegations. And did nothing about it all of those things happening in the state of Virginia all at once all to Democrats, how could John Berman possibly spin? This may be that the Democrats might put those high standards off to the side a little bit and learn the lesson. The Republicans learned in some cases is out. Wait it out. It's happened before the supreme court breath Cavanaugh is on the supreme court. Donald Trump is president United States. Sometimes if you just wait out these scandals, all it takes prevails. There is nothing funnier than John Berman saying, maybe the Democrats should lower their high standards. Happy thursday. Lower their high standards and just do what the Republicans do. Just wait it out. Yeah. Yeah. Because you guys are so good at just hitting it head on you guys usually take these scandals had on I did not have sexual relations with that woman and then under testimony. Well, that depends on what your definition of is is. It's beautiful is beautiful from the party that has such high standards. Why isn't there an acknowledgement that there are dirtbags on both sides of the political aisle to we not explain and and you you don't know what's going on in somebody's private life. There could be somebody that your friends with that is doing horrible things that, you know, nothing about until is exposed an intellectual honesty says when you see it happen, you call it for what it is. Cory Booker doesn't want to deal with it. Because he doesn't want to bad mouth is friend. You take a look at what happened with Keith Ellison in Minnesota. The abuse allegations that were going on at the exact same time. The allegations were going on against Brett cavenaugh the level of evidence that was there the coverage. It was given to Brett on the lack of coverage with Keith Ellison. Keith Ellison, not pulling out and winning races and doing things when that was videotape evidence physical evidence, and I witnessed evidence to him doing something abusive. But nothing the hypocrisy is immense and the average American just rolls their eyes and laughs. So we're gonna talk about the border fight and what's going on coming up at eight twenty the governor. Well, I'll let you hear the audio. And then we'll talk about where there's governor is from. It is amazing. What's being said about the border? "Hypocrisy when it comes to sexual assault allegations. Wait till you hear it. Welcome. Mike Broomhead show. Can I get? Thank you for being here. My name is Mike Broomhead. And this is the Mike Broomhead show. Happy Thursday were thrilled that you've joined us. They have policy of this. Now, let's be honest. I would think to a person most people understand the devastating effects of sexual assault aside from the the act of murder sexual assault. I think is the most violating crime that there is because it's about it's about control. And it's about violence. It is not about sex. It's about control and violence. It's devastating to the victim. It is life altering in many cases. And it's not ever anything that we should joke about take lightly or us as a political toy. And when you look at what happened to Brett Cavanaugh, I think it was one of the most one of the biggest miscarriages of Justice around this should have been handled much differently. For everyone involved Brett cavenaugh as a candidate for the supreme court very late in the game. All of a sudden a letter surfaces that had been around for months and months and months making an accusation that Brett Kavanagh had sexually assaulted a woman, but back when they were kids when he was a high school student, she made accusations without any cooperating evidence, and it's important in in a case that there's evidence so Brett cabinet had been through multiple FBI background checks. If you don't understand the depth of a background check by the F B I just ask someone who's been through one. And I did a lot of research on this. A candidate for any office. That's being investigated by the FBI goes through goes through a very strict very indepth investigation. They fill out a booklet of over one hundred pages about their life. And then the FBI picks that booklet apart, and they will go and talk to people from your past co workers friends classmates, and they go back all the way in your adult life, and they don't just go to the contacts that you gave them they will ask those people about other people that you're friends with in contacts with and they can they build a picture of who you are as a person they give that evidence to the committee, whatever committee, it might be in this case, the judiciary committee, and what happens in a lot of those cases is there are things of concern that are found in the past of a candidate, in some cases, in most cases, it would be drug use when they were in college that kind of stuff parties drug use. So that person that candidate is brought into a closed door hearing where the evidence against them as presented, and they give a rebuttal. They defend themselves. So they explain that situation. And as it was explained to me if there's witnesses that need to be brought in they anonymous witnesses are brought in and then the candidate is questioned. There are times when the acts of the past were either too many or too great that they are dismissed as a candidate sometimes to avoid further investigation and embarrassment the candidate will withdraw their own name and many times the candidate is passed through committee, and it goes on to a full vote. But the investigation had been done in private if that mechanism had been used when Dianne Feinstein was given that letter by blade by Dr Ford, her identity would have been concealed. She wouldn't have received the death threats that she said she received. It wouldn't have turned her life upside down like she said. Brett Kavanagh's reputation could have been maintained the F B I could've done an investigation much longer than a week. They could have investigated through all of those accusations. If they were out there. But she didn't she chose to make it public. She chose to make it a spectacle. But in the middle of all of that came the political games, the Kamala Harris and Cory Booker interrogation of Brett cavenaugh the way they handled an elevated Dr four to sainthood I want to refresh your memory now. Listen, very closely to the words that Cory Booker chooses here. Cory Booker talks about how he Rohit. She is first shining a light on this. And how horribly we as a society have handled these allegations how we deal with survivors who come forward right now is unacceptable. And the way we deal with this. Unfortunately, allows for the continued darkness of this culture to exist and your brilliance shining light under this speaking truth is nothing short of heroic. Speaking your truth. It's again, it's such a dumb phrase truth, not your truth the truth. But that's his stance. Right. She's a hero. For shining a light on this. Because the way we handle accusations in our society is horrible. There's the principal. Right. We do a horrible job of handling these accusations. Thank you for shining a light on this and being hero. Well, now, his friend, Justin. Fairfax the Lieutenant governor of the state of Virginia has had a claim against him of sexual assault. So Cory Booker is asked about his friend, the Lieutenant governor and the sexual assault allegation against him. I think we should be focusing.

"Last Friday. Just before the show ended with the word that came out there. There was was the photo of governor north them on his face on his on his college yearbook page medical school page, which I didn't know they had yearbooks then. But that put him in his late twenties and Zoe said the photo of at the guy in black face in the guy, the KKK outfit, and he came out Friday night after the show and said, oh, I'm so sorry. I can't tell you how sorry I am. And he just apologize profusely. Then Saturday morning. I'm it's hard to keep track of this Saturday morning gets up and says, that's not me. No. I'm not. Nope. That's not me. So then you get down to well. Maybe I did put black face on and. It could be in a Michael. Michael Jackson dance contest. You should see me moonwalk. One of the reporters asked him. Hey, can you still do it? He looked around with a big smile. Like, he was ready to do it. His wife. Gave him the wife and the elbow in the ribs sort of thing in my wife said it wouldn't be appropriate. He didn't think it was inappropriate. The guy is a stark, raving idiot. He's a moron. So we dust off. Our let's see what is the the secession list for the state of Virginia. And under Virginia law. If the north MS replaced, the new governor good hab rare incumbency advantage in two thousand twenty one. So you get that. So you've got the Lieutenant governor's the ones going to step up. Now, then we find out that there is a woman that has come forward and has said that there is sexual assault against me at a DNC convention in two thousand four. And so a lot of people are going well. I don't know about her. I mean, come on. This sounds like it smear job to me, the timing of this is certainly rather odd. But wait a minute. I thought we were supposed to accept the word of a woman who says I was clear salted hashtag metoo. Well, supposedly, we are. But that's not what's happening in Virginia. And so he is now fighting back in NBC is reporting that he went on an extra tirade about her. Her name. She's now come out. Is bonanza Tyson. She's Dr Vanessa Tyson. And Dr Vanessa Tyson has hired the lawyers at the law firm of cats Marshall and banks. That's the same law firm that represented Dr Christine blazey Ford. Accused Brett cabinet off sexual assault. So that's why I bring up this business about Elizabeth Warren saying, hey, I filled out that bar form. State of Texas that was thirty years ago. Well, she was a lawyer. So she had to have been one you get out of undergrad twenty two. And law school is depends where you go three or four years that would put her at twenty five or twenty six and Ralph Northam was in medical school. So that would put him somewhere about twenty five twenty six. And then you got the people from this medical school that are now being quizzed about this. And I saw an interview yesterday with a guy who said well. We've gone back through the the books to find out. What else is in there? And I'm thinking for my and he was apparently one of the people that was in charge of this yearbook back in nineteen Eighty-four. And you have to look at him and wonder did you not see a problem? Did you not as you were laying out the yearbook go, hey, what's that black face KU Ku Klux Klan guide? What's that? All about. We can't have that. Inter. Nope. They said, it's fine. So you go the guy in charge from the medical school. I think he's a doctor. Did did not have any problems with shouldn't somebody be asking questions about him? So now, if the governor can't serve and Lieutenant governor can serve who is next in line. Well, that would be the attorney general he's a democrat, Mark herring. Well, we have a problem because this morning. The attorney general of Virginia, Mark herring. Put out a statement saying. I wore black face at a college party in one thousand nine hundred eighty. Yeah. Yep. Yep. So he's next in line to become the state's governor after Lieutenant Justin Fairfax who was facing the sexual assault allegations, which he has denied. So in his statement. AG haring new nobody's offering to immediately reside. Not this guy. Not Fairfax not north. Nobody. And so the attorney general says, well, what we need is an honest conversation and discussions, and those will take place in the days ahead. He say when but in the days ahead, we need an honest conversation and discussions. So Harry said on Saturday. That was no longer possible for governor north him to serve as governor after his black face admission. But then he said, well that wasn't me. And then okay, maybe I did do it while Michael Jackson thing. But, but that's that's just not that could be me. He's hired a facial recognition guided tell them that it wasn't him. Nobody knows how this photo. Got there. All of a sudden at nobody the two white guys the governor and the attorney general in the black guy, the Lieutenant governor, none of them are willing to step down. So. Local NPR station in Richmond. Is reporting that the Lieutenant governor Fairfax is hiring the firm. Oh, you're kidding me. That that represented Justice Tavano. You can't make this up if you wrote this and send it to a Hollywood producer. They would say they would say this is stupid. So Dr Vanessa Tyson has hired the law firm that represented Dr Christine Ford, blaze lazy Ford and Lieutenant General Janet Lieutenant governor, I'm sorry. Fairfax has hired the firm that represented Brett cavern. So nobody is stepping down. What is going on in Virginia? Well, here is a clip of South Carolina. Senator Tim, Scott. Who says this issue extends way beyond the political realm?.

"Completely false as was indicated in our statement. And if you read through the store, you'll see it's completely uncorroborated corroborate fact that they would run a story on an uncorroborated allegation off from now fifteen years ago tells you exactly what this smear is all about smear a fifteen years. I think that just Justice Cavanaugh was a high school student when Christine Blasi Ford said that she scared him at a party with five people that no one else remembers that she can't say what town. It was in house was in what month that was. There was no corroboration. She couldn't even corroborate her own information. She conflicted with her own telling of the story from time to time. And it was it was uncorroborated, and that's the standard. When it comes to Democrats. You've got its habeas corpus bring the body before the court. You must prove beyond a shadow. I remember when. Senator Sheldon, Whitehouse dot fool. Had a really ridiculous question for Brett cabinet about something in his high school yearbook. Have you I don't know if it's booth how do you pronounce? Refers to flatulence we were sixteen. Okay. That's what they call getting to the bottom of it. I guess they're they're really these people that says US Senator with right and your high school yearbook. Made a joke about flatulence so Senate confirmation hearings for supreme court Justice. Cure for cancer. Terms, western medicine scientific chemistry turn explained all that in the first down their own dot com. I didn't come in your intending to talk about that today that I was driving down the street, and all of a sudden rush started talking about it. And he got my attention immediately. Cancer gets my attention immediately. I came in here. Thinking about well. First of all, how many people think Ruth, Bader Ginsburg? Is in a medically induced coma, certainly how many people think Ruth Bader Ginsburg is in a medically induced coma. Nobody's heard from her. She is as rare as a pregnancy picture of Michelle Obama, and that's rare. There are no pregnancy. Pictures of Michelle Obama, none zero zip. None whether daughters coming you, either one in the hospital, you know, where that's but anyway, Ruth Bader Ginsburg has not been on the court. They say that she what she have some type of was a heart procedure. I don't even know. But she's in the hospital said, she's working from home. Really, you know, what she needs to do is have somebody show up at her home knock on the door and see if she answers probably was behind a fence, but I posted a picture of her being fitted like a robot face for Ruth, Bader Ginsburg over at Theran, thorough and excellent tonight Facebook, which are pretty much sums it up. So the state of Michigan right now. I'm coming to you live under a state of emergency state of emergency. I don't know if they're armed guards in the parking lot. I don't know. All I know is our governor has just declared a state of emergency in Michigan that line. And the reason she's done it is because it's cold outside is called outside. Yeah. She thinks that right now so-called that we need a state of emergency. I don't know what that means. Steph. Do you know what does that mean? Can you figure find out what that means? When the governor said says, we have a national emergency around the weather. What does that mean is this some type of footing for making the climate change BS case, which it is? It's winter. I don't remember a winner in Michigan. Well, there've been a couple of recent they've been pretty mild. But I don't remember a winner in Michigan when we're freezing our asses off where it wasn't didn't feel like it was twenty thirty below zero. I'm dead serious. In fact, that is some of the best ever time to be an hot tub. Yeah. At three in the morning with your baby, and your hair is like frozen. Solid that what was really cool what we can do this up north on. If you can do this down south. But when the snow is blowing sideways at about twenty miles an hour. It is safe for example, negative fifteen outside that there's nothing like being in a hot tub in conditions. Like that you come up your hair, freezes solid, pretty amazing stuff. So we're in a state of emergency. I don't that means I hope when I go outside. I'm not under martial wa I know I got a target on my back. Anyway. But I want to remind you of something I'm told I don't know. We'll see ten let's see what are we talking here. Mm. Like twenty minutes from now. We're going to be joined by Corey Lewandowski, Corey Lewandowski. They have a thing coming up. It's called the Michigan. Do I have. I've got this right. I hope I didn't bring the wrong. Oh here. It is. Yeah. Okay. I brought the red paper. Okay. My buddy Bill X gives this to me. It says I'll be at the VIP event at the Henry Ford museum. Inborn. This is Friday, February I said six thirty PM, President Trump's former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, and David Bossie, they've got a book out. David Bossie, of course, formerly citizens United which was really that that really pissed off Obama when they won their supreme court challenge. Hey, remember that when he beat up the supreme court right in front of everybody at the state of the union anyway. Says here they asked me to invite best conservative people in the area. I'm one of those by the way, I can't make it. But anyway, you can. It's gonna be five thirty you get to get get to do the VIP thing picture with Corey. Dow skin David Bossie, you can get tickets. They don't give a website here. Everything's a hyperlink. I'm betting if you went to Michigan prosperity project. That'd be the easy way to do it Michigan prosperity project and give me the website. I'll stick it up. But you gotta get tickets. So still tickets available. That's coming up Friday, February first six thirty PM. Again, there's going to be a get together with Corey Lewandowski and David BUSTER now, why are they doing all this stuff? Why are they coming around? What's going on because they're trying to get the faithful rallied up to vote for Donald Trump again twenty twenty. That's what it's all about. And we better do that. I'll be all over that. As we move up a little closer to an already all over it. I don't understand how we could in a million years elect anybody other than Donald Trump, you know, by the way, Kamala Harris. You can never I posted something. Well, the only way I post on Facebook is when I use the thyroid esque speak. I can't do that hair that one hundred percent because you have C let me use words or concepts. If you will thought generated, but here's the deal Kamala. Harris attorney general California came out of Oakland, California. She literally, this is not this is not opinion. She slept her way into a her first political appointments with the former mayor of San Francisco Willie Brown. Brown was also I think in the state wasn't wasn't in the state house out there, anyway, Willie Brown super nice guy when you see Willie Brown, and he's talking and he's just you want to be at a party with Willie Brown. Trust me. You wanna go out drinking with Willie Brown? You want to go out to dinner with Willie Brown? You want to go to New Orleans and party for a week with Willie Brown? But that's about it. Because he's a progressives progressive super psychotic progressive. I don't pick Willie Brown is being. A racist. As many are out there at all. But Kamal is in Comilla slept her way, while she she she worked your way through Willie's bed in an adulterous affair, and he gave her her first real political job. Remember this write this down because she's running for president. And here's the takeaway on this many, many people do this. They do an affair and somebody gives a favor for them. And they go on become good a job or whatever. But Kamala tried to destroy breath cavenaugh and not just his done. Not just Brett cabinet, but his wife and his daughters to try to literally destroy them around allegations that Brad Kavanagh stuck his hand up a bathing suit on some chick at a party when he was seventeen. Yeah. And at the time never reported never run out as if it was against her will it was all total lie, by the way. But but just based on that Kamala Harris tried to destroy Brett cabinet. So given that this bitch wants to run for president and based on her history, which she did. Do you see some duplicity here? We'll keep in mind as I posted the the takeaway is this on the left. They don't care about anything to do. Moral a writer on what they care about is the agenda and the agenda is one hundred percent straight up global socialism. No question about it. They support Trump. No question about it. And these people keep Brandon off the deep end with their Casio Cortez's and the other folks that make no sense whatsoever.
