Well it started kind of as a joke when we You know a few years ago we were talking about having kids and what we'd like to name them in an i said i'd like to name them gallagher and it was just going joke and then when We found out we were pregnant. That name kind of stuck around for a little bit. Kinda pesky gallagher. As in number eleven of the haves gallagher. The great number. Eleven run gallagher brendan gallagher and so at least what did you think you just thought. Oh it's a joke. He's not serious. Well kyle had mentioned wanting to name him. After brian gallagher and i honestly was like i love the name. Gallagher is soon as he said a and like leave over like. Say your name after hockey playing. We're like yeah kind of like it. Just kinda stuck and honestly. We never talked about another name. After that he was gallagher long before we even ever decided to have kids. Oh i didn't know that. I think there's going to be teams that would love to have him. He does. You know, he does so much for a dressing room to galvanize a dressing room that I think it's um He's NASA it somewhere but easy, a better asset, maybe as an assistant coach or as a player development guy that comes in and can have that. That leadership and still have that influence on a group or as a guy that you got your dressing because you can't do important. You're not sitting him out. You're not putting Joe Thornton and press box is a healthy stretch. It's not happening. But I think that if that is the case, and Joe is Near even near that point of being a healthy scratch, because they can put a better player in on that night. "Hurricane kim justin williams has decided to step away from the game end quote. He's not retiring. I'll reduce full. Statement is the first time in my life that i felt unsure of my aspirations nations with regards to hockey for as long as i can remember my whole off season until this point has been hockey in doing what was necessary to prepare for the upcoming season because of my current indecision indecision and without the type of mental and physical commitment atom accustomed to having i've just i've decided to step away from the game. It's important to me that the focus of attention is on the current very talented group carolina hurricanes assembled as they prepare to build on the momentum in growth. We established last season. I think the assumption on here guys is that he's just going to probably come back later in the season. He's probably gonna get healthy. I mean he played late into the season last year thirty eight years old the recovery long it's a long season and he knows mentally i mean you gotta. Give them credit. Read it mentally. He knows he's not there so he doesn't want to go out and try it when he knows he's not there but if i was a betting man i'd say we're going to see him later in the season and it will be almost be like a free agent pick up by then. I think you're dead on i._r._a. Makes total sense to me. I'm just wondering if it's definitely going to be with carolina right. I mean you don't you don't really know how plays but it certainly seems like no matter what he wants to to play at some point this season but say carolina's having an awful years.
