"Probably the best Thanksgiving Day game, just back and forth, cowboys, dacre for 375 yards, shout out to Dallas. I just want to see them a full strength because I know their offense is capable of even more. And I was disappointed to not see. I know why MRE Cooper and CD lamb were playing Cedar lamb's got a concussion and a Mark Cooper's got deal with COVID stuff, so I just, I want to see what Dallas can do, because they are a team that, again, not a Super Bowl favorite. But they took Tampa to the wire to start the year. They can play with anybody. I'm convinced and if they have a couple of good games in a row. The cowboys could very easily be in LA in February playing in the Super Bowl. I also want to say rookie linebacker Michael Parsons for Dallas is amazing. He's scary good. I mean, he was getting pressure constantly on Derek Carr. He did get a sack. And I love watching my comparisons. He's such an awesome linebacker. And what a great draft pick by them in Dallas. Game number three on Thanksgiving the bills at New Orleans. It was awful. This was not a good game. Even the fact that Drew Brees, the legendary former quarterback of the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame quarterback, he was in New Orleans calling the game on live TV. That wasn't even enough to save this game. The bills dominated. They won 31 to 6. I actually thought the saints defense did a pretty good job. They picked off Josh Allen twice in the first half. It was only ten to nothing at halftime. Josh Allen got sacked twice in this game. Both of them were in the first half. And I just felt like watching this game eventually lack of support from their offense was too much and the saints defense just gave in. I mean, literally the saints did not score until the first play of the fourth quarter they got a touchdown finally when they were down 24 to nothing. I mean, it's hard to keep playing at a high level when your offense is just giving you nothing for your defense. It was an ugly game. The bills won 31 to 6. I have to mention it because it was a game on Thanksgiving, but there wasn't much competition at all in New Orleans. The best thing about this game is Drew Brees getting a standing ovation to have done. It wasn't very..

"Is gaping as a gaping hole in it. But that's not. That's not what we're here to talk about right now That's a different episode that we will cover at some point. Do not fear it really. It really affects those those socioeconomic groups and minorities allot those are the chew food groups. I guess that it will affect the most and who hot button issues. yeah so i was. I was about twenty. When i found out that i was pregnant. And i didn't find out that i was pregnant until the second trimester now. This is not true for every woman that gets pregnant. This is just happened to be true for me When i was pregnant the first time. I didn't show very much. I didn't it just kind of looked like i was getting a little bit of weight but i wasn't showing like my belly. Wasn't you know huge. I wasn't. I was definitely like eating more and iras lake more hungry I don't remember having any like weird cravings or anything like that My weight has always been like a really big issue for me We'll talk about that on a future episode as well but it never like it. Wasn't plainly obvious that i was pregnant. it definitely just looked like i had been you know gaining some weight which was normal. I later found out which is normal for For me my mom when she was pregnant with me Because i'm the oldest. She found out she notoriously has said that people asked her you know. Are you sure you're pregnant. Because she wasn't showing she just wasn't showing and i have met many many many other women who have had that same experience where you know your pants just kind of fit a little bit tighter and you feel like you're just kinda gaining weight. You're not you don't really know like unless you have a reason to now Or to suspect that that could be the case that you could be pregnant. You don't it's just not like plainly obvious. Let's just not something that you do and i especially. It didn't really occur to me to think that i was pregnant. Because i was on birth control I was taking the pill at the time. Ever this view. The don't know about the pill. I am not a huge advocate for the pill just because of my own personal experience of the pill You have to take it like every single day like at the same time every single day. And it kind of renders the birth control useless. If you like skip a day or you like don't take it at the same time and i was.

Peloton's Bad Day Explained: Recall of Tread & Security Leak

"A couple of months ago there. began a hubbub over the tread plus treadmill Users were complaining that the treadmill was a very real danger to children in that it could just it could injure them very very badly or potentially kill them by pulling them under and crushing them which is just terrible. government agency released a memo about it saying hey everyone were investigating this thing is potentially dangerous and we would love for them to stop producing it and peleton released a competing statement saying no. We're fine guys. That was fun. Your kid will probably be fine. Just relax have some coffee. What is life without risks as a parent which i am not that. Change that tune change quite quickly Peleton's see though the reception to it was your so bad. We talked about it on this show. After that first statement from peleton came out just about how insensitive it was and you know how even though treadmills universally are dangerous. They were this in just the worst way possible and in a way that was completely disrespectful to the families even though they claimed to say. We're not. We're not releasing the information of the families affected because they don't want to be investigated like come on. That's not. You're making. Remember that. Bree i

"But you know interesting enough. Another highlight was two thousand. Four of comeback player of the year because a low for him for drew. If you don't know maybe either too young or you forget about. Sometimes what what. Someone has overcome drew his benched early in his career. He was benched against the kansas city chiefs when he was playing for. The san diego chargers folk was benched. Drew brees was benched by marty schottenheimer. I believe it was and think about that. Here's the guy who will be in the hall of fame and five years. Who was benched for his poor play but classic drew brees to the drawing board after it in the gym and he in two thousand four became the nfl comeback player of the year. Two thousand six. He was the walter payton man of the year. Now two thousand six walter payton man of the year. He was also second in as an mvp to his training. Partner ladainian tomlinson. Lt won the mvp in two thousand six and his training partner drew. Was the runner up now. The side note to that and maybe one of the most miraculous of nfl history is at the end of two thousand and. Five december thirtieth. I believe it was at qualcomm stadium against the denver broncos. John lynch was on that denver. Broncos team drew dovan for a loose ball and absolutely obliterated his right throwing shoulder and when dr james andrews now in birmingham said that he will most likely never be able to throw a football again. His career was was most likely over. Ninety nine point nine percent of the population that was correct but for that was not correct And it brings me back because many people may either forget that story remember that. He's overcome a lot of adversity in his career in that shoulder. Injury was one of them. Which i'll talk about here in just a moment even deeper but i want to share nine points and they just nine points. I'm going gonna keep it moving quick when you think about drew brees and some of these stories. Maybe you've heard before maybe haven't but take a walk back with me through memory lane and here's some of the things that make this man so special i i one i have is drew. Brees never missed signing an autograph session for anybody ever now. This goes back to two thousand two three four. When he was with the chargers i would often sit with Druce family or ladainian family. I'd andrews car after the game. We going to get a bite to eat and now now mind you here. I am thirty. one thirty. Two years old withdrew his twenty. Three twenty four you know. It's unfortunate. But George Floyd's life in front of us, Fred just might be turning point I think a lot of people watch in horror. Could not believe why he was treated that way yet. Handcuff wasn't fighting. He was he could move. How Fred. How do you do that to another human being? Even criminal in handcuffs Fred even criminal. You're! You're cruel. Your Power Hungry. You seek authority. And you do what you want. You develop a complex where you're bigger than everything. That's how that happens for somebody who thinks they are bigger than the law. "George would up rob and Fred man happy to talk to you got, and I must say that this. Couple is even more odd. Than the actual odd couple, rob full disclosure George don't give me a hard time. I've known Georgia longtime, so don't don't come on here and start that George. So, George. What a tough day! And people were not happy with. Drew brees is comments mostly because people are tired of the distraction of people taking away from the issue at hand. What do you make of a breezy comments and the reaction from some of his teammates who are really attacked them? I think they just because you play with a you know. A lot of black players doesn't mean that you understand the issues necessarily at hand. Because it like this whole thing, players have said it. Everybody said it at Nauseam. It was never about the flag like it was just hijacked. About that to turn into a political issue when when in actuality like we I've had well. There's multiple of my family members who've been in the service served our country and these servicemen and women they serve, they sacrifice, even die sometimes for our freedoms, so at that point in time that we're asking people who to sacrifice or not use those freedoms that people die, fought and sacrificed for like isn't. Isn't that the issue because then their sacrifices in vain? That that's a fair point. Do you think that drew? Brees just didn't know the temperature of what was going on George and spoke about something, really unrelated to the topic at hand, or do you think he knew exactly what he was doing? well I see I don't WanNa try to judge drew brees. His heart because drew brees is a you know he does care about the military. He does so much stuff so much. "For day or a couple of days or whatever it winds up being. A that deal with NBC to beat the next. TV analyst for the future. That? Just took a big hit for it. You Know Television as well as anybody. Right now. Drew brees is toxic. Nobody else who? Saints, Fan. How in the world does he lied? That locker room the NFL seventy percent black. team teammate. I. Don't know if I could play for that guy or look at them the same way for it. I don't know well, and that's I think that's the overriding issue. Now because that's the most current issue, the NBC deal rob that's in place when he retires right, and some time will pass before he retires. So you'll, you'll take the temperature. Of the country. And then you'll have a better idea. Will this a blown over? Will he have apologize? We'll things have changed so that we can talk about, but we can talk. About is how our players going to react to him. You'll remember the old Oakland as. Their clubhouse was toxic. Everybody hated everybody. They all thought. But on the field they fought together, but remember the issues in the as clubhouse were not over race. Now this this comment and what's going on is about race, and that's very different. You know I don't like the way you play I. Don't like this. I don't like that is one thing when you talk race. You cut to the core of someone. I think everybody in that. New Orleans Locker Room, and I'm sure drew. Brees will address the team when they all get together. I think we can put that on the checklist. He'll address everybody. I N T, he'll say he misspoke or he'll explain himself. Everybody in there will have no choice but to either begrudgingly accept his apology. Or accept it. Because they all have a job to do, but that's the kind of thing and it might be wrong. That's the kind of thing where people don't forget. You know they don't forget that kind of thing you know Fred you're spot on. It's one thing to be like okay. It might never be the same for drew brees and the way people look at it because this cut black people deep fred. This is what we've been point now. Colin Kaepernick gave up his livelihood. His career he was shunned ostracized everything. And Now! We See George Floyd killed in the street. By COBB? What is me on his neck for eight or nine minutes? And this guy has no compassion drew brees for the moment, and what's going on for ad? That's tone death. You know the other thing robbed. It's interesting dinning NFL come out with a statement saying we support silent protests Oh. Yeah, didn't they come out with a statement? They sure did well. Didn't they have that? With Colin Kaepernick. That's what he was trying to get A. Across, didn't they have that they had that very thing. They didn't support that, did they? And you know if it doesn't happen to you, then you look at it from afar, but if you just really think about Colin Kaepernick now, my God did they took his livelihood from him. I'm not saying he was going to be a super bowl quarterback. Let's not say that let's not go that far because that's that's unfair to mistake. But They took his livelihood booster played in the League, he was trying to make a difference Fred. That's what he was trying to do. And now all those same people who didn't want their NFL Sundays ruined and the NFL and all that now as we as people burned down the cities all over this country. It should be peaceful. It should be a peaceful protests that that's what you want now. That's what was presented to you and you had no interest in it. And now that's what you want. It bothers me. I get it. It should bother you bother everybody. It should bother everybody in the one thing you can take from. Do Breeze. Is Win this conversation comes up and when you hear about it and when you talk about it. Don't be tone-deaf. Put yourself in somebody else's shoes. Just try that and you'll look at things very differently. How drew brees be received in the saints. Locker Room moving forward. We definitely want to hear.

He had a cup of coffee in a sweet roll. There right, Fred he did, and he left right when your son came because he knew your son was to. Stop It. Stop It. He needed to stay man big things on the horizon for Arizona State man believe that I know so so Eddie. Let's just jump in I mean you heard the comments by drew brees. He's gotten major pushback from a lot of people including Lebron James. Gist your your take I. Mean Mba players Stephen Jackson went off on drew brees. I mean people are really. Bothered by it because again I. Think people are mad that. Drew brees is trying to change the narrative from what it is. People are protesting about to this idea about the flag. About the flag and I think that was a misconception. This whole time and That's what people wanted to point at to take off. Take your mind off, what really capper nick was talking about you know. He was kneeling for all the people that weren't able to nail for all the peoples whose voice weren't able to be heard, and it was against pro police brutality, and this is what I think if you're not educated on on this. topic if you're not somebody who has went through it or know somebody who went through it I think you should really keep your mouth. I don't think this is a place for you to speak out and say anything. That's going on right now. Because it's clearly something that is wrong with the American justice system what the way they are able to just go out and hunt. African American men and women, and get away with it and to me if you're not educated on it if you don't want to stand for that united, 'cause of saying hey, enough is enough. These people have to come to justice. This has to stop then I think you need to step back. Be Quite and really fat, gathered and understand exactly what's going on instead of instantly jumping up to conclusion and point to something. That's GONNA. Divert what the initial reason for the protest was about, and now it turns into something totally different now instead of us talking about a solution. We're talking about somebody who ignorantly spoke out on something that has nothing to do with really what the actual. Protesters about what really capture nick was kneeling for and to me it just. It it takes us back a hundred steps again you know now. We gotTA start back to try to get people back to the point to where no is never been about. The flag is always been about police brutality and we need to do something about this and African American community the Latino Community and people of color have been the brunt of this police brutality for years and years and years. But the problem at a it simple. That's that's society and people do not. Do not take the time to figure out what you're talking about I've said it twice today. "Thank you for sure I, mean yes, and great to have you one considering where we are in the country and what's going on and they I? I just want you to respond to. The drew brees comments. He's got a lot of pushback. People just feel like you know it's. It's the same smokescreen narrative about the flag, and about nearly. What did you think of his comments? Well, you know I mean. I drew drew drew brees a good guy trees, a good person. Jewelry has done a lot of the community a lot for the city of New Orleans. Great respect to the military and has a great respect for. You know for for his teammates. As far as I know right I mean it said. In in this time especially as a as a white man. We we come to a point where you know more and more. And now more than ever, we really need to just to just listen you know, and when somebody asks us a question like that, and and there's maybe. Hoping were fighting to get a south. You know expecting to get a sound bite or something to to be able to use and put out on the way, elicit responses and continues to divide us like the media often does no offence You know that that was. That was an opportunity to to maybe go another way with it, but. You know it's the way he feels like I. Respect his feelings on that and I understand that a lot of people that serve in the military that feel the same way but. You know it also hurt a lot of people and also upset a lot of people, and it seemed a bit tone deaf to a lot of people considering everything. That's going on this this week. Especially you know and and to me. At the end of the day The? Protesting during the national anthem during that song during that time was always about. How how much of a response we would get people get. seen that happen at that moment. You know less about the song itself. less about not about the military. You know because for me I get I stand with pride every time I hear that song man, and I feel the same way drew was talking about I feel those same things, but not everybody feels that not everybody feels that, and it's not. It's not their responsibility to just feel that because you know. We were in the military for this country so. So everybody needs to go that time. Cover respect. They don't feel like they count the same way. I would never want somebody standing putting their hand on their heart, saluting the flag at a Bob Location. You know that's not the kind of country I wanNA live in. That's not what I saw. One I want people to feel the same way that I do. They don't gotta fight until they do. Nate Boyer with US Rob Parker and Fred Rogan for Chris Russo Today on the odd couple on Fox sports radio. Nate, but here's the problem and I think you just summed it up. Things become so confused and convoluted when people don't stay on point I mean. This is a major issue. This country's dealing with right now. And there's no unseen. What was seen and this is a time for people to be aware, and even a comment like drew brees mate, perhaps by pointing that out. He becomes more aware because that's been the problem. People just aren't aware. They have not walked in someone else's shoes. Yeah no I mean you're. You're absolutely right with. It you know a lot of things that are said and even a Lotta. Even, a lot of the and I'm one of these people that you know. I posted hosted the. A black screen on my social media yesterday and I know drew did too, and I know a lot of people did and I think a lot of people did that out of obligation. You know what I mean and did that feeling like the sense of like well I did something now I'm you know I I did my part. I'm supporting the cars and it's like you even really know what's happening you why this is happening beyond just what we've seen this last week. You know, and beyond just you know those names that that are that are commonly used from the George. Slow to the Trayvon Martin's to the tender blends to Emmett till to all these dry. It's so much more than that so much more then it's not just police, brutality, and so much more than that. That and I'm trying to learn as much as I. Can you know I? Have a long? Time to learn I absolutely, not a subject matter expert in any way. They do you feel like you know column sitting, and if people remember how singly started, he had sat on the bench during the national anthem for a couple of games until Steve why report from the NFL network noticed Tim and said Hey. What are you doing and that's how we found out about the police brutality protests, and then you told Colin it would be. Be Better for him to kneel rather than sit, and when you see all this pushback from people, you're a veteran. You gave him some advice. He followed your advice because he thought he's not here to disrespect the military and he's listening to a military man. What do you think about people who push back on him despite him listening to a guy from the military? Yeah well, I think it's important to people to understand to call me out to me I call and called me and asked if I would meet with a massive I. Would you know have a conversation with him? Wanting to hear what I thought what I felt and you know? He wanted to make sure that he wasn't offended. People in the military and I told him calling no matter what you do, you're going to send people. You can't do anything in this world. without without offending people. You never going to please everybody. There's just there's just no way any that I think. He knew that, but. I, said no matter what even if you stand with your hand on your heart now people are GonNa. Be You know offended people that? Are Proud of what you're doing and and speaking out on are going to say we come. How come you're talking your tail now and moving away from it so? We, sat down we talked we had you know pretty in depth conversation about everything going on his feelings, my feelings and his experiences and my experiences, and through that conversation He asked me if there was another way besides sitting on the bench that I thought he could protest. It wouldn't offend people in the military I said I said there's. No Way. You won't offend some people but I think. If you if you're at least alongside your teammates, that would be a big step and the only way I can see doing that with outstanding because he committed to not standing, people got to understand that. The only other way I could see doing not be taking a knee and I. don't see disrespectful I. Don't speak for the military. I'll speak for anybody but myself, but I think it would be hard for people to find that disrespectful because people take Anita prey to propose it or wives it's just never been a symbol of disrespect to my knowledge. And he agreed, and he said that that would be more powerful, and that's when he did that very same night on the field in San Diego. What did you think or how did you feel mate when? You saw the backlash he received. I mean I knew he would receive it I received it to not nearly at the level I'm sure Colin. Did but I, definitely from people I served with I was called various things a disgrace to the green beret. even today I had somebody we chat from my unit that. Upset that I use the special forces motto, sometimes when I when I ride things when I say things and Tomato is day oppressively bear, which means to free the oppressed. And upset about that. They're like you don't speak for a unit so I. Get it know, and I'm sorry I apologize to everybody now I'm not intending to hurt anybody in any way. But I I was surprised at backlash. Now know now three and a half years later, and just what social media is and what it does to people what does done to our country? "Do we also? Have you have a couple of tweets from his teammates? Yeah well, the biggest tweets came out from his superstar wide receiver Michael Thomas. Now you know he's broke. A lot of record with them on the field seems like they may have some issues. Off the field now after he after drew brees, issue that statement our so they've been on Yahoo Finance. This is kind of the point I'm making. Is that Fred? We will not let this be hijacked. We won't. We will not be have them change on narrative. Tr Try to throw a smokescreen have a start talking about it and and everybody holding up their grandfathers, and their fathers were in the military, and all that, because our grandfathers and fathers and great grandfathers. We're in the military as well. Yes, believe it or not. Black people are in the military. Is that just gave you the number forty percent? Are Black and Brown people minorities in the military forty four zero. You mean they fought for this country. Yes, and here we are in twenty twenty Fred still looking for the same thing. You talk about changing the narrative. Let me give you an example of how that happened. Very early on as the protests took place and I'll use Los Angeles. All of a sudden, the protests began I have to tell you living in this city, the second largest market in the country for the most part they were very peaceful. People were respectful, and they were protesting, and they were making a statement, and then you had about five percent of the people who just decided well. This is a wonderful time to start looting and rioting. At that Point Rob, wait at that point what happened? All of the television coverage went right to the looting and rioting, Yup all of it. At that moment, it was easy. If you don't have a stake in the game, and you're just observing and you're trying to figure out what's going on. It was easy to have those lines blurred. Because all of a sudden you look over here and people are out of control, and they're breaking windows, and they're stealing things. That wasn't the point now in La. Again things have calmed down dramatically. The protests have been peaceful and they have been from people of all color. and. Everybody is in I believe. This go round this time. This outcry. I think can make a bit of a difference. We had somebody on the other day and I said. WHAT'S THE END game? It was a professor from USC and he said. With all due respect, there is no endgame. It's just. It's just getting people. It took a long time to get this way and he said it's GonNa take a long time for people to Change I. We want to hear from you. What did you think of drew? "No Way. No, how drew brees? A We accepting that any longer you are not and not going to change the narrative. This is not about the flag. Stop it already with this nonsense. Drew brees is a part of the problem. Those comments are disingenuous. And Wrong, that's what they are. Anyone, anyone listening. If. Anyone brings up to flag. You should denounce them. Usually discount them, and you should discard them. It's an excuse. That's all it is Colin Kaepernick gets said a million times. It's not about the flag. WHY IN THE WORLD Would that be your narrative that your conversation after George? Floyd was murdered at the hands of a white policeman in full view. How dare you bring up the military? It's about. Racial injustice. It's about police brutality that is going to be the conversation. You will not take this amas. People have taken streets. I know. He gave money and drew brees. Only the military and being proud of the military is only a white thing. Patriotism people want to say black people are patriotic. We're the most patriotic. Are you ready? We make up twelve percent of the population. Forty percent of the military four zero is a black and Brown people. How dare you? We went to military and serve our fathers grandfathers. And there was, they had dead fight during segregation. Black tubes over there white trooped over there, fighting for the same country and came back here and we're tweeted like dirt. It pains me when people try to use patriotism. As some sort of defense, and like you can't challenge it. Yes, we can and drew bridge. You are wrong. I don't WanNa. Hear it. Drew brees today. Is. All, we want to be treated equally. and not have our lives snuffed out because they don't matter. Stop with that. All lives matter that's not what we're talking about. We're losing way, too many unarmed black people for no reason. So I'm not going to accept it. And I'M GONNA denounce anybody who tries to use this as an excuse, it's lame. It's terrible. I don't know that a lot is more interesting than killing an alligator. Let's yeah he was on the bear grylls show. He alison was just telling him come on here and do not curse and his response was darn so we're not all right. We're not going to be able to <hes> trick the polish veteran into giving us headline. Well drew's one of those guys where you don't have to tell them not to curse that's correct but i'd like to know how he killed this alligators so we'll get to the jimmy johns home in the zone contest here. I gotta get a couple of things clear with you. I that's a first of all. I say you have to protect me from myself. Meaning that whatever you do i'm going to feel like i can do it too so i i. If you go and try to do something super crazy just just keep in mind like i've got a responsibility to my team and the family to come back in one piece. You know so like uh-huh. Let's not in that order by the way to your family and they don't you know i like i'm all for i'm mall for challenging ourselves facing stuff but you know i gotta. I gotta have some responsibility here too right so first thing we do is he picks me up in a helicopter her <hes> we're we're in panels. "Is trying to agitate you and show everyone how replaceable you are. It's not quite quite so benign when it's used got. You wouldn't like it very much. If if when you went away for a week i was like stugatz. Who no i i would absolutely i would absolutely hate it right. I would hate it but i don't know of being defensive about it is the right path the tate. Do you ignore it. Are you defensive about it. Do you lend voice to it. Do you make it a bigger story worry than it already is. I don't get out of here again. You can't like how was it so hard for you to not be incompetent. How was the first sound you making this segment to contribute to this conversation. We're you're an expert. How is it clearing your throat into the microphone them a human being make errors. That's all you make your not a human being. You're an error. May i make a comment or no get out of here again. Oh wow oh just three penalties. I just told them during the break. I was gonna try not to do liar not that hard agreed with my expertise on jerry jones and zeki l. graven it consistently better off the mike walking out you came in here right before the show right before the show what you do every tuesday to give him a little pep talk on not being incompetent and he just looks at you with a grin a useless grin and he's going to be useless. He says he's not but he's going to be. It's just him. It's adorable. Come on part of you part of you mrs part of us looking at him like yes. I'm a little angry but it's a little lovable chris tuesdays. These are the worst day that my week by far because you notice this one over here yeah as soon as greg leaves. It's all graven even at kicking him out it packing it yeah. There's no one this one this one right here. Ah encouraged by the incompetence happy to look in a mirror of incompetent. I actually see someone. I'm slightly less than competent than your it. Brings drew brees next. Look in detail catch her. I don't want to be doing this to cody. He's gonna come back here legitimately mad at me because three times kicking him out and i put it on the poll. Guillermo was was kicking greg cody out three times in ten minutes. Excessive yesterday wasn't dollar fine. Honestly it is really bad. There's no excuse to just isolate for me. His opening sounds for the first two segments of this show. One of them is phone going off the other other him clearing his voice into the mike little mini montage donlevatar go buy gas and it cost three forty.

"Brown's got a ten year contract correct. I mean how much of a new you have to be to think well. We're calling about body bobblehead last week. I some we called greg in idiot. He was the one thing he turned out to be right about that. So we might wanna go. Sit with your father. How condo technically right thank you sit with them to hear the most ever happen. It's the most obvious thing in the world that gruden is the boss of the raiders i so because all three of you have mentioned myself to manage the sabotage my point before i even make it. We're not even on television agents. You guys are sitting in the penalty box knowing count workforce for being idiots three minutes back from vacation you. You know we're not on t._v. And no one can see his just said. I said my god ago. We know spend the rest of the show out there. Just get out of your good. God shocking development. I'm still here in a non shocking development of the most obvious thing. I i didn't wanna consent to them. I think there was a possibility that anybody would go pecking order though back in it so the thing that i was going to say that was neutered by three incompetent employees one after the other is i. I couldn't believe that grew gruden sent out to take the beating he sent he sent me out to tell everybody the thing that antonio brown it doesn't want to hear because he doesn't want his name on that. He wants his name on the support and i'm like oh my god. That's weak like you're the boss except when it's inconvenient the paycheck makes make sure the boss except like oh. I don't wanna bother antonio. I've already supported him publicly. Let me put some pressure on him with this guy mike you deliver that message. I would've loved to on what that meeting was like. No it was might go deliver this mess. This needs to be on hard knocks. It needs to be on hard knocks that how the decision is being made on and who's going to go out there and ask whether antonio brown before he played a game right who's going to publicly go for the first time in the organization who's going to run counter turn to antonio brown and gruden sent me out there and that's what he hired him for there may be but that ain't leadership like a for all this tough guy talk on knox for all the tough talking that he doing on hard knocks sending out there to do that the sending a guy who's beneath you out out there to do that as management when your management your ten years ten million dollars a year of man. You said that better beyond hard knocks. I don't think that'll be on harden took control that stuff like they'll be something around antonio brown some conversation but i don't think they'll give you the juicy well. It's always trailing a week anyway. So if it it happens you'll see it next week. I guess right. Do you guys think that the all in all out thing was gruden thing or a mayor thing. It's a good question because i think it was a gruden thing through that parrot mayock that he's got cody. Thinks is the boss the boss get out again. I don't get out of here to penalties heck. The first segment our hungry real boss the ghost of al davis and we all know it welcome back then. I wanna go back away. I wanna go to another country again. He's been downplayed the balls of the raiders.

"New orleans nice we've got two saints including the quarterback of the saints joining us will get to them a little bit later in the show. There are a number of things we need to get to after a few days off here for stugotz and i <hes> billy of course greets me with his terrible fear of how oh arafat is talking about video games not surprisingly we'll get to that in a second and tonio whose phone that too that is greg. Cote is dollars a a good initial contribution from you. How perfect does that right. There greg cody coming out of the box. I two minutes. He hasn't even said anything. There hasn't been a word oh the first sound and dan getting in the way of course and it happened right before the show like that went off right before the show. I told them to turn it off but he was busy listening to his own voice in the open of our show smiling because he he's just maximum bucks narcissist. Antonio wants to rail against energy star. We'll do that in a second but the first thing that i want want to get to is the question of antonio brown and there is something here that i thought was new. Even if you guys are tired of this antonio brown talk as i imagine many of you are but when you think what's most interesting there as this continues to be a plague for the raiders before they've played a game. What do you guys think is the most interesting part of that story the antonio brown story <hes> for me. You have a league that trying to make the game safer and part of the way they're doing. It is by issuing new helmets to the players and you have players say no. There's old helmet was a lot more comfortable. I don't care about player safety. Essentially i think antonio brown is actually catching too much. Flack <hes> because you know this is the helmet as the tool of his trade. He needs needs a helmet that he likes somehow and that is also benefiting his safety. It'd be like if you ask a baseball second baseman t to have a certain glove glove that he faces a greg cody with a perfectly reasonable point because a helmet is like the fourth or fifth tool of his trade. His hands are number. One feet or high up there eight or higher up helmet gloves are up there on how i mean i would say helmet is probably at best for ends number. One who i i don't know vision could be number one agility to wait a minute for vision might be impacted by helmet. Okay forget about vision. I take that back then visit the last argument. Instinct is one no hands are one instinct is to gloves or three god-given ability kind of we'll put that first off the line feeder importing god is watching antonio's behavior and saying. I didn't give him that ability in the six round pick. This has nothing to do with me. This is louis averse work goddess thing and i can make a helmet that everyone loves. It also keeps them safe. Why don't they ask me. It's called a skull so the part about this though old that i found most interesting recently because i'm going to ask you an obvious question or what is what i think is an obvious question. Which is who's in charge. The raiders jon gruden may all. I think really go sit outside. Glad aw i just a terrible god joke. His phone goes off. He's annoying me three minutes into me. Being back like three minutes in really mayo runs. The raiders really gruden's outta here in the pecking order. I understand what you're not. Mark davis outta here. Man makes ten million a year. You think may ought to make that kinda money for damn years. Brown's got a ten year contract correct. I mean how much of a new you have to be to think well. We're calling about body bobblehead last week..

"I do believe that there are why receivers on the team that have said comments that this reporter has also added his own personal opinion on it that he could build to write stories or things could be released like this. But if you think throughout my career there weren't otherwise receivers jealous. Are you want other white receivers that said man, if I could be targeted fourteen times like Chris, I would be different my career would be different. I would be a lot. Better. So for me in something like this. I've been following it long enough to thing. One of the why receivers did give him some comments and it's hard for people. It's hard to impossible when someone shows up on the job, and your performance goes up for them not to think that that that between the correlation between performance and that person not being better. That's all they can interpret, and there's no NFL offenses that are the same. When you put the backup in compared. Because no one sees football the same. I don't ju Brees was the backup for New England. And they went the same game. The ball would not come out to the same people because it's impossible for two people to see football the same way every coach at the end of the week. You know what he asked the starting quarterback? How comfortable are you with this? What else did you like what do you feel because guys like they feel more comfortable throwing the certain parts of the field? Yes. There's guys that feel more comfortable throwing. Receivers. Yeah. Just to protect a quarterbacks a little bit than the Philly thing. And then I'm going to stop during the whole bunch of separation. So when you talk about throwing the ball Zach ertz, he's best wide receiver. He gets the most separation. He wins more than other receivers out. John is no separation. He's a fifty fifty guy Nelson Aguilar's LARs inconsistent his first several years in the league. Who else do you have there? So when the receivers are complaining, I would just like be careful because there's not a whole bunch of separation. I see the wide receivers getting isn't a legitimate knock on a quarterback to not go through his progressions for for him to feel certain level of comfort with one specific legitimate knock if the offense is not reaching its full potential. It's a legitimate knock if you could be being more effective, and that's deceased point. Which is when they got in real time. We usually don't get this sports, though, real experiment. Which is let's change one variable. The variable being quarterback all of a sudden look. The offense is wide open. The offense opens up the other. I wouldn't say as far as one offense is wide open. Carson wentz. Not in there..

"And I actually believe that he's been a better thrower of the ball since his shoulder surgery. Because of the way that he's ended up just attacking the rehab, and then just staying on it. And so then you factor in the you know, that he's been under-sized and all of those things what he's accomplished has been crazy. Well, no matter how he spends the day today. We know exactly where he'll be in what he'll be doing on Sunday. So let's look ahead to the weekend. Four team still standing we'll focus right now though on drew Brees his saints team going up against the lost Angeles. Rams course, Los. Angeles hoping for different outcomes saints fine with what happened? How do you? Stop drew Brees at home three curious, I think the red area whereas last meeting New Orleans was five of five in the third down going to be critical for both teams. And in the last match up the New Orleans seven of twelve on third down in really along with its time possession last time. The Rams ran the ball nineteen times on the game. They have to establish run better to keep you off the field. I think those three areas that could be the ingredients. We'll talk a lot about the running game this week. And rightly so, but if I said to you Tim this game will come down to Jared goff's arm who how confident would you be? Probably have the least amount of confidence of the guys that are still playing. I mean, I would put it that way. And that's not to say that Jared goff's not good enough to get done. He most certainly is. I think he's good enough player to win the Super Bowl. But he needs a lot of help. He's the kind of guy that in his game. And the stuff they do on offense. The run game is really where everything does start for them. They're viewed as finesse team. But they really are a run first team. So much of their run action stuff comes off of that John McVeigh's very creative with some of the stuff that he designs off of their run action in. So if they're relying on him to drop back in throw it forty times, then I think they end up losing a football game. All right. So we'll talk about the game, Dan. I'm sorry Todd Gurley. C J Anderson have been dominant. I would assume they're gonna work both these guys and they wanna see both the they do because they're really sort of pleasantly surprised by what they've gotten out of C, J Anderson. This is a guy they signed because they had concern over Todd girlies knee because his Tim mentioned now can Brown their backup. Lost for the season. And they believe girlie might miss some games, which he did say brought an Anderson who's got some experience as a starter. Catch a ball little bit out of the backfield not gonna be Todd Gurley but can replace him in some key areas. Especially in terms of that early down running played great. So they worked him into the game plan against Dallas. Which was obviously run heavy around the ball forty eight times against Dallas after Shaw McVeigh's, a smart enough guy as everybody knows only talks about how smart Sean McVay is. But he he's a smart enough guy to say look this guy was great last week. We're going to keep leaning on this to an extent that maybe we didn't initially plan to when we signed him. And I think that's that's a pleasant surprise. Because one of those highlights was passed to Cooper Cup not playing hurt out for the year. They're passing games a little bit down from where it was early in. The they missed that guy about how many times they ran the ball forty eight. I believe girly in Anderson and set a Rams franchise record two hundred seventy three rushing yards against the Cowboys. So it worked. Yeah. It worked. There's head coach Matt Nagy has not ruled out the possibility of reuniting with Kareem hunt Nagy if you remember coach as the chief offensive coordinator and aknowledged he's been in contact with who's currently on the Commissioner's exemplified pending further action reporters ask coach Nagy about hunt yesterday..
